¹Essence: Sweet children, throughout the day, your intellects should only have thoughts of doing service. ²You have to bring benefit to everyone, because you are sticks for the blind.

²प्रश्न:- ऊंच पद पाने के लिए मुख्य कौन सी धारणा चाहिए? ³उत्तर:- ऊंच पद तब मिलेगा जब अपनी कर्मेन्द्रियों पर पूरा-पूरा कन्ट्रोल होगा।

³Question: What main dharna do you need in order to achieve a high status? ⁴Answer: Only when you have full control over your physical organs will you receive a high status.

⁴अगर कर्मेन्द्रियाँ वश नहीं, चलन ठीक नहीं, बहुत अधिक तमन्नायें हैं, हबच (लालच) है तो ऊंच पद से वंचित हो जायेंगे।

⁵When your physical organs are not under your control, your activity is not correct. ⁶If there are too many desires and you have the habit of being greedy, you will be deprived of a high status.

⁵ऊंच पद पाना है तो मात-पिता को पूरा फालो करो। ⁶कर्मेन्द्रिय जीत बनो।

⁷If you want to receive a high status, follow the mother and father fully.

⁹प्रदर्शनी के लिए यह गीत बहुत अच्छा है, ऐसे नहीं प्रदर्शनी में रिकार्ड नहीं बजाये जा सकते।

¹¹This song is very good for exhibitions. ¹²It is not that you mustn’t play records at the exhibitions.

¹⁰इस पर भी तुम समझा सकते हो क्योंकि पुकारते तो सब हैं। ¹¹परन्तु यह नहीं जानते हैं कि जाना कहाँ है और कौन ले जायेगा।

¹³You can explain very well using this song, because, although everyone is calling out, they do not know where they have to go or who will take them.

¹²जैसेकि ड्रामा अथवा भावी वश भक्तों को भक्ति करनी है।

¹⁴It is as though devotees have to perform devotion because of the drama and their destiny.

¹³जब भक्ति पूरी होती है तब ही बाप आते हैं।

¹⁵Only when devotion ends does the Father come.

¹⁴कितने दर-दर भटकते हैं। ¹⁵मेले मलाखड़े लगते हैं।

¹⁶They wander around so much from door to door and hold so many fairs etc.

¹⁶दिन-प्रतिदिन वृद्धि को पाते जाते हैं, श्रद्धा से तीर्थो पर जाना भटकना चलता ही आता है।

¹⁷Expansion continues day by day. ¹⁸Because of their faith, they continue to wander around on pilgrimages.

¹⁷बहुत समय हो जाता है तो भी गवर्मेन्ट स्टैम्प आदि बनाती रहती है।

¹⁹Even though that has been happening for a long time, the Government still makes stamps of them.

¹⁸साधुओं आदि के भी स्टैम्प बनाती है। ¹⁹बर्थ डे मनाते हैं।

²⁰They also make stamps of sages, etc. and celebrate their birthdays.

²⁰यह सब है रावण-राज्य का अथवा माया का भभका, उनका भी मेला मलाखड़ा चाहिए।

²¹All of that is the pomp of the kingdom of Ravan, that is, the pomp of Maya. ²²However, their fairs are also needed.

²¹आधाकल्प से तुम रावणराज्य में भटकते रहे।

²³For half a cycle, you have been wandering around in the kingdom of Ravan.

²²अब बाबा आकर रावणराज्य से छुड़ाए रामराज्य में ले जाते हैं।

²⁴Baba has now come to liberate you from the kingdom of Ravan and send you to the kingdom of Rama.

²³दुनिया यह नहीं जानती कि आपेही पूज्य आपेही पुजारी यह महिमा किसकी है।

²⁵The world does not know to whom the praise, "The one who is worthy of worship then becomes a worshipper", belongs.

²⁴पहले 16 कला सम्पूर्ण, पूज्य रहते हैं फिर 2 कला कम हो जाती है तो उनको सेमी कहेंगे। ²⁵फुल पूज्य फिर दो कला कम होने से सेमी पूज्य कहेंगे।

²⁶At first they are 16 celestial degrees full and then they lose two degrees and so are called semi. ²⁷They are at first fully worthy of worship and, when they lose two degrees, they become semi-worthy of worship.

²⁶तुम जानते हो पुजारी से फिर पूज्य बन रहे हैं। ²⁷फिर सेमी पूज्य बनेंगे।

²⁸You know that you are becoming worthy of worship from worshippers and you will afterwards become semi-worthy of worship again.

²⁸अब इस कलियुग के अन्त में हमारा पुजारी पने का पार्ट खत्म होता है।

²⁹Now, at the end of the iron age, our parts of being worshippers have ended.

²⁹पूज्य बनाने लिए बाबा को आना पड़ता है।

³⁰Baba has to come to make us worthy of worship.

³⁰अब बाबा विश्व का मालिक बनाते हैं।

³¹Baba is now making us into the masters of the kingdom.

³¹विश्व तो यह भी है, वह भी होगी। ³²वहाँ मनुष्य बहुत थोड़े होते हैं। ³³एक धर्म होता है।

³²This is a world and that too is a world, but there will be very few people there and there will only be one religion.

³⁴अनेक धर्म होने से भी हंगामा होता है।

³³There is conflict because of numerous religions.

³⁵अब बाबा आया है लायक बनाने।

³⁴Baba has now come to make us worthy.

³⁶जितना बाबा को याद करेंगे उतना अपना भी कल्याण करेंगे।

³⁵You bring benefit to yourself to the extent that you remember Baba.

³⁷देखना है कि कल्याण करने का कितना शौक रहता है!

³⁶Check how much interest you maintain in bringing benefit.

³⁸जैसे आर्टिस्ट हैं उनको ख्याल रहता है ऐसे-ऐसे चित्र बनायें जिससे मनुष्य अच्छी रीति समझ जायें।

³⁷For example, there are artists who think of painting such pictures that people can understand accurately from them.

³⁹समझेंगे हम बेहद के बाप की सर्विस करते हैं।

³⁸They think: We are doing service for the unlimited Father.

⁴⁰भारत को स्वर्ग बनाना है।

³⁹Bharat has to be made into heaven.

⁴¹प्रदर्शनी में देखो कितने ढेर आते हैं।

⁴⁰Just look how many come to exhibitions!

⁴²तो प्रदर्शनी के ऐसे चित्र बनायें जो कोई भी समझ जायें कि यह चित्र एक्यूरेट रास्ता बताने वाले हैं।

⁴¹Therefore, such pictures should be made so that anyone can understand that these pictures show the accurate path.

⁴³मेले मलाखड़े आदि जो हैं वह तो उनके आगे कुछ भी नहीं हैं।

⁴²Fairs etc. that others hold are nothing compared to this one!

⁴⁴आर्टिस्ट जो इस ज्ञान को समझते हैं, उनकी बुद्धि में रहेगा - ऐसे-ऐसे चित्र बनायें जो बहुतों का कल्याण हो जाये।

⁴³It should be in the intellects of the artists who understand this knowledge that they have to make such pictures that they will bring benefit to many.

⁴⁵रात-दिन बुद्धि इस बात में लगी रहे।

⁴⁴Day and night, your intellects should be engrossed in this.

⁴⁶इन चीज़ों का बहुत शौक रहता है।

⁴⁵Some take a lot of interest in these things.

⁴⁷मौत तो अचानक आता है। ⁴⁸अगर जुत्ती आदि की याद में रहे, मौत आ गया तो जुत्ती जैसा जन्म मिलेगा।

⁴⁶Death comes suddenly, and so if you stay in remembrance of shoes etc. and you die, you will receive a birth as worthless as a shoe!

⁴⁹यहाँ तो बाप कहते हैं देह सहित सबको भूलना है।

⁴⁷The Father says: Here, you have to forget everything, including your body.

⁵⁰यह भी तुम समझते हो कि बाप कौन है?

⁴⁸You also understand who the Father is.

⁵¹कोई से पूछो आत्माओं के बाप को जानते हो? ⁵²कहते हैं नहीं।

⁴⁹Ask anyone, "Do you know the Father of all souls?", and they will say, "No".

⁵³याद कितना करते हैं, मांगते रहते हैं।

⁵⁰They remember Him so much and say, "Give us this!"

⁵⁴देवियों से भी जाकर मांगते हैं।

⁵¹They also go in front of the goddesses and pray.

⁵⁵देवी की पूजा की और कुछ मिल गया तो बस उन पर कुर्बान हो जाते हैं।

⁵²They pray to a goddess and if they receive something from her, they sacrifice themselves to her.

⁵⁶फिर पुजारी को भी पकड़ लेते हैं, वह भी आशीर्वाद आदि करते हैं।

⁵³Then they also go to a priest and he too gives blessings.

⁵⁷कितनी अन्धश्रद्धा है।

⁵⁴There is so much blind faith!

⁵⁸तो ऐसे-ऐसे गीतों पर प्रदर्शनी में भी समझा सकते हो।

⁵⁵Therefore, you should explain using such songs at exhibitions.

⁵⁹यह प्रदर्शनी तो गाँव-गाँव में जायेगी।

⁵⁶This exhibition will go to many villages.

⁶⁰बाप गरीब निवाज़ है। ⁶¹उन्हों को जोर से उठाना है।

⁵⁷The Father is the Lord of the Poor, and so they have to be uplifted very well.

⁶²साहूकार तो कोटों में कोई निकलेगा।

⁵⁸Out of the many rich ones, only a few will emerge.

⁶³प्रजा तो ढेर है।

⁵⁹There are many subjects.

⁶⁴यहाँ तो मनुष्य से देवता बनना है।

⁶⁰Here, you have to become deities from human beings.

⁶⁵बाप से वर्सा मिलता है।

⁶¹You receive the inheritance from the Father.

⁶⁶पहले-पहले तो बाप को जानना चाहिए कि वह हमको पढ़ाते हैं।

⁶²Firstly, you have to know the Father, that He is the One who is teaching us.

⁶⁷इस समय मनुष्य कितने पत्थर बुद्धि हैं।

⁶³At this time, human beings have stone intellects.

⁶⁸देखते भी हैं इतने सेन्टर्स पर आते हैं, सबको निश्चय है! ⁶⁹बाप टीचर सतगुरू है, यह भी समझते नहीं हैं।

⁶⁴You can also see that many come to the centres. ⁶⁵They have the faith that He is the Father, Teacher and Satguru, and yet they still do not understand!

⁷⁰एक दूसरा गीत भी है कि इस पाप की दुनिया से..... वह भी अच्छा है, यह पाप की दुनिया तो है ही।

⁶⁶There is also another song: Take us away from this land of sin. ⁶⁷This song is good also. ⁶⁸This is the world of sin.

⁷¹भगवानुवाच - यह आसुरी सम्प्रदाय है, मैं इनको दैवी सम्प्रदाय बनाता हूँ। ⁷²फिर मनुष्यों की कमेटियाँ आदि यह कार्य कैसे कर सकती।

⁶⁹God speaks: This is the devilish community which I am making into the divine community, so how can committees of human beings carry out this task?

⁷³यहाँ तो सारी बात ही बुद्धि की है।

⁷⁰Here, everything is connected with the intellect.

⁷⁴भगवान कहते हैं तुम पतित हो, तुमको भविष्य के लिए पावन सो देवता बनाता हूँ।

⁷¹God says: You are impure; I make you pure for the future, that is, into deities.

⁷⁵इस समय सभी पतित हैं।

⁷²At this time, all are impure.

⁷⁶पतित अक्षर ही विकार पर है।

⁷³The word ‘impure’ refers to vice.

⁷⁷सतयुग में वाइसलेस वर्ल्ड थी। ⁷⁸यह है विशश वर्ल्ड।

⁷⁴In the golden age there was the viceless world, whereas this is the vicious world.

⁷⁹कृष्ण को 16108 रानियां दे दी हैं।

⁷⁵They have shown Krishna having 16,108 queens.

⁸⁰यह भी ड्रामा में नूँध है।

⁷⁶That too is fixed in the drama.

⁸¹जो भी शास्त्र बनाये हुए हैं, उनमें ग्लानि कर दी है।

⁷⁷All the scriptures that have been written contain a lot of defamation.

⁸²बाबा जो स्वर्ग बनाते हैं उनके लिए भी क्या-क्या कहते हैं।

⁷⁸They have also said many things about Baba, the One who creates heaven.

⁸³अभी तुम जानते हो बाबा हमको कितना ऊंच बनाते हैं।

⁷⁹You now know how elevated Baba is making you. ⁸⁰He gives you such good teachings.

⁸⁴कितनी अच्छी शिक्षा देते हैं। ⁸⁵सच्चा-सच्चा सतसंग यह है।

⁸¹This company of the Truth (satsang) is the true one; the rest are the company of falsehood.

⁸⁶बाकी सब हैं झूठ संग। ⁸⁷ऐसे को फिर परमपिता परमात्मा आकर विश्व का मालिक बनाते हैं।

⁸²The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, comes and makes such ones into the masters of the world.

⁸⁸बाप समझाते हैं बच्चे, तुमको अब अन्धों की लाठी बनना है।

⁸³The Father explains: You children now have to become sticks for the blind.

⁸⁹जो खुद ही सज्जे नहीं हैं वह फिर औरों की लाठी क्या बनेंगे!

⁸⁴How could anyone who cannot see be a stick for others?

⁹⁰भल करके ज्ञान का विनाश नहीं होता। ⁹¹एक बारी माँ बाप कहा तो कुछ न कुछ मिलना चाहिए।

⁸⁵This knowledge is never destroyed, and once you say "Mother and Father" you will receive one status or another.

⁹²परन्तु नम्बरवार पद तो है ना।

⁸⁶However, it is numberwise.

⁹³चलन से भी कुछ मालूम पड़ जाता है। ⁹⁴फिर भी पुरुषार्थ कराया जाता है।

⁸⁷This can be known from your behaviour; nevertheless, you are told to make effort.

⁹⁵ऐसे नहीं जो मिला सो ठीक।

⁸⁸You should not be content with whatever you receive.

⁹⁶पुरुषार्थ से ऊंच प्रालब्ध मिलनी है।

⁸⁹By making effort you can attain an elevated reward.

⁹⁷बिगर पुरुषार्थ तो पानी भी न मिले।

⁹⁰Without making effort, you cannot even receive water.

⁹⁸इसको कर्मक्षेत्र कहा जाता है, यहाँ कर्म बिगर मनुष्य रह न सके।

⁹¹This is known as the field of action. ⁹²Humans cannot stay without performing any action.

⁹⁹कर्म संन्यास अक्षर ही रांग है।

⁹³The term, “renunciation of action” (karma sannyas) is wrong.

¹⁰⁰बहुत हठ करते हैं।

⁹⁴Many use force.

¹⁰¹पानी पर, आग पर चलना सीखते हैं। ¹⁰²परन्तु फायदा क्या मिला?

⁹⁵They learn to walk on water or over fire, but what benefit do they gain from that?

¹⁰³मुफ्त आयु गँवाते हैं।

⁹⁶They waste their lives for nothing.

¹⁰⁴भक्ति की जाती है रावण के दुःख से छूटने के लिए। ¹⁰⁵छूटकर फिर वापिस जाना है इसलिए सब याद करते हैं, हम मुक्तिधाम में जायें अथवा सुखधाम में जायें।

⁹⁷Devotion is performed to become free from the sorrow of Ravan; to become free and then return home. ⁹⁸This is why everyone remembers that we go to the land of liberation and to the land of happiness.

¹⁰⁶दोनों ही पास्ट हो गये हैं।

⁹⁹Both have become the past.

¹⁰⁷भारत सुखधाम था, अब नर्क है तो नर्कवासी कहेंगे ना।

¹⁰⁰Bharat was the land of happiness, but it is now hell.

¹⁰⁸तुम खुद कहते हो फलाना स्वर्गवासी हुआ।

¹⁰¹Therefore, people are called residents of hell.

¹⁰⁹अच्छा तुम तो नर्क में हो ना। ¹¹⁰हेविन के अगेन्स्ट हेल है।

¹⁰²You yourselves say, “So-and-so has become a resident of heaven.”

¹¹¹बाकी वह तो है शान्तिधाम।

¹⁰³Achcha, but you are still in hell.

¹¹²बड़े-बड़े लोग इतना भी समझते नहीं है।

¹⁰⁴Against heaven is hell; the other is the land of peace.

¹¹³अपने को आपेही सिद्ध करते हैं हम हेल में हैं।

¹⁰⁵Important people do not even understand this much.

¹¹⁴बड़ी युक्ति से सिद्ध कर बताना है।

¹⁰⁶They prove themselves to be in hell.

¹¹⁵यह प्रदर्शनी तो बहुत काम कर दिखायेगी।

¹⁰⁷You have to prove this to them with great tact.

¹¹⁶इस समय मनुष्य कितने पाप करते हैं।

¹⁰⁸This exhibition will do a lot of work.

¹¹⁷स्वर्ग में ऐसी बातें होती नहीं।

¹⁰⁹At this time, human beings commit so much sin.

¹¹⁸वहाँ तो प्रालब्ध है।

¹¹⁰This does not happen in the golden age.

¹¹⁹तुम फिर से अब स्वर्ग में चलते हो, तुम कहेंगे अनेक बार इस विश्व के मालिक हम बने हैं, फिर अब बन रहे हैं।

¹¹¹There, it is the reward and we are going there once again. ¹¹²You say that you have become the masters of the world many times and are now becoming that once again.

¹²⁰दुनिया में किसको भी पता नहीं।

¹¹³No one else in the world knows this.

¹²¹तुम्हारे में भी कोई समझते हैं।

¹¹⁴Among you also, only some understand.

¹²²इस खेल से कोई छूट नहीं सकते।

¹¹⁵No one can be freed from this play.

¹²³मोक्ष भी मनुष्य तब चाहते हैं, जब दुःखी होते हैं।

¹¹⁶It is only when human beings are unhappy that they want eternal liberation.

¹²⁴बाबा तो कहते हैं - अच्छी रीति पुरुषार्थ करो।

¹¹⁷Baba says: Make effort well.

¹²⁵माँ बाप को फालो कर अच्छा पद पा लो, अपनी चलन को सुधारो।

¹¹⁸Follow the mother and father and claim a good status. ¹¹⁹Reform your behaviour.

¹²⁶बाप तो राह बताते हैं फिर उस पर क्यों नहीं चलते हो।

¹²⁰Only the Father shows the path, so why do you not follow it?

¹²⁷जास्ती तमन्नायें नहीं रखनी चाहिए।

¹²¹You must not have so many desires.

¹²⁸यज्ञ से जो मिले सो खाना है।

¹²²Only eat what you receive from the yagya.

¹²⁹हबच (लालच) है, कर्मेन्द्रियाँ वश में नहीं है तो पद भी ऊंचा नहीं पा सकते।

¹²³If there is greed, if your physical organs are not under your control, you won’t be able to claim a high status.

¹³⁰तो ऐसे-ऐसे गीत प्रदर्शनी में बजाए उस पर तुम समझा सकते हो।

¹²⁴You should play such songs at the exhibitions and explain them.

¹³¹तुम हो शिवबाबा के परिवार।

¹²⁵You are the family of Shiv Baba.

¹³²शिवबाबा के ऊपर तो कोई है नहीं। ¹³³और सबके ऊपर तो कोई न कोई निकलेंगे।

¹²⁶There is no one higher than Shiv Baba; all the rest have someone higher than them.

¹³⁴84 जन्म में दादा, बाबा भी 84 मिलते हैं।

¹²⁷In 84 births you have 84 fathers and 84 grandfathers.

¹³⁵शिवबाबा है रचता, अब नई रचना रच रहे हैं अर्थात् पुरानी को नया बनाते हैं।

¹²⁸Shiv Baba is the Creator and He is now creating a new creation, that is, He is making the old new.

¹³⁶तुम जानते हो हम सांवरे से गोरे बनते हैं, स्वर्ग में श्रीकृष्ण है नम्बरवन।

¹²⁹You know that you are becoming beautiful from ugly. ¹³⁰In heaven Shri Krishna is number one and he also has to take birth at the end.

¹³⁷फिर लास्ट में उनका जन्म है।

¹³¹He is now going to become number one again.

¹³⁸फिर यही पहला नम्बर बनता है।

¹³²Shri Krishna has taken the full 84 births.

¹³⁹पूरे-पूरे 84 जन्म श्रीकृष्ण ने लिये हैं। ¹⁴⁰सूर्यवंशी दैवी सम्प्रदाय ने पूरे 84 जन्म लिये।

¹³³All of those of the sun dynasty, the divine community, have taken the full 84 births.

¹⁴¹बाप कहते हैं जो श्रीकृष्ण पहला नम्बर था, उनके ही अन्तिम जन्म में प्रवेश कर फिर उनको श्रीकृष्ण बनाता हूँ।

¹³⁴The Father says: I enter the final body of Shri Krishna, the one who was number one, and make him into Shri Krishna once again.

¹⁴²अच्छा।

¹³⁵Achcha.

¹⁴³मीठे-मीठे सिकीलधे बच्चों प्रति मात-पिता बापदादा का याद-प्यार और गुडमार्निंग।

¹³⁶To the sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now-found children, love, remembrance and good morning from the Mother, the Father, BapDada.

¹⁴⁴रूहानी बाप की रूहानी बच्चों को नमस्ते।

¹³⁷The spiritual Father says namaste to the spiritual children.

¹⁴⁵धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार:-

¹³⁸Essence for dharna:

¹⁴⁶1) कोई भी विनाशी तमन्नायें नहीं रखनी है।

¹³⁹ 1. You must not have any perishable desires.

¹⁴⁷अपना और सर्व का कल्याण करना है।

¹⁴⁰Bring benefit to yourself and others.

¹⁴⁸2) देह सहित सब कुछ भूल वापस घर चलना है - इसलिए चेक करना है कि बुद्धि कहीं पर भी अटकी हुई न हो।

¹⁴¹ 2. You have to forget everything, including your body, and return home. ¹⁴²Therefore, check that ¹⁴³ 3. your intellect is not trapped anywhere.

¹⁴⁹वरदान:- “नेचुरल अटेन्शन'' को अपनी नेचर (आदत) बनाने वाले स्मृति स्वरूप भव

¹⁴⁴Blessing: May you make “natural attention” your nature and become an embodiment of remembrance. ¹⁴⁵ Soldiers in an army must never be careless. ¹⁴⁶They must always pay attention and remain alert.

¹⁵⁰सेना में जो सैनिक होते हैं वह कभी भी अलबेले नहीं रहते, सदा अटेन्शन में अलर्ट रहते हैं।

¹⁴⁷You are also the Pandava Army, so let there not be the slightest carelessness. ¹⁴⁸Let attention become your natural method.

¹⁵¹आप भी पाण्डव सेना हो इसमें जरा भी अबेलापन न हो।

¹⁴⁹Some have tension while paying attention, but a life of tension cannot continue all the time.

¹⁵²अटेन्शन एक नेचुरल विधि बन जाए। ¹⁵³कई अटेन्शन का भी टेन्शन रखते हैं।

¹⁵⁰Therefore, make paying natural attention your nature and your habit of forgetfulness will finish.

¹⁵⁴लेकिन टेन्शन की लाइफ सदा नहीं चल सकती, इसलिए नेचुरल अटेन्शन अपनी नेचर बनाओ। ¹⁵⁵अटेन्शन रखने से स्वतः स्मृति स्वरूप बन जायेंगे, विस्मृति की आदत छूट जायेगी। ¹⁵⁶स्लोगन:- स्वयं के स्वयं टीचर बनो तो सर्व कमजोरियां स्वतः समाप्त हो जायेंगी।

¹⁵⁹पहले-पहले मनुष्य को अपनी सुखी जीवन बनाने के लिये कौनसी मुख्य प्वाइन्ट बुद्धि में रखनी है?

¹⁵⁵Which main points should people first of all keep in their intellects in order to have a happy life? ¹⁵⁶First of all you have to understand the main thing.

¹⁶⁰पहले तो यह मुख्य बात समझनी है कि जिस परमात्मा बाप की हम संतान हैं, उस बाप की याद में हर समय श्वांसो श्वांस उपस्थित रहें, उस अभ्यास में रहने की पूर्ण रीति से कोशिश करनी है। ¹⁶¹अब श्वांसों श्वांस का मतलब है लगातार बुद्धियोग लगा रहे, जिसको निरंतर योग, अटूट अजपाजाप याद कहा जाता है, यह कोई मुख से जपने वाली याद नहीं है और न कोई मूर्ति सामने रख उसका ध्यान करना है। ¹⁶²परन्तु यह बुद्धियोग द्वारा याद रखनी है, अब वो याद भी निरन्तर तब रह सकेगी जब परमात्मा का पूरा परिचय हो, तब ही ध्यान पूर्ण लग सकेगा। ¹⁶³परन्तु परमात्मा तो गीता में साफ कहते हैं, न मैं ध्यान से, न जप से मिलता हूँ और न मेरी सूरत को सामने रख उनका ध्यान करना है परन्तु ज्ञान योग द्वारा परमात्मा को पाना है इसलिए पहले चाहिए ज्ञान, ज्ञान बिगर याद कायम रह नहीं सकेगी।

¹⁵⁷We have to have remembrance in every breath of God, the Father, whose children we are.

¹⁶⁴याद का तैलुक है ही ज्ञान से।

¹⁵⁸We have to try to practise this fully.

¹⁶⁵अब ज्ञान से, चाहे मन से कल्पना करें वा बैठकर दर्शन करें अगर उस देखी हुई चीज़ का भी पहले ज्ञान होगा तब ही योग और ध्यान ठीक लग सकता है इसलिए परमात्मा कहते हैं मैं कौन हूँ, मेरे साथ कैसे योग लगाना है, उसका भी ज्ञान चाहिए।

¹⁵⁹In every breath means the intellect is constantly connected in yoga, and this is called constant yoga, the chant of unbroken remembrance. ¹⁶⁰This is not remembrance that you speak with your lips, nor do we have to keep an idol in front of us and meditate on that. ¹⁶¹We have to have this remembrance with our intellects’ yoga.

¹⁶⁶ज्ञान के लिये फिर पहले संग चाहिए, अब यह सब ज्ञान की प्वाइन्ट बुद्धि में रखनी है तब ही योग ठीक लग सकेगा। ¹⁶⁷2) “सृष्टि की आदि कैसे होगी? ¹⁶⁸''

¹⁶²We will be able to constantly have that remembrance when we have God’s full introduction, only then will we be able to focus on Him fully. ¹⁶³However, God clearly says in the Gita: I cannot be found by dhyan (concentrating on Him) or through chanting.

¹⁶⁹मनुष्य पूछते हैं कि परमात्मा ने सृष्टि कैसे रची? ¹⁷⁰आदि में कौनसा मनुष्य रचा, अब उसका नाम रूप समझना चाहते हैं।

¹⁶⁴Nor do you have to keep My image in front of you and focus on that, but you have to attain God by having knowledge and yoga. ¹⁶⁵This is why you first of all need knowledge.

¹⁷¹अब उस पर उन्हों को समझाया जाता है कि परमात्मा ने सृष्टि की आदि ब्रह्मा तन से की है, पहला आदमी ब्रह्मा रचा है।

¹⁶⁶Without knowledge, you cannot have constant remembrance. ¹⁶⁷Remembrance is connected with knowledge. ¹⁶⁸Now, with knowledge, you can imagine with your mind or you can sit and have a glimpse (darshan).

¹⁷²तो जिस परमात्मा ने सृष्टि की आदि की है, तो अवश्य परमात्मा ने भी इस सृष्टि में अपना पार्ट बजाया है।

¹⁶⁹If you have knowledge beforehand, you can have proper yoga and dhyan. ¹⁷⁰Therefore, God says: Who am I? ¹⁷¹How can you have yoga with Me? ¹⁷²You need knowledge for this.

¹⁷³अब परमात्मा ने कैसे पार्ट बजाया?

¹⁷³For knowledge, you must first of all have company.

¹⁷⁴पहले तो परमात्मा ने सृष्टि को रचा, उसमें भी पहले ब्रह्मा को रचा, तो गोया पहले ब्रह्मा की आत्मा पवित्र हुई, वही जाकर श्रीकृष्ण बनी, उसी तन द्वारा फिर देवी देवताओं के सृष्टि की स्थापना की।

¹⁷⁴You now have to keep all of these points of knowledge in your intellects, for only then will you be able to have good yoga. ¹⁷⁵2) How will the world begin? ¹⁷⁶People ask how God created the world. ¹⁷⁷Which human being did He create first?

¹⁷⁵तो दैवी सृष्टि की रचना ब्रह्मा तन द्वारा कराई, तो देवी देवतायें का आदि पिता ठहरा ब्रह्मा, ब्रह्मा सो श्रीकृष्ण बनता है, वही श्रीकृष्ण का फिर अन्त का जन्म ब्रह्मा है।

¹⁷⁸We have to understand His name and form. ¹⁷⁹For this, you have to explain that God created the world through the body of Brahma. ¹⁸⁰The first person He created was Brahma. ¹⁸¹So, if God created the world, He must definitely have played His own part in that world.

¹⁷⁶अब ऐसे ही सृष्टि का नियम चलता आता है।

¹⁸²How did God play His part? ¹⁸³First of all, God created the world.

¹⁷⁷अब वही आत्मा सुख का पार्ट पूरा कर दुःख के पार्ट में आती है, तो रजो तमो अवस्था पास कर फिर शूद्र से ब्राह्मण बनती है।

¹⁸⁴He also first of all created Brahma in that. ¹⁸⁵So, this means the Brahma soul became pure first. ¹⁸⁶Then He became Shri Krishna. ¹⁸⁷Through that body (of Brahma), He established the world of deities.

¹⁷⁸तो हम हैं ब्रह्मावंशी सो शिववंशी सच्चे ब्राह्मण। ¹⁷⁹अब ब्रह्मावंशी उसको कहते हैं - जो ब्रह्मा के द्वारा अविनाशी ज्ञान लेकर पवित्र बनते हैं। ¹⁸⁰3) ओम् शब्द का यथार्थ अर्थ

¹⁸⁸He inspired the creation of the deity world through the body of Brahma, and so Adi Pita (first father) of the deities is Brahma. ¹⁸⁹Brahma becomes Shri Krishna and then the same Shri Krishna becomes Brahma in his last birth.

¹⁸¹जब हम ओम् शान्ति शब्द कहते हैं तो पहले पहले ओम् शब्द के अर्थ को पूर्ण रीति से समझना है।

¹⁹⁰The world continues systematically in this way. ¹⁹¹The same soul finishes his part of happiness and plays a part of sorrow.

¹⁸²अगर कोई से पूछा जाए ओम् का अर्थ क्या है?

¹⁹²So, he passes through the rajo and tamo stages and becomes a Brahmin from a Shudra.

¹⁸³तो वो लोग ओम् का अर्थ बहुत ही लम्बा चौड़ा सुनाते हैं।

¹⁹³So, we are the clan of Brahma and so the clan of Shiva, the true Brahmins.

¹⁸⁴ओम् का अर्थ ओंकार बड़े आवाज़ से सुनाते हैं, इस ओम् पर फिर लम्बा चौड़ा शास्त्र बना देते हैं, परन्तु वास्तव में ओम् का अर्थ कोई लम्बा चौड़ा नहीं है।

¹⁹⁴The clan of Brahma is of those who receive imperishable knowledge through Brahma and become pure. ¹⁹⁵3) The real meaning of the word “Om”. ¹⁹⁶When we say the words “Om shanti”, we first of all have to understand fully the meaning of “Om”.

¹⁸⁵अपने को तो स्वयं परमात्मा ओम् का अर्थ बहुत ही सरल और सहज समझाते हैं।

¹⁹⁷When you ask someone what the meaning of “Om” is, he would give a very long and complicated meaning.

¹⁸⁶ओम् का अर्थ है मैं आत्मा हूँ, मेरा असली धर्म शान्त स्वरूप है।

¹⁹⁸They relate the meaning of “Om” as the “Omkar” very loudly, and then they create a huge scripture based on “Om”.

¹⁸⁷अब इस ओम् के अर्थ में उपस्थित रहना है, तो ओम् का अर्थ मैं आत्मा परमात्मा की संतान हूँ।

¹⁹⁹However, the meaning of “Om” is not long and complicated. ²⁰⁰God has explained to us a very simple and easy meaning of “Om”.

¹⁸⁸मुख्य बात यह हुई कि ओम् के अर्थ में सिर्फ टिकना है, बाकी मुख से ओम् का उच्चारण करने की जरूरत नहीं है।

²⁰¹“Om” means “I am a soul” and my original religion is being an embodiment of peace. ²⁰²We now have to be stable in the meaning of “Om”.

¹⁸⁹यह तो बुद्धि में निश्चय रखकर चलना है।

²⁰³So, the meaning of “Om” is “I, a soul, am a child of God”.

¹⁹⁰ओम् का जो अर्थ है उस स्वरूप में स्थित रहना है।

²⁰⁴The main thing is to be stable in the meaning of “Om”. ²⁰⁵There is no need to chant “Om”.

¹⁹¹बाकी वह लोग भल ओम् का अर्थ सुनाते हैं मगर उस स्वरूप में स्थित नहीं रहते।

²⁰⁶You have to move along with this faith in your intellects. ²⁰⁷Be stable in the meaning of “Om”.

¹⁹²हम तो ओम् का स्वरूप जानते हैं, तब ही उस स्वरूप में स्थित होते हैं।

²⁰⁸Although those people explain their meaning of “Om”, they do not remain stable in that form.

¹⁹³हम यह भी जानते हैं कि परमात्मा बीजरुप है और उस बीजरूप परमात्मा ने इस सारे झाड़ को कैसे रचा हुआ है, उसकी सारी नॉलेज हमें अभी मिल रही है। ¹⁹⁴अच्छा - ओम् शान्ति।
