¹“मीठे बच्चे - तुम्हारा है सतोप्रधान संन्यास, तुम देह सहित इस सारी पुरानी दुनिया को बुद्धि से भूलते हो''

²Your intellects renounce the whole of this old world including your bodies. ³Question: Which big responsibility do you Brahmin children have?

²प्रश्न:- तुम ब्राह्मण बच्चों पर कौन सी जवाबदारी बहुत बड़ी है?

⁴Answer: You have the responsibility of becoming pure and making the whole world pure. ⁵For this, you have to continue to remember Shiv Baba constantly. ⁶Remembrance is the fire of yoga in which you souls become pure and your sins are absolved.

³उत्तर:- तुम्हारे पर जवाबदारी है पावन बनकर सारे विश्व को पावन बनाने की।

⁸ओम् शान्ति। ⁹बच्चों ने गीत सुना कि हम बच्चे हैं।

⁹You children heard in the song that you are children.

¹⁰तुम्हारा जरूर वह बाप है।

¹⁰He is truly your Father.

¹¹अब बाप को बच्चे कभी भी सर्वव्यापी नहीं कहते।

¹¹Children would never call their father omnipresent.

¹²लौकिक बाप के बच्चे कभी ऐसे नहीं कहेंगे कि हमारा बाप सर्वव्यापी है।

¹²The children of a physical father would never say that their father is omnipresent.

¹³यह बेहद का बाप बैठ समझाते हैं तुम सब बच्चे हो, तुम्हारा बाप है, जिसको परमपिता कहते हैं।

¹³The unlimited Father sits here and explains: All of you are children and your Father is the One who is called the Supreme Father.

¹⁴परमात्मा को सुप्रीम सोल भी कहते हैं। ¹⁵परम माना सुप्रीम, आत्मा माना सोल।

¹⁴God is also called the Supreme Soul. ‘Param’ means supreme and ‘atma’ means soul.

¹⁶तो जरूर सब बच्चे हैं और एक बाप है।

¹⁵Therefore, all are surely children and there is the one Father.

¹⁷सब भक्त एक भगवान को याद करते हैं जिसको याद किया जाता है उनका जरूर नाम, रूप, देश, काल होता है।

¹⁶All devotees remember the one God, and the One who is remembered would surely have a name, form, land and time.

¹⁸उनको बेअन्त नहीं कहा जा सकता।

¹⁷He couldn’t be infinite like they say.

¹⁹मनुष्य ईश्वर बाप को बेअन्त कहते आये हैं, उनका कोई अन्त पा नहीं सकते हैं और फिर कहते हैं सर्वव्यापी है। ²⁰यह तो बड़ा अनर्थ हो गया।

¹⁸Human beings have been saying that God, the Father, is infinite, that no one can reach the end of Him. ¹⁹Then they say that He is omnipresent, which is completely meaningless.

²¹पत्थर-ठिक्कर सबमें ईश्वर है उनको फिर बेअन्त कहते हैं।

²⁰They say that God is in the pebbles and stones and then they say that He is infinite.

²²बच्चे बाप को भूल गये हैं इसलिए सारी मनुष्य सृष्टि नास्तिक पतित कही जाती है।

²¹Children have forgotten their Father and this is why the whole human world is said to be atheist and impure.

²³हर एक नर-नारी पतित हैं तब तो पतित से पावन बनाने वाले को याद करते हैं।

²²Every man and woman is impure and this is why they remember the One who purifies the impure.

²⁴इस दुनिया में कोई को भी महान् आत्मा नहीं कहा जा सकता।

²³No one in this world can be called a great soul.

²⁵पवित्र आत्मा पतित दुनिया में हो नहीं सकती।

²⁴Pure souls cannot exist in the impure world.

²⁶बापू गांधी जी भी कहते थे पतित-पावन सीताराम - यह मनुष्य के लिए कहते, पानी की गंगा के लिए तो नहीं कहा।

²⁵Bapu Gandhiji used to say: The Purifier is Rama who belongs to Sita. ²⁶This was said about human beings. ²⁷He didn't say it about the Ganges of water.

²⁷यह है झूठ।

²⁸That is falsehood.

²⁸झूठी माया, झूठी काया, है ही झूठ खण्ड।

²⁹Maya is false, the body is false and the whole land is false.

²⁹सचखण्ड था जबकि नई दुनिया में नया भारत था।

³⁰When there was new Bharat in the new world, it was the land of truth.

³⁰अब वही भारत पुराना हो गया है।

³¹That same Bharat has now become old.

³¹भारत जब नया था तो उनको स्वर्ग कहा जाता है, जिसको 5 हजार वर्ष हुए।

³²When Bharat was new, it was called heaven and that was 5000 years ago.

³²त्रेता में दो कलायें कम हुई।

³³There was a reduction of two degrees in the silver age.

³³इस समय तो कलियुग है, इनको कहा जाता है पुरानी दुनिया।

³⁴At this time, it is the iron age. ³⁵This is called an old world.

³⁴पुरानी दुनिया में पुराना भारत।

³⁶There is old Bharat in an old world.

³⁵वर्ल्ड नई भी होती है तो पुरानी भी होती है।

³⁷There is a new world and then there is also an old world.

³⁶अब है पुरानी दुनिया, सब मनुष्य नास्तिक हैं, इसलिए दुःखधाम कहा जाता है।

³⁸It is now an old world. ³⁹All human beings are atheists and that is why this is called a land of sorrow.

³⁷फिर इस दुःखधाम को सुखधाम तो एक ही बाप बना सकते हैं।

⁴⁰Only the one Father can change this land of sorrow into a land of happiness.

³⁸भारत जो पावन था पतित बन गया है, जब प्युरिटी थी तो पीस प्रासपर्टी थी।

⁴¹Bharat that used to be pure has become impure. ⁴²When there was purity, there was also peace and prosperity.

³⁹भारत की आयु एवरेज बड़ी थी।

⁴³The average lifespan of the people of Bharat was long.

⁴⁰अभी तो बहुत छोटी है।

⁴⁴Now, it is very short.

⁴¹भारत रोगी कब से बना है - दुनिया नहीं जानती।

⁴⁵The world doesn't know when Bharat became diseased.

⁴²ऐसे नहीं कहेंगे कि परम्परा से रोगी है।

⁴⁶You cannot say that it has been diseased from time immemorial.

⁴³भक्ति शुरू ही द्वापर से होती है।

⁴⁷Devotion only begins in the copper age.

⁴⁴कलियुग का जब अन्त होता है तब बाप आकर ज्ञान देते हैं।

⁴⁸When it is the end of the iron age, the Father comes and gives you this knowledge.

⁴⁵ज्ञान है ही ज्ञान सागर के पास।

⁴⁹Only the Ocean of Knowledge has this knowledge.

⁴⁶ज्ञान का सागर नॉलेजफुल - यह उस बाप की ही महिमा है।

⁵⁰The praise "Ocean of Knowledge, knowledge-full" belongs to that Father alone.

⁴⁷मनुष्य सृष्टि का बीजरूप है।

⁵¹He is the Seed of the human world.

⁴⁸सर्वव्यापी कहने से बाप-बच्चे का लव नहीं रहता।

⁵²When you speak of omnipresence, there is no love between Father and child.

⁴⁹यह है आरफन दुनिया।

⁵³This is a world of orphans.

⁵⁰सब आपस में लड़ते रहते हैं इसलिए इसको रौरव नर्क कहा जाता है।

⁵⁴They all continue to fight among themselves and that is why this is called the extreme depths of hell.

⁵¹भारत स्वर्ग था, अब नर्क है।

⁵⁵Bharat was heaven and it is now hell.

⁵²यह किसको भी पता नहीं पड़ता है कि हम नर्कवासी हैं तो जरूर नर्क से ट्रांसफर होंगे।

⁵⁶None of them knows that they are residents of hell and that they will surely be transferred from hell.

⁵³परन्तु ऐसे नहीं कि नर्कवासी पुनर्जन्म फिर स्वर्ग में ले सकते हैं।

⁵⁷However, it isn't that the residents of hell can take rebirth in heaven.

⁵⁴वह पुनर्जन्म सब नर्क में ही लेते हैं।

⁵⁸All of them take rebirth in hell.

⁵⁵नर्क को ही पतित दुनिया कहा जाता है।

⁵⁹Hell is called an impure world.

⁵⁶निर्वाणधाम आत्माओं के रहने का स्थान है जिसको निराकारी दुनिया कहा जाता है।

⁶⁰The land of nirvana is the place of residence of souls and it is called the incorporeal world.

⁵⁷आत्मा स्टार इमार्टल है। ⁵⁸शरीर मार्टल है।

⁶¹Each soul, each star, is immortal whereas each body is mortal.

⁵⁹आत्मा को एक शरीर छोड़ दूसरा लेना पड़ता है।

⁶²Souls have to shed their bodies and take others.

⁶⁰84 जन्मों का भी गायन है।

⁶³There is the praise of 84 births.

⁶¹84 लाख जन्म कहना भी गपोड़ा है।

⁶⁴To speak of 8.4 million births is to lie.

⁶²बाप समझाते हैं जो भी आत्मा पार्ट बजाने आती है, आकर आरगन्स में प्रवेश करती है।

⁶⁵The Father explains: All souls come to play their parts and have to enter organs.

⁶³परन्तु सबके 84 जन्म भी नहीं हो सकते।

⁶⁶However, not everyone can have 84 births.

⁶⁴सतयुग में जो देवी-देवता होंगे उन्हों के ही 84 जन्म होंगे।

⁶⁷Those who are deities in the golden age will have 84 births.

⁶⁵बाप कहते हैं आगे भी कहा था तुम अपने जन्मों को नहीं जानते हो, मैं बतलाता हूँ।

⁶⁸The Father says: I also told you earlier that you don't know your births. ⁶⁹I tell you about them now.

⁶⁶तुम हो ब्रह्माकुमार कुमारियां।

⁷⁰You are Brahma Kumars and Kumaris.

⁶⁷अच्छा, ब्रह्मा का बाप कौन है?

⁷¹Achcha, who is the Father of Brahma?

⁶⁸शिव।

⁷²Shiva.

⁶⁹ब्रह्मा-विष्णु-शंकर है शिवबाबा के बच्चे। ⁷⁰उन्हों को भी अपना सूक्ष्म शरीर है।

⁷³Brahma, Vishnu and Shankar are children of Shiv Baba; they have their own subtle bodies.

⁷¹परमपिता परमात्मा को अपना शरीर नहीं है।

⁷⁴The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, doesn't have a body of His own.

⁷²बाप कहते हैं मेरा नाम ही शिव है। ⁷³भल कोई रूद्र भी कहते, कोई सोमनाथ कहते हैं।

⁷⁵The Father says: My name is Shiva, although some call Me Rudra and others call Me Somnath.

⁷⁴हूँ तो मैं निराकार।

⁷⁶However, I am the incorporeal One.

⁷⁵बरोबर भारत में शिव के मन्दिर भी हैं।

⁷⁷Truly, there are temples to Shiva in Bharat.

⁷⁶ज्ञान का सागर परमपिता परमात्मा को ही कहा जाता है, श्रीकृष्ण को नहीं कहेंगे।

⁷⁸Only the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, not Shri Krishna, is called the Ocean of Knowledge.

⁷⁷वह तो सतयुग का प्रिन्स है।

⁷⁹That one is a prince of the golden age.

⁷⁸उनमें यह आदि-मध्य-अन्त का ज्ञान नहीं है।

⁸⁰He doesn't have the knowledge of the beginning, middle and end.

⁷⁹सतयुगी देवताओं में भी यह ज्ञान नहीं है।

⁸¹Even golden-aged deities don't have this knowledge.

⁸⁰तुम जानते हो अभी हम हीरे तुल्य बन रहे हैं।

⁸²You know that you are now becoming as valuable as diamonds.

⁸¹परमपिता परमात्मा के सिवाए कोई राजयोग सिखला न सके।

⁸³No one, except the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, can teach you Raj Yoga.

⁸²श्रीकृष्ण को परमात्मा नहीं कह सकते।

⁸⁴Shri Krishna cannot be called the Supreme Soul.

⁸³परमात्मा सिर्फ एक निराकार को ही कहा जाता है।

⁸⁵Only the incorporeal One is called the Supreme Soul.

⁸⁴उस बाप को ही सब भूले हुए हैं।

⁸⁶Everyone has forgotten that Father.

⁸⁵इस समय सब पतित तमोप्रधान हैं।

⁸⁷At this time, all are impure and tamopradhan.

⁸⁶बाप कहते हैं यह सारा वैराइटी मनुष्य सृष्टि का झाड़ है।

⁸⁸The Father says: This is the variety tree of the human world.

⁸⁷तमोप्रधान रोगी दुःखी हैं।

⁸⁹All are tamopradhan, diseased and unhappy.

⁸⁸भारत कितना ऊंच था, अभी तो कंगाल है।

⁹⁰Bharat was so elevated whereas it is now poverty-stricken.

⁸⁹शास्त्रों में तो कल्प की आयु ही लाखों वर्ष लिख दी है।

⁹¹In the scriptures, they have written that the duration of each cycle is hundreds of thousands of years.

⁹⁰समझते हैं कलियुग को अभी 40 हजार वर्ष चलना है।

⁹²They believe that the iron age still has to continue for another 40,000 years.

⁹¹बाप समझाते हैं यह है घोर अन्धियारा।

⁹³The Father explains: That is extreme darkness.

⁹²अब ज्ञान सूर्य प्रगटा अज्ञान अन्धेर विनाश।

⁹⁴Now that the Sun of Knowledge has risen, the darkness of ignorance is being dispelled.

⁹³बाप है ज्ञान सूर्य।

⁹⁵The Father is the Sun of Knowledge.

⁹⁴वह आकर अज्ञान घोर अन्धियारे को मिटाते हैं।

⁹⁶He comes and dispels the extreme darkness of ignorance.

⁹⁵अभी है ब्रह्मा की रात।

⁹⁷It is now the night of Brahma.

⁹⁶सतयुग-त्रेता को ब्रह्मा का दिन कहा जाता है।

⁹⁸The golden and silver ages are called the day of Brahma.

⁹⁷तो तुम हो ब्रह्माकुमार कुमारियां, ब्रह्मा के बच्चे।

⁹⁹So, you are Brahma Kumars and Kumaris, children of Brahma.

⁹⁸ब्रह्मा तो विश्व अथवा स्वर्ग का रचयिता नहीं है।

¹⁰⁰Brahma is not the Creator of the world or of heaven.

⁹⁹निराकार हेविनली गॉड फादर की ही महिमा है।

¹⁰¹That is the praise of only incorporeal, heavenly God, the Father.

¹⁰⁰वह बाप ही आकर राजयोग सिखलाते हैं।

¹⁰²That Father Himself comes and teaches you Raj Yoga.

¹⁰¹बाप कहते हैं - हे बच्चे, आत्माओं से बात करते हैं।

¹⁰³The Father says: O children! ¹⁰⁴He speaks to souls.

¹⁰²आत्मा ही सब कुछ सुनती है, धारण करती है और संस्कार ले जाती है।

¹⁰⁵It is souls that listen to everything, imbibe it and carry those sanskars.

¹⁰³जैसे बाबा ने समझाया है लड़ाई के मैदान में मरते हैं तो संस्कारों अनुसार जन्म ले फिर लड़ाई मे चले जायेंगे।

¹⁰⁶Baba has explained that those who die on a battlefield take birth according to their sanskars and therefore engage themselves in war again.

¹⁰⁴इस समय सबकी आत्मायें तमोप्रधान हैं।

¹⁰⁷At this time, the soul of everyone is tamopradhan.

¹⁰⁵सब एक-दो को दुःख देते रहते हैं।

¹⁰⁸They all continue to cause sorrow for one another.

¹⁰⁶सबसे बड़ा दुःख कौन देते हैं?

¹⁰⁹Who causes the greatest sorrow?

¹⁰⁷जो तुम्हें परमात्मा से बेमुख करते हैं इसलिए शिवबाबा कहते हैं - बच्चे, तुम उन सबको छोड़ो।

¹¹⁰Those who turn you away from God. ¹¹¹This is why Shiv Baba says: Children, leave all of them aside.

¹⁰⁸गॉड इज वन कहा जाता है।

¹¹²It is said: God is One.

¹⁰⁹तुम सब ब्राइड्स हो, मैं हूँ तुम्हारा ब्राइडग्रूम।

¹¹³All of you are brides. ¹¹⁴I am your Bridegroom.

¹¹⁰हे सजनियां, तुम बिल्कुल लायक नहीं हो स्वर्ग मे चलने के लिए।

¹¹⁵O brides, you are not at all worthy of going to heaven!

¹¹¹माया ने तुमको बिल्कुल ना लायक बना दिया है।

¹¹⁶Maya has made you completely unworthy. ¹¹⁷This is the kingdom of Ravan.

¹¹²यह है रावण राज्य। ¹¹³सतयुग में है राम राज्य।

¹¹⁸In the golden age, there is the kingdom of Rama.

¹¹⁴राम शिव को कहा जाता है।

¹¹⁹Shiva is called Rama. ¹²⁰You are Brahmins.

¹¹⁵अभी तुम हो ब्राह्मण, परमपिता परमात्मा जो स्वर्ग की स्थापना करते है उनसे तुम वर्सा ले रहे हो।

¹²¹You are claiming your inheritance from the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, who establishes heaven.

¹¹⁶भारतवासियों को स्वर्ग का वर्सा मिल रहा है।

¹²²The people of Bharat are receiving the inheritance of heaven.

¹¹⁷कलष माताओं पर रखा है।

¹²³The urn is placed on you mothers.

¹¹⁸माता गुरू बिगर किसका कल्याण नहीं होता।

¹²⁴No one can receive benefit without the mother guru.

¹¹⁹जिसके लिए गाते हैं त्वमेव माताश्च पिता.. उनको फिर सर्वव्यापी कहना कितनी बड़ी भूल है!

¹²⁵To call the One to whom you say "You are the Mother and Father" omnipresent is such a big mistake!

¹²⁰मात-पिता को फिर बेअन्त कह देते हैं।

¹²⁶They call the Mother and Father infinite.

¹²¹गाते भी हैं तुम मात-पिता हम बालक तेरे, तुम्हारी कृपा से सुख घनेरे।

¹²⁷They sing: You are the Mother and Father and we are Your children. ¹²⁸We experience a lot of happiness through Your mercy.

¹²²फिर बाप पर दोष कैसे रखते हो।

¹²⁹In that case, how can you blame the Father for anything?

¹²³बाप तो आकर पतित से पावन बनाते हैं।

¹³⁰The Father comes and makes you pure from impure.

¹²⁴पतित रावण बनाते हैं।

¹³¹It is Ravan who makes you impure.

¹²⁵अभी रावण राज्य खत्म हो रामराज्य फिर शुरू हो जायेगा।

¹³²The kingdom of Ravan is now to end and the kingdom of Rama will then begin.

¹²⁶इस चक्र को अच्छी रीति समझना है।

¹³³You have to understand this cycle very well.

¹²⁷बेहद की हिस्ट्री-जॉग्राफी बेहद का बाप ही सुनायेंगे।

¹³⁴Only the unlimited Father would tell you unlimited history and geography.

¹²⁸यह है रुद्र ज्ञान यज्ञ।

¹³⁵This is the sacrificial fire of the knowledge of Rudra.

¹²⁹श्रीकृष्ण का यज्ञ नहीं है।

¹³⁶It is not a sacrificial fire of Shri Krishna.

¹³⁰वही गीता का राजयोग है परन्तु श्रीकृष्ण कोई ज्ञान नहीं देते हैं।

¹³⁷It is the Raj Yoga of that same Gita, but Shri Krishna doesn't give any knowledge.

¹³¹यह है रुद्र शिव भगवानुवाच।

¹³⁸These are the words of Rudra, God Shiva.

¹³²रुद्र ज्ञान यज्ञ से ही विनाश ज्वाला प्रगट हुई है।

¹³⁹The flames of destruction emerged from the sacrificial fire of the knowledge of Rudra.

¹³³अब तुम बच्चे आये हो मात-पिता से स्वर्ग का वर्सा लेने। ¹³⁴यह कोई अन्धश्रधा नहीं है।

¹⁴⁰You children have now come to claim your inheritance of heaven from the Mother and Father.

¹³⁵युनिवर्सिटी वा कॉलेज में कोई अन्धश्रधा होती नहीं।

¹⁴¹This is not blind faith. ¹⁴²There is no blind faith in a university or college.

¹³⁶यहाँ पर अन्धश्रधा की बात नहीं।

¹⁴³There is no question of blind faith here.

¹³⁷तुम बाप से बेहद का वर्सा लेने मनुष्य से देवता बनने आये हो।

¹⁴⁴You have come to claim your unlimited inheritance from the Father and to change from human beings into deities.

¹³⁸यह गॉड फादरली युनिवर्सिटी है।

¹⁴⁵This is a Godfatherly University.

¹³⁹बाप समझाते हैं यह भारत दैवी राजस्थान था। ¹⁴⁰हीरे जवाहरों के महल बनते थे।

¹⁴⁶The Father explains: This Bharat was a deity land of kings and there used to be palaces built of diamonds and jewels.

¹⁴¹भक्ति मार्ग में भी सोमनाथ का मन्दिर कितना बड़ा बनाया है।

¹⁴⁷On the path of devotion, too, they built such a big temple to Somnath.

¹⁴²उनसे पहले क्या होगा।

¹⁴⁸What must they have had before that?

¹⁴³अभी तो भारत कंगाल है।

¹⁴⁹Bharat is now poverty-stricken.

¹⁴⁴फिर सिरताज बनाना बाप का ही काम है।

¹⁵⁰It is the task of the Father alone to make it crowned once again.

¹⁴⁵अभी तुम बच्चे जानते हो हम मात-पिता के सम्मुख बैठे हैं और 21 जन्मों का सुख पा रहे हैं।

¹⁵¹You children know that you are now sitting personally in front of the Mother and Father and receiving happiness for 21 births.

¹⁴⁶बाप कहते हैं - हे आत्माओं, अब तुम मुझे याद करो मैं तुम्हारा गाइड और लिबरेटर हूँ।

¹⁵²The Father says: O souls, now remember Me. ¹⁵³I am your Guide and Liberator.

¹⁴⁷वर्ल्ड की हिस्ट्री-जॉग्राफी कैसे रिपीट होती है - यह तो बच्चों को समझाया जाता है।

¹⁵⁴How the world history and geography repeat has been explained to you children.

¹⁴⁸इसमें अन्धश्रधा की तो बात ही नहीं।

¹⁵⁵There is no question of blind faith in this.

¹⁴⁹तुम्हारा है सतोप्रधान बेहद का संन्यास।

¹⁵⁶Your renunciation is unlimited and satopradhan.

¹⁵⁰तुम पुरानी दुनिया को बुद्धि से छोड़ते हो इसलिए बाप कहते हैं सर्व धर्मानि.... देह सहित देह के जो भी संबंध हैं सबको भूल अपने को अशरीरी आत्मा समझो।

¹⁵⁷Your intellects renounce the old world and this is why the Father says: Renounce all bodily relationships, forget everything and consider yourselves to be bodiless souls.

¹⁵¹बाप कहते हैं इस देह का भान छोड़ो।

¹⁵⁸The Father says: Renounce any awareness of those bodies.

¹⁵²मुझ बाप को याद करने से ही तुम्हारे पाप भस्म होंगे।

¹⁵⁹By remembering Me, your Father, your sins will be burnt away. ¹⁶⁰Constantly remember Me.

¹⁵³निरन्तर मुझे याद करो और कोई उपाय नहीं।

¹⁶¹There is no other way. ¹⁶²You have to remember Me till the end.

¹⁵⁴अन्त तक याद करना है। ¹⁵⁵माया जीते जगत जीत बनना है।

¹⁶³You have to conquer Maya and become conquerors of the world.

¹⁵⁶माया पर जीत एक शिवबाबा ही पहना सकते हैं।

¹⁶⁴Only Shiv Baba enables you to conquer Maya.

¹⁵⁷अच्छा!

¹⁹⁵वो भी अर्थ परमात्मा से मिलने के लिये ही समझाते हैं।

¹⁹⁶परमात्मा साफ कहते हैं बच्चे ओम् का अर्थ है मैं आत्मा हूँ, मेरा असली धर्म शान्त स्वरूप है। ¹⁹⁷अब इस ओम् के अर्थ में उपस्थित रहना है, तो ओम् का अर्थ मैं आत्मा परमात्मा की संतान हूँ।

²⁰⁷That meaning is explained to us by God so that we can meet Him. ²⁰⁸God clearly says: Children, the meaning of “Om” is: I am a soul and my original religion is that of an embodiment of peace. ²⁰⁹We now have to remain stable in the meaning of “Om”.

¹⁹⁸मुख्य बात यह हुई कि ओम् के अर्थ में सिर्फ टिकना है, बाकी मुख से बैठ ओम्-ओम् का उच्चारण नहीं करो, बुद्धि में यह निश्चय रखकर चलना है।
