¹“मीठे बच्चे - याद में रहने की ऐसी प्रैक्टिस करो जो अन्त में एक बाप के सिवाए दूसरा कोई भी याद न आये''

¹Essence: Sweet children, have so much practice of staying in remembrance that at the end you don't remember anyone else except the one Father.

²प्रश्न:- किस एक श्रीमत को पालन करने से तुम बच्चे तकदीरवान बन सकते हो?

²Question: By following which shrimat can you children become fortunate?

³उत्तर:- बाप की श्रीमत है - बच्चे, नींद को जीतने वाले बनो। ⁴सवेरे का समय बहुत अच्छा होता है।

³Answer: The Father's shrimat is: Children, become conquerors of sleep. ⁴The early morning time is very good. ⁵Wake up at that time and remember Me, your Father, and you will become very fortunate.

⁵उस समय उठकर मुझ बाप को याद करो तो तुम बख्तावर बन जायेंगे।

⁶If you don't wake up early in the morning, then, by remaining asleep, you lose out.

⁶अगर सवेरे-सवेरे उठते नहीं हैं तो जिन सोया तिन खोया।

⁷Simply to sleep and eat means to lose out.

⁷सिर्फ सोना और खाना - यह तो गँवाना है इसलिए सवेरे उठने की आदत डालो।

⁸Therefore, instil the habit of waking up early in the morning.

⁹Song: You wasted the night in sleeping and the day in eating.

¹⁰यह कहानी बच्चों प्रति है।

¹¹This story is for you children.

¹¹बाप कहते हैं बच्चे खाना और सोना, यह कोई लाइफ नहीं।

¹²The Father says: Children, to eat and sleep is not really a life.

¹²जबकि तुम बच्चों को यह अविनाशी ज्ञान रत्नों का दान मिल रहा है, झोली भर रही है।

¹³Since you children have been receiving the donation of these imperishable jewels of knowledge, your aprons are becoming full.

¹³फिर सोना और खाना यह तो गँवाना है।

¹⁴Therefore, to sleep and eat means to lose out.

¹⁴सवेरे उठने की बड़ी महिमा है। ¹⁵भक्ति मार्ग में भी, ज्ञान मार्ग में भी, क्योंकि सवेरे के समय बहुत शान्ति रहती है। ¹⁶आत्मायें सब अपने स्वधर्म में रहती हैं।

¹⁵There is great praise of waking up early in the morning on the path of devotion and also on the path of knowledge because there is a lot of peace in the early morning hours; all souls are in their original religion.

¹⁷अशरीरी होकर विश्राम पाती हैं।

¹⁶They become bodiless and take a rest.

¹⁸उस समय याद बहुत रहती है।

¹⁷At that time, you can have a lot of remembrance.

¹⁹दिन में तो माया का धमचक्र रहता है, यह एक ही टाइम अच्छा है।

¹⁸During the day, there is a lot of chaos of Maya. ¹⁹Only that time is good.

²⁰अभी हम कौड़ी से हीरे जैसा बन रहे हैं।

²⁰We are now becoming like diamonds from shells.

²¹बच्चों को बाप कहते हैं तुम हमारे बच्चे हो, हम तुम्हारे बच्चे हैं।

²¹The Father says to you children: You are My children and I am your Child.

²²बाप बच्चा बनता है, यह भी समझने की बात है।

²²How the Father becomes the Child is something to be understood.

²³बाप अपने बच्चों को वर्सा देते हैं।

²⁴वैसे मैं सौदागर तो हूँ ही।

²⁵तुम्हारा कौड़ी जैसा तन-मन यह सब वर्थ नाट ए पेनी है।

²⁵Your bodies and minds that are worth shells, are not worth a penny.

²⁶वह पुराना तुम्हारा सब कुछ लेकर फिर तुमको दे देता हूँ कि ट्रस्टी होकर सम्भालो।

²⁶I take everything old of yours and return it to you to look after as trustees.

²⁷तुम जन्म बाई जन्म गाते आये हो - कुर्बान जाऊंगी, बलिहार जाऊंगी।

²⁷You have been singing for birth after birth: I will surrender myself to You. ²⁸I will sacrifice myself.

²⁸हमारा तो एक, दूसरा न कोई क्योंकि सजनियां तो सब हैं।

²⁹Mine is One and none other. ³⁰Because all of you are brides, you remember the one Bridegroom.

²⁹तो एक ही साजन को याद करेंगी। ³⁰देह सहित सब सम्बन्धों को भूलते-भूलते एक की ही इतनी याद रहे जो अन्त में न यह शरीर, न और कोई याद आये।

³¹Forget your body and all bodily relationships and let there be such remembrance of just the One that, at the end, you don't remember your own body or that of anyone else.

³¹इतनी प्रैक्टिस करनी है।

³²You have to have that much practice.

³²सवेरे का समय बड़ा अच्छा है।

³³The early morning time is very good.

³³तुम्हारी यह सच्ची-सच्ची यात्रा है।

³⁴This is your true pilgrimage.

³⁴वह तो जन्म बाई जन्म यात्रायें करते आये लेकिन मुक्ति को तो पाया नहीं, तो झूठी यात्रा हुई ना।

³⁵People have been going on pilgrimages for birth after birth, but they haven't attained liberation, those were false pilgrimages.

³⁵यह है रूहानी और सच्ची मुक्ति और जीवनमुक्ति की यात्रा।

³⁶This is the true spiritual pilgrimage for liberation and liberation-in-life.

³⁶मनुष्य तीर्थो पर जाते हैं तो अमरनाथ, बद्रीनाथ याद रहते हैं ना।

³⁷When people go on pilgrimages, they remember Amarnath, Badrinath. ³⁸They especially speak of the four pilgrimage places.

³⁷ख़ास 4 धाम कहते हैं।

³⁹How many pilgrimage places have you been to?

³⁸तुमने कितने धाम किये होंगे!

⁴⁰How much devotion have you done?

³⁹कितनी भक्ति की होगी!

⁴¹You have been doing it for half a cycle.

⁴⁰आधाकल्प करते आये हो।

⁴²No one knows these things.

⁴¹अब इन बातों को कोई भी जानते ही नहीं।

⁴³Only the Father Himself comes to liberate you.

⁴²बाप ही आकर लिबरेट करके फिर गाइड बन साथ ले जाते हैं।

⁴⁴He becomes your Guide and takes you back with Him.

⁴³कितना वन्डरफुल गाइड है।

⁴⁵He is such a wonderful Guide.

⁴⁴बच्चों को ले जाते हैं - मुक्ति-जीवनमुक्ति धाम।

⁴⁶He takes you children to the lands of liberation and liberation-in-life.

⁴⁵ऐसा गाइड कोई होता नहीं।

⁴⁷No one else can be such a Guide.

⁴⁶संन्यासी लोग सिर्फ मुक्तिधाम कहेंगे, जीवनमुक्ति अक्षर उनके मुख से निकलेगा नहीं।

⁴⁸Sannyasis simply speak of the land of liberation. ⁴⁹They wouldn't be able to use the expression, ‘liberation-in-life’.

⁴⁷उसको तो वह काग विष्टा समान अल्पकाल का सुख समझते हैं।

⁵⁰They consider that to be temporary happiness like the droppings of a crow.

⁴⁸तुम बच्चे जानते हो बाप है दुःख हर्ता, सुख कर्ता।

⁵¹You children know that the Father is the Remover of Sorrow and the Bestower of Happiness.

⁴⁹हे मात-पिता, आपके जब हम बालक बनते हैं तो हमारे सब दुःख दूर हो जाते हैं।

⁵²O Mother and Father, when we become Your children, all our sorrow is removed.

⁵⁰आधाकल्प हम सुखी बन जाते हैं।

⁵³We become happy for half a cycle.

⁵¹यह तो बुद्धि में रहता है ना।

⁵⁴This remains in your intellects, does it not?

⁵²परन्तु धन्धे आदि में जाने से भूल जाते हैं।

⁵⁵However, when you get involved in business etc. you forget this.

⁵³सवेरे उठते नहीं हैं।

⁵⁶You don't wake up early in the morning.

⁵⁴जिन सोया तिन खोया।

⁵⁷Those who remain asleep lose out.

⁵⁵तुम जानते हो - बरोबर हमको हीरे जैसा जन्म मिला है।

⁵⁸You know that you have truly received a birth like a diamond.

⁵⁶अब भी अगर नींद से सवेरे नहीं उठेंगे तो समझेंगे यह बख्तावर नहीं है। ⁵⁷सुबह को उठकर मोस्ट बील्वेड बाप को, साजन को याद नहीं करते हैं।

⁵⁹If you don't wake up, even now, it would be understood that you are not fortunate because you don't wake up early in the morning and remember the most beloved Father and Bridegroom.

⁵⁸आधाकल्प से साजन बिछुड़ा है और बाप को तुम सारा कल्प भूल जाते हो फिर भक्ति मार्ग में तुम साजन के रूप में वा बाप के रूप में याद करते हो।

⁶⁰The Bridegroom became separated from you for half a cycle and you forgot the Father for the whole cycle. ⁶¹Then, on the path of devotion, you remembered Him in the form of the Beloved or the Father.

⁵⁹सजनी साजन को भी याद करती है।

⁶²The bride remembers the Bridegroom.

⁶⁰उनको फिर बाप भी कहा जाता है।

⁶³He is also called the Father.

⁶¹अभी बाप सम्मुख है तो उनकी श्रीमत पर चलना पड़े।

⁶⁴The Father is now personally in front of you and so you have to follow His shrimat.

⁶²श्रीमत पर अगर नहीं चलते तो यह गिरे।

⁶⁵If you don't follow shrimat, you fall.

⁶³श्रीमत अर्थात् शिवबाबा की मत।

⁶⁶Shrimat means the directions of Shiv Baba.

⁶⁴ऐसे नहीं, हमको क्या पता, किसकी मत मिलती है।

⁶⁷You cannot say: We don’t know whose directions we receive.

⁶⁵समझना चाहिए इनकी मत का भी वह रेसपान्सिबुल है। ⁶⁶जैसे लौकिक रीति बच्चों का बाप रेसपान्सिबुल है, सन शोज़ फादर।

⁶⁸You should understand that He is also responsible for the directions this one gives, just as, in a worldly way, a father is responsible for his children.

⁶⁷यह ब्रह्मा तन भी फादर का शो करता है।

⁶⁹“Son shows father”; this body of Brahma shows the Father.

⁶⁸मुरब्बी बच्चा है।

⁷⁰He is a very dearly beloved child.

⁶⁹बहुत अच्छे-अच्छे बच्चे हैं जो यह नहीं जानते कि हम किसकी मत पर चलते हैं, कौन डायरेक्शन देते हैं?

⁷¹There are many very good children who don't know whose directions they follow or who gives them directions.

⁷⁰बाबा को तो याद नहीं करते।

⁷²They don’t even remember Baba.

⁷¹सवेरे उठते नहीं, याद नहीं करते तो विकर्म भी विनाश नहीं होते।

⁷³They don't wake up early in the morning and remember Baba and so their sins are not absolved.

⁷²बाबा बतलाते हैं इतनी मेहनत करता हूँ तो भी कर्मभोग चलता रहता है क्योंकि एक जन्म की तो बात नहीं है ना। ⁷³अनेक जन्मों का हिसाब-किताब है।

⁷⁴Baba tells you: I make so much effort and yet the suffering of karma still continues, because it is not just a question of this one birth; there are the karmic accounts of many births.

⁷⁴डायरेक्शन मिला हुआ है, इस जन्म के भी पाप बतलाने से आधा कट सकता है।

⁷⁵You have received the direction: When you tell Baba about your sins of just this one birth, half can be cut away.

⁷⁵यह तो बाप कहते हैं - मैं जानता हूँ और धर्मराज जानते हैं।

⁷⁶The Father says: I know and Dharamraj knows that you have committed many sins.

⁷⁶पाप बहुत किये हुए हैं। ⁷⁷धर्मराज गर्भजेल में सजा देते आये हैं।

⁷⁷Dharamraj has been giving punishment in the jail of a womb.

⁷⁸अभी तो तुम पुरुषार्थ कर, विकर्म विनाश करते हो तो फिर गर्भ महल मिलता है।

⁷⁸You are now making effort and having your sins absolved and so you will receive the palace of a womb.

⁷⁹वहाँ तो माया होती नहीं जो मनुष्य को पाप करावे और सजा खानी पड़े।

⁷⁹Maya doesn’t exist there that she would make people commit sin for which they would have to experience punishment.

⁸⁰आधाकल्प है ईश्वरीय राज्य, आधाकल्प है रावण राज्य।

⁸⁰For half a cycle it is a Godly kingdom and for half a cycle it is Ravan's kingdom.

⁸¹सर्प का मिसाल भी यहाँ का है।

⁸¹The example of the snake also comes from here.

⁸²संन्यासियों ने कॉपी की है।

⁸²Sannyasis have copied you.

⁸³जैसे भ्रमरी का मिसाल बाबा देते हैं।

⁸³Similarly, Baba gives you the example of the buzzing moth.

⁸⁴भ्रमरी कीड़े को अपने घर में ले आती है। ⁸⁵तुम भी पतितों को ले आते हो।

⁸⁴Just as a buzzing moth takes insects into her home, so you too bring impure ones here.

⁸⁶फिर उनको बैठ शूद्र से ब्राह्मण बनाते हो।

⁸⁵You then change them from shudras into Brahmins.

⁸⁷तुम्हारा नाम ब्राह्मणी है।

⁸⁶Your name is brahmini (Brahmin teacher).

⁸⁸यह भ्रमरी का दृष्टान्त बहुत अच्छा है।

⁸⁷This example of the brahmari (buzzing moth) is very good.

⁸⁹प्रैक्टिकल में आते तो बहुत हैं फिर कोई कच्चे रह जाते, कोई सड़ जाते, कोई ख़त्म हो पड़ते।

⁸⁸Many come here in a practical way, but some remain weak and others decay; some are finished.

⁹⁰माया बड़ा त़ूफान में लाती है।

⁸⁹Maya brings great storms.

⁹¹तुम हर एक वास्तव में हनूमान हो।

⁹⁰In fact, each one of you is Hanuman.

⁹²माया कितना भी तूफान लाये हम बाबा को और स्वर्ग को कभी नहीं भूलेंगे।

⁹¹No matter how many storms Maya brings, we will never forget Baba or heaven.

⁹³घड़ी-घड़ी बाबा कहते हैं - सावधान!

⁹²Baba repeatedly tells you to remain cautious.

⁹⁴मनुष्य तो तीर्थो पर धक्के खाने लिए जाते हैं।

⁹³People go stumbling along on pilgrimages. ⁹⁴Here, you don't go anywhere else.

⁹⁵यहाँ और तो कहाँ नहीं जाते। ⁹⁶एक ही बाप और सुखधाम को याद करते रहना है।

⁹⁵You simply have to continue to remember the one Father and the land of happiness.

⁹⁷तुम तो बरोबर विजय पहनने वाले ही हो।

⁹⁶You are truly those who become victorious.

⁹⁸इनको बुद्धियोग बल, ज्ञान बल कहा जाता है।

⁹⁷This is called the power of the intellect's yoga and the power of knowledge.

⁹⁹याद करने से बल मिलता है, बुद्धि का ताला खुलता है।

⁹⁸By remembering the Father, you receive power and the lock of the intellect opens.

¹⁰⁰अगर कोई भी बेकायदे चलन चलते हैं तो उनकी बुद्धि का ताला ही बंद हो जाता है।

⁹⁹If someone's activity is unlawful, his intellect becomes locked.

¹⁰¹बाप समझाते भी हैं अगर तुम ऐसा करेंगे तो ड्रामा अनुसार बुद्धि का ताला बन्द हो जायेगा।

¹⁰⁰The Father explains: If you do something like that, then, according to the drama, your intellect will become locked.

¹⁰²किसको कह नहीं सकेंगे कि विकार में मत जाओ।

¹⁰¹You won't be able to tell anyone not to indulge in vice.

¹⁰³अन्दर खाता रहेगा - हमने इतने पाप किये हैं!

¹⁰²Your conscience will continue to bite you: I have committed so many sins.

¹⁰⁴अज्ञानकाल में भी खाता है।

¹⁰³On the path of ignorance, too, your conscience bites.

¹⁰⁵मरते हैं फिर तोबां-तोबां करते हैं।

¹⁰⁴When someone is dying he cries out in distress.

¹⁰⁶फिर पिछाड़ी में सब पाप सामने आ जाते हैं।

¹⁰⁵Then, at the end, all his sins appear in front of him.

¹⁰⁷गर्भजेल में गया फट से सजायें शुरू हो जाती हैं।

¹⁰⁶As soon as a soul enters the jail of a womb, punishment begins.

¹⁰⁸पिछाड़ी में याद जरूर आता है।

¹⁰⁷Everything will definitely be remembered at the end.

¹⁰⁹तो अब बाप कहते हैं तुमको तो तोबां-तोबां नहीं करनी है, तुम पाप मत करो।

¹⁰⁸So, the Father now says: You don't have to cry out in distress. ¹⁰⁹You must simply not commit sin.

¹¹⁰जेल बर्ड होते हैं ना।

¹¹⁰There are jailbirds.

¹¹¹तुम भी जेल बर्ड थे।

¹¹¹You too were jailbirds.

¹¹²अभी बाबा गर्भ जेल की सजाओं से छुड़ाते हैं।

¹¹²Baba is now liberating you from any punishment in the jail of a womb.

¹¹³कहते हैं मुझ बाप को याद करो तो पापों की सजाओं से छूट जायेंगे, तुम पावन बन जायेंगे।

¹¹³He says: Remember Me, your Father, and you will be liberated from sins and become pure. ¹¹⁴If you then fall, you will be badly hurt.

¹¹⁴अगर फिर गिरे तो बहुत चोट लग जायेगी।

¹¹⁵First, there is impure arrogance.

¹¹⁵अशुद्ध अहंकार है पहले।

¹¹⁶Then there are lust and anger.

¹¹⁶फिर है काम, क्रोध।

¹¹⁷Lust is the greatest enemy.

¹¹⁷काम महाशत्रु है। ¹¹⁸यह तुमको आदि-मघ्य-अन्त दुःख देते आये हैं।

¹¹⁸It has been causing you sorrow from its beginning through the middle to the end.

¹¹⁹तुम आदि-मध्य-अन्त सुख के लिए पुरुषार्थ करते हो।

¹¹⁹You make effort to receive happiness from the beginning through the middle to the end.

¹²⁰तो पूरा पुरुषार्थ करना चाहिए।

¹²⁰Therefore, you should make full effort.

¹²¹बोलते हैं सवेरे जाग नहीं सकते हैं तो फिर पद भी ऊंच पा नहीं सकेंगे।

¹²¹Some say that they are unable to wake up early in the morning. ¹²²In that case, they won't be able to claim a high status.

¹²²दास-दासी बनना पड़ेगा।

¹²³They will have to become maids or servants.

¹²³वहाँ कोई गोबर आदि नहीं उठाना पड़ता, मेहतर नहीं होते।

¹²⁴There, you won't have to pick up cow dung. ¹²⁵There are no road sweepers etc. there.

¹²⁴अभी भी विलायत में नौकर आदि नहीं रखते हैं।

¹²⁶Even now, they don't have servants etc. abroad.

¹²⁵आपेही सफाई हो जाती है।

¹²⁷Everything becomes clean automatically.

¹²⁶वहाँ तो गन्दगी होती नहीं। ¹²⁷बाकी चण्डाल, दास-दासियां आदि होते हैं।

¹²⁸There is no dirt there, but, yes, there will be cremators and maids and servants.

¹²⁸बाप तुम बच्चों को सब राज़ समझाते हैं।

¹²⁹The Father tells you children all the secrets.

¹²⁹तुम्हारी बुद्धि में सारी राजधानी है।

¹³⁰The whole kingdom is in your intellects.

¹³⁰तुम ड्रामा को समझ गये हो।

¹³¹You have now understood the drama.

¹³¹पहले-पहले मुख्य इस चक्र को समझाना है।

¹³²First of all, you must explain this cycle.

¹³²अब ओपनिंग के लिए गवर्नर आदि को बुलाते हैं।

¹³³Invite the Governor etc. for any opening ceremony.

¹³³तो बच्चों को डायरेक्शन मिलते हैं ओपनिंग कराने के पहले उनको कुछ समझाओ कि भारत श्रेष्ठाचारी था, अब फिर भारत भ्रष्टाचारी बना है।

¹³⁴भारत के पूज्य देवी-देवतायें ही फिर पुजारी मनुष्य बने हैं।

¹³⁵यह जरूर समझाना है। ¹³⁶जो वह खुद भी कहें कि सृष्टि चक्र का राज़ यह समझाते हैं।

¹³⁶You must definitely explain this to them so that they themselves say that you explain to them the secrets of the world cycle.

¹³⁷जो यह जानते हैं उनको त्रिकालदर्शी कहा जाता है।

¹³⁷Those who know these things are said to be trikaldarshi.

¹³⁸मनुष्य होकर अगर ड्रामा को न जाने तो बाकी क्या काम का।

¹³⁸If a human being doesn't know the drama, of what use is he?

¹³⁹ऐसे तो बहुत कहते हैं बी.के. की पवित्रता बहुत अच्छी है।

¹³⁹Many people say that the purity of the BKs is very good.

¹⁴⁰पवित्रता तो सबको अच्छी लगती है।

¹⁴⁰Everyone likes purity.

¹⁴¹संन्यासी पवित्र हैं, देवतायें पवित्र हैं तब तो उन्हों के आगे माथा झुकाते हैं ना।

¹⁴¹Sannyasis are pure and the deities are also pure and this is why people bow their heads in front of them.

¹⁴²परन्तु यह और बात है।

¹⁴²However, this is something else.

¹⁴³पतित-पावन एक परमात्मा ही हो सकता है। ¹⁴⁴पतित से पावन बनाने वाला मनुष्य गुरू हो न सके।

¹⁴³Only the Supreme Soul can be the Purifier: it cannot be a human guru who makes impure ones pure.

¹⁴⁵यह समझाना चाहिए। ¹⁴⁶कृपा करके इस बात को आप समझो, तो आपका पद बहुत ऊंच हो जायेगा।

¹⁴⁴You should explain: Please have mercy for yourself and understand this matter so that your status will become very high.

¹⁴⁷भारत पूज्य से पुजारी कैसे बना है, भारतवासी देवी-देवता 84 जन्म कैसे लेते हैं - यह समझाओ।

¹⁴⁵Explain to them how the people of Bharat have become worshippers from being worthy of worship and how the deities, the people of Bharat, take 84 births.

¹⁴⁸यह बातें जरूर समझानी है।

¹⁴⁶You definitely have to explain these things to them.

¹⁴⁹क्राइस्ट से 3 हजार वर्ष पहले भारतवासी देवी-देवता ही थे।

¹⁵⁴फिर वह आग लगायें या पानी डालें, उन पर सारा मदार है। ¹⁵⁵यह तो तुम बच्चे जानते हो लड़ाई लगनी ही है।

¹⁵⁹एकदम अलग-अलग राजधानी हो गई।

¹⁹⁰तुम प्रबन्ध करके दो तो हम भारत को स्वर्ग बनाने की सेवा करें।
