¹“मीठे बच्चे - मनमनाभव का मन्त्र पक्का कराओ, एक बाप को सदा फॉलो करो - यही है बाप का सहयोगी बनना''

¹Essence: Sweet children, help everyone make the lesson of “Manmanabhav” firm. ²Constantly follow the one Father. ³This is what it means to be co-operative with the Father.

²प्रश्न:- पुरुषोत्तम बनने का सहज और श्रेष्ठ पुरुषार्थ क्या है?

⁴Question: What easy and elevated effort do you need to make to become the most elevated beings?

³उत्तर:- हे पुरुषोत्तम बनने वाले बच्चे - तुम सदा श्रीमत पर चलते रहो।

⁵Answer: O children, who are going to become most elevated beings, constantly continue to follow shrimat. ⁶Remember the one Father and don't interfere in anything.

⁴एक बाप को याद करो और कोई भी बात में इन्टरफियर न करो। ⁵खाओ पियो सब कुछ करो लेकिन बाप को याद करते रहो तो पुरुषोत्तम बन जायेंगे।

⁷Eat, drink and do everything, but continue to remember the Father and you will become the most elevated beings.

⁶पुरुषोत्तम वही बनते जिन पर ब्रहस्पति की दशा है। ⁷वह कभी श्रीमत की अवज्ञा नहीं करते।

⁸Only those who have the omens of Jupiter over them can become the most elevated beings.

⁸उनसे कोई उल्टा कर्म नहीं होता।

⁹They never disobey shrimat or perform wrong actions.

¹¹Om shanti.

¹¹यह महिमा किसकी है?

¹²Whose praise is this?

¹²एक परमपिता परमात्मा की, जो अच्छा काम करते हैं उनकी महिमा जरूर होती है। ¹³जो बुरा कर्तव्य करते हैं उनकी निंदा होती है।

¹³It is of the one Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul. ¹⁴Those who do good work are definitely praised and those who do something bad are defamed.

¹⁴जैसे अकबर था तो उसकी महिमा थी, औरंगजेब की निंदा थी।

¹⁵For instance, Akbar (1556-1605) was praised and Aurangzeb (1658-1707) was defamed.

¹⁵राम की महिमा करेंगे, रावण की निंदा करेंगे।

¹⁶Rama is praised and Ravan is defamed.

¹⁶भारत में ही रामराज्य, रावणराज्य मशहूर है।

¹⁷The kingdom of Rama and the kingdom of Ravan are well known in Bharat.

¹⁷रामराज्य को कहेंगे पुरुषोत्तम राज्य और रावण राज्य को कहेंगे आसुरी राज्य।

¹⁸The kingdom of Rama is called the most elevated kingdom and the kingdom of Ravan is called the devilish kingdom.

¹⁸बच्चों को तो अभी संगमयुग का पता पड़ा है।

¹⁹You children now know about the confluence age.

¹⁹यह है ही पुरुषोत्तम युग।

²⁰This is the most auspicious confluence age.

²⁰इस भारत को पुरुषोत्तम बनाकर ही छोड़ना है।

²¹You will definitely make Bharat the most elevated of all.

²¹रहने वालों को भी पुरुषोत्तम बनाना है और रहने की जगह को भी पुरुषोत्तम बनाना है।

²²The residents have to be made the most elevated and also the place of residence has to be made the most elevated.

²²भारत को ही स्वर्ग कहते हैं, रहने वालों को देवी-देवता, स्वर्गवासी कहते हैं।

²³Bharat is called heaven and the residents there are called deities, residents of heaven.

²³तो दोनों उत्तम बनते हैं।

²⁴Therefore, both become elevated.

²⁴सबको पता है कि नई दुनिया उत्तम होती है और पुरानी दुनिया कनिष्ट होती है।

²⁵Everyone knows the new world is elevated and the old world is degraded.

²⁵जैसी दुनिया, वैसे रहने वाले।

²⁶As is the world, so its residents!

²⁶गाया भी जाता है, भारत नया, भारत पुराना और कोई खण्ड को नया खण्ड नहीं कहेंगे।

²⁷It is remembered Bharat was new and Bharat became old. ²⁸No other land can be called new.

²⁷ऐसे नहीं कि नई दुनिया में नई अमेरिका, नई चाईना होती है।

²⁹It isn't that there is a new America or a new China in the new world.

²⁸नहीं, नई दुनिया में तो नया भारत गाया जाता है इसलिए न्यु इन्डिया कहा जाता है।

³⁰No, new Bharat is remembered in the new world. ³¹This is why it is called New India.

²⁹नया भारत तो नाम रखते हैं, परन्तु है सब बिगर अर्थ।

³²They call it new Bharat now but that is without meaning.

³⁰न्यु इन्डिया फिर इस समय कहाँ से आई!

³³How could there be New India at this time?

³¹न्यु इन्डिया में तो देहली परिस्तान है।

³⁴In New India, Delhi is Paristhan, the land of angels.

³²अब परिस्तान कहाँ है।

³⁵It is not the land of angels now.

³³तुम बच्चे यहाँ आते हो पुरुषोत्तम बनने।

³⁶You children come here to become the most elevated.

³⁴ऊंच ते ऊंच ब्रहस्पति की दशा है।

³⁷The highest omens are those of Jupiter.

³⁵पुरुषोत्तम बनने से ब्रहस्पति की दशा बैठती है।

³⁸When you become the most elevated, you have the omens of Jupiter over you.

³⁶तुम जानते हो कि नई दुनिया की स्थापना करने वाले बेहद के बाप द्वारा हम बेहद का सुख लेने का पुरुषार्थ कर रहे हैं।

³⁹You know that you are making effort to claim unlimited happiness from the unlimited Father who establishes the new world. ⁴⁰In the golden age there are the most elevated beings.

³⁷सतयुग में पुरुषोत्तम होते हैं। ³⁸फिर नीचे आते हैं तो मध्यम फिर कनिष्ट बन जाते हैं।

⁴¹Then, as you come down, there are those who are of the middle level and then the degraded ones.

³⁹तुम बच्चे जानते हो-कि अभी बाप हमको सतोप्रधान सतयुगी स्वर्गवासी, पुरुषोत्तम बना रहे हैं।

⁴²You children know that the Father is now making you into satopradhan, golden-aged residents of heaven who are the most elevated.

⁴⁰यह है बहुत-बहुत सहज।

⁴³This is very, very easy.

⁴¹न कोई खाने की दवा है, न कोई करने की बात।

⁴⁴You don't need to take drugs or do anything for this.

⁴²सिर्फ याद करना है, इसलिए कहा जाता है सहज याद।

⁴⁵Simply stay in remembrance. ⁴⁶This is why it is called easy remembrance.

⁴³याद से ही पाप आत्मा से पुण्य आत्मा बनना है।

⁴⁷It is by having remembrance that you become charitable souls from sinful souls.

⁴⁴यह तो जरूर है सबको मुक्ति मिलनी है।

⁴⁸It is definite that everyone is to receive liberation.

⁴⁵बाप कहते हैं कि मैं सर्व का सद्गति दाता हूँ तो जरूर मनुष्यों के शरीर खत्म हो जायेंगे।

⁴⁹The Father says: I am the Bestower of Salvation for All. ⁵⁰Therefore, the bodies of human beings will definitely be destroyed.

⁴⁶बाकी आत्माओं को पवित्र बनाकर ले जाऊंगा।

⁵¹I will purify souls and take them back home.

⁴⁷वापिस जाने के लिए तैयारी करनी पड़े।

⁵²Preparations have to be made to return home.

⁴⁸बाप तैयारी करा रहे हैं क्योंकि आत्मा के पंख टूट चुके हैं अर्थात् तमोप्रधान आत्मा है।

⁵³The Father is inspiring you to make preparations because the wings of souls are broken, that is, souls have become tamopradhan.

⁴⁹तुम योगबल से पवित्र बनने की मेहनत करते हो।

⁵⁴You are making effort with the power of yoga to become pure.

⁵⁰जो नहीं करते उनको हिसाब-किताब देना पड़ेगा, इसमें कोई विचार करने की बात नहीं।

⁵⁵Those who don't do this will have to give their full accounts. ⁵⁶There is nothing to think about in this.

⁵¹बच्चों का काम है बाप से पूरा वर्सा लेना, बाप का मददगार बन सहयोग देना पड़ता है।

⁵⁷The children's duty is to claim the full inheritance from the Father, to become His helpers and co-operate with Him.

⁵²बाप का भी सहयोग, बच्चों का भी सहयोग।

⁵⁸There has to be the Father's co-operation and also the children's co-operation.

⁵³कैसे सहयोग देवें, वह बाप को देख फालो करो।

⁵⁹Simply look at the Father and follow him in how to give co-operation.

⁵⁴सभी को मेरा मन्त्र देते जाओ - पुरुषोत्तम बनने के लिए।

⁶⁰Continue to give everyone My mantra in order to become the most elevated beings.

⁵⁵बाप कल्प-कल्प आकर कहते हैं - पतित से पावन मुझे याद करने बिगर नहीं बनेंगे।

⁶¹The Father comes every cycle and says: You can’t become pure from impure without remembering Me.

⁵⁶मैं कोई गंगा स्नान कराता हूँ क्या?

⁶²Do I make you bathe in the Ganges?

⁵⁷सिर्फ महामन्त्र याद करना है “मनमनाभव''।

⁶³Simply remember the great mantra of “Manmanabhav”.

⁵⁸इसका अर्थ है मुझे याद करो तो तुम पावन बन, पुरुषोत्तम बन स्वर्ग का मालिक बनेंगे।

⁶⁴This means: Remember Me and you will become pure, the most elevated masters of heaven.

⁵⁹स्त्री पुरुष दोनों ही पवित्र प्रवृत्ति वाले मालिक बनेंगे।

⁶⁵Both husband and wife will become the masters of a pure household.

⁶⁰बाप यह सभी बातें डिटेल में समझाते हैं।

⁶⁶The Father explains all of these things in detail.

⁶¹तुम प्रैक्टिकल में बनते हो।

⁶⁷You become this in a practical way.

⁶²तुम जानते हो भगवान ने आकर बच्चों को पुरुषोत्तम बनाया है तब तो कहते हैं कि पतितों को पावन बनाने वाले पतित-पावन आओ।

⁶⁸You know that God came and made you children elevated and this is why you call out: O Purifier of the impure, come and make us pure!

⁶³पुरुषोत्तम मास की बड़ी महिमा सुनाते हैं ना।

⁶⁹People praise the leap month of charity a lot.

⁶⁴तो इस पुरुषोत्तम युग की बड़ी महिमा है।

⁷⁰Similarly, there is also great praise of the most auspicious confluence age.

⁶⁵कलियुग अर्थात् रात के बाद दिन जरूर आना है।

⁷¹The day definitely has to come after the night of the iron age.

⁶⁶दुःख के बाद सुख आता है।

⁷²Happiness comes after sorrow.

⁶⁷यह अक्षर भी क्लीयर है।

⁷³These words are also very clear.

⁶⁸स्त्री पुरुष दोनों उत्तम से उत्तम श्रेष्ठ ते श्रेष्ठ बनते हैं क्योंकि प्रवृत्ति मार्ग है।

⁷⁴Both husband and wife become the most elevated, the highest of all, because this is the household path.

⁶⁹सतयुग तो नामीग्रामी है, उनको ही सुखधाम कहा जाता है, फिर जब द्वापर युग आता है तब मनुष्य संन्यास धारण कर उत्तम बनते हैं इसलिए पतित मनुष्य जाकर उन्हों को माथा टेकते हैं।

⁷⁵The golden age is very well known and it is called the land of happiness. ⁷⁶Then, when the copper age comes, people adopt renunciation and become the highest and this is why impure human beings go and bow down in front of them.

⁷⁰पवित्र के आगे अपवित्र माथा टेकते हैं, यह तो कामन बात है।

⁷⁷Impure human beings go and bow down to pure beings; that is a common thing.

⁷¹पतित-पावन बाप को न जानने के कारण पतित-पावनी गंगा को पावन समझ जाकर माथा टेकते हैं।

⁷⁸Because of not knowing the Purifier Father, they consider the Ganges to be the Purifier and bow down to that.

⁷²गंगा और सागर का भी मेला लगता है।

⁷⁹There is the meeting of the Ganges with the Ocean.

⁷³तुम बच्चों को बाप बहुत क्लीयर कर समझाते हैं फिर भी बाप कहते हैं - कोटों में कोई, कोई में भी कोई समझते हैं। ⁷⁴उसमें भी आश्चर्यवत सुनन्ती, कथन्ती, फारकती देवन्ती और भागन्ती, डिससर्विस करन्ती बन जाते हैं।

⁸⁰The Father explains to you children very clearly. ⁸¹Even then, He says: Only a handful out of multimillions and only a few out of those understand; and in that too, there were those who were amazed by this knowledge when they heard it, who gave this knowledge to others, and who then divorced the Father and ran away.

⁷⁵सर्विस और डिससर्विस दोनों होती रहती हैं।

⁸²They became those who did disservice. ⁸³Service and disservice continue to take place.

⁷⁶भागन्ती भी बहुत होते हैं, जो बाप को नहीं जानते।

⁸⁴There are also many who don't recognise the Father and run away.

⁷⁷तुम पाप आत्मा से पुण्य आत्मा बनते हो।

⁸⁵You are becoming charitable souls from sinful souls.

⁷⁸फिर बच्चे ही बैठ विघ्न डालते हैं, डिससर्विस करते हैं तो कितना महान पाप है।

⁸⁶Then, some children create obstacles. ⁸⁷They do disservice, and so that is such a great sin.

⁷⁹रावण सबको महापापी बनाते हैं लेकिन जो बच्चे बन डिससर्विस करे उनके लिए ट्रिब्युनल बैठती है।

⁸⁸Ravan turns everyone into great sinners. ⁸⁹However, a tribunal will sit for those who become Baba’s children and who then do disservice.

⁸⁰भक्ति मार्ग में इतनी कड़ी सज़ा नहीं मिलती, परन्तु यहाँ बाप का बनकर फिर डिससर्विस करते तो बाप का राइटहैण्ड है धर्मराज इसलिए बाप कहते हैं - बच्चे मेरी सर्विस में मददगार बन फिर और ही उल्टा काम नहीं करना, डिससर्विस करेंगे तो फिर अबलाओं पर विघ्न पड़ेगा।

⁹⁰On the path of devotion, they don't receive such severe punishment. ⁹¹However, for those who belong to the Father and then do disservice, the Father's right hand is Dharamraj. ⁹²This is why the Father says: Children, after becoming My helpers in doing service, don't perform wrong actions.

⁸¹माताओं पर बाबा को तरस आता है।

⁹³When you do disservice, innocent ones face obstacles.

⁸²द्रोपदी के भी भगवान ने पांव दबाये हैं ना।

⁹⁴Baba has mercy for the mothers. ⁹⁵God even massaged the feet of Draupadi.

⁸³द्रोपदी ने पुकारा कि हमको नंगन करते हैं।

⁹⁶Draupadi called out: They are stripping me.

⁸⁴बाबा माताओं के सिर पर कलष रखते हैं।

⁹⁷Baba places the urn on the heads of the mothers.

⁸⁵पहले है माता, पीछे है पुरुष।

⁹⁸First are the mothers and then the men.

⁸⁶परन्तु आजकल पुरुषों में मगरूरी बहुत है कि मैं स्त्री का गुरू हूँ, पति ईश्वर हूँ, स्त्री मेरी दासी है।

⁹⁹However, nowadays, men still have a lot of arrogance of being his wife’s guru and her god and that his wife is his servant.

⁸⁷यहाँ बाप निरंहकारी बन माताओं के पांव भी दबाते हैं।

¹⁰⁰Here, the Father becomes egoless and even massages the feet of the mothers.

⁸⁸तुम थक गई हो।

¹⁰¹You are tired.

⁸⁹मैं तुम्हारी थकान दूर करने के लिए आया हूँ।

¹⁰²So I have come to remove your tiredness. ¹⁰³Everyone has rejected you mothers.

⁹⁰तुम माताओं का सभी ने तिरस्कार किया।

¹⁰⁴Sannyasis renounce their wives and leave.

⁹¹संन्यासी स्त्री को छोड़ चले जाते हैं। ⁹²कोई को 5-7 बच्चे होते हैं, सम्भाल नहीं सकते तो तंग होकर भाग जाते हैं। ⁹³रचना कर फिर उनको भटका कर जाते हैं।

¹⁰⁵Some, who are not able to take care of the five to seven children they have, become distressed and run away. ¹⁰⁶They create their creation, then go away leaving the children wandering around without support.

⁹⁴बाप कहते हैं - मैं किसको भटकाता नहीं हूँ।

¹⁰⁷The Father says: I don't make anyone wander around.

⁹⁵मैं तो सभी का दुःख हर्ता, सुख कर्ता हूँ।

¹⁰⁸I remove everyone's sorrow and grant them happiness.

⁹⁶माया आकर दुःखी करती है।

¹⁰⁹Maya comes and makes you unhappy.

⁹⁷यह भी खेल है।

¹¹⁰This too is a play.

⁹⁸अज्ञानकाल में मनुष्य समझते हैं कि भगवान ही दुःख सुख देते हैं परन्तु बाप ईश्वर यह धन्धा नहीं करते हैं।

¹¹¹People on the path of ignorance think that God gives happiness and sorrow. ¹¹²However, God, the Father, doesn't do such business.

⁹⁹यह तो कर्मों के अनुसार बना हुआ ड्रामा है, जो जैसा कर्म करता वैसा फल पाता है।

¹¹³This drama is created on the basis of karma. ¹¹⁴Whatever deeds each one performs, he accordingly receives the fruit of that.

¹⁰⁰इस समय श्रेष्ठ कर्म करने की बात है।

¹¹⁵It is a matter of performing elevated actions at this time.

¹⁰¹कर्म कूटने की बात नहीं। ¹⁰²कोई बीमार होते हैं, देवाला मारते हैं तो कर्म कूटते हैं।

¹¹⁶There is no question of repenting now for what you have done. ¹¹⁷When someone falls ill or goes bankrupt, he repents for his actions.

¹⁰³तुम बच्चे कितने सौभाग्यशाली बनते हो, जो 21 जन्म कब कर्म नहीं कूटना पड़ेगा।

¹¹⁸You children become so fortunate that you don't have to repent for any of your actions for 21 births.

¹⁰⁴कितना भारी फल है।

¹¹⁹This is such great fruit.

¹⁰⁵तो बाप की श्रीमत पर चलना चाहिए।

¹²⁰Therefore, you should follow the Father's shrimat.

¹⁰⁶बाप और कोई भी बात में इन्टरफियर नहीं करते हैं। ¹⁰⁷खाओ, पियो कुछ भी करो सिर्फ बाप और वर्से को याद करो।

¹²¹Eat, drink and do whatever else you have to, but just remember your Father and your inheritance and don't interfere in anything else.

¹⁰⁸तुम कहते हो हम पतित हैं तो बाप जो पावन बनने की युक्ति बताते हैं, उस पर चलो।

¹²²You say that you are impure. ¹²³Therefore, you should follow the method that the Father shows you to become pure.

¹⁰⁹सिर्फ याद की मेहनत है।

¹²⁴Only in having remembrance is there effort.

¹¹⁰माया के तूफानों से डरना नहीं है।

¹²⁵Don't be afraid of the storms of Maya.

¹¹¹गुप्त मेहनत है।

¹²⁶This needs incognito effort.

¹¹²ज्ञान भी गुप्त है, मुरली चलाना तो प्रत्यक्ष है। ¹¹³परन्तु इस वाणी से तुम पावन नहीं बनेंगे। ¹¹⁴पावन याद से ही बनेंगे।

¹²⁷Knowledge is also incognito. ¹²⁸It is a visible thing to conduct the murli, but you won't become pure by doing that; it is only by having remembrance that you will become pure.

¹¹⁵तो बेहद के बाप को याद करो और मददगार भी बनना चाहिए।

¹²⁹So remember the unlimited Father and also become His helper.

¹¹⁶रूहानी हॉस्पिटल और युनिवर्सिटी खोलने का भी पुरुषार्थ करो।

¹³⁰Also make effort to open a spiritual hospital and university. ¹³¹Go and give lectures at good places.

¹¹⁷कोई अच्छी जगह हो तो जाकर भाषण करो।

¹³²You don't have to hold books in your hands.

¹¹⁸तुमको हाथ में पुस्तक नहीं लेना है।

¹³³You have all of this knowledge in you.

¹¹⁹तुमको अन्दर सारा ज्ञान है, बाकी समझाने के लिए झाड़ त्रिमूर्ति, सृष्टि चक्र का सबको राज़ समझाना है।

¹³⁴However, in order to explain to everyone, you have to explain the secrets of the tree, the Trimurti and the world cycle. ¹³⁵The Father says: I create Brahmins through Brahma.

¹²⁰बाप कहते हैं - मैं ब्रह्मा द्वारा ब्राह्मण रचता हूँ।

¹³⁶Vishnu, the aim and objective of Brahmins, is standing there.

¹²¹ब्राह्मणों की एम आब्जेक्ट, विष्णु खड़ा है।

¹³⁷The One who makes you become that is the Teacher, the incorporeal One.

¹²²बनाने वाला टीचर वह है निराकार। ¹²³गाया हुआ है ब्रह्मा द्वारा स्थापना, विष्णु द्वारा पालना... कल्प पहले भी ऐसे ही चित्र बनवाये थे।

¹³⁸It is remembered that establishment takes place through Brahma and that sustenance takes place through Vishnu. ¹³⁹The same pictures were also created in the previous cycle.

¹²⁴देखो साइंस आदि से कितने मिसाइल्स बनाते हैं।

¹⁴⁰Look how many missiles they are manufacturing with science etc.!

¹²⁵तुम बच्चों को पुरुषोत्तम बनने में भी मेहनत लगती है क्योंकि जन्म-जन्मान्तर का बोझा सिर पर है।

¹⁴¹You children find that it needs effort to become the most elevated beings because there are burdens of many births on your heads.

¹²⁶सेकण्ड में सगाई हुई फिर आत्माओं को बाप को याद करना है, जो तमोप्रधान से सतोप्रधान बन जायें।

¹⁴²You become engaged in a second, but then you souls have to remember the Father so that you become satopradhan from tamopradhan.

¹²⁷बाप कहते हैं - मन्मनाभव, तुम कर्मयोगी हो।

¹⁴³The Father says: Manmanabhav! ¹⁴⁴You are karma yogis.

¹²⁸याद का चार्ट रखना चाहिए।

¹⁴⁵You should keep a chart of remembrance.

¹²⁹तुम्हारी लड़ाई माया के साथ है।

¹⁴⁶Your war is with Maya.

¹³⁰बहुत कड़ी लड़ाई है।

¹⁴⁷This is a very powerful war.

¹³¹तुम कोशिश करेंगे याद में रहने की, माया उड़ा देगी।

¹⁴⁸You try to stay in remembrance but Maya blows you away.

¹³²ज्ञान में कोई अड़चन नहीं।

¹⁴⁹There is no obstruction in knowledge.

¹³³आत्मा में 84 जन्मों के संस्कार भरे हुए हैं।

¹⁵⁰Souls have the sanskars of 84 births recorded in them.

¹³⁴ये अनादि बना-बनाया ड्रामा है।

¹⁵¹This drama is eternally predestined.

¹³⁵यह चक्र फिरता ही रहता है। ¹³⁶बन्द होने का नहीं है।

¹⁵²The cycle continues to turn; it will never stop.

¹³⁷सृष्टि रची ही क्यों, यह सवाल नहीं उठता।

¹⁵³There is no question of why the world was created.

¹³⁸आत्मा कैसे बदलेगी।

¹⁵⁴How do the number of souls change?

¹³⁹नई आत्मा कहाँ से आती नहीं है।

¹⁵⁵It isn't that new souls come from somewhere.

¹⁴⁰जो आत्माएं हैं वही हैं, कम जास्ती हो नहीं सकती। ¹⁴¹एक्टर सब पूरे हैं।

¹⁵⁶The souls that existed are the same ones who will exist; there cannot be any more or any fewer; there is an exact number of actors.

¹⁴²तुम बेहद के एक्टर्स हो, तुम जो कुछ देखते हो उतने एक्टर ड्रामा में हैं, इतने फिर होंगे।

¹⁵⁷You are unlimited actors. ¹⁵⁸Whatever you see, there are that many actors. ¹⁵⁹There will be just that many actors in the drama.

¹⁴³मोक्ष कोई पाता नहीं।

¹⁶⁰No one can receive eternal liberation.

¹⁴⁴मनुष्य आवागमन के चक्र से छूटना चाहते हैं, परन्तु छूट नहीं सकते हैं।

¹⁶¹Human beings want to become free from the cycle of coming and going, but they are unable to do so.

¹⁴⁵जो पार्ट बजाने आते हैं, उनको फिर आना है।

¹⁶²Those who come to play their parts have to come again.

¹⁴⁶बाप कहते हैं - मुझे भी इस पतित दुनिया में आना और जाना पड़ता है।

¹⁶³The Father says: I too have to come to this impure world and then go back.

¹⁴⁷कल्प-कल्प मैं आता हूँ।

¹⁶⁴I come every cycle.

¹⁴⁸जब मुझे ही आना पड़ता है तो बच्चों का बन्द कैसे हो सकता है।

¹⁶⁵Since I Myself have to come, how could it be possible for you children to stop coming back?

¹⁴⁹तुम 84 बार शरीर में आते हो, मैं एक ही बार आता हूँ।

¹⁶⁶Each of you comes into a body 84 times whereas I only come once.

¹⁵⁰मेरा आना जाना बड़ा वन्डर-फुल है, तब गाते हैं तुम्हरी गत मत तुम ही जानो... सद्गति करने के लिए जो मत है वह तुम ही जानो और न जाने कोई।

¹⁶⁷My coming and going is very wonderful! ¹⁶⁸That is why it is sung: “Only You know Your ways and means. ¹⁶⁹Only You know the directions You give us for salvation.

¹⁵¹वह गाते हैं तुम प्रैक्टिकल में हो।

¹⁷⁰No one else knows them.”

¹⁵²मूल बात है याद की, फिर अन्धों की लाठी बनना है।

¹⁷¹Those people sing this, whereas you are receiving this in a practical way.

¹⁵³ये है पुरुषोत्तम युग।

¹⁷²The main thing is remembrance.

¹⁵⁴यह 5000 वर्ष के बाद आता है।

¹⁷³Then you also have to become sticks for the blind.

¹⁵⁵पुरुषोत्तम मास तीन वर्ष के बाद आता है।

¹⁷⁴This is the most auspicious confluence age.

¹⁵⁶वह सब है भक्ति मार्ग।

¹⁷⁵This age comes every 5000 years.

¹⁵⁷उनके जन्त्र-मन्त्र की ढेर पुस्तके हैं।

¹⁷⁶The leap month of charity comes after every three years.

¹⁵⁸यहाँ तो वह बात नहीं है।

¹⁷⁷All of that is the path of devotion.

¹⁵⁹भक्ति न करने वालों को इरिलीजस कहते हैं।

¹⁷⁸They have so many books of mantras etc. ¹⁷⁹It is not like that here.

¹⁶⁰तो उन्हों को राज़ी करने के लिए निमित्त कुछ करना भी पड़ता है। ¹⁶¹बाप समझाते हैं मीठे बच्चे, कभी डिससर्विस करने का पुरुषार्थ नहीं करना।

¹⁸⁰Those who don't worship anyone are called irreligious. ¹⁸¹So you have to do something in name in order to keep them happy. ¹⁸²The Father explains: Sweet children, never make effort and do disservice.

¹⁶²कोई ट्रेटर बन जाते हैं तो उनको कहेंगे अजामिल।

¹⁸³Some become traitors and are therefore called Ajamil.

¹⁶³अजामिल, सूरदास आदि की कितनी कथायें हैं।

¹⁸⁴There are so many spiritual stories of Ajamil, Surdas etc.

¹⁶⁴यह सब है भक्ति मार्ग।

¹⁸⁵All of that is of the path of devotion.

¹⁶⁵उनसे भी जास्ती पाप आत्मा वह है जो यहाँ आकर, मेरा बनकर मुझे फारकती दे देते हैं।

¹⁸⁶Some souls who come here and belong to Me and then divorce Me are even more sinful than them.

¹⁶⁶मेरी निंदा कराते हैं, उनके लिए फिर ट्रिब्युनल बैठती है।

¹⁸⁷They defame Me and it is for them that the tribunal sits.

¹⁶⁷प्रतिज्ञा कर फिर डिससर्विस करेंगे तो कड़ी सजा मिलेगी।

¹⁸⁸Having made a promise, if they do disservice, there will be severe punishment.

¹⁶⁸पद ऊंचा है तो फिर भूल की भी कड़ी सजा है इसलिए कोई भी अवज्ञा नहीं करनी चाहिए।

¹⁸⁹On the one hand, the status is very high, but there is also very severe punishment for a mistake; so never be disobedient in any way.

¹⁶⁹गाया हुआ है सतगुरू का निंदक ठौर न पाये अर्थात् एम आब्जेक्ट पा न सके, नर से नारायण बनने का।

¹⁹⁰It is remembered: Those who defame the Satguru cannot reach their destination, that is, they cannot attain their aim and objective of becoming Narayan from an ordinary man.

¹⁷⁰गुरूओं से तुम पूछ सकते हो कि तुम कहते हो गुरू का निंदक... वह कौन सा ठौर है?

¹⁹¹Ask the gurus: You tell people that those who defame the guru cannot reach their destination. ¹⁹²Which destination is that?

¹⁷¹वह ठौर तो बता नहीं सकते।

¹⁹³They cannot show you the destination.

¹⁷²बाप की पाग उन्होंने अपने ऊपर रख दी है।

¹⁹⁴They have taken the Father’s title for themselves.

¹⁷³टीचर कहते हैं अगर पूरा पढ़ेंगे नहीं तो पद भी ऊंचा नहीं पायेंगे।

¹⁹⁵The Teacher says: If you don't study fully, you won't claim a high status.

¹⁷⁴पावन सो देवी-देवता बनना है।

¹⁹⁶You have to become pure and become deities.

¹⁷⁵यहाँ कोई पावन होते नहीं।

¹⁹⁷Not a single person here is pure.

¹⁷⁶अभी सबको पावन बनना है।

¹⁹⁸Everyone now has to become pure.

¹⁷⁷राज्य भाग्य 21 जन्मों के लिए मिलता है तो यह सिर्फ अन्तिम जन्म पावन बनना है, कितनी बड़ी प्राप्ति है।

¹⁹⁹You are receiving your fortune of the kingdom for 21 births. ²⁰⁰You just have to become pure in this final birth. ²⁰¹The attainment is so large.

¹⁷⁸प्राप्ति न होती तो ऐसा पुरुषार्थ करते क्या?

²⁰²If there were no attainment, why would you be making effort?

¹⁷⁹परन्तु माया ऐसी है जो ऊंच प्राप्ति में भी विघ्न डालती है और गिरा देती है।

²⁰³However, Maya is such that she creates obstacles to your elevated attainments and makes you fall. ²⁰⁴Oh!

¹⁸⁰अहो मम् माया... अच्छा! ¹⁸¹मीठे-मीठे सिकीलधे बच्चों प्रति मात-पिता बापदादा का याद-प्यार और गुडमार्निंग।

¹⁸⁶अवज्ञाओं से बचना है, पुरुषोत्तम बनना है।

²¹²Save yourself from being disobedient and become the most elevated of all.

¹⁸⁷2) माया के तूफानों से डरना नहीं पावन बनने के लिए याद में रहने का पुरुषार्थ करना है।

²¹³ 2. Don't be afraid of the storms of Maya. ²¹⁴In order to become pure, make effort to stay in remembrance.

²¹⁶ In order to become a “light-and-might house”, like the Father, when you see or hear about any situation, understand its essence and then practise merging it or transforming it in a second.

¹⁹⁰क्यों, क्या के विस्तार में नहीं जाओ क्योंकि किसी भी बात के विस्तार में जाने से समय और शक्तियां व्यर्थ जाती हैं।

²¹⁷Do not go into the expansion of “Why?” or “What?”, because energy and time are wasted by going into any type of expansion.

¹⁹¹तो विस्तार को समाकर सार में स्थित होने का अभ्यास करो - इससे अन्य आत्माओं को भी एक सेकण्ड में सारे ज्ञान का सार अनुभव करा सकेंगे।

²¹⁸So, merge any expansion and practise stabilising in the stage of the essence. ²¹⁹By doing this, you will be able to make many other souls experience the essence of all the knowledge in a second.
