¹होलीहँस की परिभाषा

¹The definition of a holy swan.

²आज ज्ञान-सागर बाप होलीहंसों का संगठन देख रहे हैं।

²Today, the Father, the Ocean of Knowledge, is seeing a gathering of holy swans.

³होलीहंस अर्थात् स्वच्छता और विशेषता वाली आत्माएं।

³Holy swans are souls with cleanliness and specialities.

⁴स्वच्छता अर्थात् मन-वचन-कर्म, सम्बन्ध सर्व में पवित्रता।

⁴Cleanliness means purity in thoughts, words, actions and relationships - in everything.

⁵पवित्रता की निशानी सदा ही सफेद रंग दिखाते हैं।

⁵The colour white is always shown as a sign of purity.

⁶आप होलीहंस भी सफेद वस्त्रधारी, साफ दिल अर्थात् स्वच्छता-स्वरूप हो।

⁶You holy swans are ones with white clothing and clean hearts, that is, you are embodiments of cleanliness.

⁷तन-मन और दिल से सदा बेदाग अर्थात् स्वच्छ हो।

⁷To be constantly without a flaw in body, mind and heart means to have cleanliness.

⁸अगर कोई तन से अर्थात् बाहर से कितना भी स्वच्छ हो, साफ हो लेकिन मन से साफ न हो, स्वच्छ न हो तो कहते हैं कि पहले मन को साफ रखो।

⁸No matter how clean and pure some may be in their bodies, which are external, if they are not clean and pure in their minds, it is said, “First of all, keep the mind clean.”

⁹साफ मन वा साफ दिल पर साहेब राज़ी होता है। ¹⁰साथ-साथ साफ दिल वाले की सर्व मुराद अर्थात् कामनायें पूरी होती हैं।

⁹The Lord is pleased with those who have clean minds and clean hearts and, as well as that, all the desires of those with clean hearts are fulfilled.

¹¹हंस की विशेषता स्वच्छता अर्थात् साफ है, इसलिए आप ब्राह्मण आत्माओं को होलीहंस कहा जाता है।

¹⁰The speciality of a swan is that it is clean. ¹¹This is why you Brahmin souls are called holy swans.

¹²चेक करो कि मुझ होलीहंस आत्मा की चारों ही बातों में अर्थात् तन-मन-दिल और सम्बन्ध में स्वच्छता है?

¹²Each of you check and see: Is there cleanliness in all the four aspects of mind, body, heart and relationships in myself, a soul, who is a holy swan?

¹³सम्पूर्ण स्वच्छता वा पवित्रता यही इस संगमयुग में सबका लक्ष्य है इसलिए ही आप ब्राह्मण सो देवताओं को सम्पूर्ण पवित्र गाया जाता है।

¹³Complete cleanliness and purity are everyone's aim at the confluence age. ¹⁴This is why you Brahmins, who are to become deities, are remembered as those who are completely pure.

¹⁴सिर्फ निर्विकारी नहीं कहते लेकिन संपूर्ण निर्विकारी कहा जाता है।

¹⁵It is not simply said “viceless”, but it is said “completely viceless”.

¹⁵16 कला सम्पन्न कहा जाता है।

¹⁶It is said: “16 celestial degrees complete”.

¹⁶सिर्फ 16 कला नहीं कहते लेकिन उसमें सम्पन्न।

¹⁷It is not only said “16 celestial degrees”, but “complete” is said with that.

¹⁷गायन आपके ही देवता रूप का है लेकिन बने कब? ¹⁸ब्राह्मण जीवन में वा देवता जीवन में?

¹⁸It is your deity form that is praised, but when did you become that: during your Brahmin life or your deity life?

¹⁹बनने का समय अब संगमयुग है इसलिए चेक करो कि कहाँ तक अर्थात् कितने परसेन्ट में स्वच्छता अर्थात् पवित्रता धारण की है?

¹⁹The time now, the confluence age, is the time to become that. ²⁰Therefore check to what extent, that is, to what percentage you have imbibed cleanliness, that is, purity.

²⁰तन की स्वच्छता अर्थात् सदा इस तन को आत्मा का मंदिर समझ उस स्मृति से स्वच्छ रखना। ²¹जितनी मूर्ति श्रेष्ठ होती है उतना ही मन्दिर भी श्रेष्ठ होता है।

²¹Cleanliness of the body means constantly to have the awareness of the body being the temple of the soul and to keep it clean with that awareness. ²²The more elevated an idol is, the more elevated the temple is.

²²तो आप श्रेष्ठ मूर्तिया हो या साधारण हो?

²³So, are you ordinary idols or elevated idols?

²³ब्राह्मण आत्माएं सारे कल्प में नम्बरवन श्रेष्ठ आत्मायें!

²⁴Brahmin souls are the number one elevated souls in the entire cycle.

²⁴ब्राह्मणों के आगे देवतायें भी सोने तुल्य हैं और ब्राह्मण हीरे तुल्य हैं!

²⁵When compared with Brahmins, deities are as valuable as gold, whereas Brahmins are as valuable as diamonds.

²⁵तो आप सभी हीरे की मूर्तियाँ हो।

²⁶So, all of you are images of diamonds.

²⁶कितनी ऊंची हो गई!

²⁷So, see how elevated each of you has become.

²⁷इतना अपना स्वमान जान इस शरीर रूपी मन्दिर को स्वच्छ रखो। ²⁸सादा हो लेकिन स्वच्छ हो।

²⁸Recognise your self-respect, and keep the temple, your body, constantly clean; let it be simple, yet clean.

²⁹इस विधि से तन की पवित्रता सदा रूहानी खुशबू का अनुभव करायेगी।

²⁹Purity of the body in this way will constantly bring the experience of spiritual fragrance.

³⁰ऐसी स्वच्छता, पवित्रता कहाँ तक धारण हुई?

³⁰To what extent have you imbibed such cleanliness and purity?

³¹देहभान में स्वच्छता नहीं होती लेकिन आत्मा का मन्दिर समझने से स्वच्छ रखते हो।

³¹There is no cleanliness in body consciousness. ³²However, when you consider it to be the temple of the soul, you then keep it clean.

³²और यह मन्दिर भी बाप ने आपको सम्भालने और चलाने के लिए दिया है।

³³That temple has been given to you by the Father to look after and use.

³³इस मन्दिर का ट्रस्टी बनाया है।

³⁴He has made you the trustee of that temple.

³⁴आपने तो तन-मन-धन सब दे दिया ना!

³⁵You have given your mind, body and wealth, everything, have you not?

³⁵अभी आपका तो नहीं है।

³⁶It is not yours any longer, is it?

³⁶मेरा कहेंगे या तेरा कहेंगे?

³⁷Would you say, “It is mine” or “It is Yours.”?

³⁷तो ट्रस्टीपन स्वतः ही नष्टोमोहा अर्थात् स्वच्छता और पवित्रता को अपने में लाता है।

³⁸By becoming a trustee, you automatically become free from attachments and bring about cleanliness and purity in yourself.

³⁸मोह से स्वच्छता नहीं, लेकिन बाप ने सेवा दी है - ऐसे समझ तन को स्वच्छ, पवित्र रखते हो ना वा जैसे आता है वैसे चलाते रहते हो?

³⁹Not cleanliness with attachments but you keep the body clean and pure with the consciousness that Baba has given it to you for doing service. ⁴⁰Or, do you use the body in any ordinary way?

³⁹स्वच्छता भी रूहानियत की निशानी है।

⁴¹Cleanliness is also a sign of spirituality.

⁴⁰ऐसे ही मन की स्वच्छता या पवित्रता इसकी भी परसेन्टेज देखो।

⁴²In the same way, also maintain the percentage of cleanliness that is, purity in your mind.

⁴¹सारे दिन में किसी भी प्रकार का अशुद्ध संकल्प मन में चला तो इसको सम्पूर्ण स्वच्छता नहीं कहेंगे।

⁴³If there is any type of impure thought in your mind during the day, it cannot be called complete cleanliness. ⁴⁴BapDada's direction for the mind is: Focus your mind on Me.

⁴²मन के प्रति बापदादा का डॉयरेक्शन है - मन को मेरे में लगाओ वा विश्व-सेवा में लगाओ।

⁴⁵Use it for doing world service. ⁴⁶So constantly have the awareness of the mantra of “Manmanabhav”.

⁴³मनमनाभव - इस मंत्र की सदा स्मृति रहे।

⁴⁷This is known as cleanliness and purity of the mind.

⁴⁴इसको कहते हैं मन की स्वच्छता वा पवित्रता।

⁴⁸If the mind wanders to anyone else, that wandering means that there isn’t then cleanliness.

⁴⁵और किसी तरफ भी मन भटकता है तो भटकना अर्थात् अस्वच्छता।

⁴⁹Check in this way and see to what percentage you have imbibed cleanliness.

⁴⁶इस विधि से चेक करो कि कितनी परसेन्ट में स्वच्छता धारण हुई?

⁵⁰You know the details of this, do you not? ⁵¹The third aspect is cleanliness in the heart.

⁴⁷विस्तार तो जानते हो ना?

⁵²You know that honesty is cleanliness.

⁴⁸तीसरी बात - दिल की स्वच्छता। ⁴⁹इसको भी जानते हो कि सच्चाई ही सफाई है।

⁵³Put your self-progress, that is, your effort, whatever it is, honestly in front of the Father.

⁵⁰अपने स्व-उन्नति अर्थ जो भी पुरुषार्थ है जैसा भी पुरुषार्थ है, वह सच्चाई से बाप के आगे रखना।

⁵⁴So, firstly, there is the cleanliness in your own efforts, and secondly, to what extent you do service with a true heart.

⁵¹तो एक - स्वयं के पुरुषार्थ की स्वच्छता।

⁵⁵Therefore, let there be cleanliness in this aspect.

⁵²दूसरा - सेवा करते सच्ची दिल से कहाँ तक सेवा कर रहे हैं, इसकी स्वच्छता।

⁵⁶If you do service with any selfish motive, it cannot be called true service.

⁵³अगर कोई भी स्वार्थ से सेवा करते हो तो उसको सच्ची सेवा नहीं कहेंगे।

⁵⁷So, to what extent is there honesty and cleanliness in the service you do too?

⁵⁴तो सेवा में भी सच्चाई-सफाई कितनी है?

⁵⁸Some of you think “We have to do service anyway.”

⁵⁵कोई-कोई सोचते हैं कि सेवा तो करनी ही पड़ेगी। ⁵⁶जैसे लौकिक गवर्मेन्ट की ड्यूटी है, चाहे सच्ची दिल से करो, चाहे मजबूरी से करो, चाहे अलबेले बनके करो, करनी पड़ती है ना।

⁵⁹When worldly government officers have to do their duties, whether they do those with true hearts, with carelessness or out of compulsion, they somehow have to pass those eight hours.

⁵⁷कैसे भी 8 घण्टे पास करने ही हैं। ⁵⁸ऐसे इस आलमाइटी गवर्मेन्ट द्वारा ड्यूटी मिली हुई है- ऐसे समझ के सेवा करना, इसको सच्ची सेवा नहीं कहा जाता।

⁶⁰In the same way, if you think that this service is a duty you have been given by the Almighty Government, for you to do service in that consciousness is not called serving truly.

⁵⁹ड्यूटी सिर्फ नहीं है लेकिन ब्राह्मण-आत्माओं का निज़ी संस्कार ही सेवा है।

⁶¹It is not just a duty, for the original sanskars of Brahmin souls are of doing service.

⁶⁰तो संस्कार स्वतः ही सच्ची सेवा के बिना रहने नहीं देते।

⁶²The original sanskars will not allow you to stay without doing true service.

⁶¹तो ऐसे चेक करो कि सच्ची दिल से अर्थात् ब्राह्मण-जीवन के स्वतः संस्कार से कितने परसेन्ट की सेवा की?

⁶³So, check in this way to what percentage you have done service with a true heart, that is, with the original sanskars of Brahmin life.

⁶²इतने मेले कर लिये, इतने कोर्स करा लिये लेकिन स्वच्छता और पवित्रता की परसेन्ट कितनी रही?

⁶⁴You have had so many melas, you have given so many courses, but what is the percentage of cleanliness and purity in that?

⁶³ड्यूटी नहीं है लेकिन निजी संस्कार है, स्व-धर्म है, स्व-कर्म है।

⁶⁵It is not just your duty, but it is your original sanskar, your original dharma (religion) and your original karma (action).

⁶⁴चौथी बात - सम्बन्ध में स्वच्छता।

⁶⁶The fourth aspect is cleanliness in relationships.

⁶⁵इसका सार रूप में विशेष यह चेक करो कि सन्तुष्टता रूपी स्वच्छता कितने परसेन्ट में है?

⁶⁷In essence, specially check this: To what percentage is there cleanliness in the form of contentment?

⁶⁶सारे दिन में भिन्न-भिन्न वैरायटी आत्माओं से सम्बन्ध होता है।

⁶⁸Throughout the day there are relationships with a variety of souls.

⁶⁷तीन प्रकार के सम्बन्ध में आते हो। ⁶⁸एक - ब्राह्मण परिवार के, दूसरा - आये हुए जिज्ञासू आत्माओं के, तीसरा - लौकिक परिवार के।

⁶⁹You come into connection in three types of relationship: First with the Brahmin family, secondly with souls who are students and thirdly with your lokik family.

⁶⁹तीनों ही सम्बन्ध में सारे दिन में स्वयं की सन्तुष्टता और सम्बन्ध में आने वाली दूसरी आत्माओं के सन्तुष्टता की परसेन्टेज कितनी रही?

⁷⁰In all three types of relationship, what was the percentage of contentment of yourself and of those souls who came into connection with you throughout the day?

⁷⁰सन्तुष्टता की निशानी स्वयं भी मन से हल्के और खुश रहेंगे और दूसरे भी खुश होंगे।

⁷¹The sign of your contentment is that you yourself will be light in the mind and remain happy, and that the others will also remain happy with you.

⁷¹असन्तुष्टता की निशानी - स्वयं भी मन से भारी होंगे।

⁷²The sign of discontentment is that you will be heavy in your mind.

⁷²अगर सच्चे पुरुषार्थी हैं तो बार-बार न चाहते भी ये संकल्प आता रहेगा कि ऐसे नहीं बोलते, ऐसे नहीं करते तो अच्छा। ⁷³यह बोलते थे, यह करते थे - यह आता रहेगा।

⁷³If you are a true effort-maker, the thought will repeatedly keep entering your mind, even against your conscious wish: I should not have said this; it would have been better if I hadn't done this; it would have been better to have said this and have done this.

⁷⁴अलबेले पुरुषार्थी को यह भी नहीं आयेगा।

⁷⁴Careless effort-makers will not even have this thought.

⁷⁵तो यह बोझ खुश रहने नहीं देगा, हल्का रहने नहीं देगा।

⁷⁵This burden will not allow them to remain happy; it will not allow them to remain light.

⁷⁶सम्बन्ध की स्वच्छता अर्थात् सन्तुष्टता।

⁷⁶Cleanliness in relationships means contentment.

⁷⁷यही सम्बन्ध की सच्चाई और सफाई है इसलिए आप कहते हो - “सच तो बिठो नच'' अर्थात् सच्चा सदा खुशी में नाचता रहेगा।

⁷⁷This is honesty and cleanliness in relationships. ⁷⁸This is why you people say “One who is true, dances”. ⁷⁹This means that someone who is honest constantly dances in happiness.

⁷⁸तो सुना, होलीहंस की परिभाषा?

⁸⁰So, did you hear the definition of a holy swan?

⁷⁹अगर सत्यता की स्वच्छता नहीं है तो हंस हो लेकिन होलीहंस नहीं हो।

⁸¹If there isn't the cleanliness of truth, then, although you are swans, you are not holy swans.

⁸⁰तो चेक करो - सम्पन्न और सम्पूर्ण का जो गायन है, वह कहाँ तक बने हैं?

⁸²You are remembered as those who are complete and perfect, and so check to what extent you have become that.

⁸¹अगर ड्रामा अनुसार आज भी इस शरीर का हिसाब समाप्त हो जाए तो कितनी परसेन्टेज में पास होंगे?

⁸³If today, according to the drama, the account with your body were to be completed, with what percentage would you pass?

⁸²वा ड्रामा को कहेंगे - थोड़ा समय ठहरो!

⁸⁴Or, would you tell the drama to wait a little longer?

⁸³यह तो सोचकर नहीं बैठे हो कि छोटे-छोटे तो जाने वाले हैं ही नहीं?

⁸⁵Are you young ones sitting here with the thought that you will not depart (die), are you?

⁸⁴एवररेडी का अर्थ क्या है?

⁸⁶What is the meaning of being ever ready?

⁸⁵समय का इंतजार तो नहीं करते कि अभी 10-11 वर्ष तो हैं? ⁸⁶बहुत करके 2000 का हिसाब सोचते हैं!

⁸⁷Does it mean to wait in anticipation of the time and think that there are 10 or 11 years still left?

⁸⁷लेकिन सृष्टि के विनाश की बात अलग है, अपने को एवररेडी रखना अलग बात है, इसलिए यह उससे नहीं मिलाना।

⁸⁸Mostly, you think that there is time up to the year 2000. The question of the destruction of the world is different from that of keeping yourself ever ready.

⁸⁸भिन्न-भिन्न आत्माओं का भिन्न-भिन्न पार्ट है इसलिए यह नहीं सोचो कि मेरा एडवांस पार्टी में तो नहीं है या मेरा तो विनाश के बाद भी पार्ट है!

⁸⁹Therefore, do not confuse the two. ⁹⁰Different souls have different parts. ⁹¹Therefore, do not think that you do not have a part in the advance party, or that you have a part after destruction.

⁸⁹कोई आत्माओं का है लेकिन मैं एवररेडी रहूँ।

⁹²Some souls do have that part, but you have to be ever ready.

⁹⁰नहीं तो अलबेलेपन का अंश प्रकट हो जायेगा।

⁹³Otherwise, traces of carelessness will emerge. ⁹⁴Be ever-ready.

⁹¹एवररेडी रहो, फिर चाहे 20 वर्ष जिंदा रहो कोई हर्जा नहीं।

⁹⁵Then, even if you live for 20 years more, it doesn’t matter, but don't live depending on that.

⁹²लेकिन ऐसे आधार पर नहीं रहना।

⁹⁶This is what it means to be holy swans.

⁹³इसको कहते हैं होलीहंस। ⁹⁴ज्ञान-सागर के कण्ठे पर आये हो ना।

⁹⁷You have come to the shore of the Ocean of Knowledge, have you not?

⁹⁵तो आज होलीहंस की स्वच्छता सुनाई फिर विशेषता सुनायेंगे।

⁹⁸So, today, you have been told about the cleanliness of holy swans.

⁹⁶टीचर्स को चेक करना आता है ना!

⁹⁹Baba will tell you about their specialities at another time.

⁹⁷टीचर्स को विशेष समर्पित होने का भाग्य मिला हुआ है।

¹⁰⁰Do the teachers know how to check? ¹⁰¹Teachers have the special fortune of being surrendered.

⁹⁸चाहे प्रवृत्ति वाले भी मन से समर्पित हैं फिर भी टीचर्स का विशेष भाग्य है।

¹⁰²Even if those in a household are surrendered in their minds, the teachers have special fortune.

⁹⁹काम ही याद और सेवा का है।

¹⁰³Their work is having remembrance and doing service.

¹⁰⁰चाहे खाना बनाती या कपड़े धुलाई करती - वह भी यज्ञ सेवा है। ¹⁰¹वह भी अलौकिक जीवन प्रति सेवा करती हो।

¹⁰⁴Whether you prepare food or wash clothes, that is also yagya service; that is also serving in alokik life.

¹⁰²प्रवृत्ति वालों को दोनों तरफ निभाना पड़ता है।

¹⁰⁵Those in a household have to fulfil responsibilities on both sides.

¹⁰³आपको तो एक ही काम है ना, डबल तो नहीं है?

¹⁰⁶You only have one type of work; you do not have double work.

¹⁰⁴जो सच्चाई और सफाई से बाप और सेवा में सदा लगे रहते हैं, उन्हें कोई और मेहनत करने की आवश्यकता नहीं पड़ती है।

¹⁰⁷Those who remain constantly engaged to the Father and with service with honesty and cleanliness do not need to make any other effort.

¹⁰⁵सुनाया था कि योग्य टीचर का भण्डारा और भण्डारी सदा भरपूर रहेगा।

¹⁰⁸You were told that the bhandara (kitchen) and bhandari (treasure-store) of a worthy teacher will constantly remain full.

¹⁰⁶फिक्र नहीं करना पड़ेगा - अगला मास कैसे चलेगा, मेला कैसे होगा, सेवा के साथ-साथ साधन स्वतः प्राप्त होंगे।

¹⁰⁹They will not need to worry about how everything will happen the following month or how a mela will take place. ¹¹⁰Along with doing service, the means of carrying it out will also automatically be available.

¹⁰⁷रूहानी आकर्षण सेवा और सेवाकेन्द्र स्वतः ही बढ़ाती रहती है।

¹¹¹The spiritual attraction will automatically expand service and the service centre.

¹⁰⁸जब ज्यादा सोचते हो कि जिज्ञासु क्यों नहीं बढ़ते, ठहरते क्यों नहीं, चले क्यों जाते… तो जिज्ञासू नहीं ठहरते।

¹¹²When you think too much about why the number of students doesn't increase, why they do not stay or why they go away, then the students do not stay.

¹⁰⁹योगयुक्त होकर रूहानियत से आह्वान करते हो तो जिज्ञासू स्वतः ही बढ़ते हैं।

¹¹³If you remain yogyukt and invoke them with your spirituality, the number of students will automatically increase.

¹¹⁰ऐसे होता है ना?

¹¹⁴This happens, does it not?

¹¹¹तो मन सदा हल्का रखो, किसी प्रकार का बोझ नहीं रहे।

¹¹⁵Always keep your minds light. ¹¹⁶Let there not be any type of burden.

¹¹²किसी भी प्रकार का बोझ है चाहे अपना, चाहे सेवा का, चाहे सेवा साथियों का तो उड़ने नहीं देगा - सेवा भी ऊंची नहीं उठेगी इसलिए सदा दिल साफ और मुराद हांसिल करते रहो।

¹¹⁷If there is any type of burden, whether of yourself, of service or of service companions, it will not allow you to fly. ¹¹⁸Service will not expand either. ¹¹⁹Therefore, constantly keep your hearts clean and continue to attain your desires.

¹¹³प्राप्तियाँ आपके सामने स्वतः ही आयेंगी।

¹²⁰Attainment will automatically appear in front of you.

¹¹⁴क्या सुना?

¹²¹What did you hear?

¹¹⁵सर्व रूहानी प्राप्तियाँ हैं ही ब्राह्मणों के लिए तो कहाँ जायेंगी!

¹²²All spiritual attainments are for Brahmins anyway; where else would they go?

¹¹⁶अधिकार ही आप लोगों का है।

¹²³It is the right of you people.

¹¹⁷अधिकार कोई छीन नहीं सकता।

¹²⁴No one can snatch away your rights.

¹¹⁸अच्छा!

¹²⁵Achcha.

¹¹⁹सर्व होलीहंसों को, चारों ओर के सच्चे साहेब को राज़ी करने वाले सच्ची दिल वाली श्रेष्ठ आत्माओं को, सदा स्वयं को एवररेडी रखने वाले नम्बरवन बच्चों को, सदा अपने को गायन योग्य सम्पूर्ण और सम्पन्न बनाने वाले, बाप के समीप बच्चों को, सदा अपने को अमूल्य हीरे तुल्य अनुभव करने वाले अनुभवी आत्माओं को बापदादा का याद-प्यार और नमस्ते।

¹²⁶To all the holy swans everywhere who please the true Lord, to the elevated souls who have a true heart, to the number one children who constantly keep themselves ever-ready, to the ones who make themselves worthy of praise, complete and perfect, to the Father’s close children, to the experienced souls who have the experience of considering themselves to be as valuable as diamonds, BapDada's love, remembrance and namaste.

¹²⁰महाराष्ट्र ग्रुप से अव्यक्त बापदादा की मुलाकात :- सदा खुशहाल रहते हो?

¹²⁷BapDada meeting a Maharashtra group: ¹²⁸Are you always happy? ¹²⁹To be happy means to be full and perfect.

¹²¹खुशहाल अर्थात् भरपूर, सम्पन्न।

¹³⁰You yourselves and others, too, love to be happy.

¹²²खुशहाली स्वयं को भी प्रिय औरों को भी प्रिय लगती है।

¹³¹Where there isn’t happiness, it is said to be a jungle of thorns.

¹⁴¹जो भी आपके सम्पर्क में आयेगा उसे दिव्यगुणों के फूलों की खुशबू आती रहेगी और खुशहाली देख करके खुश होंगे।

¹⁵⁶तो मन खुश, जहान खुश, जीवन खुश इसलिए एवरहेल्दी भी हो, वेल्दी भी हो और हैपी भी हो।

¹⁶⁸So, when your mind is happy, the world is happy and your life is happy. ¹⁶⁹Therefore, you are ever healthy, wealthy and happy.

¹⁵⁷जब स्वयं हो तब दूसरे को चैलेन्ज कर सकते हो।

¹⁶¹जिसको भी देखेंगे तो महसूस करेंगे कि यह हमारा ही भाई है, हमारे ही परिवार का है।

¹⁷⁴Whoever you see, you would feel that one is your brother and that he belongs to your family.

¹⁶²परिवार में भी कोई नजदीक के होते हैं, कोई दूर के होते हैं, लेकिन कहेंगे तो परिवार के ना? ¹⁶³जैसे बाप रहमदिल है।

¹⁷⁵In a family, some are close relations and others are distant, but they would still be said to be family.

¹⁶⁴बाप से यही मांगते हैं कि कृपा करो, रहम करो! ¹⁶⁵तो आप भी कृपा करेंगे, रहम करेंगे ना क्योंकि बाप समान निमित्त बने हुए हो।

¹⁷⁶Just as the Father is merciful and you ask Him to have mercy for you, so you too will have mercy and be compassionate, will you not?

¹⁶⁶ब्राह्मण आत्मा को कभी भी किसी आत्मा के प्रति घृणा नहीं आ सकती।

¹⁷⁷You have become instruments, like the Father. ¹⁷⁸Brahmin souls can never dislike other souls.

¹⁶⁷रहम आयेगा, घृणा नहीं आ सकती। ¹⁶⁸क्योंकि जानते हैं कि चाहे कंस हो, चाहे जरासंधी हो, चाहे रावण हो - कोई भी हो लेकिन फिर भी रहमदिल बाप के बच्चे घृणा नहीं करेंगे।

¹⁷⁹You would feel mercy for them, but you cannot dislike them because you know that even if someone is like Kans, Jarasandha or Ravan, they are still children of the merciful Father and so you would not dislike them.

¹⁶⁹परिवर्तन की भावना रखेंगे, कल्याण की भावना रखेंगे।

¹⁸⁰You would have feelings of benevolence and for their transformation.

¹⁷⁰फिर भी अपना परिवार है, परवश है।

¹⁸¹After all, they are your family and under an external influence.

¹⁷¹परवश के ऊपर कभी घृणा नहीं आती।

¹⁸²You would never dislike someone who is under an external influence.

¹⁷²सभी माया के वश है।

¹⁸³All are influenced by Maya.

¹⁷³तो परवश के ऊपर दया आती है, रहम आता है।

¹⁸⁴So, you would feel compassion for those who are influenced by others.

¹⁷⁴जहाँ घृणा नहीं आयेगी वहाँ क्रोध भी नहीं आयेगा।

¹⁸⁵Where there isn’t dislike, there won’t be any anger.

¹⁷⁵जब घृणा आती है तो जोश आता है, क्रोध आता है, जहाँ रहम होता है वहाँ शान्ति का दान देंगे।

¹⁸⁶When there is dislike, there is a force of anger whereas where there is compassion, you would give the donation of peace.

¹⁷⁶दाता के बच्चे हो ना!

¹⁸⁷You are children of the Bestower, are you not?

¹⁷⁷तो शान्ति देंगे ना!

¹⁸⁸So, you would give peace.

¹⁷⁸अच्छा!
