¹होली कैसे मनायें तथा सदाकाल का परिवर्तन कैसे हो?

¹How to celebrate Holi and bring about permanent transformation.

²आज सर्व के भाग्यविधाता बाप अपने होलीहंसों से ज्ञान रत्नों की होली मनाने आये हैं।

²Today, the Father, the Bestower of Fortune for all, has come to celebrate the Holi of the jewels of knowledge with His holy swans.

³मनाना अर्थात् मिलन मनाना।

³To celebrate means to celebrate a meeting.

⁴बापदादा हर एक अति स्नेही, सहजयोगी, सदा बाप के कार्य में सहयोगी, सदा पावन वृत्ति से, पावन दृष्टि से सृष्टि को परिवर्तन करने वाले सर्व होली बच्चों को देख सदा हर्षित होते हैं।

⁴BapDada is always pleased to see all of the extremely loving, easy yogi, holy children, those who constantly co-operate in Baba's task, those who are transforming the world with their pure attitude and pure vision.

⁵पावन तो आजकल के गाये हुए महात्मायें भी बनते हैं लेकिन आप श्रेष्ठ आत्मायें हाइएस्ट होली बनते हो अर्थात् संकल्प-मात्र, स्वप्न मात्र भी अपवित्रता वृत्ति को, दृष्टि को पावन स्थिति से नीचे नहीं ला सकती।

⁵The great souls of today are also praised as being pure, but you elevated souls become holy in the highest way, that is, any impurity, even in thoughts or dreams, will not bring your pure attitude and drishti down from its pure stage.

⁶हर संकल्प अर्थात् स्मृति पावन होने के कारण वृत्ति, दृष्टि स्वतः ही पावन हो जाती है।

⁶Because every thought is pure, that is, because the consciousness is pure, your attitude and vision automatically become pure.

⁷न सिर्फ आप पावन बनते हो लेकिन प्रकृति को भी पावन बना देते हो इसलिए पावन प्रकृति के कारण भविष्य अनेक जन्म शरीर भी पावन मिलते हैं।

⁷Not only do you become pure but you also purify matter. ⁸This is why, when matter is pure you receive pure bodies for innumerable births in the future.

⁸ऐसे होलीहंस वा सदा पावन संकल्पधारी श्रेष्ठ आत्मायें बन जाती हो।

⁹Therefore, you become such holy swans, that is, elevated souls who constantly have pure thoughts.

⁹ऊंचे ते ऊंचा बाप हर बात में श्रेष्ठ जीवन वाले बनाते हैं।

¹⁰The highest-on-high Father makes you into those with such elevated lives in every way.

¹⁰पवित्रता भी ऊंचे ते ऊंची पवित्रता, साधारण नहीं।

¹¹This purity is the highest purity; it is not ordinary.

¹¹साधारण पवित्र आत्मायें आप महान पवित्र आत्माओं के आगे मन से मानने का नमस्कार करेंगे कि आपकी पवित्रता अति श्रेष्ठ है।

¹²Ordinary pure souls will accept you as great pure souls and will bow in front of you and say: Your purity is extremely elevated.

¹²आजकल के गृहस्थी अपने को अपवित्र समझने के कारण जिन पवित्र आत्माओं को महान् समझकर सिर झुकाते हैं, वह महान आत्मायें कहलाने वाली आप श्रेष्ठ पावन आत्माओं के आगे मानेंगी कि आपकी पवित्रता और हमारी पवित्रता में महान अन्तर है।

¹³Householders of today, because they consider themselves to be impure, bow their heads to the pure souls, considering them to be great. ¹⁴However, they will accept that there is a great difference between the purity of you elevated pure souls and their purity.

¹³यह होली का उत्सव आप पावन आत्माओं के पावन बनने की विधि का यादगार है क्योंकि आप सभी नम्बरवार पावन आत्मायें बाप के याद की लग्न की अग्नि द्वारा सदा के लिए अपवित्रता को जला देते हो इसलिए पहले जलाने की होली मनाते हैं, फिर रंग की होली वा मंगल-मिलन मनाते हैं।

¹⁵This festival of Holi is the memorial of the method of purification of you pure souls, because all of you numberwise pure souls burn impurity for all time in the fire of love in Baba’s remembrance. ¹⁶This is why you first celebrate the Holi of burning. ¹⁷You then celebrate the Holi of being coloured, that is, the Holi of celebrating a meeting.

¹⁴जलाना अर्थात् नाम-निशान समाप्त करना।

¹⁸To burn something means to finish all name and trace of it.

¹⁵वैसे किसको नाम-निशान से खत्म करना होता है तो क्या करते हैं?

¹⁹If people want to finish all name and trace of something, what do they do?

¹⁶जला देते हैं, इसलिए रावण को भी मारने के बाद जला देते हैं।

²⁰They burn it. ²¹This is why, after killing Ravan, they burn him.

¹⁷यह आप आत्माओं का यादगार है। ¹⁸अपवित्रता को जला दिया अर्थात् पावन ‘होली' बन गये।

²²This memorial of you souls is the burning of impurity, that is, you became pure, holy.

¹⁹बापदादा सदैव सुनाते ही हैं कि ब्राह्मणों की होली मनाना अर्थात् होली (पवित्र) बनाना।

²³BapDada always says that for Brahmins to celebrate Holi means to become holy.

²⁰तो यह चेक करो कि अपवित्रता को सिर्फ मारा है या जलाया है?

²⁴So check: Have you simply killed impurity, or have you burnt it?

²¹मरने वाले फिर भी जिन्दा हो जाते हैं, कहाँ न कहाँ श्वाँस छिपा रह जाता है।

²⁵It is possible for someone who has died to come alive: the life remains hidden somewhere or other.

²²लेकिन जलाना अर्थात् नाम-निशान समाप्त करना।

²⁶However, to burn something means to finish all name and trace of it.

²³कहाँ तक पहुँचे हैं, अपने आप को चेक करना पड़े।

²⁷How far have you come? ²⁸You have to check this for yourselves, do you not?

²⁴स्वप्न में भी अपवित्रता का छिपा हुआ श्वाँस फिर से जीवित नहीं होना चाहिए।

²⁹The hidden life of impurity should not come back alive even in dreams.

²⁵इसको कहते हैं श्रेष्ठ पावन आत्मा।

³⁰Such a soul is known as an elevated, pure soul.

²⁶संकल्प से स्वप्न भी परिवर्तित हो जाते हैं।

³¹Even dreams can be transformed with a thought.

²⁷आज वतन में बापदादा बच्चों के समय-प्रति-समय संकल्प द्वारा वा लिखित द्वारा बाप से किये हुए वायदे देख रहे थे।

³²Today, BapDada was seeing in the subtle regions the promises made by the children from time to time in their thoughts and in writing.

²⁸चाहे स्थिति में महारथी, चाहे सेवा में महारथी - दोनों के समय-प्रति-समय के वायदे बहुत अच्छे-अच्छे किये हुए हैं।

³³Whether one is a maharathi in one's stage or a maharathi in doing service, both make very good promises from time to time.

²⁹महारथी भी दो प्रकार के हैं।

³⁴There are two types of maharathi.

³⁰एक हैं अपने वरदान वा वर्से की प्राप्ति के पुरुषार्थ के आधार से महारथी और दूसरे हैं कोई न कोई सेवा की विशेषता के आधार से महारथी।

³⁵One is to be a maharathi on the basis of the efforts you make to attain blessings or the inheritance. ³⁶The other is to become a maharathi on the basis of one speciality or other that you have in doing service.

³¹कहलाते दोनों ही महारथी हैं लेकिन जो पहला नम्बर सुनाया - स्थिति के आधार वाले, वह सदा मन से अतीन्द्रिय सुख के, सन्तुष्टता के, सर्व के दिल के स्नेह के प्राप्ति-स्वरुप के झूले में झूलते रहते हैं।

³⁷Although both are called maharathis, the first variety you heard about are that on the basis of their stage: they always swing in the swing of supersensuous joy in their minds, in the swing of contentment and the swing of being embodiments of love received from everyone's heart.

³²और दूसरा नम्बर सेवा की विशेषता के आधार वाले तन से अर्थात् बाहर से सेवा की विशेषता के फलस्वरुप सन्तुष्ट दिखाई देंगे।

³⁸The second variety are maharathis on the basis of their specialities in doing service: through their bodies, that is superficially, they appear to be embodiments of the fruit of contentment.

³³सेवा की विशेषता के कारण सेवा के आधार पर मन की सन्तुष्टता है।

³⁹Due to their speciality in doing service, their minds are content with the support of service.

³⁴सेवा की विशेषता कारण सर्व का स्नेह भी होगा लेकिन मन से वा दिल से सदा नहीं होगा।

⁴⁰Due to their speciality of serving, there will be love from everyone, but not constantly, either in their minds or in their hearts.

³⁵कभी बाहर से, कभी दिल से। ³⁶लेकिन सेवा की विशेषता महारथी बना देती है। ³⁷गिनती में महारथी की लाइन में आता है।

⁴¹Sometimes, it will be superficial and sometimes in their hearts. ⁴²However, speciality in serving makes them maharathis; they are counted in the line of maharathis.

³⁸तो आज बापदादा महारथी वा पुरुषार्थी - दोनों के वायदे देख रहे थे।

⁴³Therefore, today, BapDada was seeing the promises of both the maharathis and the effort makers.

³⁹अभी-अभी नजदीक में वायदे बहुत किये हैं।

⁴⁴Only recently, you made many promises.

⁴⁰तो क्या देखा?

⁴⁵What did Baba see?

⁴¹वायदे से फायदा तो होता है क्योंकि दृढ़ता का फुल ‘अटेन्शन' रहता है।

⁴⁶There is benefit in making a promise because you are giving full attention to determination.

⁴²बार-बार वायदे की स्मृति समर्थी दिलाती है।

⁴⁷A promise that is remembered again and again brings power.

⁴³इस कारण थोड़ा बहुत परिवर्तन भी होता है। ⁴⁴लेकिन बीज दबा हुआ रहता है इसलिए जब ऐसा समय वा समस्या आती है तो ‘समस्या' वा ‘कारण' का पानी मिलने से दबा हुआ बीज फिर से पत्ते निकालना शुरू कर देता है। ⁴⁵सदा के लिए समाप्त नहीं होता है।

⁴⁸Although, due to this, there is a little transformation, the seed still remains buried. ⁴⁹This is why, after a certain time or when a situation arises, because the buried seed receives the water of situations and reasons, its leaves begin to emerge once again; it does not finish for all time.

⁴⁶बापदादा देख रहे थे - जलाने की होली किन्हों ने मनाई।

⁵⁰So BapDada was seeing who celebrated the Holi of burning.

⁴⁷जब बीज को जलाया जाता है तो जला हुआ बीज कभी फल नहीं देता।

⁵¹When a seed is burnt, a burnt seed never bears fruit.

⁴⁸वायदे तो सभी ने किये कि बीती को बीती कर जो अब तक हुआ, चाहे अपने प्रति, चाहे औरों के प्रति - सर्व को समाप्त कर परिवर्तन करेंगे।

⁵²Everyone made promises: We will let the past be the past for whatever has happened up to now, whether to ourselves or to others. ⁵³We will finish everything and bring about transformation.

⁴⁹सभी ने अभी-अभी वायदे किये हैं ना।

⁵⁴Everyone recently made promises.

⁵⁰रुह-रिहान में सभी वायदे करते हैं ना। ⁵¹हर एक का रिकार्ड बापदादा के पास है।

⁵⁵You all make promises in your heart-to-heart conversations with Baba, do you not? ⁵⁶BapDada has a record of each one.

⁵²बहुत अच्छे रूप से वायदे करते हैं।

⁵⁷Promises are made in very beautiful forms.

⁵³कोई गीत-कविता द्वारा, कोई चित्रों द्वारा।

⁵⁸Some in songs, some in poetry and some in pictures.

⁵⁴बापदादा देख रहे थे जितना चाहते हैं, उतना परिवर्तन क्यों नहीं होता?

⁵⁹BapDada was seeing why transformation does not take place as much as you wish.

⁵⁵कारण क्या है, क्यों नहीं सदा के लिए समाप्त हो जाता है, तो क्या देखा?

⁶⁰What is the reason for this? ⁶¹Why does it not finish for all time?

⁵⁶अपने प्रति वा दूसरों के प्रति संकल्प करते हो कि यह कमजोरी फिर आने नहीं देंगे वा दूसरे के प्रति सोचते हो कि जिस किसी आत्मा से हिसाब-किताब चुक्तू होने के कारण संकल्प, बोल वा कर्म में संस्कार टकराते हैं, उनका परिवर्तन करेंगे।

⁶²What was seen was that you have a thought for yourself and others that you will not allow that weakness to emerge again. ⁶³For others, you think that you will transform whatever clashes you have with them in thoughts, words or deeds due to sanskars or due to the settling of karmic accounts with them.

⁵⁷लेकिन समय पर फिर से क्यों रिपीट होता है? ⁵⁸उसका कारण?

⁶⁴However, why does it repeat from time to time?

⁵⁹सोचते हो कि आगे से इस आत्मा के इस संस्कार को जानते हुए स्वयं को सेफ रख उस आत्मा को भी शुभ भावना - शुभ कामना देंगे लेकिन जैसे दूसरे की कमजोरी देखने, सुनने वा ग्रहण करने की आदत नैचुरल और बहुतकाल की हो गई है, ये आदत नहीं रखेंगे - यह तो बहुत अच्छा, लेकिन उसके स्थान पर क्या देखेंगे!

⁶⁵The reason for this is that you think that by knowing the sanskars of a certain soul, you will keep yourself safe in the future and have good wishes and pure feelings. ⁶⁶The habit of seeing, hearing and imbibing the weaknesses of others has become natural and has been there for a long period of time.

⁶⁰क्या उस आत्मा से ग्रहण करेंगे! ⁶¹वह बार-बार अटेन्शन में नहीं रखते। ⁶²यह नहीं करना है, यह तो याद रहता है लेकिन ऐसी आत्माओं के प्रति क्या करना है, क्या सोचना है, क्या देखना है!

⁶⁷If you do not have this habit, that is very good, but you do not pay constant attention as to what you should see instead, or what you should imbibe from that soul.

⁶³वह बातें नैचुरल अटेन्शन में नहीं रहती। ⁶⁴जैसे कोई स्थान खाली रहता, उसको अच्छे रूप से अगर यूज़ नहीं करते तो खाली स्थान में किचड़ा या मच्छर आदि स्वतः ही पैदा हो जाते हैं क्योंकि वायुमण्डल में मिट्टी-धूल, मच्छर आदि हैं ही; तो वह फिर से थोड़ा-थोड़ा करके बढ़ जाता है क्योंकि जगह भरी नहीं है।

⁶⁸You remember that you must not do a particular thing, but you do not pay natural attention instead to what you should think, see or do for other souls. ⁶⁹Therefore, although you clear a place, if it is not used in a good way, dirt and mosquitoes collect in that empty space, because the dirt, dust and mosquitoes that are already in the atmosphere gradually begin to increase, for the space is not being used.

⁶⁵तो जब भी आत्माओं के सम्पर्क में आते हो, पहले नेचुरल परिवर्तन किया हुआ श्रेष्ठ संकल्प का स्वरूप स्मृति में आना चाहिए क्योंकि नॉलेजफुल तो हो ही जाते हो।

⁷⁰Whenever you come into connection with souls, let elevated thoughts of natural transformation first enter your consciousness, because you are already knowledge-full.

⁶⁶सभी के गुण, कर्तव्य, संस्कार, सेवा, स्वभाव परिवर्तन के शुभ संस्कार वा स्थान सदा भरपूर होगा तो अशुद्ध को स्वतः ही समाप्त कर देगा।

⁷¹Everyone's virtues, task, sanskars, service – the space and pure sanskars of transformation are always full, and so, the impure will automatically finish.

⁶⁷जैसे सुनाया था - कई बच्चे जब याद में बैठते हैं वा ब्राह्मण जीवन में चलते-फिरते याद का अभ्यास करते हैं तो याद में शान्ति का अनुभव करते हैं लेकिन खुशी का अनुभव नहीं करते।

⁷²You heard previously as well that when some children sit in remembrance or when they practise having remembrance in Brahmin life as they move along, although they experience peace in remembrance, they do not experience happiness.

⁶⁸सिर्फ शान्ति की अनुभूति कभी माथा भारी कर देती है और कभी निद्रा के तरफ ले जाती है।

⁷³The experience of just peace sometimes makes the head heavy or sometimes sends you to sleep.

⁶⁹शान्ति की स्थिति के साथ खुशी नहीं रहती।

⁷⁴When you are in a peaceful state, you do not experience happiness.

⁷⁰तो जहाँ खुशी नहीं, वहाँ उमंग-उत्साह नहीं होता और योग लगाते भी अपने से सन्तुष्ट नहीं होते, थके हुए रहते हैं।

⁷⁵Therefore, when there is no happiness, there is no zeal or enthusiasm. ⁷⁶Even whilst having yoga, those souls are not content with themselves; the souls remain tired.

⁷¹सदा सोच की मूड में रहते, सोचते ही रहते।

⁷⁷They are always in the mood of thinking: Why am I not happy?

⁷²खुशी क्यों नहीं आती, इसका भी कारण है क्योंकि सिर्फ यह सोचते हो कि मैं आत्मा हूँ, बिन्दु हूँ, ज्योति-स्वरूप हूँ, बाप भी ऐसा ही है।

⁷⁸There is a reason for this as well. ⁷⁹You only think, "I am a soul, a dot, an embodiment of light and that Baba is also the same".

⁷³लेकिन मैं कौनसी आत्मा हूँ!

⁸⁰However, "What sort of a soul am I?

⁷⁴मुझ आत्मा की विशेषता क्या है?

⁸¹What are the specialities of myself, the soul?

⁷⁵जैसे मैं पद्मापद्म भाग्यवान आत्मा हूँ, मैं आदि रचना वाली आत्मा हूँ, मैं बाप के दिलतख्तनशीन होने वाली आत्मा हूँ।

⁸²I am a multi-million times fortunate soul. ⁸³I am a soul of the original creation. ⁸⁴I am a soul who is claiming Baba's heart-throne".

⁷⁶यह विशेषतायें जो खुशी दिलाती है, वह नहीं सोचते हो।

⁸⁵You don't think of these specialities that bring happiness.

⁷⁷सिर्फ बिन्दी हूँ, ज्योति हूँ, शान्त-स्वरूप हूँ… तो निल में चले जाते हो इसलिए माथा भारी हो जाता है।

⁸⁶Simply to think, "I am a dot, I am light, an embodiment of peace," takes you, a soul, into the stage of nil (emptiness).

⁷⁸ऐसे ही जब स्वयं के प्रति वा अन्य आत्माओं के प्रति परिवर्तन का दृढ़ संकल्प करते हो तो स्वयं प्रति वा अन्य आत्माओं के प्रति शुभ, श्रेष्ठ संकल्प वा विशेषता का स्वरूप सदा इमर्ज रूप में रखो तो परिवर्तन हो जायेगा।

⁸⁷This is why your head becomes heavy. ⁸⁸Therefore, when you have the determined thought for transformation in yourself and others, you must constantly keep that pure, elevated thought and speciality emerged and transformation will then take place.

⁷⁹जैसे यह संकल्प आता है कि यह है ही ऐसा, यह होगा ही ऐसा, ये करता ही ऐसे है।

⁸⁹You think, "This one is like this anyway; he does this anyway. ⁹⁰This is bound to happen like this."

⁸⁰इसके बजाए यह सोचो कि यह विशेषता प्रमाण विशेष ऐसा है।

⁹¹Instead of that, think, "This one is special, according to his speciality."

⁸¹जैसे कमजोरी का ‘ऐसा' और ‘वैसा' आता है, वैसे श्रेष्ठता वा विशेषता का ‘ऐसा'‘वैसा' है - यह सामने लाओ।

⁹²Just as you think "this" and "that" about the weakness, in the same way, think "this" and "that" about the elevated stage and specialities.

⁸²स्मृति को, स्वरूप को, वृत्ति को, दृष्टि को परिवर्तन में लाओ।

⁹³Bring this about now. ⁹⁴Transform your consciousness, form, attitude and drishti.

⁸³इस रूप से स्वयं को भी देखो और दूसरों को भी देखो।

⁹⁵See yourself in this form and also see others in this form.

⁸⁴इसको कहते है स्थान भर दिया, खाली नहीं छोड़ा।

⁹⁶This is known as having filled the space and not leaving it empty.

⁸⁵इस विधि से जलाने की होली मनाओ।

⁹⁷Celebrate the Holi of burning in this way.

⁸⁶अपने प्रति वा दूसरों के प्रति ऐसे कभी नहीं सोचो कि देखो हमने कहा था ना कि यह बदलने वाले हैं ही नहीं।

⁹⁸Don't ever think like this about yourself or others: "You see, I knew this one wasn’t going to change." ⁹⁹At that time, ask yourself, "Have I changed?

⁸⁷लेकिन उस समय अपने से पूछो कि ‘क्या मैं बदला हूँ?

¹⁰⁰Self-transformation will also bring about the transformation of others in front of you.

⁸⁸' स्व परिवर्तन ही औरों का भी परिवर्तन सामने लायेगा।

¹⁰¹Let each of you first think, "Let me be an example of having changed first".

⁸⁹हर एक यह सोचो कि ‘पहले मैं बदलने का एग्जाम्पल बनूँ।

¹⁰²This is known as the burning of Holi. ¹⁰³There is no celebration without burning.

⁹⁰' इसको कहते हैं होली जलाना। ⁹¹जलाने के बिना मनाना नहीं होता, पहले जलाना ही होता है क्योंकि जब जला दिया अर्थात् स्वच्छ हो गये, श्रेष्ठ पवित्र बन गये।

¹⁰⁴It is the burning that takes place first because, once you have burnt it, you have become clean, elevated and pure, and such souls automatically and constantly remain coloured with the company of the Father.

⁹²तो ऐसी आत्मा को स्वतः ही बाप के संग का रंग सदा लगा हुआ ही रहता है।

¹⁰⁵Such souls constantly celebrate the auspicious meeting with Baba and all souls.

⁹³सदा ही ऐसी आत्मा बाप से वा सर्व आत्माओं से मंगल-मिलन अर्थात् कल्याणकारी श्रेष्ठ शुभ मिलन मनाती ही रहती है।

¹⁰⁶Auspicious means that they celebrate a beneficial, elevated and pure meeting. ¹⁰⁷Do you understand?

⁹⁴समझा? ⁹⁵ऐसी होली मनानी है ना।

¹⁰⁸Are you going to celebrate such a Holi?

⁹⁶जहाँ उमंग-उत्साह होता है, वहाँ हर घड़ी उत्सव है ही है।

¹⁰⁹When there is zeal and enthusiasm, every moment is a festival.

⁹⁷तो खुशी से खूब मनाओ, खेलो-खाओ, मौज करो लेकिन सदा होली बन मिलन मनाते रहो।

¹¹⁰So, celebrate in great happiness, play, eat and enjoy yourselves, but always be holy and continue to celebrate a meeting.

⁹⁸अच्छा!

¹¹¹Achcha.

⁹⁹सदा हर सेकण्ड बाप द्वारा वरदान की मुबारक लेने वाले, सदा हर ब्राह्मण आत्मा द्वारा शुभ भावना की मुबारक लेने वाले, सदा अति श्रेष्ठ पावन आत्माओं को, सदा संग के रंग में रंगी हुई आत्माओं को, सदा बाप से मिलन मनाने वाली आत्माओं को बापदादा का यादप्यार और नमस्ते।

¹¹²To those who are constantly congratulated by the Father with blessings at every second, to those who are congratulated by every Brahmin with good wishes, to those who are extremely elevated, pure souls, to the souls who are constantly coloured by the Company, to the souls who constantly celebrate a meeting with the Father, BapDada's love, remembrance and namaste.

¹⁰¹1. सदा अपने को बाप की याद की छत्रछाया में रहने वाली श्रेष्ठ आत्मा अनुभव करते हो?

¹¹⁴Do you constantly experience yourselves to be souls who stay under the canopy of protection of the Father’s remembrance?

¹⁰²छत्रछाया ही सेफ्टी का साधन है।

¹¹⁵The canopy is the means of safety.

¹⁰³इस छत्रछाया से संकल्प में भी अगर पाँव बाहर निकालते हो तो क्या होगा?

¹¹⁶What would happen if you were to step outside this canopy even in your thoughts?

¹¹³तो नयनों में समाई हुई अर्थात् सदा बिन्दी स्वरूप में स्थित रहने वाली - ऐसा अनुभव होता है ना!
