¹Spiritual Drill

³आवाज की दुनिया से पार ले जाने वाले बापदादा बोले ⁴बापदादा सभी बच्चों की स्वीट साइलेन्स की स्थिति को देख रहें हैं।

²BapDada is looking at all the children's stage of sweet silence, to see to what extent you have practised becoming stable in the stage of silence in a second.

⁵एक सेकेण्ड में साइलेन्स की स्थिति में स्थित हो जाना यह प्रैक्टिस कहाँ तक की है।

³Are you able to stabilise in this stage when you want or does it take time?

⁶इस स्थिति में जब चाहें तब स्थित हो सकते हैं वा समय लगता है? ⁷क्योंकि अनादि स्वरूप‘स्वीट साइलेन्स’है।

⁴This is because your eternal form is sweet silence, whereas your original form is coming into sound.

⁸आदि स्वरूप आवाज में आने का है। ⁹लेकिन अनादि अविनाशी संस्कार - ‘साइलेन्स’है।

⁵However, your original and eternal sanskar is silence.

¹⁰तो अपने अनादि संस्कार, अनादि स्वरूप को, अनादि स्वभाव को जानते हुए जब चाहो तब उस स्वरूप में स्थित हो सकते हो?

⁶So, whilst knowing your eternal sanskar, your eternal form and your eternal nature, are you able to stabilise in that form when you want?

¹¹84 जन्म आवाज में आने के हैं इसलिए ज्यादा अभ्यास आवाज में आने का है।

⁷You have had 84 births of coming into sound, and therefore, your practice has always been of coming into sound.

¹²लेकिन अनादि स्वरूप और फिर इस समय चक्र पूरा होने के कारण वापिस साइलेन्स होम में जाना है।

⁸However, because of your eternal form and because it is now the end of the cycle, you have to return to the home of silence.

¹³अब घर जाने का समय समीप है।

⁹The time to go home is now close.

¹⁴अब आदि मध्य अन्त तीनों ही काल का पार्ट समाप्त कर अपने अनादि स्वरूप, अनादि स्थिति में स्थित होने का समय है।

¹⁰It is now the time to finish all the parts of the beginning, middle and end, the 3 aspects of time, and to become stable in your eternal form and your eternal stage.

¹⁵इसलिए इस समय यही अभ्यास ज्यादा आवश्यक है।

¹¹This is why, at this time, this practice is more necessary.

¹⁶अपने आपको चेक करो कि कर्मेन्द्रिय-जीत बने हैं?

¹²Check yourself to see whether you have become a conqueror of the physical organs.

¹⁷आवाज में नहीं आने चाहें तो यह मुख का आवाज अपनी तरफ खींचता तो नहीं है?

¹³When you don't want to come into sound, does the sound of the mouth pull you towards itself?

¹⁸इसी को ही रूहानी ड्रिल कहा जाता है।

¹⁴This is called spiritual drill.

¹⁹जैसे वर्तमान समय के प्रमाण शरीर के लिए सर्व बीमारियों का इलाज ‘एक्सरसाइज’सिखाते हैं,तो इस समय आत्मा को शक्तिशाली बनाने के लिए यह रूहानी एक्सरसाइज का अभ्यास चाहिए। ²⁰चारों ओर कितना भी वातावरण हो,हलचल हो लेकिन आवाज में रहते आवाज से परे स्थिति का अभ्यास अभी बहुत काल का चाहिए।

¹⁵Just as, according to the present time, they say that the cure for all illnesses is exercise, similarly, to make the soul powerful at this time, you need the practice of this spiritual exercise. ¹⁶No matter what the atmosphere around you may be, even if there is upheaval, whilst staying in the midst of sound, you now have to practise being in the stage beyond sound over a long period of time.

²¹शान्त वातावरण में शान्ति की स्थिति बनाना यह कोई बड़ी बात नहीं है।

¹⁷It is not a big thing to create a peaceful stage in a peaceful atmosphere.

²²अशान्ति के बीच आप शान्त रहो, यही अभ्यास चाहिए।

¹⁸You now need the practice of being peaceful in the midst of peacelessness.

²³ऐसा अभ्यास जानते हो?

¹⁹Do you know how to have such practice?

²⁴चाहे अपनी कमज़ोरियों की हलचल हो,संस्कारों के व्यर्थ संकल्पों की हलचल हो। ²⁵ऐसी हलचल के समय स्वयं को अचल बना सकते हो वा टाइम लग जाता है?

²⁰Whether it is the upheaval of your weaknesses or the upheaval of waste thoughts because of your sanskars, are you able to make yourself unshakeable in such an upheaval or does it take time?

²⁶क्योंकि टाइम लगना यह कभी भी धोखा दे सकता है।

²¹When it takes time, it can deceive you at any time.

²⁷समाप्ति के समय में ज्यादा समय नहीं मिलना है।

²²At the time of completion (at the end), you are not going to get a lot of time.

²⁸फाइनल रिजल्ट का पेपर कुछ सेकण्ड और मिनटों का ही होना है।

²³The paper of the final result will be only a few seconds or a few minutes.

²⁹लेकिन चारों ओर की हलचल के वातावरण में अचल रहने पर ही नम्बर मिलना है।

²⁴However, you will receive a number on the basis of your remaining unshakeable in the midst of an atmosphere of upheaval all around.

³⁰अगर बहुतकाल हलचल की स्थिति से अचल बनने में समय लगने का अभ्यास होगा तो समाप्ति के समय क्या रिजल्ट होगी?

²⁵If you have the practice of taking time in becoming unshakeable in an atmosphere of upheaval over a long time, then what will be the result at the end?

³¹इसलिए यह रूहानी एक्सरसाइज का अभ्यास करो।

²⁶Therefore, practise the exercise of spiritual drill.

³²मन को जहाँ और जितना समय स्थित करना चाहो उतना समय वहाँ स्थित कर सको।

²⁷You should be able to stabilise your mind wherever you want for as long as you want.

³³फाइनल पेपर है बहुत ही सहज।

²⁸The final paper is very easy.

³⁴और पहले से ही बता देते हैं कि यह पेपर आना है। ³⁵लेकिन नम्बर बहुत थोड़े समय में मिलना है।

²⁹And you have been told in advance what paper you are going to get, but the number will be given in a very short space of time.

³⁶स्टेज भी पावरफुल हो।

³⁰Your stage should also be powerful.

³⁷देह, देह के सम्बन्ध,देह-संस्कार,व्यक्ति या वैभव, वायब्रेशन,वायुमण्डल सब होते हुए भी आकर्षित न करे।

³¹Whilst having everything – a body, relations of the body, bodily sanskars, people, possessions, vibrations, and the atmosphere – nothing should attract you.

³⁸इसी को ही कहते हैं - ‘नष्टोमोहा समर्थ स्वरूप’।

³²This is called being a conqueror of attachment and having a powerful form.

³⁹तो ऐसी प्रैक्टिस है?

³³So, do you have such practice?

⁴⁰लोग चिल्लाते रहें और आप अचल रहो।

³⁴People will be crying whereas you remain unshakeable.

⁴¹प्रकृति भी,माया भी सब लास्ट दाँव लगाने लिए अपने तरफ कितना भी खींचे लेकिन आप न्यारे और बाप के प्यारे बनने की स्थिति में लवलीन रहो। ⁴²इसको कहा जाता- देखते हुए न देखो। ⁴³सुनते हुए न सुनो।

³⁵No matter how much the elements of nature and Maya come to make their final claim and pull you towards themselves, you have to remain absorbed in the love of the Father whilst being loving and detached: this is called seeing and yet not seeing, hearing and yet not hearing.

⁴⁴ऐसा अभ्यास हो।

³⁶Let there be such practice.

⁴⁵इसी को ही ‘स्वीट साइलेन्स’स्वरूप की स्थिति कहा जाता है।

³⁷This is called the stage of being in a sweet silence form.

⁴⁶फिर भी बापदादा समय दे रहा है।

³⁸Nevertheless, BapDada is giving you time.

⁴⁷अगर कोई भी कमी है तो अब भी भर सकते हो। ⁴⁸क्योंकि बहुतकाल का हिसाब सुनाया।

³⁹If there is anything missing, you can fill that gap now because you have been told about the account of a long period of time.

⁴⁹तो अभी थोड़ा चांस है। ⁵⁰इसलिए इस प्रैक्टिस की तरफ फुल अटेन्शन रखो।

⁴⁰So, you now have a small chance and you therefore have to pay full attention to this practice.

⁵¹पास विद आनर बनना या पास होना इसका आधार इसी अभ्यास पर है।

⁴¹Whether you pass with honours or simply pass with pass marks depends on the this practice.

⁵²ऐसा अभ्यास है?

⁴²Do you have such practice?

⁵³समय की घण्टी बजे तो तैयार होंगे या अभी सोचते हो तैयार होना है।

⁴³When the bell of time rings, will you be ready or will you think that you still have to become ready?

⁵⁴इसी अभ्यास के कारण ‘अष्ट रत्नों की माला’ विशेष छोटी बनी है।

⁴⁴The rosary of the 8 jewels is small because of this particular practice.

⁵⁵बहुत थोड़े टाइम की है।

⁴⁵It is of a very short time.

⁵⁶जैसे आप लोग कहते हो ना सेकण्ड में मुक्ति वा जीवनमुक्ति का वर्सा लेना सभी का अधिकार है।

⁴⁶You people say that everyone has a right to claim the inheritance of liberation or liberation­in­life in a second.

⁵⁷तो समाप्ति के समय भी नम्बर मिलना थोड़े समय की बात है।

⁴⁷So, to receive a number at the time of completion is also a matter of a short time.

⁵⁸लेकिन जरा भी हलचल न हो।

⁴⁸However, there shouldn't be the slightest upheaval.

⁵⁹बस बिन्दी कहा और बिन्दी में टिक जायें।

⁴⁹Simply say, "a point" and become stable in that stage.

⁶⁰बिन्दी हिले नहीं।

⁵⁰The point should not fluctuate.

⁶¹ऐसे नहीं कि उस समय अभ्यास करना शुरू करो - मैं आत्मा हूँ…मैं आत्मा हूँ… यह नहीं चलेगा। ⁶²क्योंकि सुनाया - वार भी चारों ओर का होगा।

⁵¹It should not be that at that time you begin to practise: "I am a soul, I am a soul". ⁵²That will not work because you have already been told that the attack will be from all sides.

⁶³लास्ट ट्रायल सब करेंगे।

⁵³Everything will have the last trial.

⁶⁴प्रकृति में भी जितनी शक्ति होगी,माया में भी जितनी शक्ति होगी, ट्रायल करेगी।

⁵⁴However much power the elements have, however much power Maya has, they will all come to test you.

⁶⁵उनकी भी लास्ट ट्रायल और आपकी लास्ट कर्मातीत,कर्मबन्धन मुक्त स्थिति होगी।

⁵⁵It is their last trial (test) and also your last (final) stage of being karmateet and free from karmic bondage.

⁶⁶दोनों तरफ की बहुत पावरफुल सीन होगी।

⁵⁶The scenes on both sides will be very powerful.

⁶⁷वह भी फुलफोर्स, यह भी फुलफोर्स।

⁵⁷That will be in full force and this will be in full force.

⁶⁸लेकिन सेकण्ड की विजय, विजय के नगाड़े बजायेगी।

⁵⁸However, by having victory in just a second, the drums of victory will beat.

⁶⁹समझा लास्ट पेपर क्या है!

⁵⁹Do you understand what the last paper is?

⁷⁰सब शुभ संकल्प तो यही रखते भी हैं और रखना भी है कि नम्बरवन आना ही है।

⁷¹तो सबमें चारों ओर की बातों में विन होंगे तभी वन आयेंगे।

⁶¹So, only when you win in all the things around you will you become number one.

⁷²अगर एक बात में जरा भी व्यर्थ संकल्प, व्यर्थ समय लग गया तो नम्बर पीछे हो जायेगा।

⁶²If you have the slightest wasteful thought in any single situation or if your time is wasted, your number will go back. ⁶³Therefore, check everything.

⁷³इसलिए सब चेक करो।

⁶⁴Check all around you.

⁷⁴चारों ही तरफ चेक करो।

⁶⁵Double foreigners want to go fast in everything.

⁷⁵डबल विदेशी सबमें तीव्र जाने चाहते हैं ना!

⁶⁶Therefore, starting from now make intense effort and pay full attention to this practice.

⁷⁶इसलिए तीव्र पुरूषार्थ वा फुल अटेन्शन इस अभ्यास में अभी से देते रहो।

⁶⁷Do you understand? ⁶⁸You know the question and you also know the time. ⁶⁹Therefore, all of you should pass.

⁷⁷समझा! ⁷⁸क्वेश्चन को भी जानते हो और टाइम को भी जानते हो।

⁷⁰If you know the question in advance, you are able to make preparations and then pass.

⁷⁹फिर तो सब पास होने चाहिए!

⁷¹All of you are those who are going to pass, are you not?

⁸⁰अगर पहले से क्वेश्चन का पता होता है तो तैयारी कर लेते हैं।

⁷²Achcha. ⁷³This season, BapDada has kept the treasure­store open for meeting everyone.

⁸¹फिर पास हो जाते हैं। ⁸²आप सभी तो पास होने वाले होना!

⁸⁵आगे क्या होना है वह फिर बतायेंगे। ⁸⁶अभी खुले भण्डार से जो भी लेने आये हैं वह तो ले ही लेंगे।

⁷⁶The scenes of the drama always keep changing, but this season, whether it is the people of Bharat or the double foreigners, all have received special blessings.

⁸⁷ड्रामा का दृश्य सदा बदलता ही है लेकिन इस सीजन में चाहे भारतवासियों को, चाहे डबल विदेशियों को,सभी को विशेष वरदान तो मिला ही है।

⁷⁷BapDada will fulfil the promise He has made. ⁷⁸Eat the fruit of this season, and that fruit is the meeting and blessings. ⁷⁹All of you have come to eat the fruit of the season, have you not?

⁸⁸बापदादा ने जो वायदा किया है वह तो निभायेंगे। ⁸⁹इस सीजन का फल खाओ।

⁸⁰BapDada is also pleased to see the children, but everything has to be considered in the physical world.

⁹⁰फल है - मिलन,वरदान!

⁸¹At least enjoy yourselves now.

⁹¹सभी सीजन का फल खाने आये हो ना!

⁸⁴The zeal and enthusiasm is the same, and therefore, BapDada gives all the places special importance.

⁹⁵फिर सीजन की लास्ट में सुनायेंगे।

⁸⁵It isn't that one place is more important than another.

⁹⁶सेवा के स्थान भले अलग-अलग हैं लेकिन सेवा का लक्ष्य तो एक ही है।

⁸⁶Whatever place children have gone to, one special result or another will definitely emerge from that place.

⁹⁷उमंग उल्लास एक ही है इसलिए बापदादा सभी स्थानों को विशेष महत्व देते हैं।

⁸⁷Whether the result of some is visible quickly and the result of others is according to the time, every place still has a speciality.

⁹⁸ऐसे नहीं एक स्थान महत्व वाला है, दूसरा कम है।

⁸⁸So many good jewels have emerged. ⁸⁹Do not think that you are ordinary.

⁹⁹नहीं।

⁹⁰All of you are special.

¹⁰⁰जिस भी धरनी पर बच्चे पहुँचे हैं उससे कोई न कोई विशेष रिजल्ट अवश्य निकलनी है। ¹⁰¹फिर चाहे कोई की जल्दी दिखाई देती, कोई की समय पर दिखाई देगी।

⁹¹If any of you were not special, you would not have reached the Father. ⁹²There is speciality, but some use their specialities for service, whereas others are now getting ready to use them for service. ⁹³However, all of you are special souls.

¹⁰²लेकिन विशेषता सब तरफ की है।

⁹⁴All of you are maharathis and mahavirs.

¹⁰³कितने अच्छे-अच्छे रत्न निकले हैं।

⁹⁵If Baba were to praise each one, a long rosary would be prepared.

¹⁰⁴ऐसे नहीं समझना कि हम तो साधारण हैं। ¹⁰⁵सब विशेष हो।

⁹⁶If you look at the Shaktis, each one of the Shaktis is a great soul, and is visible as a world­benefactor soul.

¹⁰⁶अगर कोई विशेष न होता तो बाप के पास नहीं पहुँचता।

⁹⁷You are like that, are you not? ⁹⁸Or, are you just benefactors for your own places?

¹⁰⁷विशेषता है लेकिन कोई विशेषता को सेवा में लगाते हैं, कोई सेवा में लगाने के लिए अभी तैयार हो रहे हैं, बाकी हैं सब विशेष आत्मायें।

⁹⁹Achcha. ¹⁰⁰Blessing: May you be loving to Father Brahma and, on the basis of determined faith, be constantly victorious. ¹⁰¹When you have determined faith, then the victory of faith cannot be prevented.

¹⁰⁸सब महारथी महावीर हो। ¹⁰⁹एक एक की महिमा शुरू करें तो लम्बी चौड़ी माला बन जायेगी।

¹⁰²No matter how much the five elements or even souls oppose you ­ and they will oppose you ­ on the basis of your firm faith, you will be able to merge that opposition with the power to face.

¹¹⁰शक्तियों को देखो तो हर एक शक्ति महान आत्मा, विश्व-कल्याणकारी आत्मा दिखाई देगी।

¹⁰³There can never be fluctuation in faith. ¹⁰⁴Only such victorious children who remain unshakeable are loved by the Father. ¹⁰⁵The children who are loved are constantly merged in the arms of Father Brahma.

¹¹¹ऐसे हो न या सिर्फ अपने-अपने स्थान के कल्याणकारी हो!

¹⁰⁶Slogan: If you want to attain the key to all treasures, become experienced in God's love.
