¹“मीठे बच्चे - इस पुरानी दुनिया में और कोई भी आश न रख भविष्य ऊंच पद पाने के लिए सिर्फ नष्टोमोहा बनो, बाप को याद करो और पवित्र रहो''

¹Essence: Sweet children, in order to claim a high status in the future, have no desires in this old world but simply become a conqueror of attachment. ²Remember the Father and remain pure.

²प्रश्न:- बाप कौन सा सीधा सरल रास्ता बताते हैं, किस बात से बाप का तैलुक नहीं?

³Question: What direct and easy path does the Father show you? ⁴What does the Father have nothing to do with?

³उत्तर:- बाप बच्चों को शान्तिधाम, सुखधाम चलने का सीधा-सादा रास्ता बताते - बच्चे सिर्फ बाप को याद करो और पवित्र रहो। ⁴बाकी तुम्हारे सामने कोई विपदा आती, दुःख वा बीमारी आती, देवाला मारते… यह सब तुम्हारे अपने ही कर्मो का हिसाब है, इनसे बाप का कोई तैलुक नहीं।

⁵Answer: The Father shows you children an easy and direct path to the land of peace and the land of happiness: Children, simply remember the Father and remain pure. ⁶However, if you have to face obstacles, if sorrow or illness comes to you, if you become bankrupt, all of those are your own karmic accounts and the Father has nothing do to with them.

⁵बाप युक्तियां बताते हैं, कर्मबन्धन से छूटना हरेक बच्चे का काम है।

⁷The Father shows you methods to use, but it is the duty of each child to become free from his karmic bondages.

⁶प्रश्न:- कोई-कोई बच्चे किस एक कारण से सर्विस लायक नहीं बनते?

⁸Question: Due to what reason do some children not become worthy of serving?

⁷उत्तर:- फैमिलियरिटी का हल्का नशा है, माया का अन्दर कीड़ा लगा है - इस कारण सर्विस लायक नहीं बन सकते। ⁸गीत:- लौट गया गम का जमाना...

⁹Answer: When there is a slight intoxication of familiarity between children or when there are insects of Maya inside them, they don't become worthy of serving. ¹⁰Song: The world of sorrow has gone away.

⁹ओम् शान्ति।

¹¹Om shanti.

¹⁰खुशी और गम। ¹¹अभी तो है रावणराज्य।

¹²Happiness and sorrow; it is now the kingdom of Ravan.

¹²मनुष्य तो जानते नहीं कि रावण राज्य किसको कहा जाता है।

¹³People don't know what the kingdom of Ravan is.

¹³बाप आकर बच्चों को समझाते हैं कि गम कब होता है और खुशी कब होती है।

¹⁴The Father comes and explains to you children about when there is sorrow and when there is happiness.

¹⁴इस रावण राज्य में गम भी है तो खुशी भी है।

¹⁵In this kingdom of Ravan, there is happiness as well as sorrow.

¹⁵अभी-अभी खुशी, अभी-अभी गम। ¹⁶बच्चा जन्मा तो खुशी, मर गया तो गम।

¹⁶One moment, there is happiness and the next moment, there is sorrow.

¹⁷संन्यासी भी कहते हैं - यहाँ का सुख काग विष्टा के समान है।

¹⁷When a child is born, there is happiness but if he dies, there is sorrow.

¹⁸तो जरूर कहेंगे यह गम की दुनिया है।

¹⁸Sannyasis say that happiness here is like the droppings of a crow.

¹⁹परन्तु उन्हों को यह पता ही नहीं कि सदा सुख, जहाँ गम का नाम निशान भी न हो, वह होता ही है सतयुग में। ²⁰यह तुम बच्चे अभी जानते हो कि बरोबर अभी रात है।

¹⁹Therefore, it would surely be said that this is a world of sorrow. ²⁰However, people don't know that it is only in the golden age that there is constant happiness and no trace of sorrow.

²¹रात दुःख की होती है, इसको रावण की रात कहा जाता है।

²¹You children understand at this time that it truly is night time now.

²²रावण के आने से भक्ति आरम्भ होती है।

²²The night is one of sorrow: it is called the night of Ravan.

²³विकार आरम्भ हो जाते हैं।

²³When Ravan comes, devotion begins and vices also begin.

²⁴अभी तुम बच्चे समझते हो कि हम सदा खुशी में रहने का अभी पुरुषार्थ कर रहे हैं।

²⁴You children understand that you are now making effort to remain in constant happiness.

²⁵बाप समझा रहे हैं कि बच्चे भविष्य ऊंच पद पाने का पुरुषार्थ करो और कोई भी आश नहीं रखनी है।

²⁵The Father explains to you: Children, make effort to claim a high status in the future. ²⁶Don't have any other desires.

²⁶बच्चों को तो यह पता ही नहीं है कि बेहद के बाप से क्या मिलता है।

²⁷You children don’t know what you receive from the unlimited Father.

²⁷बाप ही आकर बताते हैं।

²⁸The Father Himself comes and tells you.

²⁸दुनिया यह नहीं जानती कि परमात्मा से क्या मिलता है।

²⁹The world doesn't know what they receive from God.

²⁹समझते हैं दुःख-सुख वही देता है।

³⁰They believe that He gives happiness and sorrow.

³⁰बाप कहते हैं मैं तो सदा सुख देने आता हूँ।

³¹The Father says: I come to give you constant happiness.

³¹तुम सिर्फ श्रीमत पर चलो।

³²Simply follow shrimat!

³²मैं तो तुमको शान्तिधाम और सुखधाम का रास्ता बताने आया हूँ।

³³I have come to show you the path to the land of peace and the land of happiness.

³³उस रास्ते पर चलना तो तुम्हारा काम है और क्या झंझट सामने आता है?

³⁴It is your duty to follow that path. ³⁵What other difficulties come in front of you?

³⁴झंझटों में तो सारी दुनिया है।

³⁶The whole world is in difficulty.

³⁵बाप कहते हैं मैं तो सीधा-सादा रास्ता बताता हूँ।

³⁷The Father says: I show you a direct and straightforward path.

³⁶वह तो बहुत सहज है।

³⁸It is very easy.

³⁷बाकी जो विपदायें झंझट आते हैं, दुःख आता है, बीमारी आदि होती है, देवाला मारते हैं.. यह सब है तुम्हारे कर्मो का हिसाब।

³⁹However, when all the obstacles come, when there is sorrow, when someone falls ill or someone becomes bankrupt, all of those are their own karmic accounts.

³⁸सो हर एक को भोगना ही है, इनसे हमारा कोई तैलुक नहीं है।

⁴⁰Each one has to suffer for those. ⁴¹I have nothing to do with those.

³⁹इस समय भी कोई ऐसा पाप करते हैं तो दुःख भोगना पड़ता है।

⁴²If someone commits a sin at this time, he still has to suffer the consequences of that.

⁴⁰मैं तो तुमको रास्ता बताने आया हूँ।

⁴³I have come to show you the path.

⁴¹मेरा फरमान है मुझ बाप को याद करो क्योंकि वापस जाना है।

⁴⁴My order is: Remember Me, your Father, because you have to return home.

⁴²बाकी लड़ाई-झगड़े में तो सारी आयु गँवाई।

⁴⁵You have wasted your whole life battling and quarrelling.

⁴³मैं तो सीधा रास्ता बताता हूँ कि मुझे याद करो और पवित्र रहो।

⁴⁶I show you a straightforward path: Remember Me and remain pure.

⁴⁴कैसे रहो, यह भी युक्तियां बताते हैं।

⁴⁷I also tell you how to remain like that.

⁴⁵बाकी माथा मारना पुरुषार्थ करना तो तुम्हारा काम है।

⁴⁸It is your duty to beat your head and make effort.

⁴⁶यह सब कर्मबन्धन तुम बच्चों का है।

⁴⁹All of those are the karmic bondages of you children.

⁴⁷बाप कहते हैं गृहस्थ व्यवहार में रह पवित्र रहना है।

⁵⁰The Father says: While living at home with your family, remain pure.

⁴⁸बाप जानते हैं स्त्री का पति में, बच्चों में मोह बहुत रहता है, उनसे छुटकारा पाना, नष्टोमोहा बनना... यह तो बच्चों का काम है।

⁵¹The Father knows that a wife has a lot of attachment to her husband and children. ⁵²It is the duty of you children to become free from that and become conquerors of attachment.

⁴⁹बाप तो सिर्फ दो बातें कहते हैं - अगर पूरा वर्सा लेना है तो एक पवित्र जरूर बनना है और दूसरा योग में रहना है।

⁵³The Father simply tells you two things: If you want to claim your full inheritance, definitely become pure and, secondly, you have to stay in yoga.

⁵⁰कोई बात में तुमसे अगर कोई लड़ते हैं तो यह हुआ तुम्हारा कर्मो का हिसाब-किताब।

⁵⁴If someone quarrels with you about anything, that is your karmic account.

⁵¹बाकी तुम पवित्र रहो उसके लिए गवर्मेन्ट भी रोक नहीं सकती।

⁵⁵However, when you remain pure, even the Government cannot stop you from doing this.

⁵²बाप तो रास्ता बताते हैं कि तुमको घरबार नहीं छोड़ना है।

⁵⁶The Father shows you the path where you don't have to leave your home.

⁵³गृहस्थ व्यवहार में रहते पवित्र रहना है और योग में रहना है।

⁵⁷You have to remain pure while living at home with your families and also stay in yoga.

⁵⁴मनुष्य समझते हैं पवित्र रहना बड़ा मुश्किल है क्योंकि ऐसी शिक्षा किसी ने कभी नहीं दी है।

⁵⁸Because no one else has given such teachings, people think that it is very difficult to remain pure.

⁵⁵भल कितने भी ब्रह्मचारी रहते हैं परन्तु यहाँ तो कायदा है गृहस्थ व्यवहार में रहकर पवित्र रहना है।

⁵⁹No matter how many people remain celibate, the law here is to remain pure while living at home with your families.

⁵⁶कुमारी तो पवित्र ही है, उसके लिए तो बहुत सहज है, पवित्र ही रहो।

⁶⁰Kumaris are pure anyway. ⁶¹It is very easy for them.

⁵⁷गृहस्थ में न जाओ।

⁶²Simply remain pure.

⁵⁸इसमें सिर्फ हिम्मत चाहिए।

⁶³Don't get involved in a household.

⁵⁹तुम कह सकती हो कि हम भारत को स्वर्ग बनाने के लिए पवित्र रहना चाहते हैं, इसमें भारत का ही कल्याण है।

⁶⁴You simply need courage for this. ⁶⁵You can say that you want to remain pure in order to make Bharat into heaven and that Bharat will benefit through this.

⁶⁰पवित्रता का वर्सा हमको मिल जायेगा।

⁶⁶“I will receive an inheritance of purity.”

⁶¹यह है वर्सा लेने की बात।

⁶⁷This is a matter of claiming an inheritance.

⁶²सतयुग में थी ही पवित्र दुनिया।

⁶⁸In the golden age, there was the pure world.

⁶³संगम पर जो पवित्र बनते हैं वही पवित्र दुनिया के मालिक बनेंगे।

⁶⁹Those who become pure at the confluence age become the masters of the pure world.

⁶⁴इसमें सारी दुनिया का तो प्रश्न नहीं है कि सब कैसे पवित्र बनेंगे।

⁷⁰It is not a question of how everyone in the whole world can remain pure.

⁶⁵अभी सबकी कयामत का समय है।

⁷¹It is now the time of settlement for everyone.

⁶⁶अब सभी को हिसाब-किताब चुक्तू कर वापिस जाना है।

⁷²Everyone now has to settle their karmic accounts and return home.

⁶⁷सब तो आकर ज्ञान लेंगे नहीं।

⁷³Not everyone will come and take knowledge.

⁶⁸जो सहज राजयोग सीखेंगे वह वर्सा पायेंगे।

⁷⁴Those who study easy Raja Yoga will claim their inheritance.

⁶⁹सारी दुनिया तो क्या सारा भारत भी यह ज्ञान सुन धारण नहीं कर सकता है।

⁷⁵Let alone the whole world, not even the whole of Bharat is able to listen to this knowledge and imbibe it.

⁷⁰बाकी कोई झगड़ा है वह तो तुम बच्चों को मिटाना है योगबल से।

⁷⁶If there are quarrels, you children have to end them with the power of yoga.

⁷¹मार उन्हें खानी पड़ती है जिन्हों का कुछ ममत्व है, नष्टोमोहा नहीं बने हैं, वह ताकत नहीं है।

⁷⁷Those who have some attachment, who haven't become conquerors of attachment and don't have that strength, have to suffer being beaten.

⁷²बाबा के पास समाचार आया कि एक गोपिका ने बहुत आंसू बहाये।

⁷⁸Baba received news that a gopika shed a lot of tears.

⁷³परन्तु रोने से क्या होगा?

⁷⁹However, what can be achieved by crying?

⁷⁴बाप ने युक्तियां तो बहुत बताई है।

⁸⁰The Father has shown you many methods.

⁷⁵पति को बोलो हम पवित्र रहने चाहती हैं और बाकी सब सर्विस करने के लिए तैयार हैं।

⁸¹Tell your husband that you want to remain pure and that you are willing to do any other type of work.

⁷⁶युक्ति से अपने को छुड़ा सकती हैं।

⁸²You can free yourself tactfully.

⁷⁷परन्तु पहले अपनी दिल का ममत्व टूटना चाहिए।

⁸³However, first, the attachment in your heart has to be broken.

⁷⁸माताओं का पति और बच्चों में बहुत मोह होता है।

⁸⁴Women have a lot of attachment to their husbands and children.

⁷⁹फिर कहती है कोई छुड़ावे।

⁸⁵Then, they say that someone should liberate them!

⁸⁰परन्तु इसमें चिल्लाने वा रोने की कोई दरकार नहीं।

⁸⁶However, there is no question of shouting or crying out loud.

⁸¹यह समझ की बात है।

⁸⁷This is a matter of understanding.

⁸²समझो कोई अच्छे आदमी की स्त्री है, बच्चे भी फर्स्टक्लास हैं, बाबा तो कहेंगे गृहस्थ व्यवहार में रहकर पवित्र रहकर दिखाओ, इस अन्तिम जन्म के लिए।

⁸⁸For instance, there may be the wife of a good person who also has first-class children. ⁸⁹Baba would tell her to live at home with her family and show that it is possible to remain pure, just for this final birth.

⁸³तो पति को समझाकर वश करना पड़े।

⁹⁰Therefore, she has to explain to her husband and be able to handle him.

⁸⁴नहीं तो जवाब देना पड़े। ⁸⁵परन्तु जब नष्टोमोहा बन सके तब।

⁹¹She has to give him a response, but she first has to be able to become a conqueror of attachment.

⁸⁶कोई चाहे तो एक सेकेण्ड में नष्टोमोहा हो जाए, नहीं तो जीवन भर भी न हो सके।

⁹²If someone wants to, she can become a conqueror of attachment in a second. ⁹³Otherwise, it won't be possible throughout her whole life.

⁸⁷बहुतों को छोड़ने बाद भी ममत्व नहीं मिटता फिर रग जाती रहती है, तो वह अवस्था नहीं रहती, इसलिए बाप कहते हैं पहले नष्टोमोहा हो जाओ।

⁹⁴Many people are unable to let go of their attachment even after they have left them, and so those strings are pulled and they are unable to maintain that stage. ⁹⁵This is why the Father says: First of all, become a conqueror of attachment.

⁸⁸बाकी सिर्फ कर्म कूटते रहेंगे तो बाप क्या करेंगे?

⁹⁶If you simply continue to repent for your actions, what would the Father do?

⁸⁹सबके लिए रास्ता एक ही है पवित्र जरूर बनना है।

⁹⁷There is just the one path for everyone: Definitely become pure!

⁹⁰अगर पवित्र नहीं रहने देते तो अपने पांव पर खड़ी हो कोई न कोई सर्विस में लग जाओ।

⁹⁸If they don’t allow you to remain pure, then become independent and occupy yourself in one type of work or another.

⁹¹यहाँ तो साफ दिल चाहिए।

⁹⁹A clean heart is needed here.

⁹²ऐसे नहीं, घर छोड़कर आये फिर ब्राह्मण कुल में रह कोई न कोई से फैमिलियरिटी में फँसी रहे।

¹⁰⁰Let it not be that you leave your home and come here and then stay trapped in familiarity with someone in the Brahmin clan.

⁹³ऐसे भी बहुत हैं जिनको फैमिलियरिटी का हल्का नशा रहता है।

¹⁰¹There are many who have a slight influence of familiarity.

⁹⁴उन्हों की अवस्था नहीं चढ़ती।

¹⁰²They are not able to raise their stage.

⁹⁵सर्विस लायक नहीं बनते क्योंकि अन्दर कीड़ा लगा हुआ है।

¹⁰³They are unable to become worthy of doing service because there are insects inside them.

⁹⁶माया छोड़ती नहीं है।

¹⁰⁴Maya doesn’t leave them alone.

⁹⁷लिखते हैं बाबा बहुत माया के तूफान लगते हैं।

¹⁰⁵Some write: Baba, many storms of Maya come.

⁹⁸तो जरूर हल्का नशा आता होगा।

¹⁰⁶Therefore, there must definitely be some slight influence.

⁹⁹यहाँ कमल फूल समान रहना है।

¹⁰⁷Here, you have to remain like a lotus.

¹⁰⁰मुरझाने की बात नहीं।

¹⁰⁸There is no question of wilting.

¹⁰¹सबको अपना-अपना कर्मबन्धन है, तो दवाई भी अपनी-अपनी है।

¹⁰⁹Everyone has his or her karmic bondages and own cure.

¹⁰²कोई कमाई लिए पूछते हैं तो बाबा उनका पोतामेल देख राय देते हैं।

¹¹⁰When someone asks about his earnings, Baba looks at his accounts and gives him advice.

¹⁰³कई हैं जिनका धन्धा ऐसा है कि पाप करने बिगर शरीर निर्वाह चल नहीं सकता।

¹¹¹Some have such a business that they’re unable to earn their livelihood without committing sin.

¹⁰⁴आजकल समय ही ऐसा हो गया है।

¹¹²Such are the times nowadays!

¹⁰⁵कोई पास बहुत पैसे हैं तो पाप करने की दरकार नहीं है।

¹¹³Some have a lot of money and so there is no need for them to commit sin.

¹⁰⁶बाबा कहते हैं शान्त में बैठ योग की कमाई करो परन्तु काम करने से पहले राय लेनी होती है।

¹¹⁴Baba says: Sit peacefully and earn the income through yoga. ¹¹⁵However, before you do anything, you must take advice.

¹⁰⁷ऐसे नहीं काम करने के बाद बोले इस बात में फंस गया हूँ - क्या करुँ?

¹¹⁶Let it not be that after you have done something you then say: I have become trapped in this, so what should I do now?

¹⁰⁸बाबा समझाते रहते हैं, अगर धन बहुत है तो शान्त में बैठ बाबा से वर्सा लो, धन्धेधोरी का झंझट छोड़ो।

¹¹⁷Baba continues to explain to you: If you have plenty of money, then sit down peacefully and claim your inheritance from Baba. ¹¹⁸Put aside the complications of business.

¹⁰⁹कदम-कदम पर श्रीमत पर चलना जरूरी है।

¹¹⁹It is essential to follow shrimat at every step.

¹¹⁰आपस में बहुत मीठा रहना है।

¹²⁰Remain very sweet with one another.

¹¹¹नहीं तो बापदादा का नाम बदनाम करेंगे।

¹²¹Otherwise, you will defame BapDada's name.

¹¹²बापदादा वा सतगुरू की निंदा कराने वाला ऊंच ठौर नहीं पायेगा।

¹²²Those who defame BapDada's name or the name of the Satguru cannot claim a high status.

¹¹³अपने हाथ में लॉ नहीं उठाना चाहिए।

¹²³Don't take the law into your own hands.

¹¹⁴नहीं तो सब कहेंगे ईश्वरीय कुल के भी ऐसे बच्चे होते हैं क्या?

¹²⁴Otherwise, everyone would say: Are the children of God’s clan also like this?

¹¹⁵बाप कहते हैं किसको दुःख मत दो।

¹²⁵The Father says: Don't cause anyone sorrow.

¹¹⁶सवेरे उठ बाबा को याद करो। ¹¹⁷बाबा आप कितने मीठे हो, आप हमको राजाओं का राजा स्वर्ग का मालिक बनाते हो।

¹²⁶Wake up early in the morning and remember Baba: Baba, You are so sweet! ¹²⁷You are making us into the kings of kings, the masters of heaven.

¹¹⁸हम आपकी श्रीमत पर जरूर चलेंगे।

¹²⁸We will definitely follow your shrimat.

¹¹⁹हम आसुरी मत पर नहीं चलेंगे।

¹²⁹We will not follow devilish directions.

¹²⁰बाप को याद नहीं करते हैं तो बाप समझ जाते हैं इनके अजुन पुराने आसुरी संस्कार हैं। ¹²¹यह क्या स्वर्ग का राज्य भाग्य लेंगे।

¹³⁰If you don't remember the Father, He would understand that you still have your old devilish sanskars, and so how could you claim your fortune of the kingdom?

¹²²अपनी चलन तो देखो।

¹³¹Look at your behaviour!

¹²³नहीं तो तुम बच्चों जैसा तकदीरवान दुनिया भर में कोई नहीं।

¹³²Otherwise, there is no one in the whole world as fortunate as you.

¹²⁴बाप तो कहेंगे - सगे बच्चे बनो।

¹³³The Father says: Become real children.

¹²⁵ऐसी चलन दिखाओ जो बाप भी खुश हो।

¹³⁴Let your behaviour be such that even the Father is pleased with you.

¹²⁶बाप को बच्चों का बहुत ख्याल रहता है कि कैसे बच्चों को दुःख से छुड़ाए ऊंच पद प्राप्त करायें।

¹³⁵The Father is very concerned about how to liberate children from sorrow and enable them to claim a high status.

¹²⁷बाबा समझाते हैं दिन में भल गोरखधन्धा करो परन्तु ब्रह्म-महूर्त में उठ बाबा से मीठी-मीठी बातें करनी चाहिए। ¹²⁸बाबा आपने तो कमाल किया है!

¹³⁶Baba explains that you may do your mundane business throughout the day, but wake up at the time of brahm muhurat (amrit vela) and have a sweet conversation with Baba: Baba, You have worked wonders!

¹²⁹21 जन्मों के लिए स्वर्ग की बादशाही तो आप देते हो!

¹³⁷You are giving me the sovereignty of heaven for 21 births.

¹³⁰हम तो आप पर बलिहार जाऊं।

¹³⁸I will surrender myself to You.

¹³¹तो बलिहार जाना है, सिर्फ कहना नहीं है।

¹³⁹Then surrender yourself! ¹⁴⁰Don't just say it!

¹³²जितना समय याद में रहेंगे उसका असर सारा दिन चलेगा।

¹⁴¹For however long you stay in remembrance, the effect of that will last throughout the day.

¹³³बहुत बी.के. हैं जो सुबह को उठते नहीं हैं, तो धारणा भी नहीं होती है।

¹⁴²There are many BKs who don't wake up in the morning, and so they are unable to imbibe.

¹³⁴सवेरे जागने की आदत पड़ जाए फिर देखो कैसे सर्विसएबुल बन जाते हैं।

¹⁴³If you instil the habit of waking up early in the morning you would see how serviceable you can become.

¹³⁵जिसको सर्विस का शौक है वह कहाँ भी सर्विस करेगा।

¹⁴⁴Those who are interested in serving will do service anywhere.

¹³⁶गाली तो मिलेगी।

¹⁴⁵Of course, you may be insulted.

¹³⁷सौ में से एक निकलेगा।

¹⁴⁶One out of a hundred will emerge.

¹³⁸इसमें लज्जा नहीं होनी चाहिए।

¹⁴⁷You mustn't feel embarrassed about this.

¹³⁹सर्विस तो जहाँ तहाँ है, सिर्फ करने वाला हो।

¹⁴⁸There is service to be done everywhere, but there simply has to be someone who does it.

¹⁴⁰बाबा युक्तियां तो बताते रहते हैं।

¹⁴⁹Baba continues to show you methods. ¹⁵⁰There should be that intoxication.

¹⁴¹नशा होना चाहिए। ¹⁴²और सभी नशों में है नुकसान, बिगर नशे नर को नारायण बनाने के।

¹⁵¹All other forms of intoxication cause damage, but here you are to change from ordinary humans into Narayan without any of that (impure) intoxication.

¹⁴³यह नशा बाप चढ़ाते हैं।

¹⁵²The Father gives you this intoxication.
