¹Essence: Sweet children, stay in accurate remembrance of the Father and your faces will remain constantly sparkling and happy.

²prashn:- yaad mein baithne ki vidhi kaun si hai tatha usse laabh kya-kya hota hai?

²Question: What is the way to sit in remembrance and what are the benefits of it?

³uttar:- jab yaad mein baithte ho to buddhi se sab dhandhedhori aadi ki panchaayat ko bhool apne ko dehi (aatma) samjho।

³Answer: When you sit in remembrance, remove all the complications of your business etc. from your intellect and consider yourself to be a soul.

⁴deh aur deh ke sambandhon ki badi jaal hai, us jaal ko hap karke deh-abhimaan se pare ho jaao arthaat aap muye mar gai duniya।

⁴The body and bodily relations are a big web. ⁵Swallow that web and go beyond body consciousness. ⁶This means that when you die, the world is dead for you.

⁵jeete ji sab kuchh bhool ek baap ki yaad rahe, yeh hai ashareeri avastha, isse aatma ki kat utarti jaayegi।

⁷When you die alive, you forget everything while alive and you only remember the one Father. ⁸This is the bodiless stage. ⁹It is through this that the rust on the soul will be removed.

⁸bachche yaad ki yaatra mein baithe hain, jisko kehte hain neshtha mein athva shanti mein baithe hain।

¹³You children are sitting on the pilgrimage of remembrance. ¹⁴This is also called conducted meditation or sitting in silence.

⁹sirf shanti mein nahin baithte hain, kuchh kar rahe hain।

¹⁵You are not just sitting in silence, you are also doing something.

¹⁰svadharma mein tike hue hain। ¹¹parantu yaatra par bhi ho।

¹⁶You are stable in your original religion, but you are also on a pilgrimage.

¹²yeh yaatra sikhlaane vaala baap saath mein bhi le jaate hain।

¹⁷The Father who teaches you this pilgrimage also takes you back home with Him.

¹³woh hote hain jismaani brahman, jo saath le jaate hain।

¹⁸Those are worldly brahmins who take you with them.

¹⁴tum ho roohaani brahman, braahmanon ka varna athva kul kahenge।

¹⁹You are spiritual Brahmins. ²⁰It is said, the clan or caste of Brahmins.

¹⁵ab bachche yaad ki yaatra mein baithe ho aur satsangon mein baithte honge to guru ki yaad aayegi।

²¹You children are now sitting on the pilgrimage of remembrance. ²²Those sitting in other spiritual gatherings would be remembering their guru.

¹⁶guru aakar pravchan sunaaye।

²³The guru would come and give a lecture.

¹⁷woh hai saara bhakti maarga।

²⁴That is all the path of devotion.

¹⁸yeh yaad ki yaatra hai, jisse vikarma vinaash hote hain।

²⁵This is the pilgrimage of remembrance through which sins are absolved.

¹⁹tum yaad mein baithte ho, junk arthaat kat nikaalne ke liye।

²⁶You sit in remembrance to have the rust removed.

²⁰baap ka direction hai yaad se kat niklegi kyonki patit-paavan main hi hoon।

²⁷The Father's direction is: The rust will be removed by having remembrance of Me, because I alone am the Purifier.

²¹main kisi ki yaad se nahin aata hoon।

²⁸It isn't that I come because of someone's remembrance.

²²mera aana bhi drama mein noondh hai। ²³jab patit duniya badalkar paavan duniya honi hai, aadi sanaatan devi devta dharma jo praayah lop hai, uski sthaapna phir se brahma dvaara karte hain।

²⁹My coming is fixed in the drama; it is when this impure world has to change and become a pure world. ³⁰He comes and once again establishes through Brahma the original, eternal deity religion that had disappeared.

²⁴jis brahma ke liye hi samjhaaya hai - brahma so vishnu, second mein bante hain।

³¹It is of this Brahma that it is said: Brahma becomes Vishnu in a second.

²⁵phir vishnu se brahma banne mein 5 hajaar varsha lagte hain।

³²It then takes 5000 years for Vishnu to become Brahma.

²⁶yeh bhi buddhi se samajhne ki baaten hain।

³³These matters have to be understood with your intellects.

²⁷tum jo shoodra the, ab brahman varna mein aaye ho।

³⁴You, who were shudras, have now come into this Brahmin clan.

²⁸tum brahman bante ho to shivbaaba brahma dvaara tumko yeh yaad ki yaatra sikhlaate hain, khaad nikaalne ke liye।

³⁵When you become Brahmins, Shiv Baba teaches you through Brahma this pilgrimage of remembrance to remove the alloy.

²⁹yeh rachna ka chakra kaise phirta hai so to samajh gaye।

³⁶You have now understood how the cycle of creation turns.

³⁰ismen koi deri nahin lagti hai।

³⁷This doesn't take time.

³¹abhi hai bhi barobar kaliyug।

³⁸It is now truly the iron age.

⁴⁰The Father says: I explain to you the essence of all the Vedas and scriptures.

³⁵tum bachche subah ko jab yahaan baithte ho to yaad mein baithna hota hai।

⁴¹When you children sit here in the morning, you have to sit in remembrance.

³⁶nahin to maaya ke toofaan aayenge। ³⁷dhandhe-dhori taraph buddhiyog jaayega।

⁴²Otherwise, storms of Maya come and your intellects are diverted to your business, etc.

³⁸yeh sab baahar ki panchaayat hai na।

⁴³All of those complications are external.

³⁹jaise makdi kitne jaal nikaalti hai।

⁴⁴A spider creates such a big web.

⁴⁰saara hap bhi kar leti hai।

⁴⁶aap muye mar gai duniya।

⁵¹When you die, the world is dead for you.

⁴⁷yeh to buddhi mein gyaan hai ki yeh duniya khatma honi hai।

⁵²Your intellects have the knowledge that this world is to be destroyed.

⁴⁸baap samjhaate hain - jiska mukh nahin khulta hai to sirf yaad karo। ⁴⁹jaise yeh (brahma) baap ko yaad karta hai।

⁵³The Father explains: Those who are unable to open their mouths (give this knowledge) can just stay in remembrance, just as this one (Brahma) remembers the Father.

⁵⁰kanya, pati ko yaad karti hai kyonki pati, parmeshvar ho jaata hai isliye baap se buddhi nikal pati mein chali jaati hai।

⁵⁴A wife remembers her husband because she is told: Your husband is your god. ⁵⁵That is why she removes her intellect from her father and diverts it to her husband.

⁵¹yeh to patiyon ka pati hai, bridegroom hai na।

⁵⁶That One is the Husband of all husbands. ⁵⁷He is the Bridegroom.

⁵²tum sab ho brides, bhagwan ki sab bhakti karte hain।

⁵⁸All of you are brides and you worship the one God.

⁵³sab bhaktiyaan raavan ke pahre mein kaid hain to baap ko zaroor taras padega na।

⁵⁹All devotees are under surveillance by Ravan and in his jail. ⁶⁰Therefore, the Father definitely feels mercy.

⁵⁴baap merciful hai, unko hi merciful kaha jaata hai।

⁶¹The Father is merciful. ⁶²Only He is called the Merciful One.

⁵⁵is samay guru to bahut prakaar ke hain।

⁶³At this time, there are many types of guru.

⁵⁶jo kuchh shiksha dete hain, unko guru kah dete hain।

⁶⁴Anyone who gives some teachings or guidance is called a guru.

⁵⁷yahaan to baap practical mein raajayog sikhlaate hain।

⁶⁵Here, the Father is teaching you Raja Yoga in a practical way.

⁵⁸yeh raajayog kisko sikhlaana aayega hi nahin, paramatma ke sivaae।

⁶⁶No one except the Supreme Soul knows how to teach this Raja Yoga.

⁵⁹paramatma ne hi aakar raajayog sikhaaya tha।

⁶⁷The Supreme Soul came and taught Raja Yoga.

⁶⁰phir usse kya hua?

⁶⁸What happened after that?

⁶¹yeh kisko pata nahin hai।

⁶⁹No one knows.

⁶²geeta ka pramaan to bahut dete hain, chhoti kumaariyaan bhi geeta kantha kar leti hain, to kuchh na kuchh mahima hoti hai।

⁷⁰They give many examples from the Gita. ⁷¹Even little girls recite the Gita and so they are praised a little.

⁶³geeta koi gum nahin hui hai।

⁷²The Gita has now disappeared.

⁶⁴geeta ki badi mahima hai।

⁷³There is a lot of praise of the Gita.

⁶⁵geeta gyaan se hi baap saari duniya ko rejuvenate karte hain।

⁷⁴The Father rejuvenates the whole world with this knowledge of the Gita.

⁶⁶tumhaari kaaya kalpatru, kalpa vriksha samaan athva amar bana dete hain।

⁷⁵He makes your bodies eternal like the tree of life. ⁷⁶He makes bodies immortal.

⁶⁷tum bachche baap ki yaad mein rehte ho, baba ka aahvaan nahin karte। ⁶⁸tum baap ki yaad mein rah apni unnati kar rahe ho।

⁷⁷You children have to stay in remembrance of the Father. ⁷⁸You do not invoke the Father, you stay in remembrance of the Father and make progress.

⁶⁹baap ke direction par chalne ka bhi shauk hona chaahiye। ⁷⁰ham shivbaaba ko yaad karke hi bhojan khaayenge।

⁷⁹You should be interested in following the Father's directions: I will eat my meal in remembrance of Shiv Baba alone.

⁷¹goya shivbaaba ke saath khaate hain।

⁸⁰That means, I am eating with Shiv Baba.

⁷²daphtar mein bhi kuchh na kuchh time milta hai।

⁸¹You can find some time to do this, even at work.

⁷³baba ko likhte hain, kursi par baithte hain to yaad mein baith jaate hain।

⁸²Some write to Baba: When I sit in my chair, I sit down for remembrance.

⁷⁴officer aakar dekhte hain, woh baithe-baithe gum ho jaate hain arthaat ashareeri ho jaate hain।

⁸³Therefore, when an officer comes, he sees that, while sitting, you have disappeared, that is, you have become bodiless.

⁷⁵kisi ki aankh banda ho jaati hai, kiski khuli rehti hai।

⁸⁴Some people's eyes remain open and other people's eyes close.

⁷⁶koi aisa baitha hoga - kuchh bhi jaise dekhega nahin। ⁷⁷jaise gum rehte hain।

⁸⁵Some sit like this and they don't see anything, as though they are completely lost.

⁷⁸aise-aise hota hai।

⁷⁹baba ne rassi kheench li aur mauj mein baitha hai।

⁸⁰unse poochhenge tumko kya hua?

⁸²buddhi mein rehta hai hamko jaana hai baba ke paas।

⁸³baap kehte hain, soul conscious banne se tum hamaare paas aa jaayenge।

⁹¹The Father says: By becoming soul conscious, you will come to Me.

⁸⁴vahaan pavitra hone bigar thode hi ja sakenge।

⁹²No one can go there without becoming pure.

⁸⁵ab pavitra bane kaise?

⁹³How can you become pure?

⁸⁶woh baap hi bata sakte hain।

⁹⁴Only the Father can show you the way.

⁸⁷manushya bata na saken।

⁹⁵Human beings cannot tell you this.

⁸⁸tumne kuchh na kuchh samjha hua hoga to auron ka bhi kalyaan karenge।

⁹⁶When you understand even a little, you will be able to benefit others.

⁸⁹tumko koi ka kalyaan karne, baap ka parichay dene ka purushaartha zaroor karna hai।

⁹⁷You definitely have to make effort to benefit others and give them the Father's introduction.

⁹⁰bhakti maarga mein bhi O god father kah yaad karte hain।

⁹⁸On the path of devotion, people remember the Father and say: O God, the Father.

⁹¹god father raham karo।

⁹⁹God, the Father, have mercy!

⁹²pukaarne ki ek aadat ho gai hai।

¹⁰⁰It is as though calling out has become a habit.

⁹³baap tum bachchon ko apne samaan kalyaankaari banaate hain।

¹⁰¹The Father is making you children benevolent, like Himself.

⁹⁴maaya ne sabko kitna besmajh bana diya hai।

¹⁰²Maya has made everyone so senseless.

⁹⁵laukik baap bhi bachchon ki chalan theek nahin dekhte hain to kehte hain ki tum to besmajh ho। ⁹⁶ek varsha mein baap ki saari milkiyat uda denge।

¹⁰³When a physical father sees that his child's behaviour is not good, he would tell the child that he is senseless, that he would squander all his father’s property in a year.

⁹⁷to behad ka baap bhi kehte hain, tumko kya banaaya tha, abhi apni chalan to dekho।

¹⁰⁴So, the unlimited Father also says: Look what I made you into and now look at your behaviour.

⁹⁸ab tum bachche samajhte ho kaisa wonderful khel hai।

¹⁰⁵You children now understand how wonderful this play is.

⁹⁹bhaarat ka kitna downfall ho jaata hai।

¹⁰⁶Bharat has such a downfall.

¹⁰⁰down fall oph bhaaratvaasi।

¹⁰⁷It is the downfall of the people of Bharat.

¹⁰¹woh apne ko aise samajhte nahin hain ki ham gire hain, ham kaliyugi tamopradhaan bane hain।

¹⁰⁸They don't consider themselves to have become degraded, iron aged or tamopradhan.

¹⁰²bhaarat svarga tha arthaat manushya svargavaasi the, vahi manushya ab narkavaasi hain।

¹⁰⁹When Bharat was heaven, the people there were residents of heaven; those same human beings are now residents of hell.

¹⁰³yeh gyaan koi mein hai nahin।

¹¹⁰No one has this knowledge.

¹⁰⁴yeh baba bhi nahin jaanta tha।

¹¹¹Even this Baba didn't know it.

¹⁰⁵abhi buddhi mein chamatkaar aaya hai।

¹¹²Now, there is a sparkle in the intellect.

¹⁰⁶84 janma lete-lete seedhi to zaroor utarni padegi, oopar chadhne ki jagah bhi nahin hai।

¹¹³While taking 84 births, we definitely have to descend the ladder; there is no margin in ascending.

¹⁰⁷utarte-utarte patit banna hai।

¹¹⁴While coming down, you had to become impure.

¹⁰⁸yeh baat koi ki buddhi mein nahin hai।

¹¹⁵This matter is not in anyone's intellect.

¹⁰⁹baap ne tum bachchon ko samjhaaya hai, tum phir bhaaratvaasiyon ko samjhaate ho ki tum svargavaasi the ab narkavaasi bane ho।

¹¹⁶The Father has explained to you children. ¹¹⁷You now have to explain to the people of Bharat: You were residents of heaven and have now become residents of hell.

¹¹⁰84 janma bhi tumne liye hain।

¹¹⁸You have taken 84 births.

¹¹¹punarjanma to maante hain na। ¹¹²to zaroor neeche utarna hai।

¹¹⁹People believe in rebirth so they definitely have to come down.

¹¹³kitne punarjanma liye hain, woh bhi baap ne samjhaaya hai।

¹²⁰The Father has also explained how many rebirths you have taken.

¹¹⁴is samay tum feel karte ho, ham paavan devi devta the phir raavan ne patit banaaya।

¹²¹Now you feel that you were pure deities and that Ravan then made you impure.

¹¹⁵baap ko aakar padhaana padta hai, shoodra se devta banaane ke liye।

¹¹⁶baap ko liberator, guide kehte hain, parantu arth nahin samajhte hain।

¹²³People call the Father the Liberator and the Guide, but they don't understand the meaning of that.

¹¹⁷abhi woh samay jaldi aayega jo sabko pata padega, dekho kya se kya ban gaye hain!

¹²⁴The time will now very soon come when everyone will understand this and will see what you have become from what you were.

¹¹⁸drama kaise bana hua hai, kisko svapna mein bhi nahin tha ki ham lakshmi-naaraayan jaisa ban sakte hain।

¹²⁵Look how this drama is created! ¹²⁶None of you even dreamt that you would become like Lakshmi and Narayan.

¹¹⁹baap kitna smriti mein le aate hain।

¹²⁷The Father brings back so many memories for you.

¹²⁰ab baap se varsa lena hai to shreemat par chalna hai।

¹²⁸If you now want to claim your inheritance from the Father, follow shrimat!

¹²¹yaad ki yaatra ki practice karni hai।

¹²⁹Practise staying on the pilgrimage of remembrance.

¹²²tumko maaloom hai ki paadri log paidal karne jaate hain, kitna silence mein aise chalte hain। ¹²³woh Christ ki yaad mein rehte hain। ¹²⁴unhon ka Christ ke saath lav hai।

¹³⁰You know that when Christian priests go for a walk, they walk in such deep silence; they stay in remembrance of Christ; they love Christ.

¹²⁵tum roohaani pandon ki preet buddhi hai parmapriy parampita paramatma ke saath।

¹³¹You spiritual guides have loving intellects for the supremely beloved, Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul.

¹²⁶bachche jaante hain, nambarvaar purushaartha anusaar kalpa pahle muaaphik raajdhaani zaroor sthaapan hogi, jitna purushaartha kar shreemat par chalenge।

¹³²You children know that the kingdom will definitely be established according to the efforts you make numberwise to follow shrimat, exactly as it was in the previous cycle.

¹²⁷baap to bahut achhi-achhi mat dete hain।

¹³³The Father gives you very good directions.

¹²⁸phir bhi grahchaari aisi baith jaati hai jo shreemat par chalte hi nahin hain।

¹³⁴In spite of that, there are sometimes such bad omens that you don't follow shrimat at all.

¹²⁹tum jaante ho shreemat par chalne mein hi vijay hai।

¹³⁵You know it is only by your following shrimat that there is victory.

¹³⁰nishchay mein hi vijay hai।

¹³⁶Only by having faith can you have victory.

¹³¹baap kehte hain tum meri mat par chalo।

¹³⁷The Father says: Follow My directions.

¹³²kyon samajhte ho ki yeh brahma mat dete hain?

¹³⁸Why do you think that it is Brahma who is giving directions?

¹³³hamesha samjho shivbaaba raay dete hain।

¹³⁹Always consider it to be Shiv Baba who is advising you.

¹³⁴woh to service ki hi mat denge।

¹⁴⁰This one would only give you directions for service.

¹³⁵koi kahenge, baba yeh vyaapaar dhandha karoon?

¹⁴¹Some ask: Baba, should I do this business?

¹³⁶baba koi in baaton ke liye mat nahin denge।

¹⁴²Baba doesn’t give directions for such things.

¹³⁷baap kehte hain, main aaya hoon patit se paavan banaane ki yukti bataane, na ki in baaton ke liye।

¹⁴³The Father says: I have come to show you the way to make the impure pure, not those things.

¹³⁸mujhe bulaate bhi hain - he patit-paavan aakar humein paavan banaao to main woh yukti bataata hoon, bahut sahaj।

¹⁴⁴You call out to Me: O Purifier, come and purify us! ¹⁴⁵Therefore, I show you the way. ¹⁴⁶It is very easy.

¹³⁹tumhaara naam hi hai gupta sena।

¹⁴⁷Your name is the incognito army.

¹⁴⁰unhonne phir hathiyaar baan aadi dikhlaaye hain।

¹⁴⁸People have then shown weapons and arrows, etc.

¹⁴¹parantu ismen baan aadi ki koi baat hi nahin hai।

¹⁴⁹However, there is no question of those arrows in this.

¹⁴²yeh sab hai bhakti maarga।

¹⁵⁰All of that is of the path of devotion.

¹⁴³baap aakar sachcha maarga bataate hain - jisse aadhaakalpa tum sachkhanda mein chale jaate ho।

¹⁵¹The Father comes and shows you this true path through which you go to the land of truth for half a cycle.

¹⁴⁴vahaan doosra koi khanda hota hi nahin।

¹⁵²There are no other lands there.

¹⁴⁵kisko samjhaao to bhi maante nahin ki yeh kaise ho sakta hai ki sirf bhaarat hi tha।

¹⁵³When you explain this to others, they don’t believe you and ask how there could only have been Bharat.

¹⁴⁶Christ se 3 hajaar varsha pahle bhaarat svarga tha na, tab aur koi dharma nahin tha।

¹⁵⁴Three thousand years before Christ, Bharat was heaven. ¹⁵⁵There were no other religions at that time.

¹⁴⁷phir jhaad vriddhi ko paata rehta hai।

¹⁵⁶Then the tree continued to grow.

¹⁴⁸tum sirf apne baap ko, apne dharma, karma ko bhool gaye ho।

¹⁵⁷It is just that you have forgotten your Father, your religion (dharma) and your karma.

¹⁴⁹devi-devta dharma ka apne ko samajhte to gandi cheejen aadi kuchh bhi nahin khaate।

¹⁵⁸If you considered yourselves to be those of the deity religion, you wouldn't eat dirty things.

¹⁵⁰parantu khaate hain - kyonki woh gun nahin hain isliye apne ko hindu kah dete hain।

¹⁵⁹However, you did eat them because you didn't have those virtues. ¹⁶⁰That is why you call yourselves Hindus.

¹⁵¹nahin to lajja aani chaahiye, hamaare bade aise pavitra aur ham aise patit ban gaye hain। ¹⁵²parantu apne dharma ko bhool gaye hain।

¹⁶¹Otherwise, you should be ashamed that your ancestors were so pure, that you have become so impure and that you have also forgotten your own religion.

¹⁵³abhi tum drama ke aadi-madhya-ant ko achhi reeti samajh gaye ho।

¹⁶²You now understand the beginning, the middle and the end of this drama very clearly.

¹⁵⁴koi bhi aisi baat ho to tum kah sakte ho ki yeh points abhi baba ne bataai nahin hai। ¹⁵⁵bas।

¹⁶³If anything happens, you can say that Baba has not yet explained those points to you; that's all.

¹⁵⁶nahin to muphta moonjh padte hain।

¹⁶⁴Otherwise, they will get confused unnecessarily.

¹⁶⁷We are still studying.

¹⁶²ant mein sampoorn pavitra ho jaayenge।

¹⁶⁸At the end, we will become completely pure.

¹⁶³nambarvaar purushaartha anusaar kat nikalti jaayegi to satopradhaan ban jaayenge।

¹⁶⁹The rust will continue to be removed and you will become satopradhan, numberwise, according to the efforts you make.

¹⁶⁴phir is patit duniya ka vinaash ho jaayega।

¹⁷⁰You can see that this impure world is to be destroyed.

¹⁶⁵aajkal kehte bhi hain ki paramatma kahaan zaroor aaya hai। ¹⁶⁶parantu gupta hai।
