¹“मीठे बच्चे - पहले हर एक को यह मंत्र कूट-कूट कर पक्का कराओ कि तुम आत्मा हो, तुम्हें बाप को याद करना है, याद से ही पाप कटेंगे''

¹Essence: Sweet children, first of all, grind this mantra very firmly into everyone: You are a soul. ²You have to remember the Father. ³It is only by having remembrance that your sins will be cut away.

²प्रश्न:- सच्ची सेवा क्या है, जो तुम अभी कर रहे हो?

⁴Question: What is the real service that you now do?

³उत्तर:- भारत जो पतित बन गया है, उसे पावन बनाना - यही सच्ची सेवा है।

⁵Answer: To make Bharat that has become impure pure is real service.

⁴लोग पूछते हैं तुम भारत की क्या सेवा करते हो? ⁵तुम उन्हें बताओ कि हम श्रीमत पर भारत की वह रूहानी सेवा करते हैं जिससे भारत डबल सिरताज बनें।

⁶When people ask how you are serving Bharat, tell them that, according to shrimat, you are doing spiritual service of Bharat through which it becomes double crowned.

⁶भारत में जो पीस प्रासपर्टी थी, उसकी हम स्थापना कर रहे हैं।

⁷You are establishing the peace and prosperity that used to exist in Bharat.

⁷ओम् शान्ति।

⁸Om shanti.

⁸पहला-पहला शब्क (पाठ) है - बच्चे, अपने को आत्मा समझो अथवा मनमनाभव, यह है संस्कृत अक्षर।

⁹The first lesson is: Children, consider yourselves to be souls, that is, become “Manmanabhav”. ¹⁰This is a Sanskrit word.

⁹अब बच्चे जब सर्विस करते हैं तो पहले-पहले ही उनको अल्फ पढ़ाना है।

¹¹When you children do service, first of all, teach them about Alpha.

¹⁰जब भी कोई आये तो शिवबाबा के चित्र के आगे ले जाना है, और कोई चित्र के आगे नहीं।

¹²When anyone comes, take them to Shiv Baba's picture, not to any other picture.

¹¹पहले-पहले बाप के चित्र के पास उनको कहना है - बाबा कहते हैं अपने को आत्मा समझ मुझ बाप को याद करो।

¹³First of all, take them in front of the picture of the Father and say: Baba says: Consider yourselves to be souls and remember Me, your Father.

¹²मैं तुम्हारा सुप्रीम बाप भी हूँ, सुप्रीम टीचर भी हूँ, सुप्रीम गुरू भी हूँ।

¹⁴I am your Supreme Father, the Supreme Teacher and also the Supreme Guru.

¹³सबको यह पाठ सिखलाना है।

¹⁵Teach everyone this lesson.

¹⁴शुरू ही वहाँ से करना है।

¹⁶This is where you have to begin.

¹⁵अपने को आत्मा समझ और मुझ बाप को याद करो क्योंकि तुम जो पतित बने हो फिर पावन सतोप्रधान बनना है।

¹⁷Consider yourselves to be souls and remember Me, your Father, because you have become impure and you have to become pure and satopradhan once again.

¹⁶इस शब्क में सब बातें आ जाती हैं। ¹⁷सभी कोई ऐसे करते नहीं।

¹⁸Everything is included in this lesson, but not all of you do this.

¹⁸बाबा कहते हैं पहले-पहले शिवबाबा के चित्र पर ही ले जाना है।

¹⁹Baba says: First of all, take them to the picture of Shiv Baba.

¹⁹यह बेहद का बाबा है।

²⁰This is our unlimited Baba.

²⁰बाबा कहते हैं मामेकम् याद करो।

²¹Baba says: Constantly remember Me alone.

²¹अपने को आत्मा समझो तो बेड़ा पार है।

²²Consider yourselves to be souls and your boat will go across.

²²याद करते-करते पवित्र दुनिया में पहुँच ही जाना है।

²³While remembering Me, you will reach the pure world.

²³यह शब्क कम से कम 3 मिनट तो घड़ी-घड़ी पक्का करना है। ²⁴बाप को याद किया?

²⁴Every three minutes, repeatedly make this lesson firm: Did you remember the Father?

²⁵बाबा, बाबा भी है, रचना का रचयिता भी है।

²⁵Baba is Baba and also the Creator of creation.

²⁶रचना के आदि-मध्य-अन्त को जानते हैं क्योंकि मनुष्य सृष्टि का बीजरूप है।

²⁶He knows the beginning, middle and end of creation because He is the Seed of the human world tree.

²⁷पहले-पहले तो यह निश्चय कराना है।

²⁷First of all, you have to inspire them to have this faith.

²⁸बाप को याद करते हो?

²⁸Do you remember the Father?

²⁹यह नॉलेज बाप ही देते हैं।

²⁹Only the Father gives you this knowledge.

³⁰हमने भी बाप से नॉलेज ली है, जो आपको देते हैं।

³⁰We too received this knowledge from the Father which we are giving you.

³¹पहले-पहले यह मंत्र पक्का कराना है - अपने को आत्मा समझ बाप को याद करो तो धनके बन जायेंगे।

³¹First of all, make this mantra firm for them: Consider yourselves to be souls and remember the Father and you will belong to the Lord and Master.

³²इसके ऊपर ही समझाना है।

³²You just have to explain this.

³³जब तक यह नहीं समझें तब तक पैर आगे बढ़ाना ही नहीं।

³³Until they understand this, you mustn't move them from there.

³⁴ऐसे बाप के परिचय पर दो-चार चित्र होने चाहिए।

³⁴There should be two to four pictures that give such an introduction of the Father.

³⁵तो इस पर अच्छी रीति समझाने से उनकी बुद्धि में आ जायेगा - हमको बाप को याद करना है, वही सर्वशक्तिमान् है, उनको याद करने से पाप कट जायेंगे।

³⁵So, when you explain this very well, it will enter their intellects. ³⁶We have to remember the Father because He alone is the Almighty Authority. ³⁷By remembering Him, our sins will be cut away.

³⁶बाप की महिमा तो क्लीयर है।

³⁸The praise of the Father is clear.

³⁷पहले-पहले यह जरूर समझाना चाहिए - अपने को आत्मा समझ मामेकम् याद करो।

³⁹First of all, definitely say: Consider yourselves to be souls and constantly remember Me alone.

³⁸देह के सब सम्बन्ध भूल जाओ।

⁴⁰Forget all relationships of your bodies.

³⁹मैं सिक्ख हूँ, फलाना हूँ… यह छोड़ एक बाप को याद करना है।

⁴¹I am a Sikh, I am so-and-so: forget all of that and remember the one Father.

⁴⁰पहले-पहले तो बुद्धि में यह मुख्य बात बिठाओ।

⁴²First of all, make this one main thing sit in their intellects.

⁴¹वह बाप ही पवित्रता, सुख, शान्ति का वर्सा देने वाला है।

⁴³That Father is the One who gives you the inheritance of purity, peace and happiness.

⁴²बाप ही कैरेक्टर्स सुधारते हैं।

⁴⁴Only the Father reforms your character.

⁴³तो बाबा को ख्याल आया - पहला पाठ इस रीति पक्का कराते नहीं हैं, जो है बिल्कुल जरूरी।

⁴⁵So, Baba was concerned that you don't make them understand the first lesson firmly in this way. ⁴⁶However, this is absolutely essential.

⁴⁴जितना यह अच्छी रीति कूटेंगे उतना बुद्धि में याद रहेगा।

⁴⁷The more you grind this into their intellects, the more they will remember it.

⁴⁵बाप के परिचय में भल 5 मिनट लग जायें, हटना नहीं है।

⁴⁸Even if it takes five minutes to give the Father's introduction, you must not move away from that.

⁴⁶बहुत रूचि से बाप की महिमा सुनेंगे।

⁴⁹They will listen to the Father's praise with a lot of interest.

⁴⁷यह बाप का चित्र है मुख्य।

⁵⁰This picture of the Father is the main one.

⁴⁸क्यू सारी इस चित्र के आगे होनी चाहिए।

⁵¹There should be a queue in front of this picture.

⁴⁹बाप का पैगाम सबको देना है।

⁵²Give everyone the Father's message.

⁵⁰फिर है रचना की नॉलेज कि यह चक्र कैसे फिरता है।

⁵³Then there is the knowledge of creation and of how this cycle turns.

⁵¹जैसे मसाला कूट-कूट कर एकदम महीन बनाया जाता है ना। ⁵²तुम ईश्वरीय मिशन हो, तो अच्छी रीति एक-एक बात बुद्धि में बिठानी है क्योंकि बाप को न जानने कारण सब निधनके बन पड़े हैं।

⁵⁴Just as you grind spices and make them very fine, so too, you are the Godly mission and so you have to make each of these aspects sit in their intellects very well. ⁵⁵Because they don't know the Father, they have all become orphans.

⁵³परिचय देना है - बाबा सुप्रीम बाप है, सुप्रीम टीचर, सुप्रीम गुरू है।

⁵⁶You have to give this introduction: Baba is our Supreme Father, the Supreme Teacher and the Supreme Guru.

⁵⁴तीनों ही कहने से फिर सर्वव्यापी की बात बुद्धि से निकल जायेगी।

⁵⁷By your calling Him all three, the idea of omnipresence will be removed from their intellects.

⁵⁵यह तो पहले-पहले बुद्धि में बिठाओ।

⁵⁸Make this sit in their intellects first.

⁵⁶बाप को याद करना है तब ही तुम पतित से पावन बन सकेंगे।

⁵⁹You have to remember the Father, for only then will you be able to become pure from impure.

⁵⁷दैवी गुण भी धारण करने हैं।

⁶⁰You also have to imbibe divine virtues.

⁵⁸सतोप्रधान बनना है।

⁶¹You have to become satopradhan.

⁵⁹तुम उनको बाप की याद दिलायेंगे, इसमें तुम बच्चों का भी कल्याण है। ⁶⁰तुम भी मनमनाभव रहेंगे।

⁶²When you children remind them of the Father, you too will benefit from that; you will also remain “Manmanabhav”.

⁶¹तुम पैगम्बर हो तो बाप का परिचय देना है।

⁶³You are messengers and so you have to give the Father's introduction.

⁶²एक भी मनुष्य नहीं, जिसको यह पता हो कि बाबा हमारा बाप भी है, टीचर और गुरू भी है।

⁶⁴Not a single human being knows that Baba is our Father, Teacher and also our Guru.

⁶³बाप का परिचय सुनने से वह बहुत खुश हो जायेंगे।

⁶⁵When they hear the Father's introduction, they will become very happy.

⁶⁴भगवानुवाच - मामेकम् याद करो तो तुम्हारे पाप कट जायेंगे।

⁶⁶God speaks: Constantly remember Me alone and your sins will be cut away.

⁶⁵यह भी तुम जानते हो।

⁶⁷Only you know this.

⁶⁶गीता के साथ फिर महाभारत लड़ाई भी दिखाई है।

⁶⁸Together with the Gita, they have also shown the Mahabharat War.

⁶⁷अब और तो कोई लड़ाई की बात ही नहीं।

⁶⁹Now, there is no question of any other war.

⁶⁸तुम्हारी लड़ाई है ही बाप को याद करने में।

⁷⁰Your war is in remembering the Father.

⁶⁹पढ़ाई तो अलग है, बाकी लड़ाई है याद में क्योंकि सब हैं देह-अभिमानी।

⁷¹The study is separate, but there is a battle in having remembrance because all are body conscious.

⁷⁰तुम अब बनते हो देही-अभिमानी। ⁷¹बाप को याद करने वाले।

⁷²You are now becoming soul conscious, the ones who remember the Father.

⁷²पहले-पहले यह पक्का कराओ, वह बाप, टीचर, गुरू है।

⁷³First of all, make it firm for them that He is the Father, Teacher and Guru.

⁷³अभी हम उनकी सुनें या तुम्हारी सुनें?

⁷⁴Should we listen to Him or to you?

⁷⁴बाप कहते हैं - बच्चे, अब तुम्हें पूरा-पूरा श्रीमत पर चलना है श्रेष्ठ बनने के लिए।

⁷⁵The Father says: Children, in order to become elevated, you have to follow shrimat fully.

⁷⁵हम यही सेवा करते हैं।

⁷⁶This is the service that we do.

⁷⁶ईश्वरीय मत पर चलो तो तुम्हारे विकर्म विनाश होंगे।

⁷⁷Follow God’s directions and your sins will be absolved.

⁷⁷बाप की श्रीमत यह है कि मामेकम् याद करो।

⁷⁸The Father's directions are: Constantly remember Me alone.

⁷⁸सृष्टि का चक्र जो समझाते हैं, यह भी उनकी मत है।

⁷⁹The world cycle that He explains to you is also in His directions.

⁷⁹तुम भी पवित्र बनेंगे और बाप को याद करेंगे तो बाप कहते हैं मैं साथ ले जाऊंगा।

⁸⁰If you become pure and remember the Father, He says: I will take you back with Me.

⁸⁰बाबा बेहद का रूहानी पण्डा भी है।

⁸¹Baba is the unlimited spiritual Guide.

⁸¹उनको बुलाते हैं हे पतित-पावन, हमको पावन बनाकर इस पतित दुनिया से ले चलो।

⁸²People call out to Him: O Purifier, make us pure and take us away from this impure world!

⁸²वह हैं जिस्मानी पण्डे, यह है रूहानी पण्डा।

⁸³Those are physical guides whereas this One is the spiritual Guide.

⁸³शिवबाबा हमको पढ़ाते हैं।

⁸⁴Shiv Baba is teaching us.

⁸⁴बाप तुम बच्चों को भी कहते हैं चलते, फिरते, उठते बाप को याद करते रहो।

⁸⁵The Father says to you children: While walking and moving around, continue to remember the Father.

⁸⁵इसमें अपने को थकाने की भी दरकार नहीं।

⁸⁶There is no need to tire yourself out in this.

⁸⁶बाबा देखते हैं - कभी-कभी बच्चे सवेरे-सवेरे आकर बैठते हैं तो जरूर थक जाते होंगे।

⁸⁷Baba sees that some children sometimes come and sit here early in the morning and so they must definitely be becoming tired.

⁸⁷यह तो सहज मार्ग है।

⁸⁸This is an easy path.

⁸⁸हठ से नहीं बैठना है।

⁸⁹You mustn't sit here by force.

⁸⁹भल चक्र लगाओ, घूमो फिरो, बहुत रुचि से बाप को याद करो।

⁹⁰Although you may walk and tour around, you can remember the Father with a lot of interest.

⁹⁰अन्दर से बाबा-बाबा की बहुत उछल आनी चाहिए।

⁹¹Internally, let there be a lot of enthusiasm for Baba.

⁹¹उछल उनको आयेगी जो हरदम बाप को याद करते रहेंगे।

⁹²Only those who continue to remember the Father constantly would be enthusiastic.

⁹²कुछ न कुछ और बातें जो बुद्धि में याद हैं, उनको निकालना चाहिए।

⁹³You must remove everything else you remember from your intellects.

⁹³बाप के साथ अति प्यार रहे, वह अतीन्द्रिय सुख भासता रहे।

⁹⁴Let there be deep love for the Father and you will continue to experience supersensuous joy.

⁹⁴जब तुम बाप की याद में लग जायेंगे तब ही तमोप्रधान से सतोप्रधान बन जायेंगे।

⁹⁵When you become engrossed in having remembrance of the Father, you will become satopradhan from tamopradhan.

⁹⁵फिर तुम्हारी खुशी का पारावार नहीं रहेगा।

⁹⁶There will then be no end to your happiness.

⁹⁶इन सब बातों का वर्णन यहाँ होता है इसलिए गायन भी है - अतीन्द्रिय सुख गोप-गोपियों से पूछो, जिनको भगवान् बाप पढ़ाते हैं।

⁹⁷All of those things are spoken about here. ⁹⁸This is why it is remembered: Ask the gopes and gopis, whom God, the Father, teaches about supersensuous joy.

⁹⁷भगवानुवाच मुझे याद करो।

⁹⁹God speaks: Remember Me.

⁹⁸बाप की ही महिमा बतानी है।

¹⁰⁰You have to tell them the Father's praise.

⁹⁹सद्गति का वर्सा तो एक बाप से ही मिलता है।

¹⁰¹You receive the inheritance of salvation from only the one Father.

¹⁰⁰सबको सद्गति मिलती है जरूर।

¹⁰²Everyone definitely receives salvation.

¹⁰¹पहले सब जायेंगे शान्तिधाम।

¹⁰³First of all, everyone will go to the land of peace.

¹⁰²यह बुद्धि में होना चाहिए कि बाप हमको सद्गति दे रहे हैं।

¹⁰⁴You should have it in your intellects that the Father is giving you salvation.

¹⁰³शान्तिधाम, सुख-धाम किसको कहा जाता है - यह तो समझाया है।

¹⁰⁵It has been explained to you which places are called the land of peace and the land of happiness.

¹⁰⁴शान्तिधाम में सब आत्मायें रहती हैं।

¹⁰⁶All souls reside in the land of peace.

¹⁰⁵वह है स्वीट होम, साइलेन्स होम। ¹⁰⁶टॉवर आफ साइलेन्स।

¹⁰⁷That is the sweet home, the silence home, the tower of silence.

¹⁰⁷उसको इन आंखों से कोई देख न सके।

¹⁰⁸It cannot be seen with these eyes.

¹⁰⁸उन साइंस वालों की बुद्धि तो यहाँ इन आंखों से जो चीज़ देखते हैं उस पर ही चलती है।

¹⁰⁹The intellects of scientists work on all the things they see with their physical eyes.

¹⁰⁹आत्माओं को तो इन आंखों से कोई देख न सके।

¹¹⁰No one can see a soul with those eyes.

¹¹⁰समझ सकते हैं।

¹¹¹They can understand about a soul.

¹¹¹जब आत्मा को ही नहीं देख सकते तो बाप को फिर कैसे देख सकते हैं।

¹¹²They can't see a soul, so how could they see the Father?

¹¹²यह समझ की बात है ना।

¹¹³This is a matter of understanding.

¹¹³इन आंखों से देखा नहीं जाता।

¹¹⁴They cannot be seen with these eyes.

¹¹⁴भगवानुवाच - मुझे याद करो तो पाप भस्म होंगे।

¹¹⁵God speaks: Remember Me and your sins will be burnt away.

¹¹⁵यह किसने कहा?

¹¹⁶Who said this?

¹¹⁶पूरा समझ नहीं सकते तो श्रीकृष्ण के लिए कह देते हैं।

¹¹⁷Because they are unable to understand this fully, they say this about Shri Krishna.

¹¹⁷श्रीकृष्ण को तो बहुत याद करते हैं।

¹¹⁸People remember Shri Krishna a great deal.

¹¹⁸दिन-प्रतिदिन व्यभिचारी होते जाते हैं।

¹¹⁹Day by day, they continue to become adulterated.

¹¹⁹भक्ति में भी पहले एक शिव की भक्ति करते हैं।

¹²⁰In devotion, they first of all worship Shiva.

¹²⁰वह है अव्यभिचारी भक्ति फिर लक्ष्मी-नारायण की भक्ति.... ऊंच ते ऊंच तो है भगवान्।

¹²¹That is unadulterated devotion and then there is the devotion of Lakshmi and Narayan. ¹²²God is the Highest on High.

¹²¹वही वर्सा देते हैं यह विष्णु बनने का। ¹²²तुम शिव वंशी बन फिर विष्णुपुरी के मालिक बनते हो।

¹²³He gives you the inheritance of becoming Vishnu; you become part of the clan of Shiva and then become the masters of the land of Vishnu.

¹²³माला बनती ही तब है जब पहला पाठ अच्छी तरह पढ़ते हैं।

¹²⁴The rosary is created when the first lesson is studied very well.

¹²⁴बाप को याद करना कोई मासी का घर नहीं।

¹²⁵To remember the Father is not like going to your aunty's home!

¹²⁵मन-बुद्धि को सब तरफ से हटाकर एक तरफ लगाना है।

¹²⁶Remove your minds and intellects from everything else and fix them in one direction.

¹²⁶जो कुछ इन आंखों से देखते हो उनसे बुद्धियोग हटा दो।

¹²⁷Remove your intellects’ yoga from whatever you see with those eyes.

¹²⁷बाप कहते हैं मामेकम याद करो, इसमें मूंझना नहीं है।

¹²⁸The Father says: Constantly remember Me alone. ¹²⁹Do not become confused about this.

¹²⁸बाप इस रथ में बैठे हैं, उनकी महिमा करते हैं - वह है निराकार।

¹³⁰The Father is sitting in this chariot and He is praised as the incorporeal One.

¹²⁹इन द्वारा तुमको घड़ी-घड़ी यह याद दिलाते हैं - तुम मनमनाभव हो रहो। ¹³⁰गोया तुम सब पर उपकार करते हो।

¹³¹He repeatedly reminds you through this one to remain “Manmanabhav”, which means that you have to uplift everyone.

¹³¹तुम खाना पकाने वालों को भी कहते हो - शिवबाबा को याद कर भोजन बनाओ तो खाने वालों की बुद्धि शुद्ध हो जायेगी।

¹³²Tell those who cook food: Prepare food in remembrance of Shiv Baba and the intellects of those who eat that food will become pure.

¹³²एक-दो को याद दिलाना है।

¹³³You have to remind one another.

¹³³हर एक कुछ न कुछ समय याद करते हैं। ¹³⁴कोई आधा घण्टा बैठते हैं, कोई 10 मिनट बैठते हैं।

¹³⁴Each one sits in remembrance for some time: some sit for half an hour and others sit for ten minutes.

¹³⁵अच्छा, 5 मिनट भी प्यार से बाप को याद किया तो राजधानी में आ जायेंगे।

¹³⁵Achcha, if you remember the Father with love for even five minutes, you will come into the kingdom.

¹³⁶राजा-रानी हमेशा सबको प्यार करते हैं।

¹³⁶Kings and queens always love everyone.

¹³⁷तुम भी प्यार के सागर बनते हो, इसलिए सब पर प्यार रहता है।

¹³⁷You also become oceans of love and this is why you have love for everyone.

¹³⁸प्यार ही प्यार।

¹³⁸There is nothing but love.

¹³⁹बाप प्यार का सागर है तो बच्चों का भी जरूर ऐसा प्यार होगा, तब वहाँ भी ऐसा प्यार रहेगा।

¹³⁹The Father is the Ocean of Love and so you children would also have such love. ¹⁴⁰Only then will you have such love there too.

¹⁴⁰राजा-रानी का भी बहुत प्यार होता है।

¹⁴¹Kings and queens have a lot of love.

¹⁴¹बच्चों का भी बहुत प्यार होता है।

¹⁴²Children too have a lot of love.

¹⁴²प्यार भी बेहद का।

¹⁴³The love is unlimited.

¹⁴³यहाँ तो प्यार का नाम नहीं, मार है।

¹⁴⁴Here, there is no mention of love, there is just beating.

¹⁴⁴वहाँ यह काम कटारी की हिंसा भी नहीं होती, इसलिए भारत की महिमा अपरमअपार गाई हुई है।

¹⁴⁵There is no violence of the sword of lust there. ¹⁴⁶This is why limitless praise of Bharat has been remembered.

¹⁴⁵भारत जैसा पवित्र देश कोई है नहीं।

¹⁴⁷There is no other land as pure as Bharat was.

¹⁴⁶यह सबसे बड़ा तीर्थ है।

¹⁴⁸This is the greatest pilgrimage place.

¹⁴⁷बाप यहाँ (भारत में) आकर सबकी सेवा करते हैं, सबको पढ़ाते हैं।

¹⁴⁹The Father comes here (in Bharat) and serves everyone; He teaches everyone.

¹⁴⁸मुख्य है पढ़ाई।

¹⁵⁰The main thing is this study.

¹⁴⁹तुमसे कोई-कोई पूछते हैं भारत की क्या सेवा करते हो?

¹⁵¹Some people ask you how you serve Bharat.

¹⁵⁰बोलो, तुम चाहते हो भारत पावन हो, अब पतित है ना, तो हम श्रीमत पर भारत को पावन बनाते हैं।

¹⁵²Tell them: You want Bharat to become pure because it is now impure and so we are making Bharat pure by following shrimat.

¹⁵¹सबको कहते हैं बाप को याद करो तो पतित से पावन बन जायेंगे।

¹⁵³We tell everyone: Remember the Father and you will become pure from impure.

¹⁵²यह हम रूहानी सेवा कर रहे हैं।

¹⁵⁴This is the spiritual service that we do.
