⁴परमात्म दिल तख्त सारे कल्प में अब आप सिकीलधे, लाडले बच्चों को ही प्राप्त होता है।

⁴All souls have the throne of the forehead, but, apart from Brahmin souls, no one has attained God's heart-throne. ⁵It is this heart- throne that enables you to attain the throne of the world.

⁷वर्तमान समय स्वराज्य अधिकारी बने हो, हर एक ब्राह्मण आत्मा का स्वराज्य गले का हार है।

⁶At present, you have become masters of the self. ⁷Self-sovereignty is the garland around the neck of every Brahmin soul.

⁸स्वराज्य आपके जन्म का अधिकार है।

⁸Self-sovereignty is your birthright.

⁹ऐसे स्वयं को ऐसा स्वराज्य अधिकारी अनुभव करते हो?

⁹Do you experience yourselves to be the masters of the self in this way?

¹⁰दिल में यह दृढ़ संकल्प है कि हमारे इस बर्थ राइट को कोई छीन नहीं सकता।

¹⁰In your heart, you have the determination that no one can snatch away this birthright from you.

¹¹साथ-साथ यह भी रूहानी नशा है कि हम परमात्म दिल तख्तनशीन भी हैं।

¹¹Together with that, you also have the spiritual intoxication that you are seated on God's heart-throne.

¹²मानव जीवन में, तन में भी विशेष दिल ही महान गाई जाती है।

¹²In the body of a human being, it is the heart that is said to be the most important.

¹³दिल रूक गई तो जीवन समाप्त।

¹³When the heart stops beating, life has ended.

¹⁴तो आध्यात्मिक जीवन में भी दिल तख्त का बहुत महत्त्व है।

¹⁴So, too, in spiritual life, there is great importance of the heart- throne.

¹⁵जो दिल तख्तनशीन हैं वही आत्मायें विश्व में विशेष आत्मायें गाई जाती हैं।

¹⁵Souls who are seated on the heart-throne are remembered as special souls in the world.

¹⁶वही आत्मायें भक्तों के लिए माला के मणकों के रूप में सिमरी जाती हैं।

¹⁶These are the souls who are remembered by the devotees as the beads of the rosary.

¹⁷वही आत्मायें कोटों में कोई,कोई में भी कोई गाई जाती है।

¹⁷These are the souls who are a handful out of multimillions and a few out of the many.

¹⁸तो वह कौन हैं?

¹⁸So, who are those souls?

¹⁹आप हो?

¹⁹Is it you?

²⁰पाण्डव भी हैं?

²⁰Are the Pandavas this too?

²¹मातायें भी हैं।

²¹Are the mothers also this?

²²(हाथ हिला रहे हैं) तो बाप कहते हैं हे लाडले बच्चे कभी-कभी दिल तख्त को छोड़कर देह रूपी मिट्टी से क्यों दिल लगाते हो?

²²(They were waving their hands.) ²³The Father says: O beloved children, why do you sometimes leave the heart-throne and attach your heart to the mud of the body?

²³देह मिट्टी है।

²⁴The body is mud.

²⁴तो लाडले बच्चे कभी मिट्टी में पांव नहीं रखते हैं, सदा तख्त पर, गोदी में या अतीन्द्रिय सुख के झूले में झूलते।

²⁵So beloved children never put their feet in the mud. ²⁶They are always on the heart-throne, in the lap, or swinging in the swings of supersensuous joy.

²⁵आपके लिए बापदादा ने भिन्न-भिन्न झूले दिये हैं,कभी सुख के झूले में झूलो,कभी खुशी के झूले में झूलो। ²⁶कभी आनंदमय झूले में झूलो।

²⁷BapDada has given you various swings: sometimes swing in the swing of happiness, sometimes in the swing of joy and sometimes swing in the swing of bliss.

²⁷तो आज बापदादा ऐसे श्रेष्ठ बच्चों को देख रहे थे कि कैसे नशे से झूलों में झूल रहे हैं।

³¹कभी-कभी दिल होती है क्या,मिट्टी में पांव रखने की?

³²Do you sometimes desire to put your feet in the mud?

³²क्योंकि63 जन्म मिट्टी में ही पांव रखते, मिट्टी से ही खेलते।

³³For 63 births, you have been placing your feet in the mud and you have been playing with mud.

³³तो अभी तो नहीं मिट्टी से खेलते?

³⁴So, you don't play with mud now, do you?

³⁴कभीकभी मिट्टी में पांव जाता है कि नहीं जाता है?

³⁵Do your feet sometimes go in the mud, or not?

³⁵कभी-कभी चला जाता है।

³⁶They do sometimes go in the mud.

³⁶देहभान भी मिट्टी में पांव रखना है।

³⁷Body consciousness is also placing your feet in the mud.

³⁷देह अभिमान तो बहुत गहरी मिट्टी में पांव है।

³⁸The awareness of the body is to place your feet very deeply in the mud.

³⁸लेकिन देह भान अर्थात् बॉडीकान्सेसनेस यह भी मिट्टी है। ³⁹जितना संगम का समय ज्यादा से ज्यादा तख्तनशीन होंगे उतना ही आधाकल्प सूर्यवंश की राजधानी में और चन्द्रवंश में भी सूर्यवंश के राज्य घराने में होंगे।

³⁹However, body consciousness, is also mud. ⁴⁰The longer you remain seated on the heart-throne at the confluence age, to that extent, for half the cycle, you will be in the kingdom of the sun dynasty, and in the moon dynasty kingdom you will be in the royal family of the sun dynasty.

⁴⁰अगर अभी संगम पर कभी-कभी तख्तनशीन होंगे तो सूर्यवंश के रॉयल फैमिली में इतना ही थोड़ा समय होंगे।

⁴¹If you only sometimes remain seated on the heart-throne now at the confluence age, then you will be in the royal family of the sun dynasty for just as short a time.

⁴¹तख्तनशीन चाहे टर्न बाई टर्न होंगे लेकिन रॉयल फैमिली, राज्य घराने की आत्माओं के सदा सम्बन्ध में होंगे।

⁴²You may be seated on the throne turn by turn, but you will constantly be in relationship with the souls of the royal family.

⁴²तो चेक करो - कि संगमयुग के आदि समय से अब तक चाहे 10 साल हुए हैं, चाहे50, चाहे 66साल हो गये,लेकिन जब से ब्राह्मण बनें तब आदि से अब तक कितना समय दिल तख्तनशीन स्वराज्य तख्त नशीन रहे?

⁴³Therefore, check from the beginning of the confluence age until now, even if it has been 10 years, 50 years, or 66 years, but from the time you became a Brahmin, from that beginning until now, for how long have you remained seated on the heart- throne and seated on the seat of self-sovereignty.

⁴³बहुतकाल रहा, निरन्तर रहा वा कभी-कभी रहा?

⁴⁴Was it for a long time, constantly or only sometimes?

⁴⁴जो परमात्म तख्त नशीन होगा उसकी निशानी - प्रत्यक्ष चलन और चेहरे से सदा बेफिकर बादशाह होगा।

⁴⁵The sign of those who are seated on God's heart-throne is that of being a carefree emperor in their activities and on their face.

⁴⁵अपने मन में,स्थूल बोझ तो सिर पर होता है लेकिन सूक्ष्म बोझ मन में होता है।

⁴⁶A physical burden is on the head, but a subtle burden is in the mind.

⁴⁶तो मन में कोई बोझ नहीं होगा।

⁴⁷Therefore, they would not have any burden in their mind.

⁴⁷फिकर है बोझ, बेफिकर है डबल लाइट।

⁴⁸Worry is a burden and to be carefree is to be double-light.

⁴⁸अगर किसी भी प्रकार का चाहे सेवा का, चाहे सम्बन्ध-सम्पर्क का, चाहे स्थूल सेवा का,रूहानी सेवा का भी बोझ नहीं, क्या होगा, कैसा होगा…सफलता होगी या नहीं होगी!

⁴⁹If there is any type of burden, whether of service, of connections and relationships or of physical service; not a burden of spiritual service - "What will happen? ⁵⁰How will it happen?

⁴⁹सोचना,प्लैन बनाना अलग चीज़ है,बोझ अलग चीज़ है।

⁵¹Will there be success or not?" - to think and make plans is something different from a burden.

⁵⁰बोझ वाले की निशानी सदा चेहरे में बहुत या थोड़ा थकावट के चिन्ह होंगे,थकावट होना अलग चीज़ है,थकावट के चिन्ह थोड़ा भी यह भी बोझ की निशानी है।

⁵²The sign of those who have a burden is that they would always have a little or a lot of signs of tiredness on their face. ⁵³To be tired is a different matter, but to have signs of tiredness is a sign of a burden.

⁵¹और बेफिकर बादशाह का यह अर्थ नहीं कि अलबेले रहें,हो अलबेलापन और कहे हम तो बेफिकर रहते हैं।

⁵⁴However, to be a carefree emperor doesn't mean that you remain careless. ⁵⁵You remain careless and yet you say that you remain carefree.

⁵²अलबेलापन,यह बहुत धोखा देने वाला है।

⁵⁶Carelessness deceives you a great deal.

⁵³तीव्र पुरूषार्थ के भी वही शब्द हैं और अलबेलेपन के भी वही शब्द हैं।

⁵⁷The same words are used for intense effort and also for carelessness.

⁵⁴तीव्र पुरूषार्थी सदा दृढ़ निश्चय होने के कारण यही सोचता है - हर कार्य हिम्मत और बाप की मदद से सफल हुआ ही पड़ा है और अलबेलेपन के भी यही शब्द हैं, हो जायेगा, हो जायेगा, हुआ ही पड़ा है।

⁵⁸Because of constantly having firm faith, an intense effort-maker always thinks, "Every task is already accomplished successfully with your own courage and the Father's help", and the words of carelessness are also, "It will happen, it will happen, it is already accomplished."

⁵⁵कोई कार्य रहा है क्या, हो जायेगा।

⁵⁹Has any task remained unaccomplished? ⁶⁰It will happen.

⁵⁶तो शब्द एक है लेकिन रूप अलग अलग है।

⁶¹So, the words are the same, but the forms are different.

⁵⁷वर्तमान समय माया के विशेष दो रूप बच्चों का पेपर लेते हैं।

⁶²At present, two special forms of Maya test the children.

⁵⁸जानते हो?

⁶³Do you know them?

⁵⁹जानते तो हो।

⁶⁴You do know them.

⁶⁰एक व्यर्थ संकल्प, विकल्प नहीं, व्यर्थ संकल्प।

⁶⁵One is wasteful thoughts - not sinful thoughts, wasteful thoughts.

⁶¹दूसरा भी सुनायें क्या?

⁶⁶Should Baba tell you the other form?

⁶²दूसरा है''मैं ही राइट हूँ``।

⁶⁷The other is, "I alone am right.

⁶³जो किया, जो कहा, जो सोचा… मैं कम नहीं, राइट हूँ।

⁶⁸Whatever I did, whatever I said, whatever I thought was no less, I am right."

⁶⁴बापदादा समय के प्रमाण अब यही चाहते - एक शब्द सदा स्मृति में रखो - बाप से हुई सर्व प्राप्तियों का, स्नेह का, सहयोग का रिटर्न करना है।

⁶⁹According to the time, BapDada now wants you to always have one word in your awareness. ⁷⁰To give a return of all the attainments, the love and co-operation you have received from the Father.

⁶⁵रिटर्न करना अर्थात् समान बनना।

⁷¹To give a return means to become equal.

⁶⁶दूसरा –अब हमारी रिटर्न-जरनी (वापिसी यात्रा) है।

⁷²Secondly, it is now our return journey.

⁶⁷एक ही शब्द रिटर्न सदा याद रहे।

⁷³Always remember just the one word "return".

⁶⁸इसके लिए बहुत सहज साधन है - हर संकल्प, बोल और कर्म को ब्रह्मा बाप से टाली करो।

⁷⁴A very easy method for this is to tally your every thought, word and action with that of Father Brahma.

⁶⁹बाप का संकल्प क्या रहा?

⁷⁵What were the father's thoughts?

⁷⁰बाप का बोल क्या रहा?

⁷⁶What were the father's words?

⁷¹बाप का कर्म क्या रहा?

⁷⁷What were the father's actions?

⁷²इसको ही कहा जाता है फालो फादर।

⁷⁸This is known as follow father.

⁷³फालो करना तो सहज होता है ना!

⁷⁹It is easy to follow, is it not?

⁷⁴नया सोचना, नया करना उसकी आवश्यकता है ही नहीं, जो बाप ने किया वह फालो फादर।

⁸⁰There is no need to think of anything new or do anything new. ⁸¹Whatever the father did, just follow the father.

⁷⁵सहज है ना!

⁸²It is easy, is it not?

⁷⁶टीचर्स - टीचर्स हाथ उठाओ।

⁸³Teachers? ⁸⁴Teachers, raise your hands!

⁷⁷फालो करना सहज है या मुश्किल है?

⁸⁵Is it easy or difficult to follow?

⁷⁸सहज है ना!

⁸⁶It is easy, is it not?

⁷⁹बस फालो फादर।

⁸⁷Simply follow the father.

⁸⁰पहले चेक करो, जैसे कहावत है पहले सोचो फिर करो,पहले तौलो फिर बोलो।

⁸⁸First of all check yourself. ⁸⁹As is the saying, "First think and then act", so first weigh your words and then speak.

⁸¹तो सभी टीचर्स इस वर्ष में, अभी इस वर्ष का लास्ट मंथ है,पुराना जायेगा नया आयेगा।

⁹⁰So, what will all the teachers do this year? ⁹¹It is now the last month of this year. ⁹²The old will go and the new will come.

⁸²नये आने के पहले क्या करना है,उसकी तैयारी कर लो।

⁹³So, what will you do before the New Year comes? ⁹⁴Make preparations for that.

⁸³यह संकल्प करो कि सिवाए बाप के कदम पर कदम रखने के और कोई भी कदम नहीं उठायेंगे।

⁹⁵Have the thought that, apart from placing your footsteps in the father's footsteps, you will not take any other step.

⁸⁴बस फुट स्टेप।

⁹⁶Simply follow in his footstep.

⁸⁵कदम पर कदम रखना तो इजी है ना!

⁸⁶नये वर्ष में अभी से संकल्प में प्लैन बनाओ, जैसे ब्रह्मा बाप सदा निमित्त और निर्माण रहे ऐसे निमित्त भाव और निर्माण भाव।

⁹⁸Think of plans for the New Year from now. ⁹⁹Just as, Father Brahma always remained an instrument and humble, similarly, let there be the awareness of being an instrument (nimit) and having humility (nirman).

⁸⁷सिर्फ निमित्त भाव नहीं, निमित्त भाव के साथ निर्माण भाव,दोनों आवश्यक हैं क्योंकि टीचर्स तो निमित्त हैं ना!

¹⁰⁰Not just the awareness of being an instrument, but together with the awareness of being of instrument, let there also be the awareness of being humble. ¹⁰¹Both are necessary, because teachers are instruments, are they not?

⁸⁸निमित्त हैं ना!

¹⁰²You are instruments, are you not?

⁸⁹तो संकल्प में भी,बोल में भी और किसी के भी संबंध में, कर्म में,हर बोल में निर्माण।

¹⁰³So, in your thoughts, in every word, in relationship with anyone, and in your actions, let there be humility.

⁹⁰जो निर्माण है वही निमित्त भाव में है।

¹⁰⁴Only those who are humble have the awareness of being an instrument.

⁹¹जो निर्माण नहीं है उसमें थोड़ा बहुत सूक्ष्म, महान रूप में अभिमान नहीं भी हो तो रोब होगा।

¹⁰⁵Those who are not humble will have to some extent, in a very subtle way - it may not even be a gross form of arrogance - but there will be bossiness.

⁹²ये रोब,यह भी अभिमान का अंश है और बोल में सदा निर्मल भाषी,मधुर भाषी।

¹⁰⁶This bossiness is also a trace of arrogance. ¹⁰⁷Let your words and language always be pure, serene and sweet.

⁹³जब सम्बन्ध-सम्पर्क में आत्मिक रूप की स्मृति रहती है तो सदा निराकारी और निरहंकारी रहते हैं।

¹⁰⁸When you have the awareness of the soul conscious form in your relationships and connections, you always remain incorporeal and egoless.

⁹⁴ब्रह्मा बाप के लास्ट के तीनों शब्द याद रहते हैं?

¹⁰⁹Do you always remember the last three words of Father Brahma?

⁹⁵निराकारी,निरहंकारी वही निर्विकारी।

¹¹⁰Only those who are incorporeal and egoless are viceless.

⁹⁶अच्छा, फालो फादर।

¹¹¹Achcha. ¹¹²Follow the father.

⁹⁷पक्का रहा ना! ⁹⁸अगले वर्ष की मुख्य लक्ष्य स्वरूप की स्मृति है - यह तीन शब्द,निराकारी,निरहंकारी,निर्विकारी।

¹¹³You will remain firm in this, will you not? ¹¹⁴The main aim of the coming year is the awareness of these three words: incorporeal, egoless and viceless.

⁹⁹अंश भी नहीं हो।

¹¹⁵There shouldn't even be a trace.

¹⁰⁰मोटा-मोटा रूप तो ठीक हो गया है लेकिन अंश भी नहीं हो क्योंकि अंश ही धोखा देता है।

¹¹⁶The gross form is fine (is finished), but there shouldn't even be a trace, because it is the trace that deceives you.

¹⁰¹फालो फादर का अर्थ ही है - इन तीन शब्दों को सदा स्मृति में रखें।

¹¹⁷The meaning of "follow the father" is constantly to keep these three words in your awareness.

¹⁰²ठीक है?

¹¹⁸Is this OK?

¹⁰³अच्छा - डबल फारेनर्स उठो।

¹¹⁴डबल फारेनर्स हाँ जी का पाठ अच्छा पढ़े हुए हैं।

¹²⁰फिर भी देखो यह भी ग्रुप जो आया है कितने देशों का ग्रुप है?

¹⁴²BapDada always says that it is the double foreigners who have revealed the Father's title of The World Benefactor.

¹²⁶हर एक अपने-अपने स्थान पर खुद अपने पुरूषार्थ में और सेवा में आगे बढ़ रहे हैं और सदा आगे बढ़ते रहेंगे।

¹³⁴ब्रह्माकुमार तो हो ही।

¹⁵³You are Brahma Kumars anyway.

¹³⁵लेकिन ब्रह्माकुमारों की विशेषता क्या है?

¹⁵⁴But what is the speciality of Brahma Kumars?

¹³⁶कुमारों की विशेषता है कि सदा जहाँ भी अशान्ति होगी उसमें शान्ति फैलाने वाले शान्तिदूत हैं।

¹⁵⁵The speciality of kumars is to be a messenger of peace and spread peace where there is peacelessness.

¹³⁷न मन की अशान्ति, न बाहर की अशान्ति।

¹⁵⁶There is neither peacelessness of the mind, nor external peacelessness.

¹³⁸कुमारों का कार्य ही है मुश्किल काम करना, हार्ड वर्कर होते हैं ना!
