¹“मीठे बच्चे - तुम्हारा प्यार आत्मा से होना चाहिए, चलते-फिरते अभ्यास करो, मैं आत्मा हूँ, आत्मा से बात करता हूँ, मुझे कोई बुरा काम नहीं करना है।

¹Essence: Sweet children, have love for souls. ²While walking and moving along, practise: "I am a soul.

³I talk to souls. ⁴I mustn't do anything bad."

³प्रश्न:- बाप द्वारा रचा हुआ यज्ञ जब तक चल रहा है तब तक ब्राह्मणों को बाप का कौन सा फरमान जरूर पालन करना है?

⁵Question: Which of the Father’s orders must Brahmins definitely follow for as long as the sacrificial fire created by the Father continues?

⁴उत्तर:- बाप का फरमान है - बच्चे जब तक यह रूद्र यज्ञ चल रहा है तब तक तुम्हें पवित्र जरूर रहना है। ⁵तुम ब्रह्मा के बच्चे ब्रह्माकुमार कुमारी कभी विकार में नहीं जा सकते।

⁶Answer: The Father's order is: Children, for as long as this sacrificial fire continues, you definitely have to remain pure.

⁶अगर कोई इस फरमान की अवज्ञा करते हैं तो बहुत कड़े दण्ड के भागी बन जाते हैं।

⁷You Brahma Kumars and Kumaris who are the children of Brahma must never indulge in vice. ⁸Anyone who disobeys this order incurs severe punishment.

⁷अगर किसी में क्रोध का भी भूत है तो वह ब्राह्मण नहीं।

⁹When someone even has an evil spirit of anger, he is not a Brahmin.

⁸ब्राह्मणों को देही-अभिमानी रहना है, कभी विकार के वशीभूत नहीं होना है।

¹⁰Brahmins have to remain soul conscious and never become influenced by vices.

¹¹दूर के मुसाफिर को तुम ब्राह्मणों के बिगर कोई भी मनुष्य मात्र जानते नहीं हैं, बुलाते हैं हे परमधाम में निवास करने वाले परमपिता परमात्मा आओ।

¹³No one, apart from you Brahmins, knows the Traveller from the faraway land. ¹⁴People call out: “O Supreme Father, Supreme Soul, the One who resides in the supreme abode, come!”

¹²पिता कहते हैं परन्तु बुद्धि में नहीं आता है कि पिता का रूप क्या है? ¹³आत्मा क्या है?

¹⁵They call Him the Father but it doesn't enter their intellects what the Father’s form is or what a soul is.

¹⁴भल समझते हैं आत्मा भ्रकुटी के बीच सितारे समान रहती है।

¹⁶They also understand that a soul is like a star in the centre of the forehead.

¹⁵बस और कुछ नहीं जानते।

¹⁷They don’t know anything else.

¹⁶हमारी आत्मा में 84 जन्मों का पार्ट भरा हुआ है।

¹⁸We souls have parts of 84 births recorded within us.

¹⁷इन बातों का कुछ भी ज्ञान नहीं है।

¹⁹People don't have any knowledge about any of these things.

¹⁸आत्मा इस शरीर में कैसे प्रवेश करती है, यह भी नहीं जानते हैं।

²⁰They don't even know how a soul enters a body.

¹⁹जब अन्दर चुर-पुर होती है तब पता पड़ता है कि आत्मा ने प्रवेश किया।

²¹It is when there is movement inside the womb that you become aware that a soul has entered.

²⁰फिर जब परमपिता परमात्मा कहते हैं तो यह भी आत्मा ही पिता कहती है।

²²When you say, "Supreme Father, Supreme Soul", it is the soul that says "Father".

²¹आत्मा जानती है यह शरीर लौकिक पिता का है।

²³The soul knows that his body was given by a physical father.

²²हमारा बाप तो वह निराकार है।

²⁴Our Father is that incorporeal One.

²³जरूर हमारा बाप भी हमारे जैसा बिन्दी स्वरूप होगा।

²⁵Surely, our Father would also be a point like us. ²⁶People also sing His praise.

²⁴उनकी महिमा भी गाते हैं - मनुष्य सृष्टि का बीजरूप, ज्ञान सागर, पतित-पावन है।

²⁷He is the Seed of the human world tree. ²⁸He is the Ocean of Knowledge and the Purifier.

²⁵परन्तु कितना बड़ा वा छोटा है, यह सबकी बुद्धि में नहीं बैठता है।

²⁹However, it doesn't sit in anyone’s intellect how big or small He is.

²⁶पहले तुम्हारी बुद्धि में भी नहीं था कि हमारी आत्मा क्या है।

³⁰Previously, you too didn't have in your intellects what a soul is.

²⁷भल परमात्मा को याद करते थे कि हे परमपिता... परन्तु कुछ भी जानते नहीं थे।

³¹Although you used to remember the Supreme Soul, you didn't know anything.

²⁸बाप तो निराकार है फिर वह पतित-पावन कैसे ठहरा।

³²The Father is incorporeal. ³³How is He then the Purifier?

²⁹क्या जादू लगाते हैं?

³⁴What magic does He perform?

³⁰पतितों को पावन बनाने जरूर यहाँ आना पड़ता है।

³⁵He definitely has to come here to purify the impure.

³¹जैसे हमारी आत्मा भी शरीर में रहती है वैसे बाप भी निराकार है उनको भी जरूर शरीर में आना पड़े, तब तो शिवरात्रि अथवा शिव जयन्ती मनाते हैं।

³⁶Just as we souls reside in a body, similarly, the Father, who is incorporeal, also has to enter a body. ³⁷This is why people celebrate the night of Shiva or the birthday of Shiva.

³²परन्तु वह पावन कैसे आकर बनाते हैं, यह कोई भी जानते नहीं हैं, इसलिए कह देते हैं सर्वव्यापी।

³⁸However, no one knows how He comes and purifies us and this is why people say that He is omnipresent.

³³प्रदर्शनी में अथवा कहाँ भी भाषण आदि करने जाओ तो पहले-पहले बाप की ही पहचान देनी है, फिर आत्मा की।

³⁹Whenever you go to an exhibition or to give a lecture somewhere, first of all give the introduction of the Father and then of souls.

³⁴आत्मा तो भ्रकुटी के बीच रहती है।

⁴⁰Each soul resides in the centre of a forehead.

³⁵उसमें ही सारे संस्कार रहते हैं।

⁴¹All the sanskars are in the soul.

³⁶शरीर तो खलास हो जाता है।

⁴²The body is destroyed.

³⁷जो कुछ करती है वह आत्मा ही करती है।

⁴³Whatever you do, it is the soul that does it.

³⁸शरीर के आरगन्स आत्मा के आधार पर ही चलते हैं।

⁴⁴The organs of the body work with the support of the soul.

³⁹आत्मा रात को अशरीरी हो जाती है।

⁴⁵The soul becomes bodiless at night.

⁴⁰आत्मा ही कहती है आज मैंने आराम बहुत अच्छा किया है।

⁴⁶It is the soul that says, “Today, I had a very good rest.”

⁴¹आज मुझे आराम नहीं आया।

⁴⁷Or, “Today, I wasn't able to rest at all.”

⁴²मैं इस शरीर द्वारा यह धन्धा करता हूँ।

⁴⁸“I am doing this business through this body.”

⁴³यह तुम बच्चों को आदत पड़ जानी चाहिए।

⁴⁹You children should instil this habit.

⁴⁴आत्मा ही सब कुछ करती है।

⁵⁰It is the soul that does everything.

⁴⁵आत्मा शरीर से निकल जाती है तो उनको मुर्दा कहा जाता है। ⁴⁶कोई काम का नहीं रहता है।

⁵¹When a soul leaves his body, the body is called a corpse; it is then of no use.

⁴⁷आत्मा निकलने से शरीर में जैसे बांस हो जाती है।

⁵²When a soul leaves his body, the body then has a bad odour.

⁴⁸शरीर को जाकर जलाते हैं।

⁵³They then take that body and burn it.

⁴⁹तो तुम्हारा आत्मा के साथ ही प्यार है।

⁵⁴Therefore, your love is for souls.

⁵⁰तुम बच्चों को यह शुद्ध अभिमान होना चाहिए कि मैं आत्मा हूँ।

⁵⁵You children should have the pure pride that you are souls.

⁵¹पूरा आत्म-अभिमानी बनना है।

⁵⁶You have to become completely soul conscious.

⁵²मेहनत सारी इसमें ही है।

⁵⁷All the effort is required for this.

⁵³मुझ आत्मा को इन आरगन्स द्वारा कोई भी बुरा काम नहीं करना चाहिए।

⁵⁸I, this soul, mustn't perform any bad actions through these organs.

⁵⁴नहीं तो सजा खानी पड़ेगी।

⁵⁹Otherwise, there will have to be punishment.

⁵⁵भोगना भी तब भोगी जाती है जब आत्मा को शरीर है।

⁶⁰All the suffering is experienced by a soul when he has a body.

⁵⁶बिगर शरीर आत्मा दुःख भोग न सके।

⁶¹A soul without a body cannot experience sorrow.

⁵⁷तो पहले आत्म-अभिमानी फिर परमात्म-अभिमानी बनना है।

⁶²So, first become soul conscious and then become God conscious.

⁵⁸मैं परमपिता परमात्मा की सन्तान हूँ।

⁶³I am a child of the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul.

⁵⁹कहते भी हैं कि परमात्मा ने हमको पैदा किया है।

⁶⁴People say that God created them.

⁶⁰वह रचयिता है परन्तु वह रचता कैसे है, कोई भी नहीं जानते हैं।

⁶⁵He is the Creator, but no one knows how He creates.

⁶¹अभी तुम जानते हो कि परमपिता परमात्मा नई दुनिया की कैसे स्थापना करते हैं, पुरानी दुनिया में रहते हैं।

⁶⁶You now know how the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, establishes the new world while living in the old world. ⁶⁷Just see what a wonderful method this is.

⁶²देखो कैसी युक्ति है। ⁶³उन्होंने तो प्रलय दिखा दी।

⁶⁸Those people have shown annihilation taking place.

⁶⁴कहते हैं पीपल के पत्ते पर एक बालक आया फिर बालकी तो दिखाते नहीं।

⁶⁹They say that a little baby boy came floating on a pipal leaf, but they don't show a little baby girl.

⁶⁵इसको कहा जाता है अज्ञान।

⁷⁰That is called ignorance.

⁶⁶कहते हैं भगवान ने शास्त्र बनाये।

⁷¹They say that God created the scriptures.

⁶⁷व्यास भगवान तो हो न सके।

⁷²Vyas cannot be God.

⁶⁸भगवान शास्त्र बैठ लिखते हैं क्या?

⁷³Does God sit and write scriptures?

⁶⁹उनके लिए तो गाया हुआ है वह सब शास्त्रों का सार समझाते हैं।

⁷⁴It is remembered of Him that He explains the essence of all the scriptures.

⁷⁰बाकी इन वेद शास्त्र पढ़ने से कोई का कल्याण नहीं हो सकता।

⁷⁵However, no one can benefit from studying those Vedas or scriptures.

⁷¹समझो ब्रह्म ज्ञानी हैं। ⁷²समझते हैं ब्रह्म में लीन हो जायेंगे।

⁷⁶For instance, those who have knowledge of the brahm element think that they will merge into the brahm element.

⁷³ब्रह्म तो महतत्व है। ⁷⁴आत्मायें वहाँ रहती हैं।

⁷⁷However, brahm is the element where souls reside.

⁷⁵यह न जानने कारण जो आता है सो बोलते रहते हैं और मनुष्य भी सत-सत करते रहते हैं।

⁷⁸Because of not knowing this, they say whatever enters their minds and other people continue to say that that is true.

⁷⁶बहुत ही हठयोग, प्राणायाम आदि करते हैं, तुम तो कर न सको।

⁷⁹Many people do hatha yoga and breathing exercises, etc. ⁸⁰You cannot do that.

⁷⁷तुम नाज़ुक कन्याओं, माताओं को क्या तकलीफ देंगे।

⁸¹Why should you delicate daughters and mothers be given that trouble?

⁷⁸पहले तो मातायें राज विद्या भी नहीं पढ़ती थी।

⁸²Earlier, women never studied politics.

⁷⁹थोड़ी सी भाषा सीखने के लिए स्कूल में भेजा जाता था।

⁸³They would be sent to school to learn a language, but they didn't have to go to work.

⁸⁰बाकी नौकरी तो करनी नहीं है।

⁸⁴Now, women have to study.

⁸¹अभी तो माताओं को पढ़ना पड़ता है। ⁸²कमाई करने वाला न हो तो अपने पैरों पर खड़ी हो सके, भीख न लेनी पड़े।

⁸⁵Otherwise, when there isn't anyone else to earn an income, the women wouldn’t be able to stand on their own feet.

⁸³नहीं तो कायदे अनुसार बच्चियों को घर का काम सिखाया जाता है।

⁸⁶They shouldn't have to beg. ⁸⁷Otherwise, generally, daughters are taught housework.

⁸⁴अब तो बैरिस्टरी, डॉक्टरी आदि सीखती रहती हैं।

⁸⁸Now they study to become barristers and doctors.

⁸⁵यहाँ तो तुमको और कुछ करना नहीं है, सिर्फ पहले-पहले कोई को भी बाप का परिचय देना है।

⁸⁹Here, you don't have to do anything else. ⁹⁰First of all, simply give the Father's introduction to anyone who comes.

⁸⁶निराकार को तो सभी शिवबाबा कहते हैं, परन्तु उनका रूप क्या है।

⁹¹Everyone calls the incorporeal One Shiv Baba, but no one knows what His form is.

⁸⁷कोई भी जानते नहीं हैं।

⁹²Brahm is an element.

⁸⁸ब्रह्म तो तत्व है। ⁸⁹जैसे यह आकाश कितना बड़ा है।

⁹³For instance, the sky is so vast; you cannot reach its end.

⁹⁰अन्त नहीं पा सकते। ⁹¹वैसे ब्रह्म तत्व का भी अन्त नहीं है।

⁹⁴In the same way, there is no end to the element of brahm.

⁹²उनके अंशमात्र में हम आत्मायें रहती हैं।

⁹⁵We souls reside in only a small part of it.

⁹³बाकी तो पोलार ही पोलार है।

⁹⁶All the rest is just space.

⁹⁴सागर भी अथाह है, चलते जाओ।

⁹⁷The ocean too is vast; it has no limits.

⁹⁵पोलार का भी अन्त नहीं पा सकते।

⁹⁸You cannot reach the end of space.

⁹⁶कोशिश करते हैं ऊपर जाने की परन्तु जाते-जाते उनका सामान ही खुट जाता है।

⁹⁹Scientists try to go up there, but while they are going there, their fuel is used up.

⁹⁷वैसे ही महतत्व भी बहुत बड़ा है।

¹⁰⁰In the same way, the great element is very big.

⁹⁸वहाँ जाकर कुछ ढूँढने की दरकार नहीं है।

¹⁰¹When you go there, there is no need to search for anything.

⁹⁹वहाँ आत्माओं को यह विचार करने की भी दरकार नहीं।

¹⁰²There, souls don't even need to have that thought.

¹⁰⁰ढूंढने से फायदा ही क्या होगा।

¹⁰³What would be the benefit of searching for something there?

¹⁰¹समझो स्टार्स में जाकर दुनिया ढूंढते हैं, परन्तु फायदा ही क्या है?

¹⁰⁴For instance, they go to search for a world in the stars, but what benefit is there in that?

¹⁰²वहाँ कोई बाप को पाने का रास्ता नहीं है।

¹⁰⁵That is not the way to find the Father.

¹⁰³भगत भक्ति करते हैं भगवान को पाने के लिए।

¹⁰⁶Devotees perform worship to find God.

¹⁰⁴तो उनको भगवान मिलता है।

¹⁰⁷So, they do find God.

¹⁰⁵वह मुक्ति जीवनमुक्ति देते हैं।

¹⁰⁸He gives them liberation and liberation-in-life.

¹⁰⁶ढूँढना भगवान को होता है, न कि पोलार को। ¹⁰⁷जहाँ से कुछ मिलता नहीं।

¹⁰⁹You have to search for God, but not in space where you won't find anything.

¹⁰⁸कितना गवर्मेन्ट का खर्चा होता है।

¹¹⁰The Government spends so much.

¹⁰⁹यह भी आलमाइटी गवर्मेन्ट है।

¹¹¹This is the Almighty Government.

¹¹⁰पाण्डव और कौरव दोनों को ताज नहीं दिखाते हैं।

¹¹²Neither the Pandavas nor the Kauravas are shown with a crown.

¹¹¹बाप आकर तुमको सब बातें समझाते हैं।

¹¹³The Father comes and explains everything to you.

¹¹²जबकि तुम इतनी सब नॉलेज पाते हो तो तुमको बहुत खुश रहना चाहिए। ¹¹³तो हमको पढ़ाने वाला बेहद का बाप है।

¹¹⁴Since you receive so much knowledge, you should stay very happy that it is the unlimited Father who is teaching you.

¹¹⁴तुम्हारी आत्मा कहती है हम पहले सो देवी देवता थे।

¹¹⁵You souls say that you were previously deities.

¹¹⁵बहुत सुखी थे। ¹¹⁶पुण्य आत्मा थे।

¹¹⁶You were very happy then, you were charitable souls.

¹¹⁷इस समय हम पाप आत्मा बन पड़े हैं क्योंकि यह रावण राज्य है।

¹¹⁷At this time, we have become sinful souls because this is Ravan’s kingdom.

¹¹⁸यह रावण की मत पर हैं।

¹¹⁸Everyone is following Ravan’s dictates.

¹¹⁹तुम हो ईश्वरीय मत पर।

¹¹⁹You are following God's directions.

¹²⁰रावण भी गुप्त है तो ईश्वर भी गुप्त है।

¹²⁰Ravan is incognito and God is incognito.

¹²¹अभी ईश्वर तुमको मत दे रहे हैं।

¹²¹God is now giving you directions.

¹²²रावण कैसे मत देते हैं?

¹²²How does Ravan give you directions?

¹²³रावण का कोई रूप तो है नहीं। ¹²⁴यह तो रूप धरते हैं।

¹²³Ravan doesn't have a form, but he has been given a form.

¹²⁵रावण के तो सभी रूप हैं।

¹²⁴Ravan has many forms.

¹²⁶जानते हैं हमारी आत्मा में 5 विकार हैं। ¹²⁷हम आसुरी मत पर चल रहे हैं।

¹²⁵You souls know that you have the five vices, that you have been following devilish dictates.

¹²⁸मेल फीमेल दोनों में 5 विकार हैं।

¹²⁶Both males and females have the five vices.

¹²⁹यह सब बातें मनुष्य की बुद्धि में तब बैठेंगी जब वह जानेंगे कि हमको पढ़ाने वाला निराकार परमपिता परमात्मा है।

¹²⁷All of these things will sit in the intellects of human beings when they know that it is the incorporeal Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, who is teaching you.

¹³⁰परमात्मा निराकार है।

¹²⁸God is incorporeal.

¹³¹जब वह साकार में आवे तब तो हम ब्राह्मण बनें।

¹²⁹Only when He comes into a corporeal form can we become Brahmins.

¹³²बाप भी रात को ही आता है।

¹³⁰The Father comes in the night.

¹³³शिवरात्रि सो ब्रह्मा की रात्रि हो गई।

¹³¹The night of Shiva also becomes the night of Brahma.

¹³⁴ब्रह्मा द्वारा ही ब्राह्मण बनेंगे।

¹³²Brahmins will be created through Brahma.

¹³⁵यज्ञ में ब्राह्मण जरूर चाहिए।

¹³³Brahmins are definitely needed for a sacrificial fire.

¹³⁶ब्राह्मणों को जब तक यज्ञ सम्भालना है तब तक पवित्र रहना है।

¹³⁴Brahmins have to remain pure while they are looking after a sacrificial fire.

¹³⁷जिस्मानी ब्राह्मण भी जब यज्ञ रचते हैं तो विकार में नहीं जाते।

¹³⁵Even when worldly brahmins create a sacrificial fire, they don't indulge in vice.

¹³⁸भल हैं विकारी, परन्तु यज्ञ रचने समय विकार में नहीं जायेंगे।

¹³⁶Although they do generally indulge in vice, when they create a sacrificial fire, they don't indulge in vice.

¹³⁹जैसे तीर्थो पर जाते हैं तो जब तक तीर्थो पर रहते हैं तो विकार में नहीं जाते हैं।

¹³⁷Similarly, when people go on pilgrimages, while they are on the pilgrimage, they don't indulge in vice.

¹⁴⁰तुम ब्राह्मण भी यज्ञ में रहते हो फिर अगर कोई विकार में जाते हैं तो बड़े पाप आत्मा बन पड़ते हैं।

¹³⁸You Brahmins too are part of this sacrificial fire (yagya). ¹³⁹Therefore, if you indulge in vice, you become sinful souls.

¹⁴¹यज्ञ चल रहा है तो अन्त तक तुमको पवित्र रहना है।

¹⁴⁰The sacrificial fire is still continuing and so you have to remain pure until the end.

¹⁴²ब्रह्मा के बच्चे ब्रह्माकुमार कुमारियाँ कब विकार में नहीं जा सकते।

¹⁴¹Brahma Kumars and Kumaris, children of Brahma, must never indulge in vice.

¹⁴³बाप ने फरमान किया है तुम कब विकार में नहीं जाना।

¹⁴²The Father has issued an order: Never indulge in vice!

¹⁴⁴नहीं तो बहुत दण्ड के भागी बन जायेंगे।

¹⁴³Otherwise, a lot of punishment will be incurred.

¹⁴⁵विकार में गया तो सत्यानाश हुई।

¹⁴⁴When you indulge in vice, everything is totally destroyed.

¹⁴⁶वह ब्रह्माकुमार कुमारी नहीं, परन्तु शूद्र मलेच्छ है।

¹⁴⁵Such ones are not Brahma Kumars or Kumaris, but impure shudras.

¹⁴⁷बाबा हमेशा पूछते हैं तुमने पवित्र रहने की प्रतिज्ञा की है।

¹⁴⁶Baba constantly reminds you that you promised to remain pure.

¹⁴⁸अगर बाप से प्रतिज्ञा कर ब्राह्मण बन फिर विकार में गये तो चण्डाल का जन्म पायेंगे।

¹⁴⁷If, after becoming a Brahmin and making a promise to the Father, you indulge in vice, the birth you receive will be that of a cremator.

¹⁴⁹यहाँ वेश्या जैसा गन्दा जन्म कोई होता नहीं।

¹⁴⁸Here, there is no birth worse than that of a prostitute.

¹⁵⁰यह है ही वैश्यालय।

¹⁴⁹This is a brothel.

¹⁵¹दोनों एक दो को विष पिलाते हैं।

¹⁵⁰Both men and women give poison to one another.

¹⁵²बाबा कहते हैं माया भल कितने भी संकल्प लावे परन्तु नंगन नहीं होना है।

¹⁵¹Baba says: No matter how many thoughts Maya brings, you mustn't allow yourself to be stripped. ¹⁵²Some are forced.

¹⁵³कई तो जबरदस्ती भी नंगन करते हैं।

¹⁵³Daughters don't have that much strength.

¹⁵⁴बच्चियों को ताकत कम रहती है - पवित्रता के साथ चलन भी बहुत अच्छी चाहिए।

¹⁵⁴As well as purity, your behaviour also has to be very good.

¹⁵⁵चलन खराब है तो वह भी काम के नहीं।

¹⁵⁵If your behaviour is bad, you are of no use.

¹⁵⁶लौकिक माँ बाप में विकार हैं तो बच्चे भी माँ बाप से ही सीखते हैं।

¹⁵⁶When physical parents have vices, the children learn those from them.

¹⁵⁷तुमको पारलौकिक बाप तो यह शिक्षा नहीं देते।

¹⁵⁷The parlokik Father doesn't give you those teachings.

¹⁵⁸बाप तो देही-अभिमानी बनाते हैं।

¹⁵⁸The Father makes you soul conscious.

¹⁵⁹कभी क्रोध नहीं करना।

¹⁵⁹Never get angry.

¹⁶⁰उसी समय तुम ब्राह्मण नहीं चण्डाल हो क्योंकि क्रोध का भूत है।

¹⁶⁰At that time, you are not Brahmins, but cremators, because there is an evil spirit of anger.

¹⁶¹भूत मनुष्य को दुःख देते हैं।

¹⁶⁴ब्राह्मण बनना कोई मासी का घर नहीं है।

¹⁶⁵To become a Brahmin is not like going to your aunty's home!

¹⁶⁵यज्ञ में कोई गन्द नहीं करना है।

¹⁶⁶No dirty actions must be performed in this sacrificial fire.

¹⁶⁶5 विकारों में से कोई भी विकार न हो।

¹⁶⁷There should be none of the five vices.

¹⁶⁷ऐसे नहीं क्रोध किया तो हर्जा नहीं।

¹⁶⁸Don't think that it doesn't matter if you get angry.

¹⁶⁸यह भूत आया तो तुम ब्राह्मण नहीं।

¹⁶⁹If you allow that evil spirit to come, you are not a Brahmin.

¹⁶⁹कोई कहे यह तो मंजिल बहुत ऊंची है।

¹⁷⁰Some say that this destination is very high.

¹⁷⁰नहीं चल सकते हो तो जाकर गन्दे बनो।

¹⁷¹If you’re unable to continue here, you can go and become dirty.

¹⁷¹इस ज्ञान में तो सदा पवित्र हर्षित रहना पड़े।

¹⁷²You have to remain constantly pure and cheerful in this knowledge.

¹⁷²पतित-पावन बाप का बच्चा बनकर बाप को मदद देनी है। ¹⁷³कोई भी विकार नहीं होना चाहिए।

¹⁷³After becoming a child of the Purifier Father, you have to help Him; there mustn't be any vice.

¹⁷⁴कोई तो आते ही फट से विकारों को छोड़ देते हैं।

¹⁷⁴Some instantly renounce all vices as soon as they come here.

¹⁷⁵समझना चाहिए हम रूद्र ज्ञान यज्ञ का ब्राह्मण हूँ।

¹⁷⁵Understand that you are a Brahmin who belongs to the sacrificial fire of the knowledge of Rudra.

¹⁷⁶हमारे से ऐसा कोई काम नहीं होना चाहिए जो दिल खाती रहे।

¹⁷⁶You mustn't perform any such action that would make your conscience bite.

¹⁷⁷दिल रूपी दर्पण में देखना है कि हम लायक हैं?

¹⁷⁷Look in the mirror of your heart to see whether you are worthy.

¹⁷⁸भारत को पवित्र बनाने के हम निमित्त हैं तो योग में भी जरूर रहना है।

¹⁷⁸We are instruments to make Bharat pure. ¹⁷⁹Therefore, definitely stay in yoga.

¹⁷⁹सन्यासी लोग सिर्फ पवित्र बनते हैं, बाप को तो जानते ही नहीं।

¹⁸⁰Sannyasis simply become pure, but they don't know the Father at all.

¹⁸⁰हठयोग आदि बहुत करते हैं। ¹⁸¹पाते कुछ भी नहीं।

¹⁸¹Many people also do hatha yoga etc., but they don't attain anything.

¹⁸²तुम जानते हो बाप आये हैं - शान्तिधाम में ले जाने लिए।

¹⁸²You know that the Father has come to take you back to the land of peace.

¹⁸³हम आत्मायें वहाँ की निवासी हैं।

¹⁸³We souls are residents of that place.

¹⁸⁴हम सुखधाम में थे, अब दुःखधाम में हैं।

¹⁸⁴We were in the land of happiness and we are now in the land of sorrow.

¹⁸⁵अभी है संगम... यह सिमरण चलता रहे तो भी सदा मुस्कराते रहे।

¹⁸⁵It is now the confluence age. ¹⁸⁶If you continue to churn this, you will constantly smile.

¹⁸⁶जैसे देखो यह अंगना बच्चा (बैंगलोर का) सदैव मुस्कराता रहता है।

¹⁸⁷Look at this child Angna (from Banglore) – he is always smiling.

¹⁸⁷बाबा कहने से ही खुशी में भरपूर हो जाता है।

¹⁸⁸As soon as he says "Baba", he becomes full of happiness.

¹⁹¹कृष्ण तो कभी आकर पढ़ाते नहीं हैं।

¹⁹³Krishna never comes and teaches. ¹⁹⁴Achcha.

¹⁹²अच्छा - ¹⁹³मीठे-मीठे सिकीलधे बच्चों प्रति मात पिता बापदादा का याद-प्यार और गुडमार्निंग।

²⁰⁰ 2. In order to become a complete helper of the Purifier Father, remain constantly pure and cheerful.

¹⁹⁹ज्ञान का सिमरण कर मुस्कराते रहना है।

²⁰¹सन्तुष्टमणि उन्हें कहा जाता जो स्वयं से, सेवा से और सर्व से सन्तुष्ट हो।

²⁰³ A jewel of contentment is someone who is content with himself, with service and with everyone else.

²⁰²तपस्या द्वारा सन्तुष्टता रूपी फल प्राप्त कर लेना - यही तपस्या की सिद्धि है।

²⁰⁴To receive the fruit of contentment by doing tapasya is the success of that tapasya.

²⁰³सन्तुष्टमणि वह है जिसका चित सदा प्रसन्न हो।

²⁰⁵A jewel of contentment is someone whose heart is constantly happy.

²⁰⁴प्रसन्नता अर्थात् दिल-दिमाग सदा आराम में हो, सुख चैन की स्थिति में हो।

²⁰⁶Happiness means that both the heart and the head are both constantly in a state of rest, in a state of happiness and comfort.

²⁰⁵ऐसी सन्तुष्टमणियां स्वयं को सर्व की दुआओं के विमान में उड़ता हुआ अनुभव करेंगी।

²⁰⁷Such jewels of contentment will experience themselves to be flying in the plane of everyone’s good wishes.

²⁰⁶स्लोगन:- सच्चे दिल से दाता, विधाता, वरदाता को राज़ी करने वाले ही रूहानी मौज में रहते हैं।

²⁰⁸Slogan: Only those who please the Bestower, the Bestower of Fortunate and the Bestower of Blessings, with their true hearts can stay in spiritual pleasure.
