¹“ मीठे बच्चे - बाप की श्रीमत पर चलने से ऊंच बनेंगे , रावण की मत पर चलने से सारी इज्जत ही मिट्टी में मिल जायेगी ''

¹Essence: Sweet children, by following the Father's directions, you become elevated. ²By following Ravan's dictates, all your honour turns to dust.

²प्रश्न:- ईश्वरीय बर्थ राइट लेने वाले वारिस बच्चों की निशानी सुनाओ?

³Question: What are the signs of heir children who claim their Godly birthright?

³उत्तर:- ऐसे वारिस बच्चे - 1- बाप को पूरा-पूरा फालो करते हुए चलेंगे।

⁴Answer: Heir children: 1) They follow the Father fully. ⁵2) They keep themselves very safe from the company of shudras.

⁴2- शूद्रों के संग से बहुत-बहुत सम्भाल रखेंगे। ⁵कभी भी उनके संग में आकर बाप की श्रीमत में अपनी मनमत मिक्स नहीं करेंगे।

⁶They never become influenced by their company and do not mix up the dictates of their own minds with the Father's directions.

⁶3- अपना सच्चा-सच्चा पोतामेल बाप को सुनायेंगे।

⁷3) They tell the Father their true chart.

⁷4- एक दो को सावधान करते उन्नति को पाते रहेंगे।

⁸4) They continue to make progress by cautioning one another.

⁸5- कभी भी बाप का हाथ छोड़ने का संकल्प भी नहीं करेंगे।

⁹5) They never think of letting go of the Father's hand.

¹⁰Song: Mother, o mother, you are the bestower of fortune for all.

¹¹बच्चों ने यह गीत सुना।

¹²You children heard the song.

¹²जगत अम्बा कामधेनु का वर्णन तो है ही। ¹³यह महिमा है जगत अम्बा की।

¹³This is the praise of the World Mother, Kamdhenu (cow that fulfils all desires).

¹⁴वास्तव में गुप्त रूप में तो यह ब्रह्मपुत्रा नदी भी है।

¹⁴This is the praise of Jagadamba. ¹⁵In fact, she too is the Brahmaputra River in an incognito way.

¹⁵गाया भी जाता है तुम मात पिता... शिवबाबा ब्रह्मा के मुख कमल से बच्चे पैदा करते हैं।

¹⁶It is sung: You are the Mother and Father and we are Your children. ¹⁷Shiv Baba creates children through the lotus mouth of Brahma.

¹⁶तो यह माता हो गई ना।

¹⁸So he is the mother.

¹⁷यह हैं गुह्य बातें।

¹⁹These are very deep matters.

¹⁸यह बातें शास्त्रों में नहीं हैं।

²⁰These things are not mentioned in the scriptures.

¹⁹बाबा ने समझाया है शास्त्र हैं भक्ति मार्ग की सामग्री।

²¹Baba has explained that the scriptures are the paraphernalia of the path of devotion.

²⁰बाप बैठ सब शास्त्रों का सार समझाते हैं।

²²The Father sits here and explains to you the essence of all the scriptures.

²¹ऐसे नहीं कि गीता पर समझाते हैं।

²³It isn't that He speaks the Gita.

²²नहीं, बाप तो खुद ही ज्ञान का सागर है।

²⁴No, the Father Himself is the Ocean of Knowledge.

²³भल यह गीता भागवत आदि पढ़ा हुआ है। ²⁴शिवबाबा के लिए ऐसे नहीं कहेंगे कि वह सब पढ़ा हुआ है।

²⁵Although this one has studied the Gita and the Bhagawad, you wouldn't say of Shiv Baba that He has studied everything.

²⁵नहीं, वह तो नॉलेजफुल है।

²⁶No, He is knowledge-full.

²⁶कहते हैं मैं इस मनुष्य सृष्टि का बीज हूँ।

²⁷He says: I am the Seed of this human world tree.

²⁷सृष्टि के आदि-मध्य-अन्त का मेरे में नॉलेज है।

²⁸I have the knowledge of the beginning, the middle and the end of the world.

²⁸बाप कहते हैं मैं इसका वर्णन करता हूँ - इस ब्रह्मा द्वारा।

²⁹The Father says: I speak this through Brahma.

²⁹फिर यह वर्णन प्रायः लोप हो जायेगा।

³⁰Then, everything He has spoken will disappear.

³⁰यह सच्ची गीता जो अभी तुम बनाते हो वह भी हाथ में नहीं आयेगी।

³¹The true Gita you have written now will not be with you either.

³¹गीता आदि तो भक्ति मार्ग के शास्त्र हैं, वे ही फिर निकलेंगे।

³²The Gita etc. are scriptures of the path of devotion and they will emerge again.

³²इन शास्त्र आदि पढ़ने से किसको सद्गति नहीं मिलती।

³³No one receives salvation by reading those scriptures etc.

³³तुम बच्चे जानते हो यह जो भी एक्टर्स हैं, पहले सब बिगर शरीर मुक्तिधाम में थे फिर यहाँ आकर शरीर धारण कर पार्ट बजाते हैं।

³⁴You children know that these actors are at first in the land of liberation without bodies. ³⁵Then they come here, adopt bodies and play their parts.

³⁴वह भी आत्मा में अविनाशी पार्ट भरा हुआ है।

³⁶Those imperishable parts are recorded in souls.

³⁵यह सृष्टि का चक्र भी एक है, इनका रचयिता भी एक है।

³⁷There is just one world cycle and its Creator is only One.

³⁶एक ही सृष्टि का चक्र फिरता रहता है।

³⁸There is only one world cycle that continues to turn.

³⁷यह है अविनाशी बना बनाया ड्रामा।

³⁹This drama is eternally predestined.

³⁸सतयुग में देवी-देवताओं का राज्य था।

⁴⁰In the golden age, there used to be the kingdom of deities.

³⁹अभी तुम फिर से बन रहे हो।

⁴¹You are now becoming those once again.

⁴⁰परमपिता परमात्मा पहले-पहले ब्रह्मा मुख से ब्राह्मण सृष्टि रचते हैं।

⁴²The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, first of all created the Brahmin world through the mouth of Brahma.

⁴¹पहले-पहले नई सृष्टि है संगम की।

⁴³First of all, there is the new world of the confluence.

⁴²पुराना और नया।

⁴⁴There is the old and the new.

⁴³ब्राह्मण हैं चोटी।

⁴⁵Brahmins are the topknot.

⁴⁴पैर और चोटी, इसको संगम कहते हैं।

⁴⁶The feet and the topknot are said to be the confluence.

⁴⁵तुम ब्राह्मण बाप के साथ विश्व की रूहानी सेवा करते हो।

⁴⁷You Brahmins are doing spiritual service of the world with the Father.

⁴⁶बाप भी रूहों की सर्विस करते हैं।

⁴⁸The Father is serving the spirits.

⁴⁷तुम भी रूहों की सर्विस करते हो अर्थात् जो तमोप्रधान बन गये हैं उनको सतोप्रधान बनाते हो।

⁴⁹You too are serving spirits; you are making them satopradhan from tamopradhan.

⁴⁸तो बाप की श्रीमत पर चलने वाले ही ऊंच ते ऊंच पद पायेंगे।

⁵⁰Therefore, only those who follow the Father's shrimat will claim the highest-on-high status.

⁴⁹बच्चों को श्रीमत से ही श्रेष्ठ बनना है।

⁵¹You children have to become elevated by following shrimat.

⁵⁰तुम बच्चे जानते हो हम सो देवी-देवता, सूर्यवंशी चन्द्रवंशी थे फिर माया ने हमारी इज्जत ले ली, पूज्य से पुजारी पतित बना दिया।

⁵²You children know you were deities, the sun dynasty, and became the moon dynasty and then Maya made you lose your honour and, from being worthy of worship, made you into impure worshippers.

⁵¹श्रीमत से मनुष्य श्रेष्ठ बन जाते हैं फिर रावण की मत से सारी इज्जत मिट्टी में मिल जाती है।

⁵³Human beings become elevated by following shrimat and then, by your following the dictates of Ravan, all your honour turns to dust.

⁵²अब फिर शिवबाबा की मत पर चलने से नई दुनिया में देवता बनेंगे।

⁵⁴Now, by following Shiv Baba's directions, you will become deities in the new world.

⁵³कदम-कदम श्रीमत पर चलना है।

⁵⁵Follow shrimat at every step.

⁵⁴गांधी जी भी नया भारत, नया राज्य चाहते थे।

⁵⁶Gandhiji also wanted a new Bharat and a new kingdom.

⁵⁵परन्तु नई दुनिया तो सतयुग को कहा जाता है।

⁵⁷However, the golden age is called the new world.

⁵⁶यहाँ तो दिन-प्रतिदिन दुःख बढ़ता ही जाता है।

⁵⁸Here, day by day, sorrow continues to increase.

⁵⁷बाबा कहते हैं दुःख बढ़ना ही है, तब तो मैं आता हूँ।

⁵⁹Baba says: Sorrow has to increase. ⁶⁰This is why I come.

⁵⁸मैं अपने वायदे अनुसार फिर से आकर सहज राजयोग सिखाता हूँ।

⁶¹I come according to the promise I made and I teach you easy Raja Yoga once again.

⁵⁹शास्त्र तो बाद में बनते हैं।

⁶²The scriptures are created later.

⁶⁰यह गीता आदि भी वही बनेंगे।

⁶³The same Gita etc. will be created again.

⁶¹अब इस विनाश ज्वाला में सब खत्म होंगे।

⁶⁴Now, everything is to be destroyed in the flames of destruction.

⁶²तुम इस चक्र को जानते हो।

⁶⁵You know this cycle.

⁶³तुम बच्चों को स्कूल में जाकर समझाना है।

⁶⁶You children have to go and explain in schools.

⁶⁴तुम्हारी है हद की हिस्ट्री-जॉग्राफी, इसको कोई वर्ल्ड की हिस्ट्री-जॉग्राफी नहीं कहेंगे।

⁶⁷Your history and geography is limited. ⁶⁸That cannot be called world history and geography.

⁶⁵बच्चों को तो बेहद की हिस्ट्री- जॉग्राफी सिखलानी चाहिए, तब यह ऊंच पद पा सकते हैं।

⁶⁹Children should be taught the unlimited history and geography so they can then claim a high status.

⁶⁶हद की हिस्ट्री-जॉग्राफी से हद का पद मिलता है।

⁷⁰Through limited history and geography you receive a limited status.

⁶⁷यह है बेहद की।

⁷¹This is unlimited.

⁶⁸इसमें तीनों लोकों का ज्ञान आ जाता है।

⁷²The knowledge of all three worlds is included in this.

⁶⁹आदि में निराकारी दुनिया में बहुत आत्मायें रहती हैं।

⁷³At the beginning, there are many souls living in the incorporeal world.

⁷⁰अन्त में फिर सभी आत्मायें नीचे आ जाती हैं।

⁷⁴By the end, all souls will have come down here.

⁷¹सूक्ष्मवतन वासी ब्रह्मा, विष्णु, शंकर का पार्ट भी अभी है।

⁷⁵The parts of Brahma, Vishnu and Shankar, residents of the subtle region, exist at this time.

⁷²तो तुम उन्हों से पूछ सकते हो कि तुम जानते हो कि सतयुग में लक्ष्मी-नारायण का राज्य था।

⁷⁶So, you can ask people if they know that there used to be the kingdom of Lakshmi and Narayan in the golden age.

⁷³फिर क्या हुआ?

⁷⁷What happened then?

⁷⁴क्या त्रेता के अन्त तक एक ही लक्ष्मी-नारायण का राज्य था?

⁷⁸Was it the kingdom of just the one Lakshmi and Narayan till the end of the silver age?

⁷⁵कितना समय राज्य किया और कितनी एरिया पर?

⁷⁹For how long did they rule and over how large an area did they rule?

⁷⁶अभी तो आसमान-जमीन में भी पार्टीशन हो गये हैं।

⁸⁰Now they have even partitioned the sky and the earth.

⁷⁷वहाँ यह बातें होती नहीं।

⁸¹These things do not exist there.

⁷⁸वहाँ भारत में बेहद का राज्य चलता है। ⁷⁹अभी तो कितने टुकड़े हो गये हैं।

⁸²There, there is the unlimited kingdom in Bharat; it has now been divided into so many pieces.

⁸⁰यह सब मिलकर एक हों, सो तो हो नहीं सकता।

⁸³It is not possible for all of them to become united and become one.

⁸¹अब बाप बेहद की हिस्ट्री-जॉग्राफी सुनाते हैं।

⁸⁴The Father is now telling you the unlimited history and geography.

⁸²84 के चक्र में वर्ल्ड की हिस्ट्री-जॉग्राफी आ जाती है और फिर साथ में पवित्रता भी जरूर चाहिए।

⁸⁵The world history and geography is included in the cycle of 84 births. ⁸⁶Together with this, purity is also definitely needed.

⁸³अभी नो प्योरिटी, नो पीस, नो प्रासपर्टी है।

⁸⁷Now, there is no purity, no peace and no prosperity.

⁸⁴मनुष्य समझते हैं संन्यासियों के पास जाने से शान्ति मिलती है।

⁸⁸People think they can receive peace by going to the sannyasis.

⁸⁵बाप कहते हैं शान्ति तो तुम्हारे गले का हार है।

⁸⁹The Father says: Peace is the garland around your neck.

⁸⁶वास्तव में अहम् आत्मा का स्वधर्म है ही शान्त।

⁹⁰In fact, the original religion of oneself, a soul, is peace.

⁸⁷आत्मा कहाँ की रहने वाली है? ⁸⁸तो कहेंगे निर्वाणधाम की।

⁹¹Where do souls reside? ⁹²They are said to reside in the land beyond sound (nirvana).

⁸⁹जब आत्मा का स्वधर्म ही शान्त है तो गुरूओं आदि से क्या शान्ति मिलेगी?

⁹³Since the original religion of souls is peace, what peace are you going to receive from gurus etc?

⁹⁰अशान्त करने वाली है माया।

⁹⁴It is Maya that makes you peaceless.

⁹¹जब श्रीमत से इस माया पर जीत प्राप्त करें तब सतयुग में पवित्रता, सुख, शान्ति का वर्सा पायें।

⁹⁵When you conquer Maya by following shrimat, you can receive your inheritance of purity, peace and happiness in the golden age.

⁹²वहाँ कब कोई नहीं कहेगा कि मैं अशान्त हूँ, मेरे को शान्ति चाहिए।

⁹⁶There, no one would say that he is peaceless or that he needs peace.

⁹³भारत में ही पवित्रता-सुख-शान्ति थी।

⁹⁷There used to be purity, peace and happiness in Bharat alone.

⁹⁴अभी तुम शूद्र से बदल ब्राह्मण बने हो।

⁹⁸You have now changed from shudras into Brahmins.

⁹⁵इस समय भारतवासियों को यह भी पता नहीं कि हम किस धर्म के हैं।

⁹⁹At this time, the people of Bharat don’t know which religion they belong to.

⁹⁶हमारा धर्म किसने और कब रचा?

¹⁰⁰Who created our religion and when?

⁹⁷आदि सनातन देवी-देवता धर्म का किसको पता नहीं है।

¹⁰¹No one knows about the original eternal deity religion.

⁹⁸आर्य और अनआर्य।

¹⁰²There is Aryan and Non-Aryan.

⁹⁹देवताओं को भगवान भगवती कहते हैं, क्योंकि भगवान ने खुद स्वर्ग की स्थापना की है।

¹⁰³Deities are said to be gods and goddesses because God Himself established heaven.

¹⁰⁰परन्तु उन्हों का नाम फिर भी देवी-देवता है।

¹⁰⁴However, they are still called deities.

¹⁰¹भारत का आदि सनातन देवी-देवता धर्म है, न कि हिन्दू।

¹⁰⁵The religion of Bharat is the original eternal deity religion, not the Hindu religion.

¹⁰²यह बाप सारी बातें समझा रहे हैं।

¹⁰⁶The Father is explaining all of these things to you.

¹⁰³यह भी तुम बच्चों की बुद्धि में नम्बरवार बैठता है।

¹⁰⁷This sits in the intellects of you children, numberwise.

¹⁰⁴बहुत बच्चे हैं जो शिवबाबा को हफ्ते में एक बार भी मुश्किल याद करते हैं।

¹⁰⁸There are many children who hardly remember Shiv Baba even once in a whole week.

¹⁰⁵संग साथ न होने के कारण याद भूल जाती है।

¹⁰⁹Because of not having right company, they forget to remember Him.

¹⁰⁶इसमें तो संग चाहिए ब्राह्मणों का, जो एक दो को सावधान करते रहें।

¹¹⁰Here, you need the company of Brahmins who continue to caution one another.

¹⁰⁷शूद्रों का संग होगा तो कुछ असर जरूर पड़ेगा।

¹¹¹If you have the company of shudras, it will definitely affect you in some way.

¹⁰⁸बाप से पूरा वर्सा लेने के लिए फालो करना चाहिए।

¹¹²You should follow the Father in order to claim your full inheritance from Him.

¹⁰⁹धन्धे-धोरी में रहते बाबा को सच लिखें कि बाबा हम व्यवहार में रहते, फैक्ट्री आदि में रहते कितना याद में रहे।

¹¹³While doing your business, tell Baba the truth: Baba, this is how much I stayed in remembrance while interacting with others, at the factory etc.

¹¹⁰अपना-अपना याद का चार्ट भेजना चाहिए तो बाबा भी समझे कि यह अच्छा पुरूषार्थी है।

¹¹⁴You should send your chart of remembrance to Baba so Baba can understand that you are a good effort-maker.

¹¹¹यहाँ तो कई बापदादा को पत्र भी नहीं लिखते हैं।

¹¹⁵Here, some don’t even write a letter to BapDada.

¹¹²बाबा समझते हैं कोई सतोप्रधान पुरूषार्थ करते हैं, कोई रजो, कोई तमो।

¹¹⁶Baba understands that some make satopradhan effort, some make rajo effort and others make tamo effort.

¹¹³तमो पुरूषार्थी जो होगा वह सूर्यवंशियों के पास आकर नौकरी करेगा।

¹¹⁷Those who are tamo effort-makers will go and serve those who become the sun dynasty.

¹¹⁴साहूकार प्रजा के आगे जाकर नौकर बनेगा।

¹¹⁸They will also become servants of wealthy subjects.

¹¹⁵इनसे भी कम पद उसका होता है जो बाप के बनकर आश्चर्यवत सुनन्ती, कथन्ती, फारकती देवन्ती...उनकी दुर्गति सबसे बुरी होती है।

¹¹⁹An even lower status than that is received by those who belong to the Father, who are amazed by the knowledge as they listen to it, who relate it to others and who then divorce the Father; their condition is the worst of all.

¹¹⁶बाप का पूरा वर्सा लेना है तो पोतामेल भेजें तब बाबा रिजल्ट देंगे।

¹²⁰If you want to claim your full inheritance, then send your chart to Baba so Baba can give you the result.

¹¹⁷पूरा पुरूषार्थ नहीं करते तो माया एकदम खा जाती है इसलिए बाबा कहते हैं संग बहुत जरूरी है।

¹²¹If you don't make full effort, Maya will completely swallow you. ¹²²This is why Baba says: The right company is essential.

¹¹⁸संग होगा तो समझेंगे हम ईश्वरीय कुल के हैं।

¹²³If you have the right company, you will understand that you belong to God’s clan.

¹¹⁹बाप समझाते हैं स्त्री पुरूष हो भल साथ रहो।

¹²⁴The Father explains: Husband and wife may live together.

¹²⁰अगर आग लग गई तो खलास हो जायेंगे।

¹²⁵If fire breaks out, everything is finished.

¹²¹बाबा के तो ढेर बच्चे हैं।

¹²⁶Baba has many children.

¹²²आयेंगे भी और मरेंगे भी।

¹²⁷Many will come and many will die.

¹²³ईश्वरीय बर्थ आसुरी बर्थ से ऊंच है।

¹²⁸The Godly birth is higher than a devilish birth.

¹²⁴आजकल आसुरी बर्थ डे बहुत मनाते रहते हैं।

¹²⁹Nowadays, many people celebrate their worldly birthdays.

¹²⁵उनको कैन्सिल कर ईश्वरीय बर्थ डे मनाना शुरू करना चाहिए तो पक्का हो जाये।

¹³⁰That should be cancelled and spiritual birthdays should be celebrated so that it becomes firm.

¹²⁶बाबा राय देते हैं पुराना बर्थ मनाना कैन्सिल कर नया मनाओ।

¹³¹Baba advises: Cancel celebrating your old birthday and celebrate your new birthday.

¹²⁷आजकल शादी का डे भी मनाते हैं।

¹³²Nowadays, they even celebrate their wedding anniversaries.

¹²⁸वह भी कैन्सिल कर देना चाहिए।

¹³³They too should be cancelled.

¹²⁹चेन्ज आनी चाहिए।

¹³⁴There have to be some changes.

¹³⁰बाप सिकीलधे बच्चों को कहते हैं यह कोई नई बात नहीं।

¹³⁵The Father tells you long-lost and now-found children: This is not anything new.

¹³¹तुम अनेक बार राज्य भाग्य गॅवाते और लेते हो।

¹³⁶You have lost your fortune of the kingdom many times and have then claimed it back again.

¹³²कल्प-कल्प बाप के पास एक जन्म सेक्रीफाय कर 21 जन्म का सुख पाया है तो क्यों न हम पवित्र बनेंगे।

¹³⁷Every cycle you sacrifice one birth to the Father and attain happiness for 21 births. ¹³⁸Therefore, why should you not become pure?

¹³³बाबा आपकी श्रीमत पर चलेंगे।

¹³⁹Baba, I will follow Your shrimat.

¹³⁴आधाकल्प आसुरी मत पर चले हैं, तो यहाँ बहुत खबरदारी रखनी है।

¹⁴⁰You have been following devilish directions for half the cycle and so you have to remain very cautious here.

¹³⁵बड़ा भारी वर्सा है। ¹³⁶बात मत पूछो।

¹⁴¹The inheritance is so large; don't even ask!

¹³⁷स्कूल में इम्तहान में नापास होते हैं तो मुँह ही पीला हो जाता है।

¹⁴²When students fail their examinations at school, their faces grow pale.

¹³⁸यहाँ भी बहुत सज़ा खानी पड़ती है।

¹⁴³Here, a lot of punishment has to be experienced.

¹³⁹बाबा साक्षात्कार कराते हैं। ¹⁴⁰हम खुद तुमको पढ़ाते थे और कहते थे श्रीमत पर चलो फिर भी नहीं माना।

¹⁴⁴Baba gives you visions of that: I, Myself, taught you and told you to follow shrimat and you didn't obey Me.

¹⁴¹कितना गुनाह किया, सौ गुणा दण्ड देते हैं क्योंकि बाप की सर्विस में विघ्न डालते हैं।

¹⁴⁵You committed such a crime that one hundred-fold punishment has accumulated because you created obstacles in the Father's service.

¹⁴²बाप की निंदा कराते हैं।

¹⁴⁶You have had the Father defamed.

¹⁴³श्रीमत पर चलने वाला सदा मीठा होगा।

¹⁴⁷Those who follow shrimat will always be very sweet.

¹⁴⁴किस पर क्रोध किया तो समझो आसुरी मत।

¹⁴⁸If you become angry with someone, you can understand that you are following devilish dictates.

¹⁴⁵कोई समझते बाबा ने सभा में हमारी इज्जत ली, सबके आगे सुनाया।

¹⁴⁹Some think Baba lost their honour in a gathering by saying something about them in front of everyone.

¹⁴⁶अरे बेहद का बाप तो सबकी इज्जत बढ़ाते हैं।

¹⁵⁰Oh! but the unlimited Father is making everyone increase their honour.

¹⁴⁷बाबा को इतने ढेर बच्चे हैं।

¹⁵¹Baba has so many children.

¹⁴⁸एक-एक को छिपाकर समझायेंगे क्या?

¹⁵²Would He explain to each one privately?

¹⁴⁹बाप तो सबके सामने कह देते हैं।

¹⁵³The Father says everything in front of everyone.

¹⁵⁰बाप की श्रीमत से ही श्रेष्ठ ते श्रेष्ठ बनेंगे।

¹⁵⁴It is only by following the Father's shrimat that you will become the most elevated of all.

¹⁵¹अपनी मत पर चले तो गिर पड़ेंगे।

¹⁵⁵If you follow your own dictates you will fall.

¹⁵²गिरते-गिरते मर पड़ेंगे।

¹⁶⁸धर्म के बच्चे बनाते हैं।

¹⁷²He has adopted you children.

¹⁶⁹तुम शूद्र धर्म से बदल आकर ब्रह्मा मुख वंशावली बनते हो।

¹⁷³You have converted from the shudra religion and become the mouth-born creation of Brahma.

¹⁷⁰माया बड़ी दुश्मन है।

¹⁷⁴Maya is a great enemy.

¹⁷¹योग लगाने नहीं देती।

¹⁷⁵She doesn't allow you to have yoga.

¹⁷²बाबा कहते ऐसे कभी नहीं कहना है कि हमको योग में बिठाओ। ¹⁷³एक जगह बैठ योग लगाने की आदत पड़ जायेगी, तो फिर चलते फिरते योग लगेगा नहीं।

²⁰⁹You children have love for the Father, but in return for His love, BapDada wishes to see you children become equal to Him.

²¹⁰In order to become equal, become an embodiment of tapasya.
