¹सन्तुष्टता का आधार - सम्बन्ध, सम्पत्ति और सेहत (तन्दुरुस्ती)

¹The basis of contentment is relationships, wealth and good health.

²आज दिलाराम बाप अपने सदा सन्तुष्ट रहने वाली सन्तुष्ट आत्माओं व सन्तुष्ट मणियों को देख रहे हैं।

²Today, Dilaram Father, the Comforter of Hearts, is seeing His souls who remain constantly content and who are jewels of contentment.

³ये रूहानी मणियों की चमक सारे दरबार को चमका रही है।

³The sparkle of the spiritual jewels is making the entire court sparkle.

⁴सन्तोषी आत्मायें स्वयं को भी प्रिय और सर्व को भी प्रिय और बाप को तो प्रिय हैं ही।

⁴Contented souls are loved by themselves, they are loved by everyone, and they are of course loved by the Father anyway.

⁵तो ऐसे हो ना!

⁵So, you are those, are you not?

⁶क्योंकि इस श्रेष्ठ ब्राह्मण जीवन में अप्राप्ति का नाम ही नहीं है। ⁷सर्व प्राप्ति सम्पन्न आत्मायें हो।

⁶Because, there is no mention of any lack of attainment in this elevated, Brahmin life; you are souls who are full of all attainments.

⁸तो जहाँ सर्व प्राप्ति हैं वहाँ सदा सन्तुष्टता स्वतः और स्वाभाविक है ही।

⁷So, where there are all attainments, contentment exists automatically and naturally.

⁹नेचुरल स्वभाव उसका सन्तोष का है।

⁸Your natural nature is contentment.

¹⁰और सन्तुष्टता का स्वरूप व स्वभाव, निजी संस्कार ऐसा श्रेष्ठ है जो असन्तुष्ट आत्मा को भी सन्तुष्टता का वायब्रेशन, वायुमण्डल, सन्तोष वायुमण्डल में बदल देता है।

⁹The form, nature and original sanskars of contentment are so elevated that, through that contented environment, the vibrations and atmosphere of contentment are able to transform a discontented soul into a contented one.

¹¹इस संगमयुग में विशेष बापदादा की देन सन्तुष्टता है।

¹⁰Contentment is the special gift from BapDada at the confluence age.

¹²एक सन्तुष्टता की विशेषता और विशेषताओं को भी सहज अपने समीप लाती है। ¹³लेकिन सदा सन्तुष्ट हो।

¹¹The one speciality of contentment easily brings other specialities close to you, but you do have to be content constantly.

¹⁴परिस्थिति कितनी भी बदले लेकिन सन्तुष्टता की स्थिति को परिस्थिति बदल नहीं सकती।

¹²No matter how much the situations change, your stage of contentment must not be changed by those situations.

¹⁵परस्थिति है ही बदलने वाली। ¹⁶लेकिन स्व सन्तुष्टता की स्थिति सदा प्रगतिशील है। ¹⁷आपके आगे कैसी भी हिलाने वाली परिस्थिति ऐसे ही अनुभव होती है जैसे पपेट (कठपुतली) शो देखते हो ना।

¹³The external situations are those that are going to change anyway, but the stage of contentment of oneself is one that constantly progresses. ¹⁴For such souls, no matter how much a situation may try to shake them, it will be experienced as a puppet show.

¹⁸होता सब कुछ है लेकिन होता पपेट है।

¹⁵There is everything there, but only in puppet form.

¹⁹तो कैसी भी परिस्थिति पपेट शो लगता है वा आजकल का जो फैशन है कार्टून शो, अच्छा लगता है ना।

¹⁶So, no matter what the situation is, it seems like a puppet show, or like the fashion nowadays, which is cartoon shows.

²⁰होता तो शेर भी है, बिल्ली भी होती है, लेकिन होता क्या है?

¹⁷You enjoy those, do you not? ¹⁸They are of a lion or a cat, but what is it?

²¹कार्टून। ²²कहानी पूरी होती है लेकिन है कार्टून की स्टोरी, रीयल नहीं है।

¹⁹It is a cartoon character. ²⁰It is a full story, but it is only a cartoon story; it is not real.

²³कभी भी, कोई भी परिस्थिति आए तो यही समझो एक बेहद के स्क्रीन पर कार्टून शो चल रहा है वा पपेट शो चल रहा है।

²¹Whenever any situation comes up, then just think that a cartoon show or a puppet show is taking place on the unlimited screen.

²⁴तो वह देखकर के परेशान होंगे कि मनोरंजन करेंगे?

²²Will you be distressed or will you be entertained on seeing that?

²⁵शो देखना तो अच्छा ही है ना।

²³It is good to watch a show, is it not?

²⁶तो यह माया का वा प्रकृति का यह भी एक शो है। ²⁷जिसको साक्षी स्थिति में सदा सन्तुष्टता के स्वरूप में देखते रहो।

²⁴So this is also a show of Maya or nature, which you need to continually observe as a detached observer whilst being an embodiment of contentment.

²⁸अपनी शान में रहते हुए देखो - सन्तुष्ट मणि हूँ, सन्तोषी आत्मा हूँ।

²⁵See everything whilst stabilised in your own dignity: I am a jewel of contentment; I am a contented soul.

²⁹ये है संगम का श्रेष्ठ शान।

²⁶This is the elevated dignity of the confluence age.

³⁰तो शान में स्थित होना आता है ना?

²⁷So, you know how to stabilise yourself in your dignity, do you not?

³¹कि परेशान होना अच्छा लगता है?

²⁸Or, do you enjoy being distressed?

³²सदा सन्तुष्टता की विशेषता को इमर्ज रूप में स्मृति में रखो।

²⁹So, constantly keep the speciality of contentment emerged in your awareness.

³³प्राप्तियों में विशेष सम्बन्ध और सम्पत्ति आवश्यक है।

³⁰To have all attainments, relationships and wealth is especially essential.

³⁴सम्बन्ध में भी अगर एक भी सम्बन्ध अप्राप्त है तो सम्पूर्ण सन्तुष्टता नहीं होगी।

³¹So, in terms of relationships, if even one relationship is lacking, you cannot have full contentment.

³⁵तो सम्बन्ध में भी सर्व चाहिये और अविनाशी चाहिये।

³²With any relationships you need them all eternally.

³⁶अगर कोई भी सम्बन्ध विनाशी है तो अप्राप्ति और असन्तुष्टता स्वतः हो जाती है।

³³If any relationship is perishable, there is automatically a lack of attainment and then there is discontentment.

³⁷लेकिन एक ही वर्तमान संगमयुग है जिसमें सर्व अविनाशी सम्बन्ध एक बाप से अनुभव कर सकते हो।

³⁴However, it is only at the present confluence age that you can experience all eternal relationships with the one Father.

³⁸सतयुग में भी सम्बन्ध बहुत थोड़े हैं, सर्व नहीं हैं, लेकिन इस समय जिस सम्बन्ध की आकर्षण हो, अनुभूति करना चाहे वो सम्बन्ध परम आत्मा द्वारा अनुभव कर सकते हो।

³⁵In the golden age too, you have very few relationships; you do not have all relationships. ³⁶However, at the present time, whatever relationships attract you, whatever relationship you wish to experience, you can experience it with God at this time.

³⁹हर एक के जीवन में सम्बन्ध की भी अलग-अलग पसन्दी होती है।

³⁷Each one has a preference for different relationships in his or her life.

⁴⁰किसको बाप का सम्बन्ध इतना अच्छा नहीं लगेगा, फ्रैण्ड ज्यादा अच्छा लगेगा।

³⁸Some would not like the relationship of a father, but would prefer the relationship of a friend much more.

⁴¹लेकिन एक समय पर और एक से सर्व सम्बन्ध प्राप्त हैं?

³⁹However, do you have all relationships with the One at the same time?

⁴²सर्व प्राप्ति है कि कुछ रहा हुआ है?

⁴⁰Do you have all attainments or is something still missing?

⁴³पीछे बैठे हुए क्या समझते हैं?

⁴¹What do those sitting at the back think?

⁴⁴आज नये-नये को आगे बैठने का चांस दिया है।

⁴²Today, the new ones have been given a chance to sit at the front.

⁴⁵अच्छा, जो इस कल्प में इस बार पहली बार आये हैं वो हाथ उठाओ।

⁴³Achcha, those who have come here for the first time this cycle, raise your hands!

⁴⁶भले पधारे।

⁴⁴Achcha, you are welcome.

⁴⁷बापदादा भी पद्मगुणा स्नेह सम्पन्न वेलकम कर रहे हैं।

⁴⁵BapDada is also welcoming you with multi-millionfold love.

⁴⁸नये होते भी कल्प-कल्प के अधिकारी हैं, ये तो समझते हो ना!

⁴⁶Even whilst being new, you do consider yourselves to be those who have all the rights of every cycle, do you not?

⁴⁹बापदादा सदा कहते हैं बड़े तो बड़े हैं लेकिन छोटे समान बाप हैं इसलिये सदा अपने रूहानी बेहद के सम्पूर्ण अधिकार के निश्चय और नशे में रहो।

⁴⁷BapDada constantly says: The old ones are old anyway, but the younger ones are equal to the Father. ⁴⁸This is why you must constantly maintain the faith and intoxication of having full rights which are unlimited and spiritual.

⁵⁰बेहद का नशा है, हद का नहीं रखना।

⁴⁹Have unlimited intoxication, not limited intoxication.

⁵¹देखो, कितने श्रेष्ठ अधिकारी हो जो स्वयं बाप ऑलमाइटी अथॉरिटी के ऊपर अधिकार रख दिया।

⁵⁰Look, you have such elevated rights that you have claimed rights to the Father, the Almighty Authority Himself!

⁵²परमात्म अधिकारी इससे बड़ा अधिकार और है ही क्या!

⁵¹So, you have a right to the Supreme; what could be a greater right than that?

⁵³जब बीज को अपना बना लिया तो वृक्ष तो समाया हुआ है ही।

⁵²When you have made the Seed belong to you, the tree is merged in that anyway.

⁵⁴सर्व सम्बन्धों का भी अविनाशी अधिकार ले लिया और सम्पत्ति में भी अगर सिर्फ स्थूल सम्पत्ति है तो भी सदा सन्तुष्ट नहीं रह सकते।

⁵³So, you have claimed the imperishable right to all relationships. ⁵⁴In terms of wealth, if it is only physical wealth, you would not be able to remain content all the time.

⁵⁵स्थूल सम्पत्ति के साथ अगर सर्व गुणों की सम्पत्ति, सर्व शक्तियों की सम्पत्ति और श्रेष्ठ सम्पन्न ज्ञान की सम्पत्ति नहीं हैं तो सन्तुष्टता सदा नहीं रह सकती।

⁵⁵If, together with physical wealth, you do not have the wealth of all virtues, the wealth of all powers or the wealth of full, elevated knowledge, then contentment cannot remain for all time.

⁵⁶लेकिन आप सबके पास यह श्रेष्ठ सम्पत्तियाँ हैं।

⁵⁶However, all of you have these types of elevated wealth.

⁵⁷सम्पत्तिवान हो ना!

⁵⁷You are wealthy, are you not?

⁵⁸दुनिया वाले तो सिर्फ स्थूल सम्पत्ति वाले को सम्पत्ति भव का वरदान देते हैं लेकिन आप सबको वरदाता बाप सर्वश्रेष्ठ सम्पत्ति भव का वरदान देते हैं।

⁵⁸People of the world simply give the blessing, "May you be wealthy!" to those who have physical wealth. ⁵⁹However, the Father, the Bestower of Blessings, is giving all of you the blessing of having the wealth of the most elevated wealth.

⁵⁹तो सब सम्पत्ति हैं ना?

⁶⁰So, do you have all types of wealth?

⁶⁰कि कोई कम है?

⁶¹Or, are some lacking?

⁶¹फुल है?

⁶²Is it full?

⁶²पीछे वालों के ऊपर सबसे ज्यादा ध्यान है।

⁶³Baba pays greater attention to those sitting at the back.

⁶³आगे वालों का ध्यान बाप के तरफ ज्यादा है और बाप का ध्यान पीछे वालों के ऊपर ज्यादा है।

⁶⁴The attention of those sitting at the front is more on the Father, whereas the Father's attention is more on those sitting at the back.

⁶⁴जितना ही दूर हैं उतना ही नयनों में समाये हुए हैं।

⁶⁵The further away they are sitting, so they are accordingly merged in Baba's eyes.

⁶⁵साकार वतन में तो साकार की बातें होती हैं।

⁶⁶In the corporeal world, there are physical things.

⁶⁶देखो, परमधाम में आप सभी आत्मायें कितनी समीप होंगी! ⁶⁷सभी साथ होंगे ना!

⁶⁷Look, in Paramdham, all of you souls will be so close; all of you will be together, will you not?

⁶⁸और सूक्ष्म वतन में भी इतना बेहद है जो जितना समीप आना चाहे आ सकते हैं।

⁶⁸In the subtle region too, it is so unlimited that each one can come as close as he wants.

⁶⁹लेकिन बच्चों का स्नेह निराकार और आकार को भी साकार बनाना चाहता है।

⁶⁹However, the love of the children is such that they want to make the incorporeal and the subtle become corporeal.

⁷⁰तो बाप क्या कहते हैं?

⁷⁰So what does the Father say?

⁷¹जी हजूर, जी हाज़िर।

⁷¹Yes, my lord (Ji hazoor), I am present (Ji hajir).

⁷²बच्चे तो बाप के भी हज़ूर हैं, मालिक हैं ना!

⁷²The children are the lords of the Father; they are the masters.

⁷³मालिक को हज़ूर कहा जाता है और बालक को भी मालिक कहा जाता है।

⁷³So, the master is called the lord, and the child is called the master.

⁷⁴तो सभी कौन हो?

⁷⁴So, who are all of you?

⁷⁵सन्तुष्ट मणियां।

⁷⁵Jewels of contentment.

⁷⁶सम्बन्ध में भी सन्तुष्ट और सम्पत्ति में भी सन्तुष्ट।

⁷⁶So, content with relationships and also content with wealth.

⁷⁷सम्बन्ध, सम्पत्ति और तीसरी होती है सेहत, तन्दुरुस्ती।

⁷⁷There are relationships, wealth and the third thing is good health.

⁷⁸आप सभी तन्दुरुस्त हो ना कि बीमार हो?

⁷⁸So, you are all healthy, are you not? ⁷⁹Or, are you ill?

⁷⁹आत्मा तो तन्दुरुस्त है ना, शरीर की कोई बात ही नहीं।

⁸⁰The soul is healthy; it is not a question of the body.

⁸⁰आत्मा सदा शक्तिशाली है।

⁸¹You souls are constantly powerful.

⁸¹संगम पर श्रेष्ठ सेहत वा तन्दुरुस्ती है आत्मा की तन्दुरुस्ती।

⁸²At the confluence age, good and elevated health is the state of health of you souls.

⁸²इस समय के आत्मा की तन्दुरुस्ती जन्म-जन्म के शरीर की तन्दुरुस्ती भी दिलाती है।

⁸³The good health of you souls at the present time enables the bodies to be healthy for many births.

⁸³लेकिन इस समय थोड़ा-सा प्रकृति अपना रूप दिखाती है।

⁸⁴However, at this time, matter shows its form a little. ⁸⁵That is not a big thing.

⁸⁴इसमें भी कोई बड़ी बात नहीं।

⁸⁶This is also a cartoon show.

⁸⁵यह भी कार्टून शो है।

⁸⁷So, you have all attainments, do you not?

⁸⁶तो सर्व प्राप्तियाँ हैं ना। ⁸⁷सम्बन्ध भी हैं, सम्पत्ति भव भी है, सर्व सम्बन्ध भव भी हैं और सदा तन्दुरुस्त भव भी हैं।

⁸⁸You have all relationships and you have the blessing of being wealthy. ⁸⁹You have the blessing of having all relationships and you also have the blessing of being constantly healthy.

⁸⁸तीनों वरदान वरदाता बाप से मिले हुए हैं।

⁹⁰You have received all three blessings from the Father, the Bestower of Blessings.

⁸⁹तो वरदानों को समय पर कार्य में लगाओ।

⁹¹So, use these blessings at the right time.

⁹⁰सिर्फ वरदान सुनकर खुश नहीं हो जाओ कि हाँ, मुझे बहुत अच्छा वरदान मिला या सिर्फ नोट करके नहीं रखो लेकिन समय पर वरदान को काम में लगाने से वरदान कायम रहते हैं।

⁹²Do not simply be happy hearing the blessing and think: Yes, I have received a very good blessing. ⁹³Or, do not just keep them noted, but, by your using the blessings at the right time, the blessings become eternal.

⁹¹अगर वरदानों को समय पर काम में नहीं लगाया तो वह वरदान फल नहीं देता।

⁹⁴If you do not use your blessings at the right time, then those blessings will not bear fruit.

⁹²वरदान तो अविनाशी बाप का है लेकिन वरदान को फलीभूत करना है। ⁹³बीज तो है लेकिन उससे फल कितना निकालते हो, वह आपके हाथ में है।

⁹⁵The blessings have come from the imperishable Father, but to make each blessing fruitful from the seed, that is, how much fruit you harvest, is in your own hands.

⁹⁴कोई सिर्फ वरदान के बीज को देखकरके खुश होते रहते हैं बहुत अच्छा, बहुत अच्छा, लेकिन फलदायक बनाओ।

⁹⁶Some simply see the seeds of the blessings and become very happy and think that they are very good. ⁹⁷However, now make them fruitful!

⁹⁵बार-बार स्मृति का पानी दो, वरदान के स्वरूप में स्थित होने की धूप दो, फिर देखो वरदान सदा फलीभूत होता रहेगा, और वरदानों को भी साथ में लायेगा।

⁹⁸Continually give them the water of awareness. ⁹⁹Give it the sunshine of your being stable in the awareness of the blessings. ¹⁰⁰The blessings will then be constantly fruitful and they will bring other blessings with them.

⁹⁶वरदानों के फल स्वरूप बन जायेंगे।

¹⁰¹You will become embodiments of the fruit of blessings.

⁹⁷तो आज के त्रि-वरदान को फलीभूत करना और समय पर जरूर याद रखना।

¹⁰²So, make the triple blessing of today fruitful and definitely remember them at times of need.

⁹⁸समय पर भूल जाते हैं, पीछे पढ़ते रहते हो कि हाँ, ये वरदान तो था!

¹⁰³At a time of need you forget them, but later when you read about them, you think: Yes, I had that blessing.

⁹⁹वरदानों को जितना समय पर कार्य में लगायेंगे उतना वरदान और श्रेष्ठ स्वरूप दिखाता रहेगा।

¹⁰⁴The more you use the blessings at times of need, accordingly the blessings will reveal an even more elevated form.

¹⁰⁰तो सभी को वरदान मिला ना!

¹⁰⁵So, have all of you received the blessings?

¹⁰¹अच्छा।

¹⁰⁶Achcha.

¹⁰²चारों ओर के देश-विदेश के सर्व सन्तोषी आत्माओं को, सन्तुष्टमणियों को, सर्व प्राप्ति सम्पन्न आत्माओं को, जिन्होंने भी याद, पत्र, कार्ड आज के दिवस के भी भेजे हैं, तो आज के विशेष दिवस की भी सर्व बच्चों को याद-प्यार पद्मगुणा स्वीकार हो।

¹⁰⁷All of you from everywhere who are sitting far away are close to the heart. ¹⁰⁸To all the contented souls from everywhere in this land and abroad, to the jewels of contentment, to the souls who are full of all attainments, to all those who have sent remembrance, letters, cards, etc. for this day, please accept multi-millionfold love and remembrance for this special day.

¹⁰³चाहे दूर बैठकर मन में, दिल में मना रहे हैं, चाहे सम्मुख मना रहे हैं, कार्ड वा पत्र सब पहले वतन में पहुँचते हैं।

¹⁰⁹Whether you are sitting far away and celebrating in your heart and mind or whether you are personally celebrating in front of Baba, all the cards and letters reach the subtle region beforehand.

¹⁰⁴तो सभी के पत्र, कार्ड और शुभ संकल्पों की याद, शुभ भावनाओं की याद के रिटर्न में बापदादा का विशेष याद-प्यार और सर्व बालक सो मालिक बच्चों को नमस्ते।

¹¹⁰So, in return for all of your letters, cards and remembrance of pure thoughts and pure feelings, special love and remembrances from BapDada and namaste to the children who are the masters.

¹⁰⁶दादियों से मुलाकात

¹¹²BapDada meeting the Dadis:

¹⁰⁷सूक्ष्म इशारों की भाषा तो जानते हो ना। ¹⁰⁸जैसे अव्यक्त बाप इशारों की ही भाषा जानते हैं।

¹¹³You understand the language of subtle signals, just as avyakt Baba only understands the language of signals.

¹⁰⁹अव्यक्त वतन में तो नयनों की भाषा और इशारों की भाषा है।

¹¹⁴In the subtle region, there is the language of the eyes and the language of signals.

¹¹⁰तो आप भी जानते हो ना।

¹¹⁵So you also understand this, do you not?

¹¹¹नयनों की भाषा जानते हो?

¹¹⁶Do you know the language of the eyes?

¹¹²साकार से सीखे हो ना।

¹¹⁷You learnt this from the sakar form, did you not?

¹¹³मुख की भाषा तो सुनी, अभी है नयनों की भाषा।

¹¹⁸You heard the language of the lips; now, it is the language of the eyes.

¹¹⁴नयनों की भाषा बड़ी प्यारी है।

¹¹⁹The language of the eyes is very lovely.

¹¹⁵आवाज़ से परे तो जाना ही है। ¹¹⁶फिर भी बाप जी हज़ूर तो करते ही हैं।

¹²⁰You have to go beyond sound anyway but, even then, the Father says: Yes, my lord (Ji hazoor).

¹¹⁷अच्छा।

¹²¹Achcha.

¹¹⁸अव्यक्त बापदादा की पर्सनल मुलाकात

¹²²Personal meetings with Avyakt BapDada

¹¹⁹1- स्वयं और समय पर भरोसा नहीं इसलिए दृढ़ संकल्प से कमजोरियों को निकाल दो

¹²³1.There is no guarantee for oneself or the time. ¹²⁴Therefore, remove all weaknesses with determination

¹²⁰सभी अपने को विश्व सेवाधारी अनुभव करते हो?

¹²⁵Do all of you experience yourselves to be world servers?

¹²¹विश्व सेवाधारी वा विश्व कल्याणकारी वही बन सकता है जिसके पास सर्वशक्तियों का ख़ज़ाना सम्पन्न है।

¹²⁶Only those whose treasure stores of all powers are full can become world servers and world benefactors.

¹²²तो सर्वशक्तियों का स्टॉक जमा है?

¹²⁷So, have you accumulated a stock of all powers?

¹²³सर्वशक्तियाँ हैं वा कोई शक्ति है, कोई नहीं है?

¹²⁸Do you have all the powers or do you have some powers and not others?

¹²⁴कभी-कभी कोई कम हो जाती है!

¹²⁹Sometimes, some powers are reduced.

¹²⁵सदा अपने आपको चेक करो कि सर्वशक्तियां हैं वा कोई शक्ति की कमी है?

¹³⁰Constantly check yourselves: Do I have all the powers or are some powers missing?

¹²⁶अगर कमी है तो उसके कारण को सोचो क्योंकि कारण को समझेंगे तो निवारण कर सकेंगे क्योंकि ये माया का नियम है कि जो कमजोरी आपमें होगी उसी कमजोरी के द्वारा ही आपको मायाजीत बनने नहीं देगी।

¹³¹If some are missing, then think about the reason for that because, if you understand the reason, you will be able to find a solution to it. ¹³²It is Maya’s discipline not to allow you to become a conqueror of Maya, because of that weakness you have in yourself.

¹²⁷तो वर्तमान समय भी समय प्रति समय माया उसी कमजोरी का लाभ लेगी और आगे चलकर जब अन्त समय आयेगा तो भी वो कमजोरी धोखा दे देगी।

¹³³At present, from time to time, Maya takes advantage of that weakness and, in the future too, when the final moments come, that weakness will then deceive you.

¹²⁸तो ऐसे नहीं सोचना कि थोड़ी सी कमजोरी है, एक ही कमजोरी है, बाकी तो बहुत अच्छा हूँ, अच्छी हूँ!

¹³⁴So, do not think: It is only a little weakness, that there is only one weakness, but otherwise I am fine.

¹²⁹एक कमजोरी भी धोखा दे देगी इसलिये कोई भी कमजोरी अपने अन्दर रहने नहीं दो।

¹³¹विशेष योग का प्रयोग करो।

¹³²किसी भी विधि से कमजोरी को मिटाना ही है यह दृढ़ संकल्प करो।

¹³³यह भी नहीं सोचो कि आगे चलकर हो जायेगा।

¹⁴⁰Do not even think that it will happen in the future, no.

¹³⁴नहीं, अभी से निकाल दो क्योंकि स्वयं पर और समय पर कोई भरोसा नहीं है।

¹⁴¹Remove it now because there is no guarantee for yourself or the time.

¹³⁵ऐसे नहीं सोचो कि आगे चलकर ये करेंगे, हो जायेगा। ¹³⁶नहीं।

¹⁴²Do not think that you will do it in the future and it will happen; no.

¹³⁷आपका स्लोगन है ‘अब नहीं तो कब नहीं' तो जो करना है वो अभी करना है क्योंकि बाप सम्पन्न है और आपका बाप से प्यार है तो बाप जैसा बनना ही प्यार का प्रैक्टिकल स्वरूप है।

¹⁴³Your slogan is: If not now, then never. ¹⁴⁴Whatever you have to do, you have to do that now because the Father is perfect and you have love for the Father, and so to become the same as the Father is the practical proof of your love.

¹³⁸जितना बाप से बहुत-बहुत प्यार है इतना ही पुरुषार्थ से भी बहुत-बहुत प्यार है?

¹⁴⁵Just as you have so much love for the Father, do you also have so much love for making effort?

¹³⁹जितना बाप से प्यार के लिये फ़लक से कहते हो कि 100 प्रतिशत से भी ज्यादा प्यार है, ऐसे पुरुषार्थ के लिये भी कहो।

¹⁴⁶Just as you say with spiritual intoxication that you have more than 100% love for the Father, say the same for making effort. ¹⁴⁷“I will think about it, I will do it…”

¹⁴⁰सोचेंगे, करेंगे… नहीं।

¹⁴⁸No. ¹⁴⁹Finish all weaknesses.

¹⁴¹सब कमजोरियां खत्म।

¹⁵⁰Do not leave it to the future.

¹⁴²गे, गे नहीं। ¹⁴³शिवरात्रि मनाने आये हो तो कुछ तो बलि चढ़ेंगे ना।

¹⁵¹You have come here to celebrate Shiv Ratri and so you have to make some sacrifice, do you not?

¹⁴⁴बापदादा सभी बच्चों को सम्पन्न देखना चाहते हैं।

¹⁶⁰A holy swan means to change wasteful thoughts, words and actions into powerful ones because waste is like stone and stone has no value. ¹⁶¹Jewels have value.

¹⁵³तो व्यर्थ को समाप्त करना अर्थात् होलीहंस बनना।

¹⁶²So, to finish waste means to be a holy swan.

¹⁵⁴तो व्यर्थ आता है?

¹⁶³So, do you have any waste?

¹⁵⁵होलीहंस फ़ौरन परख लेता है कि ये काम की चीज़ नहीं है, ये काम की है।

¹⁶⁴A holy swan instantly discerns whether something is useful or not.

¹⁵⁶तो आप होली-हंस हो ना।

¹⁶⁵So, you are holy swans, are you not?

¹⁵⁷तो व्यर्थ समाप्त हुआ?

¹⁶⁶So, has all waste finished?

¹⁵⁸क्योंकि अभी नॉलेजफुल बने हो कि अगर अभी संकल्प, बोल या कर्म व्यर्थ गंवाते हैं तो सारे कल्प के लिये अपने जमा के खाते में कमी हो जाती है।

¹⁶⁷You have now become knowledge-full: if you waste your thoughts, words and actions now, something will then be lacking in your account of accumulation throughout the whole cycle. ¹⁶⁸You know this, do you not?

¹⁵⁹जानते हो ना, नॉलेजफुल हो?

¹⁶⁹You are knowledge-full, are you not?

¹⁶⁰तो जानते हुए फिर व्यर्थ क्यों करते हो?

¹⁷⁰So, when you know it, why do you waste it?

¹⁶¹चाहते नहीं हैं लेकिन हो जाता है ऐसे कहेंगे!

¹⁷¹You don’t want to, but it happens: will you say this?

¹⁶²जो समझते हैं अभी भी हो सकता है वो हाथ उठाओ।

¹⁷²Those who believe that this is possible even now, raise your hands!

¹⁶³आप हो कौन?

¹⁶⁴(राजयोगी) राजयोगी का अर्थ क्या है?

¹⁷⁴(Raj Yogis) What does a Raj Yogi mean?

¹⁶⁶तो मन को कन्ट्रोल नहीं कर सकते!

¹⁶⁸तो आप में रुलिंग पॉवर नहीं है!

¹⁶⁹अमृतवेले और फिर सारे दिन में बीच-बीच में अपना आक्यूपेशन याद करो मैं कौन हूँ?

¹⁷⁹At amrit vela and every now and then throughout the whole day, remember your occupation: Who am I?

¹⁷⁰क्योंकि काम करते-करते यह स्मृति मर्ज हो जाती है कि मैं राजयोगी हूँ इसलिये इमर्ज करो।

¹⁸⁰When you are working, this awareness of being a Raj Yogi” becomes merged, and so let it emerge.

¹⁷¹ये नियम बनाओ।

¹⁸¹Develop this discipline.

¹⁷²ऐसे नहीं समझो कि हम तो हैं ही राजयोगी।

¹⁸²Do not think: I am a Raj Yogi anyway.

¹⁷³लेकिन राजयोगी की सीट पर सेट होकर रहो।

¹⁸³Be seated on the seat of a Raj Yogi.

¹⁷⁴नहीं तो चलते-चलते कर्म में बिजी होने के कारण योग भूल जाता है, सिर्फ कर्म ही रह जाता है।

¹⁸⁴Otherwise, as you move along, because you get busy performing actions, yoga is forgotten and only actions remain.

¹⁷⁵लेकिन आप कर्मयोगी कम्बाइण्ड हो।

¹⁸⁵However, you karma yogis are combined.

¹⁷⁶योगी सदा ही रुलिंग पॉवर, कन्ट्रोलिंग पॉवर में रहें।

¹⁸⁶A yogi always has ruling power and controlling power.

¹⁷⁷फिर राजयोगी डबल पॉवर वाले कभी भी व्यर्थ सोच नहीं सकते।

¹⁸⁷Then, Raj Yogis, those who have double power, can never have waste thoughts.

¹⁷⁸तो अभी कभी नहीं कहना, सोचना भी नहीं कि राजयोगी वेस्ट कर सकते हैं।

¹⁸⁸So now, never say “No”, and don’t even think that Raj Yogis can have waste.
