³BapDada is seeing all His children who have all rights.

⁴आप श्रेष्ठ आत्माओं के लिए जो गायन है कि राज्य सत्ता और धर्म की सत्ता - दोनों सत्ता एक के हाथ में रहती है।

⁴There is the praise of you elevated souls having both authorities in your hands – the authority of ruling and the authority of religion.

⁵यह महिमा आपके भविष्य प्रालब्ध रूप की गाई हुई है।

⁵That is the praise remembered of your future reward.

⁶लेकिन भविष्य प्रालब्ध का आधार वर्तमान श्रेष्ठ जीवन है।

⁶However, the basis of your future reward is your present elevated life.

⁷बापदादा चारों ओर के बच्चों को देख रहे हैं कि राज्य सत्ता और धर्म सत्ता दोनों कहाँ तक प्राप्त की हैं!

⁷BapDada is looking at all you children everywhere to see to what extent you have attained the authority of ruling and the authority of religion.

⁸संस्कार सब इस समय ही आत्मा में भरते हैं।

⁸It is at this time that you souls fill ourselves these sanskars.

⁹अब के राजे वही भविष्य में राज्य अधिकारी बन सकते हैं।

⁹Those who are kings now will have a right to the kingdom in the future.

¹⁰अब की धारणा स्वरूप आत्मायें ही धर्म सत्ता प्राप्त कर सकती हैं।

¹⁰Souls who are an embodiment of dharna at this time will attain the authority of the religion.

¹¹तो दोनों ही सत्तायें हरेक ने अपने में कहाँ तक धारण की है?

¹¹Therefore, to what extent has each of you imbibed both authorities in yourself?

¹²राज्य सत्ता अर्थात् अधिकारी, अथार्टी स्वरूप।

¹²The authority of ruling means to be an embodiment of all rights.

¹³राज्य सत्ता वाली आत्मा अपने अधिकार द्वारा जब चाहे, जैसे चाहे वैसे अपनी स्थूल और सूक्ष्म शक्तियों को चला सकती है।

¹³A soul who has the authority of ruling will, through having all rights, be able to use all his physical and subtle powers as and when he wants.

¹⁴यह अथार्टी राज्य सत्ता की निशानी है।

¹⁴This authority is the sign of the authority of ruling.

¹⁵दूसरी निशानी - राज्य सत्ता वाले हर कार्य को ला एण्ड आर्डर द्वारा चला सकते हैं।

¹⁵The second sign of those who have the authority of ruling is that they will have every task carried out with law and order.

¹⁶राज्य सत्ता अर्थात् मात-पिता के स्वरूप में अपनी प्रजा की पालना करने की शक्ति वाला।

¹⁶To have the authority of ruling means to have the power of sustaining your subjects as their mother and father.

¹⁷राज्य सत्ता अर्थात् स्वयं भी सदा सर्व में सम्पन्न और औरों को भी सम्पन्नता में रखने वाले।

¹⁷The authority of ruling means for oneself to be always complete in everything and also to keep others full and compete.

¹⁸राज्य सत्ता अर्थात् विशेष सर्व प्राप्तियाँ होंगी - सुख,शान्ति, आनन्द,प्रेम,सर्व गुणों के खजानों से भरपूर।

¹⁸To have the authority of ruling means especially to have all attainments – to have happiness, peace, bliss, and love – to be full with the treasures of all virtues.

¹⁹स्वयं भी और सर्व भी खजानों से भरपूर।

¹⁹It means for oneself to be full of all treasures and to keep everyone else full.

²⁰राज्य सत्ता वाले अर्थात् अधिकारी आत्मायें बने हो?

²⁰Have you become souls who have the authority of ruling, that is, have you become souls who have all rights?

²¹मातपिता के समान पालना की विशेषता अनुभव करते हो?

²¹Do you experience yourself to have the speciality of giving sustenance as a mother and father?

²²जो भी आत्मायें सम्बन्ध वा सम्पर्क में आवें, वे अनुभव करें कि यही श्रेष्ठ आत्मायें हमारे ‘पूर्वज'हैं।

²²All souls who come into relationship or contact with you should experience you to be their elevated ancestor souls.

²³इन्हीं आत्माओं द्वारा जीवन का सच्चा प्रेम, और जीवन की उन्नति का साधन प्राप्त हो सकता है क्योंकि पालना द्वारा ही प्रेम और जीवन की उन्नति प्राप्त होती है।

²³They should feel that it is through you souls that they will attain true love and make progress in their life, because it is only through being given sustenance that someone can experience love and make progress in his life.

²⁴पालना द्वारा आत्मा योग्य बन जाती है।

²⁴It is by receiving sustenance that a soul becomes worthy.

²⁵छोटा सा बच्चा भी पालना द्वारा अपनी जीवन की मंजिल को पहुँचने के लिए हिम्मतवान बन जाता है। ²⁶ऐसे रूहानी पालना द्वारा आत्मा निर्बल से शक्ति स्वरूप बन जाती है।

²⁵Just as a small child develops courage to reach the destination of his life through the sustenance he receives, similarly by receiving such spiritual sustenance, weak souls become embodiments of power.

²⁷अपनी मंजिल की ओर तीव्रगति से पहुंचने की हिम्मतवान बन जाती है।

²⁶They too develop the courage to reach their destination at a fast speed.

²⁸पालना में वह सदा प्रेम के सागर बाप द्वारा सच्चे अथाह प्रेम की अनुभूति करती है।

²⁷They constantly experience plenty of true love from the Father, the Ocean of Love, as their sustenance.

²⁹ऐसे राज्य सत्ता की निशानियां अपने में अनुभव करते हो?

²⁸Do you experience yourself to have the authority of ruling in this way?

³⁰अधीनता के संस्कार परिवर्तन हो,अधिकारीपन के संस्कार अनुभव करते हो?

²⁹Have the sanskars of dependency been transformed so that you experience yourself to have the sanskars of having all rights?

³¹राज्य सत्ता के संस्कार भर गये हैं?

³⁰Have you filled yourself with the sanskars of the authority of ruling?

³²निशानियाँ तो यहाँ दिखाई देंगी वा भविष्य में?

³¹Is it that the signs will be visible here or will they be revealed in the future?

³³राज्य सत्ता की एक और भी विशेषता है,जानते हो?

³²There is one more speciality of those who have the authority of ruling. ³³Do you know that?

³⁴‘सदा अटल और अखण्ड राज्य।

³⁴To have a constant and united kingdom.

³⁵'यह महिमा अपने राज्य की करते हो ना!

³⁵This is the praise that you sing of your kingdom, is it not?

³⁶यह भी निशानी चेक करो कि राज्य सत्ता की जो भी निशानियाँ हैं वह अटल और अखण्ड हैं?

³⁶Do you also check the signs of your authority to rule to see whether all of these signs are constant and unbroken?

³⁷सत्ता खण्डित तो नही होती!

³⁷Your authority is never broken, is it?

³⁸अभी-अभी अधिकारी, अभी-अभी अधीन होगा तो उनको अखण्ड कहा जायेगा?

³⁸If, at one moment, you have all rights, and the next moment you are dependent, would that be said to be unbroken?

³⁹इससे ही अपने आपको जान सकते हो कि मेरी प्रालब्ध क्या है - राज्य अधिकारी हूँ वा राज्य के अन्दर रहने वाला हूँ?

³⁹Through this, you can know yourself as to what your reward will be. ⁴⁰Am I one who has a right to the kingdom? ⁴¹Or, am I one who will be part of the kingdom?

⁴⁰इसी रीति - धर्म सत्ता अर्थात् हर धारणा की शक्ति स्वयं में अनुभव करने वाली आत्मा।

⁴²In the same way, to have the authority of religion means to experience yourself to be a soul who has the power of dharna within you.

⁴¹जैसे पवित्रता के धारणा की शक्ति अनुभव करने वाली।

⁴³For instance, to experience yourself to have the power of the dharna of purity.

⁴²पवित्रता की शक्ति से सदा परमपूज्य बन जाते। ⁴³पवित्रता की शक्ति से इस पतित दुनिया को परिवर्तन कर लेते हो।

⁴⁴With the power of purity you become constantly and supremely worthy-to-be-worshipped. ⁴⁵With the power of purity you transform the impure world.

⁴⁴पवित्रता की शक्ति विकारों की अग्नि में जलती हुई आत्माओं को शीतल बना देती है।

⁴⁶The power of purity cools down souls who are burning in the fire of the vices.

⁴⁵पवित्रता की शक्ति आत्मा को अनेक जन्मों के विकर्मों के बन्धन से छुड़ा देती है।

⁴⁷The power of purity liberates souls from the bondage of their sinful actions of many births.

⁴⁶पवित्रता की शक्ति नेत्रहीन को तीसरा नेत्र दे देती है।

⁴⁸The power of purity gives sightless souls the third eye.

⁴⁷पवित्रता की शक्ति से इस सारे सृष्टि रूपी मकान को गिरने से थमा सकते हैं।

⁴⁹The power of purity enables support to be given to the building of this world and prevent it from falling.

⁴⁸पवित्रता पिलर्स हैं - जिसके आधार पर द्वापर से यह सृष्टि कुछ न कुछ थमी हुई है।

⁵⁰The pillars of purity are the bases of giving a little support to the world from the copper age onwards.

⁴⁹पवित्रता लाइट का क्राउन है।

⁵¹Purity is the crown of light.

⁵⁰ऐसे पवित्रता की धारणा - ‘यह है धर्म सत्ता'।

⁵²Therefore, this is the way the dharna of purity is the authority of religion.

⁵¹इसी प्रकार हर गुण की धारणा, हर गुण की विशेषता आत्मा में समाई हुई हो।

⁵³This is why the dharna and speciality of every virtue should be merged in the soul.

⁵²इसको कहा जाता है ‘धर्म सत्ता'।

⁵⁴This is known as having the authority of religion.

⁵³धर्म सत्ता अर्थात् धारणा की सत्ता।

⁵⁵To have the authority of religion means to have the authority of dharna.

⁵⁴ऐसी धर्म सत्ता वाली आत्मायें बने हो?

⁵⁶Have you become such souls who have the authority of dharna?

⁵⁵धर्म में दो विशेषतायें होती हैं।

⁵⁷There are two specialities of religion.

⁵⁶धर्म सत्ता स्व को और सर्व को सहज परिवर्तन कर लेती है।

⁵⁸The authority of religion easily transforms oneself and others.

⁵⁷परिवर्तन शक्ति स्पष्ट होगी।

⁵⁹There is the power of clear transformation in that.

⁵⁸सारे चक्र में देखो जो भी धर्म सत्ता वाली आत्मायें आई हैं उन्हों की विशेषता है - मनुष्य आत्माओं को परिवर्तन करना।

⁶⁰Look at the speciality of all the souls throughout the cycle who came down with authority of religion. ⁶¹It was to transform human souls.

⁵⁹साधारण मनुष्य से परिवर्तन हो कोई बौद्धी,कोई क्रिश्चयन बना, कोई मठ पंथ वाले बने।

⁶²From being ordinary human beings, they were transformed into Buddhists, Christians, or to belong to another sect.

⁶⁰लेकिन परिवर्तन तो हुए ना!

⁶³However, they were transformed.

⁶¹तो धर्म सत्ता अर्थात् परिवर्तन करने की सत्ता। ⁶²पहले स्वयं को फिर औरों को।

⁶⁴Therefore, the authority of religion means to have the authority to bring about transformation – first of all, in oneself and then, in others.

⁶³धर्म सत्ता की दूसरी विशेषता है - ‘परिपक्वता'।

⁶⁵The second speciality of those with the authority of religion is firmness.

⁶⁴हिलने वाले नहीं।

⁶⁶They are not those who fluctuate.

⁶⁵परिपक्वता की शक्ति द्वारा ही परिवर्तन कर सकेंगे।

⁶⁷Only with the power of remaining firm are you able to bring about transformation.

⁶⁶चाहे सितम हों,ग्लानी हो,आपोजिशन हो लेकिन अपनी धारणा में परिपक्व रहें।

⁶⁸No matter whether there is assault, obstacles or opposition, you have to be remain firm in your dharna.

⁶⁷यह हैं धर्म सत्ता की विशेषतायें।

⁶⁹These are the specialities of those who have the authority of religion.

⁶⁸धर्म सत्ता वाली हर कर्म में निर्मान।

⁷⁰Those who have the authority of religion will be humble in every act they perform.

⁶⁹जितना ही गुणों की धारणा सम्पन्न होगा अर्थात् गुणों रूपी फल स्वरूप होगा उतना ही फल सम्पन्न होते भी निर्मान होगा।

⁷¹To the extent that they are full in their dharna of virtues, that is, to the extent that they are embodiments of the fruit of their virtues, they will accordingly also be full of humility.

⁷⁰अपनी ‘निर्मान' स्थिति द्वारा ही हर गुण को प्रत्यक्ष कर सकेंगे।

⁷²It is with their stage of humility that they are able to reveal every virtue.

⁷¹जो भी ब्राह्मण कुल की धारणायें हैं उन सर्व धारणाओं की शक्ति होना अर्थात् धर्म सत्ताधारी होना।

⁷³One who has the power of dharna of all the different virtues of the Brahmin clan means to be one who has the authority of religion.

⁷²तो राज्य सत्ता और धर्म सत्ता दोनों संस्कार हर आत्मा में भर गये हैं!

⁷⁴So, have you souls filled yourselves with both sanskars of the authority of ruling and the authority of religion?

⁷³दोनों का बैलेन्स है?

⁷⁵Is there a balance of the two?

⁷⁴आज बापदादा सभी बच्चों का यह चार्ट देख रहे थे कि कहाँ तक धर्म सत्ता और राज्य सत्ता अधिकारी बने हैं!

⁷⁶Today, BapDada was looking at the chart of you children to see to what extent you have all rights to the authority of religion and the authority of ruling.

⁷⁵नम्बरवार होंगे वा सभी एक जैसे होंगे?

⁷⁷Are you numberwise or are all of you the same? ⁷⁸Can you know what your number is?

⁷⁶मेरा नम्बर क्या है यह जान सकते हो?

⁷⁹All of you sitting here are kings, are you not?

⁷⁷यहाँ सब राजे बैठे हो ना!

⁸⁰You are those who create subjects, are you not?

⁷⁸प्रजा बनाने वाले हो ना!

⁸¹You yourselves are not the subjects, are you?

⁷⁹स्वयं तो प्रजा नहीं हो ना! ⁸⁰तो सभी अपने को ऐसे राज्य सत्ता और धर्म सत्ता अधिकारी बनाओ।

⁸²Therefore, all of you should make yourselves into those who have the authority of ruling and the authority of religion.

⁸¹समझा - राज्य वंश की निशानियाँ क्या हैं?

⁸³Do you understand what the signs are of those who belong to the ruling clan?

⁸²देहली और महाराष्ट्र जोन वाले बैठे हैं ना!

⁸⁴Those from the Delhi and Maharashtra zones are sitting here.

⁸³राजधानी वाले भी राज्य अधिकारी बनेंगे ना!

⁸⁵Those who live in the capital should also have a right to the kingdom, should they not?

⁸⁴और महाराष्ट्र वाले महान बनेंगे।

⁸⁶And, those from Maharashtra should become great.

⁸⁵महान अर्थात् राज्य अधिकारी।

⁸⁷To be great means to have a right to the kingdom.

⁸⁶तो दोनों ही स्थान की महान श्रेष्ठ आत्मायें आई हुई हैं।

⁸⁸Therefore, the great elevated souls from both places have come here.

⁸⁷और विदेशी क्या बनेंगे?

⁸⁹What will the double foreigners become?

⁸⁸राज्य करने वाले वा राज्य को देखने वाले बनेंगे?

⁹⁰Those with a kingdom or those who simply look at the kingdom?

⁸⁹सबसे आगे जायेंगे ना!

⁹¹You will go ahead of everyone, will you not?

⁹¹ऐसे राज्य सत्ता और धर्म सत्ता अधिकारी, सदा सम्पन्न बन औरों को सम्पन्न बनाने वाले,परिवर्तन शक्ति द्वारा स्व परिवर्तन और विश्व परिवर्तन करने वाली श्रेष्ठ आत्मायें, सारा कल्प महिमा और पूजन होने वाली पवित्र आत्मायें, सदा अपने पवित्रता के गुण द्वारा सर्व को गुणवान बनाने वाली गुण मूर्त आत्माओं को बापदादा का यादप्यार और नमस्ते। ⁹²''

⁹³To those who have all rights to the authority of ruling and the authority of religion; to those who make themselves full and complete and make others the same; to the elevated souls who, with the power of transformation, transform themselves and transform the world; to the pure souls who are praised and worshipped throughout the whole cycle; to the souls who are an embodiment of all virtues and who, with their virtue of purity, make everyone virtuous, BapDada's love, remembrance and namaste.

⁹⁴1. समय के प्रमाण स्वयं को परिवर्तन करो:- अभी समय के प्रमाण परिवर्तन की गति तीव्र चाहिए।

⁹⁵Bring about transformation in yourself according to the time. ⁹⁶Now, according to the time, the speed of transformation should be fast.

⁹⁵जब समय तीव्रगति में जा रहा है और परिवर्तन करने वाले तीव्रगति में नहीं होंगे तो समय परिवर्तन हो जायेगा और स्वयं कमी वाले ही रह जायेंगे।

⁹⁷Since time is moving fast, if those who are bringing about transformation don't move fast, then the time will change and weaknesses will still remain in themselves. ⁹⁸What symbol is portrayed for souls who have weaknesses?

⁹⁶कमी वाली आत्माओं की निशानी क्या दिखाई है?

⁹⁹A bow and arrow. ¹⁰⁰Do you want to become one with a bow and arrow or one under the canopy?

⁹⁷कमान। ⁹⁸तो कमानधारी बनना है वा छत्रधारी बनना है? ⁹⁹सूर्यवंशी बनना है ना?

¹⁰¹You want to become part of the sun dynasty, do you not? ¹⁰²The sun is always bright and does everything at a fast speed.

¹⁰⁰तो सूर्य सदा तेज होता है और तीव्रगति में कार्य करता है।

¹⁰³In comparison to the sun, the moon is shown to be very cool. ¹⁰⁴Therefore, you mustn't be cool in your efforts.

¹⁰¹सूर्य के अन्तर में चन्द्रमा शीतल गाया जाता है।

¹⁰⁵If you remain cool in your efforts you become part of moon dynasty.

¹⁰²तो पुरूषार्थ में शीतल नहीं होना है। ¹⁰³पुरूषार्थ में शीतल हुए तो चन्द्रवंशी हो जायेंगे।

¹⁰⁶The sign of those of the sun dynasty is that they make intense effort – they do something as soon as they think of it.

¹⁰⁴सूर्यवंशी की निशानी है - तीव्र पुरूषार्थ। ¹⁰⁵सोचा और किया।

¹⁰⁷It isn't that you can think about something this year and do it next year!

¹⁰⁶ऐसे नहीं, सोचा एक वर्ष पहले और किया दूसरे वर्ष में।

¹⁰⁸Intense effort means to be in the flying stage. ¹⁰⁹The time for the stage of ascent has now gone by.

¹⁰⁷तीव्र पुरूषार्थ अर्थात् उड़ती कला वाले।

¹¹⁰You have been shown a very good way of moving up.

¹⁰⁸अभी चढ़ती कला का समय भी चला गया।

¹¹¹Simply remember the gift of one expression. ¹¹²What is that?

¹⁰⁹अब तो आगे बढ़ने का बहुत सहज साधन मिला हुआ है सिर्फ एक शब्द की गिफ्ट है - वह कौन सी?

¹¹³“My Baba”. ¹¹⁴This one expression is such a lift that, within a second, you can go to the top from down below. ¹¹⁵Do you not know how to use this lift?

¹¹⁰‘मेरा बाबा', यही एक शब्द ऐसी लिफ्ट है जो एक सेकण्ड में नीचे से ऊपर जा सकते हो।

¹¹⁶Since it is now the time to use a lift, why do you still climb the stairs? ¹¹⁷There is no tiredness in using a lift.

¹¹¹क्या यह लिफ्ट यूज़ करने नहीं आती?

¹¹⁸As soon as you think of it, you arrive there. ¹¹⁹So, who are you?

¹¹²अब लिफ्ट का जमाना है फिर सीढ़ी क्यों चढ़ते हो?

¹²⁰The lift is of just one expression; you don't need to think a great deal.

¹¹³लिफ्ट में कोई थकावट नहीं होती।

¹²¹Just the one expression, the one number, will enable you to arrive there.

¹¹⁴सोचा और पहुँचा। ¹¹⁵तो कौन हो?

¹²²Since you say “My (mera) Baba”, “I (me)” am merged in that.

¹¹⁶एक ही शब्द लिफ्ट है - ज्यादा सोचने की जरूरत नहीं,एक शब्द एक नम्बर में पहुँचा देगा। ¹¹⁷‘जब मेरा बाबा हुआ तो मैं उसमें समा गई।

¹²³Use this easy lift. ¹²⁴Those who use it will reach there, whereas those who simply look and think about it will be left behind. ¹²⁵Therefore, now become an embodiment of the awareness of this one expression and become a constantly powerful soul.

¹¹⁸'इतनी सहज लिफ्ट यूज़ करो - यूज़ करने वाले पहुँच जाते और देखने वाले, सोचने वाले रह जाते।

¹²⁶Constantly move forward at every step and also enable others to move forward. ¹²⁷To the extent that you yourself are full, to that extent you will be able to make others full. ¹²⁸Achcha.

¹¹⁹तो अब एक शब्द के स्मृति स्वरूप होकर सदा समर्थ आत्मा बन जाओ।

¹²⁹Blessing: May you remain so busy in looking after your household of all relationships of love with God that you become a conqueror of Maya. ¹³⁰The children who remain busy in fulfilling all relationships with the one Father become conquerors of Maya. ¹³¹Just as those who are busy in looking after their worldly family say that they are always so busy in looking after everything that they don't have the time to remember anything else, in the same way, the household of fulfilling the relationships of love with God is also very big. ¹³²The household of fulfilling your love for God also continues whilst you are asleep.

¹²⁰सदा हर कदम आगे बढ़ाते दूसरों को भी आगे बढ़ाते रहो।

¹³³Even in your sleep you can celebrate a meeting with God. ¹³⁴When you don't have time for even a second, how could Maya come to you?

¹²¹जितना स्वयं सम्पन्न होंगे उतना औरों को भी सम्पन्न बना सकेंगे।

¹³⁵Slogan: To become equal to Father Brahma means to reach your destination of perfection.
