²प्रश्न:- सतगुरू की कौन सी श्रीमत पालन करने में ही गुप्त मेहनत है?

³उत्तर:- सतगुरू की श्रीमत है - मीठे बच्चे, इस देह को भी भूल कर मुझे याद करो।

³Answer: The shrimat of the Satguru is: Sweet children, forget your bodies and remember Me.

⁴अपने को अकेली आत्मा समझो।

⁴Consider yourselves to be only souls.

⁵देही-अभिमानी रहने का पुरुषार्थ करो।

⁵Make effort to remain soul conscious.

⁶सबको यही पैगाम दो कि अशरीरी बनो।

⁶Give everyone the message: Become bodiless!

⁷देह सहित देह के सब धर्मों को भूलो तो तुम पावन बन जायेंगे।

⁷Forget your bodies and all bodily religions and you will become pure.

⁸इस श्रीमत को पालन करने में बच्चों को गुप्त मेहनत करनी पड़ती है।

⁸You children have to make incognito effort to follow this shrimat.

⁹तकदीरवान बच्चे ही यह गुप्त मेहनत कर सकते हैं।

¹³इसमें बच्चों को कुछ कहना नहीं होता है।

¹⁴वह जो जिस्मानी ड्रिल आदि करते हैं उसमें तो कहना पड़ता है।

¹⁵यह तो सुप्रीम टीचर है जो गीता का भगवान भी है, जो बच्चों को बैठ योग की ड्रिल भी सिखलाते हैं।

²⁶रूहानी ड्रिल, रूहानी बाप परमपिता परमात्मा शिव ही सिखलाते हैं।

²⁷भगवान तो उनको ही कहा जाता है, जिनकी पूजा भी होती है।

³⁰यह ड्रिल कोई जिस्मानी मनुष्य नहीं सिखलाते हैं।

³⁰It isn't a physical human being who is teaching you this drill.

³¹ऐसे नहीं कि तुमको यह ड्रिल ब्रह्मा ने सिखाई है।

³¹It isn't Brahma teaching you this drill; no.

³²नहीं, भल ब्रह्माकुमार कुमारियाँ कहलाते हो परन्तु… चिट्ठी पर भी लिखते हो शिवबाबा केअरऑफ ब्रह्मा।

³²Although you are called Brahma Kumars and Kumaris, you address the letters you write to: Shiv Baba c/o Brahma.

³³वह तो गुप्त हो गया।

³³That One is incognito.

³⁴लेकिन मनुष्यों को कैसे पता पड़े, ब्रह्मा तो प्रजापिता है।

³⁴How can people understand this? ³⁵Brahma is the Father of People.

³⁵तो सारी दुनिया उनके बच्चे हैं।

³⁶Therefore, all the people of the world are his children.

³⁶प्रजापिता है ना।

³⁷He is the Father of People.

³⁷ड्रिल सिखलाने वाला तो निराकार बाप है।

³⁸The One who teaches you drill is the incorporeal Father.

³⁸वह गुप्त है।

³⁹He is incognito.

³⁹गुप्त होने के कारण मनुष्यों को समझने में भी डिफीकल्टी होती है।

⁴⁰Because He is incognito, people have difficulty in understanding Him.

⁴⁰ब्रह्मा को तो भगवान नहीं कहा जाता।

⁴¹Brahma cannot be called God.

⁴¹यहाँ नाम ही दिखाते हैं - ब्रह्माकुमार कुमारियाँ अर्थात् ब्रह्मा की सन्तान।

⁴²The name you use here is Brahma Kumars and Kumaris, which means the children of Brahma.

⁴²जब कोई आता है तो उनको समझाना है कि यह नई दुनिया रचने वाला ब्रह्मा नहीं है लेकिन निराकार बाप है।

⁴³When anyone comes, explain to him that it isn't Brahma who is the Creator of the new world, but it is the incorporeal Father who is that.

⁴³जो ब्रह्मा द्वारा रचना रचते हैं।

⁴⁴He creates creation through Brahma.

⁴⁴पारलौकिक परमपिता परमात्मा ब्रह्मा द्वारा रचते हैं गोया सुप्रीम सोल की रचना हुई।

⁴⁵The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, from beyond this world, creates creation through Brahma, which means that it is the creation of the Supreme Soul.

⁴⁵तुम बच्चे पत्र के ऊपर लिखते हो शिवबाबा केअरऑफ ब्रह्मा।

⁴⁶You address your letters: Shiv Baba c/o Brahma.

⁴⁶तो यह भी याद करने की युक्ति है।

⁴⁷Therefore, this too is a method for remembering Him.

⁴⁷शिवबाबा सिखलाते हैं ब्रह्मा द्वारा।

⁴⁸Shiv Baba teaches you through Brahma.

⁴⁸बस सिर्फ कहते हैं मनमनाभव और कोई तकलीफ नहीं दी जाती सिर्फ कहा जाता है कि तुम अपनी उन्नति चाहते हो और सचखण्ड का मालिक बनने चाहते हो तो सचखण्ड स्थापन करने वाला तो एक ही सत्य बाप है, उसे याद करो।

⁴⁹He simply tells you: Manmanabhav! ⁵⁰He doesn't give you any other difficulty. ⁵¹He simply says: If you wish to make progress and become the masters of the land of truth, then remember the one true Father who establishes the land of truth.

⁴⁹बेहद का बाप ही आकर बच्चों को कहते हैं कि मुझे याद करो तो पापों से मुक्त होंगे।

⁵²The unlimited Father comes and tells you children: Remember Me and you will be liberated from your sins.

⁵⁰श्रीकृष्ण को पतित-पावन नहीं कहा जाता है सिवाए परमपिता परमात्मा के। ⁵¹और कोई नाम नहीं लेंगे।

⁵³Shri Krishna is not called the Purifier. ⁵⁴No name, other than that of the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, is mentioned in connection with this.

⁵²गॉड फादर ही कहेंगे।

⁵⁵He is called God, the Father.

⁵³सब उनको फादर कहते हैं फिर उनको सर्व-व्यापी कैसे कह सकते।

⁵⁶Everyone calls Him the Father, so how can you say that He is omnipresent?

⁵⁴कहते हैं वह आते हैं लिबरेट करने के लिए। ⁵⁵यह मनुष्य नहीं जानते।

⁵⁷It is said that He comes to liberate everyone, but people don't understand this.

⁵⁶तो कल्प की आयु ही उल्टी लिख दी है।

⁵⁸Therefore, they have written a wrong duration for the cycle.

⁵⁷अब बच्चों को यह ड्रिल करनी है।

⁵⁹You children now have to perform this drill.

⁵⁸ज्ञान तो मिला हुआ है।

⁶⁰You have received this knowledge.

⁵⁹जब बैठते हो तो अपने को देही समझकर बाप को याद करो तो विकर्म विनाश होंगे।

⁶¹When you sit here, consider yourselves to be bodiless souls and remember the Father and your sins will be absolved.

⁶⁰टीचर सामने बैठता है गद्दी पर, तो शोभता है।

⁶²When a teacher sits on a gaddi in front of the students, that seems right.

⁶¹कायदा है कि ड्रिल कराने के लिए टीचर जरूर चाहिए।

⁶³It is a rule that a teacher is definitely needed to teach drill.

⁶²कोई बड़ा टीचर तो कोई छोटा टीचर होता है।

⁶⁴Some are senior teachers and others are junior teachers.

⁶³अब तुम्हारा इम्तहान लेने की कोई दरकार नहीं क्योंकि तुम खुद जानते हो कि हम कितना समय मोस्ट बील्वेड बाप को याद करते हैं।

⁶⁵There is now no need to make you sit for an exam, because you know for yourselves how long you remember the most beloved Father.

⁶⁴ब्रह्मा कोई मोस्ट बील्वेड नहीं है।

⁶⁶Brahma isn't the most beloved.

⁶⁵बील्वेड मोस्ट वह है जो सदा पावन है।

⁶⁷The most beloved is the One who is constantly pure.

⁶⁶तुम बच्चे जानते हो कि सबसे प्यारा कौन है।

⁶⁸You children know who is the loveliest of all.

⁶⁷मनुष्य परमात्मा को ही याद करते हैं हे दुःख हर्ता सुख कर्ता।

⁶⁹People remember God and say: O Remover of Sorrow and Bestower of Happiness.

⁶⁸उसको लिबरेटर भी कहते हैं अर्थात् दुःखों से मुक्त करने वाला।

⁷⁰He is also called the Liberator, that is, He is the One who liberates you from sorrow.

⁶⁹तो बच्चों को अपना पुरुषार्थ करना है।

⁷¹You children have to make effort for yourselves.

⁷⁰ड्रामा प्लैन अनुसार यह दुनिया पावन होनी जरूर है और पावन दुनिया बनने के लिए आग लगनी है।

⁷²According to the drama plan, this world definitely has to become pure and so a fire is to be ignited so that the world becomes pure.

⁷¹यह भी जानते हो आग कैसे लगेगी।

⁷³You also know how the fire will be ignited.

⁷²विनाश होने बिगर दुनिया पावन बन नहीं सकेगी।

⁷⁴The world cannot become pure without destruction taking place.

⁷³यह है रूद्र ज्ञान यज्ञ.... रूद्र और शिव कोई फ़र्क नहीं है। ⁷⁴परन्तु शिव नाम है मुख्य।

⁷⁵This is the sacrificial fire of the knowledge of Rudra. ⁷⁶There is no difference between Rudra and Shiva, but the name ‘Shiva’ is the main one.

⁷⁵बाकी तो अपनी-अपनी भाषा में अनेक नाम रख दिये हैं।

⁷⁷However, people have given many different names in their own languages.

⁷⁶असुल नाम है शिव।

⁷⁸His real name is Shiva.

⁷⁷शिव जयन्ती भी मनाते हैं।

⁷⁹People also celebrate the birthday of Shiva.

⁷⁸भारत में ही शिवजयन्ती मशहूर है।

⁸⁰The birthday of Shiva is very well known in Bharat.

⁷⁹बेहद के बाप की शिव जयन्ती है तो आते भी जरूर होंगे।

⁸¹Since there is the birthday of the unlimited Father, He must definitely come here.

⁸⁰शिवबाबा का नाम बाला है।

⁸²Shiv Baba's name is very well known.

⁸¹ब्रह्मा द्वारा स्वर्ग की स्थापना कराने वाला है।

⁸³He is the One who carries out the establishment of heaven through Brahma.

⁸²तो उस ऊंच ते ऊंच बाप को याद करना पड़े।

⁸⁴So that highest-on-high Father has to be remembered.

⁸³ब्रह्मा ऊंच ते ऊंच नहीं है। ⁸⁴वास्तव में ब्रह्मा ऊंच से ऊंच बनते हैं।

⁸⁵Brahma is not the Highest on High, but, in fact, he becomes that.

⁸⁵फिर नीचे भी उतरते हैं।

⁸⁶Then, he falls right down.

⁸⁶तुम बी.के. भी नीचे थे अब ऊंच बन रहे हो।

⁸⁷You BKs were also low down and are now becoming the highest.

⁸⁷एकदम ऊंच बाप के घर चले जायेंगे।

⁸⁸You will go to the very top, the Father's home.

⁸⁸तुम इस समय त्रिकालदर्शी बन रहे हो।

⁸⁹You become trikaldarshi at this time.

⁸⁹तुम खुद जानते हो कि हम ही स्वदर्शन चक्रधारी हैं।

⁹⁰You yourselves know that you are spinners of the discus of self-realisation.

⁹⁰हम ब्रह्माण्ड और सृष्टि के आदि-मध्य-अन्त को जानने वाले हैं।

⁹¹We know Brahmand and the beginning, the middle and the end of the world.

⁹¹ब्रह्माण्ड अर्थात् ऊंच, जहाँ सभी आत्मायें निवास करती हैं।

⁹²Brahmand is the place at the top where all souls reside.

⁹²दुनिया में कोई और नहीं जो समझाये कि मूलवतन में आत्मायें रहती हैं।

⁹³There is no one else in the world who can explain that souls reside in the incorporeal world.

⁹³विश्व और ब्रह्माण्ड अलग-अलग हैं।

⁹⁴The world here and Brahmand are quite separate.

⁹⁴आत्मायें रहती हैं निर्वाणधाम में, जिसको शान्तिधाम कहा जाता है।

⁹⁵Souls reside in the land of Nirvana which is also called the land of peace.

⁹⁵वह सबको प्यारा लगता है।

⁹⁶Everyone loves that.

⁹⁶उसका असली नाम निर्वाणधाम वा शान्तिधाम है।

⁹⁷The real name of that place is the land of Nirvana or the land of peace.

⁹⁷आत्मा का स्वरूप है शान्त।

⁹⁸The form of souls is that of peace.

⁹⁸एक शान्तिधाम फिर है मूवीधाम और यह है टॉकी धाम।

⁹⁹There is the land of silence, then the land of "movie" and then the land of "talkie".

⁹⁹मूवीधाम में जास्ती रहने का नहीं है।

¹⁰⁰You do not stay in the land of "movie" for a long time.

¹⁰⁰शान्तिधाम में तो बहुतों को रहना होता है, और कोई स्थान नहीं है।

¹⁰¹Many have to stay in the land of silence. ¹⁰²There is no other place.

¹⁰¹आत्मा जब बाप को और घर को याद करती है तो ऊपर में याद करती है।

¹⁰³When souls remember the Father and the home, they remember them up above.

¹⁰²बीच के धाम को तो तुम्हारे सिवाए और कोई नहीं जानते हैं।

¹⁰⁴Apart from you, no one else knows about the region in between.

¹⁰³मनुष्यों को तो इतना ज्ञान है नहीं।

¹⁰⁵People don't have that much of this knowledge.

¹⁰⁴सिर्फ कहते हैं ब्रह्मा विष्णु शंकर सूक्ष्मवतन में रहते हैं। ¹⁰⁵बाकी उन्हों के आक्यूपेशन का पता नहीं है।

¹⁰⁶They simply say that Brahma, Vishnu and Shankar reside in the subtle region, but no one knows their occupation.

¹⁰⁶84 जन्म लेते हैं।

¹⁰⁷They take 84 births.

¹⁰⁷ब्रह्मा सो विष्णु, विष्णु सो ब्रह्मा है।

¹⁰⁸Brahma becomes Vishnu and Vishnu becomes Brahma.

¹⁰⁸यह है लीप युग। ¹⁰⁹यह थोड़े समय का है। ¹¹⁰जैसे पुरुषोत्तम मास कहा जाता है।

¹⁰⁹This is the leap age; it only lasts for a short time, just as you have the leap month of charity (according to the Hindu calendar).

¹¹¹यह तुम्हारा हीरे जैसा उत्तम बनने का ऊंच जन्म है।

¹¹⁰This birth is your elevated birth in which you become as valuable as a diamond.

¹¹²शूद्र से ब्राह्मण बनना सबसे उत्तम है।

¹¹¹To become Brahmins from shudras is considered to be most elevated.

¹¹³ब्राह्मण बनते हो तो दादे का वर्सा लेने के हकदार बनते हो।

¹¹²When you become Brahmins, you claim a right to the Grandfather's inheritance.

¹¹⁴बाप बच्चों को कहते हैं बच्चे सदैव मनमनाभव।

¹¹³The Father says to you children: Children, constantly be “Manmanabhav”!

¹¹⁵बाप का मैसेज सबको देते रहो।

¹¹⁴Continue to give the Father's message to everyone!

¹¹⁶बाप को कहा ही जाता है - मैसेन्जर और कोई भी मैसेन्जर अथवा पैगम्बर नहीं है।

¹¹⁵The Father is called the Messenger. ¹¹⁶No one else is a messenger.

¹¹⁷वह तो आकर अपना धर्म स्थापन करते हैं।

¹¹⁷Those others simply come and establish their own religion.

¹¹⁸पैगम्बर सिर्फ एक है वही आकर तुमको पवित्र बनने का पैगाम देते हैं।

¹¹⁸There is only the one Messenger who comes and gives you the message to become pure.

¹¹⁹वह आते हैं - धर्म स्थापन करने।

¹¹⁹The others come to establish their own religions.

¹²⁰वह कोई वापिस ले जाने वाले गाइड नहीं हैं।

¹²⁰They are not guides who take you back.

¹²¹वह तो एक ही सतगुरू सद्गति देने वाला है।

¹²¹Only the one Satguru can grant salvation.

¹²²सच बोलने वाला, सच्चा रास्ता बताने वाला तो एक ही परमपिता परमात्मा शिव है।

¹²²Only the one Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, Shiva, speaks the truth and shows you the true path.

¹²³तो बहुत गुप्त मेहनत करनी है बच्चों को।

¹²³You children have to make a lot of incognito effort.

¹²⁴अभी तुम जानते हो कि हमको यह देह भूलकर एक बाप को याद करना है।

¹²⁴You now know that you have to forget your bodies and remember the one Father.

¹²⁵शरीर छूटा तो सारी दुनिया छूट जाती है। ¹²⁶आत्मा अकेली बन जाती है।

¹²⁵When you souls renounce your bodies, you renounce the whole world and each soul becomes alone.

¹²⁷बाप कहते हैं - देही-अभिमानी बनो तो फिर कोई भी मित्र-सम्बन्धी याद नहीं पड़ेंगे।

¹²⁶The Father says: Become soul conscious and you won't remember your friends and relations.

¹²⁸हम आत्मा हैं, हम चले जायेंगे बाप के पास।

¹²⁷I am a soul and I will return home with the Father.

¹²⁹बाप राय देते हैं कि तुम मेरे पास कैसे आ सकते हो।

¹²⁸The Father advises you how you can go to Him.

¹³⁰यह बाबा भी नामीग्रामी है।

¹²⁹This Baba is also very well known.

¹³¹इन द्वारा बाप सभी आत्माओं का गाइड बन मच्छरों सदृश्य वापिस ले जाते हैं।

¹³⁰The Father becomes the Guide of all souls through this one and takes everyone back home like a swarm of mosquitoes.

¹³²यह यथार्थ ज्ञान सिर्फ तुम बच्चों की बुद्धि में है।

¹³¹Only you children have this real knowledge in your intellects.

¹³³तुमको पाण्डव सेना भी कहते हैं।

¹³²You are also called the Pandava Army.

¹³⁴पाण्डवपति स्वयं साक्षात् परमपिता परमात्मा है, जो तुम बच्चों को ड्रिल सिखला रहे हैं। ¹³⁵हूबहू कल्प पहले मुआफिक।

¹³³The Father of the Pandavas is the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, Shiva who is now teaching you children drill practically, exactly as He did in the previous cycle.

¹³⁶जब विनाश होगा तो सब आत्मायें शरीर छोड़ चली जायेंगी।

¹³⁴When destruction takes place, all souls will shed their bodies and return home.

¹³⁷सतयुग में जब थोड़ी आत्मायें हैं तो एक राज्य है।

¹³⁵In the golden age, there is only the one kingdom and there are few souls.

¹³⁸अभी अनेक हैं फिर जरूर एक होगा।

¹³⁶Now there are innumerable kingdoms and there will again be only one.

¹³⁹यह ज्ञान सारा दिन बुद्धि में सिमरण करना है।

¹³⁷Use your intellects to continue to churn this knowledge throughout the day.

¹⁴⁰बच्चों को प्रदर्शनी पर भी समझाना है।

¹³⁸You children also have to explain at the exhibitions.

¹⁴¹जब न्यु देहली थी तो नया भारत था।

¹³⁹When it was New Delhi, there was new Bharat.

¹⁴²एक ही आदि सनातन देवी-देवता धर्म था।

¹⁴³आदि सनातन कोई हिन्दू धर्म नहीं था।

¹⁴⁷यह हैं बिल्कुल सहज समझने की बातें।

¹⁴⁵These matters are very simple to understand.

¹⁴⁸अब तुम बच्चों की बुद्धि में है कि अब नाटक पूरा होता है।

¹⁴⁹सभी एक्टर्स आ गये हैं।

¹⁵⁰84 जन्म पूरे किये, अब फिर घर चलना है क्योंकि बहुत थक गये हो ना।

¹⁴⁸You have completed your 84 births and you now have to return home, because you have become very tired.

¹⁵¹भक्ति मार्ग है ही थकने का मार्ग।

¹⁴⁹The path of devotion is the path to become tired.

¹⁵²बाप कहते हैं - अब मेरे को याद करो औरों को भी पैगाम दो कि देह सहित देह के सब धर्म छोड़ अपने को आत्मा समझ बाप को याद करो।

¹⁵⁰The Father says: Now remember Me and give everyone the message: Forget your body and all bodily religions, consider yourself to be a soul and remember the Father.

¹⁵³अशरीरी बनो तो पावन बन जायेंगे क्योंकि अब वापिस घर चलना है।

¹⁵¹Become bodiless and you will become pure, because you now have to return home.

¹⁵⁴मौत सामने खड़ा है।

¹⁵²Death is just ahead of you.

¹⁵⁵यहाँ भी बच्चे बाप के पास सम्मुख रिफ्रेश होने आते हैं।

¹⁵³You children personally come here in front of the Father in order to be refreshed.

¹⁵⁶बाप सम्मुख बच्चों को समझाते हैं कि बच्चे देह-अभिमान छोड़ मामेकम् याद करो।

¹⁵⁴The Father explains in person to you children: Children, renounce body consciousness and constantly remember Me alone.

¹⁵⁷यह पुरानी दुनिया अब खत्म होनी है।

¹⁵⁵This old world is now to be destroyed.

¹⁵⁸तुम एक बाप को याद कर पवित्र बनेंगे तो पवित्र दुनिया के मालिक बनेंगे।

¹⁵⁶Remember the one Father and you will become pure and the masters of a pure world.

¹⁵⁹अगर मेहनत नहीं करेंगे तो फल भी नहीं मिलेगा। ¹⁶⁰फिर सज़ा खानी पड़ेगी।

¹⁵⁷If you don't make effort, you won't receive the fruit and punishment will then have to be experienced.

¹⁶¹बाप कहते हैं कि अपनी कमाई जमा करते रहो और दूसरों को भी निमन्त्रण दो।

¹⁵⁸The Father says: Continue to accumulate an income and also give an invitation to others.

¹⁶²बाप का रास्ता भी बताओ।

¹⁵⁹Show everyone the path to the Father.

¹⁶³तुम बच्चों को भी कल्याणकारी बनना है। ¹⁶⁴अपने मित्र-सम्बन्धियों का भी कल्याण करना है।

¹⁶⁰You children have to become benevolent; you have to benefit your friends and relations too.

¹⁶⁵यहाँ तुमको देही-अभिमानी बनाया जाता है।

¹⁶¹Here, you are told to become soul conscious.

¹⁶⁶महामन्त्र देते हैं।

¹⁶²You are given the great mantra.

¹⁶⁷प्राचीन योग बाप ने ही आकर सिखाया है, जिसके लिए ही गाया जाता है - योग अग्नि से पाप दग्ध हो जायेंगे, कल्प पहले भी यही इशारा मिला था।

¹⁶³The Father Himself came and taught you ancient yoga of which it is remembered: Your sins will be burnt away in the fire of yoga. ¹⁶⁴You also received this signal in the previous cycle.

¹⁶⁸बाप इशारा देते हैं कि अपने को आत्मा समझ मुझे याद करो।

¹⁶⁵The Father signals to you: Consider yourselves to be souls and remember Me!

¹⁶⁹रहो भल अपने गृहस्थ व्यवहार में।

¹⁶⁶You may live at home with your families.

¹⁷⁰गाया हुआ है कि शरण पड़ी मैं तेरे।

¹⁶⁷It is remembered: I seek refuge with You.

¹⁷¹यह भी होता है - जब कोई दुःखी होते हैं तो ऊंच ताकत वाले की जाए शरण लेते हैं।

¹⁶⁸This too happens. ¹⁶⁹When someone experiences sorrow, he goes and seeks refuge with someone who has greater power.

¹⁷²यहाँ तो प्रैक्टिकल में हैं।

¹⁷⁰This happens here in a practical way.

¹⁷³जब बहुत दुःख देखते हैं, सहन नहीं कर सकते हैं, लाचार होते हैं तो फिर भागकर आए बाप की शरण लेते हैं।

¹⁷¹When you see that there is a lot of sorrow and are unable to tolerate any more or you are in a desperate situation, you come running here to seek refuge with the Father.

¹⁷⁴सद्गति तो सिवाए बाप के कोई दे न सके।

¹⁷²No one, apart from the Father, can grant salvation.

¹⁷⁵बच्चे जानते हैं कि पुरानी दुनिया विनाश होनी है।

¹⁷³You children know that the old world is to be destroyed.

¹⁷⁶तैयारी हो रही है इस तरफ तुम्हारे स्थापना की तैयारी, उस तरफ विनाश की तैयारी है।

¹⁷⁴Preparations are being made. ¹⁷⁵On this side, there is preparation for your establishment and on that side, there is preparation for destruction.

¹⁷⁷स्थापना हो गई तो विनाश भी जरूर होना है।

¹⁷⁶Once establishment has taken place, destruction will definitely take place.

¹⁷⁸तुम जानते हो कि बाबा आया है स्थापना कराने, इन द्वारा वर्सा भी जरूर मिलेगा।

¹⁷⁷You know that Baba has come to carry out establishment and you will also definitely receive your inheritance through this one.

¹⁷⁹बाकी प्रेरणा से थोड़ेही काम चलता है।

¹⁷⁸However, nothing can be achieved through inspiration.

¹⁸⁰टीचर को कहेंगे क्या कि हम आपकी प्रेरणा से पढ़ लेंगे।

¹⁷⁹Would you tell your teacher that you will be able to study everything through his inspiration?

¹⁸¹प्रेरणा से अगर सब कुछ होता तो शिव जयन्ती क्यों मनाई जाती?

¹⁸⁰If everything could be done through inspiration, why is the birthday of Shiva celebrated?

¹⁸²प्रेरणा से करने वाले की तो शिव जयन्ती मनाने की दरकार नहीं।

¹⁸¹In that case, there would be no need to celebrate the birthday of Shiva, the One who did everything by inspiration.

¹⁸³जयन्ती तो सभी आत्माओं की होती है।

¹⁸²There are the birthdays of all souls.

¹⁸⁴आत्मायें सब जीव में आती हैं।

¹⁸³All souls enter bodies.

¹⁸⁵आत्मा और शरीर जब मिलते हैं तो पार्ट बजाते हैं।

¹⁸⁴A soul plays a part when both that soul and his body come together.

¹⁸⁶आत्मा का तो स्वधर्म है शान्त, उसमें ही नॉलेज धारण होती है।

¹⁸⁵The original religion of souls is peace. ¹⁸⁶Knowledge is imbibed by souls.

¹⁸⁷आत्मा ही अच्छा-बुरा संस्कार ले जाती है।

¹⁸⁷It is the souls who take good and bad sanskars with them.

¹⁸⁸बाप तो स्वर्ग का रचयिता है।

¹⁸⁸The Father is the Creator of heaven.

¹⁸⁹वहाँ तो पवित्रता ही है। ¹⁹⁰अपवित्रता का नाम-निशान नहीं है।

¹⁸⁹There is only purity there; there is no name or trace of impurity.

¹⁹¹यह है विषय सागर।

¹⁹⁰This is an ocean of poison.

¹⁹²कितना क्लीयर समझाया जाता है तो भी किसकी बुद्धि में नहीं आता परन्तु तुम किसको भी दोष नहीं देते हो। ¹⁹³ड्रामा के बन्धन में सब बांधे हुए हैं।

¹⁹¹It is explained so clearly. ¹⁹²In spite of that, this doesn't sit in anyone’s intellect, but you cannot blame anyone; everyone is tied in the bondage of the drama.

¹⁹⁴तुम समझते हो - सीढ़ी से ऊपर से नीचे उतर आये हैं।

¹⁹³You understand that you have come down the ladder from the very top.

¹⁹⁵ड्रामानुसार हमको उतरना ही है फिर बाप कहते हैं - अब चढ़ने के लिए पुरुषार्थ करना है।

¹⁹⁴According to the drama, we have to fall down. ¹⁹⁵So the Father says: Now make effort to climb up.

¹⁹⁶परन्तु जिनकी तकदीर में नहीं है वह ऐसे कहते हैं।

¹⁹⁶However, those who do not have it in their fortune are the ones who say it.

¹⁹⁷जो ऐसे कहते हैं उनसे समझ जाते हैं कि इसकी तकदीर में नहीं है।

¹⁹⁷Those who say it understand that it is not in their fortune.

¹⁹⁸2-4 वर्ष चलते-चलते भी गिर पड़ते हैं।

¹⁹⁸Even after being here for two to four years, some fall.

¹⁹⁹महसूस भी करते हैं कि हमने बड़ी भूल की है। ²⁰⁰बड़ी चोट खाई।

¹⁹⁹Then, they realise that they have made a great mistake and that they have hurt themselves very badly.

²⁰¹यह भी आधाकल्प की बीमारी है, कम नहीं है।

²⁰⁰This is a sickness of half a cycle; it is not a small thing!

²⁰²आधाकल्प के रोगी हैं।

²⁰¹You have been diseased for half a cycle.

²⁰³भोगी बनने से रोगी बन जाते हैं।

²⁰²By indulging in sensual pleasures (bhogi) you become diseased (rogi).

²⁰⁴तो बाप आकर पुरुषार्थ करवाते हैं।

²⁰³The Father comes and inspires you to make effort.

²⁰⁵श्रीकृष्ण को योगेश्वर कहते हैं।

²⁰⁴Krishna is also called Yogeshwar.

²⁰⁶इस समय तुम सच्चे-सच्चे योगी हो, योगेश्वर तुमको योग सिखलाते हैं।

²⁰⁵At this time you are true yogis. ²⁰⁶Yogeshwar is teaching you yoga.

²⁰⁷तुम ज्ञान-ज्ञानेश्वर भी हो फिर बनेंगे राज-राजेश्वर।

²⁰⁷You are also gyan-gyaneshwar and will then become raj-rajeshwar (princes and princesses).

²⁰⁸ज्ञान से तुम धनवान बनते हो, योग से निरोगी एवरहेल्दी बनते हो।

²⁰⁸Through this knowledge you become wealthy and through yoga you become free from disease and ever healthy.

²⁰⁹आधाकल्प के लिए तुम्हारे सब दुःख दूर हो जाते हैं तो इसके लिए कितना पुरुषार्थ करना चाहिए।

²⁰⁹All of your sorrow is being removed for half a cycle. ²¹⁰Therefore, how much effort should you be making for this?

²¹⁰अच्छा!

²¹⁴1) पावन बनने के लिए अशरीरी बनने का अभ्यास करना है।

²¹⁵सबको पैगाम देना है कि एक बाप को याद करो।

²¹⁶Give everyone the message to remember the one Father.

²¹⁶देह सहित सब कुछ भूल जाओ।

²¹⁷Forget everything including your body.

²¹⁷2) योगेश्वर बाप से योग सीखकर सच्चा-सच्चा योगी बनना है।

²¹⁸2. Study yoga with the Yogeshwar Father and become a true yogi.

²²⁰जब कोई भी चीज़ साकार में देखी जाती है तो उसे जल्दी ग्रहण किया जा सकता है, इसलिए निमित्त बनी हुई जो श्रेष्ठ आत्मायें हैं उन्हों की सर्विस, त्याग, स्नेह, सर्व के सहयोगीपन का प्रैक्टिकल कर्म देखकर जो प्रेरणा मिलती है वही वरदान बन जाता है।

²²¹When you see something being done physically, you can easily do it, and this is why, when you are inspired on seeing the practical form of service, renunciation, love and co-operation of all the elevated instrument souls, it becomes a blessing for you.

²²¹जब निमित्त बनी हुई आत्माओं को कर्म करते हुए इन गुणों की धारणा में देखते हो तो सहज कर्मयोगी बनने का जैसे वरदान मिल जाता है।

²²²When you see the instrument souls use their inculcation of virtues while working, it is as though you easily receive a blessing to become a karma yogi.

²²²जो ऐसे वरदान प्राप्त करते रहते वह स्वयं भी मास्टर वरदाता बन जाते हैं।

²²³Those who continue to take such blessings become master bestowers of blessings themselves.

²²³स्लोगन:- नाम के आधार पर सेवा करना अर्थात् ऊंच पद में नाम पीछे कर लेना।

²²⁴Slogan: To do service on the basis of earning a name means to put your name at the back when it comes to receiving a high status.

²²⁴ये अव्यक्त इशारे - अपवित्रता के बीज को भी समाप्त कर सम्पूर्ण स्वच्छ (पवित्र) बनो

²²⁶Avyakt Signal: Finish the seed of impurity and become completely clean (pure).

²²⁵पवित्रता की निशानी है - स्वच्छता, सत्यता।

²²⁷The sign of purity is cleanliness and truth.

²²⁶अगर सारे दिन में चाहे उठने में, चाहे बैठने में, चाहे बोलने में, चाहे सेवा करने में, चाहे स्थूल सेवा की वा सूक्ष्म सेवा की लेकिन अगर विधिपूर्वक नहीं की, विधि में भी अगर ज़रा-सा अन्तर रह गया तो वो भी स्वच्छता अर्थात् पवित्रता नहीं है।

²²⁸Throughout the day, whether you are sitting, moving around, speaking, or doing physical or subtle service, if it is not done in the right way, if there is the slightest difference in your way of doing it, then that too is not cleanliness, which means that it is not purity.

²²⁷अपवित्रता सिर्फ किसको दुःख देना या पाप कर्म करना नहीं है लेकिन स्वयं में सत्यता, स्वच्छता विधिपूर्वक अगर अनुभव करते हो तो पवित्र हो।

²²⁹Simply to cause someone sorrow or to perform a sinful action is not the only impurity. ²³⁰However, if you experience truth and cleanliness in yourself in the right way, then you are pure.
