¹The easy effort to become equal to the Father is to be obedient.

³आज बापदादा अपने`होलीहंस मण्डली' को देख रहे हैं।

²Today, BapDada is seeing the gathering of His holy swans.

⁴हर एक बच्चा होलीहंस है। ⁵सदा मन में ज्ञान-रत्नों का मनन करते रहते हैं।

³Each of you children is a holy swan whose mind constantly churns the jewels of knowledge.

⁶होलीहंस का काम ही है व्यर्थ के कंकड़ छोड़ना और ज्ञान-रत्नों का मनन करना।

⁴The duty of a holy swan is to put aside the stones and churn jewels of knowledge.

⁷एक-एक रत्न कितना अमूल्य है।

⁵Each jewel is so valuable!

⁸हर एक बच्चा ज्ञान-रत्नों की खान बन गये हैं।

⁶Each one of you children has become a mine of the jewels of knowledge.

⁹ज्ञान रत्नों के खज़ाने से सदा भरपूर रहते हैं।

⁷You constantly remain overflowing with those jewels of knowledge.

¹⁰आज बापदादा बच्चों में एक विशेष बात चेक कर रहे थे।

⁸Today, BapDada was checking one special point in all of you children.

¹¹वह क्या थी?

⁹What point was that?

¹²ज्ञान वा योग की सहज धारणा का सहज साधन है बाप और दादा के `आज्ञाकारी'बन चलना।

¹⁰The easy way to have gyan and yoga inculcated in you is to be obedient to Bap and Dada.

¹³बाप के रूप में भी आज्ञाकारी,शिक्षक के रूप में भी और सद्गुरू के रूप में भी।

¹¹You have to be obedient to the Father, obedient to the Teacher and obedient to the Satguru.

¹⁴तीनों ही रूपों में आज्ञाकारी बनना अर्थात् सहज पुरुषार्थी बनना क्योंकि तीनों ही रूपों से बच्चों को आज्ञा मिली है। ¹⁵अमृतवेले से लेकर रात तक हर समय, हर कर्त्तव्य की आज्ञा मिली हुई है। ¹⁶आज्ञा के प्रमाण चलते रहे तो किसी भी प्रकार की मेहनत वा मुश्किल अनुभव नहीं होगी।

¹²To be obedient to all three forms means to be an easy effort­maker, because Baba, in all three forms, gives you children directions for every act you perform from amrit vela till night time. ¹³If you continue to do everything according to the directions you have been given, you would not experience anything to be laborious or difficult.

¹⁷हर समय के मन्सा संकल्प, वाणी और कर्म तीनों ही प्रकार की आज्ञा स्पष्ट मिली हुई है।

¹⁴You have been given clear instructions for your thoughts, words and actions at every moment.

¹⁸सोचने की भी आवश्यकता नहीं कि यह करें या न करें।

¹⁵You don’t even need to think whether you should do something or not.

¹⁹यह राईट है या रांग है। ²⁰सोचने की भी मेहनत नहीं है।

¹⁶You don’t even need to make the effort to think whether something is right or not.

²¹परमात्म-आज्ञा है ही सदा श्रेष्ठ।

¹⁷God’s directions are always elevated.

²²तो सभी कुमार जो भी आये हो, बहुत अच्छा संगठन है।

¹⁸Therefore, it is a very good gathering of all of you kumars who have come.

²³तो हर एक ने बाप का बनते ही बाप से वायदे किये हैं?

¹⁹As soon as you belonged to the Father, what did each of you promise the Father?

²⁴जब बाप के बने हैं तो सबसे पहले कौन-सा वायदा किया?

²⁰Did you make a promise? ²¹What was the first promise you made when you belonged to the Father?

²⁵बाबा, तन-मन-धन जो भी है, कुमारों के पास धन तो ज्यादा होता नहीं फिर भी जो है, सब आपका है।

²²“Baba, this body, mind and money, and, in any case, kumars do not have a lot of money, nevertheless, “whatever I have is all Yours.”

²⁶यह वायदा किया है?

²³Did you promise this?

²⁷तन भी, मन भी, धन भी और सम्बन्ध भी सब आपसे - यह भी वायदा पक्का किया है?

²⁴Did you promise that you would give your body, mind and money and have all relationships with the One?

²⁸जब तन-मन-धन, सम्बन्ध सब आपका है तो मेरा क्या रहा!

²⁵Since your body, mind and money all belong to the Father, then what is yours?

²⁹फिर कुछ मेरा-पन है?

²⁶Is there anything that belongs to you?

³⁰होता ही क्या है?

²⁷What else is there?

³¹तन,मन, धन,जन… सब बाप के हवाले कर लिया।

²⁸Have you given your body, mind, money and surrendered your relationships with everyone to Baba?

³²प्रवृत्ति वालों ने किया है?

²⁹Have the householders done this?

³³मधुबन वालों ने किया है?

³⁰Have those from Madhuban done this?

³⁴पक्का है ना!

³¹Have you done this firmly?

³⁵जब मन भी बाप का हुआ,मेरा मन तो नहीं है ना! ³⁶या मन मेरा है?

³²Since the mind also belongs to the Father, it doesn’t belong to you, does it?

³⁷मेरा समझकर यूज़ करना है? ³⁸जब मन बाप को दे दिया तो यह भी आपके पास `अमानत' है।

³³Or do you think that it is your mind, and that you can use it as you want because you consider it to be yours?

³⁹फिर युद्ध किसमें करते हो?

³⁴Is it yours? ³⁵Or, is it the Father’s?

⁴⁰मेरा मन परेशान है,मेरे मन में व्यर्थ संकल्प आते हैं, मेरा मन विचलित होता है…, जब मेरा है नहीं,अमानत है फिर अमानत को मेरा समझ कर यूज़ करना, क्या यह अमानत में ख्यानत नहीं है?

³⁶You entrusted everything to the Father. ³⁷Therefore, if you are holding even your mind in trust, why are you battling? ³⁸“My mind is distressed, my mind has waste thoughts, my mind is wandering.” ³⁹It is not yours, but something you are holding in trust.

⁴¹माया के दरवाजे हैं - ``मैं और मेरा''। ⁴²तो तन भी आपका नहीं, फिर देह-अभिमान का मैं कहाँ से आया!

⁴⁰Therefore, is it not being dishonest for you to use something that you are holding in trust for yourself? ⁴¹The doors through which Maya can enter are, “I and mine”.

⁴³मन भी आपका नहीं, तो मेरा-मेरा कहाँ से आया? ⁴⁴तेरा है या मेरा है?

⁴²Since even your body does not belong to you, how can you have the “I” of body consciousness?

⁴⁵बाप का है या सिर्फ कहना है, करना नहीं?

⁴³Even your mind doesn’t belong to you, so how can you say, “Mine!

⁴⁶कहना बाप का और मानना मेरा!

⁴⁴Mine!”? ⁴⁵Is your mind Baba’s or is it yours?

⁴⁷सिर्फ पहला वायदा याद करो कि न बॉडी-कान्सेस की - `मैं है,न मेरा'।

⁴⁶Does it belong to the Father? ⁴⁷Or, is it the Father’s just in terms of saying it, but not in practice?

⁴⁸तो जो बाप की आज्ञा है, तन को भी अमानत समझो। ⁴⁹मन को भी अमानत समझो।

⁴⁸Otherwise, it means that you say that it belongs to the Father, but really you consider it your own.

⁵⁰फिर मेहनत की ज़रूरत है क्या? ⁵¹कोई भी कमज़ोरी आती है तो इन दो शब्दों से आती है - ``मैं और मेरा''।

⁴⁹Simply remember the first promise you made, so that there is neither the “I” nor the “mine” of body consciousness.

⁵²तो न आपका तन है, न बॉडी-कान्सेस का ``मैं''।

⁵⁰So, the Father’s instructions are: Consider yourself to be holding your mind in trust.

⁵³मन में जो भी संकल्प चलते हैं अगर आज्ञाकारी हो तो बाप की आज्ञा क्या है?

⁵¹Also consider yourself to be holding your body in trust. ⁵²Do you then need to labour?

⁵⁴पॉजिटिव सोचो, शुभ भावना के संकल्प करो।

⁵³Any weakness comes through these two words: “I and mine”.

⁵⁵फालतू संकल्प करो - यह बाप की आज्ञा है क्या? ⁵⁶नहीं।

⁵⁴Therefore, neither does the body belong to you nor do you have the body conscious “I”.

⁵⁷तो जब आपका मन नहीं है फिर भी व्यर्थ संकल्प करते हो तो बाप की आज्ञा को प्रैक्टिकल में नहीं लाया ना!

⁵⁵Since you are obedient, what instructions has the Father given you for whatever thoughts you have in your mind? ⁵⁶Have positive and benevolent thoughts.

⁵⁸सिर्फ एक शब्द याद करो कि - `मैं परमात्म-आज्ञाकारी बच्चा हूँ। ⁵⁹'बाप की यह आज्ञा है या नहीं है, वह सोचो।

⁵⁷Has the Father instructed you to have unnecessary thoughts? ⁵⁸No! ⁵⁹Since your mind is not yours, you are not putting the Father’s directions into practice, are you?

⁶⁰जो आज्ञाकारी बच्चा होता है वह सदा बाप को स्वतः ही याद होता है।

⁶⁰Simply remember the term of being an obedient child who obeys God’s directions.

⁶¹स्वतः ही प्यारा होता है। ⁶²स्वतः ही बाप के समीप होता है।

⁶¹Think about whether something is according to the Father’s directions or not.

⁶³तो चेक करो मैं बाप के समीप, बाप का आज्ञाकारी हूँ?

⁶²A father would always automatically remember his obedient children.

⁶⁴एक शब्द तो अमृतवेले याद कर सकते हो - ``मैं कौन?

⁶³Such children are automatically loved and are automatically close to their father.

⁶⁵'' आज्ञाकारी हूँ या कभी आज्ञाकारी और कभी आज्ञा से किनारा करने वाले?

⁶⁴Therefore, check to see whether you are close and obedient to the Father.

⁶⁶बापदादा सदा कहते हैं कि किसी भी रूप में अगर एक बाबा का सम्बन्ध ही याद रहे, दिल से निकले - `बाबा',तो समीपता का अनुभव करेंगे।

⁶⁵You can remember one sentence at amrit vela. ⁶⁶“Who am I?” ⁶⁷Am I obedient? ⁶⁸Or, is it that you sometimes obey His directions and sometimes move away from them?

⁶⁷मन्त्र 18मुआफ़िक नहीं कहो ``बाबा-बाबा'',वह राम-राम कहते हैं आप बाबा-बाबा कहते,लेकिन दिल से निकले - `बाबा'!

⁶⁹BapDada always says: You should remember the one word “Baba” in every relationship. ⁷⁰You should say the word “Baba” from your heart.

⁶⁸हर कर्म करने के पहले चेक करो कि मन के लिए, तन के लिए या धन के लिए बाबा की आज्ञा क्या है?

⁷¹You should not say it like those people who repeat the mantra “Rama, Rama”. ⁷²You should not just say “Baba!

⁶⁹कुमारों के पास चाहे कितना भी थोड़ा सा धन है लेकिन जैसे बाप ने आज्ञा दी है कि धन का पोतामेल किस प्रकार से रखो,वैसे रखा है?

⁷³Baba!”, but the word, “Baba”, should emerge from your heart. ⁷⁴Before you do anything, remember what Baba’s directions are for your mind, body and money.

⁷⁰या जैसे आता वैसे चलाते? ⁷¹हर एक कुमार को धन का भी पोतामेल रखना चाहिए।

⁷⁵No matter how little money you kumars have, do you look after it according to the directions that the Father has given you?

⁷²धन को कहाँ और कैसे यूज़ करना है,मन को भी कहाँ और कैसे यूज़ करना है,तन को भी कहाँ लगाना है,यह सब पोतामेल होना चाहिए। ⁷³आप दादियां जब धारणा की क्लास कराती हैं तो समझाती हैं ना कि धन को कैसे यूज़ करो!

⁷⁶Or, do you simply use it as and when you want? ⁷⁷Each kumar has been given directions to keep an account of your money: of how and when to use your money; of how and when to use your mind and your body. ⁷⁸You should keep an account of all of this.

⁷⁴क्या पोतामेल रखो! ⁷⁵कुमारों को पता है पोतामेल कैसे रखना है, कहाँ लगाना है, यह मालूम है?

⁷⁹When Dadis give you classes on dharna, they explain to you how you should use your money and what accounts you should keep.

⁷⁶थोड़े हाथ उठा रहे हैं, नये-नये भी हैं, इन्हों को मालूम नहीं है।

⁸⁰Do you kumars know how to keep your accounts and how to use your money? ⁸¹Do you know this?

⁷⁷इन्हों को यह ज़रूर बताना कि क्या क्या करना है!

⁸²Only a few of you are raising your hands. ⁸³They do not understand this.

⁷⁸निश्चिंत हो जायेंगे,बोझ नहीं लगेगा क्योंकि आप सबका लक्ष्य है, कुमार माना लाइट। ⁷⁹डबल लाइट।

⁸⁴New ones are here also. ⁸⁵You must definitely tell them what to do so that they can become carefree. ⁸⁶They will then not feel any burden.

⁸⁰कुमारों का लक्ष्य है ना कि हमको नम्बरवन आना है?

⁸⁷All of you must have an aim: A kumar means to be light; double­light.

⁸¹तो लक्ष्य के साथ लक्षण भी चाहिए।

⁸⁸The aim of the kumars is to become number one.

⁸²लक्ष्य बहुत ऊँचा हो और लक्षण नहीं हो तो लक्ष्य तक पहुँचना मुश्किल है।

⁸⁹Do you have this aim? ⁹⁰However, together with this aim, you must also have the necessary qualifications.

⁸³इसलिए जो बाप की आज्ञा है उसको सदा बुद्धि में रख फिर कार्य में आओ।

⁹¹If you have a very high aim but don’t have the qualifications for it, it would be difficult to reach your aim.

⁸⁴बापदादा ने पहले भी समझाया है कि ब्राह्मण जीवन के मुख्य खजाने हैं - संकल्प,समय और श्वांस।

⁹²Therefore, constantly keep the Father’s directions in your intellect before you act. ⁹³BapDada also told you earlier that the main treasures of Brahmin life are your thoughts and time.

⁸⁵आपके श्वांस भी बहुत अमूल्य हैं।

⁹⁴Your breath too is also very valuable.

⁸⁶एक श्वांस भी कामन नहीं हो, व्यर्थ नहीं हो।

⁹⁵Not even one breath should be common. ⁹⁶Not a breath should be wasted.

⁸⁷भक्ति में कहते हैं - श्वांसों-श्वांस अपने इष्ट को याद करो।

⁹⁷On the path of bhakti, people say, “Remember your special beloved deity in every breath you take.”

⁸⁸श्वांस भी व्यर्थ नहीं जाये।

⁹⁸Your breath should not go to waste.

⁸⁹ज्ञान का खज़ाना, शक्तियों का खज़ाना… यह तो है ही। ⁹⁰लेकिन मुख्य यह तीनों खज़ाने - संकल्प,समय और श्वांस - आज्ञा प्रमाण सफल होते हैं?

⁹⁹There are the treasures of knowledge and powers, but are you using these three (time, thoughts and breath) main treasures in a worthwhile way and according to the directions you have been given?

⁹¹व्यर्थ तो नहीं जाते?

¹⁰⁰You are not wasting any of them, are you?

⁹²क्योंकि व्यर्थ जाने से जमा नहीं होता।

¹⁰¹If you are wasting them, you cannot accumulate anything.

⁹³और जमा का खाता इस संगम पर ही जमा करना है।

¹⁰²Your savings account has to be built now at the confluence age.

⁹⁴चाहे सतयुग,त्रेता में श्रेष्ठ पद प्राप्त करना है, चाहे द्वापर, कलियुग में पूज्य पद पाना है लेकिन दोनों का जमा इस संगम पर करना है।

¹⁰³If you want to claim an elevated status in the golden and silver ages, or, even if you want to claim a status of being worth­to­be­worshipped in the copper and iron ages, you have to build up your account for both at this time.

⁹⁵इस हिसाब से सोचो कि संगम समय की जीवन के,छोटे से जन्म के संकल्प, समय,श्वांस कितने अमूल्य हैं?

¹⁰⁴You should accordingly consider how invaluable your time and thoughts of your short life of this confluence age are. ¹⁰⁵Don’t be careless about this!

⁹⁶इसमें अलबेले नहीं बनना। ⁹⁷जैसा आया वैसे दिन बीत गया, दिन बीता नहीं लेकिन एक दिन में बहुत-बहुत गँवाया।

¹⁰⁶Your days should not be spent ordinarily just as you feel like. ¹⁰⁷That would not just be a day gone by, but a day in which you would have lost a great deal.

⁹⁸जब भी कोई फालतू संकल्प, फालतू समय जाता है तो ऐसे नहीं समझो - चलो 5मिनट गया। ⁹⁹बचाओ।

¹⁰⁸Whenever you have any unnecessary thoughts or whenever you waste your time, don’t just consider that to be five minutes wasted, but you must save those minutes.

¹⁰⁰समय अनुसार देखो प्रकृति अपने कार्य में कितनी तीव्र है। ¹⁰¹कुछ-न-कुछ खेल दिखाती रहती है।

¹⁰⁹According to the present time, nature does her work very fast. ¹¹⁰She is constantly showing how she plays her part in one or another way.

¹⁰²कहाँ-न-कहाँ खेल दिखाती रहती है।

¹¹¹She shows how she plays her part somewhere or another.

¹⁰³लेकिन प्रकृतिपति ब्राह्मण बच्चों का खेल एक ही है - उड़ती कला का।

¹¹²However, you Brahmin children, who are the lords of nature, play your part of the flying stage.

¹⁰⁴तो प्रकृति तो खेल दिखाती लेकिन ब्राह्मण अपने उड़ती कला का खेल दिखा रहे हो?

¹¹³Therefore, although nature is showing how she plays, you Brahmins are also showing how you play your part of the flying stage, are you not?

¹⁰⁵कोई बच्चे ने बापदादा को यह उड़ीसा की रिज़ल्ट लिखकर दी,यह हुआ, यह हुआ…।

¹¹⁴A child wrote a letter to BapDada telling Baba about everything that happened in Orrisa.

¹⁰⁶तो वह प्रकृति का खेल तो देख लिया।

¹¹⁵Therefore, BapDada asks you: You saw how nature plays her part.

¹⁰⁷लेकिन बापदादा पूछते हैं कि आप लोगों ने सिर्फ प्रकृति का खेल देखा या अपने उड़ती कला के खेल में बिज़ी रहे?

¹¹⁶Were you just watching nature play her part or did you stay busy playing your part of the flying stage? ¹¹⁷Or, did you just continue to listen to the news?

¹⁰⁸या सिर्फ समाचार सुनते रहे?

¹¹⁸You do have to listen to all the news.

¹⁰⁹समाचार तो सब सुनना भी पड़ता है, परन्तु जितना समाचार सुनने में इन्ट्रेस्ट रहता है उतना अपनी उड़ती कला की बाज़ी में रहने का इन्ट्रेस्ट रहा?

¹¹⁹However, were you just as interested in maintaining your flying stage to the same extent as you are interested in listening to the news?

¹¹⁰कई बच्चे गुप्त योगी भी हैं,ऐसे गुप्त योगी बच्चों को बापदादा की मदद भी बहुत मिली है और ऐसे बच्चे स्वयं भी अचल, साक्षी रहे और वायुमण्डल में भी समय पर सहयोग दिया।

¹²⁰Some children are incognito yogis and they have received a lot of help from BapDada. ¹²¹However, there are also some children who are themselves unshakeable, and as detached observers, helped keep the atmosphere calm at that time.

¹¹¹जैसे स्थूल सहयोग देने वाले, चाहे गवर्मेन्ट,चाहे आस-पास के लोग सहयोग देने के लिए तैयार हो जाते हैं,ऐसे ब्राह्मण आत्माओं ने भी अपना सहयोग - शक्ति,शान्ति देने का, सुख देने का जो ईश्वरीय श्रेष्ठ कार्य है, वह किया?

¹²²Just as the Government and neighbouring states were ready to give help in a physical way, in the same way, did you Brahmin children perform your duty in doing the elevated Godly task of giving the co­operation of peace and happiness?

¹¹²जैसे वह गवर्मेन्ट ने यह किया,फलाने देश ने यह किया… फौरन ही अनाउन्समेंट करने लग जाते हैं, तो बापदादा पूछते हैं - आप ब्राह्मणों ने भी अपना यह कार्य किया?

¹²³Those people immediately start announcing that such­and­such a government did this, and so­and­so did that. ¹²⁴Similarly, BapDada asks: Did you Brahmins carry out your duty?

¹¹³आपको भी अलर्ट होना चाहिए।

¹²⁵You also have to remain alert.

¹¹⁴स्थूल सहयोग देना यह भी आवश्यक होता है, इसमें बापदादा मना नहीं करते लेकिन जो ब्राह्मण आत्माओं का विशेष कार्य है, जो और कोई सहयोग नहीं दे सकता,ऐसा सहयोग अलर्ट होके आपने दिया? ¹¹⁵देना है ना!

¹²⁶It is necessary to give physical help and BapDada is not telling you not to, but the special task of you Brahmin souls is to co­operate in a way that no one else can. ¹²⁷So did you remain alert and co­operate in this way? ¹²⁸You do have to co­operate in this way, do you not?

¹¹⁶या सिर्फ उन्हों को वस्त्र चाहिए,अनाज चाहिए?

¹²⁹Or, is it that they just need clothes and food?

¹¹⁷लेकिन पहले तो मन में शान्ति चाहिए,सामना करने की शक्ति चाहिए।

¹³⁰First of all, they need power and peace of mind in order to face the situation.

¹¹⁸तो स्थूल के साथ सूक्ष्म सहयोग ब्राह्मण ही दे सकते हैं और कोई नहीं दे सकता है।

¹³¹Therefore, together with the physical support, they also need to be given subtle co­operation which only Brahmins can give.

¹¹⁹तो यह कुछ भी नहीं है, यह तो रिहर्सल है।

¹³²No one else can give this co­operation. ¹³³This was nothing!

¹²⁰रीयल तो आने वाला है।

¹³⁴This was just a rehearsal.

¹²¹उसकी रिहर्सल आपको भी बाप या समय करा रहा है।

¹³⁵The real thing is yet to come. ¹³⁶Baba and the time is making you rehearse for what is to come.

¹²²तो जो शक्तियाँ, जो खज़ाने आपके पास हैं, उसको समय पर यूज़ करना आता है?

¹³⁷Therefore, do you know how to use the powers and treasures you have at the right time?

¹²³कुमार क्या करेंगे?

¹³⁸What will you kumars do?

¹²⁴शक्तियाँ जमा हैं? ¹²⁵शान्ति जमा है?

¹³⁹Have you accumulated the powers?

¹²⁶यूज़ करना आता है?

¹⁴⁰Have you accumulated peace?

¹²⁷हाथ तो बहुत अच्छा उठाते हैं, अभी प्रैक्टिकल में दिखाना।

¹⁴¹You know how to raise your hands very well. ¹⁴²Now show this in a practical way.

¹²⁸साक्षी होकर देखना भी है,सुनना भी है और सहयोग देना भी है।

¹⁴³You have to see everything, hear everything and co­operate as a detached observer.

¹²⁹आखरिन रीयल जब पार्ट बजेगा, उसमें साक्षी और निर्भय होकर देखें भी और पार्ट भी बजावें।

¹⁴⁴At the time when the real part is being enacted, you have to be a fearless detached observer and also play your part.

¹³⁰कौन-सा पार्ट?

¹⁴⁵What part?

¹³¹दाता के बच्चे, दाता बन जो आत्माओं को चाहिए वह देते रहें।

¹⁴⁶You children of the Bestower have to be bestowers and give souls whatever they want.

¹³²तो मास्टर दाता हैं ना?

¹⁴⁷Therefore, you are master bestowers, are you not?

¹³³स्टॉक जमा करो, जितना स्टॉक अपने पास होगा उतना ही दाता बन सकेंगे।

¹⁴⁸Accumulate your stock! ¹⁴⁹You are only able to become a bestower according to the stock you have accumulated.

¹³⁴अन्त तक अपने लिए ही जमा करते रहेंगे तो दाता नहीं बन सकेंगे।

¹⁵⁰If you continue to accumulate things for yourself until the end, you cannot become a bestower.

¹³⁵अनेक जन्म जो श्रेष्ठ पद पाना है,वह प्राप्त नहीं कर सकते हैं,इसीलिए एक तो अपने पास स्टॉक जमा करो।

¹⁵¹You will be unable to attain an elevated status that you have to attain for many births. ¹⁵²Therefore, keep a stock of one thing with yourself.

¹³⁶शुभ भावना, श्रेष्ठ कामना का भण्डार सदा भरपूर हो।

¹⁵³Your treasure­store of good wishes and elevated feelings should always be overflowing.

¹³⁷दूसरा - जो विशेष शक्तियाँ हैं,वह शक्तियाँ जिस समय, जिसको जो चाहिए वह दे सको।

¹⁵⁴Secondly, you should be able to give everyone whatever special powers they want.

¹³⁸अभी समय अनुसार सिर्फ अपने पुरूषार्थ में संकल्प और समय दो, साथ-साथ दाता बन विश्व को भी सहयोग दो।

¹⁵⁵Now, according to the time, put your thoughts and time into your efforts. ¹⁵⁶As well as that, become a bestower and give your co­operation to the world.

¹³⁹अपना पुरूषार्थ तो सुनाया - अमृतवेले ही यह सोचो कि -`मैं आज्ञाकारी बच्चा हूँ!

¹⁵⁷You have been told what efforts you should make for yourself. ¹⁵⁸At amrit vela, think of yourself as an obedient child.

¹⁴⁰'हर कर्म के लिए आज्ञा मिली हुई है।

¹⁵⁹You have been given instructions for everything you do.

¹⁴¹उठने की, सोने की, खाने की, कर्मयोगी बनने की।

¹⁶⁰You have been told how to wake up, how to go to sleep, how to eat and how to be a karma yogi.

¹⁴²हर कर्म की आज्ञा मिली हुई है।

¹⁶¹You have been given instructions for every karma you perform.

¹⁴³आज्ञाकारी बनना यही बाप समान बनना है।

¹⁶²To obey the Father is to become equal to the Father. ¹⁶³Simply follow shrimat!

¹⁴⁴बस, श्रीमत पर चलना, न मनमत,न परमत। ¹⁴⁵एडीशन नहीं हो।

¹⁶⁴You should not follow the dictates of your own mind (manmat) or the dictates of others (parmat).

¹⁴⁶कभी मनमत पर, कभी परमत पर चलेंगे तो मेहनत करनी पड़ेगी।

¹⁶⁵You should not add anything into shrimat. ¹⁶⁶When you sometimes follow manmat and sometimes parmat, you have to labour.

¹⁴⁷सहज नहीं होगा क्योंकि मनमत, परमत उड़ने नहीं देगी।

¹⁶⁷This will make things difficult because manmat and parmat will not allow you to fly.

¹⁴⁸मनमत,परमत बोझ वाली है और बोझ उड़ने नहीं देगा।

¹⁶⁸Those who follow manmat and parmat are burdened and those burdens will prevent you from flying.

¹⁴⁹श्रीमत डबल लाइट बनाती है।

¹⁶⁹Shrimat makes you double­light.

¹⁵⁰श्रीमत पर चलना अर्थात् सहज बाप समान बनना।

¹⁷⁰To follow shrimat means to become equal to the Father easily.

¹⁵¹श्रीमत पर चलने वाले को कोई भी परिस्थिति नीचे नहीं ले आ सकती।

¹⁷¹No situation can bring anyone who follows shrimat down. ¹⁷²So, do you know how to follow shrimat?

¹⁵²तो श्रीमत पर चलना आता है?

¹⁷³Achcha, so what will you kumars do? ¹⁷⁴You have been especially invited.

¹⁵³अच्छा - तो कुमार अभी क्या करेंगे?

¹⁷⁹Will you give a response, or, once you arrive home, will you forget everything?

¹⁵⁸रेसपाण्ड देंगे या वहाँ गये तो वहाँ के, यहाँ आये तो यहाँ के?

¹⁸⁰It is not that, whilst you are here, you remember everything of here and that when you go back home, you remember everything of there, is it?

¹⁵⁹ऐसे तो नहीं है ना?

¹⁸¹It is not like that, is it?

¹⁶⁰यहाँ तो बहुत मज़े में हो।

¹⁸²You are enjoying yourselves very much here.

¹⁶¹माया के वार से बचे हुए हो, ऐसा कोई है जिसको यहाँ मधुबन में भी माया आई हो?

¹⁸³You are protected from any of Maya’s attack. ¹⁸⁴Is there anyone here who has experienced Maya even in Madhuban?

¹⁶²ऐसा कोई है जिसको मधुबन में भी मेहनत करनाrपड़ी हो?

¹⁶⁹विघ्न की हार भले हो,लेकिन वार नहीं करे।

¹⁹⁴The obstacles should not attack you, but you must defeat them.

¹⁷⁰विघ्न-विनाशक बनने की हिम्मत है?

¹⁹⁵Do you have the courage to be a destroyer of obstacles?

¹⁷¹या वहाँ जाकर पत्र लिखेंगे दादी बहुत अच्छा था लेकिन पता नहीं क्या हो गया!

¹⁹⁶Or, is it that when you return home you will write and say, “Dadi, it was very good there, but I don’t know what happened!”

¹⁷²ऐसे तो नहीं लिखेंगे?

¹⁹⁷You will not write this, will you?

¹⁷³यही खुशखबरी लिखो - ओ. के., वेरी गुड, विघ्न-विनाशक हूँ। ¹⁷⁴बस एक अक्षर लिखो।

¹⁹⁸Write good news and say that you are OK and very good, that you are a destroyer of obstacles.

¹⁷⁵ज्यादा लम्बा पत्र नहीं।

¹⁹⁹Simply write one word, not a long letter.

¹⁷⁷लम्बा पत्र हो तो लिखने में भी आपको शर्म आयेगा।

²⁰²You would feel ashamed of what to write and how to write it, would you not?

¹⁷⁹कई बच्चे कहते हैं पोतामेल लिखने चाहते हैं लेकिन जब सोचते हैं कि पोतामेल लिखें तो उस दिन कोई-न-कोई ऐसी बात हो जाती है जो लिखने की हिम्मत ही नहीं होती है।

²⁰³Many children say that they want to write their chart, but when they think of writing their chart, something or another happens on that day so that they no longer have the courage to write it.

¹⁸⁰बात हुई क्यों?

²⁰⁴Why did it happen?

¹⁸¹विघ्न-विनाशक टाइटल नहीं है क्या?

²⁰⁵Do you not have the title of being a world benefactor?

¹⁸²बाप कहते हैं लिखने से,बताने से आधा कट जाता है। ¹⁸³फायदा है।

²⁰⁶Baba says: When you write and tell about it, half of it is cut away, and so you are benefited.

¹⁸⁴लेकिन लम्बा पत्र नहीं लिखो, ओ. के. बस।

²¹⁴O is like Shiv Baba; it is round.

¹⁹⁰जैसे शिवबाबा गोल-गोल होता है ना वैसे ओ (O) भी लिखते हैं।

²¹⁵K means your kingdom. ²¹⁶So OK means you remember the Father and also your kingdom.

¹⁹¹और के (K) अपनी किंगडम।

²¹⁷This is why OK is all right.

¹⁹²तो ओ.के. माना बाप भी याद रहा और किंगडम भी याद रही।

²¹⁸Don’t write OK every day so that you incur postal expenses every day.

¹⁹³इसलिए ओ. के… और ओ.के. लिखकर ऐसे नहीं रोज़ पोस्ट लिखो और पोस्ट का खर्चा बढ़ जाए।

²¹⁹Write OK and let your teacher collect it, and then your teacher should write a letter every two weeks or every month.

¹⁹⁴ओ.के. लिखकर अपने टीचर के पास जमा करो और टीचर फिर 15 दिन वा मास में एक साथ सबका समाचार लिखे।

²²⁰You must not incur so much postal expenses because you have to save money and there would be so much post arriving here that no one would have the time to read it.

¹⁹⁵पोस्ट में इतना खर्चा नहीं करना,बचाना है ना।

²²¹You should write OK every day and then your teacher can collect it.

¹⁹⁶और यहाँ पोस्ट इतनी हो जायेगी जो यहाँ समय ही नहीं होगा।

²²²She will then write one letter saying whether you are all OK or not.

¹⁹⁷आप रोज़ लिखो और टीचर जमा करे और टीचर एक ही कागज़ में लिखे - ओ.के. या नो (NO)।

²²³Even if you don’t know how to write English, you will know how to write OK or no.

¹⁹⁸इंग्लिश नहीं आती लेकिन ओ.के. लिखना तो आयेगा, नो लिखना भी आयेगा।

²²⁴If you don’t know anything else, simply write a letter saying whether everything was okay or not.

¹⁹⁹अगर नहीं आये तो बस यही लिखो कि ठीक रहा या नहीं ठीक रहा। ²⁰⁰तो यूथ की रिज़ल्ट क्या आयेगी?

²⁴⁹It should not be that when you return to your centre, your treasure of happiness will remain with you for one month and then slowly diminish, should it?

²²⁶खत्म तो नहीं होगा ना?

²⁵⁰Will it diminish?

²²⁷सदा साथ रखना।

²⁵¹Always keep it with you.

²²⁸अच्छा - तन-मन-धन बाप को दे दिया है ना?

²³⁰दिल बाप को दी है?

²³¹अगर दिल दे दी है तो बाप जैसे डायरेक्शन दे वैसे चलो, आपके पास दिल - आपके लिए नहीं है।

²³²तो बताओ जिसने दिल, दिलाराम को दे दी वह कभी किसी भी आत्माओं से दिल लगायेगा?

²⁶⁰So, you are not going to attach that heart to anyone through your words, behaviour, drishti or attitude, are you?

²³⁵या थोड़ी दिल दी है थोड़ी औरों से लगाने के लिए रखी है?

²⁶¹You are not going to attach your heart to anyone else, are you?

²³⁶दिल दे दी है? ²³⁷तो दिल नहीं लगाना। ²³⁸बाप की अमानत,दिलाराम को दिल दे दी।

²⁶²Is it that you have given a little piece of your heart to Baba and kept a little piece to give to someone else?

²³⁹दिल लगी की कहानियाँ बहुत आती हैं।

²⁶³Have you given your heart? ²⁶⁴Therefore, then don’t attach it to anyone else.

²⁴⁰तो कुमार याद रखना, ऐसे तो प्रवृत्ति वाले भी याद रखना।

²⁴⁵ज़रा भी अगर किसकी दृष्टि,वृत्ति कमज़ोर हो तो कमज़ोर दिल को यहाँ से ही मज़बूत करके जाना।

²⁷²It belongs to the Father, so how can you attach it to anyone else? ²⁷³If anyone’s drishti or attitude is even slightly weak, then make that weak heart strong whilst you are here.

²⁴⁶इसमें हाँ जी है! ²⁴⁷या वहाँ जाकर कहेंगे कि सरकमस्टांश ही ऐसे थे?

²⁷⁴Do you agree to this, or will you say when you return home that the circumstances made you do something?

²⁴⁸कुछ भी हो जाए। ²⁴⁹जब बापदादा से वचन कर लिया,कितनी भी मुश्किल आवे लेकिन वचन को नहीं छोड़ना।

²⁷⁵No matter what happens, since you have made a promise to BapDada, no matter how many difficulties come, you must not break your promise.

²⁵⁰बाप के आगे वचन करना,वचन लेना… इस बात को भी याद रखना।

²⁷⁶Remember that you have promised Baba and given your word to Baba.

²⁵¹कोई आत्मा के आगे वचन नहीं कर रहे हो, परमात्मा के आगे वचन दे कभी भी मिटाना नहीं।

²⁷⁷This is not any soul you are making a promise to. ²⁷⁸You must never break a promise that you have made to God.

²⁵²जन्म की प्रतिज्ञा कभी भी भूलना नहीं।
