¹निरंतर सहज योगी बनने की सहज युक्ति

¹The easy way to become a constant and easy yogi.

²याद और सेवा की धुन में लगाने वाले, सदा स्नेह के बन्धन में बाँधने वाले माता-पिता अपने सिकीलधे बच्चों प्रति बोले – ³आज बागवान अपने वैरायटी खुशबूदार फूलों के बगीचे को देख हर्षित हो रहे हैं।

²Today, the Master of the Garden is pleased to see the variety of fragrant flowers in His garden. ³BapDada was taking the fragrance of the variety of spiritual flowers and seeing the beauty of their form and singing songs of the speciality of each one.

⁴बापदादा वैरायटी रूहानी पुष्पों की खुशबू और रूप की रंगत देख हरेक की विशेषता के गीत गा रहे हैं।

⁴Whichever one of you is seen, each of you is more loved and elevated than the next.

⁵जिसको भी देखो हरेक एक दो से प्रिय और श्रेष्ठ है। ⁶नम्बरवार होते हुए भी बापदादा के लिए लास्ट नम्बर भी अति प्रिय है। ⁷क्योंकि चाहे अपनी यथा शक्ति मायाजीत बनने में कमज़ोर है फिर भी बाप को पहचान दिल से एक बार भी ‘मेरा बाबा’ कहा तो बापदादा रहम के सागर ऐसे बच्चे को भी एक बार के रिटर्न में पदमगुणा उसी रूहानी प्यार से देखते कि मेरे बच्चे विशेष आत्मा हैं।

⁵Even though you are numberwise, even the last number is extremely loved by BapDada, because even though, according to your capacity, you may be weak in becoming a conqueror of Maya, you have nevertheless recognised the Father and said, "my Baba", even once, from your heart. ⁶Therefore, BapDada, the Ocean of Mercy, also looks at such children with multimillion-fold spiritual love, with the vision that you are His children and are special souls.

⁸इसी नजर से देखते हैं फिर भी बाप का तो बना ना!

⁷He looks at you with that vision because you at least belong to the Father.

⁹तो बापदादा ऐसे बच्चे को भी रहम और स्नेह की दृष्टि द्वारा आगे बढ़ाते रहते हैं क्योंकि ‘मेरा’है।

⁸Therefore, because you belong to Him, BapDada, with the vision of love and mercy, continues to make such children move forward.

¹⁰यही रूहानी मेरे-पन की स्मृति ऐसे बच्चों के लिए समर्थी भरने की आशीर्वाद बन जाती है।

⁹This spiritual consciousness of "mine" becomes a blessing for such children to be filled with power.

¹¹बापदादा को मुख से आशीर्वाद देने की आवश्यकता नहीं पड़ती। ¹²क्योंकि शब्द,वाणी सेकेण्ड नम्बर है लेकिन स्नेह का संकल्प शक्तिशाली भी है और नम्बरवन प्राप्ति का अनुभव कराने वाला है।

¹⁰BapDada doesn't need to give blessings through His mouth because words of the mouth are secondary, whereas the thought of love is powerful and also enables you to experience the number one attainment.

¹³बापदादा इसी सूक्ष्म स्नेह के संकल्प से मात पिता दोनों रूप से हर बच्चे की पालना कर रहे हैं।

¹¹With this subtle thought of love, BapDada, in the form of both Mother and Father, is sustaining all the children.

¹⁴जैसे लौकिक में सिकीलधे बच्चे की माँ बाप गुप्त ही गुप्त बहुत शक्तिशाली चीजों से पालना करते हैं।

¹²In worldly life too, parents continue to sustain their dearly beloved children with many powerful things in an incognito way.

¹⁵जिसको आप लोग खोरश (खातिरी) कहते हो।

¹³You speak of this as special hospitality.

¹⁶तो बापदादा भी वतन में बैठे सभी बच्चों की विशेष खोरश (खातिरी) करते रहते हैं। ¹⁷जैसे मधुबन में आते हो तो विशेष खोरश (खातिरी) होती है ना।

¹⁴Therefore, BapDada, whilst sitting in the subtle region, also gives special hospitality to the children just as when you come to Madhuban you are given special hospitality.

¹⁸तो बापदादा भी वतन में हर बच्चे को फरिश्ते आकारी रूप में आह्वान कर सम्मुख बुलाते हैं और आकारी रूप में अपने संकल्प द्वारा सूक्ष्म सर्व शक्तियों की विशेष बल भरने की खातिरी करते हैं।

¹⁵BapDada invokes all the children in their subtle angelic form and calls them in front of Him. ¹⁶Because you are the children who have all rights, through His thoughts He gives you children the subtle hospitality of making you full of all special powers.

¹⁹एक है अपने पुरूषार्थ द्वारा शक्ति की प्राप्ति करना।

¹⁷One is to attain power through your own effort.

²⁰यह है मात-पिता के स्नेह की पालना के रूप में विशेष खातिरी करना। ²¹जैसे यहाँ भी किस-किस की खातिरी करते हो।

¹⁸This is to receive special hospitality in the form of the sustenance of love from the Mother and Father, just as here too, some children receive special hospitality.

²²नियम प्रमाण रोज के भोजन से विशेष वस्तुओं से खातिरी करते हो ना।

¹⁹According to the discipline, you are offered special hospitality with a variety of food.

²³एक्स्ट्रा देते हो।

²⁰You are given extra things.

²⁴ऐसे ब्रह्मा माँ का भी बच्चों में विशेष स्नेह है।

²¹In the same way, Mother Brahma also has special love.

²⁵ब्रह्मा माँ वतन में भी बच्चों की रिमझिम बिना रह नहीं सकते।

²²Mother Brahma cannot stay in the subtle region without the splendour and sparkle of the children.

²⁶रूहानी ममता है।

²³He has spiritual motherly attachment.

²⁷तो सूक्ष्म स्नेह के आह्वान से बच्चों के स्पेशल ग्रुप इमर्ज करते हैं।

²⁴With the invocation with subtle love, Baba invokes the special group of the children.

²⁸जैसे साकार में याद हैं ना, हर ग्रुप को विशेष स्नेह के स्वरूप में अपने हाथों से खिलाते थे और बहलाते थे।

²⁵You probably remember in the sakar days Baba used to invite special groups and feed them with His hands and also entertain them.

²⁹वही स्नेह का संस्कार अब भी प्रैक्टिकल में चल रहा है।

²⁶That sanskar of love is even now continuing in a practical way.

³⁰इसमें सिर्फ बच्चों को बाप समान आकारी स्वरूपधारी बन अनुभव करना पड़े।

²⁷For you children to have this experience, you just need to become equal to the Father in the angelic form.

³¹अमृतवेले ब्रह्मा माँ - ‘‘आओ बच्चे, आओ बच्चे’’ कह विशेष शक्तियों की खुराक बच्चों को खिलाते हैं।

²⁸At amrit vela, Mother Brahma especially calls out to you children, saying, "Come children, come children", and feeds you with the nourishment of special powers.

³²जैसे यहाँ घी पिलाते थे और साथ-साथ एक्सरसाइज भी कराते थे ना! ³³तो वतन में भी घी भी पिलाते अर्थात् सूक्ष्म शक्तियों की (ताकत की) चीजें देते और अभ्यास की एक्सरसाइज भी कराते हैं।

²⁹Just as when Baba was here in the physical form, Baba used to feed you with ghee and also make you do exercises, so too, Baba also gives you the ghee of subtle powers in the subtle region and also helps you to do the exercise of this practice.

³⁴बुद्धि बल द्वारा सैर भी कराते हैं। ³⁵अभी-अभी परमधाम, अभी-अभी सूक्ष्मवतन। ³⁶अभी-अभी साकारी सृष्टि, ब्राह्मण जीवन। ³⁷तीनों लोकों में दौड़ की रेस कराते हैं।

³⁰He inspires you to tour around with your intellect to go to the supreme region one moment and to go to the subtle region the next moment and, the next moment, to be in the corporeal world leading a Brahmin life.

³⁸जिससे विशेष खातिरी जीवन में समा जाए।

³¹He makes you run a race in all three regions.

³⁹तो सुना ब्रह्मा माँ क्या करते हैं।

³²Through this you have special hospitality merged in your life.

⁴⁰डबल विदेशी बच्चों को वैसे भी छुट्टी के दिनों में कहाँ दूर जाकर एक्जरशन करने की आदत हैं।

³³So did you hear what Mother Brahma does? ³⁴Double-foreign children have the habit of going on an excursion somewhere far away during their holidays.

⁴¹तो बापदादा भी डबल विदेशी बच्चों को विशेष निमंत्रण दे रहे हैं।

³⁵Therefore BapDada is also giving you double-foreign children a special invitation.

⁴²जब भी फ्री हो तो वतन में आ जाओ।

³⁶Whenever you are free, just come to the subtle region!

⁴³सागर के किनारे मिट्टी में नहीं जाओ।

³⁷Don't go in the mud at the sea-side.

⁴⁴ज्ञान सागर के किनारे आ जाओ।

³⁸Come to the shores of the Ocean of Knowledge.

⁴⁵बिगर खर्चे के बहुत प्राप्ति हो जायेगी।

³⁹You will experience a lot of attainment with no expense.

⁴⁶सूर्य की किरणें भी लेना, चन्द्रमा की चाँदनी भी लेना, पिकनिक भी करना और खेल कूद भी करना।

⁴⁰Experience the rays of the Sun, the moonlight of the Moon, have a picnic and also play games. ⁴¹However, you will have to come in the aeroplane of your intellect.

⁴⁷लेकिन बुद्धि रूपी विमान में आना पड़ेगा।

⁴²The aeroplane of everyone's intellect is ever-ready, is it not?

⁴⁸सबका बुद्धि रूपी विमान एवररेडी है ना।

⁴³Just start the switch of thoughts and you will arrive there.

⁴⁹संकल्प रूपी स्विच स्टार्ट किया और पहुँचे।

⁴⁴The aeroplane is ready with all of you, is it not?

⁵⁰विमान तो सबके पास रेडी है ना कि कभी-कभी स्टार्ट नहीं होता है वा पेट्रोल कम होता आधा में लौट आते।

⁴⁵Or is it that sometimes it doesn't start and sometimes you run out of petrol and so you turn back half-way. ⁴⁶Otherwise, it is a matter of arriving there in just a second.

⁵¹वैसे तो सेकण्ड में पहुँचने की बात है।

⁴⁷All you need is double-refined petrol. ⁴⁸What is the double refined-petrol?

⁵²सिर्फ डबल रिफाइन पेट्रोल की आवश्यकता है। ⁵³डबल रिफाइण्ड पेट्रोल कौन सा है?

⁴⁹One is the intoxication of the faith of being incorporeal: "I am a soul, a child of the Father".

⁵⁴एक है निराकारी निश्चय का नशा कि मैं आत्मा हूँ, बाप का बच्चा हूँ।

⁵⁰The second is the intoxication of all relationships with the Father in the corporeal form.

⁵⁵दूसरा है साकार रूप में सर्व सम्बन्धों का नशा।

⁵¹Not just the intoxication of the relationship of Father and child.

⁵⁶सिर्फ बाप और बच्चे के सम्बन्ध का नशा नहीं।

⁵²However, this is the pure family of the family path.

⁵⁷लेकिन प्रवृत्ति मार्ग पवित्र परिवार है। ⁵⁸तो बाप से सर्व सम्बन्धों के रस का नशा साकार रूप में चलते फिरते अनुभव हो।

⁵³Therefore, you should experience the intoxication of the sweetness of all relationships with the Father in a corporeal form whilst walking and moving around.

⁵⁹यह नशा और खुशी निरंतर सहज योगी बना देती है।

⁵⁴This intoxication and happiness makes you a constant and easy yogi.

⁶⁰इसलिए निराकारी और साकारी डबल रिफाइण्ड साधन की आवश्यकता है।

⁵⁵This is why there is a need for the double-refined method of being incorporeal and corporeal.

⁶¹अच्छा - आज तो पार्टियों से मिलना है इसलिए फिर दुबारा साकारी और निराकारी नशे पर सुनायेंगे।

⁵⁶Achcha. ⁵⁷Today, Baba has to meet groups and so Baba will tell you more about corporeal and incorporeal intoxication at some other time.

⁶²डबल विदेशी बच्चों को सर्विस के प्रत्यक्ष फल की, आज्ञा पालन करने की विशेष मुबारक बापदादा दे रहे हैं।

⁵⁸BapDada is giving special congratulations to the double-foreign children for the practical and visible fruit of their service and for obeying all directions.

⁶³हरेक ने अच्छा बड़ा ग्रुप लाया है।

⁵⁹Each of you has brought a big, good group.

⁶⁴बापदादा के आगे अच्छे ते अच्छे बड़े गुलदस्ते भेंट किये हैं। ⁶⁵उसके लिए बापदादा ऐसे वफादार बच्चों को दिल व जान सिक व प्रेम से यही वरदान दे रहे हैं –

⁶⁰You have presented BapDada with the best bouquets of all. ⁶¹For doing this, BapDada is giving you faithful children the blessing from His heart with a lot of love: "May you live eternally and continue to move forward!" ⁶²Achcha.

⁶⁶‘‘सदा जीते रहो - बढ़ते रहो’’ ⁶⁷अच्छा - चारों ओर के स्नेही बच्चों को, जो चारों ओर याद और सेवा की धुन में लगे हुए हैं, ऐसे बाप को प्रत्यक्ष करने के निमित्त बने हुए सिकीलधे बच्चों की सेवा के रिटर्न में प्यार और याद के रिटर्न में अविनाशी याद।

⁶³To all the loving children everywhere who are engaged with deep love in remembrance and service; to long-lost and now-found children who are instruments to reveal the Father, please accept love in return for your service and eternal love in return for your remembrance. ⁶⁴To those who maintain such eternal deep love, please accept eternal love, remembrance and namaste.

⁶⁸ऐसे अविनाशी लग्न में रहने वालों को अविनाशी याद प्यार और नमस्ते।

⁶⁵BapDada meeting a group from Australia: ⁶⁶BapDada is seeing the speciality of the children from Australia.

⁶⁹’’ ⁷⁰आस्ट्रेलिया पार्टी से -आस्ट्रेलिया निवासी बच्चों की विशेषता बापदादा देख रहे हैं।

⁶⁷Do you know what the speciality of the residents of Australia is? ⁶⁸(They don't know this because this is the first time they have come.)

⁷¹आस्ट्रेलिया निवासियों की विशेषता क्या है, जानते हो?

⁶⁹Have you come to a totally new place or a place that is familiar to you?

⁷²(पहली बार आये हैं इसलिए नहीं जानते हैं) नये स्थान पर आये हो वा अपने पहचाने हुए स्थान पर आये हो?

⁷⁰As soon as you arrive at this place, the awareness of the previous cycle becomes so clear that it is as though you have seen it just now in your present birth.

⁷³यहाँ पहुँचने से कल्प पहले की स्मृति इतनी स्पष्ट हो जाती है जैसे इस जन्म में भी अभी-अभी देखा है।

⁷¹This is the sign of souls who are close. ⁷²Through this experience, you can know yourself whether you are a soul who is close or distant to the Brahmin family.

⁷⁴यही निशानी है समीप आत्मा की।

⁷³You can know whether you are in the first number or the second number.

⁷⁵इसी अनुभव द्वारा ही अपने को जान सकते हो कि हम ब्राह्मण आत्माओं में भी समीप की आत्मा हैं वा दूर की आत्मा है। ⁷⁶फर्स्ट नम्बर है या सेकण्ड नम्बर हैं।

⁷⁴The speciality of this subtle relationship is that each one of you considers yourself to claim number one. ⁷⁵In a worldly way, you would understand numberwise that someone is number one, someone is number two and another one is number three.

⁷⁷यही इस अलौकिक सम्बन्ध में विशेषता है जो हरेक समझता है कि मैं फर्स्ट जाऊँगा।

⁷⁶However, here, even the last one of you believes that, although he has come last, he can come first. ⁷⁷This aim is good. ⁷⁸You have to come first.

⁷⁸लौकिक में तो नम्बरवार समझेंगे यह बड़ा है, यह दूसरा नम्बर,यह तीसरा नम्बर है।

⁷⁹The sign of being first is to remain constantly with the Father. ⁸⁰Not that you should try to do this but to have the experience of constant company.

⁷⁹लेकिन यहाँ लास्ट वाला भी समझता है कि मैं लास्ट सो फर्स्ट हूँ।

⁸¹When you experience that this is "my Baba" you automatically remember that which belongs to you.

⁸⁰यही लक्ष्य अच्छा है। ⁸¹फर्स्ट आना ही है।

⁸²You don't have to make effort to remember it.

⁸²तो फर्स्ट की निशानी - सदा बाप के साथ रहना।

⁸³To say "mine" means to have that right. ⁸⁴"Baba is mine and I am Baba's!"

⁸³प्रयत्न नहीं करना है लेकिन सदा साथ का अनुभव रहे।

⁸⁵These words are so few and they are a matter of just a second!

⁸⁴जब यह अनुभव हो जाता है कि मेरा बाबा है,तो जो ‘मेरा’होता है वह स्वतः ही याद रहता है, याद किया नहीं जाता है।

⁸⁶This is known as being an easy yogi. ⁸⁷On the boards you put up, you write: Easy Raja Yoga Centre. ⁸⁸So have you learnt such easy yoga? ⁸⁹Does Maya come to you?

⁸⁵मेरा अर्थात् अधिकार प्राप्त हो जाना।

⁹⁰Maya cannot come in front of those who remain with the Father.

⁸⁶‘‘मेरा बाबा और मैं बाबा का’’, कितने थोड़े से शब्द हैं और सेकण्ड की बात हैं। ⁸⁷इसको ही कहा जाता है - ‘सहजयोगी’। ⁸⁸आपके बोर्ड में भी सहज राजयोग केन्द्र लिखा हुआ है ना!

⁹¹Just as you know where you live physically because that home is built and whenever you are free, you can easily go home and rest there, in the same way, when you know that you have to stay with the Father, that that is your destination, you can stay there whilst doing your work.

⁸⁹तो ऐसा ही सहज योग सीखे हो?

⁹²You should experience this with your intellect.

⁹⁰माया आती है? ⁹¹बाप के साथ रहने वाले के सामने माया आ नहीं सकती।

⁹³All of you have created your fortune and have come in front of the Fortune-Maker.

⁹²जैसे अपने शरीर के रहने का स्थान मालूम है, बना हुआ है तो जब भी फ्री होते हो तो सहज ही अपने घर में जाकर रेस्ट करते हो।

⁹⁴BapDada is seeing the sparkling star of fortune of each of you. ⁹⁵This is a variety group. ⁹⁶There are children, the elderly and also the youth.

⁹³इसी रीति से जब मालूम है कि मुझे बाप के पास रहना है,यही ठिकाना है तो कार्य करते भी रह सकते हो।

⁹⁷However, all of you are now young children. ⁹⁸Now some would say that they are 8 months old and others would say that they are 12 months old.

⁹⁴ऐसे बुद्धि द्वारा अनुभव हो।

⁹⁹You would only speak of your spiritual birthday.

⁹⁵हरेक अपनी तकदीर बना कर,तकदीर बनाने वाले के सामने पहुँच गये।

¹⁰⁰Achcha. ¹⁰¹All of you are long-lost and now-found children from the previous cycle.

⁹⁶बापदादा हरेक की तकदीर का सितारा चमकता हुआ देख रहे हैं। ⁹⁷वैरायटी ग्रुप है।

¹⁰²Constantly continue to move along whilst remaining merged in unbreakable love for the Father.

⁹⁸बच्चे भी हैं,बुजुर्ग भी हैं, यूथ भी हैं। ⁹⁹लेकिन अभी तो सब छोटे बच्चे बन गये।

¹⁰³This unbreakable remembrance will solve all problems, make you into a flying bird and take you into the flying stage.

¹⁰⁰अभी कोई कहेंगे 8मास के हैं,कोई 12 मास के। ¹⁰¹अलौकिक जन्म का ही वर्णन करेंगे ना!

¹⁰⁴Whilst seated on BapDada's heart-throne, constantly have the intoxication that you are the ones who have all rights every cycle.

¹⁰²अच्छा - सभी कल्प पहले वाली सिकीलधी आत्मायें हो।

¹⁰⁵You will continue to claim your rights every cycle. ¹⁰⁶Congratulations!

¹⁰³सदा बाप के अटूट लगन में मगन रहते हुए आगे बढ़ते चलो।

¹⁰⁷You are souls who are worthy to receive constant congratulations. ¹⁰⁸Achcha.

¹⁰⁴यह अटूट याद ही सर्व समस्याओं को हल कर, उड़ता पंछी बनाए उड़ती कला में ले जायेगी।

¹⁰⁹Blessing: May you be full of all powers and attain victory over the suffering of karma by becoming detached from the costume of the body in a second.

¹⁰⁵बापदादा के दिलतख्त-नशीन रहते हुए सदा इसी नशे में रहो कि हम कल्प-कल्प के अधिकारी हैं। ¹⁰⁶कल्प-कल्प अपना अधिकार लेते रहेंगे। ¹⁰⁷मुबारक हो। ¹⁰⁸सदा ही मुबारक लेने पात्र आत्मायें हो।

¹¹⁰When the suffering of karma is very strong, when, because of this, your physical senses pull you, that is, when there is a lot of pain, then become those who change the suffering of karma into karma yoga, and, as detached observers, settle everything through the physical senses.

¹⁰⁹मेरा अर्थात् अधिकार प्राप्त हो जाना।

¹¹¹Such ones are called victorious jewels who are complete with all virtues.

¹¹⁰‘‘मेरा बाबा और मैं बाबा का’’ कितने थोड़े से शब्द हैं और सेकण्ड की बात हैं।

¹¹²For this, you need to have the practice over a long period of time of becoming detached from the body.

¹¹¹इसको ही कहा जाता है सहजयोगी। ¹¹²आपके बोर्ड में भी सहज राजयोग केन्द्र लिखा हुआ है ना। ¹¹³तो ऐसा ही सहज योग सीखे हो?

¹¹³This costume should not be tight due to the attraction of Maya, that is, there shouldn't be this pull because, only then, will you easily be able to take it off.

¹¹⁴माया आती है? ¹¹⁵तो फर्स्ट की निशानी है - सदा बाप के साथ रहना।

¹¹⁴Slogan: In order to receive regard from everyone, become humble.

¹¹⁶बाप के साथ रहने वाले के सामने माया आ नहीं सकती।

¹¹⁵Humility is the sign of greatness. ¹¹⁶* * * O M S H A N T I* * *
