¹“मीठे बच्चे - बाप की श्रीमत पर चलकर अपना श्रृंगार करो, परचिन्तन से अपना श्रृंगार मत बिगाड़ो, टाइम वेस्ट न करो''

¹Essence: Sweet children, follow the Father's shrimat and decorate yourselves. ²Do not spoil your decoration by thinking about others. ³Do not waste your time.

²प्रश्न:- तुम बच्चे बाप से भी तीखे जादूगर हो - कैसे?

⁴Question: How are you children cleverer magicians than the Father?

³उत्तर:- यहाँ बैठे-बैठे तुम इन लक्ष्मी-नारायण जैसा अपना श्रृंगार कर रहे हो।

⁵Answer: Whilst sitting here, you are decorating yourselves to become like Lakshmi and Narayan.

⁴यहाँ बैठे अपने आपको चेन्ज कर रहे हो, यह भी जादूगरी है।

⁶While sitting here, you are changing yourselves: this too is magic.

⁵सिर्फ अल्फ को याद करने से तुम्हारा श्रृंगार हो जाता है।

⁷By remembering Alpha alone, you become decorated.

⁶कोई हाथ-पांव चलाने की भी बात नहीं सिर्फ विचार की बात है।

⁸There is no need to use your hands and feet, for it is just a question of thinking about it.

⁷योग से तुम साफ, स्वच्छ और शोभनिक बन जाते हो, तुम्हारी आत्मा और शरीर कंचन बन जाता है, यह भी कमाल है ना।

⁹By having yoga, you become clean, pure and beautiful. ¹⁰Both you, the souls, and your bodies become pure and that too is a wonder.

⁹रूहानी जादूगर बैठ रूहानी बच्चों को, जो बाप से भी तीखे जादूगर हैं, उन्हों को समझाते हैं - तुम यहाँ क्या कर रहे हो?

¹²The spiritual Magician sits here and explains to you spiritual children, who are even cleverer magicians than the Father, what you are doing here.

¹⁰यहाँ बैठे-बैठे कोई चुरपुर नहीं।

¹³While you sit here, there is no sound or movement.

¹¹बाप अथवा साजन, सजनियों को युक्ति बता रहे हैं।

¹⁴The Father, that is, the Bridegroom, is showing this method to the brides.

¹²साजन कहते हैं - यहाँ बैठे तुम क्या करते हो?

¹⁵The Beloved tells you what you are doing while you are sitting here.

¹³अपने को तुम ऐसे लक्ष्मी-नारायण मिसल श्रृंगार रहे हो।

¹⁶You are decorating yourselves to become like Lakshmi and Narayan.

¹⁴कोई समझेंगे?

¹⁷Would anyone believe this?

¹⁵तुम यहाँ सब बैठे हो फिर नम्बरवार पुरूषार्थ अनुसार तो हो ही ना।

¹⁸All of you are sitting here but you are numberwise according to your efforts.

¹⁶बाप कहते हैं ऐसे श्रृंगारे हुए बनना है।

¹⁹The Father says: You have to become decorated in that way.

¹⁷तुम्हारी एम ऑबजेक्ट ही यह है भविष्य अमरपुरी के लिए।

²⁰That is your aim and objective for the future land of immortality.

¹⁸यहाँ बैठे हुए तुम क्या कर रहे हो?

²¹What are you doing whilst sitting here?

¹⁹पैराडाइज़ के श्रृंगार के लिए पुरूषार्थ कर रहे हो।

²²You are making effort for the decoration of Paradise.

²⁰इसको क्या कहें?

²³What would you call this?

²¹यहाँ बैठे हुए अपने को चेन्ज कर रहे हो।

²⁴While sitting here, you are changing yourselves.

²²उठते, बैठते, चलते बाप ने एक मनमनाभव की चाबी दे दी है।

²⁵The Father has given you the one key of “Manmanabhav” for when you sit and move around here.

²³बस एक सिवाए इसके और कोई भी फालतू बातें सुन-सुनाकर टाइम वेस्ट मत करो।

²⁶Apart from this, do not listen to or speak about useless things and thereby waste your time.

²⁴तुम अपने ही श्रृंगार में लगे रहो।

²⁷Simply remain engaged in decorating yourselves.

²⁵दूसरा करता है वा नहीं, इसमें तुम्हारा क्या जाता है!

²⁸What does it matter to you whether someone does something or not?

²⁶तुम अपने पुरूषार्थ में रहो।

²⁹Simply remain absorbed in your efforts.

²⁷कितनी समझ की बातें हैं।

³⁰This is a matter of understanding.

²⁸कोई नया सुनेगा तो जरूर वन्डर खायेगा।

³¹When a new person hears this, he would surely be amazed.

²⁹तुम्हारे में कोई तो अपना श्रृंगार कर रहे हैं, कोई तो और ही बिगाड़ रहे हैं। ³⁰परचिन्तन आदि में टाइम वेस्ट करते रहते हैं।

³²Some of you are decorating yourselves whereas others are spoiling their decoration; they continue to waste their time thinking about others.

³¹बाप बच्चों को समझाते हैं तुम सिर्फ अपने को देखो कि हम क्या कर रहे हैं।

³³The Father is telling you children to look only at yourselves and see what you are doing.

³²बहुत छोटी युक्ति बताई है, बस एक ही अक्षर है - मनमनाभव।

³⁴He has given you a very short method. ³⁵There is just the one word, "Manmanabhav!"

³³तुम यहाँ बैठे हो परन्तु बुद्धि में है कि सारी सृष्टि का चक्र कैसे फिरता है।

³⁶You are sitting here, but your intellects are aware of how the whole world cycle turns.

³⁴अभी फिर से हम विश्व का श्रृंगार कर रहे हैं।

³⁷We are now once again decorating the world.

³⁵तुम कितने पद्मापद्म भाग्यशाली हो।

³⁸You are multimillion times fortunate.

³⁶यहाँ बैठे-बैठे तुम कितना कार्य करते हो।

³⁹While sitting here, you are carrying out so many tasks.

³⁷कोई हाथ-पांव तो चलाने की बात ही नहीं है।

⁴⁰This is not a question of using your hands or feet.

³⁸सिर्फ विचार की बात है।

⁴¹It is just a matter of your thoughts.

³⁹तुम कहेंगे हम यहाँ बैठे ऊंच ते ऊंच विश्व का श्रृंगार कर रहे हैं।

⁴²You would say: While sitting here, we are decorating ourselves for the highest-on-high world.

⁴⁰मनमनाभव का मन्त्र कितना ऊंच है।

⁴³The mantra of “Manmanabhav” is so elevated.

⁴¹इस योग से ही तुम्हारे पाप भस्म होते जायेंगे और तुम साफ बनते-बनते फिर कितने शोभनिक हो जायेंगे।

⁴⁴It is by having this yoga that your sins will continue to be burnt away and, while becoming clean, you will become very beautiful.

⁴²अभी आत्मा पतित है तो शरीर की भी हालत देखो क्या हो गई है।

⁴⁵Souls are now impure, and so look at the condition bodies have reached.

⁴³अब तुम्हारी आत्मा और काया कंचन बन जायेगी।

⁴⁶You souls and your bodies will now become pure.

⁴⁴यह कमाल है ना।

⁴⁷This is a wonder!

⁴⁵तो ऐसा अपना श्रृंगार करना है। ⁴⁶दैवीगुण भी धारण करने हैं।

⁴⁸So, you have to decorate yourselves in this way and imbibe divine virtues too.

⁴⁷बाप सभी को एक ही रास्ता बताते हैं - अल्फ बे।

⁴⁹The Father shows all of you the same path: Alpha and beta.

⁴⁸सिर्फ अल्फ की बात है।

⁵⁰It is a matter of just Alpha.

⁴⁹बाप को याद करते रहो तो तुम्हारा श्रृंगार सारा बदल जायेगा।

⁵¹Continue to remember the Father and your decoration will be totally changed.

⁵⁰बाप से भी तुम बड़े जादूगर हो।

⁵²You are even greater magicians than the Father.

⁵¹तुमको युक्ति बताते हैं कि ऐसा-ऐसा करने से तुम्हारा श्रृंगार बन जायेगा।

⁵³You are shown the ways to become decorated. ⁵⁴By not decorating yourself, you create a loss for yourself unnecessarily.

⁵²अपना श्रृंगार न करने से तुम मुफ्त अपने को नुकसान पहुँचाते हो।

⁵⁵At least you understand what you used to do on the path of devotion.

⁵³इतना तो समझते हो हम भक्ति मार्ग में क्या-क्या करते थे।

⁵⁶Look what you have become through having spoilt your decorations totally!

⁵⁴सारा श्रृंगार ही बिगाड़ कर क्या बन गये हो! ⁵⁵अब एक ही अक्षर से, बाप की याद से तुम्हारा श्रृंगार होता है।

⁵⁷You are now being decorated with just the one word, with remembrance of the Father.

⁵⁶बच्चों को कितना अच्छी रीति समझाकर फ्रेश करते हैं।

⁵⁸Baba explains to you children so well and refreshes you.

⁵⁷यहाँ बैठे तुम क्या करते हो?

⁵⁹What are you doing while sitting here?

⁵⁸याद की यात्रा में बैठे हो।

⁶⁰While you are sitting here, you are on the pilgrimage of remembrance.

⁵⁹अगर कोई का ख्याल और और तरफ होगा तो श्रृंगार थोड़ेही होगा।

⁶¹If your thoughts go in other directions, you will not be decorated.

⁶⁰तुम श्रृंगारे हो तो फिर औरों को भी रास्ता बताना है।

⁶²You are being decorated and so you also have to show the path to others.

⁶¹बाप आते ही हैं ऐसा श्रृंगार बनाने।

⁶³The Father comes to decorate us in this way.

⁶²कमाल शिवबाबा आपकी, आप हमारा कितना श्रृंगार करते हो।

⁶⁴Shiv Baba, it is Your wonder that you are decorating us so much!

⁶³उठते, बैठते, चलते हमको अपना श्रृंगार करना है।

⁶⁵While walking, sitting and moving around, we have to decorate ourselves.

⁶⁴कोई तो अपना श्रृंगार कर फिर दूसरों का भी करते हैं।

⁶⁶Some decorate themselves and then decorate others too.

⁶⁵कोई तो अपना भी श्रृंगार नहीं करते तो दूसरे का भी श्रृंगार बिगाड़ते रहते हैं।

⁶⁷Some don't decorate themselves and then also continue to spoil the decoration of others.

⁶⁶फालतू बातें सुनाकर उनकी अवस्था को भी नीचे गिरा देते हैं।

⁶⁸They relate useless things and also bring down the other person's stage.

⁶⁷खुद भी श्रृंगार से रह जाते हैं, तो दूसरे को भी रहा देते हैं।

⁶⁹Then that one deprives himself of the decoration and also deprives others of it.

⁶⁸तो अच्छी रीति सोच विचार करो - बाबा कैसे-कैसे युक्ति बताते हैं।

⁷⁰Therefore, think carefully about the methods that Baba gives us.

⁶⁹भक्ति मार्ग के शास्त्र पढ़ने से यह युक्तियां नहीं आती हैं।

⁷¹You don't learn these methods by studying the scriptures of the path of devotion.

⁷⁰शास्त्र तो हैं भक्ति मार्ग के।

⁷²The scriptures belong to the path of devotion.

⁷¹तुमको कहते हैं तुम क्यों शास्त्रों को नहीं मानते हो? ⁷²बोलो, हम तो सब मानते हैं।

⁷³When you are asked: “Why do you not believe in the scriptures?” tell them: We believe in everything.

⁷³आधाकल्प भक्ति की है।

⁷⁴We have done devotion for half a cycle.

⁷⁴शास्त्र पढ़ते हैं तो कौन नहीं मानेंगे।

⁷⁵We read the scriptures, so why would we not believe in them?

⁷⁵रात और दिन होते हैं तो जरूर दोनों को मानेंगे ना।

⁷⁶There is day and night, so we definitely accept both.

⁷⁶यह है बेहद का दिन और रात।

⁷⁷This is an unlimited day and night.

⁷⁷बाप कहते हैं - मीठे बच्चों, तुम अपना श्रृंगार करो।

⁷⁸The Father says: Sweet children, decorate yourselves.

⁷⁸टाइम वेस्ट मत करो।

⁷⁹Do not waste your time.

⁷⁹टाइम बहुत थोड़ा है।

⁸⁰There is very little time.

⁸⁰तुम्हारी बड़ी विशाल बुद्धि चाहिए।

⁸¹Your intellects have to be very broad and unlimited.

⁸¹आपस में बहुत प्रेम होना चाहिए।

⁸²Let there be a lot of love amongst you.

⁸²टाइम वेस्ट नहीं करना चाहिए क्योंकि तुम्हारा टाइम तो बहुत वैल्युबुल है।

⁸³You mustn't waste your time, because your time is very valuable.

⁸³कौड़ी से हीरे जैसा तुम बनते हो।

⁸⁴You are becoming like diamonds from shells.

⁸⁴मुफ्त में इतना थोड़ेही सुन रहे हो।

⁸⁵You are not listening to all of this unnecessarily.

⁸⁵कोई कथा है क्या।

⁸⁶Is this a religious story?

⁸⁶बाप अक्षर ही एक सुनाते हैं।

⁸⁷The Father only tells you one word.

⁸⁷बड़े-बड़े आदमियों को जास्ती बात थोड़ेही करनी चाहिए।

⁸⁸Important people do not talk too much.

⁸⁸बाप तो सेकण्ड में जीवनमुक्ति का रास्ता बताते हैं।

⁸⁹The Father shows you the path to liberation-in-life in a second.

⁸⁹यह हैं ही ऊंच श्रृंगार वाले, तब तो उन्हों के ही चित्र हैं जिनको बहुत पूजते रहते हैं।

⁹⁰They (Lakshmi and Narayan) are beautifully decorated and this is why many people continue to worship their images.

⁹⁰जितना बड़ा आदमी होगा, उतना बड़ा मन्दिर बनायेंगे, बड़ा श्रृंगार करेंगे।

⁹¹The greater the person, the bigger the temple that will be built and the more decorations that will be put on them.

⁹¹आगे तो देवताओं के चित्र पर हीरे का हार पहनाते थे।

⁹²Previously, they used to garland the idols of the deities with diamond necklaces.

⁹²बाबा को तो अनुभव है ना।

⁹³Baba has experienced this.

⁹³बाबा ने खुद हीरे का हार बनाया था लक्ष्मी-नारायण के लिए।

⁹⁴Baba himself made diamond necklaces for Lakshmi and Narayan.

⁹⁴वास्तव में तो उन्हों जैसी यहाँ पहरवाइस कोई बना न सके।

⁹⁵In fact, no one here can make the costumes like they had.

⁹⁵अभी तुम बना रहे हो नम्बरवार पुरूषार्थ अनुसार।

⁹⁶You are now making those, numberwise, according to your efforts.

⁹⁶तो बाप समझाते हैं - बच्चे, टाइम वेस्ट न अपना करो, न औरों का करो।

⁹⁷The Father explains: Children, do not waste your time or the time of others.

⁹⁷बाप युक्ति बहुत सहज बताते हैं।

⁹⁸The Father is showing you a very easy way.

⁹⁸मुझे याद करो तो पाप मिट जाएं।

⁹⁹Remember Me and your sins will be erased.

⁹⁹याद बिगर इतना श्रृंगार हो न सके।

¹⁰⁰You cannot have a lot of decoration unless you have remembrance.

¹⁰⁰तुम यह बनने वाले हो ना।

¹⁰¹You are going to become those.

¹⁰¹दैवी स्वभाव धारण करना है।

¹⁰²You have to adopt divine natures.

¹⁰²इसमें कहने की भी दरकार नहीं। ¹⁰³परन्तु पत्थरबुद्धि होने कारण सब समझाना पड़ता है।

¹⁰³There should be no need to say anything for this but, because people have stone intellects, everything has to be explained.

¹⁰⁴एक सेकेण्ड की बात है।

¹⁰⁴It is a matter of a second.

¹⁰⁵बाप कहते हैं - मीठे-मीठे बच्चों, तुमने अपने बाप को भूलने से कितना श्रृंगार बिगाड़ दिया है।

¹⁰⁵The Father says: Sweetest children, you have spoilt your decoration so much by forgetting your Father.

¹⁰⁶बाप तो कहते हैं चलते-फिरते श्रृंगार करते रहो।

¹⁰⁶The Father says: Continue to decorate yourselves while walking and moving around.

¹⁰⁷परन्तु माया भी कम नहीं है।

¹⁰⁷However, Maya is no less.

¹⁰⁸कोई-कोई लिखते हैं - बाबा, आपकी माया बहुत तंग करती है।

¹⁰⁸Some children write: Baba, your Maya harasses me a great deal.

¹⁰⁹अरे हमारी माया कहाँ है, यह तो खेल है ना!

¹⁰⁹Oh! but she is not My Maya. ¹¹⁰This is just a play.

¹¹⁰मैं तो तुमको माया से छुड़ाने आया हूँ।

¹¹¹I have come to liberate you from Maya.

¹¹¹मेरी माया फिर काहे की।

¹¹²So, how can she be My Maya?

¹¹²इस समय पूरा ही इनका राज्य है।

¹¹³At this time, it is her kingdom completely.

¹¹³जैसे इस रात और दिन में फर्क नहीं हो सकता। ¹¹⁴यह फिर है बेहद की रात और दिन। ¹¹⁵इनमें एक सेकेण्ड का भी फर्क नहीं हो सकता है।

¹¹⁴Just as day and night cannot be any different, so too, this unlimited day and night cannot be different by even a second.

¹¹⁶अभी तुम बच्चे नम्बरवार पुरूषार्थ अनुसार ऐसा श्रृंगार कर रहे हो।

¹¹⁵You children are now decorating yourselves in this way, numberwise, according to your efforts.

¹¹⁷बाप कहते हैं - चक्रवर्ती राजा बनना है तो चक्र फिराते रहो।

¹¹⁶The Father says: If you want to become rulers of the globe, continue to turn the cycle of self-realisation.

¹¹⁸भल गृहस्थ व्यवहार में रहो, इसमें सारा बुद्धि से काम लेना है।

¹¹⁷You may live at home with your families. ¹¹⁸Here, you have to do everything with your intellects.

¹¹⁹आत्मा में ही मन-बुद्धि है।

¹¹⁹The mind and intellect are in the soul.

¹²⁰यहाँ तुमको बाहर का गोरख धन्धा कुछ भी नहीं है।

¹²⁰Here, you don't have any external, mundane business.

¹²¹यहाँ आते ही हो तुम अपने को श्रृंगारने, रिफ्रेश होने।

¹²¹You come here to refresh yourselves and decorate yourselves.

¹²²बाप पढ़ाते तो सबको एक ही जैसा हैं।

¹²²The Father teaches everyone the same things.

¹²³यहाँ बाबा पास आते हैं नई-नई प्वाइंट्स सम्मुख सुनने, फिर घर में जाते हैं तो जो कुछ सुना है वह बाहर निकल जाता है।

¹²³You come here to Baba personally to listen to new points and then, when you return home, whatever you heard here is forgotten.

¹²⁴यहाँ से बाहर निकलने से ही झोली छांट लेते हैं। ¹²⁵जो सुना उस पर मनन-चितंन नहीं करते हैं।

¹²⁴As soon as you leave here, you brush down your aprons; you don't churn the things you heard.

¹²⁶तुम्हारे लिए तो यहाँ एकान्त की जगह बहुत है।

¹²⁵There are many places of solitude for you here.

¹²⁷बाहर में तो खटमल फिरते रहते हैं।

¹²⁶Outside, bedbugs continue to wander around.

¹²⁸एक-दो का खून करते, पीते रहते हैं।

¹²⁷They kill one another and drink the blood.

¹²⁹तो बाप बच्चों को समझाते हैं - यह तुम्हारा टाइम मोस्ट वैल्युबुल है, इसको तुम वेस्ट मत करो।

¹²⁸The Father explains to you children: This time of yours is most valuable. ¹²⁹Do not waste it.

¹³⁰अपने को श्रृंगारने की बहुत युक्तियां मिली हैं।

¹³⁰You have been given many methods with which you can decorate yourselves.

¹³¹मैं सबका उद्धार करने आता हूँ।

¹³¹I have come to uplift everyone.

¹³²मैं आया हूँ तुमको विश्व की बादशाही देने।

¹³²I have come to give you the sovereignty of the world.

¹³³तो अब मुझे याद करो, टाइम वेस्ट मत करो।

¹³³Therefore, now remember Me. ¹³⁴Do not waste your time.

¹³⁴काम-काज करते भी बाप को याद करते रहो।

¹³⁵While doing your work, continue to remember the Father.

¹³⁵इतनी ढेर सब आत्मायें आशिक हैं एक परमपिता परमात्मा माशूक की।

¹³⁶All of you many souls are lovers of the one Beloved, the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul.

¹³⁶वह सब जिस्मानी कथायें आदि तो तुम बहुत सुनते हो।

¹³⁷You have heard many religious stories of the world.

¹³⁷अब बाप कहते हैं वह सब भूल जाओ।

¹³⁸The Father says: Now forget all of those.

¹³⁸भक्ति मार्ग में तुमने मुझे याद किया और वायदा भी किया है, हम आपके ही बनेंगे।

¹³⁹On the path of devotion, you remembered Me and you also made a promise: I will belong to You alone.

¹³⁹ढेर के ढेर आशिकों का एक माशूक।

¹⁴⁰There is the one Beloved of so many lovers.

¹⁴⁰भक्ति मार्ग में कहते हैं - ब्रह्म में लीन होंगे, यह सब हैं फालतू बातें। ¹⁴¹एक भी मनुष्य मोक्ष को नहीं पा सकता है।

¹⁴¹On the path of devotion, they say: I will merge into the brahm element. ¹⁴²All of those matters are useless; not a single human being can attain eternal liberation.

¹⁴²यह तो अनादि ड्रामा है, इतने सब एक्टर्स हैं, इसमें ज़रा भी फर्क नहीं हो सकता है।

¹⁴³This is an eternal drama. ¹⁴⁴All of them are actors in it and there cannot be the slightest difference.

¹⁴³बाप कहते हैं सिर्फ एक अल्फ को याद करो तो तुम्हारा यह श्रृंगार हो जायेगा।

¹⁴⁵The Father says: Simply remember the one Alpha and you will become decorated.

¹⁴⁴अभी तुम यह बन रहे हो।

¹⁴⁶You are now becoming that.

¹⁴⁵स्मृति में आता है - अनेक बार हमने यह श्रृंगार किया है।

¹⁴⁷You now remember that you have decorated yourselves many times.

¹⁴⁶कल्प-कल्प बाबा आप आयेंगे, हम आपसे ही सुनेंगे।

¹⁴⁸Baba, You will come every cycle and we will listen to You alone.

¹⁴⁷कितनी गुह्य-गुह्य प्वाइंट्स हैं।

¹⁴⁹These points are so deep.

¹⁴⁸बाबा ने युक्ति बहुत अच्छी बताई है।

¹⁵⁰Baba has shown you a very good method.

¹⁴⁹वारी जाऊं, ऐसे बाप पर।

¹⁵¹I have to surrender to such a Father.

¹⁵⁰आशिक-माशूक भी सब एक जैसे नहीं होते।

¹⁵²Lovers and beloveds are not all alike.

¹⁵¹यह तो सभी आत्माओं का एक ही माशूक है।

¹⁵³Here, there is just the one Beloved for all you souls.

¹⁵²जिस्मानी कोई बात नहीं।

¹⁵⁴There is nothing physical here.

¹⁵³परन्तु तुम्हें संगमयुग पर ही बाप से यह युक्ति मिलती है।

¹⁵⁵However, it is only at the confluence age that you are shown this method by the Father.

¹⁵⁴कहाँ भी तुम जाओ, खाओ-पियो, घूमो फिरो, नौकरी करो, अपना श्रृंगार करते रहो।

¹⁵⁶No matter where you go, whatever you eat and drink whether you tour around or do your job, just continue to decorate yourselves.

¹⁵⁵आत्मायें सब एक माशूक की आशिक हैं।

¹⁵⁷All of you souls are lovers of the one Beloved; that is all!

¹⁵⁶बस, उनको ही याद करते रहो।

¹⁵⁸Simply continue to remember Him.

¹⁵⁷कोई-कोई बच्चे कहते हैं हम तो 24 घण्टे याद करते रहते हैं।

¹⁵⁹Some children say: I continue to remember Baba 24 hours a day.

¹⁵⁸परन्तु सदैव तो कोई कर नहीं सकते।

²³⁷ 2. Ask yourself: 1) Am I decorating myself very well by following shrimat and using the key of “Manmanabhav”?

²³⁷(ब) उल्टी सुल्टी बातें सुनकर वा सुनाकर श्रृंगार बिगाड़ते तो नहीं हैं?

²³⁸2) Do I spoil my decoration by saying and listening to wrong things?

²³⁸(स) आपस में प्रेम से रहते हैं?

²³⁹ 3. 3) Do I interact with everyone with love?

²³⁹अपना वैल्युबुल टाइम कहीं पर वेस्ट तो नहीं करते हैं?

²⁴⁰Do I waste my valuable time anywhere?

²⁴⁰(द) दैवी स्वभाव धारण किया है?

²⁴¹4) Have I adopted a divine nature?

²⁴¹वरदान:- व्यर्थ संकल्पों के कारण को जानकर उन्हें समाप्त करने वाले समाधान स्वरूप भव

²⁴²Blessing: May you finish all waste thoughts by finding the cause of them and become an embodiment of solutions.

²⁴²व्यर्थ संकल्प उत्पन्न होने के मुख्य दो कारण हैं - 1- अभिमान और 2- अपमान।

²⁴³ There are two main reasons for waste thoughts arising: 1) arrogance (abhimaan) and 2) feeling insulted (apmaan).

²⁴³मेरे को कम क्यों, मेरा भी ये पद होना चाहिए, मेरे को भी आगे करना चाहिए… तो इसमें या तो अपना अपमान समझते हो या फिर अभिमान में आते हो, नाम में, मान में, शान में, आगे आने में, सेवा में ... अभिमान या अपमान महसूस करना यही व्यर्थ संकल्पों का कारण है, इस कारण को जानकर निवारण करना ही समाधान स्वरूप बनना है।
