⁰ 22/03/24 Morning Murli Om Shanti BapDada Madhuban

¹“मीठे बच्चे - जितना समय मिले अन्तर्मुखी रहने का पुरूषार्थ करो, बाहरमुखता में न आओ, तब ही पाप कटेंगे''

¹Essence: Sweet children, make effort to remain introverted for whatever time you have. ²Do not become extroverted. ³Only then can your sins be cut away.

²प्रश्न:- चढ़ती कला का पुरूषार्थ क्या है जो बाप हर बच्चे को सिखलाते हैं?

⁴Question: What effort must you make to have the stage of ascent which the Father teaches every child?

³उत्तर:- 1. बच्चे चढ़ती कला में जाना है तो बुद्धियोग एक बाप से लगाओ। ⁴फलाना ऐसा है, यह ऐसा करता है, इसमें यह अवगुण हैं - इन बातों में जाने की दरकार नहीं।

⁵Answer: 1) If you children want to go into the stage of ascent, connect your intellects in yoga to the one Father. ⁶There is no need to go into such aspects as: So-and-so is like that, this one does that and this; this one has defects.

⁵अवगुण देखने से मुँह मोड़ लो।

⁷Turn your faces away from anyone’s defects.

⁶2. कभी भी पढ़ाई से रूठना नहीं।

⁸2) Never sulk with this study.

⁷मुरली में जो अच्छी-अच्छी प्वाइंट्स हैं, उन्हें धारण करते रहो, तब ही चढ़ती कला हो सकती है।

⁹Continue to imbibe good points from the murlis because only then can you go into the stage of ascent.

⁸ओम् शान्ति।

¹⁰Om shanti.

⁹अभी यह है ज्ञान का क्लास और सवेरे योग का क्लास।

¹¹This class now is of knowledge, whereas the morning class is of yoga.

¹⁰योग कौन-सा?

¹²Which yoga?

¹¹यह बहुत अच्छी रीति समझाना है क्योंकि बहुत मनुष्य हठयोग में फँसे हुए हैं। ¹²जो हठयोग मनुष्य सिखलाते हैं।

¹³You have to explain this very clearly, because many human beings are trapped in the hatha yoga taught by human beings.

¹³यह है राजयोग, जो परमात्मा सिखलाते हैं क्योंकि राजा तो कोई है नहीं जो राजयोग सिखलावे।

¹⁴This is Raja Yoga that the Supreme Soul teaches because there are no kings here who can teach Raja Yoga.

¹⁴यह लक्ष्मी-नारायण भगवती-भगवान् हैं, राजयोग सीखे तब तो भविष्य में भगवती-भगवान् बनें।

¹⁵This Lakshmi and Narayan are a god and goddess. ¹⁶It is only when they study Raja Yoga that they can become a god and goddess in the future.

¹⁵यह है ही पुरूषोत्तम संगमयुग की समझानी।

¹⁷This knowledge is explained at this most auspicious confluence age.

¹⁶इसको कहा जाता है पुरूषोत्तम। ¹⁷पुरानी और नई दुनिया का बीच। ¹⁸पुराने मनुष्य और नये देवतायें।

¹⁸This is called the most auspicious age; it is between the old world and the new world, old human beings and new deities.

¹⁹इस समय सभी मनुष्य पुराने हैं।

¹⁹At this time, all human beings are old.

²⁰नई दुनिया में नई आत्मायें, देवतायें होते हैं। ²¹वहाँ मनुष्य नहीं कहेंगे।

²⁰There are new souls in the new world. ²¹They are deities; they are not called human beings.

²²भल हैं मनुष्य परन्तु दैवीगुणों वाले हैं, इसलिए देवी-देवता कहा जाता है।

²²Although they are human beings, they have divine virtues, which is why they are called deities.

²³पवित्र भी रहते हैं।

²³They also remain pure.

²⁴बाप बच्चों को समझाते हैं काम महाशत्रु है।

²⁴The Father explains to you children: Lust is the greatest enemy.

²⁵यह रावण का पहला-पहला भूत है।

²⁵It is the foremost evil spirit of Ravan.

²⁶कोई बहुत क्रोध करते हैं तो कहा जाता है - भौं-भौं क्यों करते हो!

²⁶When someone becomes very angry, people say: Why are you barking?

²⁷यह दो विकार बड़े शत्रु हैं।

²⁷These two vices are your biggest enemies.

²⁸लोभ-मोह के लिए भौं-भौं नहीं कहेंगे।

²⁸The word ‘barking’ is not used for greed or attachment.

²⁹मनुष्यों में साइन्स घमण्ड के कारण क्रोध कितना है - यह भी बहुत नुकसानकारक है।

²⁹Some people have so much anger due to the arrogance of science. ³⁰This too causes a great deal of damage.

³⁰काम का भूत आदि, मध्य, अन्त दुःख देने वाला है।

³¹The evil spirit of lust causes sorrow from its beginning, through middle to the end.

³¹एक-दो पर काम कटारी चलाते हैं।

³²They use the sword of lust on each other.

³²यह सब बातें समझकर फिर औरों को समझानी हैं।

³³You have to understand all of these aspects and then explain them to others.

³³तुम्हारे सिवाए बाप से वर्सा लेने का सच्चा रास्ता तो कोई बतला न सके।

³⁴No one except you children can show anyone the true path to claim the inheritance from the Father.

³⁴तुम बच्चे ही बता सकते हो। ³⁵बेहद के बाप से इतना बड़ा वर्सा कैसे मिलता है!

³⁵Only you children can show them this path: how they can claim their inheritance from the unlimited Father.

³⁶जो किसको समझा नहीं सकते तो जरूर पढ़ाई पर ध्यान नहीं है। ³⁷बुद्धियोग कहाँ भटकता है।

³⁶If you are not able to explain to others, it means that you are not paying attention to this study and that your intellect’s yoga is wandering elsewhere.

³⁸युद्ध का मैदान है ना।

³⁷This is a battlefield.

³⁹ऐसे कोई मत समझे - सहज बात है।

³⁸No one should think that this is easy.

⁴⁰मन के तूफान वा विकल्प ढेर के ढेर न चाहते हुए भी आयेंगे, इसमें मूँझना नहीं है।

³⁹Even though you don’t want them to come, many storms and wasteful thoughts will enter your mind. ⁴⁰Do not become confused by them.

⁴¹योगबल से ही माया भागेगी, इसमें पुरूषार्थ बहुत है।

⁴¹It is only through your power of yoga that Maya will run away.

⁴²धन्धे-धोरी में कितने थक जाते हैं क्योंकि देह-अभिमान में रहते हैं।

⁴²This takes a great deal of effort. ⁴³You become very tired in your business and work because you remain body conscious.

⁴³देह-अभिमान के कारण बहुत बातचीत करनी पड़ती है।

⁴⁴It is because of body consciousness that you have to talk so much.

⁴⁴बाप कहते हैं देही-अभिमानी बनो।

⁴⁵The Father says: Become soul conscious.

⁴⁵देही-अभिमानी बनने से जो बाप समझाते हैं वही औरों को समझायेंगे। ⁴⁶अपने को आत्मा समझ बाप को याद करो।

⁴⁶By becoming soul conscious, you will only explain to others the things that the Father explains to you: Consider yourselves to be souls and remember the Father.

⁴⁷बाप ही शिक्षा देंगे कि बच्चे बाहरमुखी नहीं होना चाहिए।

⁴⁷The Father gives you teachings: Children, do not become extroverted.

⁴⁸अन्तर्मुखी होना है।

⁴⁸Become introverted.

⁴⁹भल कहाँ बाहरमुखी होना भी पड़े, फिर भी जितनी फुर्सत मिले कोशिश कर अन्तर्मुखी होना चाहिए, तब ही पाप कटेंगे।

⁴⁹Although you do sometimes have to become extroverted, try to become introverted for whatever time you have. ⁵⁰Only then will your sins be cut away.

⁵⁰नहीं तो न पाप कटेंगे, न ऊंच पद पायेंगे।

⁵¹Otherwise, neither will your sins be cut away nor will you attain a high status.

⁵¹जन्म-जन्मान्तर के पाप सिर पर हैं।

⁵²There is a burden of sins of many births on your heads.

⁵²सबसे जास्ती पाप ब्राह्मणों के हैं, उनमें भी नम्बरवार हैं।

⁵³Brahmins have performed the most sin and they are also numberwise in this.

⁵³जो बहुत ऊंच बनते हैं, वही बिल्कुल नीच भी बनते हैं।

⁵⁴Those who become very high also become very low.

⁵⁴जो प्रिन्स बनते हैं उनको ही फिर बेगर भी बनना है।

⁵⁵Those who become princes then have to become beggars.

⁵⁵ड्रामा को अच्छी रीति समझना है, जो पहले आये हैं वह पिछाड़ी में आयेंगे।

⁵⁶You have to understand this drama very well. ⁵⁷Those who come at the beginning will also come at the end.

⁵⁶जो पहले पावन बनते हैं वही पहले पतित बनते हैं।

⁵⁸Those who become pure first also become impure first.

⁵⁷बाप कहते हैं मैं भी आता ही हूँ इनके बहुत जन्मों के अन्त में, सो भी जब वानप्रस्थ अवस्था है।

⁵⁹The Father says: I enter this one’s body in the last of his many births; that too is when he is in his stage of retirement.

⁵⁸इस समय छोटे-बड़े सबकी वानप्रस्थ अवस्था है।

⁶⁰At this time, young and old, all are in their stage of retirement.

⁵⁹बाप के लिए गायन भी है सर्व की सद्गति करने वाले।

⁶¹There is the praise of the Father: The One who grants salvation to all.

⁶⁰वह होती ही है पुरूषोत्तम संगमयुग पर।

⁶²That happens at the most auspicious confluence age.

⁶¹यह पुरूषोत्तम संगमयुग भी याद रखना चाहिए।

⁶³You should remember the auspicious confluence age.

⁶²जैसे मनुष्यों को कलियुग याद है, संगमयुग सिर्फ तुमको याद है।

⁶⁴People remember the iron age, whereas only you remember the auspicious confluence age.

⁶³तुम्हारे में भी नम्बरवार हैं।

⁶⁵However, you too are numberwise.

⁶⁴बहुतों को तो अपना गोरखधन्धा ही याद रहता है।

⁶⁶Many of you only remember your mundane business.

⁶⁵बाहर से मुँह हटा हुआ हो तो धारणा भी हो जाए।

⁶⁷Once your face has turned away from the external, you can imbibe this knowledge.

⁶⁶एक कहावत है - अन्तकाल जो स्त्री सिमरे… जो गीत वा श्लोक अच्छे-अच्छे हैं, जिनका हमारे ज्ञान से कनेक्शन है, वह रखने चाहिए।

⁶⁸There is a saying: Your next birth is according to whatever you remember in your final moments. ⁶⁹The good sayings and songs that apply to our knowledge are worth keeping.

⁶⁷जैसे छी-छी दुनिया से जाना ही होगा। ⁶⁸दूसरा, नैन हीन को राह दिखाओ… ऐसे-ऐसे गीत अपने पास रखने चाहिए।

⁷⁰For instance, there is a song: “Now you have to leave this dirty world”, and another is: “Show the path to those who are blind.”

⁶⁹बनाये तो मनुष्यों ने हैं, जिनको इस संगम का पता ही नहीं है। ⁷⁰इस समय सब ज्ञान नैनहीन अन्धे हैं।

⁷¹You should keep such songs. ⁷²Human beings have composed these but they don’t have any awareness of the confluence age.

⁷¹जब परमात्मा आये तब आकर राह दिखाये।

⁷³At this time, all are blind and have no eye of knowledge.

⁷²अकेले को तो नहीं दिखायेंगे। ⁷³यह है उनकी शिव शक्ति सेना।

⁷⁴It is only when the Supreme Soul comes that He can show everyone the path.

⁷⁴यह शक्ति सेना क्या करती है?

⁷⁵He does not show this to only one person.

⁷⁵श्रीमत पर नई दुनिया की स्थापना।

⁷⁶This is His Shiv Shakti Army.

⁷⁶तुम भी राजयोग सीखते हो जो भगवान् के सिवाए कोई सिखला न सके।

⁷⁷What does this Shakti Army do? ⁷⁸They establish the new world on the basis of shrimat.

⁷⁷भगवान् तो निराकार है, उनको तो अपना शरीर है नहीं, बाकी जो भी हैं सब शरीरधारी हैं।

⁷⁹You are also studying Raja Yoga which no one except God can teach. ⁸⁰God is incorporeal. ⁸¹He does not have a body of His own.

⁷⁸ऊंच ते ऊंच तो एक बाप ही है, जो तुमको पढ़ाते हैं।

⁸²All the rest are bodily beings. ⁸³The Highest on High is only the one Father.

⁷⁹यह तो तुम ही जानो।

⁸⁴He is teaching you.

⁸⁰तुम्हारे में भी नम्बरवार हैं तो तुमको वारनिंग देनी चाहिए।

⁸⁵Only you know this. ⁸⁶You are all also numberwise. ⁸⁷Therefore, you should issue a warning.

⁸¹बड़े-बड़े अखबार में डालना चाहिए। ⁸²मनुष्य जो योग सिखलाते हैं, वह है हठयोग। ⁸³राजयोग एक परमपिता परमात्मा बाप ही सिखलाते हैं, जिससे मुक्ति-जीवनमुक्ति मिलती है।

⁸⁸Print in a big newspaper that the yoga that human beings teach is hatha yoga whereas only the one Father, the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, can teach Raja Yoga through which you receive liberation and liberation-in-life.

⁸⁴हठयोग से दोनों नहीं मिलते।

⁸⁹You cannot receive either through hatha yoga.

⁸⁵वह है हठयोग जो कि परमपरा से चला आता है, पुराना है।

⁹⁰That is hatha yoga, which has existed since the beginning. ⁹¹It is old.

⁸⁶यह राजयोग सिर्फ संगमयुग पर बाप सिखलाते हैं।

⁹²This Raja Yoga can only be taught by the Father at the confluence age.

⁸⁷बाबा ने समझाया है जब भाषण करते हो तो टॉपिक्स निकालनी चाहिए।

⁹³Baba has explained that when you give a lecture, you should first select a topic, but you don’t do that.

⁸⁸परन्तु ऐसे करते नहीं हैं।

⁹⁴There are very few who follow this shrimat.

⁸⁹श्रीमत पर चलने वाले बहुत थोड़े हैं। ⁹⁰पहले भाषण लिखो फिर पक्का करो तो याद आयेगा।

⁹⁵First write out your lecture and prepare it so that you are able to remember everything.

⁹¹तुमको ओरली भाषण करना है। ⁹²तुमको पढ़कर तो सुनाना नहीं है।

⁹⁶You have to give your lecture orally, not read it from a piece of paper.

⁹³विचार सागर मंथन कर भाषण करने की त़ाकत उसमें रहेगी जो अपने को आत्मा समझकर फिर बोलते हैं।

⁹⁷Those who churn the ocean of knowledge and speak while considering themselves to be souls will have the power to give a lecture.

⁹⁴हम भाइयों को सुनाते हैं, ऐसे समझने से त़ाकत रहेगी।

⁹⁸There will be power by staying in the consciousness of speaking to your brothers.

⁹⁵यह बहुत ऊंची मंज़िल है ना।

⁹⁹This is a very high destination.

⁹⁶पान का बीड़ा उठाना मासी का घर नहीं है।

¹⁰⁰To take responsibility is not like going to your aunty’s home!

⁹⁷जितना तुम रूसतम बनेंगे, उतना माया का वार होगा।

¹⁰¹The more powerful you become, the more powerfully Maya will attack you.

⁹⁸अंगद वा महावीर भी रूसतम था, तब कहा रावण भी हमको हिलाकर दिखाये।

¹⁰²Angad and Mahavir were also very powerful. ¹⁰³That was why they challenged Ravan to try and shake them.

⁹⁹यह स्थूल बातें नहीं।

¹⁰⁴That was not a physical aspect.

¹⁰⁰शास्त्रों में यह दन्त कथायें हैं।

¹⁰⁵There are many tall stories in the scriptures.

¹⁰¹यह कान जो परमात्मा बाप का सुनहरी ज्ञान सुनने वाले थे वह दन्त कथायें सुन-सुनकर एकदम पत्थर बन गये हैं।

¹⁰⁶Your ears, that were once accustomed to hearing the golden versions spoken by God, the Supreme Father, have now become like stone by listening to those tall stories.

¹⁰²भक्ति मार्ग में माथा भी घिसाया तो पैसा भी गँवाया। ¹⁰³सीढ़ी नीचे ही उतरते आये।

¹⁰⁷On the path of devotion, you lost all your money and wore out your foreheads as you continued to descend the ladder.

¹⁰⁴84 जन्मों की भी कहानी है ना।

¹⁰⁸There is the story of 84 births.

¹⁰⁵जो भी भक्ति की है, नीचे ही उतरे हैं।

¹⁰⁹By following the path of devotion you continued to come down.

¹⁰⁶अब बाप ऊपर चढ़ना सिखलाते हैं।

¹¹⁰The Father is now teaching you how to climb up again.

¹⁰⁷अब तुम्हारी चढ़ती कला है।

¹¹¹It is now your stage of ascent.

¹⁰⁸अगर बुद्धियोग बाप के साथ नहीं लगायेंगे तो जरूर नीचे ही गिरेंगे।

¹¹²If you do not engage your intellects in yoga with the Father you will definitely fall.

¹⁰⁹बाप को याद करते हो तो ऊपर चढ़ते हो।

¹¹³When you remember the Father, you climb up.

¹¹⁰मेहनत है बहुत, परन्तु बच्चे ग़फलत करते हैं।

¹¹⁴It takes a great deal of effort, but some children become careless.

¹¹¹धन्धे में बाप को और नॉलेज को भूल जाते हैं।

¹¹⁵While at your business you forget the Father and this knowledge.

¹¹²माया त़ूफान में लाती है - फलाना ऐसा है, यह करता है, यह ब्राह्मणी ऐसी है, इसमें यह अवगुण है।

¹¹⁶Maya brings many storms: So-and-so is like this; he does that; this teacher is like this; this one has this defect.

¹¹³अरे, इसमें तुम्हारा क्या जाता है!

¹¹⁷Oh! but what concern is that of yours?

¹¹⁴सर्वगुण सम्पन्न तो कोई बना नहीं है।

¹¹⁸No one has yet become full of all virtues and complete.

¹¹⁵कोई का अवगुण न देख गुण ग्रहण करना है।

¹¹⁹Do not look at the defects of others but just imbibe their virtues.

¹¹⁶अवगुण देखो तो मुँह मोड़ लो।

¹²⁰Turn your faces away from anyone’s defects.

¹¹⁷मुरली तो मिलती है वह सुनते धारण करते रहो।

¹²¹You receive murlis and so you should listen to them and imbibe them.

¹¹⁸बुद्धि से समझना है यह बाबा की बात बिल्कुल ठीक है।

¹²²Use your intellects to understand whether the things Baba tells you are correct.

¹¹⁹जो बात ठीक न लगे, छोड़ देनी चाहिए।

¹²³Just put aside any aspect that doesn’t appeal to you.

¹²⁰पढ़ाई से कभी रूठना नहीं चाहिए।

¹²⁴You must never sulk with this study.

¹²¹ब्राह्मणी से वा पढ़ाई से रूठना गोया बाप से रूठना।

¹²⁵If you sulk with a teacher or the study, it means you are sulking with the Father.

¹²²ऐसे बहुत बच्चे हैं, जो फिर सेन्टर पर नहीं आते हैं।

¹²⁶There are many children who don’t go to a centre.

¹²³भल कोई कैसा भी है तुम्हारा काम मुरली से है, मुरली जो सुनाये उनमें से अच्छी-अच्छी प्वाइंट्स धारण करनी है।

¹²⁷No matter what someone is like, your concern is with the murli. ¹²⁸Whoever reads the murli, listen to it and imbibe the points from it that are good.

¹²⁴किसी से बात करने में मजा नहीं आता तो शान्त करके मुरली सुनकर चले जाना चाहिए।

¹²⁹If you don’t find pleasure in talking to anyone, then remain quiet, listen to the murli and go home.

¹²⁵रूठना नहीं चाहिए कि हम यहाँ नहीं आयेंगे।

¹³⁰Do not sulk or say, “I will not come here.”

¹²⁶नम्बरवार तो हैं।

¹³¹Everyone is numberwise.

¹²⁷यह भी अच्छा है जो सुबह को तुम याद में बैठते हो।

¹³²It is also good that you sit in remembrance early in the morning.

¹²⁸बाबा आकर सर्च लाइट देते हैं।

¹³³Baba comes to give a searchlight.

¹²⁹बाबा अनुभव सुनाते हैं जब बैठते हैं तो जो अनन्य हैं वह बच्चे पहले याद आते हैं।

¹³⁴Baba relates his experience. ¹³⁵When he sits, he first remembers his special children.

¹³⁰भल विलायत में हैं, कलकत्ते में हैं, तो पहले अनन्य को याद कर सर्चलाइट देते हैं।

¹³⁶Whether they are abroad or in Calcutta, he remembers the special ones and gives them a searchlight.

¹³¹बच्चे तो भल यहाँ भी बैठे हैं परन्तु बाबा याद उनको करते हैं जो सर्विस करते हैं।

¹³⁷Although you children are sitting here, Baba remembers those who do service.

¹³²जैसे अच्छे बच्चे शरीर छोड़ जाते हैं तो उनकी आत्मा को भी याद करते हैं, बहुत सर्विस करके गये हैं।

¹³⁸When the good children who had been doing service have left their bodies, Baba remembers those souls, that they departed having done a lot of service.

¹³³तो जरूर यहाँ ही नज़दीक कोई घर में होंगे।

¹³⁹They would surely have taken birth in a home close by.

¹³⁴तो उनको भी बाबा याद कर सर्चलाइट देते हैं। ¹³⁵हैं तो सब बाबा के बच्चे।

¹⁴⁰Therefore, Baba also remembers them and gives them a searchlight.

¹³⁶परन्तु कौन-कौन अच्छी सर्विस करते हैं, यह तो सब जानते हैं।

¹⁴¹In fact, all are Baba’s children, but everyone knows which ones do good service.

¹³⁷बाबा ने कहा - यहाँ सर्चलाइट दो, तो देते हैं।

¹⁴²Baba has said: Give a searchlight here. ¹⁴³Then he gives it.

¹³⁸दो इन्जन हैं ना।

¹⁴⁴There are two engines.

¹³⁹यह भी इतना ऊंच पद पाते हैं तो जरूर ताकत होगी।

¹⁴⁵This one attains a high status and so surely he has some power.

¹⁴⁰भल बाबा कहते हैं हमेशा यही समझो कि शिवबाबा पढ़ाते हैं तो उनकी याद रहनी चाहिए। ¹⁴¹बाकी यह तो समझते हो यहाँ दो बत्ती हैं।

¹⁴⁶Baba says: Always consider it to be Shiv Baba who is teaching you for you have to remember Him, but you do understand that there are two lights.

¹⁴²और तो कोई में दो बत्ती नहीं हैं इसलिए यहाँ दो बत्तियों के सम्मुख आते हैं तो अच्छी तरह से रिफ्रेश होते हैं।

¹⁴⁷There cannot be two lights in anyone else. ¹⁴⁸This is why you come in front of the two lights and become very refreshed.

¹⁴³टाइम भी सवेरे का अच्छा है।

¹⁴⁹The early hours of the morning are very good.

¹⁴⁴स्नान कर छत पर एकान्त में चले जाना चाहिए।

¹⁵⁰After taking a bath, you can go on to the roof and sit in solitude.

¹⁴⁵बाबा ने इसलिए बड़ी-बड़ी छतें बनाई हैं।

¹⁵¹This is why Baba has had big roofs made.

¹⁴⁶पादरी लोग भी एकदम साइलेन्स में जाते हैं, जरूर क्राइस्ट को याद करते होंगे।

¹⁵²Priests also walk in total silence; they must surely be remembering Christ.

¹⁴⁷गॉड को जानते नहीं।

¹⁵³They don’t know God.

¹⁴⁸अगर गॉड को याद करते होंगे तो शिवलिंग ही बुद्धि में आता होगा।

¹⁵⁴If they remembered God, a Shivlingam would enter their intellects.

¹⁴⁹अपनी मस्ती में जाते हैं, तो उनसे गुण उठाना है।

¹⁵⁵They stay in their own intoxication. ¹⁵⁶You should pick up that virtue from them.

¹⁵⁰दतात्रेय के लिए भी कहते हैं वह सबसे गुण उठाते थे।

¹⁵⁷It is said of Dattatreya that he picked up virtues from everyone.

¹⁵¹तुम बच्चे भी नम्बरवार दत्तात्रेय हो।
