¹“मीठे बच्चे - रोज़ अमृतवेले ज्ञान और योग की वासधूप जगाओ तो विकारों रूपी भूत भाग जायेंगे। ²“

¹Essence: Sweet children, every day at amrit vela light the incense stick of knowledge and yoga and the evil spirits of the vices will run away.

³प्रश्न:- कौन सी एक भूल अनेक भूतों को अन्दर में प्रवेश कर देती है? ⁴उत्तर:- मैं आत्मा हूँ, यह बात भूलने से अन्दर में अनेक भूत प्रवेश हो जाते हैं।

²Question: Which one mistake allows all the many evil spirits to enter you? ³Answer: When you forget that you are a soul, you let many evil spirits enter you.

⁵देह-अभिमान का भूत सबसे बड़ा है, जिसके पीछे सब आ जाते हैं इसलिए जितना हो सके देही-अभिमानी बनने का पुरूषार्थ करो।

⁴The evil spirit of body consciousness is the biggest evil spirit of all, all the others come following after it.

⁵Therefore, make as much effort as possible to remain soul conscious. ⁶Song: People of today are in darkness!

⁸बाप बैठ बच्चों को इस गीत पर समझाते हैं, भगत भगवान से चाहते हैं कि भगवान आकर हमारी आंखों को अपना साक्षात्कार करा दे।

⁸The Father sits here and explains this song to you children. ⁹Devotees say to God, “God, come and grant our eyes a vision of You.”

⁹अब तुम बच्चे तो सम्मुख बैठते हो, तुमने ईश्वर को पाया है, इन आंखो से देखा है।

¹⁰You children are now sitting personally in front of the Father and your eyes have found God.

¹⁰ईश्वर को कैसे पाना होता है, वह खुद ही आकर बताते हैं अर्थात् यह नॉलेज देते हैं।

¹¹He Himself comes and tells you how to attain God, that is, He gives you this knowledge.

¹¹समझाते हैं इस तन द्वारा।

¹²He explains to you through this body.

¹²तुम सब आत्मायें भी इस तन द्वारा अपना-अपना पार्ट बजाती हो, बिगर शरीर तो कोई पार्ट बजा न सके।

¹³All of you souls are also now playing your parts through your bodies. ¹⁴No one can play a part without a body.

¹³पार्ट आत्मा ही बजाती है शरीर द्वारा।

¹⁵It is souls that play parts through bodies.

¹⁴शरीर के नाम भी भिन्न-भिन्न रखे जाते हैं।

¹⁶Many different names are given to the bodies.

¹⁵आत्मा तो एक ही है - आत्मा खुद कहती है और बाप भी समझाते हैं कि 84 जन्म आत्मा लेती है।

¹⁷The soul is the same. ¹⁸This soul himself says that the Father explains how it is the soul that takes 84 births.

¹⁶आत्मा कहती है हम एक शरीर छोड़ दूसरा लेते हैं।

¹⁹The soul says: I shed a body and take another one.

¹⁷शरीर तो नहीं कहेगा ना।

²⁰The body would not say this.

¹⁸अब तुम बच्चे तो जान गये कि हम आत्मा हैं न कि शरीर।

²¹You children now know that you are souls and not bodies.

¹⁹बाबा आकर हमको आत्म-अभिमानी बनाते हैं।

²²Baba comes and makes us soul conscious.

²⁰इस शरीर द्वारा आत्मा ही सब कुछ करती है।

²³It is the soul that does everything through this body.

²¹शरीर के अन्दर आत्मा कहती है, इस शरीर द्वारा मैं चलता फिरता हूँ।

²⁴The soul in the body says: I walk and move around with this body.

²²मैं आत्मा जज, वकील आदि बनता हूँ।

²⁵I, a soul, become a judge or a lawyer, etc.

²³आत्मा कहती है हम इस शरीर द्वारा राजयोग सीखते हैं।

²⁶This soul says: I am studying Raja Yoga through this body.

²⁴फिर जाकर राजा-रानी की लिबास पहनेंगे।

²⁷I will then go and wear the costume of a king or queen.

²⁵अब तुमको आत्म-अभिमानी बनाया जाता है।

²⁸You are now being made soul conscious.

²⁶देह-अभिमान में आना - यही पहले नम्बर की भूल है, जिससे फिर और भूलें भी होती हैं।

²⁹To become body conscious is the number one mistake which then leads to other mistakes.

²⁷इसको देह-अभिमान का भूत कहा जाता है।

³⁰That is called the evil spirit of body consciousness.

²⁸हर एक मनुष्य में 5 भूत तो हैं जरूर।

³¹There are definitely five vices in human beings.

²⁹भूतों को भगाने के लिए ही वासधूप किया जाता है।

³²Incense sticks are lit to chase away evil spirits.

³⁰इन 5 विकारों रूपी भूतों के लिए वासधूप है - ज्ञान और योग।

³³The incense sticks used against the evil spirits of the five vices are knowledge and yoga.

³¹यह कोई जल्दी नहीं भागते हैं।

³⁴They don't go away that quickly.

³²उन्हों को भट्ठी में डाला जाता है क्योंकि यह 5 विकार बड़े पुराने दुश्मन हैं।

³⁵You are put in a furnace because those five vices are very old enemies.

³³बाप कहते हैं बच्चे तुम्हारे में इन भूतों की प्रवेशता हुए आधाकल्प हुआ है, जबसे रावणराज्य चला है।

³⁶The Father says: Children, it has been half a cycle since the kingdom of Ravan began, since those evil spirits entered you.

³⁴बरोबर भारतवासी रावण को दुश्मन समझकर जलाते हैं।

³⁷People of Bharat burn an effigy of Ravan because they truly believe him to be their enemy.

³⁵एक बार इनका खात्मा हुआ है तब फिर रसम चली आती है।

³⁸He was burnt once and this is why the system has continued.

³⁶इस समय तुमने इन 5 विकारों पर विजय पाई थी।

³⁹You gained victory at this time over those five vices.

³⁷रावण मुर्दाबाद हो गया था - आधाकल्प के लिए।

⁴⁰Ravan was killed for half the cycle. ⁴¹Children ask Baba, “When does he become alive again?”

³⁸बच्चे कहते फिर बाबा - यह कब जिन्दाबाद होगा?

⁴²He becomes alive again after half a cycle; he will rule his kingdom.

³⁹बच्चे, फिर आधाकल्प के बाद जिन्दाबाद होगा।

⁴³People say that they want the kingdom of Rama (God).

⁴⁰अपना राज्य करेंगे।

⁴⁴So, whose kingdom is it now?

⁴¹कहते हैं ना रामराज्य चाहिए।

⁴⁵It is the kingdom of Ravan, is it not?

⁴²तो अब कौन सा राज्य है? ⁴³रावणराज्य है ना, सतयुग में रावणराज्य ही नहीं होगा, वहाँ होगा रामराज्य।

⁴⁶In the golden age there won't be the kingdom of Ravan; it will be the kingdom of Rama there.

⁴⁴अच्छा राम-राज्य के पहले-पहले राजा-रानी कौन थे?

⁴⁷Achcha, who were the king and queen before the kingdom of Rama?

⁴⁵यह भी कोई जानते नहीं।

⁴⁸No one knows this.

⁴⁶राम-राम कहते हैं तो राम को ऊपर ले गये हैं। ⁴⁷कृष्ण को नीचे ले गये हैं।

⁴⁹They chant the name of Rama and have thereby taken him so high and put Krishna below him.

⁴⁸सतयुग का तो जैसे उन्हों को पता ही नहीं है।

⁵⁰It is as though they don't know the golden age.

⁴⁹तुम प्रदर्शनी में भी लिख दो कि हर एक मनुष्य में 5 भूतों की प्रवेशता है।

⁵¹You can write in the exhibition: The five evil spirits have entered every human being.

⁵⁰कम से कम 7 रोज़ भट्ठी में रहें तब यह भूत सब भागें।

⁵²Only when you stay in a furnace for a minimum of seven days will all those evil spirits go away.

⁵¹उन्हों को ज्ञान और योग का धूप चाहिए।

⁵³They need the incense sticks of knowledge and yoga.

⁵²उनके सिवाए कभी मुक्ति जीवनमुक्ति पा नहीं सकेंगे।

⁵⁴You cannot receive liberation or liberation-in-life without them.

⁵³इस ज्ञान और योग का इन्जेक्शन एक ही सर्जन के पास है।

⁵⁵Only the one Surgeon has the injection of knowledge and yoga.

⁵⁴अब यह ज्ञान आत्मा को मिल रहा है।

⁵⁶We souls are now receiving this knowledge.

⁵⁵आत्मा समझती है कि बाबा हमको समझा रहे हैं और कोई भाषा में ऐसे नहीं कहेंगे कि परमपिता परमात्मा हमको पढ़ा रहे हैं।

⁵⁷We souls understand that Baba is explaining to us. ⁵⁸In no other language would anyone say that the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, is teaching you.

⁵⁶भगवान खुद भी निराकार तो बच्चे भी निराकार।

⁵⁹God Himself is incorporeal and so His children are also incorporeal.

⁵⁷निराकार इस साकार द्वारा, साकारी बच्चों को ज्ञान दे रहे हैं।

⁶⁰The incorporeal One is giving knowledge to the corporeal children through this corporeal one.

⁵⁸यह तुम अच्छी तरह जानते हो।

⁶¹You know this very well.

⁵⁹परन्तु चलते-चलते कई बच्चे भूल जाते हैं।

⁶²However, while moving along, some children forget this.

⁶⁰भूलने का भी पहला-पहला कारण है देह-अभिमान का भूत।

⁶³The first and foremost reason for forgetting is the evil spirit of body consciousness.

⁶¹उसको भगाने का अमृतवेले ही पुरूषार्थ करना है।

⁶⁴Effort has to be made at amrit vela to chase it away.

⁶²अमृतवेले बाबा की याद अच्छी रहती है।

⁶⁵At amrit vela you can have very good remembrance of Baba.

⁶³कहते हैं - सिमर-सिमर सुख पाओ। ⁶⁴अमृतवेले का ही कायदा है।

⁶⁶It is said: Experience happiness by remembering God at every moment.

⁶⁵भगत लोग भी अमृतवेले ही सिमरण करते हैं।

⁶⁷The system is to remember Him at amrit vela.

⁶⁶राम सिमर प्रभात मोरे मन... आत्मा बुद्धि को कहती है कि राम सिमरो।

⁶⁸Even devotees remember God at amrit vela: “O my mind, remember the name of Rama early in the morning!”

⁶⁷भक्तिमार्ग में तो ऐसे ही टोटके बनाते हैं।

⁶⁹The soul tells the intellect to remember Rama.

⁶⁸वह कोई रीयल्टी में नहीं है। ⁶⁹समझते नहीं कि काम भी भूत है।

⁷⁰On the path of devotion, they simply make up such slogans; that is not the reality.

⁷⁰तुम लिख सकते हो सबमें 5 भूत हैं।

⁷¹They don't understand that lust is an evil spirit.

⁷¹पहला नम्बर है देह-अभिमान।

⁷²You can write that there are the five vices in everyone.

⁷²फिर सेकेण्ड नम्बर है काम महाशत्रु।

⁷³The first number is body consciousness.

⁷³आगे स्कूल में भी पढ़ाते थे कि तुम आत्मा हो यह शरीर 5 तत्वों का बना हुआ है। ⁷⁴आत्मा अविनाशी है, शरीर विनाशी है। ⁷⁵अब तो यह पढ़ाई आदि कुछ नहीं है।

⁷⁴The second greatest enemy is lust. ⁷⁵In earlier days, they used to teach you in school that you are a soul and that your body is made up of the five elements, that souls are imperishable and bodies are perishable.

⁷⁶अब तुम बच्चों को पूरा-पूरा परिचय दिया जाता है।

⁷⁶Now, they don’t teach that any more.

⁷⁷प्रेजीडेंट को जरूर प्रेजीडेंट कहेंगे।

⁷⁷You children are now given the full introduction.

⁷⁸प्राइम-मिनिस्टर को प्राइम-मिनिस्टर, दोनों की एक्ट अपनी-अपनी है।

⁷⁸You would definitely call the President, the President and the Prime Minister, the Prime Minister.

⁷⁹वैसे परमपिता परमात्मा और फिर त्रिमूर्ति, उन्हों की भी एक्ट अपनी-अपनी है। ⁸⁰शिव को कहा ही जाता है पतित-पावन।

⁷⁹The acts of each are specific to himself or herself. ⁸⁰In the same way, the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, and the Trimurti act in their own specific way.

⁸¹वह ब्रह्मा द्वारा पतितों को पावन बनाते हैं, उनकी यह ड्युटी है।

⁸¹Shiva is called the Purifier. ⁸²He makes impure ones pure through Brahma; this is His duty.

⁸²अब बड़े ते बड़ा तो है शिव।

⁸³Shiva is the Highest on High.

⁸³शिवबाबा कब जन्म-मरण में नहीं आते हैं। ⁸⁴बाकी ब्रह्मा द्वारा सर्विस करते हैं।

⁸⁴Shiv Baba never enters the cycle of birth and death but he serves through Brahma.

⁸⁵शिवबाबा है एवरप्योर।

⁸⁵Shiv Baba is ever pure.

⁸⁶ब्रह्मा विष्णु पुनर्जन्म में आते हैं।

⁸⁶Brahma and Vishnu enter the cycle of birth and rebirth.

⁸⁷शिवबाबा तो करनकरावनहार है।

⁸⁷Shiv Baba is Karankaravanhar.

⁸⁸इस समय बाबा मीठे झाड़ का सैपलिंग लगा रहे हैं, जो और धर्मों में कनवर्ट हो गये होंगे वह सब निकल आयेंगे।

⁸⁸At this time, Baba is planting the sapling of the sweet tree. ⁸⁹Those who have been converted to other religions will all emerge.

⁸⁹तो यह इतनी समझानी नया कोई समझ न सके।

⁹⁰No one who is new can understand this explanation.

⁹⁰7 रोज़ भट्ठी में पड़ने के सिवाए मुक्ति-जीवनमुक्ति कोई पा नहीं सकते।

⁹¹No one is able to attain liberation or liberation-in-life without staying in a furnace for seven days.

⁹¹तुमने भी भूतों को निकालने के लिए कितनी मेहनत की है।

⁹²You make so much effort to remove the evil spirits.

⁹²बुद्धि जब पवित्र हो तब ज्ञान अमृत ठहर सके।

⁹³When one’s intellect is pure, the nectar of knowledge can be retained in it.

⁹³तुम बच्चे समझ सकते हो तो बरोबर बाबा की याद भूल जाती है।

⁹⁴You children can understand that you truly do forget to remember Baba.

⁹⁴बहुत देह-अभिमान आने से फिर मित्र-सम्बन्धियों आदि तरफ लव चला जाता है।

⁹⁵By becoming body conscious a great deal, your love is drawn towards friends and relatives.

⁹⁵कोई को भी मोह का भूत न आये।

⁹⁶Let no one have the evil spirit of attachment.

⁹⁶बाबा को कितने ढेर बच्चे हैं। ⁹⁷मोह की बात ही नहीं।

⁹⁷Baba has so many children; there is no question of attachment.

⁹⁸जानते हैं आत्मा कभी मरती नहीं।

⁹⁸You know that souls never die.

⁹⁹मरने का ही डर रहता है।

⁹⁹People are afraid of dying.

¹⁰⁰आत्मा भी अविनाशी है, परमात्मा भी अविनाशी है, वह जन्म-मरण में नहीं आता।

¹⁰⁰Souls, however, are imperishable; the Supreme Soul is imperishable. ¹⁰¹He doesn’t enter into the cycle of birth and death.

¹⁰¹बाबा कहते हैं मैं इस शरीर का लोन लेता हूँ।

¹⁰²Baba says: I take this body on loan.

¹⁰²मेरे रहने से इनको बहुत फायदा है।

¹⁰³This one has a lot of benefit by My staying in him.

¹⁰³इनकी आयु बढ़ जाती है, गुल-गुल हो जाता है।

¹⁰⁴His lifespan increases and he becomes beautiful.

¹⁰⁴इनकी सब खामियां खत्म कर बिल्कुल नया बना देता हूँ।

¹⁰⁵I end all his weaknesses and make him completely new again.

¹⁰⁵बाबा तो है ही सुख दाता, मेरे कारण यह योग सीखते हैं, तब तो तन्दुरूस्त बन जाते हैं।

¹⁰⁶Baba is the Bestower of Happiness. ¹⁰⁷This one studies yoga because of Me and this is why he becomes healthy.

¹⁰⁶किसको गाली देना, गुस्सा करना यह सब आसुरी स्वभाव है।

¹⁰⁸To insult someone or to become angry is to have a devilish nature.

¹⁰⁷सतयुग में यह गाली आदि होती ही नहीं।

¹⁰⁹There are no insults, etc. in the golden age.

¹⁰⁸नाम ही कितना फर्स्टक्लास है हेविन, वैकुण्ठ, पैराडाइज, कहते हैं - क्राइस्ट से 3 हजार वर्ष पहले भारत पैराडाइज था।

¹¹⁰The name itself is so first-class – heaven, Vaikunth, Paradise. ¹¹¹It is said: Bharat became Paradise 3000 years before Christ.

¹⁰⁹इस हिसाब से बरोबर 5 हजार वर्ष ही हुआ।

¹¹²According to this calculation, it has now been 5000 years.

¹¹⁰यह सत्य ज्ञान और सत्य नारायण की कथा कितनी सहज है।

¹¹³This true knowledge and the story of the true Narayan are so easy!

¹¹¹हम अभी नर से नारायण बनने की सत्य कथा सुनते हैं - राजयोग की। ¹¹²फिर यहाँ की बात भक्तिमार्ग में चली जाती है, वन्डर है ना।

¹¹⁴We are now listening to the true story of Raja Yoga in order to change from ordinary humans into Narayan (deities). ¹¹⁵The things of here will then go on to the path of devotion.

¹¹³भारतवासियों को पता ही नहीं कि लक्ष्मी-नारायण ही राधे-कृष्ण थे इसलिए हम यह चित्र बनाते रहते हैं तो मनुष्य समझें।

¹¹⁶It is a wonder that the people of Bharat do not know that Lakshmi and Narayan were Radhe and Krishna. ¹¹⁷Therefore, we continue to make these pictures, so that people can understand.

¹¹⁴तुम बच्चों के सेन्टर वृद्धि को पाते रहते हैं।

¹¹⁸The centres of you children continue to increase.

¹¹⁵बहुत चाहते हैं सेन्टर खोलें, जांच करनी चाहिए कि कितने पढ़ने वाले हैं?

¹¹⁹Many people want to open a centre. ¹²⁰You should find out how many people want to study this.

¹¹⁶स्कूल में स्टूडेन्ट तो चाहिए ना।

¹²¹There have to be students in a school.

¹¹⁷पहले 2-4 आयेंगे फिर जास्ती होते जायेंगे।

¹²²First, there would be two or four and then more would come.

¹¹⁸गली-गली में मन्दिर, टिकाणे खुलते रहते हैं।

¹²³Temples and religious places continue to open on every street.

¹¹⁹फिर एक दो को देख बहुत आ जाते हैं।

¹²⁴Seeing others go there, many more then also go.

¹²⁰सेन्टर खोलने जैसा भी चाहिए ना।

¹²⁵It has to be a place that is worthy of being opened as a centre.

¹²¹हर्जा नहीं है खोलने में, परन्तु विघ्न बहुत पड़ते हैं विकार के कारण।

¹²⁶There isn't anything wrong in opening a centre but, because of vice, there are many obstacles.

¹²²हम तो सिर्फ गीता सुनाते हैं, परन्तु शुरू से इस विष के कारण झगड़ा चलता ही रहता है।

¹²⁷You just relate the Gita. ¹²⁸However, there have been battles from the beginning because of vice.

¹²³समझते हैं यहाँ जाने से विष का प्याला नहीं मिलेगा।

¹²⁹They believe that they won't be able to get a glass of poison if they come here.

¹²⁴इस पर मीरा का इतिहास भी है।

¹³⁰The history of Meera is based on this.

¹²⁵ऐसे तो बहुत कन्यायें और बालक ब्रह्मचारी रहते हैं उनको तो कोई कुछ नहीं कहता।

¹³¹There are many kumaris and kumars who remain celibate from birth. ¹³²No one says anything to them.

¹²⁶यह तो कल्प पहले भी गाली खाई थी, यह तो होना ही है।

¹³³You were insulted in the previous cycle too; this has to happen.

¹²⁷कोई तो पवित्रता की प्रतिज्ञा करते हैं फिर हार भी खा लेते हैं।

¹³⁴Some make a promise for purity and are then defeated.

¹²⁸कल्प-कल्प की लाटरी है।

¹³⁵This is a lottery of cycle after cycle.

¹²⁹इसमें जांच की जाती है कि कहाँ तक वर्सा लेते हैं फिर कल्प-कल्प लेते रहेंगे।

¹³⁶It is seen that to whatever extent you claim your inheritance you will continue to do the same every cycle.

¹³⁰कहाँ काम न मिलने कारण फिर क्रोध में आकर हंगामा करते हैं।

¹³⁷Sometimes, because their desires aren't fulfilled, they create upheaval out of anger.

¹³¹तकलीफ बहुत देते हैं, मारते भी हैं फिर जब समझ जाते हैं तो माफी भी लेते हैं।

¹³⁸They cause many difficulties. ¹³⁹They even beat others and then, when they understand this later, they ask for forgiveness.

¹³²फिर भी अपकारी के ऊपर उपकार करना होता है।

¹⁴⁰You have to uplift even those who defame you.

¹³³कहेंगे अच्छा फिर पुरूषार्थ करो।

¹⁴¹They would be told: OK, make effort again.

¹³⁴अपकारी पर उपकार कर उठाना बेहतर है।

¹⁴²It is better to uplift those who have defamed you.

¹³⁵रहमदिल बनना होता है।

¹⁴³You have to be merciful.

¹³⁶पहले-पहले मेहनत है आत्म-अभिमानी बनने की।

¹⁴⁴The first effort is to become soul conscious.

¹³⁷देह-अभिमानी होने से बाप को भूल जाते हैं फिर भूलें होती रहेंगी।

¹⁴⁵When you are body conscious, you forget the Father and you then continue to make mistakes.

¹³⁸हर एक की चलन से पता पड़ जाता है।

¹⁴⁶Each of you can be known from your behaviour.

¹³⁹मुख से हमेशा रत्न निकलने चाहिए, पत्थर नहीं।

¹⁴⁷Let only jewels, not stones, always emerge from your lips.

¹⁴⁰आगे पत्थर निकलते थे।

¹⁴⁸Previously, stones used to emerge.

¹⁴¹अब रत्न निकलने चाहिए।

¹⁴⁹Now let jewels emerge.

¹⁴²तुम्हारा नाम ही है रूप-बसन्त।

¹⁵⁰Your name is rup and basant.

¹⁴³बाबा भी रूप-बसन्त है, ज्ञान का सागर है और उनका रूप भी ज्योर्तिलिंगम् दिखाया है, परन्तु है स्टॉर।

¹⁵¹Baba too is Rup and Basant. ¹⁵²He is the Ocean of Knowledge and His form is shown as an oval image of light, but He is a star.

¹⁴⁴पूजा के लिए बड़ा रूप रख दिया है।

¹⁵³They have kept a big image so that they can worship Him.

¹⁴⁵अच्छा!

¹⁵⁴Achcha.

¹⁴⁶मीठे-मीठे सिकीलधे बच्चों प्रति मात-पिता बापदादा का याद-प्यार और गुडमार्निंग रूहानी बाप की रूहानी बच्चों को नमस्ते। ¹⁴⁷धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार:-

¹⁵⁵To the sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now-found children, love, remembrance and good morning from the Mother, the Father, BapDada. ¹⁵⁶The spiritual Father says namaste to the spiritual children.

¹⁴⁸1) पहले-पहले आत्म अभिमानी बनने की मेहनत करनी है, देह-अभिमान में कभी नहीं आना है।

¹⁵⁷Essence for dharna: ¹⁵⁸ 1. First of all, make effort to become soul conscious; never become body conscious.

¹⁴⁹रहमदिल बन अपकारी पर भी उपकार करना है।

¹⁵⁹Become merciful and uplift those who defame you.

¹⁵⁰2) भूतों को भगाने के लिए अमृतवेले विशेष याद में रहने का पुरूषार्थ करना है।
