¹“मीठे बच्चे - योगबल से ही आत्मा की कट निकलेगी, इसलिए योग में कभी भी ग़फलत नहीं करो''

¹Essence: Sweet children, only with the power of yoga will the rust on you souls be removed. ²Therefore, never be careless about yoga.

²प्रश्न:- बाप ने बच्चों को बेहद का वर्सा लेने की कौन सी युक्ति बताई जिसमें माया चारों तरफ विघ्न डालती है?

³Question: What method has the Father shown you children for you to claim your unlimited inheritance, in which Maya creates obstacles everywhere?

³उत्तर:- बाबा ने युक्ति बताई बच्चे तुम ब्रह्माकुमार कुमारियां एक बाप के बच्चे आपस में भाई-बहिन हो, तुम कभी क्रिमिनल एसाल्ट नहीं कर सकते।

⁴Answer: The Father has shown you the method: Children, you Brahma Kumars and Kumaris are children of the one Father, brothers and sisters. ⁵Therefore, you must not criminally assault one another.

⁴भाई बहिन विकार में नहीं जा सकते, तुम्हें शिवबाबा की मत पर चलकर बेहद का वर्सा लेना है।

⁶Brothers and sisters must not indulge in vice. ⁷Follow Shiv Baba’s directions and claim your unlimited inheritance.

⁵परन्तु माया कम नहीं है, चारों तरफ इसमें ही विघ्न डालती रहती है।

⁸However, Maya is no less; she continues to create obstacles everywhere in this.

⁶हम भाई बहिन हैं, एक बाप से वर्सा लेते हैं, यह भूल जाते हैं।

⁹You forget that you are brothers and sisters and that you are claiming your inheritance from the one Father.

⁹गीत का एक अक्षर ही काफी है।

¹³Just one line of the song is enough.

¹⁰बच्चे जानते हैं बेहद के बाप से बेहद का वर्सा मिलता है और कल्प-कल्प मिलता है।

¹⁴You children know that you receive your unlimited inheritance from the unlimited Father and that you receive it every cycle.

¹¹यह भी बच्चे जानते हैं कि बेहद का वर्सा बरोबर भारत को मिला था।

¹⁵You children also know that Bharat truly did receive the unlimited inheritance but doesn’t have it any more.

¹²अब वह नहीं है फिर से मिल रहा है।

¹⁶It is receiving it once again.

¹³देखते हो - अभी तो स्वर्ग का वर्सा नहीं है, रावण द्वारा नर्क का श्राप मिल रहा है।

¹⁷You can see it no longer has the inheritance of heaven. ¹⁸It receives the curse of hell from Ravan.

¹⁴श्राप से मनुष्य दुःखी होते हैं।

¹⁹A curse causes sorrow for human beings.

¹⁵वर अर्थात् वर्से से सुखी होते हैं।

²⁰Through blessings, that is, through the inheritance, there is happiness.

¹⁶अब ब्राह्मण बच्चे जानते हैं वह है बेहद का निराकार बाप और प्रजापिता ब्रह्मा है बेहद का साकार बाप।

²¹You Brahmin children know that He is the unlimited, incorporeal Father and that Prajapita Brahma is the unlimited, corporeal father.

¹⁷बेहद के साकार बाप प्रजापिता ब्रह्मा बिगर कोई होता नहीं।

²²No one but Prajapita Brahma can be an unlimited, corporeal father.

¹⁸भल गांधी को बापू जी कहते थे परन्तु कायदेसिर सारे मनुष्य सृष्टि का तो वह बापू जी हो न सके।

²³Gandhiji was called Bapuji (father), but, according to the law, he couldn’t be the father of the human world.

¹⁹सारी निराकारी वर्ल्ड का बापू जी है शिव।

²⁴Shiva is the Father of the whole incorporeal world.

²⁰अभी तुम बच्चे जानते हो हम शिवबाबा के बने हैं।

²⁵You children now understand that you belong to Shiv Baba.

²¹शिवबाबा ने आकर हमको अपना बनाया है - वर्सा देने लिए।

²⁶Shiv Baba has come and made you belong to Him in order to give you the inheritance.

²²मधुबन आते हैं किसके लिए?

²⁷Why do you come to Madhuban?

²³शिवबाबा से मिलने के लिए, परन्तु वह निराकार है।

²⁸You come to meet Shiv Baba. ²⁹However, He is incorporeal.

²⁴सिर्फ शिवबाबा कहने से समझेंगे नहीं इसलिए कहा जाता है बापदादा। ²⁵शिवबाबा और ब्रह्मा दादा।

³⁰When you just say, “Shiv Baba”, people don’t understand anything, and this is why He is called BapDada: Shiv Baba and Brahma Dada.

²⁶दादे का नाम अलग है, बाप का नाम अलग है।

³¹The name of Dada is separate from the name of the Father.

²⁷वह निराकार सबका बाप भी है, सबका दादा भी है।

³²The incorporeal One is the Father of all. ³³He is also the Dada (Grandfather) of all.

²⁸सब बच्चों को बापदादा से वर्सा मिलता है जरूर।

³⁴All of the children definitely receive the inheritance from BapDada.

²⁹बेहद के बाप से सबको वर्सा मिलता है।

³⁵You all receive the inheritance from the unlimited Father.

³⁰वह बाप ही सबका दुःख हर्ता सुख कर्ता है।

³⁶That Father is the Remover of Sorrow and the Bestower of Happiness for All.

³¹सतयुग में कोई भी मनुष्य दुःखी हो न सके।

³⁷No human being in the golden age can be unhappy; the very name is heaven!

³²नाम है स्वर्ग, वह है हेविन स्थापन करने वाला गॉड फादर।

³⁸He is God, the Father, who establishes heaven. ³⁹Bharat is the oldest land of all.

³³भारत सबसे पुराना है तो जरूर सबसे नया था तब तो अभी सबसे पुराना हुआ है।

⁴⁰It must also have been the newest land of all and it has therefore now become the oldest of all.

³⁴सतयुग, कलियुग भारत को ही कहा जाता है।

⁴¹Only Bharat is called the golden age and the iron age.

³⁵बरोबर भारत स्वर्ग था। ³⁶यह लक्ष्मी-नारायण राज्य करते थे।

⁴²Truly Bharat was heaven and Lakshmi and Narayan used to rule there.

³⁷यह बुद्धि में है।

⁴³You have this in your intellects.

³⁸अभी तुम लक्ष्मी-नारायण के मन्दिर में जायेंगे तो झट बुद्धि में आयेगा कि इन्हों को यह वर्सा कैसे मिला! ³⁹यह पूज्य कैसे बनें! ⁴⁰कब राज्य किया? ⁴¹किस द्वारा राज्य पाया?

⁴⁴Now, when you go to a Lakshmi and Narayan Temple, it quickly enters your intellects how they received their inheritance, how they became worthy of worship, when they ruled the kingdom and from whom they received that kingdom.

⁴²यह सारा बुद्धि में आयेगा।

⁴⁵All of this enters your intellects.

⁴³आगे लक्ष्मी-नारायण के मन्दिर में जाते थे, माला फेरते थे। ⁴⁴आक्युपेशन का कुछ भी पता नहीं था।

⁴⁶Previously, when you used to go to a Lakshmi and Narayan Temple, you would turn the beads of a rosary, but you didn’t know anything about their occupation.

⁴⁵अभी सिर्फ तुम्हारी बुद्धि में है सो भी नम्बरवार।

⁴⁷This is only in your intellects now, but that too is numberwise.

⁴⁶तुम अभी लक्ष्मी-नारायण के मन्दिर में जाकर खड़े होंगे तो हर्षित होंगे।

⁴⁸When you go and stand in a Lakshmi and Narayan Temple now, you become very happy.

⁴⁷बुद्धि में है इन्होंने यह प्रालब्ध कैसे पाई थी।

⁴⁹It is in your intellects how they attained their reward.

⁴⁸संगमयुग पर ही पाई क्योंकि संगम पर ही पुरानी दुनिया बदलने वाली है।

⁵⁰They attained it at the confluence age because it is then that the old world has to change.

⁴⁹संगम पर ही बाप ने आकर राजयोग सिखाया था।

⁵¹The Father only comes at the confluence age and teaches you Raja Yoga.

⁵⁰यह भी जानते हो बहुत जन्मों के अन्त के जन्म में बरोबर यह ब्रह्मा था।

⁵²You also know that, in the last of his many births, this one truly was Brahma.

⁵¹ब्रह्मा द्वारा विष्णुपुरी की स्थापना होती है।

⁵³The land of Vishnu is established through Brahma.

⁵²यह लक्ष्मी-नारायण ही अगले जन्म में बरोबर ब्रह्मा सरस्वती थे।

⁵⁴Lakshmi and Narayan were Saraswati and Brahma in their previous birth.

⁵³ब्रह्मा के साथ ब्राह्मण ब्राह्मणियां भी होंगे।

⁵⁵Together with Brahma, there must also have been Brahmins.

⁵⁴सतयुग में लक्ष्मी-नारायण की राजधानी थी ना।

⁵⁶It was the kingdom of Lakshmi and Narayan in the golden age.

⁵⁵जरूर प्रजापिता भी होगा।

⁵⁷There also has to be the Father of People (Prajapita).

⁵⁶तुम जानते हो हम पुरुषार्थ कर रहे हैं, जिन्होंने कल्प पहले पुरुषार्थ किया है वह हम साक्षी हो देखते हैं।

⁵⁸You know that you are making effort. ⁵⁹We observe, as detached observers, all those who made effort in the previous cycle.

⁵⁷एक होता है राजाई घराना, दूसरा होता है प्रजा घराना। ⁵⁸उसमें भी कोई बहुत साहूकार होते हैं कोई कम।

⁶⁰One is the royal family and the other is the family of subjects, among whom some are very wealthy and others less so.

⁵⁹राजाओं में भी कोई बहुत साहूकार, कोई कम साहूकार होते हैं।

⁶¹Among the kings, too, some are very wealthy and others are not so wealthy.

⁶⁰तुम लक्ष्मी-नारायण के मन्दिर में किसको भी समझा सकते हो कि इन्होंने यह राज्य कैसे पाया।

⁶²You can explain to anyone in a Lakshmi and Narayan Temple how they claimed their kingdom.

⁶¹अब फिर से वही अपना राज्य भाग्य ले रहे हैं, राजधानी स्थापन हो रही है।

⁶³They are once again claiming their fortune of the kingdom. ⁶⁴The kingdom is being established.

⁶²कितना सहज है।

⁶⁵It is so easy!

⁶³अम्बा कौन है - यह भी नहीं जानते।

⁶⁶People don’t even know who Amba is.

⁶⁴तुम कहेंगे यह तो जगत अम्बा है।

⁶⁷You would say that this one is Jagadamba (the World Mother).

⁶⁵कल्प पहले भी जगत-अम्बा जगतपिता थे।

⁶⁸The World Mother and the World Father existed in the previous cycle too.

⁶⁶उन्हों के बच्चे हम थे।

⁶⁹You were their children.

⁶⁷संगम पर बाबा राजयोग सिखा रहे हैं।

⁷⁰Baba is teaching us Raja Yoga at the confluence age.

⁶⁸जगत अम्बा के बच्चे भी ढेर हैं। ⁶⁹परन्तु इतने सभी को तो बिठा नहीं सकते।

⁷¹There are many children of Jagadamba, but they can’t all be allowed to stay here.

⁷⁰अभी तुमको ज्ञान का तीसरा नेत्र मिला है।

⁷²Each of you has now received a third eye of knowledge.

⁷¹बाप ज्ञान का सागर है तो जरूर बच्चों को ज्ञान ही देंगे।

⁷³The Father is the Ocean of Knowledge and would therefore definitely give you children knowledge.

⁷²उनको न मनुष्य, न देवता कहा जाता है।

⁷⁴He is neither called a human being nor a deity.

⁷³उनको परमात्मा ही कहा जाता है।

⁷⁵He is only called God.

⁷⁴तुम कोई के भी मन्दिर में जाओ तो उनकी बायोग्राफी बता सकते हो।

⁷⁶When you go to any deity’s temple, you can tell people there their biography.

⁷⁵राम के लिए भी तुम समझा सकते हो।

⁷⁷You can even explain about Rama.

⁷⁶चन्द्रवंशी घराना अभी स्थापन हो रहा है।

⁷⁸The moon dynasty is being established now.

⁷⁷ब्रह्मा द्वारा ब्राह्मणों का भी धर्म स्थापन होता है।

⁷⁹The Brahmin religion is being established through Brahma.

⁷⁸ब्रह्मा का नाम कितना बाला है।

⁸⁰The name of Brahma is very well known.

⁷⁹ब्रह्मा द्वारा बाप ब्राह्मणों को रचते हैं।

⁸¹The Father creates Brahmins through Brahma.

⁸⁰तुम ब्रह्माकुमार कुमारियां होने से जानते हो हम एक बाप के बच्चे आपस में भाई-बहिन हैं।

⁸²Because you Brahma Kumars and Kumaris are children of the one Father, you understand that you are brothers and sisters.

⁸¹फिर हम क्रिमिनल एसाल्ट कर नहीं सकते।

⁸³Therefore, you must not criminally assault one another.

⁸²भाई बहिन विकार में जा नहीं सकते।

⁸⁴Brothers and sisters must not indulge in vice.

⁸³बाप ने यह युक्ति रची है - ड्रामा अनुसार तुम भी ब्रह्माकुमार हम भी ब्रह्माकुमारी।

⁸⁵The Father has created this method according to the drama: You are a Brahma Kumar and I am a Brahma Kumari.

⁸⁴वास्तव में सारी दुनिया बी.के. है। ⁸⁵परन्तु जानते नहीं हैं।

⁸⁶In fact, the whole world is of Brahma Kumars and Kumaris, but they don’t know it.

⁸⁶हम शिवबाबा की मत से बेहद का वर्सा ले रहे हैं।

⁸⁷We are claiming our unlimited inheritance by following Shiv Baba’s directions.

⁸⁷माया भी कम नहीं है।

⁸⁸Maya is no less either.

⁸⁸चारों तरफ विघ्न डालती रहती है।

⁸⁹She continues to create obstacles in all directions.

⁸⁹हम भाई बहिन हैं, एक बाप से वर्सा लेते हैं, यह भूल जाते हैं।

⁹⁰We forget that we are brothers and sisters and are claiming the inheritance from the one Father.

⁹⁰यह तो अच्छी रीति समझते हो, सतयुग में एक ही धर्म रहता है।

⁹¹You understand very clearly that there is just one religion in the golden age.

⁹¹बाकी सब धर्म खत्म हो जाने हैं।

⁹²All other religions are to be destroyed.

⁹²यह भी बच्चे जानते हैं, यह कोई नई बात नहीं है।

⁹³You children also know that this is nothing new.

⁹³हर 5 हजार वर्ष बाद यह चक्र फिरता है।

⁹⁴This cycle continues to turn every 5000 years.

⁹⁴तिथि तारीख भी लिखी हई है।

⁹⁵The time and date are already written.

⁹⁵यह भी बुद्धि में रहना चाहिए - हम शिवबाबा से इस युक्ति से वर्सा लेते हैं।

⁹⁶It should also remain in your intellects that you are claiming the inheritance from Shiv Baba with this method.

⁹⁶लक्ष्य तो मिला हुआ है ना। ⁹⁷बाप को याद कर बाप से वर्सा लेना है।

⁹⁷You have been shown your aim: Remember the Father and claim the inheritance from the Father!

⁹⁸याद अर्थात् योगबल से ही कट निकलेगी।

⁹⁸The rust will be removed by your having remembrance, that is, with the power of yoga.

⁹⁹इसमें कोई गफलत न हो, इसलिए मुरलियां मिलती हैं।

⁹⁹Don’t become careless and make any mistakes about this. ¹⁰⁰This is why you receive murlis.

¹⁰⁰निश्चयबुद्धि पक्का है तो भल कहाँ भी चला जाए।

¹⁰¹Those whose intellects have firm faith can go anywhere.

¹⁰¹समझो मुरली नहीं मिलती तो भी बुद्धि में तो है ना - हम बाबा का बन गया।

¹⁰²For instance, even if you don’t receive murlis, your intellects know that you belong to Baba.

¹⁰²बाबा ने समझाया है, तुम्हारी आत्मा तमोप्रधान बनी है, अब तुम बाप को याद करो तो तमोप्रधान से सतोप्रधान बनेंगे।

¹⁰³Baba has explained: You souls have become tamopradhan. ¹⁰⁴Now, remember the Father and you will become satopradhan from tamopradhan.

¹⁰³यह महामन्त्र एक बाप ही बतलाते हैं और कोई बतला न सके।

¹⁰⁵Only from the one Father do you receive this great mantra. ¹⁰⁶No one else can give it to you.

¹⁰⁴बाप ही कहते हैं मीठे-मीठे बच्चे याद के बल से ही तुमको तमोप्रधान से सतोप्रधान बनना है।

¹⁰⁷Only the Father says: Sweet children, only with the power of remembrance can you become satopradhan from tamopradhan.

¹⁰⁵यह अक्षर हैं परन्तु किसकी बुद्धि में नहीं आता।

¹⁰⁸There are these terms, but this doesn’t enter anyone’s intellect.

¹⁰⁶अब तुम समझते हो बरोबर कल्प पहले भी बाबा ने यह अक्षर कहा था कि देह के सब धर्मो को छोड़ अपने को आत्मा समझो।

¹⁰⁹You now understand that Baba truly did use these expressions in the previous cycle too: Renounce all bodily religions and consider yourselves to be souls.

¹⁰⁷यह सब देह के धर्म हैं ना।

¹¹⁰All of those religions are of the bodies.

¹⁰⁸सबका बाप एक ही है।

¹¹¹The Father of all is One.

¹⁰⁹सब आत्मायें उस एक बाप को पुकारती हैं।

¹¹²All souls call out to the one Father.

¹¹⁰पोप भी गॉड को याद करते हैं।

¹¹³Even the Pope remembers God.

¹¹¹कहते हैं ओ गॉड फादर रहम करो।

¹¹⁴He says: O God, the Father, have mercy!

¹¹²इन मनुष्यों की क्रोधी बुद्धियों को पलटाओ तो यह आपस में लड़ें नहीं।

¹¹⁵Transform the angry intellects of human beings so they don’t fight among themselves!

¹¹³याद तो बाप को ही करेंगे ना।

¹¹⁶They only remember the one Father, do they not?

¹¹⁴और कोई को याद नहीं करते।

¹¹⁷They don’t remember anyone else.

¹¹⁵शिवबाबा को ही पुकारते हैं कि आकर पतितों को पावन बनाओ।

¹¹⁸Only to Shiv Baba do people call out: Come and purify us!

¹¹⁶पावन बनेंगे फिर तो इस छी-छी रावण की दुनिया में रह नहीं सकेंगे फिर जरूर नई दुनिया चाहिए।

¹¹⁹When you become pure you will not be able to stay in this dirty world of Ravan. ¹²⁰A new world is then definitely required.

¹¹⁷कलियुग से बदलकर सतयुग तो होगा ही ना।

¹²¹The iron age will change and become the golden age.

¹¹⁸परन्तु इतना भी नहीं समझते हैं।

¹²²However, they don’t even understand this much!

¹¹⁹एक डाक्टर आया था - कहता था कलियुग तो कलियुग ही चलेगा।

¹²³A doctor who came here said that the iron age will just continue eternally.

¹²⁰अरे सदैव कलियुग ही कैसे चलेगा।

¹²⁴How could there be the iron age for all that time?

¹²¹कलियुग कोई अच्छा है क्या!

¹²⁵Is the iron age so good?

¹²²समझते थोड़ेही हैं सिर्फ भावना है औरों को ले आते हैं।

¹²⁶They don’t understand anything, but they just have that love and so they bring others here too.

¹²³उनको तीर नहीं लगता और कोई आने वाले को तीर लग जाए तो भी कुछ न कुछ दलाली मिल जायेगी। ¹²⁴हम स्वर्ग में आ जायेंगे।

¹²⁷Although the arrow doesn’t strike them, if the arrow strikes those whom they bring, they will receive some commission; they will go to heaven.

¹²⁵बाप से थोड़ा भी आकर सुनते हैं तो भी स्वर्ग में जरूर चले जायेंगे।

¹²⁸When they come and listen to even a little knowledge from the Father, they will definitely go to heaven.

¹²⁶फिर भी हेविनली गॉड फादर के सामने आकर बैठे हैं।

¹²⁹They would have at least come and sat in front of Heavenly God, the Father.

¹²⁷बाप समझाते हैं - मैं सबका बाप हूँ ना।

¹³⁰The Father explains: I am the Father of all.

¹²⁸कोई मानते नहीं कि शिवबाबा कैसे आयेगा।

¹³¹Some don’t believe how Shiv Baba could come.

¹²⁹अरे आत्मा आ सकती है तो मैं क्यों नहीं आऊंगा।

¹³²If a soul can come, why can’t I come?

¹³⁰आत्मा एक शरीर छोड़ दूसरे में जा सकती तो मैं नहीं आ सकता हूँ।

¹³³A soul can shed a body and enter another body, so, can I not do the same?

¹³¹नहीं तो मैं कैसे आऊं।

¹³⁴How else would I come?

¹³²पुकारते भी हैं हे पतित-पावन बाबा आकर पतित से पावन बनाओ।

¹³⁵People call out: O Purifier Baba, come and make us pure from impure!

¹³³बाप कहते हैं मैं आता ही भारत में हूँ। ¹³⁴कल्प-कल्प के संगम पर एक ही बार आता हूँ।

¹³⁶The Father says: I only come once every cycle in Bharat, at the confluence age.

¹³⁵तुम जब 84 जन्म पूरे करते हो तो मैं आता हूँ।

¹³⁷I come when you have completed your 84 births.

¹³⁶तुम बच्चों को निश्चय है बाबा आया है फिर से वर्सा देने।

¹³⁸You children have the faith that Baba has come to give you the inheritance once again.

¹³⁷बाप कहते हैं मेरा धन्धा ही है - पुरानी दुनिया को बदल नई दुनिया स्थापन करना इसलिए गाया हुआ है नई दुनिया की स्थापना, पुरानी दुनिया का विनाश फिर तुम पालना करेंगे।

¹³⁹The Father says: My business is to change the old world and establish the new world. ¹⁴⁰This is why it is remembered: There is establishment of the new world and destruction of the old world. ¹⁴¹You will then sustain it there.

¹³⁸रोशनी मिली है ना।

¹⁴²You have received enlightenment.

¹³⁹काली का मन्दिर देखेंगे तो समझेंगे यह झूठा चित्र है।

¹⁴³When you see the Kali Temple, you think that it is a false image.

¹⁴⁰काली बरोबर जगदम्बा है। ¹⁴¹परन्तु ऐसे भयानक रूप नहीं है।

¹⁴⁴Kali is really Jagadamba but she doesn’t have such a fearsome form.

¹⁴²बंगाल में काली के आगे बलि चढ़ाते हैं, परन्तु जानते कुछ नहीं।

¹⁴⁵In Bengal, they offer sacrifices to Kali, but they don’t know anything.

¹⁴³जगत अम्बा के मन्दिर में लाखों आते हैं।

¹⁴⁶Hundreds of thousands of people go to the Jagadamba Temple.

¹⁴⁴सदैव जैसे मेला ही है। ¹⁴⁵छोटी सी मूर्ति रखी है ना।

¹⁴⁷It is as though there is a constant gathering taking place.

¹⁴⁶नाम रख दिया है जगत अम्बा। ¹⁴⁷अब जगत अम्बा तो एक होनी चाहिए।

¹⁴⁸They have just placed a small idol there and named it Jagadamba.

¹⁴⁸सिन्ध में काली का मन्दिर कैसा बनाया था।

¹⁴⁹There can only be one Jagadamba. ¹⁵⁰Look how a Kali Temple was built in Sindh.

¹⁴⁹एक बार किले में बम फटा तो एक फकीर ने कहा कि काली माता गुस्से हुई हैं, बस उसने जाकर वहाँ काली का मन्दिर बना दिया।

¹⁵¹Once, a bomb exploded in a fortress and so a fakir (holy man) said that Goddess Kali had become angry and they therefore built a temple to Kali there.

¹⁵⁰अब काली है कौन!

¹⁵²However, who is Kali?

¹⁵¹कुछ भी नहीं जानते।

¹⁵³They don’t know anything!

¹⁵²तुमको अब नॉलेज मिली है, ऐसी कोई चीज़ नहीं जिसको तुम न जानो।

²⁰⁵Someone may die today, there may be a quarrel; someone may have hundreds of thousands but if he falls ill or something happens, what can anyone do?

²⁰²बिरला के पास कितने पैसे हैं!

²⁰⁶Birla has so much wealth!

²⁰³एक जन्म में पैसा देखने में आता है, परन्तु ऐसा कोई नहीं है जिसको कोई दुःख नहीं हो।

²⁰⁷They may have wealth in one birth. ²⁰⁸There is no one who doesn’t experience some sorrow.

²⁰⁴किसी न किसी प्रकार का दुःख सभी को होता है।
