¹The easy method to be constantly powerful is to have positive thoughts and good wishes for others.

³आज स्नेह सम्पन्न स्मृति दिवस है।

²Today is the day of remembrance filled with love.

⁴चारों ओर के बच्चों के स्नेह का,दिल का आवाज़ बापदादा के पास पहुँच गया है।

³The sound of love from the hearts of the children in all four directions has reached BapDada.

⁵यह स्नेह सुख स्वरूप स्नेह है।

⁴This love is filled with happiness.

⁶बापदादा इस दिवस को स्मृति दिवस के साथ-साथ समर्थी दिवस कहते हैं। ⁷क्योंकि ब्रह्मा बाप ने अपने साकार स्वरूप में सर्व कार्य करने की समार्थियाँ अर्थात् शक्तियाँ साकार रूप में बच्चों को अर्पण किया।

⁵As well as calling this the day of remembrance, BapDada also calls it a day of power because Brahma Baba, in his corporeal form, surrendered his powers to the children for them to carry out all tasks in the corporeal form.

⁸इस दिवस को सन शोज़ फादर के वरदान का दिन कहा जाता है।

⁶This day is called the day with the blessing of "Son shows the Father".

⁹साकार रूप में बच्चों को आगे किया और फरिश्ता रूप में अपने बच्चों की और विश्व की सेवा आरम्भ किया।

⁷In the corporeal form Baba put the children in the front, and in the angelic form he started the service of his children and the world.

¹⁰ये18 जनवरी का दिवस ब्रह्मा बाप के सम्पूर्ण नष्टोमोहा स्मृति स्वरूप का रहा।

⁸The 18th of January is the day of remembrance when Brahma Baba became completely free from all attachment.

¹¹जैसे गीता के 18अध्याय का सार है - भगवान ने अर्जुन को नष्टोमोहा स्मृति स्वरूप बनाया।

⁹The essence of the eighteen chapters of the Gita is that God made Arjuna the conqueror of attachment and the embodiment of remembrance.

¹²तो ये 18 का यादगार है कि ब्रह्मा बाप कितना ही बच्चों के प्रति अति स्नेही रहे,जो बच्चे अनुभवी हैं कि सदा सेवा के निमित्त बच्चों को कितना याद करते - अनुभव है ना! ¹³मोह नहीं रहा लेकिन दिल का प्यार रहा।

¹⁰So, this 18th is the memorial of this. ¹¹No matter how much love Brahma Baba had for the children, he didn't have attachment but love in his heart. ¹²And, of course, the children have experienced how much Baba used to remember those who were instruments in service; you had this experience, did you not?

¹⁴क्योंकि मोह उसको कहा जाता है जिसमें अपना स्वार्थ हो।

¹³Attachment is that in which one has selfish motives.

¹⁵तो ब्रह्मा बाप का अपना स्वार्थ नहीं रहा, लेकिन बच्चों में सेवा अर्थ अति स्नेह रहा।

¹⁴However, Brahma Baba didn't have any selfish motives for himself, but he did have extreme love for the children in the name of service.

¹⁶फिर भी साथ रहते,बच्चों को सामने देखते भी कोई देह के रूप में याद सताई नहीं।

¹⁵This is why the remembrance of the children didn't pull him. ¹⁶He was always loving and yet detached.

¹⁷एकदम न्यारा और प्यारा रहा। ¹⁸इसलिए कहा जाता है स्मृति स्वरूप नष्टोमोहा।

¹⁷This is why it is said: the conqueror of attachment and the embodiment of remembrance.

¹⁹कोई मेरापन नहीं रहा, देहभान से भी नष्टोमोहा। ²⁰तो ये दिवस ऐसे फॉलो फादर का पाठ पढ़ाने का दिवस रहा।

¹⁸He had no consciousness of "mine" for anything; he even became free from attachment to the consciousness of the body.

²¹ये अव्यक्त दिवस दुनिया की अन्ज़ान आत्माओं को परमात्म कार्य की तरफ जगाने का रहा। ²²क्योंकि मैजारिटी लोग ब्रह्मा बाप को देखकर यही सोचते या समझते थे कि इन्हों का परम आत्मा ब्रह्मा है।

¹⁹So, today is the day for learning the lesson of following the father in the same way. ²⁰This avyakt day has been a day for making souls without knowledge aware of God's task, because on seeing father Brahma, the majority of people used to think and believe that Brahma was your God.

²³ये ब्रह्माकुमारियाँ,ब्रह्मा को ही भगवान मानती हैं।

²¹They used to think that Brahma was the God of the Brahma Kumaris.

²⁴और ब्रह्मा ने साकार में पार्ट परिवर्तन किया तो क्या सोचने लगे कि अभी तो ब्रह्माकुमारियों का भगवान चला गया और ये ब्रह्माकुमारियों का कार्य आज नहीं तो कल समाप्त हो जायेगा।

²²However, what did they think when Brahma transformed his part from the corporeal form? ²³That now the God of the Brahma Kumaris has gone away. ²⁴But did he go away? ²⁵And they even thought that, if not today then tomorrow, the work of the Brahma Kumaris would end.

²⁵लेकिन आप जानते हैं कि इन्हों का करावनहार ब्रह्मा द्वारा भी परमात्मा था,है और अन्त तक रहेगा।

²⁶However, you know that your Karankaravanhar working through Brahma was the Supreme Soul: He is and will be till the end.

²⁶तो ये परमात्म कार्य है, व्यक्ति का कार्य नहीं है।

²⁷So this is God's task. ²⁸It is not the work of any human being.

²⁷ये पहचान ब्रह्मा बाप के साकार पार्ट परिवर्तन होने के बाद समझते हैं कि इन्हों को कोई शक्ति चला रही है, अभी भी बिचारे परमात्मा को नहीं जानते।

²⁹They only recognised this after Brahma Baba changed his part from the corporeal form; they realised that some power was working for you, but even now, the poor, helpless people don't know God.

²⁸लेकिन कोई शक्ति कार्य करा रही है,वो कौन-सी शक्ति है, उसको भी देख रहे हैं, सोच रहे हैं और आखिर तो समझना ही है।

³⁰They know that some power is working, but they are still thinking about who that power is. ³¹They are seeing it and thinking about it; eventually, they will understand it.

²⁹तो किसका कार्य है?

³²So, whose task is this?

³⁰ब्रह्मा बाप का या परम आत्मा का ब्रह्मा द्वारा?

³³Is it father Brahma's or is it that of God working through Brahma?

³¹किसका कार्य है?

³⁴Whose task is it?

³²जो बच्चे साकार के बाद में आये हैं वो सोचते हैं कि ब्रह्मा बाबा ने अपना साकार पार्ट इतना जल्दी क्यों पूरा किया?

³⁵You might say that the children who came after the part of sakar Baba are wondering: Why did Brahma Baba finish his sakar part so quickly?

³³हम तो देखते ना! ³⁴हम तो मिलते ना!

³⁶Otherwise, we could also have at least seen him!

³⁵सोचते हो ना?

³⁷We could have met him!

³⁶लेकिन कल्प पहले का भी गायन है कि कौरव सेना के निमित्त बने हुए महावीर का कल्याण किस द्वारा हुआ?

³⁸You think in this way, do you not? ³⁹In the memorial of the previous kalpa, through whom did the mahavir instruments of the Kaurav army receive benefit?

³⁷शक्ति द्वारा हुआ ना!

⁴⁰They benefitted through the Shaktis.

³⁸तो शक्तियों का पार्ट ड्रामा में साकार रूप में नूँधा हुआ है।

⁴¹So, according to the drama, the part of the Shaktis has been fixed in the corporeal form.

³⁹और सब मानते भी हैं कि मातृ शक्ति के बिना इस विश्व का कल्याण होना असम्भव है।

⁴²And everyone even believes that it is impossible for there to be world benefit without the power of the mothers.

⁴⁰तो ब्रह्मा बाप फरिश्ता क्यों बना?

⁴³So, why did Brahma Baba become an angel?

⁴¹साकार पार्ट परिवर्तन क्यों हुआ?

⁴⁴Why was the sakar part changed?

⁴²अगर ब्रह्मा बाप फरिश्ता रूप नहीं धारण करता तो आप इतनी आत्मायें यहाँ पहुँच नहीं पाती।

⁴⁵If Brahma Baba didn't adopt the angelic form, all of you souls would not have reached here today.

⁴³क्योंकि वायुमण्डल की भ्रान्तियाँ इस विश्व क्रान्ति के कार्य को हल्का कर रही थी।

⁴⁶Because the uncertainty in the atmosphere was making the task of this world revolution fluctuate.

⁴⁴तो ब्रह्मा बाप का फरिश्ता बनना आप ज्यादा से ज्यादा बच्चों के भाग्य खुलने का कारण रहा।

⁴⁷So Brahma Baba becoming avyakt became the reason for opening the fortune of the maximum number of children.

⁴⁵अभी फरिश्ते रूप में जो सेवा की फास्ट गति है वो देख रहे हो ना!

⁴⁸You can now see the fast speed of service through the angelic form. ⁴⁹You can see that, can't you?

⁴⁶फास्ट गति हुई या कम हुई है?

⁵⁰Did the speed become fast or slow?

⁴⁷फास्ट हुई है ना!

⁵¹It became very fast.

⁴⁸तो फास्ट गति हुई तभी आप यहाँ पहुँचे हो।

⁵²It is because everything became so fast that all of you reached here.

⁴⁹नहीं तो सोये हुए थे अच्छी तरह से।

⁵³Otherwise, you would still be fast asleep.

⁵⁰तो आज का दिवस ऐसा नहीं है जैसे लोग मनाते हैं - चला गया, चला गया।

⁵⁴So today is not the same as how other people celebrate such a day; they think that he has now gone.

⁵¹लेकिन उमंग-उत्साह आता है कि फॉलो फादर, हम भी ऐसे स्मृति स्वरूप नष्टोमोहा बनें।

⁵⁵But, in fact, there is zeal and enthusiasm to follow the father and become an embodiment of remembrance and a conqueror of attachment, the same as Baba.

⁵²ये प्रैक्टिकल पाठ पढ़ने का दिवस है।

⁵⁶This is the day for learning this lesson practically.

⁵³आज आप किसी के भी दिल से दुःख के आंसू निकले? ⁵⁴निकले या अन्दर- अन्दर थोड़ा आया!

⁵⁷Out of all of you sitting here, whether sitting at the back, at the front or anywhere else, did any of you have tears of sorrow in your heart today?

⁵⁵जिसको दुःख की थोड़ी भी लहर आई वो हाथ उठाओ।

⁵⁸Did you have any tears or did you feel something inside?

⁵⁶दुःख हुआ? ⁵⁷नहीं हुआ?

⁵⁹No; maybe one or two of you had tears.

⁵⁸आज के दिन तो ब्रह्मा बाप को सेवा का साथी बनने का दिन है।

⁶⁰Those who had the slightest feeling of sorrow, raise your hands!

⁵⁹आप सब साथी हो कि साक्षी हो?

⁶¹Did you feel any sorrow? ⁶²You didn't, did you?

⁶⁰सेवा में साथी और माया की परिस्थितियों से साक्षी।

⁶³Today is the day that Brahma Baba became a service companion. ⁶⁴Are all of you companions also?

⁶¹माया को तो वेलकम किया है ना कि घबराते हो-हाय, क्या हो गया!

⁶⁵Or, are you just observers? ⁶⁶You are companions in service and observers of the situations of Maya.

⁶²थोड़ा-थोड़ा घबराते हो?

⁶⁷You have welcomed Maya, have you not?

⁶³माया के हल्के-हल्के रूपों को तो आप भी जान गये हो और माया भी सोचती है कि ये जान गये हैं लेकिन जब कोई भी विकराल रूप की माया आवे तो सदा साक्षी होकर खेल करो। ⁶⁴जैसे वो कुश्ती का खेल होता है ना, देखा है कि दिखायें?

⁶⁸Or, are you afraid, thinking, "What has happened?" ⁶⁹Are you a little afraid? ⁷⁰Whenever Maya comes to you in a fearsome form ­ you are now aware of her ordinary, insignificant form and Maya also knows that you now know her very well ­ but when she comes in a fearsome form, then hit her very hard, just like in wrestling.

⁶⁵यहाँ बच्चे करके दिखाते हैं ना!

⁷¹Have you seen wrestling? ⁷²Do you want to see it?

⁶⁶तो समझो कि ये कुश्ती का खेल,खेल रहे हैं,अच्छी तरह से मारो।

⁷³Children demonstrate that here. ⁷⁴So always think that you are having a wrestling match.

⁶⁷घबराओ नहीं, खेल है।

⁷⁵Therefore, hit her very hard.

⁶⁸तो साक्षी होकर खेल करने में मज़ा आता है और माया आ गई,माया आ गई तो घबरा जाते हैं।

⁷⁶Don't be afraid, it's just a sport. ⁷⁷You enjoy it more when you play as a detached observer.

⁶⁹कुछ भी ताकत अभी माया में नहीं है।

⁷⁸But if you think that Maya has come, then you would be afraid.

⁷⁰सिर्फ बाहर का शेर का रूप है लेकिन बिल्ली भी नहीं है। ⁷¹सिर्फ आप लोगों को घबराने के लिए बड़ा रूप ले आती है फिर सोचते हो पता नहीं अब क्या होगा!

⁷⁹Maya doesn't have any strength any more. ⁸⁰Externally, she has the form of a lion, but in fact, she is not even like a cat. ⁸¹In order to make you afraid, she adopts a huge form and you think, "What will happen now?".

⁷²तो यह कभी नहीं कहो - क्या करूँ, कैसे होगा,क्या होगा…,लेकिन बापदादा ने पहले भी यह पाठ पढ़ाया है कि जो हो रहा है वो अच्छा और जो होने वाला है वो और अच्छा।

⁸²BapDada taught you this lesson earlier also: Don't ever say, "What will happen now?". ⁸³Has Baba taught you the lesson of asking questions: "What can I do? ⁸⁴How will it happen? ⁸⁵What will happen?"

⁷³ब्राह्मण बनना अर्थात् अच्छा ही अच्छा है।

⁸⁶Whatever is happening is good and whatever is to happen will be even better.

⁷⁴चाहे बातें ऐसी होती हैं जो कभी आपके स्वप्न में भी नहीं होती और कई बातें ऐसे होती हैं जो अज्ञान काल में नहीं होगी लेकिन ज्ञान के बाद हुई हैं, अज्ञानकाल में कभी बिज़नेस नीचे-ऊपर नहीं हुआ होगा और ज्ञान में आने के बाद हो गया,घबरा जाते हैं - हाय, ज्ञान छोड़ दें!

⁸⁷To become a Brahmin means that everything is good. ⁸⁸Maybe, sometimes something that you never even dreamt about would happen, and some things may not have happened before gyan, but as soon as you come into gyan, they happen. ⁸⁹Your business may not have fluctuated before gyan, but this happens after you come into gyan, and you become afraid, thinking you should leave knowledge now.

⁷⁵लेकिन कोई भी परिस्थिति आती है उस परिस्थिति को अपना थोड़े समय के लिये शिक्षक समझो।

⁹⁰But whenever any situation comes, consider that situation to be your teacher for a short time. ⁹¹What does a teacher do?

⁷⁶शिक्षक क्या करता है?

⁹²He teaches, doesn't he?

⁷⁷शिक्षा देता है ना! ⁷⁸तो परिस्थिति आपको विशेष दो शक्तियों के अनुभवी बनाती है - एक-सहनशक्ति,न्यारापन,नष्टोमोहा और दूसरा-सामना करने की शक्ति का पाठ पढ़ाती है जिससे आगे के लिए आप सीख लो कि ये परिस्थिति,ये दो पाठ पढ़ाने आई है।

⁹³So the situations also especially make you experienced in having two particular powers. ⁹⁴One is the power to tolerate, to have detachment and become a conqueror of attachment and it also teaches you the lesson of having the power to face, so that you learn something for the future. ⁹⁵So the situation has only come to teach you these two lessons: the power to tolerate and the power to face.

⁷⁹और जो कहते रहते हो हम तो ट्रस्टी हैं,मेरा कुछ नहीं है, ठगी से तो नहीं कहते!

⁹⁶And when you say that you are just a trustee and that nothing belongs to you, do you really mean it or are you just saying it and deceiving yourself?

⁸⁰दिल से कहते हो?

⁹⁷Do you really mean it in your heart?

⁸¹ट्रस्टी हो कि थोड़ा गृहस्थी हो?

⁹⁸Are you a trustee or a little bit of a householder?

⁸²कभी गृहस्थी बन जाते कभी ट्रस्टी बन जाते?

⁹⁹Are you sometimes a trustee and sometimes a householder?

⁸³न्यु इयर में बापदादा को दो-चार खिलौने दिये थे, उसमें क्या था कि एक तरफ करो तो भाई है,दूसरे तरफ करो तो फीमेल है, एक ही खिलौना बदल जाता था।

¹⁰⁰In the New Year, BapDada was presented with a few toys and one of them was such that when it was turned one way, it was a male figure and when turned the other way, it was a female figure. ¹⁰¹The one toy would change its form.

⁸⁴एक सेकण्ड में वो हो जाता, एक सेकेण्ड में वो हो जाता।

¹⁰²You are not like this toy, are you? ¹⁰³Show them this toy! ¹⁰⁴If you still have it in stock, show it to them.

⁸⁵तो आप ऐसे खिलौने तो नहीं हो, अभी-अभी गृहस्थी, अभी-अभी ट्रस्टी।

¹⁰⁵In one second it becomes one thing, the next second it becomes something else. ¹⁰⁶You are not like that, are you?

⁸⁶थोड़ा-थोड़ा,कभी-कभी तो हो जाता है?

¹⁰⁷Being a trustee one moment and becoming a householder the next?

⁸⁷घबराते हो ना तो माया समझ जाती है कि ये घबरा गया है, मारो अच्छी तरह से।

¹⁰⁸Maybe the Pandavs sometimes become a little like that? ¹⁰⁹When you feel afraid, Maya understands that you are afraid and so she hits you hard.

⁸⁸इसलिए घबराओ नहीं।

¹¹⁰But don't be afraid.

⁸⁹ट्रस्टी हैं अर्थात् पहले से ही सब कुछ छूट गया।

¹¹¹You are already trustees, that is, you have renounced everything.

⁹⁰ट्रस्टी माना सब बाप के हवाले कर दिया।

¹¹²To be a trustee means you have handed over everything to the Father.

⁹¹मेरा क्या होगा!

¹¹³What would be "mine" anyway?

⁹²- बस गा गा आता है ना तो गड़बड़ होती है। ⁹³सब अच्छा है और अच्छा होना ही है,निश्चिन्त है - इसको कहा जाता है समर्थ स्वरूप। ⁹⁴तो आज का दिन कौन सा है?

¹¹⁴When you think of something belonging to you, the intellect gets deflected and then there is a little problem. ¹¹⁵Everything is good and everything will work out well, and therefore, you are carefree.

⁹⁵समर्थ बनने का, नष्टोमोहा होने का।

¹¹⁶This is known as being an embodiment of power. ¹¹⁷So, what day is it today?

⁹⁶सिर्फ बाबा बहुत याद आये,गीत गाने का नहीं है।

¹¹⁸The day to become powerful, the day to become a conqueror of attachment.

⁹⁷तो ब्रह्मा बाप का फरिश्ता रूप होना ड्रामा में परमात्म कार्य को प्रत्यक्ष करने का निमित्त कारण बना।

¹¹⁹It is not just a day to remember Baba and sing songs. ¹²⁰Brahma Baba becoming an angel became a means to reveal the Godly task within the drama.

⁹⁸ब्रह्मा बाबा है या है नहीं?

¹²¹Does Brahma Baba exist or not?

⁹⁹(है) दिखाई तो देता नहीं!

¹²²You are not able to see him.

¹⁰⁰देखो आप जो पीछे आये हो वो बहुत लक्की हो।

¹²³Look, all of you who came later are very lucky. ¹²⁴Why?

¹⁰¹क्यों? ¹⁰²अभी सेवा के बने बनाये साधनों के समय पर आये।

¹²⁵You have come at the time when the facilities for service are readily available.

¹⁰³मक्खन निकाला 60वर्ष वालों ने और मक्खन खाने वाले आप आ गये।

¹²⁶Those who are celebrating their sixty years extracted the butter and all of you came to eat it.

¹⁰⁴आज हिस्ट्री सुनी होगी ना,इतनी मेहनत आप करते तो भाग जाते।

¹²⁷You must have heard the history today. ¹²⁸If you would have had to make that much effort, you would have run away.

¹⁰⁵और वर्तमान समय सेवा का वायुमण्डल बना हुआ है।

¹²⁹However, at the present time, the field of service is prepared.

¹⁰⁶अभी चाहे प्रेज़ीडेन्ट है, चाहे प्राइम मिनिस्टर है,चाहे कोई भी नेता है, मैजारिटी ये तो मानते हैं ना कि कार्य अच्छा है, हम कर सकते हैं या नहीं, वो बात अलग है।

¹³⁰Now, whether it is a President, a Prime Minister or any leader, at least the majority of them believe that your work is very good. ¹³¹Whether they can do it themselves or not is a different issue.

¹⁰⁷हरेक का पार्ट अपना है।

¹³²Each one's part is his own.

¹⁰⁸लेकिन अच्छा कार्य है और ये कार्य और आगे बढ़ना चाहिये ये तो कहते हैं ना!

¹³³At least they say that it is a good task and that it should go a lot further.

¹⁰⁹पहले क्या कहते थे कि ब्रह्माकुमारियों की शक्ल भी नहीं देखना।

¹³⁴Previously, they used to say that you mustn't even look at the face of a Brahma Kumari.

¹¹⁰अगर शुरू में निमन्त्रण देने जाते भी थे ना तो दरवाजा बन्द कर देते थे।

¹³⁵In the early days, when you used to go to invite them, they would shut the door on you.

¹¹¹तो आप तो अच्छे टाइम पर आये हो ना!

¹³⁶So all of you have come at a good time.

¹¹²सेवा का चांस बहुत है।

¹³⁷There are many chances for service.

¹¹³जितनी सेवा करने चाहो उतनी कर सकते हो।

¹³⁸You can do as much service as you want.

¹¹⁴अभी सभी समझते हैं कि साकार ब्रह्मा के बाद भी ब्रह्माकुमारियों ने सिल्वर जुबली भी मना ली, गोल्डन भी मना ली, अभी डायमण्ड तक पहुँच गये हैं।

¹³⁹Now, everyone knows that, even after sakar Baba became avyakt, you Brahma Kumaris have celebrated the silver jubilee, you have also celebrated the golden jubilee and have now reached the diamond jubilee.

¹¹⁵क्योंकि कोई भी बड़ा गुरू चला जाता है तो गड़बड़ हो जाती है।

¹⁴⁰When any great guru leaves, it causes many problems. ¹⁴¹Are there any problems here?

¹¹⁶यहाँ गड़बड़ है क्या? ¹¹⁷यहाँ तो और ही वृद्धि है,बढ़ता जाता है।

¹⁴²In fact, here, there has been further expansion and everything just continues to grow.

¹¹⁸तो इससे सिद्ध है कि ये कार्य कराने वाला बाप परम आत्मा है, निमित्त माध्यम ब्रह्मा बाप है।

¹⁴³This proves that it is God who is carrying out this task. ¹⁴⁴The instrument medium is Brahma Baba.

¹¹⁹अभी भी माध्यम ब्रह्मा बाप है।

¹⁴⁵Even now, the medium is Brahma Baba.

¹²⁰ये पार्ट अलग चीज़ है लेकिन माध्यम ड्रामा में पहले साकार ब्रह्मा रहा और अभी फरिश्ता रूप में ब्रह्मा है।

¹⁴⁶This part (of Avyakt BapDada) is something different, but within the drama, the medium initially was sakar Brahma and now it is Brahma in his angelic form.

¹²¹ब्रह्मा को पिता कहेंगे,रचता तो ब्रह्मा है ना।

¹⁴⁷Brahma is called the father. ¹⁴⁸Brahma is the creator.

¹²²ये तो पार्ट बीच-बीच में बच्चों की पालना करने के लिए निमित्त है।

¹⁴⁹This part is to give sustenance to the children every now and then.

¹²³बाकी रचता ब्रह्मा है और रचना के कार्य में अभी भी अन्त तक ब्रह्मा का ही पार्ट है।

¹⁵⁰But Brahma is the creator and he will have the part in the task of creation till the end.

¹²⁴तो आज सारे दिन में किसके पास माया आई?

¹⁵⁸In fact, you know these two words, they are not new. ¹⁵⁹One is to have positive thoughts (subh chintan), to change the negative into positive: this is known as having positive thoughts.

¹³⁰निगेटिव पॉजेटिव हो सकता है और बदल सकते हो सिर्फ चेक करो कि कर्म करते भी शुभ चिन्तन चला?

¹⁶⁰Negative can become positive and you can change it. ¹⁶¹But simply check whether you had positive thoughts even whilst performing actions.

¹³¹और दूसरा सभी के प्रति शुभ चिन्तक,तो शुभ चिन्तन और शुभ चिन्तक दोनों का सम्बन्ध है।

¹⁶²And the second is to constantly have good wishes for others. ¹⁶³So positive thoughts and good wishes (subh chintak) for others have a connection with one another.

¹³²अगर शुभ चिन्तन नहीं है तो शुभ चिन्तक भी नहीं बन सकते।

¹⁶⁴If you don't have positive thoughts, you can't have good wishes for others.

¹³³इसलिए इन दो बातों का अटेन्शन रखना।

¹⁶⁵Therefore, pay attention to these two aspects.

¹³⁵क्या करेंगे?

¹⁶⁷What will you do now?

¹³⁶यहीं नहीं भूल जाना।

¹⁶⁹Nowadays, it's been seen that there are many situations in which people don't understand you through words, but if, whilst having good wishes, you give pure vibrations, they change.

¹³⁸और एक बात से मुक्त भी होना है। ¹³⁹इस ब्राह्मण जीवन में मुक्त होने वाले हो ना, मुक्त होने की 9बातें बता दी,अगर इन नौ बातों से मुक्त हो गये तो नौ रत्न बन सकते हैं।

¹⁷⁰And one other thing: you are those who are becoming free from everything in this Brahmin life. ¹⁷¹So you have been told of nine things to become free from, and through removing these nine things, you can become part of the nine jewels.

¹⁴⁰तो आज बापदादा एक बात की स्मृति दिला रहे हैं - कभी भी कोई भी शारीरिक बीमारी हो, मन का तूफान हो, तन में हलचल हो, प्रवृत्ति में हलचल हो,सेवा में भी हलचल होती है तो किसी भी प्रकार के हलचल में दिलशिकस्त कभी नहीं होना। ¹⁴¹बड़ी दिल वाले बनो।

¹⁷²If you become free from these nine things, you can become part of the nine jewels. ¹⁷³However, today, BapDada is reminding you of one thing. ¹⁷⁴Don't ever be disheartened whenever there is any physical illness, any storm in the mind, any physical upheaval in your body, any upheaval in nature, any fluctuation in service or, in fact, any type of upheaval.

¹⁴²बाप की दिल कितनी है,छोटी है क्या!

¹⁷⁵Become those who have a big heart.

¹⁴³बाप बड़ी दिल वाले हैं और बच्चे छोटी दिल कर देते हैं, बीमार हो गये तो रोना शुरू कर देंगे।

¹⁷⁶How big is Baba's heart? ¹⁷⁷Is it small? ¹⁷⁸The Father has a big heart, but the children become disheartened.

¹⁴⁴दर्द हो गया, दर्द हो गया।

¹⁷⁹If they become ill, they start crying out in pain.

¹⁴⁵तो दिलशिकस्त होना दवाई है?

¹⁸⁰Is being disheartened a medicine?

¹⁴⁶बीमारी चली जायेगी कि बढ़ेगी?

¹⁸¹Will the illness go away or will it increase?

¹⁴⁷जब हिसाब-किताब आ गया, दर्द आ गया तो हिसाब-किताब आ गया ना, लेकिन दिलशिकस्त से बीमारी को बढ़ा देते हो।

¹⁸²When any karmic accounts come, when there is any pain, that is also a karmic account that has come. ¹⁸³By being disheartened, you increase the illness.

¹⁴⁸इसलिए हिम्मत वाले बनो तो बाप भी मददगार बनेंगे।

¹⁸⁴Therefore, be courageous and Baba will also help you.

¹⁴⁹ऐसे नहीं, रो रहे हैं-हाय क्या करूँ, क्या करूँ और फिर सोचो कि बाबा की तो मदद है ही नहीं।

¹⁸⁵It shouldn't be that you start crying, thinking about what to do and then think that you are not receiving Baba's help.

¹⁵⁰मदद उसको मिलती है जो हिम्मत रखते हैं।

¹⁸⁶Those who maintain courage receive help.

¹⁵¹पहले बच्चे की हिम्मत फिर बाप की मदद है।

¹⁸⁷First, there has to be the child's courage and then the Father will help.

¹⁵²तो हिम्मत तो हार ली और सोचने लगते हो कि बाप की मदद तो मिली नहीं,बाबा भी टाइम पर तो करता ही नहीं है!

¹⁵³तो आधे अक्षर याद नहीं करो, बाबा मददगार है लेकिन किसका?

¹⁵⁶लेकिन दिलशिकस्त नहीं बनो और मन में अगर कोई उलझन आ भी जाती है तो ऐसे समय पर निर्णय शक्ति चाहिये और निर्णय शक्ति तब आ सकती है जब आपका मन बाप के तरफ होगा।

¹⁹⁴What happens, when any confusion arises in the mind, is that you need the power to decide. ¹⁹⁵However, you can only have this power when your mind is directed towards Baba.

¹⁵⁷अगर अपने उलझन में होंगे तो हाँ-ना, हाँ-ना,इसी उलझन में रह जायेंगे।

¹⁹⁶If your mind is in confusion, you will remain confused about whether to say yes or no.

¹⁵⁸इसलिए मन से भी दिलशिकस्त नहीं बनो।

¹⁹⁷Therefore, don't be disheartened even in your mind.

¹⁵⁹और धन भी नीचे-ऊपर होता है, जब करोड़पतियों का ही नीचे-ऊपर होता है तो आप लोग उसके आगे क्या हो।

¹⁹⁸Of course, there will be fluctuation in wealth, even the millionaires experience fluctuation, and what are you compared to them?

¹⁶⁰वो तो होना ही है।

¹⁶¹लेकिन आप लोगों को निश्चय पक्का है कि जो बाप के साथी हैं, सच्चे हैं तो कैसी भी हालत में बापदादा दाल-रोटी जरूर खिलायेगा।

²⁰⁰But all of you have firm faith that those who are Baba's companions, if they are true and honest, then no matter what the circumstances are, BapDada will definitely feed them dal and roti.

¹⁶²दो-दो सब्जी नहीं खिलायेगा, दाल-रोटी खिलायेगा।

¹⁶³लेकिन ऐसे नहीं करना कि काम से थक करके बैठ जाओ और कहो बाबा दाल-रोटी खिलायेगा।

¹⁶⁴ऐसे अलबेले या आलस्य वाले को नहीं मिलेगा।

¹⁶⁶और परिवार में भी खिटखिट तो होनी है।

¹⁶⁷जब आप लोग कहते हो कि अति के बाद अन्त होना है,कहते हो!

¹⁶⁸अति में जा रहा है और जाना है तो परिवार में खिटखिट न हो, ये नहीं होना है,होना है!

¹⁶⁹लेकिन आप ट्रस्टी बन,साक्षी बन परिस्थिति को बाप से शक्ति ले हल करो।

²¹³This consciousness of "mine": "My name will be spoilt; I will be defamed; this is my child, my mother-in-law does this to me..." ²¹⁴Everything like this happens when there is the consciousness of "mine".

¹⁷⁴मेरा जहाँ भी आया वहाँ बुद्धि का फेरा हो जाता है, बदल जाते हैं।

²¹⁵Wherever there is the consciousness of mine, the intellect turns around and you change.

¹⁷⁵अगर बुद्धि कहाँ भी उलझन में बदलती है तो समझ लो ये मेरापन है, उसको चेक करो और जितना सुलझाने की कोशिश करेंगे उतना उलझेगा।

²¹⁶If the intellect ever gets turned in another direction due to any confusion, then understand that there is still the consciousness of "mine". ²¹⁷Check this, for no matter how much you try to solve the problem, it becomes even more confusing.

¹⁸¹जब ये पक्का वायदा है, निश्चय है तो भगवान के बच्चे भी दिलशिकस्त हो जायें, तो बड़ी दिल रखने वाले कौन होंगे?

²²⁵You have made a firm promise and you have the faith that you are God's children; so if even God's children become disheartened, then who would be the ones with a big heart?

¹⁸²और कोई होंगे?

²²⁶Would it be someone other than you?
