⁵Each jewel of contentment is loved so much by the Father, loved by everyone and also loved by the self.

⁵santushtata sarva ko pyaari hai।

⁶Everyone loves contentment.

⁶santushtata sada sarva praapti sampanna hai kyonki jahaan santushtata hai vahaan apraapta koi vastu nahin।

⁷Contentment is always full of all attainments because where there is contentment there is nothing unattained.

⁷santushta aatma mein santushtata ka natural nature hai।

⁸A contented soul has the natural nature of contentment.

⁸santushtata ki shakti svatah aur sahaj chaaron or vaayumandal phailaati hai।

⁹The power of contentment easily and naturally spreads contentment into the atmosphere everywhere.

⁹unka chehra unke nayan vaayumandal mein bhi santushtata ki lahar phailaate hain।

¹⁰The face and eyes of such a soul spread the wave of contentment into the atmosphere.

¹⁰jahaan santushtata hai vahaan aur visheshtaayen svatah hi aa jaati hain।

¹¹Where there is contentment other specialities automatically come.

¹¹santushtata sangam par vishesh baap ki den hai।

¹²Contentment is the special gift from the Father at the confluence age.

¹²santushtata ki sthiti parasthiti ke oopar sada vijayi hai।

¹³The stage of contentment is always victorious on an external stage.

¹³parasthiti badalti rehti hai lekin santushtata ki shakti sada pragti ko praapta karti rehti hai।

¹⁴External situations continue to change but the power of contentment constantly keeps increasing.

¹⁵No matter how many external situations come in front of you, at every moment nature is seen to be like a puppet show in front of a jewel of contentment. ¹⁶They are puppet shows of Maya and nature.

¹⁸drishya kitna bhi badalta lekin saakshi drishta ki seat par sthit rahne vaali santushta aatma saakshi ho har paristhiti ko sva sthiti se badal deti hai।

²⁰No matter how much the scene changes, a contented soul who is stable on the seat of a detached observer is able to change every external situation with the stage of the self by being a detached observer.

¹⁹to har ek apne ko check kare ki main sada santushta hoon?

²¹So, each one of you has to check yourself: Am I always content?

²¹sada hain va kabhi kabhi hain?

²³Are you always content or only sometimes?

²²baapdaada hamesha har shakti ke liye khushi ke liye double light ban udne ke liye yahi bachchon ko kehte ki sada shabd sada yaad rahe।

²⁴For every power, for happiness and for you to become double-light and fly, BapDada always tells the children: Always remember the word 'sada' (always).

²³kabhi-kabhi shabd brahman jeevan ke dictionary mein hai hi nahin kyonki santushtata ka arth hi hai sarva praapti।

²⁵The word 'sometimes' doesn't exist in the dictionary of Brahmin life because contentment means all attainment.

²⁴jahaan sarva praapti hai vahaan kabhi-kabhi shabd hai hi nahin।

²⁶Where there is all attainment, the word 'sometimes' doesn't exist.

²⁵to sada anubhooti karne vaale ho va purooshaartha kar rahe ho?

²⁷So, are you those who always have an experience or are you still making effort?

²⁶har ek ne apne aapse poochha check kiya?

²⁸Have each of you asked yourself? ²⁹Have you checked yourself?

²⁷kyonki aap sabhi vishesh baap ke snehi sahayogi laadle meethe meethe sva-parivartak bachche ho।

³⁰Because all of you are the specially beloved, sweet, lovely and co-operative self-transformer children of the Father.

²⁸aise ho na?

³¹You are like that, are you not?

²⁹hai aise?

³²Is it like that?

³⁰jaise baap dekh rahe hain aise hi apne ko anubhav karte ho?

³³Do you experience yourself in the same way that the Father is seeing you?

³¹haath uthaao jo sada kabhi-kabhi nahin sada santushta rehte hain।

³⁴Raise your hands, those who remain content all the time, not just sometimes.

³²sada shabd yaad hai na।

⁵⁴baapdaada ko bhi aap sabko dekh khushi hoti hai aur sada automatic geet gaate rehte ki vaah mere bachche vaah!

⁶³Seeing all of you, BapDada is pleased and always automatically sings the song, "Wah My children! wah!" ⁶⁴It is good.

⁵⁵achha hai bhinna-bhinna desh se kaun se vimaan mein aaye ho?

⁶⁵In which plane have you come from all the different countries?

⁵⁶sthool mein to kisi bhi vimaan mein aaye ho lekin baapdaada kaun sa vimaan dekh rahe hain?

⁶⁶Physically, you may have come in any plane, but which plane is BapDada seeing?

⁵⁷ati sneh ke vimaan mein apne pyaare-pyaare ghar mein pahunch gaye ho।

⁶⁷You have all reached your lovely home in the plane of deep love.

⁵⁸baapdaada har bachche ko aaj vishesh yahi vardaan de rahe hain ki he laadle pyaare bachche sada santushtamni ban vishwa mein santushtata ki light phailaao।

⁶⁸Today, BapDada is giving every child the blessing: O lovely, beloved child, always be a jewel of contentment and spread the light of contentment into the world.

⁵⁹santushta rehna aur santushta karna।

⁶⁹Remain content and make others content.

⁶⁰kai bachche kehte hain santushta rehna to sahaj hai lekin santushta karna yeh thoda mushkil lagta hai।

⁷⁰Some children say that it is easy to remain content, but to make others content feels a little difficult.

⁶¹baapdaada jaante hain agar har ek aatma ko santushta karna hai to uski vidhi bahut sahaj saadhan hai agar koi aapse asantushta hota hai ya asantushta rehta hai to woh bhi asantushta lekin aapko bhi uski asantushtata ka prabhaav kuchh to padta hai na।

⁷¹BapDada knows that if you want to make each and every soul content, the method for that is very easy. ⁷²If someone becomes discontented with you and remains discontented with you, then that person is discontented anyway. ⁷³However, you also become influenced by their discontentment to some extent.

⁶²vyartha sankalp to chalta hai na।

⁷⁴You do have waste thoughts, do you not?

⁶³jo baapdaada ne shubh bhaavna shubh kaamna ka mantra diya hai agar apne aapko is mantra mein smriti swaroop rakho to aapke vyartha sankalp nahin chalenge।

⁷⁵If you keep yourself as an embodiment of the awareness of the mantra that BapDada has given you, the mantra of good wishes and pure feelings, you would not have any waste thoughts.

⁶⁴apne ko jaante hue bhi ki yeh aisa hai yeh vaisa hai lekin apne ko sada nyaara uske vibration se nyaara aur baap ka pyaara anubhav karo।

⁷⁶You know that someone is like this or like that, but you still have to experience yourself to be constantly detached, and detached from the vibrations of that one and always loving to the Father.

⁶⁵to aapke nyaare aur baap ke pyaare pan ki shreshtha sthiti ke vibration agar us aatma ko nahin bhi pahunche to vaayumandal mein phailega zaroor।

⁷⁷Even if the vibrations of your elevated stage of being detached and loving to the Father do not reach that soul, they will definitely spread into the atmosphere.

⁷⁸If someone does not transform themselves and you are being affected by that soul in the form of waste thoughts, then everyone's thoughts spread into the atmosphere.

⁶⁷isliye aap nyaara ban baap ka pyaara ban us aatma ke bhi kalyaan ke prati shubh bhaavna shubh kaamna rakho।

⁷⁹Therefore, become detached, be loving to the Father and have benevolent and pure feelings and good wishes for that soul too.

⁶⁸kai baar bachche kehte hain ki usne galti ki na to hamko bhi force se kehna padta hai thoda apna svabhaav bhi mukh bhi force vaala ho jaata hai।

⁸⁰Many times children say, "Because that one made a mistake, I had to tell them with force". ⁸¹Your nature and face also become a little forceful.

⁶⁹to usne galti ki lekin aapne jo force dikhaaya kya woh galti nahin hai?

⁸²So that one made a mistake, but is the force that you showed not a mistake?

⁷⁰usne aur galti ki aapne apne mukh se jo force se bola jisko krodh ka ansh kahenge to woh right hai?

⁸³That one made some mistake and you said something forcefully, and this would be said to be a trace of anger; is that right?

⁷¹kya galat galat ko theek kar sakta hai?

⁸⁴Can one wrong put another wrong right?

⁷²aajkal ke samay anusaar apne bol ko phorsaphul banaana yeh bhi vishesh attention rakho kyonki jor se bolna ya tang hoke bolna woh to badalta nahin lekin yeh bhi doosre number ke vikaar ka ansh hai।

⁷⁸to jo lakshya aapne rakha woh to hota nahin hai isliye apne mansa sankalp aur vaani arthaat bol aur sambandh-samparka sada meetha madhurta arthaat mahaan banaao kyonki vartamaan samay log practical life dekhne chaahte hain agar vaani se seva karte ho to vaani ki seva se prabhaavit ho nazdeek to aate hain yeh to phaayda hai lekin practical madhurta mahaanta shreshtha bhaavna chalan aur chehre ko dekh svayan bhi parivartan ke liye prerna le lete hain aur jaise jaise aage samay ki haalaaten parivartan honi hain to aise samay par aap sabko chehre aur chalan se jyaada seva karni padegi।

⁹²The aim that you had was not fulfilled, and therefore, your thoughts, your words, your way of speaking and your relationships and connections, let these always be sweet, that is, always great because nowadays people want to see your practical life. ⁹³When you serve through words, they are influenced through that verbal service and come close and that is beneficial, but when they practically see sweetness, greatness and elevated feelings through your activity and face, they also take inspiration for themselves. ⁹⁴As the situations will keep changing according to the time in the future, at that time, all of you will have to do more service through your face and your behaviour.

⁷⁹isliye apne aapko check karo - aatmaon ke prati shubh bhaavna shubh kaamna ki vritti aur drishti ke sanskaar nature aur natural hain?

⁹⁵Therefore, check yourself. ⁹⁶Are the sanskars of an attitude and vision of good wishes and pure feelings towards other souls part of your nature and natural?

⁸⁰baapdaada har ek bachche ko maala ka manka vijayi maala ka manka dekhne chaahte hain।

⁹⁷BapDada wishes to see each child as a bead of the rosary, a bead of the rosary of victory.

⁸¹to aap sabhi bhi apne ko samajhte ho ki ham maala ke manke banne hi vaale hain।

⁹⁸So, do all of you consider yourselves to be those who are going to become the beads of the rosary?

⁸²kai bachche sochte hain ki 108 ki maala mein to jo nimitta bane hue bachche hain vahi aayenge lekin baapdaada ne pahle bhi kaha hai yeh to 108 ka gaayan bhakti ki maala ka hai lekin agar aap har ek vijayi daana banenge to baapdaada maala ke andar bahut ladi laga dega।

⁹⁹Many children think that only the children who have become instruments will become part of the rosary of 108, but BapDada has already told you before, too, that the 108 is a memorial of the rosary of devotion. ¹⁰⁰However, if each one of you becomes a victorious bead, then BapDada will create many more strands in the garland.

⁸³baap ke dil ki maala mein aap har ek vijayi bachchon ko sthaan hai yeh baap ki guarantee hai।

⁸⁴sirf svayan ko mansa-vaacha-karmana aur chalan chehre mein vijayi banaao।

¹¹⁷Since all of you have a right to the inheritance and the Father has given you the inheritance so easily - it is just a matter of a second - you knew and accepted "My Baba", and what did the Father say?

¹¹⁸My child.

¹⁰⁰to bachcha to svatah hi varse ke adhikaari hai।

¹¹⁹So, a child naturally has a right to an inheritance.

¹³⁵So, just as you love walking hand-in-hand, what difficulty is there in walking giving your hand to the hand of shrimat?

¹¹⁵brahma baap ko dekha practical saboot dekha ki har kadam shreemat pramaan chalne se sampoorn pharishtepan ki manzil mein pahunch gaya na!

¹³⁶You saw Father Brahma; you saw the practical proof of how, by taking every step according to shrimat, he reached his destination of becoming a perfect angel, did you not?

¹¹⁶avyakt pharishta ban gaya na।

¹³⁷He became an avyakt angel.

¹¹⁷to follow father har ek shreemat uthne se lekar raat tak har kadam ki shreemat baapdaada ne bata di hai। ¹¹⁸utho kaise chalo kaise karma kaise karo man mein sankalp kya-kya karo aur samay ko kaise shreshtha bitaao।

¹³⁸So, follow the father. ¹³⁹From the moment of waking up till night-time; BapDada has told you the shrimat for every step: how you should wake up, how you should move along, how you should perform actions, what thoughts you should have in your mind, and how you should spend your time in an elevated way.

¹¹⁹raat ko sone tak shreemat mili hui hai।

¹⁴⁰You have received shrimat till the time you go to sleep.

¹²⁰sochne ki bhi jaroorat nahin yeh karoon ya nahin karoon follow brahma baap।

¹⁴¹There is no need even to think: Should I do this or not? ¹⁴²Simply follow Father Brahma.

¹²¹to baapdaada ka jigri pyaar hai baapdaada ek bachche ko bhi vijayi nahin banen raaja nahin banen yeh nahin dekhne chaahte।

¹⁴³BapDada has deep love in His heart. ¹⁴⁴BapDada does not wish to see even one child not becoming victorious, not becoming a king.

¹²²har ek bachcha raaja bachcha hai। ¹²³svaraajya adhikaari hai।

¹⁴⁵Each child is a king child, a self- sovereign, a master of the self.

¹²⁴isliye apna svaraajya bhool nahin jaana।

¹⁴⁶Therefore, do not forget your self-sovereignty.

¹³⁰kyonki samajhte ho pyaas lagi hai to paani peena zaroori hai।

¹⁵³You understand that you are thirsty and so it is necessary to drink water.

¹³¹aise beech-beech mein ashareeri aatmik sthiti mein sthit rahne ka abhyaas bhi zaroori hai kyonki aane vaale samay mein chaaron or ki halchal mein achal sthiti ki aavashyakta hai।
