²बन्धनों से मुक्त की युक्ति - रूहानी शक्ति

¹Spiritual power – the way to become free from bondage.

³मुक्ति-जीवनमुक्ति दाता शिवबाबा बोले ⁴आज बापदादा अपने रूहानी बच्चों की रूहानियत की शक्ति देख रहे थे।

²Today, BapDada was looking at the power of spirituality of His spiritual children.

⁵हर एक रूहानी बच्चे ने रूहानी बाप से रूहानी शक्ति का सम्पूर्ण अधिकार बच्चे होने के नाते प्राप्त तो किया ही है।

³Because of being His children every spiritual child has claimed the full right of spiritual power from the Father.

⁶लेकिन प्राप्ति स्वरूप कहाँ तक बने हैं, यह देख रहे थे।

⁴However, Baba was seeing to what extent you have become embodiments of attainment.

⁷सभी बच्चे हर रोज स्वयं को रूहानी बच्चा कह रूहानी बाप को यादप्यार का रिटर्न मुख से या मन से यादप्यार वा नमस्ते के रूप में देते हैं। ⁸रिटर्न देते हो ना।

⁵Every day, all the children call themselves spiritual children and give the return of love and remembrance to the spiritual Father either through their lips or their mind in the form of love and remembrance or namaste.

⁹रिपोर्ट भी करते हो।

⁶You do give this return, do you not?

¹⁰इसका रहस्य यह हुआ कि रोज रूहानी बाप रूहानी बच्चे कह रूहानी शक्ति का वास्तविक स्वरूप याद दिलाते हैं। ¹¹क्योंकि इस ब्राह्मण जीवन की विशेषता ही है - ‘रूहानियत’।

⁷The meaning of this is that every day the spiritual Father calls you the spiritual children and reminds you of the real meaning of spiritual power because the speciality of this Brahmin life is spirituality.

¹²इस रूहानियत की शक्ति से स्वयं को वा सर्व को परिवर्तन करते हो।

⁸You transform yourself and others with the power of this spirituality.

¹³मुख्य फाउण्डेशन ही यह ‘रूहानी शक्ति’ है।

⁹The main foundation is this spiritual power.

¹⁴इस शक्ति से ही अनेक प्रकार के जिस्मानी बन्धनों से मुक्ति मिलती है।

¹⁰It is with this power that you receive liberation from many types of bondage.

¹⁵बापदादा देख रहे थे कि अब तक भी कई सूक्ष्म बन्धन जो स्वयं भी अनुभव करते हैं कि इस बन्धन से मुक्ति होनी चाहिए। ¹⁶लेकिन मुक्ति पाने की युक्ति प्रैक्टिकल में ला नहीं सकते। ¹⁷कारण?

¹¹BapDada was seeing that even now there are some subtle bondages which you also experience you should have been liberated from, but that you are unable to put into a practical form the method to attain liberation. ¹²What is the reason for this?

¹⁸रूहानी शक्ति हर कर्म में यूज़ करना नहीं आता है।

¹³It is because you don’t know how to use spiritual power in every action.

¹⁹एक ही समय, संकल्प,बोल और कर्म तीनों को साथ-साथ शक्तिशाली बनाना पड़े।

¹⁴At the same time, you have to make all three – thoughts, words and deeds powerful.

²⁰लेकिन लूज़ किसमें हो जाते हैं?

¹⁵But what is it that you become loose in?

²¹एक तरफ संकल्प को शक्तिशाली बनाते हैं तो वाणी में कुछ लूज़ हो जाते हैं।

¹⁶On the one hand you make your thoughts powerful, but you become a little loose in your words.

²²कब वाणी को शक्तिशाली बनाते हैं तो कर्म में लूज़ हो जाते हैं।

¹⁷Sometimes, you make your words powerful and you become a little loose in your deeds.

²³लेकिन यह तीनों ही रूहानी शक्तिशाली एक ही समय पर बनावें तो यही युक्ति है मुक्ति की।

¹⁸However, to make all three powerful spiritually at the same time is the method to attain liberation.

²⁴जैसे सृष्टि की रचना में तीन कार्य स्थापना, पालना और विनाश, तीनों ही आवश्यक हैं। ²⁵ऐसे सर्व बन्धनों से मुक्त होने की युक्ति - मन्सा, वाचा,कर्मणा तीनों रूहानी शक्तियाँ साथ-साथ आवश्यक हैं।

¹⁹Just as for the creation of the world, all three tasks of creation, sustenance and destruction are essential, in the same way, the method to become free from all types of bondage is that it is essential to have spiritual power in all three – thoughts, words and deeds – at the same time.

²⁶कभी मन्सा को सम्भालते तो वाचा में कमी पड़ जाती।

²⁰Sometimes you look after your mind and then something is lacking in your words.

²⁷फिर कहते सोचा तो ऐसे नहीं था,पता नहीं यह क्यों हो गया।

²¹You then say: I wasn’t thinking like that, and I don’t know why it happened.

²⁸तीनों तरफ पूरा अटेन्शन चाहिए।

²²There has to be full attention to all three.

²⁹क्योंकि यह तीनों ही साधन सम्पन्न स्थिति को और बाप को प्रत्यक्ष करने वाले हैं।

²³Why? ²⁴All these three methods will reveal your stage of perfection and the Father.

³⁰मुक्ति पाने के लिए तीनों में रूहानियत अनुभव होनी चाहिए।

²⁵In order to attain liberation, spirituality has to be experienced in all three.

³¹जो तीनों में युक्तियुक्त हैं वो ही जीवनमुक्त हैं।

²⁶Those who are yuktiyukt in all three are liberated­in­life.

³²तो बापदादा सूक्ष्म बन्धनों को देख रहे थे।

²⁷So BapDada was looking at the subtle bondages.

³³सूक्ष्म बन्धन में भी विशेष इन तीनों का कनेक्शन है।

²⁸In the subtle bondages, these three also have a special connection.

³⁴बन्धन की निशानी- बन्धन वाला सदा ही परवश होता है।

²⁹The sign of someone in bondage is that that one is always influenced by others.

³⁵बन्धन वाला अपने को आन्तरिक खुशी वा सुख में सदा अनुभव नहीं करेगा।

³⁰Someone who is in bondage will not always experience internal happiness or have the constant experience of happiness.

³⁶जैसे लौकिक दुनिया में अल्पकाल के साधन अल्पकाल की खुशी वा सुख की अनुभूति कराते हैं लेकिन आन्तरिक वा अविनाशी अनुभूति नहीं होती।

³¹In the physical world, temporary facilities give you the experience of temporary happiness and joy, but there isn’t the experience of internal or imperishable happiness.

³⁷ऐसे सूक्ष्म बन्धन में बंधी हुई आत्मा इस ब्राह्मण जीवन में भी थोड़े समय के लिए सेवा का साधन, संगठन की शक्ति का साधन,कोई न कोई प्राप्ति के साधन, श्रेष्ठ संग का साधन इन साधनों के आधार से चलते हैं। ³⁸जब तक साधन हैं तब तक खुशी और सुख की अनुभूति करते हैं।

³²Similarly, souls who are tied in these subtle bondages continue to move along in this Brahmin life for a short time on the basis of the means of service, the power of a gathering, one attainment or another or elevated company, and whilst they have these methods (means), they are able to experience happiness and joy.

³⁹लेकिन साधन समाप्त हुआ तो खुशी भी समाप्त।

³³However, when the means finishes (or is removed), their happiness also finishes.

⁴⁰सदा एकरस नहीं रहते।

³⁴It doesn’t stay constant.

⁴¹कभी खुशी में ऐसा नाचता रहेगा उस समय जैसे कि उन जैसा कोई है नहीं।

³⁵Sometimes they would dance in such happiness that, at that time, there is no one like them.

⁴²लेकिन रूकेगा फिर ऐसा जो छोटा-सा पत्थर भी पहाड़ समान अनुभव करेगा।

³⁶However, when they come to a standstill, even a tiny stone will be experienced to be like a mountain.

⁴³क्योंकि ओरीजनल शक्ति न होने के कारण साधन के आधार पर खुशी में नाचते।

³⁷Because of not having their original power, they dance in happiness on the basis of those means.

⁴⁴साधन निकल गया तो कहाँ नाचेगा?

³⁸Once the means are removed, where will they dance?

⁴⁵इसलिए आन्तरिक रूहानी शक्ति तीनों रूपों में सदा साथ-साथ आवश्यक है।

³⁹This is why internal spiritual power is always essential simultaneously in all three forms.

⁴⁶मुख्य बन्धन है - मन्सा संकल्प की कण्ट्रोलिंग पावर नहीं।

⁴⁰The main bondage is that there is no controlling power on the thoughts in the mind.

⁴⁷अपने ही संकल्पों के वश होने के कारण परवश का अनुभव करते हैं।

⁴¹Because of being influenced by your own thoughts, you experience yourself to be influenced by others.

⁴⁸जो स्वयं के संकल्पों के बन्धनों में है वह बहुत समय इसी में बिजी रहता है।

⁴²Those who are in bondage to their own thoughts remain busy in this for a long time.

⁴⁹जैसे आप लोग भी कहते हो ना कि हवाई किले बनाते हैं।

⁴³You also speak of building castles in the air.

⁵⁰किले बनाते और बिगाड़ते हैं।

⁴⁴You build the castles and then you break them.

⁵¹बहुत लम्बी दीवार खड़ी करते हैं।

⁴⁵You put up a big wall.

⁵²इसीलिए हवाई किला कहा जाता है।

⁴⁶This is why it is called a castle in the air.

⁵³जैसे भक्ति में पूजा कर, सजा-धजा करके फिर डुबो देते हैं ना,ऐसे संकल्प के बन्धन में बंधी हुई आत्मा बहुत कुछ बनाती और बहुत कुछ बिगाड़ती है।

⁴⁷Just as on the path of devotion they worship idols, decorate them and then sink them, in the same way, souls who are tied in bondage to their thoughts build many things and then they also spoil many of those things.

⁵⁴स्वयं ही इस व्यर्थ कार्य से थक भी जाती है। ⁵⁵दिलशिकस्त भी हो जाते हैं।

⁴⁸They themselves become tired of that wasteful task and also become disheartened.

⁵⁶और कभी अभिमान में आकर अपनी गलती दूसरे पर भी लगाते रहते।

⁴⁹And, sometimes, out of arrogance, they blame others for their own mistake.

⁵⁷फिर भी समय बीतने पर अन्दर समझते हैं, सोचते हैं कि यह ठीक नहीं किया। ⁵⁸लेकिन अभिमान के परवश होने के कारण, अपने बचाव के कारण,दूसरे का ही दोष सोचते रहते हैं।

⁵⁰Then, when that time has passed by, they understand and think that what they did was not right, but because of being influenced by arrogance, in order to save themselves, they blame others.

⁵⁹सबसे बड़ा बन्धन यह मन्सा का बन्धन है। ⁶⁰जो बुद्धि को ताला लग जाता है।

⁵¹The biggest bondage is this bondage of the mind which locks the intellect.

⁶¹इसलिए कितनी भी समझाने की कोशिश करो लेकिन उनको समझ में नहीं आयेगा।

⁵²Therefore, no matter how much you try to explain to them, they are just not able to understand.

⁶²मन्सा बन्धन की विशेष निशानी है - महसूसता शक्ति समाप्त हो जाती है।

⁵³The special sign of being in bondage is that the power of realisation finishes.

⁶³इसलिए इस सूक्ष्म बन्धन को समाप्त करने के बिना कभी भी आन्तरिक खुशी,सदा के लिए अतीन्द्रिय सुख अनुभव नहीं कर सकेंगे।

⁵⁴This is why, without finishing this subtle bondage, you are unable to experience internal happiness or supersensuous joy for all time.

⁶⁴संगमयुग की विशेषता ही है ‘अतीन्द्रिय सुख’ में झूलना। ⁶⁵सदा खुशी में नाचना।

⁵⁵The speciality of the confluence age is to swing in the swing of supersensuous joy and to dance constantly in happiness.

⁶⁶तो संगमयुगी बनकर और इस विशेषता का अनुभव नहीं किया तो क्या कहेंगे?

⁵⁶So, what can be said if after becoming confluence­aged you do not experience this speciality?

⁶⁷इसलिए स्वयं को चेक करो कि किसी भी प्रकार के संकल्पों के बन्धन में तो नहीं हैं। ⁶⁸चाहे व्यर्थ संकल्पों के बन्धन, चाहे ईर्ष्या द्वेष के संकल्प, चाहे अलबेलेपन के संकल्प, चाहे आलस्य के संकल्प, किसी भी प्रकार के संकल्प मन्सा बन्धन की निशानी हैं।

⁵⁷Therefore, check yourself that you are not in any type of bondage of thoughts, whether it is a bondage of waste thoughts, a bondage of thoughts of jealousy or conflict, thoughts of carelessness or laziness – any of these types of thought is a sign of bondage in the mind. ⁵⁸So, today, BapDada was seeing the bondages: How many are liberated souls?

⁶⁹तो आज बापदादा बन्धनों को देख रहे थे।

⁵⁹The big ropes have now ended.

⁷⁰मुक्त आत्मायें कितनी हैं?

⁶⁰Now there are these subtle threads.

⁷¹मोटी-मोटी रस्सियाँ तो खत्म हो गई हैं।

⁶¹They are thin, but they are clever in tying you in bondage.

⁷²अभी यह महीन धागे हैं। ⁷³हैं पतली लेकिन बन्धन में बांधने में होशियार हैं।

⁶²You are not even aware that you are being tied in bondage because these bondages also make you intoxicated for a temporary period.

⁷⁴पता ही नहीं पड़ता कि हम बन्धन में बंध रहे हैं।

⁶³Those who have perishable intoxication never think of themselves as low.

⁷⁵क्योंकि यह बन्धन अल्पकाल का नशा भी चढ़ाता है।

⁶⁴They would be in a gutter and think that they are in a palace.

⁷⁶जैसे विनाशी नशे वाले कभी अपने को नीचा नहीं समझते।

⁶⁵They would be empty­handed and think of themselves as kings.

⁷⁷होगा नाली में समझेगा महल में। ⁷⁸होता खाली हाथ अपने को समझेगा राजा है।

⁶⁶In the same way, those who have this intoxication also never consider themselves to be wrong.

⁷⁹ऐसे इस नशे वाला भी कभी अपने को रांग नहीं समझेगा। ⁸⁰सदा अपने को या तो राइट सिद्ध करेगा वा अलबेलापन दिखायेगा। ⁸¹यह तो होता ही है।

⁶⁷They would always either prove themselves to be right or would show carelessness, “This happens all the time; it is always like this.”

⁸²ऐसे तो चलना ही है। ⁸³इसलिए आज सिर्फ मन्सा बन्धन् बताया।

⁶⁸This is why you have been told today just about the bondage of the mind.

⁸⁴फिर वाचा और कर्म का भी सुनायेंगे। ⁸⁵समझा-

⁶⁹Baba will tell you about words and deeds at some other time.

⁸⁶रूहानी शक्ति द्वारा मुक्ति प्राप्त करते चलो।

⁷⁰Do you understand? ⁷¹Continue to attain liberation through spiritual power.

⁸⁷संगमयुग पर जीवनमुक्ति का अनुभव करना ही भविष्य जीवनमुक्त प्रालब्ध पाना है।

⁷²To experience liberation­in­life at the confluence age is to attain the future reward of liberation­in­life.

⁸⁸गोल्डन जुबली में तो जीवनमुक्त बनना है ना कि सिर्फ गोल्डन जुबली मनानी है।

⁷³You have to become liberated­in­life in the Golden Jubilee, do you not? ⁷⁴Or, do you just want to celebrate the Golden Jubilee?

⁸⁹बनना ही मनाना है।

⁷⁵To become is to celebrate.

⁹⁰दुनिया वाले सिर्फ मनाते हैं, यहाँ बनाते हैं।

⁷⁶People of the world simply celebrate, whereas here, you become.

⁹¹अभी जल्दी-जल्दी तैयार हो तब सभी आपकी मुक्ति से मुक्त बन जायेंगे।

⁷⁷Now, become ready quickly, for only then will everyone else be liberated through your liberation.

⁹²साइन्स वाले भी अपने बनाये हुए साधनों के बन्धन में बंध गये हैं।

⁷⁸Even scientists are in bondage to the facilities that they themselves have created.

⁹³नेतायें भी देखो बचने चाहते हैं लेकिन कितने बन्धे हुए हैं।

⁷⁹Even political leaders want to save themselves, but they are tied so much.

⁹⁴सोचते हुए भी कर नहीं पाते तो बन्धन हुआ ना।

⁸⁰They are unable to do something that they think of and so that is a bondage, is it not?

⁹⁵सभी आत्माओं को भिन्न-भिन्न बन्धनों से मुक्त कराने वाले स्वयं मुक्त बन सभी को मुक्त बनाओ।

⁸¹You, the ones who liberate everyone from the different bondages, are becoming liberated yourselves and are liberating everyone.

⁹⁶सभी मुक्ति, मुक्ति कह चिल्ला रहे हैं।

⁸²Everyone is crying out and calling out for liberation.

⁹⁷कोई गरीबी से मुक्ति चाहते हैं। ⁹⁸कोई गृहस्थी से मुक्ति चाहते हैं।

⁸³Some want liberation from poverty, some want liberation from the household.

⁹⁹लेकिन सभी का आवाज़ एक ही मुक्ति का है।

⁸⁴However, the sound of everyone is the same ­ of liberation.

¹⁰⁰तो अभी मुक्ति दाता बन मुक्ति का रास्ता बताओ वा मुक्ति का वर्सा दो।

⁸⁵So now become the bestowers of liberation and show them the path to liberation and give them the inheritance of liberation.

¹⁰¹आवाज़ तो पहुँचता है ना कि समझते हो यह तो बाप का काम है।

⁸⁶Their sound is reaching you, is it not? ⁸⁷Or, do you think: "This is the Father’s work?

¹⁰²हमारा क्या है?

⁸⁸What is it to me?"

¹⁰³प्रालब्ध आपको पानी है,बाप को नहीं पानी है।

⁸⁹Baba says: You have to attain the reward; the Father does not want to attain it.

¹⁰⁴प्रजा वा भक्त भी आपको चाहिए।

⁹⁰You are the ones who want subjects and devotees.

¹⁰⁵बाप को नहीं चाहिए।

⁹¹The Father does not want them.

¹⁰⁶जो आपके भक्त होंगे वह बाप के स्वतः ही बन जायेंगे। ¹⁰⁷क्योंकि द्वापर में आप लोग ही पहले भक्त बनेंगे।

⁹²Those who are your devotees will automatically become the Father’s because from the copper age, you are the ones who will become the first devotees.

¹⁰⁸पहले बाप की पूजा शुरू करेंगे।

⁹³You will begin worship of the Father first.

¹⁰⁹तो आप लोगों को सभी फॉलो अभी करेंगे।

⁹⁴So, everyone will follow all of you now.

¹¹⁰इसलिए अभी क्या करना है?

⁹⁵So what do you have to do now?

¹¹¹पुकार सुनो।

⁹⁶Listen to their call.

¹¹²मुक्ति दाता बनो।

⁹⁷Become bestowers of liberation.

¹¹³अच्छा-

⁹⁸Achcha.

¹¹⁴सदा रूहानी शक्ति की युक्ति से मुक्ति प्राप्त करने वाले, सदा स्वयं को सूक्ष्म बन्धनों से मुक्त कर मुक्ति दाता बनने वाले, सदा स्वयं को आन्तरिक खुशी,अतीन्द्रिय सुख की अनुभूति में आगे से आगे बढ़ाने वाले, सदा सर्व प्रति मुक्त आत्मा बनाने की शुभ भावना वाले, ऐसे रूहानी शक्तिवाले बच्चों को बापदादा का यादप्यार और नमस्ते। ¹¹⁵’’

⁹⁹To those who always attain liberation with the method of spiritual power, to those who become the bestowers of liberation and always free themselves from the subtle bondages, to those who always make themselves move forward the furthest with their internal happiness and supersensuous joy, to those who always have the good wishes of making everyone liberated, to such spiritually powerful children, BapDada’s love, remembrance and namaste.

¹¹⁶पार्टियों से - सुनने के साथ-साथ स्वरूप बनने में भी शक्तिशाली आत्मायें हो ना।

¹⁰⁰BapDada meeting groups: ¹⁰¹Together with listening, you are also powerful souls who become embodiments, are you not?

¹¹⁷सदैव अपने संकल्पों में हर रोज कोई न कोई स्व के प्रति और, औरों के प्रति उमंग- उत्साह का संकल्प रखो।

¹⁰²Every day in your thoughts, let there be a thought filled with zeal and enthusiasm for yourself and for others. ¹⁰³Nowadays, they print in the newspapers or put up in different places, “Thought for Today”.

¹¹⁸जैसे आजकल के समय में अखबार में या कई स्थानों पर ‘‘आज का विचार’’ विशेष लिखते हैं ना।

¹⁰⁴In the same way, let there be one thought or another in your mind filled with zeal and enthusiasm in an emerged form.

¹¹⁹ऐसे रोज मन का संकल्प कोई न कोई उमंग-उत्साह का इमर्ज रूप में लाओ।

¹⁰⁵And with that thought, put that into your form and also use it to serve others. ¹⁰⁶What will happen then?

¹²⁰और उसी संकल्प से स्वयं में भी स्वरूप बनाओ और दूसरों की सेवा में भी लगाओ तो क्या होगा?

¹⁰⁷There will always be new zeal and enthusiasm. ¹⁰⁸Today, I will do that. ¹⁰⁹Today, I will do this. ¹¹⁰Why is there zeal and enthusiasm when there is a special programme?

¹²¹सदा ही नया उमंग-उत्साह रहेगा।

¹¹¹You make plans, do you not? ¹¹²I will do this and then that.

¹²²आज यह करेंगे आज यह करेंगे।

¹¹³There is special zeal and enthusiasm by doing this.

¹²³जैसे कोई विशेष प्रोग्राम होता है तो उमंग-उत्साह क्यों आता है? ¹²⁴प्लैन बनाते हैं ना - यह करेंगे फिर यह करेंगे। ¹²⁵इससे विशेष उमंग-उत्साह आता है।

¹¹⁴In this way, every day at amrit vela, have a special thought of zeal and enthusiasm and then check according to that, and then your life will always be filled with zeal and enthusiasm and you will also become those who give enthusiasm to others.

¹²⁶ऐसे रोज अमृतवेले विशेष उमंग- उत्साह का संकल्प करो और फिर चेक भी करो तो अपनी भी सदा के लिए उत्साह वाली जीवन होगी और उत्साह दिलाने वाले भी बन जायेंगे।

¹¹⁵Do you understand? ¹¹⁶Just as you have entertainment programmes, in the same way, have this programme for the entertainment of your mind. ¹¹⁷Achcha. ¹¹⁸You are souls who always move forward with powerful remembrance, are you not?

¹²⁷समझा- जैसे मनोरंजन प्रोग्राम होते हैं ऐसे यह रोज का मन का मनोरंजन प्रोग्राम हो।

¹¹⁹There cannot be any experience without powerful remembrance. ¹²⁰So, always be powerful and continue to move forward.

¹²⁸अच्छा- ¹²⁹2. सदा शक्तिशाली याद में आगे बढ़ने वाली आत्मायें हो ना?

¹²¹Always remain engaged in Godly service according to your power and receive the fruit of service.

¹³⁰शक्ति- शाली याद के बिना कोई भी अनुभव हो नहीं सकता।

¹²²Continue to use as much power as you have in service, whether it is through the body, through the mind or through wealth.

¹³¹तो सदा शक्तिशाली बन आगे बढ़ते चलो।

¹²³You are definitely going to receive multimillionfold of one.

¹³²किसी भी देहधारी के पीछे जाना, सेवा देना यह सब रांग है।

¹²⁴You are accumulating for your own self and you have to accumulate for many births.

¹³³सदा अपनी शक्ति अनुसार ईश्वरीय सेवा में लग जाओ और सेवा का फल पाओ।

¹²⁵By accumulating in one birth you will be liberated from effort for 21 births. ¹²⁶You know this secret, do you not?

¹³⁴जितनी शक्ति है उतना सेवा में लगाते चलो।

¹²⁷So always continue to make your future elevated.

¹³⁵चाहे तन से,चाहे मन से,चाहे धन से।

¹²⁸Continue to move yourself forward in service in happiness.

¹³⁶एक का पदमगुणा मिलना ही है।

¹²⁹Always move forward with a constant and stable stage through remembrance.

¹³⁷अपने लिए जमा करते हो। ¹³⁸अनेक जन्मों के लिए जमा करना है।

¹³⁰You are the servers who give many souls happiness through your happiness of remembrance, are you not?
