²“संकल्प की गति धैर्यवत होने से लाभ”

¹Benefits of slowing down the speed of thoughts.

³सर्वगुणों के सागर शिव बाबा बोले:- ⁴‘‘आज बापदादा अपने‘एक बाप दूसरा न कोई'ऐसे एकनामी,एकरस स्थिति में स्थित होने वाले स्मृति स्वरूप बच्चों से मिलने आये हैं।

²Today, BapDada has come to meet His children who constantly remember the One, those who belong to the one Father and none other, those who are stable in a constant and steady stage and are embodiments of remembrance. ³BapDada is seeing the elevated lines of every child's birth of dying alive.

⁵हर बच्चे के मरजीवा जन्म की श्रेष्ठ रेखायें बापदादा देख रहे हैं।

⁴In today's world they tell souls their fortune, their virtues and the greatness of their task by reading the lines on their palms.

⁶आजकल की दुनिया में विशेष हस्त रेखायें देखने से आत्मा के भाग्य का वर्णन करते हैं वा गुण,कर्त्तव्य की श्रेष्ठता का वर्णन करते हैं।

⁵However, BapDada does not look at the lines on your palms. ⁶Baba is looking at the lines of the speed and stage of each of you children from your lips, eyes and forehead. ⁷Usually, someone tries to recognise another person from his face.

⁷लेकिन बापदादा हस्त रेखायें नहीं देखते हैं।

⁸Because those people are body conscious, they check physical things.

⁸हरेक बच्चे के मुख, नयन और मस्तक इन द्वारा हरेक की स्पीड और स्टेज की रेखायें देख रहे हैं।

⁹BapDada sees an embodiment of remembrance from the forehead, the form of fire from the eyes and the stage of being as loving and detached as a lotus from the smile on the face.

⁹वैसे भी फेस द्वारा ही मनुष्य, आत्मा को परखने की कोशिश करते हैं।

¹⁰The lines on the forehead of those who are constant embodiments of remembrance will show that they have a very slow speed of thoughts.

¹⁰वे लोग देह अभिमानी होने के कारण स्थूल बातों को चेक करते हैं।

¹¹They won't have any type of burden; they won't be under pressure. ¹²One thought will not give birth to many thoughts in one minute.

¹¹बापदादा मस्तक द्वारा स्मृति स्वरूप को देखते हैं। ¹²नयनों द्वारा ज्वाला रूप को देखते हैं, मुख की मुस्कान द्वारा न्यारे और प्यारेपन की कमल पुष्प समान स्थिति को देखते हैं।

¹³Just as a physical illness of the body is examined by the pulse being felt, so too, the lines on the forehead are a sign of the speed of thoughts. ¹⁴If the speed of thoughts is very fast, if thoughts constantly arise one after another, then through that extremely fast speed of thoughts, it is wasting the energy of your fortune.

¹³जो सदा स्मृति स्वरूप रहते,उनकी रेखायें सदा मस्तक में संकल्पों की गति धैर्यवत होगी।

¹⁵It is just like the power and energy of the body is also wasted by someone who speaks too quickly or who is constantly talking.

¹⁴किसी भी प्रकार का बोझ नहीं होगा।

¹⁶What do you tell someone who is constantly talking, who talks too much and too loudly?

¹⁵प्रेशर नहीं होगा।

¹⁷Speak less and say it softly!

¹⁶एक मिनट में एक संकल्प द्वारा अनेक संकल्पों को जन्म नहीं देंगे।

¹⁸In the same way, the speed of thoughts wastes spiritual energy. ¹⁹All of you children are experienced in this.

¹⁷जैसे शरीर में कोई भी बीमारी को नब्ज की गति से चेक करते हैं ऐसे संकल्प की गति, यह मस्तक की रेखा की पहचान है।

²⁰What is the speed of thoughts when you have waste thoughts and what is the speed of thoughts when you are churning knowledge? ²¹A lot of energy is wasted by one and energy is created by the other.

¹⁸अगर संकल्प की गति बहुत तीव्र गति में है, एक से एक, एक से एक संकल्प चलते ही रहते हैं तो संकल्पों की गति अति तीव्र होना, यह भी भाग्य की एनर्जी को वेस्ट करना है।

²²When the speed of waste thoughts is fast, you never experience yourself to be an embodiment of power. ²³Just as when you have lost all your physical energy, you say that your head has become empty, in the same way, such a soul experiences himself to be empty of all attainments.

¹⁹जैसे मुख द्वारा अति तीव्र गति से और सदा ही बोलते रहने से शरीर की शक्ति वा एनर्जी वेस्ट होती है।

²⁴For physical energy you are given an injection or a bottle of glucose. ²⁵In the same way, a soul who is weak in spirituality has to follow this method of effort in his awareness: I am a master almighty authority.

²⁰कोई सदा बोलते ही रहते हैं, ज्यादा बोलते हैं, जोर से बोलते तो उसको क्या कहते हो?

²⁶What points did BapDada relate in the murli today? ²⁷What is the brake for waste thoughts? ²⁸To try to apply a full-stop.

²¹- धीरे बोलो,कम बोलो।

²⁹All these methods are ways of injecting yourself.

²²ऐसे ही संकल्पों की गति रूहानी एनर्जी को वेस्ट करती है।

³⁰With this injection of the right method of effort, they become powerful for some time.

²³सभी बच्चे अनुभवी हैं- जब व्यर्थ संकल्प चलते हैं तो संकल्पों की गति क्या होती है।

³¹Or they give themselves glucose through special programmes of remembrance or through special gatherings or company.

²⁴और जब ज्ञान का मनन चलता है तो संकल्पों की गति क्या होती है? ²⁵वह एनर्जी वेस्ट करता है,वह एनर्जी बनाता है।

³²However, someone who has the habit of thinking too fast will, for a little time, experience himself to be powerful by filling himself with that power, but will then become weak again.

²⁶व्यर्थ संकल्प की तेज गति होने के कारण अपने आपको शक्ति स्वरूप कभी अनुभव नहीं करेंगे।

³³This is why, seeing the result from the lines on your forehead, BapDada is once again reminding you children of the shrimat: Don't allow the speed of your thoughts to become too fast!

²⁷जैसे शरीर की शक्ति गायब होने से वर्णन करते हो कि आज हमारा माथा खाली- खाली है।

³⁴For spoken words you tell others: Say two words instead of ten, and those two words should be powerful enough to carry out the work of one hundred words.

²⁸ऐसे आत्मा सर्व प्राप्तियों से अपने को खाली-खाली अनुभव करती है।

³⁵Similarly, this applies to the speed of thoughts; you should only have thoughts that are necessary.

²⁹जैसे शारीरिक शक्ति के लिए इन्जेक्शन लगाकर ताकत भरते हैं वा ग्लूकोज की बोतल चढ़ाते हैं, ऐसे रूहानियत से कमजोर आत्मा पुरूषार्थ की विधि स्मृति में लाती है - मैं मास्टर सर्वशक्तिवान हूँ, आज मुरली में बापदादा ने क्या-क्या पॉइंटस सुनाये, व्यर्थ संकल्प का ब्रेक क्या है!

³⁶Thought is the seed that should be filled with the fruit of success. ³⁷It should not be an empty seed that doesn’t bear any fruit. ³⁸This is known as constantly having powerful thoughts and not having wasteful thoughts. ³⁹When thoughts are few, there will automatically be less, and they will be powerful, whereas when thoughts are wasteful, there will be more and there will be no attainment.

³⁰बिन्दी लगाने का प्रयत्न करना,तो यह हुआ इन्जेक्शन लगाना।

⁴⁰Consider waste thoughts to be like a bamboo jungle – one automatically grows from another and they rub against one another.

³¹ऐसे पुरूषार्थ की विधि के इन्जेक्शन द्वारा कुछ समय शक्तिशाली हो जाते हैं वा विशेष याद के प्रोग्राम्स द्वारा वा विशेष संगठन और संग द्वारा ग्लूकोज चढ़ा लेते हैं।

⁴¹Then they catch fire and the jungle burns itself in the fire it has created by itself. ⁴²In the same way, one wasteful thought rubs against another wasteful thought and creates a fire of one or other vice and causes you distress.

³²लेकिन संकल्प की गति फास्ट के अभ्यासी थोड़े समय की शक्ति भरने से कुछ समय तो अपने को शक्तिवान अनुभव करेंगे लेकिन फिर भी कमजोर बन जायेंगे।

⁴³Therefore, let the speed of your thoughts slow down. ⁴⁴Whether you call it the treasure or the special energy of this birth, in which you have died alive, it is your thoughts. ⁴⁵The basis of dying alive is pure thoughts. ⁴⁶I am not a body, but a soul.

³³इसलिए बापदादा मस्तक की रेखाओं द्वारा रिजल्ट देखते हुए फिर से बच्चों को यही श्रीमत याद दिलाते हैं कि संकल्प की गति अति तीव्र नहीं बनाओ।

⁴⁷This thought changed you from a shell into a diamond. ⁴⁸I am a child of the Father from the previous cycle. ⁴⁹I am an heir, I have all rights. ⁵⁰This thought made you into a master almighty authority.

³⁴जैसे मुख के बोल के लिए कहते हैं कि दस शब्द के बजाए दो शब्द बोलो, जो दो शब्द ही ऐसे समर्थ हो जो 100 बोल का कार्य सिद्ध कर दें। ³⁵ऐसे संकल्प की गति, संकल्प भी वही चले जो आवश्यक हो।

⁵¹So this is your treasure, this is your energy and these are your thoughts. ⁵²How do you use your special treasures? ⁵³Recognise the treasures and energy of your thoughts and use them accordingly, for only then will all thoughts become practical and you will become an embodiment of total success.

³⁶संकल्प रूपी बीज सफलता के फल से सम्पन्न हो।

⁵⁴So do you understand what lines the Father looked at today?

³⁷खाली बीज न हो जिससे फल न निकले।

⁵⁵Think less, that is, have thoughts that take a practical form.

³⁸इसको कहा जाता है सदा समर्थ संकल्प हो। ³⁹व्यर्थ न हो।

⁵⁶Those who have such lines will constantly be the emperors of the carefree land.

⁴⁰समर्थ की संख्या स्वतः ही कम होगी लेकिन शक्तिशाली होगी और व्यर्थ की संख्या ज्यादा होगी प्राप्ति कुछ भी नहीं।

⁵⁷Constantly speak elevated words through your lips. ⁵⁸Elevated words are very few and can be counted, just as great souls are very few and souls are many and the Supreme Soul is just One.

⁴¹व्यर्थ संकल्प ऐसे समझो जैसे बट (बांस) का जंगल।

⁵⁹Therefore don't waste either type of energy – thoughts or words.

⁴²जो एक से अनेक स्वतः पैदा होते जाते हैं और आपस में टकरा कर आग लगा देते हैं।

⁶⁰A mahavir and a maharathi is one who speaks elevated words; one who has thoughts in the intellect that take practical form.

⁴³और स्वयं ही अपनी आग में भस्म हो जाते हैं।

⁶¹This is the sign of a mahavir and a maharathi.

⁴⁴ऐसे व्यर्थ संकल्प भी एक दो से टकराकर कोई-न-कोई विकार की अग्नि प्रज्वलित करते हैं और स्वयं ही स्वयं को परेशान करते हैं।

⁶²Become such a maharathi that anyone who comes in front of you wants you, a great soul, to speak words of blessings for him or to have elevated thoughts for him. ⁶³Words of blessings are always few.

⁴⁵इसलिए संकल्प की गति धैर्यवत बनाओ। ⁴⁶इस मरजीवे जन्म का खजाना कहो वा विशेष एनर्जी कहो, वह है ही - ‘संकल्प'।

⁶⁴So you are maharathi, mahavir, deity souls, souls who are worthy of worship by the devotees. ⁶⁵Constantly have thoughts and words that are filled with blessings.

⁴⁷मरजीवे बनने का आधार ही शुद्ध संकल्प है।

⁶⁶Speak words that are filled with nectar, not ordinary words. ⁶⁷Achcha.

⁴⁸‘‘मैं शरीर नहीं आत्मा हूँ'',इस संकल्प ने कौड़ी से हीरे तुल्य बना दिया ना! ⁴⁹‘‘मैं कल्प पहले वाला बाप का बच्चा हूँ,वारिस हूँ,अधिकारी हूँ'', इस संकल्प ने मास्टर सर्वशक्तिवान बनाया।

⁶⁸To those who make themselves and others constantly cool with their elevated thoughts, to those who constantly speak words filled with blessings, to those who have elevated lines of fortune, to the constantly elevated souls, great souls, deity souls, worthy-of-worship souls, BapDada's love, remembrance and namaste. ⁶⁹Avyakt BapDada meeting the doubly-foreign children:

⁵⁰तो खजाना भी यही है, एनर्जी भी यही तो संकल्प भी यही है।

⁷⁰All of you are the serviceable jewels who are constantly loving, co-operative and servers of BapDada, are you not?

⁵¹विशेष खजानों को कैसे यूज़ किया जाता है,ऐसे अपने संकल्प के खजाने वा एनर्जी को पहचान, ऐसे कार्य में लगाओ तब ही सर्व संकल्प सिद्ध होंगे और सिद्ध स्वरूप बन जायेंगे।

⁷¹Therefore, each of you jewels is so invaluable that you are worthy to be placed in the showcase of the world. ⁷²BapDada knows that you have come to belong to the Father having climbed over very many various high walls. ⁷³You climbed over the walls of religion, customs and systems; you climbed so many such walls!

⁵²तो समझा आज क्या रेखायें देखी? ⁵³कम सोचो अर्थात् सिद्धि स्वरूप संकल्प करो।

⁷⁴However, because of the co-operation received from the Father, you crossed all those walls as though you just took a step.

⁵⁴ऐसी रेखा वाले सदा बेगमपुर के बादशाह होंगे।

⁷⁵Nothing was difficult. ⁷⁶It felt so easy that you understood that you belonged to the Father for all time.

⁵⁵मुख से सदैव महावाक्य बोलो। ⁵⁶महावाक्य गिनती के होते हैं।

⁷⁷If you didn’t all belong to the Father, how could so many centres have been opened abroad?

⁵⁷जैसे महान आत्मायें गिनती की होती,आत्मायें अनेक होतीं और परमात्मा एक होता है।

⁷⁸All of you had gone to your own places for the sake of service. ⁷⁹Then the Father came and made you belong to Him.

⁵⁸तो दोनों एनर्जी - संकल्प की और वाणी की व्यर्थ खर्च नहीं करो।

⁸⁰So what do you think now? ⁸¹You are residents of Madhuban, are you not? ⁸²All of you vote for Madhuban.

⁵⁹महावीर महारथी अर्थात् मुख द्वारा महावाक्य बोलने वाले,बुद्धि द्वारा सिद्धि स्वरूप संकल्प करने वाले,यह निशानी है महावीर वा महारथी की।

⁸³Do you think that you are residents of Madhuban who have first gone on service? ⁸⁴You have gone to the different places just as the children of Bharat went to different places.

⁶⁰ऐसे महारथी बनो जो कोई भी सामने आये तो यही इच्छा रखे कि यह महान आत्मा मेरे प्रति श्रेष्ठ संकल्प सुनाये, आशीर्वाद के दो बोल बोले।

⁸⁵Each child has a different part to play in service. ⁸⁶You became instruments for service in order to awaken your equals. ⁸⁷BapDada is very pleased to see the variety of flowers from the various places.

⁶¹आशीर्वाद के बोल सदा कम होते हैं।

⁸⁸Have you ever seen one tree that has such a variety of flowers?

⁶²जो आप महारथी महावीर देवात्मायें,भक्तों की पूज्य आत्मायें हो।

⁸⁹This one tree that has so many different types of roses, different types of flowers, is always the embodiment of success. ⁹⁰Why?

⁶³सदा संकल्प और बोल से आशीर्वाद के संकल्प और बोल बोलो।

⁹¹You are souls who have been blessed by BapDada. ⁹²Always remember three expressions: 1) Constantly maintain balance.

⁶⁴अमृतवाणी बोलो।

⁹³2) Constantly remain blissful.

⁶⁵लौकिक वाणी नहीं। ⁶⁶अच्छा-

⁹⁴3) Give blessings to everyone.

⁶⁷सदा महान संकल्प द्वारा स्वयं को और सर्व को शीतल बनाने वाले, वाणी द्वारा सदा आशीर्वाद के बोल बोलने वाले, ऐसे श्रेष्ठ रेखाओं वाले,सदा श्रेष्ठ आत्माओं को, महान आत्माओं को,देव आत्माओं को, पूज्य आत्माओं को बापदादा का यादप्यार और नमस्ते।

⁹⁵There should be a constant balance of self service and service of others. ⁹⁶Your many talents are revealed through your balance. ⁹⁷You will also become sixteen celestial degrees complete by maintaining the balance of your intellect. ⁹⁸Every act you perform will become an art.

⁶⁸'' ⁶⁹विदेशी बच्चों से अव्यक्त बापदादा की मुलाकात

⁹⁹Your way of seeing will be an art because you listen to everything as a soul.

⁷⁰बापदादा के सदा स्नेही, सदा सहयोगी और सदा सेवाधारी सर्विसएबल रत्न हो ना?

¹⁰⁰In the same way, your way of speaking, your way of walking etc. should all be an art. ¹⁰¹However, the basis of all of this is the balance of your intellect.

⁷¹हरेक रत्न कितना अमूल्य है जो विश्व के शो केश के बीच रखने वाला है।

¹⁰²To remain constantly blissful means to be an embodiment of bliss. ¹⁰³The children of the Ocean of Bliss are embodiments of constant bliss.

⁷²बापदादा जानते हैं कि कितनी ऊँची-ऊँची अनेक प्रकार की दीवारों को पार कर बाप के बने हैं!

¹⁰⁴Achcha. ¹⁰⁵Now, we shall continue to meet. ¹⁰⁶The confluence age is the great meeting (mela) and so we shall constantly continue to meet.

⁷³धर्म की दीवार, रीति रस्म की दीवार,ऐसे कितनी दीवारें पार की?

¹⁰⁷It is impossible for there not to be a day or a second without the Father and the children meeting.

⁷⁴लेकिन बाप के सहयोग के कारण इतनी ऊँची दीवारें भी ऐसे पार की जैसे एक कदम उठाया।

¹⁰⁸You have such an experience, do you not? ¹⁰⁹You are always combined with the Father, are you not? ¹¹⁰No one has the courage to separate you from the combined form.

⁷⁵कोई भी मुश्किल नहीं।

¹¹¹No one has the strength to do this.

⁷⁶इतना सहज लगा जो समझते हो कि हम तो थे ही बाप के।

¹¹²Achcha. ¹¹³Question: What does it mean to say that Baba is your whole world?

⁷⁷अगर आप सब बाप के नहीं बनते तो विदेश में इतने सेन्टर क्यों खुलते?

¹¹⁴Answer: When your intellect is drawn elsewhere, it is drawn to the world. ¹¹⁵There are two things in the world – people and things.

⁷⁸सेवा के अर्थ अपने-अपने स्थान पर पहुँच गये थे,फिर से बाप ने आकर अपना बना लिया।

¹¹⁶The Father is the world, that is, whatever you can attain from all those people can be attained from the one Father.

⁷⁹तो अभी क्या समझते हो? ⁸⁰मधुबन निवासी हो ना?

¹¹⁷And whatever you can attain from everything else can also be attained from the Father.

⁸¹आप सबका वोट मधुबन है।

¹¹⁸Therefore the Father is your world, is He not?

⁸²ऐसे समझते हो कि हम मधुबन निवासी सेवा पर गये हुए हैं? ⁸³जैसे भारतवासी बच्चे भी और-और स्थान पर गये तो आप भी चले गये।

¹¹⁹Your relationships are with the Father, your connection is with the Father, your sitting and moving around is with the Father, and so the Father is your world, is He not?

⁸⁴हरेक बच्चे का भिन्न-भिन्न सर्विस का पार्ट है।

¹²⁰BapDada meeting the Australian Group: ¹²¹What thought did all of you have today?

⁸⁵अपनी हमजिन्स को जगाने के लिए कितना सहज सेवा के निमित्त बन गये।

¹²²Did all of you bid farewell to Maya? ¹²³Those who still want to think about this, raise your hands!

⁸⁶बापदादा वैरायटी स्थान के वैरायटी फूलों को देख बहुत खुश हैं।

¹²⁴If, even now, you say that you will think about it, then this too is a weak foundation. ¹²⁵To think about it means there is a weakness.

⁸⁷वैरायटी फूलों का एक वृक्ष हो जाए,ऐसा वृक्ष कभी देखा?

¹²⁶The business of Brahma Kumars and Kumaris is to become, and make others into, conquerors of Maya.

⁸⁸एक वृक्ष के भिन्न-भिन्न प्रकार के गुलाब हो, फूल हो।

¹²⁷Do you have to think about something that is your natural business?

⁸⁹सदा सिद्धि स्वरूप हो। ⁹⁰क्योंकि बापदादा द्वारा वरदानी आत्मायें बन गये! ⁹¹तीन शब्द सदा याद रखो।

¹²⁸Just say: It has already happened, just like last year when you had the determination to open a centre in many places, and they were opened, were they not?

⁹²एक - सदा बैलेन्स रखना है।

¹²⁹How many centres are there now?

⁹³दूसरा - सदा ब्लिसफुल रहना है।

¹³⁰17. You just had that thought and the thought was fulfilled.

⁹⁴तीसरा - सर्व को ब्लैसिंग देना है।

¹³¹In the same way, have the thought to become a conqueror of Maya.

⁹⁵सेवा और स्व की सेवा दोनों का सदा बैलेन्स।

¹³²BapDada constantly congratulates you children on your courage.

⁹⁶बैलेन्स द्वारा कितनी कलायें दिखाते हैं।

¹³³Continue to make much more progress in service.

⁹⁷आप भी बुद्धि के बैलेन्स द्वारा सदा 16 कला सम्पन्न स्वरूप हो जायेंगे।

¹³⁴All of you children are loved by BapDada. ¹³⁵BapDada too cannot do anything without you companions.

⁹⁸आपका हर कर्म कला हो जायेगा।

¹³⁶You are all very, very valuable. ¹³⁷Achcha.

⁹⁹देखना भी कला! ¹⁰⁰क्योंकि आत्मा होकर सुनते हो ना। ¹⁰¹ऐसे बोलना, चलना हर कदम में हर कर्म में कला।

¹³⁸Blessing: May you be victorious over a long period of time and be threaded in the rosary of victory by paying attention all the time.

¹⁰²लेकिन इन सबका आधार है - ‘बुद्धि का बैलेंस'।

¹³⁹Those who are victorious over a long period of time become beads of the rosary of victory.

¹⁰³ऐसे ही सदा ब्लिसफुल अर्थात् आनन्द स्वरूप।

¹⁴⁰In order to become victorious, constantly keep the Father in front of you.

¹⁰⁴आनन्द के सागर के बच्चे सदा आनन्द स्वरूप। ¹⁰⁵अच्छा - अब तो मिलते ही रहेंगे। ¹⁰⁶संगमयुग है ही मेला।

¹⁴¹I have to do what the Father has done. ¹⁴²At every step, the Father’s thought should be the thought of you children, whatever words the Father speaks should also be the words of you children.

¹⁰⁷तो सदा मिलते ही रहेंगे।

¹⁴³Only then will you become victorious.

¹⁰⁸एक दिन भी बाप और बच्चों का मिलन न हो वा एक- एक सेकण्ड भी मिलन न हो ऐसा हो नहीं सकता।

¹⁴⁴Attention has to be paid to this all the time. ¹⁴⁵Only then will you attain the fortune of the kingdom for all time, because as your effort, so your reward.

¹⁰⁹ऐसा अनुभव तो करते हो ना? ¹¹⁰सदा बाप के साथ-साथ कम्बाइन्ड हो ना?

¹⁴⁶When you make constant effort, you receive the fortune of the kingdom for all time.

¹¹¹कम्बाइन्ड रूप से अलग करने की कोई को भी हिम्मत नहीं।

¹⁴⁷Slogan: To be attracted to any bodily being, even through your thoughts, means to be unfaithful.

¹¹²किसी की भी ताकत नहीं। ¹¹³अच्छा-
