⁴⁰वायुमण्डल दिनचर्या का ऐसे बनाओ जो सभी पुरुषार्थ के उमंग-उत्साह से बढ़ते भी चले, बढ़ाते भी चले क्योंकि एक दो के साथी हो ना।
