¹“मीठे बच्चे - तुम्हारे यह रिकार्ड संजीवनी बूटी हैं, इन्हें बजाने से मुरझाइस निकल जायेगी''

¹Essence: Sweet children, your records of songs are like a life-giving herb. ²By playing these songs, all your feelings of wilting (feeling low) will finish.

²प्रश्न:- अवस्था बिगड़ने का कारण क्या है?

³Question: Why does your stage become spoilt?

³किस युक्ति से अवस्था बहुत अच्छी रह सकती है?

⁴What method should you use to keep your stage good?

⁴उत्तर:- 1. ज्ञान की डांस नहीं करते, झरमुई झगमुई में अपना समय गँवा देते हैं इसलिए अवस्था बिगड़ जाती है।

⁵Answer: 1) Instead of dancing in this knowledge, you waste your time in gossiping and this is why your stage is spoilt.

⁵2. दूसरों को दुःख देते हैं तो भी उसका असर अवस्था पर आता है।

⁶ 2) When you make others unhappy, your stage is affected.

⁶अवस्था अच्छी तब रहेगी जब मीठा होकर चलेंगे। ⁷याद पर पूरा अटेन्शन होगा।

⁷Your stage will be good when you remain very sweet and pay full attention to having remembrance.

⁸रात को सोने के पहले कम से कम आधा घण्टा याद में बैठो फिर सवेरे उठकर याद करो तो अवस्था अच्छी रहेगी।

⁸Before going to sleep at night, sit in remembrance for at least half an hour. ⁹Then, when you wake up in the morning, sit again in remembrance. ¹⁰This will keep your stage good.

¹²इनका अर्थ भी बच्चों के सिवाए कोई जान नहीं सकते।

¹³बाबा ने कई बार समझाया है कि ऐसे अच्छे-अच्छे रिकॉर्ड घर में रहने चाहिए फिर कोई मुरझाइस आती है तो रिकॉर्ड बजाने से बुद्धि में झट अर्थ आयेगा तो मुरझाइस निकल जायेगी।

¹⁵Baba has told you many times to keep such good records at home. ¹⁶Then, when you wilt, you can play these records and their meanings will instantly enter your intellects and you won’t stay wilted.

²¹स्कूल माना स्कूल, जहाँ पढ़ाई होती है, यह भी स्कूल है।

²⁷You children know whom you keep in your hearts.

²³और कोई भी मनुष्य मात्र की बुद्धि में यह बातें नहीं हैं।

²⁴यह एक ही समय है जबकि तुम बच्चों को उनकी याद रहती है और कोई उनको याद नहीं करते।

²⁹This is the only time when you children remember Him; no one else remembers Him.

²⁵बाप कहते हैं तुम रोज़ मुझे याद करो तो धारणा बहुत अच्छी होगी।

³⁰The Father says: Remember Me every day and you will be able to imbibe this knowledge very well.

²⁶जैसे मैं डायरेक्शन देता हूँ वैसे तुम याद करते नहीं हो।

³¹You don’t remember Me according to the directions I give you.

²⁷माया तुमको याद करने नहीं देती है।

³²Maya does not allow you to remember Me.

²⁸मेरे कहने पर तुम बहुत कम चलते हो और माया के कहने पर बहुत चलते हो।

³³You follow My directions very little, whereas you follow Maya's directions a lot.

²⁹कई बार कहा है - रात को जब सोते हो तो आधा घण्टा बाबा की याद में बैठ जाना चाहिए।

³⁴I have told you many times: before you go to sleep at night, sit in remembrance of Baba for half an hour.

³⁰भल स्त्री-पुरूष हैं, इकट्ठे बैठें वा अलग-अलग बैठें। ³¹बुद्धि में एक बाप की ही याद रहे।

³⁵If you are a couple, you can sit together or separately, but just keep the one Father in your intellects.

³²परन्तु कोई विरले ही याद करते हैं। ³³माया भुला देती है।

³⁶However, hardly any of you remember Him; Maya makes you forget.

³⁴फरमान पर नहीं चलेंगे तो पद कैसे पा सकेंगे।

³⁷How will you be able to claim a status if you don’t follow Baba's orders?

³⁵बाबा को बहुत याद करना है।

³⁸You have to remember Baba a great deal.

³⁶शिवबाबा आप ही आत्माओं के बाप हो।

³⁹Shiv Baba, You are the Father of all souls.

³⁷सबको आपसे ही वर्सा मिलना है।

⁴⁰Everyone is to receive an inheritance from You.

³⁸जो पुरूषार्थ नहीं करते हैं उनको भी वर्सा मिलेगा, ब्रह्माण्ड के मालिक तो सब बनेंगे।

⁴¹Even those who do not make any effort will receive an inheritance; everyone will become a master of Brahmand.

³⁹सब आत्मायें निर्वाणधाम में आयेंगी ड्रामा अनुसार। ⁴⁰भल कुछ भी न करें।

⁴²According to the drama, even though they do nothing, all souls will go back to the land of nirvana.

⁴¹आधाकल्प भल भक्ति करते हैं परन्तु वापिस कोई जा नहीं सकते, जब तक मैं गाइड बनकर न आऊं।

⁴³However, even those who perform devotion for half a cycle cannot return home until I come as the Guide.

⁴²कोई ने रास्ता देखा ही नहीं है।

⁴⁴No one has seen the way home.

⁴³अगर देखा हो तो उनके पिछाड़ी सब मच्छरों सदृश्य जाएं।

⁴⁵If someone had seen it, others would follow him like a swarm of mosquitoes.

⁴⁴मूलवतन क्या है - यह भी कोई जानते नहीं।

⁴⁶No one knows what the incorporeal world is.

⁴⁵तुम जानते हो यह बना-बनाया ड्रामा है, इनको ही रिपीट करना है।

⁴⁷You know that this is predestined in the drama; it has to repeat.

⁴⁶अब दिन में तो कर्मयोगी बन धन्धे में लगना है। ⁴⁷खाना पकाना आदि सब कर्म करना है, वास्तव में कर्म संन्यास कहना भी रांग है।

⁴⁸You have to be a karma yogi and continue with your business during the day; you have to cook and do all your housework, etc. ⁴⁹In fact, it is wrong to speak of “renunciation of action”.

⁴⁸कर्म बिगर तो कोई रह न सके।

⁵⁰No one can live without performing actions.

⁴⁹कर्म संन्यासी झूठा नाम रख दिया है।

⁵¹The title “Renunciates of Action” that they give themselves is false.

⁵⁰तो दिन को भल धन्धा आदि करो, रात में और सवेरे-सवेरे बाप को अच्छी तरह से याद करो।

⁵²Carry on with your business, etc. during the day, but also remember the Father very well in the morning and at night.

⁵¹जिसको अब अपनाया है, उसको याद करेंगे तो मदद भी मिलेगी।

⁵³If you remember the One who now belongs to you, you receive help.

⁵²नहीं तो नहीं मिलेगी।

⁵⁴Otherwise, you do not receive help.

⁵³साहूकारों को तो बाप का बनने में हृदय विदीर्ण होता है तो फिर पद भी नहीं मिलेगा।

⁵⁵When wealthy people hear that they now have to belong to the Father, their hearts shrink.

⁵⁴यह याद करना तो बहुत सहज है।

⁵⁶Therefore, they won’t receive a status.

⁵⁵वह हमारा बाप, टीचर, गुरू है।

⁵⁷It is very easy to remember Him.

⁵⁶हमको सारा राज़ बतलाया है - यह वर्ल्ड की हिस्ट्री-जॉग्राफी कैसे रिपीट होती है।

⁵⁸He is our Father, Teacher and Guru. ⁵⁹He has told us all the secrets of how the history and geography of the world repeat.

⁵⁷बाप को याद करना है और फिर स्वदर्शन चक्र फिराना है।

⁶⁰You have to remember the Father and also spin the discus of self-realisation.

⁵⁸सबको वापिस ले जाने वाला तो बाप ही है।

⁶¹Only the Father takes everyone back home.

⁵⁹ऐसे-ऐसे ख्यालात में रहना चाहिए।

⁶²You should have such thoughts.

⁶⁰रात को सोते समय भी यह नॉलेज घूमती रहे।

⁶³Before you go to sleep at night, turn this knowledge around in your intellects.

⁶¹सुबह को उठते भी यही नॉलेज याद रहे।

⁶⁴Then, when you wake up in the morning, you will remember this same knowledge.

⁶²हम ब्राह्मण सो देवता फिर क्षत्रिय, वैश्य, शूद्र बनेंगे।

⁶⁵First, we are Brahmins, then we become deities, then warriors and merchants and then shudras.

⁶³फिर बाबा आयेंगे फिर हम शूद्र से ब्राह्मण बनेंगे।

⁶⁶Then Baba will come and we will change from shudras to Brahmins.

⁶⁴बाबा त्रिमूर्ति, त्रिकालदर्शी, त्रिनेत्री भी है।

⁶⁷Baba is Trimurti, Trikaldarshi and Trinetri.

⁶⁵हमारी बुद्धि खोल देते हैं।

⁶⁸He also opens the locks on our intellects.

⁶⁶तीसरा नेत्र भी ज्ञान का मिलता है।

⁶⁹Each of us receives a third eye of knowledge.

⁶⁷ऐसा बाप तो कोई हो नहीं सकता।

⁷⁰No one else could be such a Father.

⁶⁸बाप रचना रचते हैं तो माता भी हो गई।

⁷¹The Father creates creation and so He is also our Mother.

⁶⁹जगत अम्बा को निमित्त बनाते हैं।

⁷²He makes Jagadamba (world mother) the instrument to look after everyone.

⁷⁰बाप इस तन में आकर ब्रह्मा रूप से खेलते-कूदते भी हैं।

⁷³The Father enters this body and, in the form of Brahma, plays with us children.

⁷¹घूमने भी जाते हैं।

⁷⁴He also takes us for walks.

⁷²हम बाबा को याद तो करते हैं ना!

⁷⁵We remember Baba.

⁷³तुम जानते हो इनके रथ में आते हैं।

⁷⁶You know that He comes and enters this one's chariot.

⁷⁴तुम कहेंगे बापदादा हमारे साथ खेलते हैं।

⁷⁷You say that BapDada plays with us.

⁷⁵खेल में भी बाबा पुरूषार्थ करता है याद करने का।

⁷⁸Even whilst playing, Baba makes effort to stay in remembrance.

⁷⁶बाबा कहते हैं मैं इनके द्वारा खेल रहा हूँ।

⁷⁹Baba says: I play with you through this one.

⁷⁷चैतन्य तो है ना।

⁸⁰He is the Living Being.

⁷⁸तो ऐसे ख्याल रखना चाहिए।

⁸¹You should have such thoughts.

⁷⁹ऐसे बाप के ऊपर बलि भी चढ़ना है।

⁸²You also have to surrender yourself to that Father.

⁸⁰भक्ति मार्ग में तुम गाते आये हो वारी जाऊं...... अब बाप कहते हैं हमको यह एक जन्म अपना वारिस बनाओ तो हम 21 जन्मों के लिए राज्य-भाग्य देंगे।

⁸³On the path of devotion, you used to say that you would surrender to Him. ⁸⁴The Father says: Now make Me your Heir for this one birth and I will give you your fortune of the kingdom for 21 births.

⁸¹अब यह फरमान देवे तो उस डायरेक्शन पर चलना है।

⁸⁵You should follow the directions that that One gives you.

⁸²वह भी जैसा देखेंगे ऐसा डायरेक्शन देंगे।

⁸⁶He gives directions according to what He sees.

⁸³डायरेक्शन पर चलने से ममत्व मिट जायेगा, परन्तु डरते हैं।

⁸⁷When you follow His directions, all your attachment comes to an end. ⁸⁸However, some children are afraid.

⁸⁴बाबा कहते हैं तुम बलि नहीं चढ़ते हो तो हम वर्सा कैसे देंगे।

⁸⁹Baba says: You do not surrender yourselves to Me. ⁹⁰Therefore, how can I give you an inheritance?

⁸⁵तुम्हारे पैसे कोई ले थोड़ेही जाते हैं।

⁹¹I won’t take your money.

⁸⁶कहेंगे, अच्छा तुम्हारे पैसे हैं, लिटरेचर में लगा दो।

⁹²Baba says: Achcha, if you have some money, use it for literature.

⁸⁷ट्रस्टी हैं ना।

⁹³You are trustees.

⁸⁸बाबा राय देते रहेंगे।

⁹⁴Baba continues to advise you.

⁸⁹बाबा का सब कुछ बच्चों के लिए है।

⁹⁵Everything that Baba has is for you children.

⁹⁰बच्चों से कुछ लेते नहीं हैं।

⁹⁶He takes nothing from you children.

⁹¹युक्ति से समझा देते हैं सिर्फ ममत्व मिट जाए।

⁹⁷He explains to you with the right methods so that your attachment can finish.

⁹²मोह भी बड़ा कड़ा है।

⁹⁸Attachment is a very strong vice.

⁹³(बन्दर का मिसाल) बाबा कहते हैं तुम बन्दर मिसल उनके पिछाड़ी मोह क्यों रखते हो।

⁹⁹Baba says: Why do you remain attached to them like monkeys?

⁹⁴फिर घर-घर में मन्दिर कैसे बनेंगे।

¹⁰⁰How could there then be a temple in every home?

⁹⁵हम तुमको बन्दरपने से छुड़ाए मन्दिर लायक बनाते हैं।

¹⁰¹I liberate you from your monkey life and make you worthy of being worshipped in a temple.

⁹⁶तुम इस किचड़पट्टी में ममत्व क्यों रखते हो।

¹⁰²Why do you have attachment to that rubbish?

⁹⁷बाबा सिर्फ मत देंगे - कैसे सम्भालो।

¹⁰³Baba simply gives you directions on how to look after everything.

⁹⁸तो भी बुद्धि में नहीं बैठता।

¹⁰⁴In spite of that, this doesn’t sit in your intellects.

⁹⁹यह सारा बुद्धि का काम है।

¹⁰⁵You have to use your intellects to understand all of this.

¹⁰⁰बाबा राय देते हैं अमृतवेले भी कैसे बाबा से बातें करो।

¹⁰⁶Baba also advises you how to talk to Baba at amrit vela.

¹⁰¹बाबा, आप बेहद के बाप, टीचर हो।

¹⁰⁷Baba, You are our unlimited Father and Teacher.

¹⁰²आप ही बेहद के वर्ल्ड की हिस्ट्री-जॉग्राफी बता सकते हो।

¹⁰⁸Only You alone can tell us the unlimited history and geography of the world.

¹⁰³लक्ष्मी-नारायण के 84 जन्मों की कहानी दुनिया में कोई नहीं जानते।

¹⁰⁹No one in the world knows the story of the 84 births of Lakshmi and Narayan.

¹⁰⁴जगत अम्बा को माता-माता भी कहते हैं।

¹¹⁰Jagadamba too is called mother.

¹⁰⁵वह कौन है?

¹¹¹Who is she?

¹⁰⁶सतयुग में तो हो नहीं सकती।

¹¹²She cannot exist in the golden age.

¹⁰⁷वहाँ के महारानी-महाराजा तो लक्ष्मी-नारायण हैं।

¹¹³The empress and emperor there are Lakshmi and Narayan.

¹⁰⁸उनको अपना बच्चा है जो तख्त पर बैठेंगे।

¹¹⁴They have their own child who will sit on the throne.

¹⁰⁹हम कैसे उनके बच्चे बनेंगे जो तख्त पर बैठेंगे।

¹¹⁵How can we become their children who could then sit on the throne?

¹¹⁰अभी हम जानते हैं यह जगदम्बा ब्राह्मणी है, ब्रह्मा की बेटी सरस्वती।

¹¹⁶We now know that Jagadamba is a Brahmin. ¹¹⁷She is Saraswati, the daughter of Brahma.

¹¹¹मनुष्य थोड़ेही यह राज़ जानते हैं।

¹¹⁸People do not know this secret.

¹¹²रात को बाबा की याद में बैठने का नियम रखो तो बहुत अच्छा है।

¹¹⁹It is very good to keep the discipline of remembering Baba at night.

¹¹³नियम बनायेंगे तो तुमको खुशी का पारा चढ़ा रहेगा फिर और कोई कष्ट नहीं होंगे।

¹²⁰When you make this your discipline, your mercury of happiness will remain high and you won’t experience any difficulty.

¹¹⁴कहेंगे एक बाप के बच्चे हम भाई-बहन हैं।

¹²¹You say that you are brothers and sisters, children of the one Father.

¹¹⁵फिर गन्दी दृष्टि रखना क्रिमिनल एसाल्ट हो जायेगी।

¹²²In that case, to have dirty vision is like committing criminal assault.

¹¹⁶नशा भी सतो, रजो, तमोगुणी होता है ना।

¹²³There are sato, rajo and tamo types of intoxication.

¹¹⁷तमोगुणी नशा चढ़ा तो मर पड़ेंगे।

¹²⁴If your intoxication is tamoguni, you will die.

¹¹⁸यह तो नियम बना लो - थोड़ा भी समय बाबा को याद कर बाबा की सर्विस पर जाओ।

¹²⁵Make the remembrance of Baba your discipline for even a short time and then go and do Baba's service.

¹¹⁹फिर माया के तूफान नहीं आयेंगे।

¹²⁶By doing this, you won’t experience any storms of Maya.

¹²⁰वह नशा दिन भर चलेगा और अवस्था भी बड़ी रिफाइन हो जायेगी।

¹²⁷Your intoxication will last throughout the day and your stage will be very refined.

¹²¹योग में भी लाइन क्लीयर हो जायेगी।

¹²⁸Your line of yoga too will become clear.

¹²²ऐसे-ऐसे रिकार्ड भी बहुत अच्छे हैं, रिकार्ड सुनते रहेंगे तो नाचना शुरू कर देंगे, रिफ्रेश हो जायेंगे।

¹²⁹Such records are very good. ¹³⁰When you continue to listen to such records, you will begin to dance and you will become refreshed.

¹²³दो, चार, पांच रिकॉर्ड बड़े अच्छे हैं।

¹³¹There are four to five records that are very good.

¹²⁴गरीब भी बाबा की इस सर्विस में लग जाएं तो उनको महल मिल सकते हैं।

¹³²When the poor stay busy doing this service, they will receive palaces.

¹²⁵शिवबाबा के भण्डारे से सब कुछ मिल सकता है।

¹³³You can receive everything from Shiv Baba's treasure store.

¹²⁶सर्विसएबुल को बाबा क्यों नहीं देंगे।

¹³⁴Why would Baba not give anything to His serviceable children?

¹²⁷शिवबाबा का भण्डारा भरपूर ही है।

¹³⁵Shiv Baba's treasure store is always full.

¹³⁶In the song that was played, the dance is the dance of this knowledge.

¹²⁹बाप आकर ज्ञान डांस कराते हैं गोप-गोपियों को।

¹³⁷Baba comes and makes you gopes and gopis perform the dance of this knowledge.

¹³⁰कहाँ भी बैठे हो बाबा को याद करते रहो तो अवस्था बहुत अच्छी रहेगी।

¹³⁸Wherever you may be sitting, continue to remember the Father and your stage will remain very good.

¹³¹जैसे बाबा ज्ञान और योग के नशे में रहते हैं तुम बच्चों को भी सिखलाते हैं।

¹³⁹Just as Baba remains in the intoxication of this knowledge and yoga, so he teaches you children to be the same.

¹³²तो खुशी का नशा रहेगा।

¹⁴⁰Therefore, you should experience happiness from this intoxication.

¹³³नहीं तो झरमुई-झगमुई में रहने से फिर अवस्था ही बिगड़ जाती है।

¹⁴¹Otherwise, you just gossip and your stage becomes spoilt.

¹³⁴सुबह को उठना तो बहुत अच्छा है।

¹⁴²It is very good to wake up early in the morning.

¹³⁵बाबा की याद में बैठ बाबा से मीठी-मीठी बातें करनी चाहिए।

¹⁴³Whilst sitting in remembrance of Baba, talk to Baba very sweetly.

¹³⁶भाषण करने वालों को तो विचार सागर मंथन करना पड़े। ¹³⁷आज इन प्वाइंट्स पर समझायेंगे, ऐसे समझायेंगे।

¹⁴⁴Even those who give lectures have to churn the ocean of this knowledge and think about ways of explaining particular points.

¹³⁸बाबा को बहुत बच्चे कहते हैं हम नौकरी छोड़ें?

¹⁴⁵Many children tell Baba that they want to leave their jobs.

¹³⁹परन्तु बाबा कहते हैं पहले सर्विस का सबूत तो दो।

¹⁴⁶However, Baba says: First of all, give some evidence of the service you do.

¹⁴⁰बाबा ने याद की युक्ति बहुत अच्छी बताई है। ¹⁴¹परन्तु कोटों में कोई निकलेंगे जिनको यह आदत पड़ेगी।

¹⁴⁷Baba gives you very good methods to have remembrance, but only a handful out of multimillions emerge who instil this habit in themselves.

¹⁴²कोई को मुश्किल याद रहती है।

¹⁴⁸Hardly any of you stay in remembrance.

¹⁴³तुम कुमारियों का नाम तो मशहूर है।

¹⁴⁹You kumaris are very well renowned.

¹⁴⁴कुमारी को सब पांव पड़ते हैं।

¹⁵⁰Everyone bows at the feet of kumaris.

¹⁴⁵तुम 21 जन्मों के लिए भारत को स्वराज्य दिलाते हो।

¹⁵¹You enable Bharat to claim self-sovereignty for 21 births.

¹⁴⁶तुम्हारा यादगार मन्दिर भी है।

¹⁵²There is also a temple as your memorial.

¹⁴⁷ब्रह्माकुमार-कुमारियों का नाम भी मशहूर हो गया है ना।

¹⁵³The name “Brahma Kumars and Kumaris” has become very famous.

¹⁴⁸कुमारी वह जो 21 कुल का उद्धार करे।

¹⁵⁴A kumari is one who uplifts 21 generations.

¹⁴⁹तो उनका अर्थ भी समझना पड़े।

¹⁵⁵Therefore, you have to understand the meaning of that.

¹⁵⁰तुम बच्चे जानते हो यह 5 हज़ार वर्ष का रील है, जो कुछ पास हुआ है वह ड्रामा।

¹⁵⁶You children know that this reel lasts for 5000 years. ¹⁵⁷Whatever passes is in the drama.

¹⁵¹भूल हुई ड्रामा। ¹⁵²फिर आगे के लिए अपना रजिस्टर ठीक कर देना चाहिए। ¹⁵³फिर रजिस्टर खराब नहीं होना चाहिए।

¹⁵⁸When a mistake happens, that is part of the drama. ¹⁵⁹However, you must put your register right and not allow it to be spoilt again in future.

¹⁵⁴बहुत बड़ी मेहनत है तब इतना ऊंच पद मिलेगा।

¹⁶⁰This requires a lot of effort, for only then can you claim such a high status.

¹⁵⁵बाबा का बन गया तो फिर बाबा वर्सा भी देंगे।
