¹समय प्रमाण स्वराज्य अधिकारी बन सर्व रूहानी साधन तीव्रगति से कार्य में लगाओ

¹According to the time, become a self-sovereign and ²use all your spiritual facilities at a fast speed.

²आज बापदादा विश्व के सर्व तरफ के अपने स्वराज्य अधिकारी बच्चों की राज्य सभा देख रहे हैं।

³Today, BapDada is seeing a gathering of His self-sovereign children all over the world.

³हर एक स्वराज्य अधिकारी, पवित्रता की लाइट के ताजधारी, अधिकार की स्मृति के तिलकधारी, अपने-अपने भृकुटी के अकाल तख्तनशीन दिखाई दे रहे हैं।

⁴Each one is seen as one who has a right to self-sovereignty, one who is wearing a crown of the light of purity, one who has applied a tilak of the awareness of having all rights and is seated on his immortal throne in the centre of his forehead.

⁴इस समय जितना स्वराज्य अधिकार अनुभव करते हो उतना ही भविष्य विश्व राज्य अधिकारी है ही हैं।

⁵To the extent that you experience having all rights to self-sovereignty at this time, accordingly, you will claim all rights to the sovereignty of the world in the future.

⁵“मैं कौन'' वा “मेरा भविष्य क्या? ⁶'' वह अब के स्वराज्य की स्थिति द्वारा स्वयं ही देख सकते हो।

⁶"Who am I?" and, "What is my future?" - with your stage of self-sovereignty at this time, each of you can see this for yourself.

⁷बापदादा हर एक बच्चे के सदा स्वराज्य की स्थिति को देख रहे थे।

⁷BapDada was seeing the constant stage of self-sovereignty of each child.

⁸निरन्तर हर कर्म करते हुए, लौकिक अलौकिक कार्य करते हुए स्वराज्य अधिकारी का नशा कितना समय और किस परसेन्टेज़ में रहता है?

⁸As you perform each action, as you perform a lokik or alokik task, for how long and to what percentage do you constantly experience the intoxication of being one who has all rights to self-sovereignty?

⁹क्योंकि कई बच्चे अपने स्वराज्य के स्मृति को संकल्प रूप में याद करते हैं - मैं आत्मा अधिकारी हूँ, एक है संकल्प में सोचना। ¹⁰बार-बार स्मृति को रिफ्रेश करना - मैं हूँ।

⁹Many children remain aware of their self-sovereignty in their thoughts: I am a soul who has all rights. ¹⁰One thing is to have this in your thoughts: to refresh your awareness again and again: I am this.

¹¹दूसरा है - अधिकार के स्वरूप में स्वयं को अनुभव करना और इन कर्मेन्द्रियों रूपी कर्मचारी मन-बुद्धि-संस्कार रूपी सहयोगी साथियों पर राज्य करना, अधिकार से चलाना।

¹¹The other is to experience yourself in the form of having all rights and to rule over your senses, your workers, your mind, intellect and sanskars, your co-operative companions, and have the authority to make them work.

¹²जैसे आप सभी बच्चे अनुभवी हो कि हर समय बापदादा श्रीमत पर चला रहा है और आप सभी श्रीमत प्रमाण चल रहे हो।

¹²It is just as if all of you children experience at every moment that BapDada is making you move along according to shrimat and so all of you do move along according to shrimat.

¹³चलाने वाला चला रहा है, चलने वाले चल रहे हो।

¹³The One who makes everyone move is making you move and you, who move, are moving along.

¹⁴ऐसे हे स्वराज्य अधिकारी आत्मायें क्या आपके स्वराज्य में आपकी सर्व कर्मेन्द्रियां अर्थात् कर्मचारी आपके मन-बुद्धि-संस्कार सहयोगी साथी सभी आपके ऑर्डर में चल रहे हैं?

¹⁴O self-sovereign souls, are your senses, that is, your workers, your minds, intellects and sanskars, your co-operative companions, working under your orders in this way? ¹⁵Are they working under your orders? ¹⁶All of them?

¹⁵एक दो कर्मेन्द्रियां थोड़ा नाज़-नखड़ा तो नहीं दिखाती?

¹⁷One or two of the senses are not showing any mischievous games, are they?

¹⁶आपका राज्य लॉ और ऑर्डर के बजाए लव और लॉ में यथार्थ रीति से चल रहा है?

¹⁸Is your kingdom functioning accurately with love and law? ¹⁹Instead of law and order, is it functioning accurately with love and law? ²⁰Is it functioning well?

¹⁷क्या समझते हैं?

²¹What do you think?

¹⁸चल रहे हैं या थोड़ी आनाकानी करते हैं?

²²Is it functioning well, or are there sometimes some arguments?

¹⁹जब कहते ही हो मेरा हाथ, मेरे संस्कार, मेरी बुद्धि, मेरा मन, तो मेरे के ऊपर मैं का अधिकार है?

²³Since you say, “My hand, my sanskars, my intellect, my mind”, do you therefore have all rights over that which is yours?

²⁰कि कब मेरा अधिकारी बन जाता, कब मैं अधिकारी बन जाती?

²⁴Or, is it that sometimes that which is yours has a right over you and sometimes you have a right over that which is yours?

²¹समय प्रमाण हे स्वराज्य अधिकारी अभी सदा और सहज अकाल तख्तनशीन बनो तब ही अन्य आत्माओं को बाप द्वारा जीवन-मुक्ति और मुक्ति का अधिकार तीव्रगति से दिला सकेंगे।

²⁵O self-sovereign souls, according to the time, now constantly and easily be seated on your immortal thrones. ²⁶Only then can you enable other souls to receive the right to liberation-in-life or liberation from the Father quickly.

²²समय की पुकार अब तीव्रगति और बेहद की है।

²⁷The call of time is now very fast and unlimited.

²³छोटी सी रिहर्सल देखी, सुनी।

²⁸What you just saw and heard was a small rehearsal!

²⁴एक ही साथ बेहद का नक्शा देखा ना!

²⁹You saw the unlimited plan at once, did you not?

²⁵चिल्लाना भी बेहद, मरना भी बेहद, मरने वालों के साथ-साथ जीने वाले भी अपने जीवन में परेशानी से मर रहे हैं।

³⁰The crying out is unlimited; that dying is unlimited. ³¹Along with those dying, even those who are still alive are dying in distress.

²⁶ऐसे समय पर आप स्वराज्य अधिकारी आत्माओं का क्या कार्य है?

³²What is the duty of you self-sovereign souls at such a time?

²⁷चेक करो जैसे स्थूल साधनों के लिए बताते हैं भूकम्प आवे तो यह करना, तूफान आवे तो यह करना, आग लगे तो यह करना, वैसे आप श्रेष्ठ आत्माओं के पास जो साधन हैं - सर्व शक्तियां, योग का बल, स्नेह का चुम्बक, यह सब साधन समय के लिए तैयार हैं?

³³Check this! ³⁴For instance, for physical situations they show you what to do at the time of an earthquake, what to do when there are storms, what to do when there is a fire. ³⁵In the same way, are all the many facilities that you elevated souls have: all the powers, the power of yoga, the magnet of love, ready for such a time?

²⁸सर्व शक्तियां हैं?

³⁶Do you have all the powers?

²⁹किसको शान्ति की शक्ति चाहिए लेकिन आप और कोई शक्ति दे दो तो वह सन्तुष्ट होगी?

³⁷If someone wants the power of peace and you give him some other power, would he be content?

³⁰जैसे किसको पानी चाहिए और आप उसको 36 प्रकार के भोजन दे दो तो क्या वह सन्तुष्ट होगा?

³⁸For instance, if someone wants water and you give him 36 varieties of food, would he be content?

³¹तो एवररेडी बनना सिर्फ अपने अशरीरी बनने के लिए नहीं।

³⁹Therefore, become ever ready, not just in becoming bodiless.

³²वह तो बनना ही है।

⁴⁰You are to become that anyway!

³³लेकिन जो साधन स्वराज्य अधिकार से प्राप्त हुए हैं, परमात्म वर्से में मिले हैं वह सब अधिकार एवररेडी हैं?

⁴¹However, are you ever-ready with all the facilities you have attained with your self-sovereignty and those you have received as an inheritance from God?

³⁴ऐसे तो नहीं जैसे समाचारों में सुनते हो कि जो मशीनरी इस समय चाहिए वह फारेन से आने के बाद कार्य में लगाया गया।

⁴²It isn’t, as you hear in the news, that they can only use the machinery that they want when it comes from abroad, is it?

³⁵तो साधन एवररेडी नहीं रहे ना!

⁴³That means that the facilities were not ever ready, were they?

³⁶सर्व साधन समय पर कार्य में नहीं लगा सके।

⁴⁴That you weren't able to use all the facilities at the time of need.

³⁷कितना नुकसान हो गया!

⁴⁵So much damage was caused!

³⁸तो हे विश्व कल्याणी, विश्व परिवर्तक आत्मायें सर्व साधन एवररेडी हैं?

⁴⁶O world-benefactors, world-transformer souls, are all of your facilities ever-ready?

³⁹सर्वशक्तियां आपके ऑर्डर में हैं?

⁴⁷Are all your powers under your orders?

⁴⁰ऑर्डर किया अर्थात् संकल्प किया - निर्णय शक्ति। ⁴¹तो सेकण्ड से भी कम समय में निर्णय शक्ति हाज़िर हो जाए, कहे स्वराज्य अधिकारी हाजिर।

⁴⁸As soon as you give an order, that is, as soon as you have the thought to order your decision-making power, then, does your decision-making power become present in less than a second? ⁴⁹To the self-sovereign with all rights present?

⁴²ऐसे ऑर्डर में है?

⁵⁰Is everything in such order?

⁴³या एक मिनट अपने में लाने में लगेगा फिर दूसरे को दे सकेंगे?

⁵¹Or, does it take a minute to bring this into yourselves and it is only then that you are able to donate to others?

⁴⁴अगर समय पर किसको जो चाहिए वह नहीं दे सके तो क्या होगा?

⁵²What would happen if you are unable to donate to others what they want at that time?

⁴⁵तो सभी बच्चों के दिल में यह संकल्प तो चल ही रहा है - आगे क्या होना है और क्या करना है?

⁵³All of you children have these thoughts in your hearts: What is going to happen in the future? ⁵⁴What do we have to do?

⁴⁶होना तो बहुत कुछ है।

⁵⁵Plenty will happen!

⁴⁷सुनाया ना यह तो रिहर्सल है।

⁵⁶You were told that this is just a rehearsal.

⁴⁸यह 6 मास के तैयारी की घण्टी बजी है, घण्टा नहीं बजा है।

⁵⁷This is just a small bell for the preparation of six months. ⁵⁸The big bell hasn't rung yet.

⁴⁹पहले घण्टा बजेगा, फिर नगाड़ा बजेगा।

⁵⁹First, the big bell will ring and then the drums will beat.

⁵⁰डरेंगे?

⁶⁰Will you be afraid?

⁵¹थोड़ा-थोड़ा डरेंगे?

⁶¹Will you be a little afraid?

⁵²शक्ति स्वरूप आत्माओं का क्या स्वरूप दिखाया है?

⁶²What form has been portrayed of the souls who are embodiments of power?

⁵³शक्तियों को (शक्ति स्वरूप में पाण्डव भी आ गये तो शक्तियां भी आ गई) सदा शक्तियों को कोई को 4 भुजा, कोई को 6 भुजा, कोई को 8 भुजा, कोई को 16 भुजा, साधारण नहीं दिखाते हैं।

⁶³The Shakti form includes the form of the Pandavas as well as the Shaktis. ⁶⁴Some Shaktis have four arms, some have six arms, some have eight arms and some have 16 arms. ⁶⁵They are not shown to be ordinary.

⁵⁴यह भुजायें सर्व शक्तियों का सूचक हैं इसलिए सर्वशक्तिवान द्वारा प्राप्त अपनी शक्तियों को इमर्ज करो।

⁶⁶These arms are a symbol of all the powers. ⁶⁷Therefore, make all the powers that you have attained from the Almighty Authority emerge.

⁵⁵इसके लिए यह नहीं सोचो कि समय आने पर इमर्ज हो जायेंगी लेकिन सारे दिन में स्वयं प्रति भिन्न-भिन्न शक्तियां यूज़ करके देखो।

⁶⁸Don’t think that they will emerge when the time comes, but use all the different powers throughout the day and then just see!

⁵⁶सबसे पहला अभ्यास स्वराज्य अधिकार सारे दिन में कहाँ तक कार्य में लगता है?

⁶⁹To what extent do you put the first practice of all into your activity - that of self-sovereignty?

⁵⁷मैं तो हूँ ही आत्मा मालिक, यह नहीं। ⁵⁸मालिक होके ऑर्डर करो और चेक करो कि हर कर्मेन्द्रियां मुझ राजा के लव और लॉ में चलते हैं?

⁷⁰Not, "I am a soul, a master, anyway!" but be the master and issue an order and check whether every sense is working with the love and law of you, their king.

⁵⁹ऑर्डर करें मनमनाभव और मन जाये निगेटिव और वेस्ट थाट्स में, क्या यह लव और लॉ रहा?

⁷¹If you give an order to become “Manmanabhav” and your mind goes towards negative and wasteful thoughts, then is this love and law?

⁶⁰ऑर्डर करें मधुरता स्वरूप बनना है और समस्या अनुसार, परिस्थिति अनुसार क्रोध का महारूप नहीं लेकिन सूक्ष्म रूप में भी आवेश वा चिड़चिड़ापन आ रहा है, क्या यह ऑर्डर है?

⁷²You give an order that you are to become an embodiment of sweetness, but, because of problems and adverse situations, there is not a great form of anger, but a subtle force or irritation then is this in order?

⁶¹ऑर्डर में हुआ?

⁷³Is this in order?

⁶²ऑर्डर करें हमें निर्मान बनना है और वायुमण्डल अनुसार सोचो कहाँ तक दबकर चलेंगे, कुछ तो दिखाना चाहिए।

⁷⁴You give yourself an order to be humble, but, according to the atmosphere, you ask yourself: "For how long must I continue to be suppressed? ⁷⁵I must show something!"

⁶³क्या मुझे ही दबना है?

⁷⁶"Do I have to remain suppressed?

⁶⁴मुझे ही मरना है!

⁷⁷"Do I have to die?

⁶⁵मुझे ही बदलना है?

⁷⁸Is it I who has to change?"

⁶⁶क्या यह लव और ऑर्डर है?

⁷⁹So, is this love and order?

⁶⁷इसलिए विश्व के ऊपर, चिल्लाने वाले दुःखी आत्माओं के ऊपर रहम करने के पहले अपने ऊपर रहम करो।

⁸⁰This is why, before you have mercy for the world and for sorrowful souls who are crying out, each of you must have mercy on yourself!

⁶⁸अपना अधिकार सम्भालो।

⁸¹Look after your rights!

⁶⁹आगे चल आपको चारों ओर सकाश देने का, वायब्रेशन देने का, मन्सा द्वारा वायुमण्डल बनाने का बहुत कार्य करना है।

⁸²As you progress further, you will have to carry out a lot of work of giving sakaash, of giving vibrations and of creating an atmosphere with your thoughts.

⁷⁰पहले भी सुनाया कि अभी तक जो जो जहाँ तक सेवा के निमित्त हैं, बहुत अच्छी की है और करेंगे भी लेकिन अभी समय प्रमाण तीव्रगति और बेहद सेवा की आवश्यकता है।

⁸³You were told earlier that up to now, whoever is an instrument for whatever service has to be done, you are doing that very well and will continue to do so. ⁸⁴However, now, according to the time, there is a need for unlimited service to be done at a fast speed.

⁷¹तो अभी पहले हर दिन को चेक करो स्वराज्य अधिकार कहाँ तक रहा?

⁸⁵Therefore, now, first of all, check every day: To what extent do I have self-sovereignty?

⁷²आत्मा मालिक होके कर्मेन्द्रियों को चलाये।

⁸⁶Each soul is the master who makes his senses work.

⁷³स्मृति स्वरूप रहे कि मैं मालिक इन साथियों से, सहयोगियों से कार्य करा रहा हूँ।

⁸⁷Be an embodiment of this awareness: I, the master, am making these co-operative companions do everything.

⁷⁴स्वरूप में नशा रहे तो स्वतः ही यह सब कर्मेन्द्रियां आपके आगे जी हाजिर, जी हजूर स्वतः ही करेंगी।

⁸⁸When you have the intoxication of that form of yours, then all these senses will automatically say, "Yes, my lord! ⁸⁹Present, my lord!" in front of you.

⁷⁵मेहनत नहीं करनी पड़ेगी।

⁹⁰You won’t have to make effort.

⁷⁶आज व्यर्थ संकल्प को मिटाओ, आज संस्कार को मिटाओ, आज निर्णय शक्ति को प्रगट करो।

⁹¹"Today, finish all waste thoughts. ⁹²Today, finish all sanskars. ⁹³Today, make your decision-making power emerge."

⁷⁷एक धक से सब कर्मेन्द्रियां और मन-बुद्धि-संस्कार जो आप चाहते हैं, वह करेंगी।

⁹⁴All your physical senses and your mind, intellect and sanskars will do whatever you want at once.

⁷⁸अभी कहते हैं ना - बाबा चाहते तो यह हैं लेकिन अभी इतना नहीं हुआ है… फिर कहेंगे जो चाहते हैं वह हो गया, सहज।

⁹⁵You now say: Baba, as yet I haven’t done as much as I want to! ⁹⁶Then, you will say, "I have easily been able to do that what I wanted!

⁷⁹तो समझा क्या करना है?

⁹⁷Therefore, do you understand what you have to do?

⁸⁰अपने अधिकार की सिद्धियों को कार्य में लगाओ।

⁹⁸Use the fruits of your rights practically.

⁸¹आर्डर करो संस्कार को।

⁹⁹Order your sanskars!

⁸²संस्कार आपको क्यों आर्डर करता?

¹⁰⁰Why do your sanskars order you?

⁸³संस्कार नहीं मिटता, क्यों?

¹⁰¹Why don't your sanskars finish?

⁸⁴बंधा हुआ है संस्कार आपके ऑर्डर में।

¹⁰²Your sanskars are bound to your orders.

⁸⁵मालिकपन लाओ।

¹⁰³Bring about your authority of being their master.

⁸⁶तो औरों के सेवा की बहुत-बहुत-बहुत-बहुत आवश्यकता है।

¹⁰⁴So, there is a very, very, very, very great need to serve others.

⁸⁷यह तो कुछ भी नहीं है, बहुत नाज़ुक समय आना ही है।

¹⁰⁵This is nothing! ¹⁰⁶Very delicate times are yet to come!

⁸⁸ऐसे समय पर आप उड़ती कला द्वारा फरिश्ता बन चारों ओर चक्कर लगाते, जिसको शान्ति चाहिए, जिसको खुशी चाहिए, जिसको सन्तुष्टता चाहिए, फरिश्ते रूप में सकाश देने का चक्कर लगायेंगे और वह अनुभव करेंगे।

¹⁰⁷At such times, you will become angels and, with your flying stage, you will go all around and give peace to those who want peace, happiness to those who want happiness, contentment to those who want contentment. ¹⁰⁸You will go around in your angelic forms and give sakaash and they will experience this.

⁸⁹जैसे अभी अनुभव करते हैं ना, पानी मिल गया बहुत प्यास मिटी।

¹⁰⁹It will be just as they now experienced receiving water and their thirst was quenched.

⁹⁰खाना मिल गया, टेन्ट मिल गया, सहारा मिल गया। ⁹¹ऐसे अनुभव करेंगे फरिश्तों द्वारा शान्ति मिल गई, शक्ति मिल गई, खुशी मिल गई।

¹¹⁰They received food and tents, they received support, so, at that time, they would experience receiving peace from angels, receiving power; receiving happiness.

⁹²ऐसे अन्तःवाहक अर्थात् अन्तिम स्थिति, पावरफुल स्थिति आपका अन्तिम वाहन बनेगा।

¹¹¹In this way, the vehicle of your subtle body, which is your final stage, your powerful stage, will become your final vehicle.

⁹³और चारों ओर चक्कर लगाते सबको शक्तियां देंगे, साधन देंगे।

¹¹²Then, while going around in all directions, you will give everyone powers. ¹¹³You will give them facilities.

⁹⁴अपना रूप सामने आता है?

¹¹⁴Does this form of yours come in front of you?

⁹⁵इमर्ज करो।

¹¹⁵Let it emerge!

⁹⁶कितने फरिश्ते चक्कर लगा रहे हैं!

¹¹⁶So many angels are touring around.

⁹⁷सकाश दे रहे हैं, तब कहेंगे जो आप एक गीत बजाते हो ना - शक्तियां आ गई... शक्तियों द्वारा ही सर्वशक्तिवान स्वतः ही सिद्ध हो जायेगा।

¹¹⁷They are giving sakaash. ¹¹⁸Only then can it be said, like you sing in one of the songs, “The Shaktis have come.” ¹¹⁹The Almighty Authority will automatically be revealed through the Shaktis.

⁹⁸सुना।

¹²⁰Did you hear this?

⁹⁹जो अब तक किया, जो चला वह समय प्रमाण अच्छे ते अच्छा हुआ।

¹²¹According to the time, whatever you have done and whatever has happened is the best of all.

¹⁰⁰अब आगे और अच्छे ते अच्छा होना ही है।

¹²²Now, in the future, something even better is to happen.

¹⁰¹अच्छा। ¹⁰²घबराये तो नहीं।

¹²³Achcha, you were not afraid, were you?

¹⁰³समाचार सुनके, देखके घबराये?

¹²⁴You weren't afraid on hearing and seeing this news, were you?

¹⁰⁴यह तो कुछ नहीं है।

¹²⁵This is nothing!

¹⁰⁵आपके पास सब कुछ है और यह कुछ भी नहीं है।

¹²⁶You have everything and this is nothing.

¹⁰⁶लेकिन फिर भी आपके भाई बहिनें हैं इसलिए उन्हों की सेवा करना भी अच्छा है।

¹²⁷However, they are your brothers and sisters, and it is therefore good to serve them.

¹⁰⁷अभी राज्य अधिकार, अकालतख्त में बैठे रहो, नीचे ऊपर नहीं आओ फिर देखो गवर्मेन्ट को भी साक्षात्कार होगा - यही है, यही है, यही है।

¹²⁸Now, self-sovereigns, remain seated on your immortal thrones. ¹²⁹Don't fluctuate! ¹³⁰Then, even the Government will have visions: These are the ones! ¹³¹These are the ones! ¹³²These are the ones!

¹⁰⁸तख्त से उतरो नहीं, अधिकार छोड़ो नहीं, अधिकार हर समय चलाओ, स्व पर, दूसरों पर नहीं।

¹³³Don’t get off your thrones. ¹³⁴Don’t let go of your rights! ¹³⁵Use your rights all the time! ¹³⁶Only on yourself!

¹⁰⁹दूसरे पर नहीं चलाना।

¹³⁷Don't use your rights on others!

¹¹⁰अच्छा।

¹³⁸Achcha.

¹¹¹नये-नये बच्चे भी बहुत आये हैं।

¹³⁹Many new children have also come.

¹¹²वृद्धि तो होनी ही है।

¹⁴⁰There has to be growth.

¹¹³जो इस कल्प में, इस बारी पहले बारी आये हैं वह हाथ उठाओ।

¹⁴¹Those who have come here for the first time in this cycle, raise your hands.

¹¹⁴अच्छा किया।

¹⁴²You have done well.

¹¹⁵हिम्मत रखके पहुंच गये तो पहुंच गये ना।

¹⁴³You were courageous and came, and so you have arrived here.

¹¹⁶जो बैठ गये, वह बैठ गये और हुआ कुछ भी नहीं।

¹⁴⁴Those who remained there were sitting there and nothing happened!

¹¹⁷हिम्मत बहुत आवश्यक है।

¹⁴⁵Courage is very essential.

¹¹⁸कोई भी कार्य में हिम्मत है तो समझो सफलता है।

¹⁴⁶When you have courage in any task, then understand that you will be successful.

¹¹⁹हिम्मत कम सफलता कम, इसलिए हिम्मत और निर्भय, भय में नहीं आना, यह क्या हो रहा है।

¹⁴⁷When you lack courage, you will then lack success. ¹⁴⁸Therefore, have courage and be fearless. ¹⁴⁹Don’t be fearful of what is happening.

¹²⁰मर रहा है कोई तो वह मर रहा है, भय आपको आ रहा है।

¹⁵⁰Someone is dying and you are becoming afraid!

¹²¹निर्भय।

¹⁵¹Remain fearless!
