²सिद्धि स्वरूप होने कि विधि – ³एकाग्रता बाप-दादा सभी तीव्र पुरुषार्थी बच्चों को देख रहे हैं।

¹The way to become an embodiment of success is to have stability. ²BapDada is seeing all of you intense effort­making children.

⁴तीव्र पुरूषार्थ की सहज विधि जिससे सहज सिद्धि प्राप्त हो जाए अर्थात् सदा सिद्धि स्वरूप हो जाए, संकल्प,बोल व कर्म सिद्ध हो जाए,जिससे विश्व के आगे प्रसिद्ध होंगे, वह सहज विधि कौन सी है?

³What is the easy way in which you intense effort­makers can gain success and be revealed to the whole world as an embodiment of success in everything you do through your thoughts, words and deeds?

⁵एक शब्द की विधि है, जिस एक शब्द को अपनाने से सिद्धि स्वरूप हो जावेंगे।

⁴It is a method of one word, and by using this one word, you can become an embodiment of success.

⁶जिससे संकल्प,बोल और कर्म तीनों का सम्बन्ध है - वह एक शब्द है ‘एकाग्रता’!

⁵The one word to which all your thoughts, words and deeds have to be connected is “stability”.

⁷संकल्प में सिद्धि न होने का कारण भी एकाग्रता की कमी है।

⁶Not to succeed in your thoughts means to lack stability.

⁸एकाग्रता कम होने के कारण हलचल होती है।

⁹जहाँ एकाग्रता होगी वहाँ स्वतः ही एकरस स्थिति होगी।

⁸When you have stability, your stage automatically becomes constant and steady.

¹⁰जहाँ एकाग्रता होगी वहाँ संकल्प,बोल और कर्म का व्यर्थ पन समाप्त हो जाता है और समर्थ पन आ जाता है।

⁹When you have stability, all the wastefulness of your thoughts, words and deeds comes to an end and you can accumulate power.

¹¹समर्थ होने के कारण सब में सिद्धि हो जाती है।

¹⁰Then, because you become powerful, you gain success in everything you do.

¹²एकाग्रता अर्थात् एक ही श्रेष्ठ संकल्प में सदा स्थित रहना।

¹¹To have stability means to remain constantly in one thought of One.

¹³जिस एक बीज रूपी संकल्प में सारा वृक्ष रूपी विस्तार समाया हुआ है।

¹²The whole growth of the tree is merged in the seed of a thought.

¹⁴एकाग्रता को बढ़ाओ तो सर्व प्रकार की हलचल समाप्त हो जायेगी।

¹³When your stability increases, all your fluctuation will end.

¹⁵एकाग्रता अपनी तरफ आकर्षित भी करती है।

¹⁴When you have stability, others are also attracted to you.

¹⁶जैसे कोई भी वस्तु स्वयं हलचल वाली होगी तो औरों को भी हलचल में लायेगी।

¹⁵When something is shaking, it makes everything around it shake.

¹⁷जैसे यहाँ की लाइट हलचल में आ जाती है (बीच-बीच में बिजली बन्द हो जाती थी) कभी बुझती,कभी जलती है तो सबके संकल्प में हलचल आ जाती है, यह क्या हुआ?

¹⁶The electricity here fluctuates a lot (the lights kept going out). ¹⁷When the lights come on and then go out, it creates instability in everyone’s thoughts and you wonder what’s happening.

¹⁸एकाग्र वस्तु औरों को भी एकाग्रता का अनुभव करायेगी।

¹⁸Something stable will enable others to experience stability also.

¹⁹एकाग्रता के आधार पर ही जो वस्तु जैसी है,वैसी स्पष्ट देखने में आयेगी।

¹⁹On the basis of your stability, you are able to recognise everything clearly just as it is.

²⁰ऐसी एकाग्र स्थिति में स्थित होने वाला स्वयं को भी सदा जो है,जैसा है वह स्पष्ट अनुभव करते हैं और इस कारण कैसे हो, क्या हो? ²¹यह हलचल समाप्त हो जाती है।

²⁰When you stabilise yourself, when you have sufficient stability, you can constantly and very clearly see yourself to be what you are. ²¹Then, because you clearly recognise yourself as you are, all the fluctuation of: “What?” and “Why?” stops.

²²जैसे कोई स्पष्ट वस्तु दिखाई देती है तो कभी क्वेश्चन नहीं उठेगा कि यह क्या है,क्वेश्चन समाप्त हो स्पष्ट अनुभव होगा कि यह ये है।

²²When you can see something very clearly, you don’t have to ask what it is; your questions stop because you can clearly recognise what that thing is.

²³ऐसे स्व-स्वरूप व बाप का स्वरूप एकाग्रता के आधार पर सदा स्पष्ट होगा।

²³Similarly, on the basis of your stability, you can clearly recognise your own form and the form of the father.

²⁴कैसे आत्मिक रूप में टिकूँ,आत्मा का स्वरूप ऐसा है या वैसा है? ²⁵यह हलचल अर्थात् क्वेश्चन खत्म हो जाते हैं।

²⁴When you stabilise in your form of soul consciousness in this way, all the fluctuation of questioning what the soul is like comes to an end.

²⁶जब क्वेश्चन खत्म होंगे,हलचल समाप्त होगी तो हर संकल्प भी स्पष्ट हो जाता है।

²⁵When your questions end, all your fluctuation ends, and then every thought you have also becomes very clear.

²⁷हर संकल्प,बोल और कर्म का आदि, मध्य आर अन्त तीनों ही काल ऐसे स्पष्ट होते हैं जैसे वर्तमान काल स्पष्ट होता है।

²⁶The beginning, the middle and end of your every thought, word and deed becomes as clear as something in the present would be.

²⁸संकल्प रूपी बीज शक्तिशाली है तो फलदायक है।

²⁷The seed of a powerful thought becomes fruitful.

²⁹एकाग्रता से सर्व शक्तियाँ सिद्धि स्वरूप में प्राप्त हो जाती हैं।

²⁸When you have stability, you are able to gain all powers and become an embodiment of success.

³⁰क्योंकि स्परूप स्पष्ट होता है तो स्वरूप की शक्तियाँ भी ऐसे ही स्पष्ट अनुभव होती हैं।

²⁹When your form is very clearly recognised, then the power of your form is also recognised just as clearly.

³¹समझा, एकाग्रता की महिमा? ³²वैसे भी आजकल की दुनिया में हलचल से तंग आ गये हैं।

³⁰Do you now understand why stability is praised so much? ³¹Nowadays, people are distressed by fluctuation.

³³चाहे राजनीति की हलचल,चाहे वस्तुओं के मूल्य की हलचल,करैन्सी की हलचल, कर्मभोग की हलचल, धर्म की हलचल - ऐसे सर्व प्रकार की हलचल में तंग आ गये हैं।

³²Whether it is fluctuation of politics, fluctuation of the cost of everything, fluctuation ofcurrency, fluctuation of the suffering of karma, fluctuation of religion; whatever type of fluctuation it is, people are distressed by them all.

³⁴जितने साइन्स के साधन पहले सुख के साधन अनुभव होते थे आज वह साधन भी हलचल अनुभव कराने वाले हो गये हैं।

³³People used to experience the facilities of science as things to make them happy, but those same facilities have now become instruments to make them fluctuate.

³⁵यहाँ भी ब्राह्मण आत्मायें संकल्प में व सम्पर्क में हलचल से ही थकती हैं।

³⁴Here too, Brahmin souls have become tired due to fluctuation in their thoughts and relationships.

³⁶इसलिए सहज विधि है - एकाग्रता को अपनाओ।

³⁵This is why the easy way to stop this is to become stable.

³⁷इसके लिए सदा एकान्तवासी बनो।

³⁶Therefore, constantly remain in solitude.

³⁸एकान्तवासी से एकाग्र सहज ही हो जायेंगे।

³⁷By constantly remaining in solitude, you can easily become stable.

³⁹देहली निवासी जैसे स्थापना के कार्य में आदि रत्न बन निमित्त बने। ⁴⁰अब सम्पूर्ण समाप्ति के कार्य में भी निमित्त बनो।

³⁸Just as those of you from Delhi became the instruments at the beginning of this task of establishment, so you should now also become the instruments for the end of this task.

⁴¹हर बात की सम्पूर्णता में आदि रत्न निमित्त बनो।

³⁹The original jewels should become instrumental in completing everything.
