¹“मीठे बच्चे - याद में रहकर हर कर्म करो तो अनेकों को तुम्हारा साक्षात्कार होता रहेगा''

¹Essence: Sweet children, perform every action whilst staying in remembrance and many people will receive vision through you.

²प्रश्न:- संगमयुग पर किस विधि से अपने हृदय को शुद्ध (पवित्र) बना सकते हो?

²Question: With which method can you make your heart pure at the confluence age?

³उत्तर:- याद में रहकर भोजन बनाओ और याद में खाओ तो हृदय शुद्ध हो जायेगा।

³Answer: Prepare food whilst in remembrance and eat it in remembrance and your heart will become pure.

⁴संगमयुग पर तुम ब्राह्मणों द्वारा बनाया हुआ पवित्र ब्रह्मा भोजन देवताओं को भी बहुत पसन्द है।

⁴The pure Brahma bhojan prepared by you Brahmins at the confluence age is very much liked by the deities.

⁵जिनको ब्रह्मा भोजन का कदर रहता वह थाली धोकर भी पी लेते हैं।

⁵Those who value Brahma bhojan rinse their plates and drink that water.

⁶महिमा भी बहुत है।

⁶There is also a lot of praise of it.

⁷याद में बनाया हुआ भोजन खाने से ताकत मिलती है, हृदय शुद्ध हो जाता है।

⁷By eating food prepared in remembrance, you receive a lot of power and your heart becomes pure.

⁹संगम पर ही बाप आते हैं।

¹⁰रोज़ बच्चों को कहना पड़ता है कि रूहानी बाप रूहानी बच्चों को समझा रहे हैं।

¹¹ऐसा क्यों कहते हैं कि बच्चे अपने को आत्मा समझो?

¹¹Why does He say: Children, consider yourselves to be souls?

¹²बच्चों को यह याद पड़े बरोबर बेहद का बाप है, आत्माओं को पढ़ाते हैं।

¹²So that you children remember that He truly is the unlimited Father and that He is teaching you souls.

¹³सर्विस के लिए भिन्न-भिन्न प्वाइंट्स पर समझाते हैं।

¹³He explains various points for doing service.

¹⁴बच्चे कहते हैं सर्विस नहीं है, हम बाहर में सर्विस कैसे करें?

¹⁴Children say: There is no service to do; how can we do service outside?

¹⁵बाप सर्विस की युक्तियां तो बहुत ही सहज बतलाते हैं।

¹⁵The Father shows you very easy way to do service.

¹⁶चित्र हाथ में हो।

¹⁶Have the pictures in your hands.

¹⁷रघुनाथ का काला चित्र भी हो, गोरा भी हो।

¹⁷Have the ugly picture of Raghunath (very name of Ram) and the beautiful picture too.

¹⁸श्रीकृष्ण का वा श्रीनारायण का चित्र गोरा भी हो, काला भी हो। ¹⁹भल छोटे चित्र ही हों।

¹⁸Also have the ugly and the beautiful pictures of Shri Krishna and Shri Narayan, even if they are small.

²⁰श्रीकृष्ण का इतना छोटा चित्र भी बनाते हैं।

¹⁹People make very small pictures of Shri Krishna too.

²¹तुम मन्दिर के पुजारी से पूछ सकते हो - इनको काला क्यों बनाया है जबकि असुल गोरा था?

²⁰You can ask the priests looking after the temples: Why has this one been shown in an ugly image when, in fact, he was really beautiful?

²²वास्तव में तो शरीर काला नहीं होता है ना।

²¹In fact, the body cannot be ugly.

²³तुम्हारे पास बहुत अच्छे गोरे-गोरे भी रहते हैं, परन्तु इनको काला क्यों बनाया है?

²²You also have many beautiful ones, but why has this one been made ugly?

²⁴यह तो तुम बच्चों को समझाया गया है आत्मा कैसे भिन्न-भिन्न नाम रूप धारण करते नीचे उतरती है।

²³It has been explained to you children how that soul adopts different names and forms as he continues to come down.

²⁵जबसे काम चिता पर चढ़ती है तब से काला बनती है।

²⁴The soul becomes ugly from the time he climbs on to the pyre of lust.

²⁶जगत नाथ वा श्रीनाथ द्वारे में ढेर यात्री होते हैं, तुमको निमन्त्रण भी मिलते हैं।

²⁵There are many pilgrims at Jagadnath and Shrinath and you receive invitations too.

²⁷बोलो, हम श्रीनाथ के 84 जन्मों की जीवन कहानी सुनाते हैं।

²⁶Tell them: We will tell you the biography of the 84 births of Shrinath.

²⁸भाइयों और बहनों आकर सुनो।

²⁷Brothers and sisters, come and listen to it.

²⁹ऐसा भाषण और कोई तो कर न सके।

²⁸No one else can give such lectures.

³⁰तुम समझा सकते हो यह काला क्यों बने हैं?

²⁹You can explain to them why he (Shri Krishna) has become ugly.

³¹हर एक को पावन से पतित जरूर बनना है।

³⁰From being pure, each one definitely has to become impure.

³²देवतायें जब वाम मार्ग में गये हैं तब उन्हें काला बनाया है।

³³काम चिता पर बैठने से आइरन एजड बन जाते हैं।

³²By sitting on the pyre of lust, they became iron aged.

³⁴आइरन का कलर काला होता है, सोने का गोल्डन, उनको कहेंगे गोरे।

³³Iron is black and gold is golden; they would be called beautiful.

³⁵वही फिर 84 जन्मों के बाद काले बनते हैं।

³⁴They then become ugly while taking 84 births.

³⁶सीढ़ी का चित्र भी जरूर हाथ में हो।

³⁵You should also definitely have a picture of the ladder in your hand.

³⁷सीढ़ी भी बड़ी हो तो कोई भी दूर से देख सकेंगे अच्छी रीति। ³⁸और तुम समझायेंगे कि भारत की यह गति है।

³⁶If the picture of the ladder is big, anyone can see it very clearly from a distance, and you can explain that that has become the condition of Bharat.

³⁹लिखा हुआ भी है उत्थान और पतन।

³⁷It is also written: “Rise and fall”.

⁴⁰बच्चों को सर्विस का बहुत शौक होना चाहिए।

⁴¹समझाना है यह दुनिया का चक्र कैसे फिरता है, गोल्डन एज, सिलवर एज, कॉपर एज… फिर यह पुरूषोत्तम संगमयुग भी दिखाना है।

³⁹You have to explain how the cycle of the world turns through the golden age, silver age, copper age and iron age. ⁴⁰Then, you also have to show this auspicious confluence age.

⁴²भल बहुत चित्र नहीं उठाओ।

⁴¹You don't have to take many pictures.

⁴³सीढ़ी का चित्र तो मुख्य है भारत के लिए।

⁴²The picture of the ladder is the main one for Bharat.

⁴⁴तुम समझा सकते हो अब फिर से पतित से पावन तुम कैसे बन सकते हो।

⁴³You can explain how, from being impure, you can now become pure once again.

⁴⁵पतित-पावन तो एक ही बाप है।

⁴⁴Only the one Father is the Purifier.

⁴⁶उनको याद करने से सेकण्ड में जीवनमुक्ति मिलती है।

⁴⁵By remembering Him, you can receive liberation-in-life in a second.

⁴⁷तुम बच्चों में यह सारा ज्ञान है।

⁴⁶You children have all of this knowledge.

⁴⁸बाकी तो सब अज्ञान नींद में सोये हुए हैं।

⁴⁷All the rest are sleeping in the sleep of ignorance.

⁴⁹भारत ज्ञान में था तो बहुत धनवान था।

⁴⁸When Bharat had knowledge, it was very wealthy.

⁵⁰अभी भारत अज्ञान में है तो कितना कंगाल है।

⁴⁹Bharat is now in ignorance and has become so poverty stricken.

⁵¹ज्ञानी मनुष्य और अज्ञानी मनुष्य होते हैं ना।

⁵⁰There are also knowledge-full and ignorant human beings.

⁵²देवी-देवता और मनुष्य तो नामीग्रामी हैं।

⁵¹Deities and human beings are very well known.

⁵³देवतायें सतयुग-त्रेता में, मनुष्य द्वापर-कलियुग में।

⁵²Deities exist in the golden and silver ages and human beings exist in the copper and iron ages.

⁵⁴बच्चों की बुद्धि में सदैव रहना चाहिए सर्विस कैसे करें?

⁵³It should constantly remain in the children’s intellects how service can be done.

⁵⁵वह भी बाप समझाते रहते हैं।

⁵⁴The Father continues to explain that too.

⁵⁶सीढ़ी का चित्र समझाने के लिए बहुत अच्छा है।

⁵⁵The picture of the ladder is very good to explain to someone.

⁵⁷बाप कहते हैं गृहस्थ व्यवहार में रहो।

⁵⁶The Father says: You may live at home with your families.

⁵⁸शरीर निर्वाह के लिए धन्धा आदि तो करना ही है।

⁵⁷You have to earn an income for the livelihood of your bodies.

⁵⁹जिस्मानी विद्या भी पढ़नी है।

⁵⁸You also have to study a worldly education.

⁶⁰बाकी जो टाइम मिले तो सर्विस के लिए ख्याल करना चाहिए - हम औरों का कल्याण कैसे करें?

⁵⁹However, whatever time you have after that, you have to think about doing service and how to benefit others.

⁶¹यहाँ तो तुम बहुतों का कल्याण नहीं कर सकते हो।

⁶⁰Here, you cannot benefit many.

⁶²यहाँ तो आते ही हो बाप की मुरली सुनने।

⁶¹You come here just to listen to the Father's murli.

⁶³इसमें ही जादू है।

⁶²It is only in this that there is magic.

⁶⁴बाप को जादूगर कहते हैं ना।

⁶³The Father is called the Magician, is He not?

⁶⁵गाते भी हैं मुरली तेरी में है जादू..... तुम्हारे मुख से जो मुरली बजती है उसमें जादू है।

⁶⁴You sing: There is magic in your murli. ⁶⁵The murli that You speak through Your mouth has magic.

⁶⁶मनुष्य से देवता बन जाते हैं।

⁶⁶We become deities from human beings.

⁶⁷ऐसा कोई जादूगर होता नहीं सिवाए बाप के।

⁶⁷There is no Magician like this, other than the Father.

⁶⁸गायन भी है मनुष्य से देवता किये करत न लागी वार।

⁶⁸It is also remembered that it didn't take God long to change human beings into deities.

⁶⁹पुरानी दुनिया से नई दुनिया होनी जरूर है।

⁶⁹The old world definitely has to become new again.

⁷⁰पुरानी का विनाश भी जरूर होना है।

⁷⁰The old world definitely has to be destroyed.

⁷¹इस समय तुम राजयोग सीखते हो तो जरूर राजा भी बनना है।

⁷¹At this time you are studying Raja Yoga and so you are surely going to become kings.

⁷²अभी तुम बच्चे समझते हो 84 जन्मों के बाद फिर पहला नम्बर जन्म चाहिए क्योंकि वर्ल्ड की हिस्ट्री-जॉग्राफी रिपीट होती है।

⁷²You children now understand that after your 84th birth, you will have to take your first birth because the history and geography of the world repeat.

⁷³सतयुग-त्रेता जो भी होकर गया है सो फिर रिपीट होना है जरूर।

⁷³The golden and silver ages that existed definitely have to repeat.

⁷⁴तुम यहाँ बैठे हो तो भी बुद्धि में यह याद करना है कि हम वापिस जाते हैं फिर सतोप्रधान देवी-देवता बनते हैं। ⁷⁵उनको देवता कहा जाता है।

⁷⁴Whilst you are sitting here, you have to keep it in your intellects that you are going back home and that you will then become satopradhan deities; they are called deities.

⁷⁶अभी मनुष्यों में दैवीगुण नहीं हैं।

⁷⁵At present, human beings don't have those divine virtues.

⁷⁷तो सर्विस तुम कहाँ भी कर सकते हो।

⁷⁶So, you can do service anywhere.

⁷⁸कितना भी धन्धा आदि हो, गृहस्थ व्यवहार में रहते भी कमाई करते रहना है।

⁷⁷No matter how much business etc. you have to do, you can still continue to earn this income while living at home.

⁷⁹इसमें मुख्य बात है पवित्रता की।

⁷⁸The main thing for this is purity.

⁸⁰प्योरिटी है तो पीस-प्रासपर्टी है।

⁷⁹When there is purity, there is also peace and prosperity.

⁸¹कम्पलीट प्योर बन गये तो फिर यहाँ नहीं रह सकते क्योंकि हमको शान्तिधाम जरूर जाना है।

⁸⁰If you become completely pure, you cannot stay here because you would definitely need to go to the land of peace.

⁸²आत्मा प्योर बन गई तो फिर आत्मा को इस पुराने शरीर के साथ नहीं रहना है। ⁸³यह तो इमप्योर है ना।

⁸¹When you souls have become pure, you can no longer remain in these old bodies, because they are impure.

⁸⁴5 तत्व ही इमप्योर हैं। ⁸⁵शरीर भी इनसे ही बनता है।

⁸²The five elements are still impure and the bodies are made of those.

⁸⁶इनको मिट्टी का पुतला कहा जाता है।

⁸³They are called puppets of clay.

⁸⁷5 तत्व का शरीर एक खत्म होता है, दूसरा बनता है। ⁸⁸आत्मा तो है ही।

⁸⁴One body of the five elements finishes and another one is created, but the soul exists for ever.

⁸⁹आत्मा कोई बनने की चीज़ नहीं।

⁸⁵A soul is not something that is made.

⁹⁰शरीर पहले कितना छोटा फिर कितना बड़ा होता है।

⁸⁶A body is very small at first and then it becomes large.

⁹¹कितने आरगन्स मिलते हैं जिससे आत्मा सारा पार्ट बजाती है।

⁸⁷A soul receives so many organs with which he performs his entire part.

⁹²यह दुनिया ही वन्डरफुल है।

⁸⁸This world is wonderful.

⁹³सबसे वन्डरफुल है बाप, जो आत्माओं का परिचय देते हैं।

⁸⁹The Father who gives the introduction of souls is the most wonderful.

⁹⁴हम आत्मा कितनी छोटी हैं।

⁹⁰We souls are so tiny.

⁹⁵आत्मा प्रवेश करती है।

⁹¹Each soul enters a body.

⁹⁶हर एक चीज़ वन्डरफुल है।

⁹²Each and everything is wonderful.

⁹⁷जानवरों के शरीर आदि कैसे बनते हैं, वन्डर है ना।

⁹³It is a wonder how the bodies of animals are created.

⁹⁸आत्मा तो सबमें वही छोटी है।

⁹⁴There is a similar tiny soul in everything.

⁹⁹हाथी कितना बड़ा है, उनमें इतनी छोटी आत्मा जाकर बैठती है।

⁹⁵An elephant is so big and a tiny soul goes and sits in it.

¹⁰⁰बाप तो मनुष्य जन्म की बात समझाते हैं।

⁹⁶The Father, however, explains about human births.

¹⁰¹मनुष्य कितने जन्म लेते हैं?

⁹⁷How many births do human beings take?

¹⁰²84 लाख जन्म तो हैं नहीं।

⁹⁸There aren't 8.4 million births.

¹⁰³समझाया है जितने धर्म हैं उतनी वैराइटी बनती है।

⁹⁹It has been explained that there are as many varieties as there are religions.

¹⁰⁴हर एक आत्मा कितने फीचर्स का शरीर लेती है, वन्डर है ना।

¹⁰⁰It is a wonder how each soul takes a body with so many features.

¹⁰⁵फिर जब चक्र रिपीट होता है, हर जन्म में फीचर्स, नाम, रूप आदि बदल जाते हैं।

¹⁰¹Then, as the cycle repeats, the features, name and form change in every birth.

¹⁰⁶ऐसे नहीं कहेंगे कृष्ण काला, कृष्ण गोरा।

¹⁰²It would not be said: The ugly Krishna and the beautiful Krishna.

¹⁰⁷नहीं, उनकी आत्मा पहले गोरी थी फिर 84 जन्म लेते-लेते काली बनती है।

¹⁰³No, that soul is at first beautiful and then as he takes 84 births, he becomes ugly.

¹⁰⁸तुम्हारी भी आत्मा भिन्न-भिन्न फीचर्स, भिन्न-भिन्न शरीर लेकर पार्ट बजाती है।

¹⁰⁴You souls also play your parts with different features and different bodies.

¹⁰⁹यह भी ड्रामा है।

¹⁰⁵This too is in the drama.

¹¹⁰तुम बच्चों को कभी भी कोई फिकरात नहीं होनी चाहिए।

¹⁰⁶You children should never have any worries.

¹¹¹सब एक्टर्स हैं।

¹⁰⁷All are actors.

¹¹²एक शरीर छोड़ दूसरा लेकर फिर पार्ट बजाना ही है।

¹⁰⁸You have to shed your bodies, take others and play your parts.

¹¹³हर जन्म में सम्बन्ध आदि बदल जाता है।

¹⁰⁹In every birth, your relations etc. change.

¹¹⁴तो बाप समझाते हैं यह बना-बनाया ड्रामा है।

¹¹⁰The Father explains: This drama is predestined.

¹¹⁵आत्मा ही 84 जन्म लेते-लेते तमोप्रधान बनी है, अब फिर आत्मा को सतोप्रधान बनना है।

¹¹¹It is you souls that have become tamopradhan by taking 84 births. ¹¹²Therefore, you souls now have to become satopradhan.

¹¹⁶पावन तो जरूर बनना है।

¹¹³You definitely have to become pure.

¹¹⁷पावन सृष्टि थी, अब पतित है फिर पावन होनी है।

¹¹⁴The world was pure, it has now become impure and it has to become pure again.

¹¹⁸सतोप्रधान, तमोप्रधान अक्षर तो है ना।

¹¹⁵There are the words "satopradhan”, “tamopradhan".

¹¹⁹सतोप्रधान सृष्टि फिर सतो, रजो, तमो सृष्टि।

¹¹⁶There is the satopradhan world, and then the sato, rajo and tamo worlds.

¹²⁰अभी जो तमोप्रधान बने हैं वही फिर सतोप्रधान कैसे बनें?

¹¹⁷How can those who have now become tamopradhan become satopradhan?

¹²¹पतित से पावन कैसे बनें, बरसात के पानी से तो पावन नहीं बनेंगे।

¹¹⁸How can you become pure from impure? ¹¹⁹One cannot become pure with rain water.

¹²²बरसात से तो मनुष्यों का मौत भी हो जाता है। ¹²³फ्लड्स हो जाती हैं तो कितने डूब जाते हैं।

¹²⁰Through rain, people can even die: when there are floods, so many people drown.

¹²⁴अभी बाप समझाते रहते हैं यह सब खण्ड नहीं रहेंगे।

¹²¹The Father now continues to explain: None of those lands will remain.

¹²⁵नैचुरल कैलेमिटीज भी मदद देंगी, कितने ढेर मनुष्य, जानवर आदि बह जाते हैं।

¹²²Natural calamities will also help. ¹²³So many human beings and animals etc. get carried away in the floods.

¹²⁶ऐसे नहीं कि पानी से पावन बन जाते हैं, वह तो शरीर चला जाता है।

¹²⁴It isn't that they become pure with that water, but the bodies just flow away.

¹²⁷शरीरों को तो पतित से पावन नहीं बनना है।

¹²⁵It isn't bodies that have to become pure from impure.

¹²⁸पावन बनना है आत्मा को।

¹²⁶It is souls that have to become pure.

¹²⁹सो पतित-पावन तो एक बाप है।

¹²⁷For that, only the one Father is the Purifier.

¹³⁰भल वह जगत गुरू कहलाते हैं परन्तु गुरू का तो काम है सद्गति देना, वह तो एक ही बाप सद्गति दाता है।

¹²⁸Although those people call themselves Jagadgurus (World Gurus), the duty of a guru is to grant salvation and only the one Father is the Bestower of Salvation.

¹³¹बाप सतगुरू ही सद्गति देते हैं।

¹²⁹The Father, the Satguru, alone grants salvation.

¹³²बाप समझाते तो बहुत रहते हैं, यह भी सुनते हैं ना।

¹³⁰The Father continues to explain a great deal; this one also listens.

¹³³गुरू लोग भी बाजू में शिष्य को बिठाते हैं सिखलाने के लिए।

¹³¹Gurus make their disciples sit next to them to teach them.

¹³⁴यह भी उनके बाजू में बैठता है।

¹³²This one is also sitting next to that One.

¹³⁵बाप समझाते हैं तो यह भी समझाते होंगे ना इसलिए गुरू ब्रह्मा नम्बरवन में जाता है।

¹³³The Father is explaining and so this one must be explaining too. ¹³⁴This is why Guru Brahma becomes number one.

¹³⁶शंकर के लिए तो कहते हैं आंख खोलने से भस्म कर देते हैं फिर उनको तो गुरू नहीं कहा जाए।

¹³⁵For Shankar, they say that, when he opened his third eye, he burnt everyone. ¹³⁶In that case, he cannot be called a guru.

¹³⁷फिर भी बाप कहते हैं बच्चों मामेकम् याद करो।

¹³⁷Nevertheless, the Father says: Children, constantly remember Me alone.

¹³⁸कई बच्चे कहते हैं - इतने धन्धेधोरी की फिकरात में रहते, हम अपने को आत्मा समझ बाप को कैसे याद करें?

¹³⁸Some children say: We have so many worries about our business, so how can we consider ourselves to be souls and remember the Father?

¹³⁹बाप समझाते हैं भक्ति मार्ग में भी तुम - हे ईश्वर, हे भगवान कह याद करते हो ना।

¹³⁹The Father explains: On the path of devotion too, you remembered God and said, "O Ishwar! ¹⁴⁰O Bhagawan!"

¹⁴⁰याद तब करते हो जब कोई दुःख होता है।

¹⁴¹You remember Him when there is some sorrow.

¹⁴¹मरने समय भी कहते हैं राम-राम बोलो।

¹⁴²When a person is about to die, people say, "Chant the name of Rama".

¹⁴²बहुत संस्थायें हैं जो राम नाम का दान देती हैं।

¹⁴³There are many organizations’ who give a donation in the name of Rama.

¹⁴³जैसे तुम ज्ञान का दान देते हो वह फिर कहते राम बोलो, राम बोलो।

¹⁴⁴Just as you give a donation of knowledge, so they say: Say, "Rama, Rama".

¹⁴⁴तुम भी कहते हो शिवबाबा को याद करो।

¹⁴⁵You also say: Remember Shiv Baba.

¹⁴⁵वह तो शिव को जानते ही नहीं।

¹⁴⁶Those people don't even know Shiva.

¹⁴⁶ऐसे राम-राम कह देते हैं।

¹⁴⁷They simply say, "Rama, Rama".

¹⁴⁷अब यह भी क्यों कहते हैं कि राम कहो, जबकि परमात्मा सबमें है?

¹⁴⁸Why do they say, "Chant the name of Rama", when they say that God is in everyone?

¹⁴⁸बाप बैठ समझाते हैं राम वा कृष्ण को परमात्मा नहीं कहा जाता, उन्हें देवता कहा जाता है, उनकी भी कलायें कम होती जाती हैं।

¹⁴⁹The Father sits here and explains: Neither Rama nor Shri Krishna can be called God. ¹⁵⁰Even they are called a deity, and their degrees also decrease.

¹⁴⁹हर एक चीज़ की कला कम तो होती ही है।

¹⁵¹The degrees of everything decrease.

¹⁵⁰कपड़ा भी पहले नया, फिर पुराना होता है।

¹⁵²Clothes too are at first new and then they become old.

¹⁵¹तो बाप इतनी बातें समझाते हैं फिर भी कहते हैं - मेरे मीठे-मीठे रूहानी बच्चों, अपने को आत्मा समझो।

¹⁵³So, the Father explains all of these things and then says: My sweetest, spiritual children, consider yourselves to be souls.

¹⁵²सिमर-सिमर सुख पाओ।

¹⁵⁴Experience happiness whilst remembering Him.

¹⁵³यहाँ तो दुःखधाम है।

¹⁵⁵Here, this is a land of sorrow.

¹⁵⁴बाप को और वर्से को याद करो।

¹⁵⁶Remember the Father and the inheritance.

¹⁵⁵याद करते-करते अथाह सुख पायेंगे।

¹⁵⁷By having remembrance you will attain an abundance of happiness.

¹⁵⁶कल-क्लेष, बीमारी आदि जो भी हैं सब छूट जायेंगे।

¹⁵⁸All of your sorrow and suffering and illnesses etc. will end.

¹⁵⁷तुम 21 जन्मों के लिए निरोगी बन जाते हो।

¹⁵⁹You will then become free from disease for 21 births.

¹⁵⁸कल-क्लेष मिटें सब तन के, जीवनमुक्ति पद पाओ।

¹⁶⁰All the sorrow and suffering of the body ends and you receive the status of liberation-in-life.

¹⁵⁹गाते हैं परन्तु एक्ट में नहीं आते हैं।

¹⁶¹They sing this, but they do not enter that act.

¹⁶⁰तुमको बाप प्रैक्टिकल में समझाते हैं - बाप को सिमरो तो तुम्हारी सब मनोकामनायें पूरी हो जायेंगी, सुखी हो जायेंगे।

¹⁶²The Father explains to you in a practical way: Remember the Father and your desires will all end and you will become happy.

¹⁶¹मोचरा खाकर मानी टुकड़ खाना (सज़ा खाकर रोटी का टुकड़ा खाना) अच्छा नहीं है।

¹⁶³It is not good to receive punishment and then receive a small piece of chapatti.

¹⁶²सबको ताजी रोटी पसन्द आती है।

¹⁶⁴Everyone loves hot chappattis.

¹⁶³आजकल तो तेल ही चलता है।

¹⁶⁵Nowadays, oil is used for everything.

¹⁶⁴वहाँ तो घी की नदियां बहती हैं।

¹⁶⁶There, rivers of ghee will flow.

¹⁶⁵तो बच्चों को बाप का सिमरण करना है।

¹⁶⁷So, you children have to remember the Father internally.

¹⁶⁶बाबा ऐसे भी नहीं कहते यहाँ बैठकर बाप को याद करो।

¹⁶⁸Baba doesn't say: Sit here and remember the Father.

¹⁶⁷नहीं, चलते, फिरते, घूमते शिवबाबा को याद करना है।

¹⁶⁹No, whilst walking, touring and moving around, remember Shiv Baba.

¹⁶⁸नौकरी आदि भी करनी है।

¹⁷⁰You also have to do your job etc.

¹⁶⁹बाप की याद बुद्धि में रहनी चाहिए।

¹⁷¹Let there be remembrance of the Father in your intellects.

¹⁷⁰लौकिक बाप के बच्चे नौकरी आदि करते हैं तो याद रहता ही है ना।

¹⁷²Children of a physical father remember him whilst doing their jobs etc.

¹⁷¹कोई भी पूछेगा तो झट बतायेंगे हम किसके बच्चे हैं।

¹⁷³If anyone asks them, they would instantly say whose children they are.

¹⁷²बुद्धि में बाप की प्रापर्टी भी याद रहती है।

¹⁷⁴They also keep their father's property in their intellects.

¹⁷³तुम भी बाप के बच्चे बने हो तो प्रापर्टी भी याद है।

¹⁷⁵You have become the Father's children and so you also remember His property.

¹⁷⁴बाप को भी याद करना है और कोई से सम्बन्ध नहीं।

¹⁷⁶You also have to remember the Father and have no relationships with anyone else.

¹⁷⁵आत्मा में ही सारा पार्ट नूँधा हुआ है जो इमर्ज होता है।

¹⁷⁷A whole part is fixed in each soul and that continues to emerge.

¹⁷⁶इस ब्राह्मण कुल में तुम्हारा जो कल्प-कल्प पार्ट चला है वही इमर्ज होता रहता है।

¹⁷⁸Whatever part each of you has played every cycle in this Brahmin clan, it continues to emerge.

¹⁷⁷बाप समझाते हैं खाना बनाओ, मिठाई बनाओ, शिवबाबा को याद करते रहो।

¹⁷⁹The Father explains: You may prepare food, sweets, but continue to remember Shiv Baba.

¹⁷⁸शिवबाबा को याद कर बनायेंगे तो मिठाई खाने वाले का भी कल्याण होगा।

¹⁸⁰If you prepare then whilst remembering Shiv Baba, then those who eat those sweets will also benefit.

¹⁷⁹कहाँ साक्षात्कार भी हो सकता है।

¹⁸¹Sometimes, they might even have visions.

¹⁸⁰ब्रह्मा का भी साक्षात्कार हो सकता है।

¹⁸²They can even have visions of Brahma.

¹⁸¹शुद्ध अन्न पड़ता है तो ब्रह्मा का, श्रीकृष्ण का, शिव का साक्षात्कार कर सकते हैं।

¹⁸³If they eat pure food, they can have visions of Brahma, Shri Krishna or Shiva.

¹⁸²ब्रह्मा है यहाँ।

¹⁸⁴Brahma is here.

¹⁸³ब्रह्माकुमार-कुमारियों का नाम तो होता है ना।

¹⁸⁵There is the name of the Brahma Kumars and Kumaris.

¹⁸⁴बहुतों को साक्षात्कार होते रहेंगे क्योंकि बाप को याद करते हो ना।

¹⁸⁶Many will continue to have visions because they remember the Father.

¹⁸⁵बाप युक्तियां तो बहुत ही बताते हैं।

¹⁸⁷The Father shows you many methods.

¹⁸⁶वह मुख से राम-राम बोलते हैं, तुमको मुख से कुछ बोलना नहीं है।

¹⁸⁸Those people say, "Rama, Rama" through their lips. ¹⁸⁹You don't have to say anything through your lips.

¹⁸⁷जैसे वह लोग समझते हैं गुरूनानक को भोग लगा रहे हैं, तुम भी समझते हो हम शिवबाबा को भोग लगाने के लिए बनाते हैं।

¹⁹⁰Just as those people understand that they are offering bhog to Guru Nanak, so you understand that you are preparing bhog to offer to Shiv Baba.

¹⁸⁸शिवबाबा को याद करते बनायेंगे तो बहुतों का कल्याण हो सकता है।

¹⁹¹If you prepare it whilst remembering Shiv Baba, many can be benefitted.

¹⁸⁹उस भोजन में ताकत हो जाती है, इसलिए बाबा भोजन बनाने वालों को भी कहते हैं शिवबाबा को याद कर बनाते हो?

¹⁹²There is power in that food. ¹⁹³This is why Baba asks those who prepare food: Do you prepare it whilst remembering Shiv Baba?

¹⁹⁰लिखा हुआ भी है शिवबाबा याद है?

¹⁹⁴It is written: Are you remembering Shiv Baba?

¹⁹¹याद में रहकर बनायेंगे तो खाने वालों को भी ताकत मिलेगी, हृदय शुद्ध होगा।

¹⁹⁵If you prepare it while you are in remembrance, then, even those who eat it will receive power and their hearts will become pure.

¹⁹²ब्रह्मा भोजन का गायन भी है ना।

¹⁹⁶Brahma bhojan is also remembered.

¹⁹³ब्राह्मणों का बनाया हुआ भोजन देवतायें भी पसन्द करते हैं।

¹⁹⁷Even deities love the food prepared by Brahmins.

¹⁹⁴यह भी शास्त्रों में है।

¹⁹⁸This is also mentioned in the scriptures.

¹⁹⁵ब्राह्मणों का भोजन बनाया हुआ खाने से बुद्धि शुद्ध हो जाती है, ताकत रहती है।

¹⁹⁹By eating food prepared by Brahmins, your intellects become pure and you receive power.

¹⁹⁶ब्रह्मा भोजन की बहुत महिमा है।

²⁰⁰There is a lot of praise of Brahma bhojan.

¹⁹⁷ब्रह्मा भोजन का जिनको कदर रहता है, थाली धोकर भी पी लेते हैं।

²⁰¹Those who value Brahma bhojan very much even rinse their plates and drink that water.

¹⁹⁸बहुत ऊंच समझते हैं।

²⁰²They consider that to be very elevated.

¹⁹⁹भोजन बिगर तो रह न सके।

²⁰³No one can stay without eating.

²⁰⁰फैमन में भोजन बिगर मर जाते हैं।

²⁰⁴In a famine, people die without food.

²⁰¹आत्मा ही भोजन खाती है, इन आरगन्स द्वारा स्वाद वह लेती है, अच्छा-बुरा आत्मा ने कहा ना। ²⁰²यह बहुत स्वादिष्ट है, ताकत वाला है।

²⁰⁵It is souls that eat the food with their organs. ²⁰⁶Each soul tastes everything. ²⁰⁷It is the soul that says whether something is good or bad: This is very tasty; this is very nourishing.

²⁰³आगे चल जैसे तुम उन्नति को पाते रहेंगे वैसे भोजन भी तुमको ऐसा मिलता रहेगा, इसलिए बच्चों को कहते हैं शिवबाबा को याद कर भोजन बनाओ।

²⁰⁸As you move forward and make progress, you will also continue to receive such bhojan. ²⁰⁹Therefore, you children are told to prepare food while in remembrance of Shiv Baba.

²⁰⁴बाप जो समझाते हैं उसको अमल में लाना चाहिए ना।

²¹⁰You should put into practice what the Father explains to you.

²⁰⁵तुम हो पियरघर वाले, जाते हो ससुरघर।

²¹¹You are in the Father's home now and you will then go to your in-laws’ home.

²⁰⁶सूक्ष्मवतन में भी आपस में मिलते हैं। ²⁰⁷भोग ले जाते हैं।

²¹²They meet one another (Brahmins and deities) in the subtle region when bhog is carried there.

²⁰⁸देवताओं को भोग लगाते हैं ना।

²¹³Bhog is offered to the deities.

²⁰⁹देवतायें आते हैं तुम ब्राह्मण वहाँ जाते हो। ²¹⁰वहाँ महफिल लगती है।

²¹⁴Deities go there, and you Brahmins go there and a meeting takes place there.

²¹¹अच्छा!

²¹⁵Achcha.

²¹²मीठे-मीठे सिकीलधे बच्चों प्रति मात-पिता बापदादा का याद-प्यार और गुडमॉर्निंग।

²¹⁶To the sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now-found children, love, remembrance and good morning from the Mother, the Father, BapDada.

²¹³रूहानी बाप की रूहानी बच्चों को नमस्ते।

²¹⁷The spiritual Father says namaste to you spiritual children.

²¹⁹ 1. Do not worry about anything because this drama is created absolutely accurately.

²¹⁶सभी एक्टर्स इसमें अपना-अपना पार्ट बजा रहे हैं।

²²⁰All actors are playing their own parts.

²¹⁷2) जीवनमुक्त पद पाने वा सदा सुखी बनने के लिए अन्दर में एक बाप का ही सिमरण करना है।

²²¹ 2. In order to attain the status of liberation-in-life and become constantly happy, remember internally the one Father alone.

²¹⁸मुख से कुछ भी बोलना नहीं है।

²²²Do not say anything.

²¹⁹भोजन बनाते वा खाते समय बाप की याद में जरूर रहना है।

²²³Whilst preparing and eating food, definitely stay in remembrance of the Father.

²²⁰वरदान:- स्वार्थ, ईर्ष्या और चिड़चिड़पने से मुक्त रहने वाले क्रोधमुक्त भव

²²⁴Blessing: May you remain free from anger by also remaining free from selfishness, jealousy and irritation.

²²¹कोई भी विचार भले दो, सेवा के लिए स्वयं को आफर करो। ²²²लेकिन विचार के पीछे उस विचार को इच्छा के रूप में बदली नहीं करो।

²²⁵ You may give some ideas and offer yourself for doing service, but do not let those ideas change into desires.

²²³जब संकल्प इच्छा के रूप में बदलता है तब चिड़चिड़ापन आता है।

²²⁶When your thoughts change into a desire, you then have irritation.

²²⁴लेकिन निस्वार्थ होकर विचार दो, स्वार्थ रखकर नहीं।

²²⁷Just offer your ideas altruistically, not with selfish motives.

²²⁵मैने कहा तो होना ही चाहिए - यह नहीं सोचो, आफर करो, क्यों क्या में नहीं आओ, नहीं तो ईर्ष्या-घृणा एक एक साथी आते हैं।

²²⁸Do not think that, because you said it, it has to happen. ²²⁹Offer yourself, but do not go into “Why?” or “What?”, then the other companions in the form of jealousy and dislike will come.

²²⁶स्वार्थ या ईर्ष्या के कारण भी क्रोध पैदा होता है, अब इससे भी मुक्त बनो।

²³⁰Anger also arises out of selfishness and jealousy, so now become free from this.

²²⁷स्लोगन:- शान्ति दूत बन सबको शान्ति देना - यही आपका आक्यूपेशन है।

²³¹Slogan: Your occupation is that of a messenger of peace and to give everyone peace.
