¹“मीठे बच्चे - आत्म-अभिमानी होकर बैठो, अन्दर घोटते रहो - मैं आत्मा हूँ… देही-अभिमानी बनो, सच्चा चार्ट रखो तो समझदार बनते जायेंगे, बहुत फायदा होगा'' ²प्रश्न:- बेहद के नाटक को समझने वाले बच्चे किस एक लॉ (नियम) को अच्छी रीति समझते हैं?

²Continue to grind into yourself: I am a soul. ³Become soul conscious! ⁴Write your chart honestly and you will continue to become sensible and experience great benefit.

³उत्तर:- यह अविनाशी नाटक हैं, इसमें हर एक पार्टधारी को पार्ट बजाने अपने समय पर आना ही है।

⁵Question: What law do the children who know this unlimited play have to understand very clearly? ⁶Answer: This is an imperishable play in which each actor has to come at his own time to play his part.

⁴कोई कहे हम सदा शान्तिधाम में ही बैठ जाएं - तो यह लॉ नहीं है।

⁷It is against the law for any actor to say that he wants to stay constantly in the abode of peace.

⁵उसे तो पार्टधारी ही नहीं कहेंगे।

⁸He would not then be called an actor.

⁶यह बेहद की बातें बेहद का बाप ही तुम्हें सुनाते हैं।

⁹Only the unlimited Father tells you these unlimited things. ¹⁰Om shanti.

⁷ओम् शान्ति। ⁸अपने को आत्मा समझकर बैठो।

¹¹Sit here while considering yourselves to be souls.

⁹देह-अभिमान छोड़कर बैठो।

¹²Sit, having renounced body consciousness.

¹⁰बेहद का बाप बच्चों को समझा रहे हैं।

¹³The unlimited Father is explaining to you children.

¹¹समझाया उनको जाता है जो बेसमझ होते हैं।

¹⁴These things have to be explained to those who are senseless.

¹²आत्मा समझती है कि बाप सच कहते हैं - हम आत्मा बेसमझ बन गई हैं।

¹⁵You souls understand that the Father is telling us the truth when He says that we souls have become senseless.

¹³मैं आत्मा अविनाशी हूँ, शरीर विनाशी है।

¹⁶I, this soul, am imperishable and this body is perishable.

¹⁴मैं आत्म-अभिमान छोड़ देह-अभिमान में फँस पड़ा हूँ।

¹⁷I renounced soul consciousness and became trapped in body consciousness.

¹⁵तो बेसमझ ठहरे ना।

¹⁸Therefore, I am senseless.

¹⁶बाप कहते हैं सब बच्चे बेसमझ हो पड़े हैं, देह-अभिमान में आकर।

¹⁹The Father says: All the children have become senseless by coming into body consciousness.

¹⁷फिर तुम बाप द्वारा देही-अभिमानी बनते हो तो बिल्कुल समझदार बन जाते हो।

²⁰You are now being made soul conscious by the Father, and you are therefore becoming completely sensible.

¹⁸कोई तो बन गये हैं, कोई पुरूषार्थ करते रहते हैं।

²¹Some have become this whereas others are making effort to become this.

¹⁹आधाकल्प लगा है बेसमझ बनने में।

²²It has taken you half the cycle to become senseless.

²⁰इस अन्तिम जन्म में फिर समझदार बनना है।

²³Now, in this last birth, you have to become sensible.

²¹आधाकल्प से बेसमझ होते-होते 100 प्रतिशत बेसमझ बन जाते हैं।

²⁴For half the cycle, you have gradually been becoming senseless and you have now become one hundred per cent senseless!

²²देह-अभिमान में आकर ड्रामा प्लैन अनुसार तुम गिरते आये हो।

²⁵According to the dramaplan, you became body conscious and continued to fall.

²³अभी तुमको समझ मिली है फिर भी पुरूषार्थ बहुत करना है क्योंकि बच्चों में दैवीगुण भी चाहिए।

²⁶You have now been given understanding. ²⁷Nevertheless, you have to continue to make a lot of effort, because you children also have to have divine virtues.

²⁴बच्चे जानते हैं हम सर्वगुण सम्पन्न, 16 कला सम्पूर्ण...... थे।

²⁸You children know that you were completely pure, full of all virtues, 16 celestial degrees full.

²⁵फिर इस समय निर्गुण बन पड़े हैं। ²⁶कोई भी गुण नहीं रहा है।

²⁹Now, at this time, you have become virtueless: no virtues left.

²⁷तुम बच्चों में भी नम्बरवार पुरूषार्थ अनुसार इस खेल को समझते हैं।

³⁰You children understand this play, numberwise, according to the efforts you make.

²⁸समझते-समझते भी कितने वर्ष हो गये हैं।

³¹It has taken some of you so many years to understand this.

²⁹फिर भी जो नये हैं वह अच्छे समझदार बनते जाते हैं। ³⁰औरों को भी बनाने का पुरूषार्थ करते हैं।

³²Nevertheless, some new ones are becoming very sensible; they continue to make effort to make others the same.

³¹कोई ने तो बिल्कुल नहीं समझा है। ³²बेसमझ के बेसमझ ही हैं।

³³Some haven't understood anything at all; they just remain senseless.

³³बाप आये ही हैं समझदार बनाने।

³⁴The Father has come to make you sensible.

³⁴बच्चे समझते हैं माया के कारण हम बेसमझ बने हैं।

³⁵You children understand that you became senseless because of Maya.

³⁵हम पूज्य थे तो समझदार थे फिर हम ही पुजारी बन बेसमझ बने हैं।

³⁶When we were worthy of worship we were sensible but we then became worshippers and thereby senseless.

³⁶आदि सनातन देवी-देवता धर्म प्रायः लोप हो गया है।

³⁷The original eternal deity religion has disappeared.

³⁷इनका दुनिया में किसको पता नहीं है।

³⁸No one in the world knows these things.

³⁸यह लक्ष्मी-नारायण कितने समझदार थे, राज्य करते थे।

³⁹This Lakshmi and Narayan who used to rule the kingdom were so sensible!

³⁹बाप कहते हैं तत् त्वम्।

⁴⁰The Father says: The same applies to you.

⁴⁰तुम भी अपने लिए ऐसे समझो।

⁴¹You must think that the same applies to you.

⁴¹यह बहुत-बहुत समझने की बातें हैं।

⁴²These things have to be understood very clearly.

⁴²सिवाए बाप के कोई समझा न सके।

⁴³No one but the Father can explain them to you.

⁴³अभी महसूस होता है - बाप ही ऊंच ते ऊंच समझदार ते समझदार होगा ना।

⁴⁴You now realise that the Father is the highest of all and the most sensible One of all.

⁴⁴एक तो ज्ञान का सागर भी है। ⁴⁵सर्व का सद्गति दाता भी है।

⁴⁵He is the Ocean of Knowledge, the Bestower of Salvation for All and the Purifier.

⁴⁶पतित-पावन भी है। ⁴⁷एक की ही महिमा है।

⁴⁶All of this praise is of the One.

⁴⁸इतना ऊंच ते ऊंच बाप आकरके बच्चे-बच्चे कह कैसे अच्छी रीति समझाते हैं। ⁴⁹बच्चे अब पावन बनना है।

⁴⁷The highest-on-high Father comes and says "Child, child" and explains to you so well: Children, you now have to become pure.

⁵⁰उसके लिए बाप एक ही दवाई देते हैं, कहते हैं - योग से तुम भविष्य 21 जन्म निरोगी बन जायेंगे।

⁴⁸The Father has only one medicine for this. ⁴⁹He says: By having yoga you will become free from disease for your future 21 births.

⁵¹तुम्हारे सब रोग, दुःख खत्म हो जायेंगे। ⁵²तुम मुक्तिधाम में चले जायेंगे।

⁵⁰All of your illnesses and suffering will finish and you will go to the land of liberation.

⁵³अविनाशी सर्जन के पास एक ही दवाई है।

⁵¹The eternal Surgeon has just the one medicine.

⁵⁴एक ही इन्जेक्शन आत्मा को आए लगाते हैं।

⁵²He comes and gives souls just the one injection.

⁵⁵ऐसे नहीं कोई मनुष्य बैरिस्टरी भी करेंगे, इन्जीनियरी भी करेंगे। ⁵⁶नहीं।

⁵³It isn't that one person would study to become a barrister and also an engineer.

⁵⁷हर एक आदमी अपने धन्धे में ही लग जाते हैं।

⁵⁴No, each person has a profession of his own.

⁵⁸बाप को कहते हैं आकर पतित से पावन बनाओ क्योंकि पतितपने में दुःख है।

⁵⁵You called out to the Father, "Come and make us pure from impure", because there is sorrow in being impure.

⁵⁹शान्तिधाम को पावन दुनिया नहीं कहेंगे।

⁵⁶The land of silence isn’t called the pure world.

⁶⁰स्वर्ग को ही पावन दुनिया कहेंगे।

⁵⁷Only heaven is called the pure world.

⁶¹यह भी समझाया है मनुष्य शान्ति और सुख चाहते हैं।

⁵⁸It is explained to you that human beings want peace and happiness.

⁶²सच्ची-सच्ची शान्ति तो वहाँ है जहाँ शरीर नहीं, उसको कहा जाता है शान्तिधाम।

⁵⁹True peace exists where there are no bodies, and that is called the abode of peace.

⁶³बहुत कहते हैं शान्तिधाम में रहें, परन्तु लॉ नहीं है।

⁶⁰Many people say they just want to stay in the abode of peace. ⁶¹However, that isn't the law.

⁶⁴वह तो पार्ट-धारी हुआ नहीं।

⁶²If it were, they wouldn’t be called actors.

⁶⁵बच्चे नाटक को भी समझ गये हैं।

⁶³You children now understand the play.

⁶⁶जब एक्टर्स का पार्ट होगा तब बाहर स्टेज पर आकर पार्ट बजायेंगे।

⁶⁴When it is time for an actor to play his part, he goes onto the stage.

⁶⁷यह बेहद की बातें बेहद का बाप ही समझाते हैं।

⁶⁵Only the unlimited Father explains these unlimited things.

⁶⁸ज्ञान सागर भी उनको कहा जाता है।

⁶⁶He is also called the Ocean of Knowledge.

⁶⁹सर्व के सद्गति दाता पतित-पावन हैं।

⁶⁷He is the Bestower of Salvation for All and the Purifier.

⁷⁰सर्व को पावन बनाने वाले तत्व नहीं हो सकते।

⁶⁸It cannot be the elements that purify everyone.

⁷¹पानी आदि सब तत्व हैं, वह कैसे सद्गति करेंगे।

⁶⁹Water etc. are elements, so how could they grant salvation?

⁷²आत्मा ही पार्ट बजाती है।

⁷⁰It is souls that play parts.

⁷³हठयोग का भी पार्ट आत्मा बजाती है।

⁷¹It is souls that play the parts of hatha yoga.

⁷⁴यह बातें भी जो समझदार हैं वही समझ सकते हैं।

⁷²Only those who are sensible will understand these things.

⁷⁵बाप ने कितना समझाया है - कोई ऐसी युक्ति रचो जो मनुष्य समझें - कैसे पूज्य सो फिर पुजारी बनते हैं।

⁷³The Father has told you so much to create a way of explaining to human beings how they become worthy of worship and then worshippers.

⁷⁶पूज्य हैं नई दुनिया में, पुजारी हैं पुरानी दुनिया में।

⁷⁴Those who are worthy of worship exist in the new world whereas worshippers exist in the old world.

⁷⁷पावन को पूज्य, पतित को पुजारी कहा जाता है।

⁷⁵Those who are pure are worthy of worship, whereas those who are impure are worshippers.

⁷⁸यहाँ तो सब पतित हैं क्योंकि विकार से पैदा होते हैं।

⁷⁶Here, everyone is impure because they are born through vice.

⁷⁹वहाँ हैं श्रेष्ठ।

⁷⁷There, they are elevated.

⁸⁰गाते भी हैं सम्पूर्ण श्रेष्ठाचारी।

⁷⁸It is remembered: They are completely elevated.

⁸¹अभी तुम बच्चों को ऐसा बनना है।

⁷⁹You children have to become the same.

⁸²मेहनत है।

⁸⁰This requires effort.

⁸³मुख्य बात है याद की।

⁸¹The main thing is remembrance.

⁸⁴सभी कहते हैं याद में रहना बड़ा मुश्किल है। ⁸⁵हम जितना चाहते हैं, याद में रह नहीं सकते हैं।

⁸²You all say that it is difficult to stay in remembrance, that you are unable to stay in remembrance as much as you want to.

⁸⁶कोई सच्चाई से अगर चार्ट लिखे तो बहुत फायदा हो सकता है।

⁸³If you were to write your chart with honesty you would experience great benefit.

⁸⁷बाप बच्चों को यह ज्ञान देते हैं कि मनमनाभव।

⁸⁴The Father gives you children the knowledge of “Manmanabhav”.

⁸⁸तुम अर्थ सहित कहते हो, तुम्हें बाप हर बात यथार्थ रीति अर्थ सहित समझाते हैं।

⁸⁵You say this with understanding. ⁸⁶The Father explains the right meaning of everything to you accurately.

⁸⁹बाप से बच्चे कई प्रकार के प्रश्न पूछते हैं, बाप करके दिल लेने लिए कुछ कह देते हैं।

⁸⁷Some children ask the Father many different questions. ⁸⁸So, in order to win their hearts, He answers them.

⁹⁰परन्तु बाप कहते हैं मेरा काम ही है पतित से पावन बनाना।

⁸⁹However, the Father says: My task is to purify the impure.

⁹¹मुझे तो बुलाते ही इसलिए हो।

⁹⁰This is why you called out to Me.

⁹²तुम जानते हो हम आत्मा शरीर सहित पावन थी।

⁹¹You souls know that when you were pure, your bodies were also pure.

⁹³अभी वही आत्मा शरीर सहित पतित बनी है।

⁹²Now, souls and bodies have become impure.

⁹⁴84 जन्मों का हिसाब है ना।

⁹³There is the account of 84 births.

⁹⁵तुम जानते हो - अभी यह दुनिया कांटों का जंगल बन गई है।

⁹⁴You know that this world has now become a forest of thorns.

⁹⁶यह लक्ष्मी-नारायण तो फूल हैं ना।

⁹⁵Lakshmi and Narayan are flowers.

⁹⁷उन्हों के आगे कांटे जाकर कहते हैं आप सर्वगुण सम्पन्न...... हम पापी कपटी हैं।

⁹⁶Thorns go in front of them (idols) and say: You are full of all virtues; we are sinful cheats.

⁹⁸सबसे बड़ा कांटा है - काम विकार का।

⁹⁷The biggest thorn is the vice of lust.

⁹⁹बाप कहते हैं इस पर जीत पहन जगतजीत बनो।

⁹⁸The Father says: Conquer this and become conquerors of the world.

¹⁰⁰मनुष्य कहते हैं भगवान को कोई न कोई रूप में आना है, भागीरथ पर विराजमान हो आना है।

⁹⁹Human beings say that God has to come in one form or another, that He has to enter the Lucky Chariot (Bhagirath).

¹⁰¹भगवान को आना ही है पुरानी दुनिया को नया बनाने।

¹⁰⁰He has to come into the old world to make it new again.

¹⁰²नई दुनिया को सतोप्रधान, पुरानी को तमोप्रधान कहा जाता है।

¹⁰¹The new world is called satopradhan and the old world is called tamopradhan.

¹⁰³जबकि अभी पुरानी दुनिया है तो जरूर बाप को आना ही पड़े।

¹⁰²Since it is now the old world, the Father definitely has to come.

¹⁰⁴बाप को ही रचयिता कहा जाता है।

¹⁰³The Father is called the Creator.

¹⁰⁵तुम बच्चों को कितना सहज समझाते हैं।

¹⁰⁴He explains to you children so easily!

¹⁰⁶कितनी खुशी होनी चाहिए।

¹⁰⁵You should experience so much happiness!

¹⁰⁷बाकी किसका कर्मभोग का हिसाब-किताब है, कुछ भी है, वह तो भोगना है, इसमें बाबा आशीर्वाद नहीं करते हैं।

¹⁰⁶If any of you are suffering for your karma, that has to be experienced. ¹⁰⁷Baba cannot give blessings for that.

¹⁰⁸हमको बुलाते ही हो - बाबा आकर हमको वर्सा दो।

¹⁰⁸You called out to Me: Baba come and give us our inheritance!

¹⁰⁹बाबा से क्या वर्सा पाने चाहते हो?

¹⁰⁹What inheritance do you want to claim from the Father?

¹¹⁰मुक्ति-जीवनमुक्ति का।

¹¹⁰That of liberation and liberation-in-life.

¹¹¹मुक्ति-जीवनमुक्ति का दाता एक ही ज्ञान सागर बाप है इसलिए उनको ज्ञान दाता कहा जाता है।

¹¹¹Only the one Father, the Ocean of Knowledge, is the Bestower of Liberation and Liberation-in-Life.

¹¹²भगवान ने ज्ञान दिया था परन्तु कब दिया, किसने दिया, यह किसको पता नहीं है।

¹¹²This is why He is called the Bestower of Knowledge. ¹¹³God gave knowledge but no one knows when He gave it or through whom He gave it.

¹¹³सारा मुँझारा इसमें है।

¹¹⁴They have mixed everything up together.

¹¹⁴किसको ज्ञान दिया, यह भी किसको पता नहीं है।

¹¹⁵No one knows to whom He gave knowledge.

¹¹⁵अभी यह ब्रह्मा बैठे हैं - इनको मालूम पड़ा है कि हम सो नारायण था फिर 84 जन्म भोगे।

¹¹⁶Now, this Brahma is sitting here; he knows that he was Narayan and that he has taken 84 births.

¹¹⁶यह है नम्बरवन में।

¹¹⁷He is now number one.

¹¹⁷बाबा बतलाते हैं मेरी तो आंख ही खुल गई।

¹¹⁸Baba shares his experience of how his eyes opened.

¹¹⁸तुम भी कहेंगे हमारी तो आंखें ही खुल गई। ¹¹⁹तीसरा नेत्र तो खुलता है ना।

¹¹⁹You also say that your eyes have opened; the third eye has opened.

¹²⁰तुम कहेंगे हमको बाप का, सृष्टि चक्र का पूरा ज्ञान मिल गया है।

¹²⁰You say that you have received the full knowledge of the Father and the world cycle.

¹²¹मैं जो हूँ, जैसा हूँ - मेरी आंखें खुल गई हैं।

¹²¹My eyes opened with the understanding: “Whatever I am, however I am.”

¹²²कितना वन्डर है।

¹²²It is such a wonder!

¹²³हम आत्मा फर्स्ट हैं और फिर हम अपने को देह समझ बैठे।

¹²³First, I am a soul, but I considered myself to be a body.

¹²⁴आत्मा कहती है हम एक शरीर छोड़ दूसरा लेता हूँ।

¹²⁴The soul says: I shed a body and take another.

¹²⁵फिर भी हम अपने को आत्मा भूल देह-अभिमानी बन जाते हैं इसलिए अब तुमको पहले-पहले यह समझ देता हूँ कि अपने को आत्मा समझ बैठो।

¹²⁵In spite of that, I forgot that I am a soul and I became body conscious. ¹²⁶This is why I first make you understand that you have to sit here and consider yourselves to be souls.

¹²⁶अन्दर में यह घोटते रहो कि मैं आत्मा हूँ।

¹²⁷Continue to grind into yourselves: I am a soul.

¹²⁷आत्मा न समझने से बाप को भूल जाते हो।

¹²⁸By not considering yourselves to be souls, you forget the Father.

¹²⁸फील करते हो बरोबर हम घड़ी-घड़ी देह-अभिमान में आ जाते हैं।

¹²⁹You really feel that you become body conscious again and again.

¹²⁹मेहनत करनी है।

¹³⁰You have to make effort.

¹³⁰यहाँ बैठो तो भी आत्म-अभिमानी होकर बैठो।

¹³¹While sitting here, sit in the stage of soul consciousness.

¹³¹बाप कहते हैं हम तुम बच्चों को राजाई देने आये हैं।

¹³²The Father says: I have come to give you children the kingdom.

¹³²आधाकल्प तुमने हमको याद किया है।

¹³³You have been remembering Me for half the cycle.

¹³³कोई भी बात सामने आती है तो कहते हैं हाय राम, परन्तु ईश्वर वा राम कौन है, यह किसको पता नहीं।

¹³⁴When a situation comes in front of them, they call out, "O Rama!" ¹³⁵However, they don't know who Ishwar is or who Rama is.

¹³⁴तुमको सिद्ध करना है - ज्ञान का सागर, पतित-पावन, सर्व का सद्गति दाता, त्रिमूर्ति परमपिता परमात्मा शिव है।

¹³⁶You have to prove that the Ocean of Knowledge, the Purifier, the Bestower of Salvation for All, the Trimurti Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, is Shiva.

¹³⁵ब्रह्मा-विष्णु-शंकर तीनों का जन्म इकट्ठा है।

¹³⁷The births of Brahma, Vishnu and Shankar take place together.

¹³⁶सिर्फ शिवजयन्ती नहीं है परन्तु त्रिमूर्ति शिव जयन्ती है।

¹³⁸It isn't just Shiv Jayanti, but Trimurti Shiv Jayanti.

¹³⁷जरूर जब शिव की जयन्ती होगी तो ब्रह्मा की भी जयन्ती होगी।

¹³⁹When it is Shiv’s birthday, it is also definitely Brahma’s birthday.

¹³⁸शिव की जयन्ती मनाते हैं परन्तु ब्रह्मा ने क्या किया।

¹⁴⁰People celebrate the birthday of Shiva, but what did Brahma do?

¹³⁹लौकिक, पारलौकिक और यह है अलौकिक बाप। ¹⁴⁰यह है प्रजापिता ब्रह्मा।

¹⁴¹There is a worldly father (lokik), the Father from beyond (parlokik) and then this unique father (alokik).

¹⁴¹बाप कहते हैं नई दुनिया के लिए यह नया ज्ञान अभी तुमको मिलता है फिर प्रायः लोप हो जाता है।

¹⁴²This one is Prajapita Brahma. ¹⁴³The Father says: You are now being given new knowledge for the new world. ¹⁴⁴This will then disappear.

¹⁴²जिसको बाप रचता और रचना का ज्ञान नहीं तो अज्ञानी ठहरे ना। ¹⁴³अज्ञान नींद में सोये पड़े हैं।

¹⁴⁵Those who don't have the knowledge of the Father, the Creator, and creation are ignorant; they are sleeping in the sleep of ignorance.

¹⁴⁴ज्ञान से है दिन, भक्ति से है रात।

¹⁴⁶There is the day through knowledge and the night through devotion.

¹⁴⁵शिवरात्रि का अर्थ भी नहीं जानते इसलिए उनकी हॉली डे भी उड़ा दी है।

¹⁴⁷People don't know the meaning of Shiv Ratri at all, and this is why they have stopped the public holiday for His birthday.

¹⁴⁶अभी तुम जानते हो बाप आते ही हैं - सबकी ज्योत जगाने।

¹⁴⁸You now understand that the Father comes to ignite everyone's lamp.

¹⁴⁷तुम यह बत्तियां आदि जगायेंगे तो समझेंगे इनका कोई बड़ा दिन है।

¹⁴⁹When you light all the lamps and candles etc., people understand that it is a very important day for you.

¹⁴⁸अब तुम जगाते हो अर्थ सहित।

¹⁵⁰You now ignite everything with understanding.

¹⁴⁹वो लोग थोड़ेही समझेंगे।

¹⁵¹Those people don't understand this.

¹⁵⁰तुम्हारे भाषण से पूरा समझ नहीं सकते।

¹⁵²They don't understand this fully from your lectures.

¹⁵¹अभी सारे विश्व पर रावण का राज्य है, यहाँ तो मनुष्य कितने दुःखी हैं।

¹⁵³Ravan’s kingdom now extends over the whole world. ¹⁵⁴People are so unhappy here.

¹⁵²रिद्धि-सिद्धि वाले भी बहुत तंग करते हैं।

¹⁵⁵Those with occult power trouble others a great deal.

¹⁵³अखबारों में भी पड़ता है, इनमें ईविल सोल है। ¹⁵⁴बहुत दुःख देते हैं।

¹⁵⁶There are articles in the newspapers about evil souls; they cause a great deal of sorrow.

¹⁵⁵बाबा कहते हैं इन बातों से तुम्हारा कोई कनेक्शन नहीं।

¹⁵⁷Baba says: You have no connection with those things.

¹⁷⁸“अजपाजाप अर्थात् निरंतर ईश्वरीय याद''

¹⁸⁶The unending chant means constant remembrance of God.

¹⁷⁹यह जो कहावत है श्वांसो श्वांस अजपाजाप जपते रहो उसका यथार्थ अर्थ क्या है?

¹⁸⁷There is a saying: Continue to chant the unending chant with every breath. ¹⁸⁸What is the accurate meaning of this?

¹⁸⁰जब हम कहते हैं अजपाजाप तो इसका यथार्थ अर्थ है जाप के बिगर श्वांसो-श्वांस अपना बुद्धियोग अपने परमपिता परमात्मा के साथ निरंतर लगाना और यह ईश्वरीय याद श्वांसो-श्वांस कायम चलती आती है, उस निरंतर ईश्वरीय याद को अजपाजाप कहते हैं।

¹⁸⁹When we say that it is the unending chant, the real meaning of it is constantly to connect your intellects in yoga with the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, with every breath, without chanting anything. ¹⁹⁰This remembrance of God with every breath has continued all the time. ¹⁹¹This constant remembrance of God is called the unending chant.

¹⁸¹बाकी कोई मुख से जाप जपना अर्थात् राम राम कहना, अन्दर में कोई मंत्र उच्चारण करना, यह तो निरंतर चल नहीं सकता।

¹⁹²Otherwise, to chant something with words, that is, to say, “Rama, Rama”, to silently chant a mantra in your mind, that cannot continue all the time.

¹⁸²वो लोग समझते हैं हम मुख से मंत्र उच्चारण नहीं करते लेकिन दिल में उच्चारण करना, यह है अजपाजाप।

¹⁹³People think that they do not chant the mantra with their lips, but that to chant it in their heart is the unending chant.

¹⁸³परन्तु यह तो सहज एक विचार की बात है जहाँ अपना शब्द ही अजपाजाप है, जिसको जपने की भी जरूरत नहीं है।

¹⁹⁴However, this is something to think about: Where there are words and the unending chant: there is no need to chant that.

¹⁸⁴आंतरिक बैठ कोई मूर्ति का ध्यान भी नहीं करना है, न कुछ सिमरण करना है क्योंकि वो भी निरंतर खाते पीते रह नहीं सकेंगे लेकिन हम जो ईश्वरीय याद करते हैं, वही निरंतर चल सकती है क्योंकि यह बहुत सहज है।

¹⁹⁵You don’t have to sit and concentrate on any idol in your mind. ¹⁹⁶You don’t have to repeat anything because even they cannot constantly eat and drink. ¹⁹⁷However, the remembrance of God that we have, that can continue all the time because it is very easy.

¹⁸⁵जैसे समझो बच्चा है अपने बाप को याद करता है, तो उसी समय बाप का फोटो सामने नहीं लाना पड़ता है लेकिन मन्सा-वाचा-कर्मणा बाप के सारे आक्यूपेशन, एक्टिविटी, गुणों सहित याद आता है बस, वह याद आने से बच्चे की भी वो एक्ट चलती है, तब ही सन शोज़ फादर करेंगे।

¹⁹⁸For instance, a child remembers his father: he does not have to have his father’s picture in front of him at that time. ¹⁹⁹He remembers everything in his thoughts, words and deeds about his father – his occupation, his activities, his virtues, etc. ²⁰⁰By remembering that, the child’s activity also continue in the same way, and it is only then that the “son can show the father”.

¹⁸⁶वैसे अपने को भी और सबकी याद दिल भीतर से मिटाए, उस एक ही असली पारलौकिक परमपिता परमात्मा की याद में रहना है, इसमें उठते-बैठते, खाते-पीते निरंतर याद में चल सकते हैं।

²⁰¹In fact, we also have to remove the remembrance of all others from our hearts and have remembrance of the true Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul. ²⁰²In this, we can continue to stay in constant remembrance while walking and sitting, while eating and drinking.
