¹“मीठे बच्चे - इस समय तुम बाप के ऊपर बलिहार जाओ तो 21 जन्मों के लिए तुम सदा सुखी बन जायेंगे''

¹Essence: Sweet children, surrender yourselves to the Father at this time and you will become constantly happy for 21 births.

²प्रश्न:- ज्ञानी बच्चों को अपनी अवस्था ठीक रखने के लिए कौन सी आदत पक्की डालनी चाहिए?

²Question: What habit should you knowledgeable children make firm in order to make your stage strong?

³उत्तर:- सवेरे-सवेरे उठने की।

³Answer: The habit of waking up early in the morning. ⁴Waking up early in the morning and remembering Baba is very good dharna.

⁴सवेरे-सवेरे उठकर बाबा की याद में बैठना - यह बहुत अच्छी धारणा है।

⁵The stage of the children who go to bed early and wake up early remains very good throughout the day.

⁵जो बच्चे जल्दी सोते और जल्दी उठ जाते उनकी अवस्था सारा दिन ठीक रहती है।

⁶Knowledgeable children should have half as much sleep as those who don’t have knowledge.

⁶अज्ञानियों की नींद से ज्ञानी बच्चों की नींद आधी होनी चाहिए। ⁷10 बजे सो जाओ 2 बजे उठकर बैठो।

⁷Go to sleep at 10.00pm and wake up at 2.00 am and sit in remembrance.

¹⁰बच्चे सब सम्मुख बैठे हैं तो जानते हैं हम जीव आत्मायें हैं।

¹⁰All you children who are personally sitting in front of Baba understand you are embodied souls.

¹¹यहाँ तो जीव आत्मायें होंगी ना।

¹¹There would be embodied souls here.

¹²जब आत्मा को शरीर नहीं है तो नंगी है, उसको अशरीरी कहा जाता है।

¹²When souls don’t have a body, they are naked, that is, the souls are called bodiless.

¹³तुम तो शरीर के साथ बैठे हो।

¹³You are sitting here with bodies.

¹⁴आत्मा वा परमात्मा जब तक शरीर में न आये तो बोल न सके।

¹⁴Neither souls nor the Supreme Soul can speak until they enter a body.

¹⁵तुम जीव आत्मायें जानती हो, अब बाप के सम्मुख बैठे हैं। ¹⁶हूबहू जैसे 5 हजार वर्ष पहले सम्मुख आये थे।

¹⁵You embodied souls know that you are sitting personally in front of the Father exactly as you did when you came in front of Him 5000 years ago.

¹⁷बच्चे जरूर बाप से वर्सा ही लेंगे।

¹⁶Children would certainly claim their inheritance from their father.

¹⁸जानते हैं हम अपने परमपिता परमात्मा बेहद के बाप के सम्मुख बैठे हैं।

¹⁷You know that you are sitting in front of the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, the unlimited Father.

¹⁹क्यों बैठे हैं?

¹⁸Why are you sitting here?

²⁰बाप से बेहद का वर्सा लेने।

¹⁹To claim your unlimited inheritance from the Father.

²¹जैसे स्कूल में समझते हैं हम टीचर द्वारा इन्जीनियरी, बैरिस्टरी सीखते हैं। ²²यह एम ऑब्जेक्ट रहती है।

²⁰In a school they understand they are studying engineering or law from a teacher; they have their aim and objective.

²³तुम बच्चे समझते हो परमपिता परमात्मा हमको ब्रह्मा के तन से बैठ राजयोग सिखलाते हैं।

²¹You children understand that the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, is sitting in the body of Brahma and teaching you Raja Yoga.

²⁴भगवानुवाच - यह तो बच्चों को समझाया है कि भगवान निराकार को कहा जाता है।

²²God speaks: It has been explained to you children that the incorporeal One is called God.

²⁵जीव आत्मायें पुनर्जन्म जरूर लेती हैं।

²³Embodied souls definitely take rebirth.

²⁶कोई भी संन्यासी से तुम पूछो - मनुष्य पुनर्जन्म लेते हैं?

²⁴When you ask a sannyasi if human beings take rebirth, he wouldn’t say that they don’t.

²⁷तो ऐसे नहीं कहेंगे कि नहीं लेते हैं। ²⁸नहीं तो 84 लाख जन्म कैसे कहते?

²⁵How else would they be able to speak of 8.4 million births?

²⁹पूछो - तुम पुनर्जन्म को मानते हो?

²⁶Also ask them if they believe in rebirth.

³⁰यह तो बरोबर है, आत्मा संस्कार अनुसार एक शरीर छोड़ फिर दूसरा लेती है।

²⁷It is definite that a soul sheds his body and takes another one according to his sanskars.

³¹ऐसे कोई-कोई मनुष्य 84 जन्म लेते हैं। ³²84 लाख जन्म की तो बात ही नहीं।

²⁸In this way, some human beings take 84 births; there is no question of 8.4 million births.

³³पहला जन्म जरूर बहुत अच्छा सतोप्रधान होगा। ³⁴लास्ट छी-छी तमोप्रधान होगा।

²⁹The first birth would definitely be very good and satopradhan and the last birth would be dirty and tamopradhan.

³⁵16 कला से फिर 14 कला, 12 कला होती जायेंगी, पुनर्जन्म जरूर लेते हैं।

³⁰From 16 celestial degrees, souls become 14 celestial degrees and then 12 degrees; souls definitely take rebirth.

³⁶पूछना चाहिए अच्छा परमपिता परमात्मा पुनर्जन्म लेते हैं वा पुनर्जन्म रहित हैं?

³¹Then, ask: OK, does the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, take rebirth or is He beyond rebirth?

³⁷देखो यह प्वाइंट बहुत सूक्ष्म है।

³²Look, this point is very subtle.

³⁸अगर कहेंगे जन्म-मरण रहित है तो फिर शिव जयन्ती सिद्ध नहीं होती।

³³If they say He is beyond birth and death, it doesn’t prove the birthday of Shiva.

³⁹कहेंगे शिव जयन्ती तो मनाई जाती है।

³⁴So you should say: But, the birthday of Shiva is celebrated.

⁴⁰समझाया जाता है हाँ शिव जयन्ती है परन्तु जन्म के साथ फिर मरना जिसे कहा जाता है वह नहीं है।

³⁵It is explained: Yes, there is the birthday of Shiva, but what you call dying is not associated with the birth of Shiva.

⁴¹अगर मरे तो फिर पुनर्जन्म ले।

³⁶If He were to die, He would also take rebirth.

⁴²बाप कभी पुनर्जन्म नहीं लेते।

³⁷The Father never takes rebirth.

⁴³वह इस तन में एक ही बार आते हैं, बस फिर पुनर्जन्म में नहीं आते।

³⁸Only once does He enter this body, that’s it! ³⁹He doesn’t take rebirth.

⁴⁴परमपिता परमात्मा पुनर्जन्म रहित है, वह कभी सतोप्रधान से तमोप्रधान नहीं बनते हैं।

⁴⁰The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, doesn’t take rebirth. ⁴¹He never becomes tamopradhan from satopradhan.

⁴⁵आत्मायें तो सब जन्म-मरण में आते-आते पतित बन जाती हैं फिर बाप आते हैं पावन बनाने।

⁴²While going around the cycle of birth and death, all souls continue to become impure and then the Father comes to purify them.

⁴⁶इससे सिद्ध होता है आत्मा ही पतित होती है, आत्मा घर से पावन आती है फिर माया पतित बना देती है।

⁴³This proves it is souls that becomes impure. ⁴⁴When a soul comes from the home, he is pure and then Maya makes him impure.

⁴⁷बाप तो कभी पतित नहीं बनायेंगे।

⁴⁵The Father would never make you impure.

⁴⁸बाप कभी भी बच्चों को गन्दी मत नहीं दे सकते।

⁴⁶The Father can never give dirty directions to children.

⁴⁹इस समय के मनुष्य पतित मत ही देते हैं।

⁴⁷Only human beings at this time give impure directions.

⁵⁰अब पावन बाप कहते हैं कि पतित नहीं बनो अर्थात् विकार में नहीं जाओ। ⁵¹रावण की मत से दुःखधाम बन गया।

⁴⁸The pure Father says: Do not become impure, that is, do not indulge in vice! ⁴⁹The world has become the land of sorrow through the dictates of Ravan.

⁵²पहले सुखधाम था।

⁵⁰At first it was the land of happiness.

⁵³ऐसे नहीं बाप ही सुख दुःख देते हैं।

⁵¹It isn’t that the Father gives happiness and sorrow; no.

⁵⁴नहीं, बाप कभी बच्चों को दुःख की मत दे नहीं सकते।

⁵²The Father can never give you children directions for sorrow.

⁵⁵माया ही दुःख देती है।

⁵³It is Maya that makes you unhappy.

⁵⁶उस माया पर जीत पाने से तुम जगतजीत बनते हो।

⁵⁴By conquering Maya, you become the masters of the world.

⁵⁷मनुष्य माया का अर्थ नहीं समझते।

⁵⁵Human beings do not understand the meaning of Maya.

⁵⁸वह धन को माया कह देते हैं।

⁵⁶They refer to wealth as Maya.

⁵⁹कहते हैं ना इनको माया का नशा बहुत है।

⁵⁷They say: This one has the intoxication of Maya.

⁶⁰परन्तु माया का नशा होता नहीं।

⁵⁸However, there isn’t any intoxication of Maya.

⁶¹वहाँ रावण का बुत बनाकर जलाते नहीं।

⁵⁹There, they do not create an effigy of Ravan and burn it.

⁶²बुत तो दुश्मन का बनाया जाता है।

⁶⁰It is always an effigy of an enemy that is created.

⁶³रावणराज्य शुरू होता है आधाकल्प से।

⁶¹The kingdom of Ravan begins after half the cycle.

⁶⁴देह अहंकार आने से फिर और विकार आ जाते हैं।

⁶²When there is arrogance of the body, all the other vices follow.

⁶⁵शास्त्रों में लिखा हुआ है देवतायें वाम मार्ग में अर्थात् विकारों में जाते हैं।

⁶³It is written in the scriptures that the deities fell onto the path of sin, that is, they went onto the path of sin.

⁶⁶माया के वश होने से परवश बन जाते हैं। ⁶⁷परमत पर चलते रहते हैं।

⁶⁴By being influenced by Maya, they become subservient; they continue to follow the dictates of others.

⁶⁸अभी तुम चलते हो श्रीमत पर।

⁶⁵You are now following shrimat.

⁶⁹परमत माना माया की मत।

⁶⁶The dictates of others means the dictates of Maya.

⁷⁰श्री अर्थात् श्रेष्ठ मत है बाप की।

⁶⁷Shrimat means the elevated directions of the Father.

⁷¹वह है रावण की मत, परमत इसलिए बाप ने कहा है आसुरी सम्प्रदाय सब रावण की जंजीर में बंधे हुए दुःखी हैं।

⁶⁸The others are the dictates of Ravan, the dictates of others. ⁶⁹This is why the Father has said: The devilish community is unhappy in the chains of Ravan.

⁷²मनुष्यों ने सतयुग की आयु लाखों वर्ष समझ ली है। ⁷³तुम तो हिसाब बताते हो - 5 हजार वर्ष कैसे हैं।

⁷⁰Human beings have understood the duration of the golden age to be hundreds of thousands of years. ⁷¹You show the accurate calculation of 5000 years.

⁷⁴क्राइस्ट को 2 हजार वर्ष हुआ, बुद्ध को 2250 वर्ष हुआ फिर इस्लामी को 2500 वर्ष हुआ।

⁷²It has been 2000 years since Christ existed. ⁷³It has been 2250 years since Buddha and 2500 years since Islam came into existence.

⁷⁵सबको मिलाकर आधाकल्प हुआ।

⁷⁴All of them have come in the last half cycle.

⁷⁶उनके पहले तो देवताओं का राज्य था फिर देवताओं को लाखों वर्ष कैसे कह सकते हैं।

⁷⁵Before that, it was the kingdom of deities. ⁷⁶Therefore, how can it be said that the deities existed for hundreds of thousands years?

⁷⁷इतने मनुष्य होते फिर तो मनुष्य बहुत हो जाते।

⁷⁷If there had been that many human beings, there would be so many people now.

⁷⁸इतने तो हैं नहीं।

⁷⁸However, there aren’t that many now.

⁷⁹5 हजार वर्ष में ही करोड़ों मनुष्य हो जाते हैं।

⁷⁹There are billions of people in just 5000 years.

⁸⁰कहते भी हैं क्राइस्ट के 3 हजार वर्ष पहले भारत में आदि सनातन देवी-देवता धर्म था।

⁸⁰It is said that 3000 years before Christ there was the original eternal deity religion in Bharat.

⁸¹5 हजार वर्ष पूरे हो जाते हैं। ⁸²नाटक पूरा तो होता है ना।

⁸¹The play and the 5000 years are coming to an end.

⁸³इन बातों को कोई जानते नहीं।

⁸²No one knows these things.

⁸⁴मैं जो हूँ, जैसा हूँ, यह चक्र फिरता है, कोई जान न सकें।

⁸³No one knows Me as I am or what I am or how the cycle continues to turn.

⁸⁵बाप ही समझाते हैं - यह है गीता एपीसोड।

⁸⁴Only the Father explains that this is the Gita episode.

⁸⁶बाप ने आकर सहज राजयोग सिखाया था।

⁸⁵The Father came and taught you easy Raja Yoga.

⁸⁷बाबा बुढ़ियों को भी समझाते हैं कि यह बहुत सहज बात है।

⁸⁶The Father even explains to the old mothers that this is something very easy.

⁸⁸सिर्फ बाप और वर्से को याद करना है।

⁸⁷Simply remember the Father and the inheritance!

⁸⁹बच्चा पैदा हुआ, गोया वारिस पैदा हुआ।

⁸⁸When a baby is born, it means an heir is born.

⁹⁰तुम समझते हो हम बाबा के वारिस हैं।

⁸⁹You understand that you are Baba’s heirs.

⁹¹5 हजार वर्ष बाद फिर से मिलने आये हैं।

⁹⁰You have come to meet the Father again after 5000 years.

⁹²यह बड़ी गुप्त बातें हैं।

⁹¹These are very incognito matters.

⁹³बाबा पूछते हैं आगे कभी मिले हो?

⁹²Baba asks you: Have we met before?

⁹⁴कहते हैं हाँ बाबा।

⁹³You say: Yes, Baba.

⁹⁵आत्मा इस मुख द्वारा कहती है - हम 5 हजार वर्ष पहले आपसे मिले थे।

⁹⁴You souls say through your mouths: I met You 5000 years ago.

⁹⁶आप इस तन द्वारा शिक्षा देने आये थे।

⁹⁵You came to give us these teachings through that body.

⁹⁷जो पक्के-पक्के बच्चे हैं समझते हैं हम बाबा से बेहद का वर्सा लेने बैठे हैं।

⁹⁶The very firm children understand they are sitting here in order to claim their unlimited inheritance from the Father.

⁹⁸हम बेहद के बाप के बने हैं, ब्रह्मा द्वारा।

⁹⁷We now belong to the unlimited Father through Brahma.

⁹⁹बाप कहते हैं - मुझे पहचानते हो, मैं तुम्हारा बाप हूँ।

⁹⁸The Father asks: Do you recognise Me? ⁹⁹I am your Father.

¹⁰⁰तुम कहेंगे हाँ बाबा, हम आत्माओं के आप परमपिता परमात्मा बाप हो।

¹⁰⁰You say: Yes Baba. ¹⁰¹You are the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, the Father of us souls.

¹⁰¹बाप भी कहते हैं - तुमको हमने स्वर्ग में भेजा था, वर्सा दिया था फिर माया ने छीन लिया फिर अब मैं देता हूँ।

¹⁰²The Father says: I sent you to heaven and gave you the inheritance. ¹⁰³Maya snatched away and I have now come to give it to you again.

¹⁰²माया वर्सा छीनती है, बाप दिलाते हैं।

¹⁰⁴Maya snatches your inheritance away and the Father enables you to receive it.

¹⁰³यह अनेक बार खेल हो चुका है, होता रहेगा। ¹⁰⁴अन्त नहीं है।

¹⁰⁵This play has been performed many times and will continue to do so; there is no end to it.

¹⁰⁵बाप के बनते हैं फिर कोई सगे, कोई लगे।

¹⁰⁶Souls continue to belong to Baba.

¹⁰⁶कोई सौतेले, कोई मातेले बनते हैं। ¹⁰⁷कच्चे-पक्के तो हैं ना।

¹⁰⁷Some are real children and some are stepchildren; there are weak ones and strong ones.

¹⁰⁸पक्कों को भी कभी माया एकदम जीत लेती है।

¹⁰⁸Maya sometimes also conquers strong ones.

¹⁰⁹बच्चे कहते हैं बाबा हम जब तक जियेंगे, आपसे वर्सा लेते रहेंगे।

¹⁰⁹Children say: Baba, for as long as we live, we will continue to take our inheritance from You.

¹¹⁰विकर्मो का बोझा सिर पर बहुत है।

¹¹⁰There is a big burden of sins on your heads.

¹¹¹तो जितना तुम याद में रहेंगे उस योग अग्नि से तुम पाप-आत्मा से पुण्य-आत्मा बनते जायेंगे।

¹¹¹The more you stay in remembrance, the more you will continue to become charitable souls from sinful souls with the fire of yoga.

¹¹²आग चीज़ को पवित्र करती है।

¹¹²Fire purifies everything.

¹¹³तुम्हारी है योग अग्नि।

¹¹³Your fire is the fire of yoga.

¹¹⁴यह बेहद का यज्ञ है।

¹¹⁴This is an unlimited sacrificial fire.

¹¹⁵बेहद के सेठ ने बेहद का यज्ञ रचा है।

¹¹⁵The unlimited Merchant has created this unlimited sacrificial fire.

¹¹⁶इतने वर्ष कोई भी यज्ञ चलता नहीं है।

¹¹⁶No other sacrificial fire has continued for so many years.

¹¹⁷7-8 रोज़ वा एक मास के लिए यज्ञ रचते हैं।

¹¹⁷They have sacrificial fires that last for seven or eight days or a month.

¹¹⁸तुम्हारा यह यज्ञ तो कितने वर्षों से चल रहा है।

¹¹⁸This sacrificial fire of yours has been continuing for so many years.

¹¹⁹बाप तो सुनाते रहते हैं।

¹¹⁹The Father continues to give you knowledge.

¹²⁰कहते हैं भूल मत जाना, सिर्फ मुझे याद करो तो तुम्हारे जन्म-जन्मान्तर के विकर्मो का बोझा कटता जायेगा।

¹²⁰He says: Don’t forget! ¹²¹Simply remember Me and the burden of sins you have accumulated for birth after birth will be cut away.

¹²¹भगवानुवाच - मुझ अपने बाप को याद करो।

¹²²God speaks: Remember Me, your Father!

¹²²जरूर आया हुआ है तब तो कहते हैं ना।

¹²³He has definitely come and this is why He says this.

¹²³बाप कहते हैं - अब तुमको वापिस जाना है।

¹²⁴The Father says: You now have to return home.

¹²⁴तुम्हारी आत्मा इस समय बहुत पतित है।

¹²⁵At this time you souls are very impure.

¹²⁵अब तुम जानते हो योग से हम पावन बनते जायेंगे।

¹²⁶You now know that you will continue to become pure with yoga.

¹²⁶तुम्हारी तो प्रतिज्ञा है कि आप जब आयेंगे तो और संग तोड़ तुम संग जोड़ेगे।

¹²⁷You promised: When You come, I will break away from everyone else and connect myself to You alone.

¹²⁷तुम पर वारी जायेंगे।

¹²⁸I will surrender myself to You.

¹²⁸स्त्री, पुरूष पर और पुरूष, स्त्री पर बलिहार होते हैं।

¹²⁹A wife surrenders herself to her husband and a husband surrenders himself to his wife.

¹²⁹यहाँ है बाप पर बलिहार जाना।

¹³⁰Here, it is a question of surrendering oneself to the Father.

¹³⁰शादी में एक दूसरे पर बलिहार जाते हैं ना।

¹³¹When a couple get married, they surrender themselves to one another.

¹³¹अब बाप कहते हैं - तुमको कोई मनुष्य पर बलिहार नही जाना है।

¹³²The Father says: You must not surrender yourself to any human being now.

¹³²तुम्हारी प्रतिज्ञा है - आप पर बलिहार जाऊंगी।

¹³³You promised: I will surrender myself to You.

¹³³आप हमारे पर बलिहार जाओ तो 21 जन्म तुमको सदा सुखी बनाऊंगा।

¹³⁴When you surrender yourself to Me, I will make you ever happy for 21 births.

¹³⁴कितना भारी वर्सा है।

¹³⁵This is such a great inheritance!

¹³⁵श्रीमत से तुम श्रेष्ठ बनेंगे, यह भूलो मत।

¹³⁶Don’t forget it is by following shrimat that you become elevated.

¹³⁶लक्ष्मी-नारायण का चित्र भी घर में रख दो।

¹³⁷Also keep a picture of Lakshmi and Narayan in your home.

¹³⁷हम बाप से यह वर्सा ले रहे हैं।

¹³⁸We are claiming this inheritance from the Father.

¹³⁸बाप परमधाम से आये हुए हैं।

¹³⁹He has come from the supreme abode.

¹³⁹परन्तु माया चील भी कम नहीं है।

¹⁴⁰However, Maya, the eagle, is also no less.

¹⁴⁰सबकी बात नहीं है परन्तु नम्बरवार हैं।

¹⁴¹This doesn’t refer to everyone; it is numberwise.

¹⁴¹कोई तो एकदम भूल जाते हैं कि हम बाप से वर्सा लेते हैं।

¹⁴²Some completely forget that they are claiming their inheritance from the Father.

¹⁴²यहाँ बैठे हैं तो नशा चढ़ता है।

¹⁴³When they are sitting here, there is that intoxication.

¹⁴³यहाँ से बाहर निकला और भूला फिर सुबह को रिफ्रेश होते हैं फिर सारा दिन भूल जाते हैं।

¹⁴⁴As soon as they leave here, they forget. ¹⁴⁵Then, the next morning, they become refreshed and then forget again for the whole day.

¹⁴⁴4-5 वर्ष रहकर अच्छी सर्विस करने वाले भी आज देखो नहीं हैं।

¹⁴⁶There are some who were here for four or five years and did very good service but are no longer here today.

¹⁴⁵कुछ अवज्ञा की है तो माया ने जोर से थप्पड़ मारा और चले गये।

¹⁴⁷There must have been some disobedience which was why Maya slapped them very hard and why they left.

¹⁴⁶बाबा कह देते हैं - चढ़े तो चाखे प्रेम रस, गिरे तो चकनाचूर।

¹⁴⁸Baba says: Those who climb taste the sweetness of love and those who fall are totally crushed.

¹⁴⁷देखते हो कैसे चकनाचूर हो जाते हैं।

¹⁴⁹You can see how they become totally crushed.

¹⁴⁸बैकुण्ठ में तो जरूर चलेंगे। ¹⁴⁹परन्तु पद तो नम्बरवार है ना।

¹⁵⁰They will definitely go to heaven, but the status is numberwise.

¹⁵⁰भल वहाँ सब सुखी रहते हैं फिर भी मर्तबे तो हैं ना।

¹⁵¹Although everyone remains happy there, there is still a difference in the status.

¹⁵¹स्कूल में मर्तबे पाने के लिए ही तो पुरूषार्थ करते हैं।

¹⁵²Everyone makes effort at school to attain a status.

¹⁵²ऐसे नहीं प्रजा ही सही, जो तकदीर में होगा। ¹⁵³नहीं, इसको तमोप्रधान पुरूषार्थ कहा जाता है।

¹⁵³Don’t just be happy with being subjects and think that whatever is in your fortune is fine; no. ¹⁵⁴That is called tamopradhan effort.

¹⁵⁴सतोप्रधान उनको कहेंगे जो बाप से पूरा वर्सा लेने की प्रतिज्ञा करते हैं।

¹⁵⁵Satopradhan effort is that of those who promise to claim their full inheritance from the Father.

¹⁵⁵यह घुड़दौड़ है।

¹⁵⁶This is a horse race.

¹⁵⁶सभी नम्बरवन तो नहीं जायेंगे।

¹⁵⁷Not everyone can claim number one.

¹⁸⁵Go to sleep at 10.00 pm and wake up at 2.00am.

¹⁸⁶By remembering Shiv Baba, you earn a lot of income.

²⁰⁷जैसे कोई चीज़ अर्पण की जाती है तो वह अर्पण की हुई चीज़ अपनी नहीं समझी जाती है।

²⁰⁹When something is sacrificed, that thing is then no longer considered to be yours.

²⁰⁸तो देह के भान को भी अर्पण करने से जब अपनापन मिट जाता है तो लगाव भी मिट जाता है।

²¹⁰By sacrificing the awareness of your body, when the feeling of “mine” is finished, attachment to it also then finishes.

²⁰⁹उन्हें ही सम्पूर्ण समर्पण कहा जाता है।
