¹“मीठे बच्चे - तुम्हें शरीर सहित सब चीज़ों से ममत्व निकालना है, जब तुम आत्मा पावन कर्मातीत बन जायेंगी तब घर में जा सकेंगी''

¹Essence: Sweet children, remove your attachment from everything including your bodies. ²Only when you souls become karmateet will you be able to return home.

²प्रश्न:- आत्मा को किस बात से बहुत डर लगता है और वह डर क्यों?

³Question: What causes great fear in souls and why is there that fear?

³उत्तर:- आत्मा को शरीर छोड़ने से बहुत डर लगता है क्योंकि उसका शरीर में ममत्व हो गया है। ⁴अगर कोई दुःख के कारण शरीर छोड़ना भी चाहता है तो भी उसे पाप-कर्मों की सजा तो भोगनी ही पड़ती है।

⁴Answer: Souls have a great deal of fear of leaving their bodies because they become attached to their bodies. ⁵Even if a soul wants to leave his body because of sorrow, he still has to experience punishment for his sins. ⁶You children have no fear at the confluence age.

⁵संगम पर तुम बच्चों को कोई भी डर नहीं। ⁶तुम्हें और ही खुशी है कि हम पुराना शरीर छोड़ बाबा के पास जायेंगे।

⁷You have even greater happiness that you will leave your old bodies and go to the Father.

⁷ओम् शान्ति।

⁸मीठे-मीठे बच्चों को समझाया गया है एक है ज्ञान, दूसरा है भक्ति।

⁹Sweetest children, it has been explained to you that, firstly, there is knowledge and, secondly, there is devotion.

⁹ड्रामा में यह नूँध है।

¹⁰This is fixed in the drama.

¹⁰ड्रामा के आदि-मध्य-अन्त को और कोई भी नहीं जानते।

¹¹No one knows the beginning, the middle or the end of the drama.

¹¹तुम बच्चे तो जानते हो। ¹²सतयुग में मरने का डर नहीं रहता है।

¹²You children know that there is no fear of death in the golden age.

¹³जानते हैं हमको एक शरीर छोड़ दूसरा शरीर लेना है।

¹³They understand that they have to shed their bodies and take others.

¹⁴दुःख की, रोने आदि की बात नहीं।

¹⁴There is no question of experiencing sorrow or crying etc.

¹⁵यहाँ मरने से डर रहता है।

¹⁵Here, there is fear of death.

¹⁶आत्मा को शरीर छोड़ने से दुःख होता है।

¹⁶Souls experience sorrow on leaving their bodies.

¹⁷डरती है, क्योंकि फिर भी दूसरा जन्म ले दुःख ही भोगना है।

¹⁷The soul is afraid because he has to take another birth and still experience sorrow.

¹⁸तुम तो हो संगमयुगी।

¹⁸You are now at the confluence age.

¹⁹तुम बच्चों को बाप ने समझाया है अब वापिस चलना है।

¹⁹The Father has explained to you children that you now have to return.

²⁰कहाँ? ²¹घर।

²⁰Return where?

²²वह भगवान् का घर है ना।

²¹Home, that is to God’s home.

²³यह कोई घर नहीं है, जहाँ भगवान् और तुम बच्चे आत्मायें रहते हो उसको ही घर कहा जाता है।

²²This here is not your home. ²³The place where God and you souls reside is called the home.

²⁴वहाँ यह शरीर नहीं है।

²⁴Bodies do not exist there.

²⁵जैसे मनुष्य कहते हैं हम लोग भारत में रहते हैं, घर में रहते हैं, वैसे तुम कहेंगे हम लोग अर्थात् हम आत्मायें वहाँ अपने घर में रहती हैं।

²⁵People say that they reside in Bharat, that Bharat is their home. ²⁶In the same way, you say that we, that is, we souls, reside in our home there.

²⁶वह है आत्माओं का घर, यह है जीव आत्माओं का घर।

²⁷That is the home of souls. ²⁸This is the home of human beings.

²⁷उसको कहा जाता है मुक्तिधाम।

²⁹That is called the land of liberation.

²⁸मनुष्य पुरूषार्थ तो करते हैं वहाँ जाने के लिए कि हम भगवान् से जाकर मिलें।

³⁰People make effort to go there and meet God. ³¹There should be a great deal of happiness in meeting God.

²⁹भगवान् से मिलने के लिए बहुत खुशी होनी चाहिए। ³⁰यह जो आत्मा का शरीर है, इसमें आत्मा का बहुत मोह पड़ गया है, इसलिए थोड़ी भी बीमारी आदि होती है तो डर लगता है - कहाँ शरीर न छूट जाए।

³²The body belongs to the soul and the soul has developed a great deal of attachment to it. ³³This is why, when there is even a little illness, souls are also afraid that they may have to leave their bodies.

³¹अज्ञान काल में भी डर रहता है।

³⁴There is fear on the path of ignorance.

³²इस समय जबकि संगमयुग है, तुम जानते हो अब वापिस जाना है बाप के पास, तो डर की बात नहीं।

³⁵This is the time of the confluence age when you understand that you are now to return home to the Father. ³⁶Therefore, there is no question of fear.

³³बाप ने युक्ति बहुत अच्छी बताई है।

³⁷The Father has shown you a very good method.

³⁴पतित आत्मायें तो मेरे पास मुक्तिधाम में आ न सकें।

³⁸Impure souls cannot come to Me in the land of liberation.

³⁵वह है ही पवित्र आत्माओं का घर।

³⁹That is the home of pure souls.

³⁶यह है मनुष्यों का घर।

⁴⁰This is the home of human beings.

³⁷यह शरीर बनते हैं 5 तत्वों से, तो 5 तत्व यहाँ रहने लिए खींचते हैं।

⁴¹This body is made of the five elements. ⁴²The five elements pull you down to reside here.

³⁸आकाश, जल, वायु… वहाँ (मूलवतन में) यह तत्व नहीं हैं।

⁴³These elements – air, water and ether etc. – do not exist there (in the soul world).

³⁹यह विचार सागर मंथन करने की युक्तियां हैं।

⁴⁴This is the way to churn the ocean of knowledge.

⁴⁰आत्मा ने यह प्रापर्टी ली हुई है इसलिए शरीर में ममत्व हो गया है।

⁴⁵Souls adopt these properties, bodies; this is why they develop attachment for them.

⁴¹नहीं तो हम आत्मायें वहाँ की रहने वाली हैं।

⁴⁶However, you souls are in fact residents of that place.

⁴²अब फिर पुरूषार्थ करते हैं वहाँ जाने के लिए।

⁴⁷You souls are now making effort to return home once again.

⁴³जब तुम पवित्र आत्मायें बन जाती हो तो फिर तुमको सुख मिलता है, दुःख की बात ही नहीं।

⁴⁸When you souls become pure, you receive happiness. ⁴⁹There is no question of sorrow.

⁴⁴इस समय है ही दुःखधाम।

⁵⁰At this time, it is the land of sorrow.

⁴⁵तो यह 5 तत्व भी खींचते हैं ऊपर से नीचे आकर पार्ट बजाने के लिए।

⁵¹So, these five elements pull you to come down to play your parts.

⁴⁶प्रकृति का आधार तो जरूर लेना पड़ता है। ⁴⁷नहीं तो खेल चल न सके।

⁵²You definitely also have to take the support of matter, otherwise, this play couldn’t continue.

⁴⁸यह खेल दुःख और सुख का बना हुआ है।

⁵³This play is one of happiness and sorrow.

⁴⁹जब तुम सुख में हो तो 5 तत्वों के शरीर से ममत्व नहीं रहता है।

⁵⁴When you are happy you do not have attachment to your body of the five elements.

⁵⁰वहाँ तो पवित्र रहते हैं। ⁵¹इतना ममत्व नहीं रहता है शरीर में।

⁵⁵There, you remain pure; you don’t have attachment to your bodies.

⁵²इन 5 तत्वों का ममत्व भी छोड़ देते हैं।

⁵⁶You now have to renounce all of your attachment to the five elements of matter.

⁵³हम पवित्र बनें फिर वहाँ शरीर भी योगबल से बनते हैं इसलिए माया खींचती नहीं है।

⁵⁷You will become pure and then your bodies will be created through your power of yoga. ⁵⁸This is why Maya will not be there to pull you.

⁵⁴हमारा वह शरीर योगबल का है इसलिए दुःख ही नहीं। ⁵⁵ड्रामा कैसा वन्डरफुल बना हुआ है।

⁵⁹Those bodies of yours will be created through the power of yoga and this is why there is no sorrow there.

⁵⁶यह भी बड़ी महीन समझने की बातें हैं।

⁶⁰This drama is created in such a wonderful way!

⁵⁷जो अच्छे बुद्धिवान हैं और सर्विस में तत्पर रहते हैं वही अच्छी रीति समझा सकते हैं।

⁶¹These are very subtle matters that have to be understood. ⁶²Those who are very clever and remain present on service are able to explain very clearly.

⁵⁸बाप ने कहा है धन दिये धन ना खुटे।

⁶³The Father has said: Your wealth can never decrease by your donating it.

⁵⁹दान करते रहेंगे तो धारणा भी होगी।

⁶⁴If you continue to donate it, you will also imbibe it.

⁶⁰नहीं तो धारणा होना मुश्किल है।

⁶⁵Otherwise, it will be difficult to imbibe it.

⁶¹ऐसे मत समझो लिखने से धारणा हो जायेगी।

⁶⁶Don’t think that you can imbibe it simply by writing it down.

⁶²हाँ, लिखकर किसको कल्याण के लिए प्वाइंट्स भेज देते हैं वह और बात है।

⁶⁷Yes, you can write the points down and send them to others for their benefit; that is a separate matter.

⁶³खुद को तो काम में नहीं आती हैं।

⁶⁸Otherwise, it would be of no use to you.

⁶⁴कोई तो कागज़ लिखकर फालतू फेंक देते हैं।

⁶⁹Some just write things down and waste paper.

⁶⁵यह भी अन्दर में समझ होनी चाहिए कि मैं लिखता हूँ फिर वह काम में आता है।

⁷⁰This is also something that you have to understand internally: I write it down, but how do I use it afterwards?

⁶⁶लिखकर फेंक दिया तो उससे क्या फायदा।

⁷¹What benefit is there if, after writing it down, you throw it away?

⁶⁷यह भी आत्मा जैसे अपने को ठगती है।

⁷²This too is a way in which souls deceive themselves.

⁶⁸यह तो धारणा करने की चीज़ है।

⁷³These things have to be imbibed.

⁶⁹बाबा ने कोई लिखा हुआ थोड़ेही कण्ठ किया है।

⁷⁴The Father hasn’t memorised anything that has been written down.

⁷⁰बाप तो रोज़ समझाते रहते हैं।

⁷⁵The Father continues to explain every day.

⁷¹पहले-पहले तुम्हारा बाप से कनेक्शन हो।

⁷⁶First of all, you must have a connection with the Father.

⁷²बाप की याद से ही तुम्हारी आत्मा पवित्र बन जायेगी।

⁷⁷It is only by having remembrance of the Father that you souls can become pure.

⁷³फिर वहाँ भी तुम पवित्र रहते हो।

⁷⁸Then, when you go there, you will remain pure.

⁷⁴आत्मा और शरीर दोनों पवित्र रहते हैं।

⁷⁹The souls and the bodies both remain pure there.

⁷⁵फिर वह बल ख़लास हो जाता है तो 5 तत्वों का बल आत्मा को खींचता है।

⁸⁰After that power ends, the power of the five elements pulls souls.

⁷⁶आत्मा को घर जाने के लिए शरीर छोड़ने की दिल होती है।

⁸¹You souls now desire to renounce your bodies and return home. ⁸²You are now becoming pure.

⁷⁷तुम पावन बनकर शरीर ऐसे छोड़ेंगे जैसे मक्खन से बाल।

⁸³You will then leave your bodies as easily as a hair is pulled out of butter.

⁷⁸तुम बच्चों को शरीर सहित सब चीज़ों से ममत्व मिटा देना है।

⁸⁴You have to remove all of your attachment from everything including your own bodies.

⁷⁹हम आत्माएं बिगर शरीर आई थी, हम प्योर थी।

⁸⁵You souls came without bodies and you were pure.

⁸⁰इस दुनिया से ममत्व नहीं था।

⁸⁶You had no attachment to this world.

⁸¹वहाँ शरीर छूटे तो कोई रोते नहीं।

⁸⁷There, no one cries when a soul leaves his body.

⁸²कोई तकलीफ नहीं, बीमारी नहीं।

⁸⁸There is no difficulty or illness.

⁸³शरीर में ममत्व नहीं।

⁸⁹There is no attachment for a body.

⁸⁴जैसे आत्मा पार्ट बजाती है, एक शरीर बूढ़ा हुआ तो फिर दूसरा ले लेती है पार्ट बजाने के लिए।

⁹⁰It is as though souls are playing their parts. ⁹¹When a soul’s body grows old, he adopts another body in order to play his part.

⁸⁵वहाँ तो रावण राज्य ही नहीं है।

⁹²There is no kingdom of Ravan there.

⁸⁶तो इस समय दिल होती है जायें बाबा के पास।

⁹³At this time, there is the desire to go to the Baba.

⁸⁷बाबा कहते हैं मुझे याद करो।

⁹⁴Baba says: Remember Me.

⁸⁸यह ज्ञान बुद्धि में है।

⁹⁵This knowledge is in your intellects.

⁸⁹बाप कहते हैं पवित्र बनकर आना है।

⁹⁶The Father says: You have to become pure and come to Me.

⁹⁰अभी तो सब पतित हैं इसलिए 5 तत्वों के पुतले से मोह हो गया है, इनको छोड़ने की दिल नहीं होती है।

⁹⁷Everyone is now impure. ⁹⁸This is why there is attachment for this puppet of the five elements and no one wants to leave it.

⁹¹नहीं तो विवेक कहता है - शरीर छूट जाए और हम बाबा के पास चले जायें।

⁹⁹Otherwise, reasoning says that if we leave our bodies, we can then return to the Father.

⁹²अभी पुरूषार्थ करते हो हमको पावन बनकर बाबा के पास जाना है।

¹⁰⁰You are now making effort to become pure and return to the Father.

⁹³बाबा ने कहा है तुम तो मेरे थे, अब फिर मुझे याद करो तो आत्मा पवित्र बन जायेगी फिर यह शरीर धारण करने में भी कोई तकलीफ नहीं होगी।

¹⁰¹The Father says: You used to belong to Me. ¹⁰²You souls must now remember Me and become pure once again. ¹⁰³There, there will be no difficulty in adopting a new body.

⁹⁴अभी शरीर में मोह है तो डॉक्टर आदि को बुलाते हैं।

¹⁰⁴Here, people call a doctor etc. because they have attachment for bodies.

⁹⁵तुमको तो खुशी रहनी चाहिए हम जाते हैं बाबा के पास।

¹⁰⁵You should have the happiness that you are now to return to Baba.

⁹⁶इस शरीर से अब हमारा कनेक्शन नहीं है।

¹⁰⁶You no longer have any connections with your bodies.

⁹⁷यह शरीर तो पार्ट बजाने के लिए मिला है।

¹⁰⁷You have been given your bodies in order to play your parts.

⁹⁸वहाँ तो आत्मा और शरीर दोनों ही बड़े तन्दुरूस्त होते हैं।

¹⁰⁸There, souls and bodies are both very healthy.

⁹⁹दुःख का नाम नहीं रहता।

¹⁰⁹There is no trace of sorrow.

¹⁰⁰तो बच्चों को कितना पुरूषार्थ करना चाहिए।

¹¹⁰Therefore, you children should make a great deal of effort.

¹⁰¹अभी हम बाबा के पास जाते हैं। ¹⁰²क्यों नहीं इस शरीर को छोड़कर जायें।

¹¹¹You are now to go to Baba, so why should you not renounce your bodies and return?

¹⁰³परन्तु जब तक योग लगाकर पवित्र नहीं बने हैं, कर्मातीत अवस्था नहीं बनी है तो जा नहीं सकते हैं।

¹¹²However, until you become pure and reach your karmateet stage by having yoga, you will not be able to return to the Father.

¹⁰⁴यह ख्यालात अज्ञानी मनुष्यों को नहीं आ सकते।

¹¹³Human beings who are without this knowledge cannot have such thoughts.

¹⁰⁵तुम बच्चों को आयेंगे। ¹⁰⁶अब हमको जाना है।

¹¹⁴You children are able to have such thoughts.

¹⁰⁷पहले तो आत्मा में ताकत होती है, खुशी होती है।

¹¹⁵You now have to return. ¹¹⁶Initially, souls had power; they were happy.

¹⁰⁸कभी डर नहीं रहता।

¹¹⁷They never had any fear.

¹⁰⁹यहाँ दुःख है इसलिए मनुष्य भक्ति आदि करते हैं। ¹¹⁰परन्तु वापिस जाने का रास्ता तो जानते नहीं।

¹¹⁸People do devotion etc. because there is sorrow here, but they do not know the path to go back home.

¹¹¹जाने का रास्ता तो एक बाप ही बताते हैं।

¹¹⁹Only the one Father can show you the path to return there.

¹¹²हम बाबा के पास जायें - उसकी खुशी होती है।

¹²⁰You have the happiness that you are to return to Baba.

¹¹³बाप समझाते हैं यहाँ तुम्हारा शरीर में मोह है। ¹¹⁴यह मोह निकाल दो।

¹²¹The Father explains that you have attachment to your bodies here, and so you have to remove that attachment.

¹¹⁵यह तो 5 तत्वों का शरीर है, यह सब माया ही है।

¹²²These bodies are of five elements. ¹²³All of this is Maya.

¹¹⁶इन आंखों से जो कुछ आत्मा देखती है सब माया ही माया है।

¹²⁴Everything that you souls see with those eyes is nothing but Maya.

¹¹⁷यहाँ हर चीज़ में दुःख है।

¹²⁵Here, there is sorrow in everything.

¹¹⁸कितना गंद है।

¹²⁶There is so much dirt.

¹¹⁹स्वर्ग में तो शरीर भी फर्स्टक्लास, महल भी फर्स्टक्लास मिलेंगे।

¹²⁷The bodies in heaven are first-class and you will have first-class palaces as well.

¹²⁰दुःख की बात ही नहीं।

¹²⁸There is no question of sorrow.

¹²¹कैसा बना हुआ खेल है।

¹²⁹This play is predestined.

¹²²यह तो चिंतन में आना चाहिए ना।

¹³⁰These matters should enter your thoughts.

¹²³बाप कहते हैं और कुछ नहीं समझते हो, अच्छा बोलो बाप को याद करो तो विकर्म विनाश हो जायेंगे, स्वर्ग में चले जायेंगे।

¹³¹The Father says: If they don’t understand anything, then tell them: At least remember the Father so that your sins can be absolved and you can go to heaven.

¹²⁴हम तो आत्मा हैं।

¹³²Each of you is a soul.

¹²⁵यह शरीर रूपी दुम बाद में मिला है, इनमें हम क्यों फंसे हैं?

¹³³You receive that long tail of a body afterwards. ¹³⁴So, why have we become trapped in them?

¹²⁶बाप समझाते हैं इसको रावण राज्य कहा जाता है।

¹³⁵The Father explains: This is called the kingdom of Ravan.

¹²⁷रावण राज्य में दुःख ही दुःख है।

¹³⁶In the kingdom of Ravan, there is nothing but sorrow.

¹²⁸सतयुग में दुःख की बात नहीं।

¹³⁷There is no question of sorrow in the golden age.

¹²⁹अब बाबा की याद से हम शक्ति लेते हैं क्योंकि कमजोर बन गये हैं।

¹³⁸We are now taking power from Baba’s remembrance because we have become weak.

¹³⁰देह-अभिमान है सबसे कमजोर बनाने वाला।

¹³⁹Body consciousness makes you the most weak.

¹³¹तो बाप समझाते हैं यह ड्रामा बना हुआ है।

¹⁴⁰The Father explains that this drama is predestined.

¹³²यह बन्द नहीं हो सकता है।

¹⁴¹It can never stop.

¹³³मोक्ष आदि की बात ही नहीं है।

¹⁴²There is no question of eternal liberation etc.

¹³⁴यह तो बना-बनाया ड्रामा है।

¹⁴³This drama is predestined.

¹³⁵कहते भी हैं चिंता ताकी कीजिये… जो पास्ट हो गया वह फिर होना ही है।

¹⁴⁴It has been said: Why worry about what is destined to happen? ¹⁴⁵Whatever has passed will happen once again.

¹³⁶चिंता की बात ही नहीं।

¹⁴⁶There is no question of worrying.

¹³⁷सतयुग में खराब कुछ होता नहीं।

¹⁴⁷Nothing bad happens in the golden age.

¹³⁸यहाँ चिंता लगी है।

¹⁴⁸Here, there is worry.

¹³⁹बाप कहते हैं यह तो ड्रामा है।

¹⁴⁹The Father says: This is the drama.

¹⁴⁰बाप ने रास्ता तो बताया ही है।

¹⁵⁰The Father has shown you the way to return to Him.

¹⁴¹ऐसे तुम मेरे पास पहुँच जायेंगे।

¹⁵¹You will come to Me in this way.

¹⁴²मक्खन से बाल निकल जायेगा।

¹⁵²It is as easy as pulling a hair out of butter.

¹⁴³सिर्फ तुम मुझे याद करो तो आत्मा पवित्र हो जाये।

¹⁵³You souls simply have to remember Me and become pure.

¹⁴⁴पावन बनने की और कोई युक्ति नहीं।

¹⁵⁴There is no other way to become pure.

¹⁴⁵अभी तुम समझते हो हम रावण राज्य में बैठे हैं।

¹⁵⁵You now understand that you are sitting in the kingdom of Ravan.

¹⁴⁶वह है ईश्वरीय राज्य।

¹⁵⁶There, it is the kingdom of God.

¹⁴⁷ईश्वरीय राज्य और आसुरी राज्य का खेल है।

¹⁵⁷This play is about the kingdom of God and the kingdom of the devil.

¹⁴⁸ईश्वर कैसे आकर स्थापना करते हैं, यह किसको पता नहीं है।

¹⁵⁸No one understands how God comes and carries out establishment.

¹⁴⁹बाप को ही ज्ञान का सागर कहा जाता है।

¹⁵⁹The Father is called the Ocean of Knowledge.

¹⁵⁰वही आकर सब समझाते हैं।

¹⁶⁰Only He can come and explain everything.

¹⁵¹अभी तुम सारा ज्ञान समझ रहे हो फिर यह सारा ज्ञान भूल जायेगा।

¹⁶¹You now understand the entire knowledge. ¹⁶²Later on, you will forget all of this knowledge.

¹⁵²जिस पढ़ाई से हम यह पद पाते हैं, यह सब भूल जाता है।

¹⁶³You will even forget how you received your status through this study.

¹⁵³स्वर्ग में गये और यह नॉलेज गुम हो जाती है।

¹⁶⁴When you go to heaven, all of this knowledge will have disappeared.

¹⁵⁴भगवान् ने डबल सिरताज कैसे बनाया, वह कुछ भी नहीं जानते।

¹⁶⁵You will not know how God made you into those with double crowns.

¹⁵⁵यह भी नहीं जानता था तो दूसरे शास्त्र आदि पढ़ने वाले क्या जानें।

¹⁶⁶If this one didn’t know anything, how could others who study the scriptures etc. know anything?

¹⁵⁶उनको टच भी नहीं होगा।

¹⁶⁷This knowledge will not even touch them.

¹⁵⁷तुम आकर सुनते हो तो तुमको झट टच होता है।

¹⁶⁸You come here and listen and this is why it instantly touches you.

¹⁵⁸है सारा गुप्त।

¹⁶⁹All of this is incognito.

¹⁵⁹बाप सुनाते हैं, देखने में आता है क्या?

¹⁷⁰The Father speaks to you, but is anything visible?

¹⁶⁰समझ में आता है, आत्मा को देखा है क्या?

¹⁷¹It is understood. ¹⁷²Have you ever seen a soul?

¹⁶¹समझते हैं आत्मा है।

¹⁷³It is understood that souls exist.

¹⁶²दिव्य दृष्टि से देखा जा सकता है।

¹⁶³बाबा कहते हैं देखने से क्या समझेंगे।

¹⁷⁵The Father says: What would you understand by seeing it anyway?

¹⁶⁴आत्मा तो छोटी बिन्दी है।

¹⁷⁶Souls are just tiny points.

¹⁶⁵आत्मायें अनेक हैं।

¹⁷⁷There are countless souls.

¹⁶⁶10-20 का भी तुम साक्षात्कार करेंगे।

¹⁸⁷If someone’s body becomes ill or he goes bankrupt etc., he feels that it would be better to leave his body, that if the soul left his body he would be liberated from sorrow.

¹⁸⁰तुम पुरूषार्थ ही करते हो कि याद से पाप विनाश हो जाएं।

¹⁹⁰A great deal of sin has been committed due to Ravan, and the Father shows you the way to be liberated from that.

¹⁸³याद करते-करते शरीर छूट जाए।

¹⁹¹He simply says: Continue to remember Me.

¹⁸⁴तुम्हारे पाप आदि सब खत्म हो जायेंगे। ¹⁸⁵याद करना भी मासी का घर नहीं है।

¹⁹²You should leave your body in remembrance and all your sins etc. will then end.

¹⁹³To stay in remembrance is not as easy as going to your aunty’s home!
