²संगमयुगी मर्यादाओं पर चलना ही पुरूषोत्तम बनना है ³सदा आत्मिक स्थिति में स्थित करने वाले, समर्थ स्थिति के हंस आसन पर स्थित करने वाले, त्रिकालदर्शी अव्यक्त बाप दादा बोले:-

¹To follow the codes of conduct of the confluence age is to become the most elevated beings. ²Today, BapDada is seeing the children who are the most elevated beings who follow all the highest codes of conduct.

⁴आज बापदादा सर्व मर्यादा पुरूषोत्तम बच्चों को देख रहे हैं।

³The codes of conduct of the confluence age make you into the most elevated beings.

⁵संगमयुग की मर्यादायें ही पुरूषोत्तम बनाती हैं। ⁶इसलिए मर्यादा पुरूषोत्तम कहा जाता है।

⁴This is why you are called the most elevated beings who follow the highest codes of conduct.

⁷इन तमोगुणी मनुष्य आत्माओं और तमोगुणी प्रकृति के वायुमण्डल, वायब्रेशन से बचने का सहज साधन यह ‘मर्यादायें’हैं।

⁵The easiest way to remain safe from tamoguni human souls and the tamoguni atmosphere and vibrations is to follow the codes of conduct.

⁸मर्यादाओं के अन्दर रहने वाले सदा मेहनत से बचे हुए हैं।

⁶Those who stay within the line of the codes of conduct constantly remain free from having to labour.

⁹मेहनत तब करनी पड़ती है जब मर्यादाओं की लकीर से संकल्प,बोल वा कर्म से बाहर निकल आते हैं।

⁷It is when you step outside the line of the codes of conduct in your thoughts, words or deeds that you have to labour.

¹⁰मर्यादायें हर कदम के लिए बापदादा द्वारा मिली हुई हैं - उसी प्रमाण पर कदम उठाने से स्वतः ही मर्यादा पुरूषोत्तम बन जाते हैं।

⁸You have received the codes of conduct for every step from BapDada. ⁹By taking every step according to the codes of conduct, you automatically become the elevated human beings who follow the highest codes of conduct.

¹¹अमृतवेले से लेकर रात तक मर्यादापूर्वक जीवन को अच्छी तरह से जानते हो! ¹²उसी प्रमाण चलना यही पुरूषोत्तम बनना है।

¹⁰You know very well the life of the codes of conduct from amrit vela to night time. ¹¹To continue to move along according to these is to become the most elevated human beings.

¹³जब नाम ही है पुरूषोत्तम है अर्थात् सर्व साधारण पुरूषों से उत्तम।

¹²Since the very name is, "the most elevated", it means you are higher than all ordinary human beings.

¹⁴तो चेक करो कि हम श्रेष्ठ आत्माओं की पहली मुख्य बात ‘स्मृति’उत्तम है?

¹³So, check that the main thing of you elevated souls, which is awareness, is elevated.

¹⁵स्मृति उत्तम है तो वृत्ति और दृष्टि, स्थिति स्वतः ही श्रेष्ठ है।

¹⁴When your awareness is elevated, your attitude, vision and stage are automatically elevated.

¹⁶स्मृति के मर्यादा की लकीर जानते हो?

¹⁵Do you know what the line is of the code of conduct of awareness?

¹⁷मैं भी श्रेष्ठ आत्मा और सर्व भी एक श्रेष्ठ बाप की आत्मायें हैं!

¹⁶"I am an elevated soul", and, "All others are the souls of the one elevated Father".

¹⁸वैरायटी आत्मायें वैरायटी पार्ट बजाने वाली हैं।

¹⁷The variety of souls play a variety of parts.

¹⁹यह पहला पाठ नैचुरल रूप में स्मृति स्वरूप में रहे।

¹⁸This first lesson should remain in your awareness in a natural way.

²⁰देह को देखते भी आत्मा को देखें।

¹⁹Even when you look at the body, you should see the soul.

²¹यह समर्थ स्मृति हर सेकण्ड स्वरूप में आये,स्मृति स्वरूप हो जाएँ।

²⁰This powerful awareness should be in a practical form at every second and you will then become an embodiment of awareness.

²²सिर्फ सिमरण में न हो कि मैं भी आत्मा यह भी आत्मा। ²³लेकिन मैं भी हूँ ही आत्मा,यह भी है ही आत्मा।

²¹It should not just be repetition of "I am a soul and the other one is a soul", but "I am definitely a soul and that one is also definitely a soul”.

²⁴इस पहली स्मृति की मर्यादा स्वयं को सदा निर्विघ्न बनाती और औरों को भी इस श्रेष्ठ स्मृति के समर्थ पन के वायब्रेशन फैलाने के निमित्त बन जाते हैं, जिससे और भी निर्विघ्न बन जाते हैं।

²²The code of conduct of this first awareness makes you constantly free from obstacles and you become an instrument to spread powerful vibrations of this elevated awareness, and through this, others also become free from obstacles. ²³The Pandava Army has come to celebrate a meeting.

²⁵पाण्डव सेना मिलन मनाने तो आई लेकिन मिलन के साथ-साथ पहली मर्यादा के लकीर का फाउण्डेशन ‘स्मृति भव’ का वरदान भी सदा साथ ले जाना।

²⁴Together with having a meeting, also take back with you, the blessing of "May you be an embodiment of remembrance", which is the foundation of the first code of conduct.

²⁶‘स्मृति भव’ही - ‘समर्थ भव’ है।

²⁵This awareness brings you power.

²⁷जो भी कुछ सुना उसका इसेन्स क्या ले जायेंगे? ²⁸इसेन्स है स्मृति भव।

²⁶From all you have heard, what is the essence that you will take back with you?

²⁹इसी वरदान को सदा अमृतवेले रिवाइज़ करना।

²⁷The essence is to be an embodiment of awareness.

³⁰हर कार्य करने के पहले इस वरदान के समर्थ स्थिति के आसन पर बैठ निर्णय कर, व्यर्थ है वा समर्थ है,फिर कर्म में आना।

²⁸Constantly revise this blessing at amrit vela every morning. ²⁹Before you perform any task, sit on the powerful seat of this blessing and then decide whether it is wasteful or powerful.

³¹कर्म करने के बाद फिर से चेक करो कि कर्म का आदिकाल और अन्तकाल तक समर्थ रहा?

³⁰Then, act! ³¹After performing that action, check that the action remained powerful from beginning to end.

³²नहीं तो कई बच्चे कर्म के आदिकाल समय समर्थ स्वरूप से शुरू करते लेकिन मध्य में समर्थ के बीच व्यर्थ वा साधारण कर्म कैसे हो गया,समर्थ के बजाए व्यर्थ की लाइन में कैसे और किस समय गये, यह मालूम नहीं पड़ता।

³²Otherwise, many children start the action in a powerful form. ³³However, they are unaware how the action becomes wasteful or ordinary in the middle, or at what point, from being powerful, they went in the direction of performing wasteful or ordinary actions.

³³फिर अन्त में सोचते हैं कि जैसे करना था वैसे नहीं किया।

³⁴Then, at the end, they think that they didn’t do what they should have done.

³⁴लेकिन रिजल्ट क्या हुई!

³⁵What is the result of that?

³⁵करके फिर सोचना यह त्रिकालदर्शी आत्माओं के लक्षण नहीं हैं।

³⁶To do something and then think about it is not a qualification of a soul who is a knower of the three aspects of time.

³⁶इसलिए तीनों कालों में - ‘स्मृति भव वा समर्थ भव’। ³⁷समझा क्या ले जाना है।

³⁷Therefore, become an embodiment of awareness, that is, an embodiment of power, in all three aspects of time.

³⁸समर्थ स्थिति के आसन को कभी छोड़ना नहीं।

³⁸Do you understand what you have to take back with you?

³⁹यह आसन ही हंस आसन है।

³⁹Never leave your seat of a powerful stage.

⁴⁰हंस की विशेषता,निर्णय शक्ति की विशेषता है।

⁴⁰This seat is the seat of a swan. ⁴¹The speciality of a swan is the power to discern.

⁴¹निर्णय शक्ति द्वारा सदा ही मर्यादा पुरूषोत्तम स्थिति में आगे बढ़ते जायेंगे।

⁴²With the power to discern, you will constantly continue to move forward in the stage of being the most elevated human beings following the highest codes of conduct.

⁴²यह वरदान ‘‘आसन’’और यह ईश्वरीय टाइटिल ‘‘मर्यादा पुरूषोत्तम’’का सदा साथ रहे।

⁴³Constantly keep with you this blessing of the seat and the Godly title of "the most elevated human beings who follow the highest codes of conduct".

⁴³अच्छा - आज तो सिर्फ बधाई देने का दिन है।

⁴⁴Achcha, today, it is the day for just giving greetings because you are going on service.

⁴⁴सेवा पर जा रहे हैं तो बधाई का दिन है ना!

⁴⁵You are not going to your worldly homes but to your places of service.

⁴⁵लौकिक घर नहीं लेकिन सेवा स्थान पर जा रहे हैं।

⁴⁶You are going amongst the storks. ⁴⁷However, you are going for service.

⁴⁶बगुलों के बीच भी जा रहे हो लेकिन सेवा अर्थ जा रहे हो। ⁴⁷कर्म सम्बन्ध नहीं समझ के जाना लेकिन सेवा का सम्बन्ध है।

⁴⁸Don’t go there thinking that you are going because of your relationships of karmic accounts, but that it is a relationship of service.

⁴⁸कर्म सम्बन्ध चुक्तु करने नहीं बैठे हो लेकिन सेवा का सम्बन्ध निभाने के लिए बैठे हो।

⁴⁹You are not there to settle karmic accounts, but you are there to fulfil the responsibility of service.

⁴⁹कर्मबन्धन नहीं, सेवा का बन्धन है।

⁵⁰It is not karmic bondage, but a bondage of service.

⁵⁰अच्छा –

⁵¹Achcha.

⁵¹सदा व्यर्थ को समाप्त कर समर्थ स्थिति के हंस आसन पर स्थित रहने वाले, हर कर्म को त्रिकालदर्शी शक्ति से, तीनों काल समर्थ बनाने वाले,सदा स्वतः आत्मिक स्थिति में स्थित रहने वाले, ऐसे मर्यादा पुरूषोत्तम श्रेष्ठ आत्माओं को बापदादा का यादप्यार और नमस्ते।

⁵²To those who constantly finish the wasteful and remain stable on the powerful seat of the stage of a swan; to those who make all three aspects of every action powerful with the awareness of being a knower of the three aspects of time; to those who constantly and naturally remain stable in the stage of soul consciousness; to such elevated souls who follow the highest codes of conduct, BapDada's love, remembrance and namaste. ⁵³BapDada meeting groups:

⁵²’’ ⁵³पार्टियों के साथ अव्यक्त बापदादा की मुलाकात

⁵⁴Do you constantly experience yourselves to be the most elevated fortunate souls?

⁵⁴(1) सदा अपने को श्रेष्ठ भाग्यवान अनुभव करते हो?

⁵⁵Those whose Father is the Bestower of Fortune will themselves be so fortunate!

⁵⁵जिसका बाप ही भाग्यविधाता हो वह कितना न भाग्यवान होगा!

⁵⁶The Father is the Bestower of Fortune, and so what would He give you as an inheritance?

⁵⁶भाग्यविधाता बाप है तो वह वर्से में क्या देगा?

⁵⁷He would definitely give you an elevated fortune, would He not?

⁵⁷जरूर श्रेष्ठ भाग्य ही देगा ना!

⁵⁸Always remember the Father, the Bestower of Fortune, and also your fortune.

⁵⁸सदा भाग्यविधाता बाप और भाग्य दोनों ही याद रहें। ⁵⁹जब अपना श्रेष्ठ भाग्य स्मृति में रहेगा तब औरों को भी भाग्यवान बनाने का उमंग उत्साह रहेगा।

⁵⁹When you have your elevated fortune in your awareness, you will also have the zeal and enthusiasm to make others fortunate because you are the children of the Bestower. ⁶⁰The Father, the Bestower of Fortune, distributed fortune through Brahma.

⁶⁰क्योंकि दाता के बच्चे हो।

⁶¹So, what will you Brahmins do?

⁶¹भाग्य विधाता बाप ने बह्मा द्वारा भाग्य बाँटा,तो आप ब्राह्मण भी क्या करेंगे?

⁶²Whatever is the task of Brahma is also the task of you Brahmins. ⁶³Therefore, you are those who distribute such fortune.

⁶²जो ब्रह्मा का काम, वह ब्राह्मणों का काम। ⁶³तो ऐसे भाग्य बाँटने वाले।

⁶⁴Those people distribute clothes, food and water, but only the children of the Bestower of Fortune can distribute elevated fortune.

⁶⁴वे लोग कपड़ा बाँटेंगे, अनाज बाँटेंगे, पानी बाँटेंगे लेकिन श्रेष्ठ भाग्य तो भाग्य विधाता के बच्चे ही बाँट सकते।

⁶⁵So, you are the elevated souls who distribute fortune. ⁶⁶Those who have attained fortune have attained everything. ⁶⁷If you give others clothes today, tomorrow they would lack food.

⁶⁵तो भाग्य बाँटने वाली श्रेष्ठ भाग्यवान आत्मायें हो।

⁶⁸And, if you give them food tomorrow, they will then lack water.

⁶⁶जिसे भाग्य प्राप्त है उसे सब कुछ प्राप्त है।

⁶⁹For how long would you continue to distribute one thing after another?

⁶⁷वैसे अगर आज किसी को कपड़ा देंगे तो कल अनाज की कमी पड़ जायेगी, कल अनाज देंगे तो पानी की कमी पड़ जायेगी।

⁷⁰They cannot become content and satisfied through that. ⁷¹However, if you distribute fortune, then, where there is fortune, there is everything. ⁷²In any case, when someone attains something, he says, "Wah, my fortune!"

⁶⁸एक-एक चीज़ कहाँ तक बाँटेंगे।

⁷³Where there is fortune, everything is attained.

⁶⁹उससे तृप्त नहीं हो सकते।

⁷⁴So, you are those who donate elevated fortune.

⁷⁰लेकिन अगर भाग्य बाँटा तो जहाँ भाग्य है वहाँ सब कुछ है।

⁷⁵The awareness of being elevated great donors and elevated fortunate souls will constantly take you into the flying stage.

⁷¹वैसे भी कोई को कुछ प्राप्त हो जाता है तो कहते हैं - वाह मेरा भाग्य!

⁷⁶Where there is the awareness of elevated fortune there will be the awareness of all attainments.

⁷²जहाँ भाग्य है वहाँ सब प्राप्त है।

⁷⁷Become generous-hearted in distributing this fortune. ⁷⁸This is unending.

⁷³तो आप सब श्रेष्ठ भाग्य का दान करने वाले हो।

⁷⁹When there is a little of something, then there is the intention of being miserly with it.

⁷⁴ऐसे श्रेष्ठ महादानी, श्रेष्ठ भाग्यवान।

⁸⁰However, this is unending and you must therefore continue to distribute it.

⁷⁵यही स्मृति सदा उड़ती कला में ले जायेगी।

⁸¹Constantly continue to give. ⁸²Not a single day should be missed in making a donation.

⁷⁶जहाँ श्रेष्ठ भाग्य की स्मृति होगी वहाँ सर्व प्राप्ति की स्मृति होगी।

⁸³Constant donors constantly keep all their treasure-stores open. ⁸⁴They don't stop making donations for even an hour.

⁷⁷इस भाग्य बाँटने में फराखदिल बनो। ⁷⁸यह अखुट है।

⁸⁵The duty of Brahmins is to take this knowledge and then to donate it.

⁷⁹जब थोड़ी चीज़ होती है तो उसमें कन्जूसी की भावना आ सकती लेकिन यह अखुट है इसलिए बाँटते जाओ।

⁸⁶Constantly remain engrossed in this task. ⁸⁷Do you constantly experience yourselves to be confluence-aged souls who are as valuable as diamonds?

⁸⁰सदा देते रहो, एक दिन भी दान देने के सिवाए न हो।

⁸⁸All of you children are true diamonds, are you not? ⁸⁹Diamonds are very valuable.

⁸¹सदा के दानी सारा समय अपना खज़ाना खुला रखते हैं।

⁹⁰Your Brahmin life too has so much value, and this is why Brahmins are always shown as the top-knot.

⁸²एक घण्टा भी दान बन्द नहीं करते।

⁹¹Top-knot means the highest place.

⁸³ब्राह्मणों का काम ही है सदा विद्या लेना और विद्या का दान करना।

⁹²In fact, deities are the highest, but you Brahmins are even higher than the deities.

⁸⁴तो इसी कार्य में सदा तत्पर रहो।

⁹³Do you have such intoxication?

⁸⁵(2) सदा अपने को संगमयुगी हीरे तुल्य आत्मायें अनुभव करते हो?

⁹⁴You have the knowledge that you belong to the Father and that the Father belongs to you, do you not?

⁸⁶आप सभी सच्चे हीरे हो ना!

⁹⁵Constantly only remember this one thing.

⁸⁷हीरे की बहुत वैल्यु होती है।

⁹⁶Constantly sing this song in your mind.

⁸⁸आपके ब्राह्मण जीवन की कितनी वैल्यु है।

⁹⁷"I have attained that which I wanted to attain!"

⁸⁹इसीलिये ब्राह्मणों को सदा चोटी पर दिखाते हैं।

⁹⁸By singing songs physically, you would get tired after an hour.

⁹⁰चोटी अर्थात् ऊँचा स्थान।

⁹⁹However, there is no tiredness in singing this song.

⁹¹वैसे ऊँचे हैं देवता लेकिन देवताओं से भी ऊँचे तुम ब्राह्मण हो - ऐसा नशा रहता है?

¹⁰⁰By belonging to the Father, you become everything: you become dancers, singers, artists. ¹⁰¹You are practically creating the image of your angelic form.

⁹²मैं बाप का, बाप मेरा यही ज्ञान है ना!

¹⁰²With the yoga of your intellect you paint such a beautiful picture.

⁹³यही एक बात याद रखनी है।

¹⁰³Therefore, you become everything you speak of.

⁹⁴सदा मन में यही गीत चलता रहे - जो पाना था वह पा लिया।

¹⁰⁴You are the greatest businessmen, the masters of mills.

⁹⁵मुख का गीत तो एक घण्टा भी गायेंगे तो थक जायेंगे; लेकिन यह गीत गाने में थकावट नहीं होती।

¹⁰⁵So, constantly remain aware of this occupation of yours. ¹⁰⁶Sometimes, become masters of the mines and sometimes become artists.

⁹⁶बाप का बनने से सब कुछ बन जाते हो, डांस करने वाले भी,गीत गाने वाले भी, चित्रकार भी, प्रैक्टिकल अपना फरिश्ते का चित्र बना रहे हो!

¹⁰⁷Sometimes become dancers. ¹⁰⁸This knowledge is very entertaining, it is not dry. ¹⁰⁹Some of you ask whether you should continue to listen to the same knowledge of the soul and the Supreme Soul every day.

⁹⁷बुद्धियोग द्वारा कितना अच्छा चित्र बना लेते हो।

¹¹⁰However, this is not dry knowledge of the soul and the Supreme Soul.

⁹⁸तो जो कहो वह सब कुछ हो।

¹¹¹It is very entertaining knowledge.

⁹⁹बड़े ते बड़े बिजनेसमैन भी हो, मिलों के मालिक भी हो, तो सदा अपने इस आक्यूपेशन को स्मृति में रखो।

¹¹²Simply remember your new titles every day. ¹¹³I am a soul, but what type of soul am I?

¹⁰⁰कभी खान के मालिक बन जाओ तो कभी आार्टिस्ट बन जाओ, कभी डांस करने वाले बन जाओ…बहुत रमणीक ज्ञान है,सूखा नहीं है।

¹¹⁴Sometimes, I am the soul of an artist, sometimes, the soul of a businessman. ¹¹⁵Therefore, continue to move forward with such entertainment. ¹¹⁶The Father is entertaining, isn’t He?

¹⁰¹कई कहते हैं क्या रोज वही आत्मा, परमात्मा का ज्ञान सुनते रहें, लेकिन यह आत्मा परमात्मा का सूखा ज्ञान नहीं है।

¹¹⁷See how He sometimes becomes the Laundryman, sometimes the Creator of the World and sometimes the Obedient Servant. ¹¹⁸So, as is the Father, so are the children.

¹⁰²बहुत रमणीक ज्ञान है, सिर्फ रोज अपना नया-नया टाइटिल याद रखो - मैं आत्मा तो हूँ लेकिन कौन सी आत्मा हूँ?

¹¹⁹Continue to churn knowledge in this way and remain cheerful. ¹²⁰According to the present time, there has to be a balance in the speed of oneself and service.

¹⁰³कभी आार्टिस्ट की आत्मा हूँ, कभी बिजनेसमैन की आत्मा हूँ… तो ऐसे रमणीकता से आगे बढ़ते रहो।

¹²¹Each of you should think about whether you are giving the return to the same extent as the service you have taken.

¹⁰⁴बाप भी रमणीक है ना!

¹²²It is now the time to serve.

¹⁰⁵देखो कभी धोबी बन जाता तो कभी विश्व का रचयिता, कभी ओबीडियन्ट सर्वेन्ट… तो जैसा बाप वैसे बच्चे… ऐसे ही इस रमणीक ज्ञान का सिमरण कर हर्षित रहो।

¹²³As you progress further, it will be the right time to serve. ¹²⁴However, at that time, there will be many adverse situations. ¹²⁵In order to serve in those adverse situations, you need to practise serving from now.

¹⁰⁶वर्तमान समय के प्रमाण स्वयं और सेवा, दोनों की रफ्तार का बैलेन्स चाहिए।

¹²⁶At that time, it will be difficult to come and go and you will have to do service through your mind to make others move forward.

¹⁰⁷हरेक को सोचना चाहिए जितनी सेवा ली है उतना रिटर्न दे रहे हैं।

¹²⁷That will be the time to give and not for filling yourself. ¹²⁸Therefore, check your stock in advance.

¹⁰⁸अभी समय है सेवा करने का।

¹²⁹Have you filled yourself with the stock of all powers?

¹⁰⁹जितना आगे बढ़ेंगे, सेवा के योग्य समय होता जायेगा लेकिन उस समय परिस्थितियाँ भी अनेक होंगी।

¹³⁰Constantly remain full with all powers, all virtues, all the treasures of knowledge and the power of remembrance. ¹³¹Nothing should be lacking.

¹¹⁰उन परिस्थितियों में सेवा करने के लिए अभी से ही सेवा का अभ्यास चाहिए।

¹¹⁴इसलिए पहले से ही अपना स्टाक चेक करो कि सर्वशक्तियों का स्टाक भर लिया है।

¹³⁶Now, all of you have made a firm promise, have you not? ¹³⁷Once the group of kumars becomes ready, the sound will spread loudly.

¹¹⁵सर्वशक्तियाँ,सर्वगुण,सर्वज्ञान के खज़ाने, याद की शक्ति से सदा भरपूर।

¹³⁸It will reach the Government, but only if you remain with Baba all the time. ¹³⁹Therefore, don't create any complications.

¹¹⁶किसी भी चीज़ की कमी नहीं चाहिए।

¹⁴⁰You have very good zeal, enthusiasm and courage.

¹¹⁷अच्छा – ¹¹⁸ओम शान्ति। ¹¹⁹28तारीख अमृतवेले बापदादा ने सत्गुरूवार की मुबारक दी

¹⁴¹Where there is courage, you definitely receive help. ¹⁴²What are you Shaktis thinking about?

¹²⁰वृक्षपति दिवस की मुबारक।

¹⁴³Even Shiva cannot exist without the Shaktis.

¹²¹वृक्षपति दिवस पर सदाकाल के लिए बृहस्पति की दशा कायम रहे यही सदा स्मृति स्वरूप रहना।

¹⁴⁴If Shiva didn’t exist, there would be no Shaktis, and if there were no Shaktis, Shiva couldn’t exist either. ¹⁴⁵What can the Father do without His arms?

¹²²अब तो सभी ने वायदा पक्का किया है ना!
