²"विचित्र राज्य दरबार" ³बाप-दादा सभी बच्चों के रूप-बसन्त, दोनों के बैलन्स (balance) देख रहे हैं। ⁴बसन्त बनना और रूप में स्थित होना।

¹Today BapDada is seeing the balance of all the children in being the stable in the form of the embodiment of knowledge (rup) and in being the ones who shower that knowledge (basant).

⁵दोनों की समानता है? ⁶जैसे बसन्त अर्थात् वाणी में आने की बहुत प्रैक्टिस है ऐसे वाणी से परे जाने का अभ्यास है?

²There is a great deal of practice in being basant, that is in coming into speech, but is there also the practice of gong beyond speech?

⁷सर्व कर्मेंइन्द्रियों के कर्म की स्मृति से परे एक ही आत्मिक स्वरूप में स्थित हो सकते हो? ⁸कर्म खींचता है या कर्मातीत अवस्था खींचती है!

³Can you stabilise yourself in the form of the soul beyond the consciousness of all actions performed by the physical senses?

⁹देखना, सुनना,सुनाना - ये विशेष कर्म जैसे सहज अभ्यास में आ गये हैं, ऐसे ही कर्मातीत बनने की स्टेज अर्थात् कर्म को समेटने की शक्ति से अकर्मा अर्थात् कर्मातीत बन सकते हो? ¹⁰एक है कर्म-अधीन स्टेज, दूसरी है कर्मातीत अर्थात् कर्म-अधिकारी स्टेज। ¹¹ज्यादा समय कौन-सी स्टेज रहती है? ¹²बाप-दादा हरेक संगमयुगी कर्मेन्द्रियों-जीत स्वराज्यधारी,राज्य अधिकारी राजाओं से पूछते है कि हरेक की राज्य कारोबार ठीक चल रही है?

⁴Is it karma (action)that pulls you, or is it the karmatit stage?

¹³हरेक राज्य-अधिकारी रोज अपनी राज-दरबार लगाते हैं? ¹⁴राज्य दरबार में राज्य कारोबारी अपने कार्य की रिजल्ट देता है? ¹⁵हरेक कारोबारी आप राज्य अधिकारी के ऑर्डर में है?

⁵Looking, listening, and speaking, is there the practice of becoming karmatit, of having the power to merge all activity and become still, that is free from all actions (karmatit)?

¹⁶कोई भी कारोबारी ख्यानत व मिलावट (अमानत में ख्यानत) व किसी भी प्रकार की खिटखिट तो नहीं करते हैं?

⁶On is the stage of being in bondage to action, the other is the stage of having authority over action.

¹⁷कभी आप राज्य अधिकारी को धोखा तो नहीं देते हैं?

⁷Do you have authority over your kingdom?

¹⁸चलने के बजाए चलाने तो नहीं लग जाते हैं? ¹⁹आप राज्य-अधिकारियों का राज्य है या प्रजा का राज्य है?

⁸Or is there any worker who corrupts or mixes anything, causes conflict or disturbance, or gives orders instead of obeying them?

²⁰ऐसी चेकिंग करते हो या जब दुश्मन आता है तब होश आता है?

⁹Is the kingdom run by you, the ruler with authority, or is it run by the subjects?

²¹रोज अपनी दरबार लगाते हो या कभी-कभी दरबार लगाते हो?

¹⁰Do you hold court daily, or only when the enemy comes?

²²क्या हाल है आपके राज्य-दरबारियों का?

¹¹What is the state of your royal court?

²³राज्य-कारोबार ठीक है? ²⁴इतना अटेन्शन देते हो?

¹²Is the business of your kingdom running accurately?

²⁵अभी के राजा ही जन्म-जन्मान्तर के राजा बनेंगे।

¹³Are your servants carrying out their tasks accurately?

²⁶आपकी दासी ठीक कार्य कर रही है?

¹⁴The most important servant is nature - matter.

²⁷सबसे बड़े-से-बड़ी दासी है - प्रकृति। ²⁸प्रकृति रूपी दासी ठीक कार्य कर रही है?

¹⁵Is it obeying the orders of the one who has conquered matter?

²⁹प्रकृतिजीत के ऑर्डर प्रमाण अपना कार्य कर रही है? ³⁰प्रकृतिजीत - प्रकृति के ऑर्डर में तो नहीं आ जाते?

¹⁶Are the main eight powers in your royal court cooperating with you in every task?

³¹आपके राज्य-दरबार की मुख्य 8सहयोगी शक्तियाँ आपके कार्य में सहयोग दे रही हैं? ³²राज्य कारोबार की शोभा हैं - ये अष्ट शक्तियाँ अर्थात् अष्ट रतन, अष्ट सहयोगी - तो आठों ही ठीक हैं? ³³अपनी रिजल्ट चेक करो।

¹⁷If the one with the authority of sovereignty is sleeping in carelessness, or in the intoxication of ephemeral attainments, or is lost in the dance of wasteful thoughts, then the cooperative powers cannot cooperate when the need arises.

³⁴राज्य कारोबार चलाना आता है? ³⁵अगर राज्य-अधिकारी अलबेलेपन की नींद में व अल्पकाल की प्राप्ति के नशे में व व्यर्थ संकल्पों के नाच में मस्त होंगे तो सहयोगी शक्तियाँ भी समय पर सहयोग नहीं देंगी। ³⁶तो रिजल्ट क्या समझें? ³⁷आजकल बाप-दादा हरेक बच्चे की भिन्नभिन्न रूप से रिजल्ट चेक कर रहे हैं।

¹⁸So what is the result?

³⁸आप अपनी रिजल्ट भी चेक करते हो?

¹⁹Do you also check your own result?

³⁹पहले तो संकल्प शक्ति, निर्णय शक्ति और संस्कार शक्ति - तीनों ही शक्तियाँ ऑर्डर में है? ⁴⁰फिर 8शक्तियाँ आर्डर में हैं? ⁴¹यह तीन शक्तियाँ हैं महामन्त्री।

²⁰Firstly check whether all three faculties are under your control: the power of thought, the power to discriminate, and the power of sanskars.

⁴²तो मन्त्री-मण्डल ठीक है या हिलता है? ⁴³आपके मन्त्री भी दलबदलू तो नहीं हैं?

²¹Then check whether the eight powers are under your control as well.

⁴⁴कभी माया के मुरीद तो नहीं बन जाते हैं? ⁴⁵अमानत में ख्यानत ⁴⁶अगर अभी तक भी कन्ट्रोलिंग पावर नहीं होगी तो फाइनल रिजल्ट में क्या होगा?

²²The three faculties are your senior ministers, and so is your ministerial cabinet organised, or is it in disarray. ²³Do your ministers change allegiance?

⁴⁷फाइन भरने के लिए धर्मराज पुरी में जाना पड़ेगा।

²⁴Do they sometimes become followers of Maya?

⁴⁸यह सजायें फाइन हैं। ⁴⁹रिफाइन बन जाओ तो फाइन नहीं भरना पड़ेगा। ⁵⁰जिसकी अभी से राज्य दरबार ठीक है वह धर्मराज की दरबार में नहीं जायेंगे।

²⁵If there is not controlling power the soul will have to appear in the court of dharamraj (the supreme judge) and will be fined!

⁵¹धर्मराज भी उनका स्वागत करेगा।

²⁶So be refined and avoid being fined.

⁵²स्वागत करानी है या बार-बार सौगन्ध खानी है।

²⁷Do you wish to be welcomed with honour in the court of dharamraj?

⁵³अभी नहीं करेंगे, अभी नहीं करेंगे- यह बार-बार कहना पड़ेगा।

²⁸Or do you wish to experience repentance?

⁵⁴अपना फाइनल फैसला कर लिया है कि अभी फाइलों के भण्डार भरे हुए हैं?

²⁹Have you made your final settlement already, or is your filing system overflowing?

⁵⁵खाता क्लियर हो गया है या मस्तक के टेबल पर यह नहीं किया है,यह नहीं किया है - ये फाइलें रही हुई है? ⁵⁶यह करना चाहिए,यह चाहिए की फाइलें तो नहीं भरी पड़ी हैं? ⁵⁷पुराने वर्ष के साथ पुराना खाता खत्म किया!

³⁰Is the account clear, or are the files of “I should do this” and “I should do that” still cluttering the desk of your forehead? or many, old accounts have not yet been burnt, but are still continuing.

⁵⁸या नये साल में भी पुराने खाते को जमा करके लम्बा किया है?

³¹The more they are allowed to continue, the more the soul will have to cry out.

⁵⁹क्या किया है? ⁶⁰वर्ष परिवर्तन हुआ तो संस्कार भी परिवर्तन हुआ?

³²Those cries will be very painful, and every second will be felt to last a year...

⁶¹अगर अब तक भी पुराने खाते का हिसाब-किताब चुक्ता न कर बढ़ाते चलेंगे तो रिजल्ट क्या होगी! ⁶²जितना पुराना खाता चलाते रहेंगे उतना ही चिल्लाना पड़ेगा। ⁶³यह चिल्लाना बड़ा दर्दनाक है।

³³There are many who are very clever in adulterating srimat with instructions from others or with dictates of the mind, and still giving the appearance of following srimat.

⁶⁴एक-एक सेकण्ड एक वर्ष के समान अनुभव होगा। ⁶⁵इसलिए अभी भी `शिव-मन्त्र'द्वारा समाप्ति कर दो।

³⁴They use words from the murli, but instead of Shiva the Father, they get stuck in Shav the corpse.

⁶⁶अभी कईयों के खाते भस्म नहीं हुए हैं। ⁶⁷अभी पुराने खाते ही चला रहे हैं। ⁶⁸सुनाया ना - कईयों की तीन शक्तियाँ अभी भी बाप के सर्व खज़ानों में ख्यानत कर रही हैं। ⁶⁹बाप ने खज़ानें दिये हैं, स्व-कल्याण और विश्व-कल्याण के प्रति, लेकिन व्यर्थ तरफ लगाना, अकल्याण के कार्य में लगाना - यह अमानत में ख्यानत हो रही है।

³⁵Their language is also very royal.

⁷⁰श्रीमत के साथ परमत और जनमत की मिलावट हो रही है।

³⁶They also try to protect themselves, by blaming others.

⁷¹मिलावट करने में होशियार भी बहुत हैं।

³⁷They allow themselves to continue with such false hopes.

⁷²रूप ऐसा ही रखते हैं जैसे कि श्रीमत है। ⁷³शब्द मुरली के ही लेंगे लेकिन अन्तर इतना होगा जैसे शिव और शव। ⁷⁴शिव बाप के बजाए शव में अटकेंगे।

³⁸They think that others are losing but in fact they are accumulating sorrow for themselves, and for every sin one hundred fold punishment is being accumulated.

⁷⁵उनकी भाषा बड़ी रायल रूप की होती है।

³⁹And so now stop the adulteration and the interference.

⁷⁶सदैव अपने को बचाने के लिए, किसने किया है, कौन देखता है, ऐसे दिलासे से स्वयं को चलाते रहते हैं। ⁷⁷समझते हैं दूसरों को धोखा देते हैं,लेकिन स्वयं का दुःख जमा कर रहे हैं। ⁷⁸एक का सौ गुणा होकर जमा होता रहता है। ⁷⁹इसलिए ख्यानत और मिलावट को समाप्त करो।

⁴⁰Imbibe spirituality and mercy.

⁸⁰रूहानियत और रहम को धारण करो।

⁴¹Be merciful to the self and to all others.

⁸¹अपने ऊपर और सर्व के ऊपर रहमदिल बनो।

⁴²Only see the self and Baba, no one else.

⁸²स्व को देखो। ⁸³बाप को देखो औरों को नहीं देखो।

⁴³Teach by your activity, not by your words.

⁸⁴`हे अर्जुन'बनो। ⁸⁵जो ओटे सो अर्जुन।

⁴⁴Change and show others through your transformation.

⁸⁶सदा यह स्लोगन याद रखो - `कहकर नहीं सिखाना है, करके सिखाना है। ⁸⁷'श्रेष्ठ कर्म करके सिखाना है।

⁴⁵Become the hold swan: imbibe that which is powerful and renounce that which is wasteful.

⁸⁸उल्टा नहीं सिखाना है। ⁸⁹मैं बदल करके सबको बदल के दिखाऊँगा।

⁴⁶Constantly remain decorated in your sparkling dress.

⁹⁰व्यर्थ बातें सुनते हुए, देखते हुए, होली हँस बन, व्यर्थ छोड़ समर्थ धारण करो।

⁴⁷Always be with your beloved, Baba and I, with no third one in-between.

⁹¹सदा चमकीली ड्रैस में सजे-सजाये सदा सुहागिन।

⁴⁸Do not allow even the finger nails, that is your thoughts, to touch the mud.

⁹²बाप और मैं,तीसरा न कोई।

⁴⁹Do you understand what must be done?

⁹³सदा झूले में झूलो। ⁹⁴बाप की गोदी के झूलो या सर्व प्राप्तियों के झूले में झूलो।

⁵⁰Otherwise you will still be wiping away the mud and the bridegroom will have arrived.

⁹⁵संकल्प रूपी नाखून भी मिट्टी में न जाए। ⁹⁶समझा, इस वर्ष क्या करना है? ⁹⁷नहीं तो मिट्टी पोंछते रहेंगे, साजन पहुँच जायेगा।

⁵¹He will have reached the destination and you will still be wiping away the mud, and then you will become only part of the wedding procession.

⁹⁸वह मंजिल पर पहुँच जायेगा और आप पोंछते हुए रह जायेंगे।

⁵²Do not wait for time, but constantly put yourself forward as ever-ready.

⁹⁹बरातियों की लिस्ट में आ जायेंगे। ¹⁰⁰समय का इंतज़ार नहीं करना।

⁵³The accounts of many are still not cleared: old stains still remain.

¹⁰¹सदा स्वयं को ऑफर करो कि मैं एवररेडी हूँ। ¹⁰²समझा, अब क्या करना है?

⁵⁴They rub the stains, but cause more stains.

¹⁰³बीते हुए वर्ष की रिजल्ट में अभी कईयों के खाते क्लियर नहीं हैं। ¹⁰⁴अब तक पुराने-पुराने दाग भी कईयों के रहे हुए हैं।

⁵⁵The stain for some is a tiny one at first, but as they hide it and behave with cunning, it grows larger and deeper.

¹⁰⁵रबड़ भी लगाते हैं, फिर दाग लगा देते हैं।

⁵⁶Their hearts will be ripped apart with tears.

¹⁰⁶कईयों का तो पहले छोटा दाग है लेकिन छिपाते-छिपाते बड़ा कर दिया है। ¹⁰⁷कई छिपाते हैं और कई चालाकी से अपने को चलाते हैं। ¹⁰⁸इसलिए गहरा दाग होता जाता है। ¹⁰⁹जैसे बहुत गहरा दाग होता है तो जिस चीज़ पर दाग होता है, वही फट जाती है,चाहे कागज पर हो, चाहे कपड़े पर हो।

⁵⁷So become truthful, become clean.

¹¹⁰वैसे यहाँ भी गहरे दाग वाले को दिल फाड़ कर रोना पड़ेगा।

⁵⁸At the moment BapDada is still merciful, so hold your own court daily.

¹¹¹यह मैंने किया - यह मैंने किया।

⁵⁹Have a daily enquiry.

¹¹²ऐसे दिल फाड़ करके रोना पड़ेगा।

⁶⁰With checking, change will come.

¹¹³अगर एक सेकण्ड भी वह दृश्य देखो तो विनाशकाल से भी दर्दनाक है,इसलिए सच्चे बनो, साफ बनो। ¹¹⁴बाप-दादा को अभी भी रहम आता है इसलिए रोज अपनी राज-दरबार लगाओ। ¹¹⁵कचहरी करो। ¹¹⁶चेक करने से चेन्ज हो जायेंगे।

⁶¹Achcha.

¹¹⁷ऐसे स्व-परिवर्तन द्वारा विश्व-परिवर्तन करने वाले सदा राज्य अधिकारी, सदा रूहानियत और रहम की वृत्ति वाले,विश्व में सदा सुखी, शान्त वायुमण्डल बनाने वाले, भटकती हुई आत्माओं के लिए लाइट हाउस और माइट हाउस - ऐसे दृढ़ संकल्प करने वाले, पुरानी दुनिया के आकर्षण से दूर रहने वाले, ऐसी श्रेष्ठ आत्माओं को बाप-दादा का याद, प्यार और नमस्ते। ¹¹⁸सेवाधारी भाई-बहनों से -सेवाधारी अर्थात् बाप-समान। ¹¹⁹बाप भी सेवाधारी बन करके आते हैं। ¹²⁰सेवाधारी बनना अर्थात् बाप-समान बनना।

⁶²To those who with the transformation of the self, transform the old world; to those who always have the authority of sovereignty, those who always have spirituality and an attitude of mercy; those who make the atmosphere of the world peaceful and happy; those who are lighthouses and mighthouses for souls that are stumbling; those who have determined thought; those who remain beyond the attractions of the old world... to such elevated souls, BapDada’s love, remembrance, and namaste.

¹²¹तो ये भी समझो ड्रामा में लॉटरी में नाम निकला है। ¹²²सेवा का चान्स मिलना अर्थात् लॉटरी का नाम निकलना। ¹²³सदा सेवा का चान्स लेते रहना। ¹²⁴सभी की रिजल्ट अच्छी है - मुबारक हो।
