¹“मीठे बच्चे - बाप तुम्हें दैवी धर्म और श्रेष्ठ कर्म सिखलाते हैं इसलिए तुमसे कोई भी आसुरी कर्म नहीं होने चाहिए, बुद्धि बहुत शुद्ध चाहिए''

¹Essence: Sweet children, the Father teaches you this elevated deity religion (dharma) and elevated action (karma). ²Therefore, no devilish acts should be carried out by you. ³A very clean intellect is needed.

²प्रश्न:- देह-अभिमान में आने से पहला पाप कौन-सा होता है? ³उत्तर:- अगर देह-अभिमान है तो बाप की याद के बजाए देहधारी की याद आयेगी, कुदृष्टि जाती रहेगी, खराब ख्यालात आयेंगे।

⁴Question: When is the first sin you commit when you become body conscious? ⁵Answer: If you have body consciousness, then, instead of having remembrance of the Father, you have remembrance of bodily beings. ⁶You continue to have impure vision.

⁴यह बहुत बड़ा पाप है।

⁷Negative thoughts will arise in you.

⁵समझना चाहिए, माया वार कर रही है। ⁶फौरन सावधान हो जाना चाहिए। ⁷ओम् शान्ति।

⁸This is a very big sin. ⁹You should understand that Maya is attacking you and that you should immediately caution yourself.

⁸रूहानी बाप रूहानी बच्चों को समझा रहे हैं।

¹⁰Om shanti. ¹¹The spiritual Father explains to you spiritual children.

⁹रूहानी बाप आये कहाँ से हैं?

¹²Where did the spiritual Father come from?

¹⁰रूहानी दुनिया से। ¹¹जिसको निर्वाण-धाम अथवा शान्तिधाम भी कहते हैं।

¹³From the spiritual world, which is also called the land of nirvana and the land of peace.

¹²यह तो है गीता की बात।

¹⁴This is an aspect of the Gita.

¹³तुमसे पूछते हैं - यह ज्ञान कहाँ से आया?

¹⁵You are asked: Where did this knowledge come from?

¹⁴बोलो, यह तो वही गीता का ज्ञान है।

¹⁶You say that this is definitely the same knowledge of the Gita.

¹⁵गीता का पार्ट चल रहा है और बाप पढ़ाते हैं।

¹⁷The part in the drama of the Gita is played now and the Father is teaching you this.

¹⁶भगवानुवाच है ना और भगवान तो एक ही है।

¹⁸These are the versions of God. ¹⁹God is definitely only one.

¹⁷वह है शान्ति का सागर।

²⁰He is the Ocean of Peace.

¹⁸रहते भी हैं शान्तिधाम में, जहाँ हम भी रहते हैं।

²¹He also resides in the land of peace, where we reside.

¹⁹बाप समझाते हैं कि यह है पतित दुनिया, पाप आत्माओं की तमोप्रधान दुनिया।

²²The Father explains that this is an impure world, a tamopradhan world of sinful souls.

²⁰तुम भी जानते हो बरोबर हम आत्मायें इस समय तमोप्रधान हैं।

²³You also know for sure that we souls are tamopradhan at this time.

²¹84 का चक्र खाकर सतोप्रधान से अब तमोप्रधान में आये हैं।

²⁴We have passed through the cycle of 84 births and from satopradhan have come to be tamopradhan.

²²यह पुरानी अथवा कलियुगी दुनिया है ना।

²⁵This is an old and iron-aged world.

²³यह नाम सभी इस समय के हैं।

²⁶All of those names are of this time.

²⁴पुरानी दुनिया के बाद फिर नई दुनिया होती है।

²⁷After this old world, there is that new world.

²⁵भारतवासी यह भी जानते हैं कि महाभारत लड़ाई भी तब लगी थी जबकि दुनिया बदलनी थी, तब ही बाप ने आकर राजयोग सिखलाया था।

²⁸The people of Bharat know that the Mahabharat War was fought when the world was to be transformed. ²⁹It was only then that the Father came and taught Raja Yoga.

²⁶सिर्फ भूल क्या हुई है?

³⁰What was the only mistake they made?

²⁷एक तो कल्प की आयु भूल गये हैं और गीता के भगवान को भी भूले हैं।

³¹First of all, they forgot the duration of the cycle and they also forgot the God of the Gita.

²⁸श्रीकृष्ण को तो गॉड फादर कह नहीं सकते।

³²Shri Krishna cannot be called God, the Father.

²⁹आत्मा कहती है गॉड फादर, तो वह निराकार हो गया।

³³Souls say: “God, the Father.” ³⁴So, that makes Him incorporeal.

³⁰निराकार बाप आत्माओं को कहते हैं कि मुझे याद करो।

³⁵The incorporeal Father says to souls: Remember Me!

³¹मैं ही पतित-पावन हूँ, मुझे बुलाते भी हैं - हे पतित-पावन।

³⁶Only I am the Purifier! ³⁷You call out to Me: “O Purifier!”

³²श्रीकृष्ण तो देहधारी है ना।

³⁸Shri Krishna is a bodily being.

³³मुझे तो कोई शरीर है नहीं।

³⁹I don’t have a body. ⁴⁰I am incorporeal.

³⁴मैं निराकार हूँ, मनुष्यों का बाप नहीं, आत्माओं का बाप हूँ।

⁴¹I am not the Father of human beings, I am the Father of souls.

³⁵यह तो पक्का कर लेना चाहिए।

⁴²This has to be made firm.

³⁶घड़ी-घड़ी हम आत्मायें इस बाप से वर्सा लेती हैं।

⁴³Again and again, we souls claim our inheritance from that Father.

³⁷अभी 84 जन्म पूरे हुए हैं, बाप आया है।

⁴⁴The 84 births have now come to an end and the Father has come.

³⁸बाबा-बाबा ही करते रहना है।

⁴⁵You just have to continue to say: “Baba, Baba.”

³⁹बाबा को बहुत याद करना है।

⁴⁶Remember Baba a great deal.

⁴⁰सारा कल्प जिस्मानी बाप को याद किया।

⁴⁷Throughout the whole cycle, you have been remembering physical fathers.

⁴¹अभी बाप आये हैं और मनुष्य सृष्टि से सब आत्माओं को वापिस ले जाते हैं क्योंकि रावण राज्य में मनुष्यों की दुर्गति हो गई है इसलिए अब बाप को याद करना है।

⁴⁸The Father has now come and He is to take all souls back from this human world, because human beings have become degraded in the kingdom of Ravan. ⁴⁹This is why you now need to remember the Father.

⁴²यह भी मनुष्य कोई समझते नहीं कि अभी रावण राज्य है।

⁵⁰Human beings don’t understand that it is now the kingdom of Ravan. ⁵¹They don’t understand the meaning of “Ravan”.

⁴³रावण का अर्थ ही नहीं समझते। ⁴⁴बस एक रस्म हो गई है दशहरा मनाने की।

⁵²They just have the one custom of celebrating Dashera (burning an effigy of the ten-headed Ravan).

⁴⁵तुम कोई अर्थ थोड़ेही समझते थे।

⁵³None of you understood the meaning of it either.

⁴⁶अभी समझ मिली है औरों को समझ देने के लिए।

⁵⁴You have now received this understanding in order to give it to others.

⁴⁷अगर औरों को नहीं समझा सकते हो तो गोया खुद नहीं समझे हो।

⁵⁵If you aren’t able to explain to others, it means that you have not understood it yourselves.

⁴⁸बाप में सृष्टि चक्र का ज्ञान है।

⁵⁶The Father has the knowledge of the world cycle.

⁴⁹हम उनके बच्चे हैं तो बच्चों में भी यह नॉलेज रहनी चाहिए।

⁵⁷We are His children. ⁵⁸So, you children should also have this knowledge.

⁵⁰तुम्हारी यह है गीता पाठशाला।

⁵⁹This is your Gita Pathshala.

⁵¹उद्देश्य क्या है?

⁶⁰What is its aim?

⁵²यह लक्ष्मी-नारायण बनना।

⁶¹To become like this Lakshmi and Narayan.

⁵³यह राजयोग है ना।

⁶²This is Raja Yoga.

⁵⁴नर से नारायण, नारी से लक्ष्मी बनने की यह नॉलेज है।

⁶³This knowledge is to become like Narayan from a man, Lakshmi from a woman.

⁵⁵वो लोग कथायें बैठ सुनाते हैं।

⁶⁴Those people sit and narrate stories.

⁵⁶यहाँ तो हम पढ़ते हैं, हमको बाप राजयोग सिखाते हैं।

⁶⁵Here, we study; the Father is teaching us Raja Yoga.

⁵⁷यह सिखाते ही हैं कल्प के संगमयुग पर।

⁶⁶Only at the confluence age of the cycle does He teach this.

⁵⁸बाप कहते हैं मैं पुरानी दुनिया को बदल नई दुनिया बनाने आया हूँ।

⁶⁷The Father says: I have come to transform this old world into a new world.

⁵⁹नई दुनिया में इन्हों का राज्य था, पुरानी में नहीं है, फिर जरूर होना चाहिए।

⁶⁸It was their kingdom in that new world; it isn’t so in this old one. ⁶⁹It has to happen again.

⁶⁰चक्र तो जान लिया है।

⁷⁰You have understood the cycle.

⁶¹मुख्य धर्म हैं चार।

⁷¹There are four main religions.

⁶²अभी डिटीज्म है नहीं।

⁷²Deityism doesn’t exist now.

⁶³दैवी धर्म भ्रष्ट और दैवी कर्म भ्रष्ट बन पड़े हैं।

⁷³The deity religion and the divine acts have become corrupt.

⁶⁴अभी फिर तुमको दैवी धर्म श्रेष्ठ और कर्म श्रेष्ठ सिखला रहे हैं।

⁷⁴You are now once again being taught the elevated deity religion and elevated acts.

⁶⁵तो अपने पर ध्यान रखना है, हमसे कोई आसुरी कर्म तो नहीं होते हैं?

⁷⁵So, each of you has to pay attention to yourself: I do not perform any devilish acts, do I?

⁶⁶माया के कारण कोई खराब ख्यालात तो बुद्धि में नहीं आते हैं?

⁷⁶No bad thought enters my intellect because of Maya, does it?

⁶⁷कुदृष्टि तो नहीं रहती है?

⁷⁷I don’t have impure vision, do I?

⁶⁸देखें, इनकी कुदृष्टि जाती है अथवा खराब ख्यालात आते हैं तो उनको झट सावधान करना चाहिए।

⁷⁸If you see that someone has impure vision or negative thoughts, caution him straight away.

⁶⁹उनसे मिल नहीं जाना चाहिए।

⁷⁹Do not join forces with him.

⁷⁰उनको सावधान करना चाहिए - तुम्हारे में माया की प्रवेशता के कारण यह खराब ख्यालात आते हैं।

⁸⁰Ccaution him: “You have those bad thoughts because of the interference of Maya.”

⁷¹योग में बैठ बाप की याद के बदले कोई की देह तरफ ख्याल जाता है तो समझना चाहिए यह माया का वार हो रहा है, मैं पाप कर रहा हूँ।

⁸¹If, instead of sitting in yoga and remembering the Father, your thoughts go to someone’s body, you should understand that that is an attack from Maya and that you are committing a sin.

⁷²इसमें तो बुद्धि बड़ी शुद्ध होनी चाहिए।

⁸²A very clean intellect is needed for this.

⁷³हँसी-मज़ाक से भी बहुत नुकसान होता है इसलिए तुम्हारे मुख से सदैव शुद्ध वचन निकलने चाहिए, कुवचन नहीं।

⁸³There is also a great deal of damage done through joking and laughing. ⁸⁴Therefore, let only pure words constantly emerge from your mouths, never impure words.

⁷⁴हँसी मजाक आदि भी नहीं।

⁸⁵There shouldn’t even be jokes or laughter.

⁷⁵ऐसे नहीं कि हमने तो हँसी की… वह भी नुकसानकारक हो जाती है।

⁸⁶Not that you say: “I was just joking.” ⁸⁷Even that is harmful.

⁷⁶हंसी भी ऐसी नहीं करनी चाहिए जिसमें विकारों की वायु हो।

⁸⁸Don’t even make jokes that have any odour of vice in them.

⁷⁷बहुत खबरदार रहना है।

⁸⁹Remain very cautious.

⁷⁸तुमको मालूम है नांगे लोग हैं उनके ख्याल विकारों की तरफ नहीं जायेंगे।

⁹⁰You know about the naked sages whose thoughts don’t go towards vices.

⁷⁹रहते भी अलग हैं। ⁸⁰परन्तु कर्मेन्द्रियों की चलायमानी सिवाए योग के कभी निकलती नहीं है।

⁹¹They also live separately, but the mischief of the sense organs cannot be eliminated except with yoga.

⁸¹काम शत्रु ऐसा है जो किसको भी देखेंगे, योग में पूरा नहीं होंगे तो चलायमानी जरूर होगी।

⁹²Lust is such an enemy that if your vision falls on anyone when you aren't in total yoga, there would definitely be mischief.

⁸²अपनी परीक्षा लेनी होती है।

⁹³One has to test oneself.

⁸³बाप की याद में ही रहो तो यह कोई भी प्रकार की बीमारी न रहे।

⁹⁴You have to stay in remembrance of the Father alone. ⁹⁵Then, no form of illness will remain.

⁸⁴योग में रहने से यह नहीं होता है।

⁹⁶That won’t happen when you stay in yoga.

⁸⁵सतयुग में तो कोई भी प्रकार का गन्द नहीं होता है।

⁹⁷In the golden age, there isn’t any kind of rubbish.

⁸⁶वहाँ रावण की चंचलता ही नहीं जो चलायमानी हो।

⁹⁸There, there is no mischief of Ravan for there to be any misconduct.

⁸⁷वहाँ तो योगी लाइफ रहती है।

⁹⁹There, you have a yogi life.

⁸⁸यहाँ भी अवस्था बड़ी पक्की चाहिए।

¹⁰⁰Here, too, this stage needs to be very strong.

⁸⁹योगबल से यह सब बीमारियाँ बन्द हो जाती हैं।

¹⁰¹When you have the power of yoga, all of these illnesses finish.

⁹⁰इसमें बड़ी मेहनत है।

¹⁰²There is great effort in this.

⁹¹राज्य लेना कोई मासी का घर नहीं।

¹⁰³To claim a kingdom is not like going to your aunty’s home!

⁹²पुरूषार्थ तो करना है ना।

¹⁰⁴Effort needs to be made.

⁹³ऐसे नहीं कि बस जो होगा भाग्य में सो मिलेगा। ⁹⁴धारणा ही नहीं करते गोया पाई-पैसे के पद पाने लायक हैं। ⁹⁵सब्जेक्ट्स तो बहुत होती हैं ना।

¹⁰⁵It shouldn’t be that you think: “I will receive whatever is in my fortune, that’s all.” ¹⁰⁶If you don’t imbibe it, it means that you are only worthy of claiming a status of pennies.

⁹⁶कोई ड्राइंग में, कोई खेल में मार्क्स ले लेते हैं।

¹⁰⁷There are many subjects; some get good marks in drawing, some in games.

⁹⁷वह है कॉमन सब्जेक्ट।

¹⁰⁸Those are common subjects.

⁹⁸वैसे ही यहाँ भी सब्जेक्ट्स हैं।

¹⁰⁹In the same way, there are also subjects here.

⁹⁹कुछ न कुछ मिलेगा।

¹¹⁰You will receive something or other.

¹⁰⁰बाकी बादशाही नहीं मिल सकेगी।

¹¹¹However, a sovereignty cannot be granted.

¹⁰¹वह तो सर्विस करेंगे तब बादशाही मिलेगी।

¹¹²Only when you do service will you receive a sovereignty.

¹⁰²उसके लिए बहुत मेहनत चाहिए।

¹¹³For that you need to make a lot of effort.

¹⁰³बहुतों की बुद्धि में बैठता ही नहीं है।

¹¹⁴It just doesn’t sit in the intellects of many.

¹⁰⁴जैसेकि खाना हजम ही नहीं होता।

¹¹⁵It is as though this food is not being digested.

¹⁰⁵ऊंच पद पाने की हिम्मत नहीं, इसको भी बीमारी कहेंगे ना।

¹¹⁶There isn’t the courage to attain a high status. ¹¹⁷This too is called an illness.

¹⁰⁶तुम कोई भी बात देखते न देखो।

¹¹⁸You must also see but not see.

¹⁰⁷रूहानी बाप की याद में रह औरों को रास्ता बताना है, अन्धों की लाठी बनना है।

¹¹⁹Stay in remembrance of the spiritual Father and show the path to others. ¹²⁰You have to become sticks for the blind.

¹⁰⁸तुम तो रास्ता जानते हो।

¹²¹You know the path.

¹⁰⁹रचयिता और रचना का ज्ञान मुक्ति और जीवनमुक्ति तुम्हारी बुद्धि में फिरते रहते हैं, जो-जो महारथी हैं।

¹²²This knowledge of the Creator and creation and liberation and liberation-in-life continues to spin in the intellects of those of you who are maharathis.

¹¹⁰बच्चों की अवस्था में भी रात-दिन का फ़र्क रहता है।

¹²³There is also the difference of day and night in the stages of you children.

¹¹¹कहाँ बहुत धनवान बन जाते, कहाँ बिल्कुल गरीब।

¹²⁴Some become very wealthy, some become completely poor.

¹¹²राजाई पद में तो फ़र्क है ना।

¹²⁵There are different levels of royal status.

¹¹³बाकी हाँ, वहाँ रावण न होने कारण दुःख नहीं होता है। ¹¹⁴बाकी सम्पत्ति में तो फ़र्क है।

¹²⁶Otherwise, yes, because Ravan doesn’t exist there, there is no sorrow but there is a difference in wealth.

¹¹⁵सम्पत्ति से सुख होता है।

¹²⁷There is happiness through wealth.

¹¹⁶जितना योग में रहेंगे उतनी हेल्थ बड़ी अच्छी होगी। ¹¹⁷मेहनत करनी है।

¹²⁸To the extent that you remain in yoga, to that extent your health will remain very good.

¹¹⁸बहुतों की तो चलन ऐसी रहती है जैसे अज्ञानी मनुष्यों की होती है।

¹²⁹You do have to make effort. ¹³⁰The behaviour of many remains like that of ignorant human beings.

¹¹⁹वह किसका कल्याण कर नहीं सकेंगे।

¹³¹They won’t be able to bring benefit to anyone.

¹²⁰जब इम्तहान होता है तो मालूम पड़ जाता है कि कौन कितने मार्क्स से पास होंगे, फिर उस समय हाय-हाय करनी पड़ेगी।

¹³²When the examination takes place, you will find out who will pass and with how many marks. ¹³³Then, at that time, you will have to cry out in distress.

¹²¹बापदादा दोनों ही कितना समझाते रहते हैं।

¹³⁴Both Bap and Dada continue to explain so much.

¹²²बाप आये ही हैं कल्याण करने।

¹³⁵The Father has only come to bring benefit.

¹²³अपना भी कल्याण करना है तो दूसरों का भी करना है।

¹³⁶You have to benefit yourselves and also others.

¹²⁴बाप को बुलाया भी है कि आकर हम पतितों को पावन होने का रास्ता बताओ।

¹³⁷The Father has been called out to come and show us impure ones the way to become pure.

¹²⁵तो बाप श्रीमत देते हैं - तुम अपने को आत्मा समझ देह-अभिमान छोड़ मुझे याद करो।

¹³⁸So, the Father gives this shrimat: Consider yourselves to be souls, discard body consciousness and remember Me.

¹²⁶कितनी सहज दवाई है।

¹³⁹This is such easy medicine.

¹²⁷बोलो, हम सिर्फ एक भगवान बाप को मानते हैं।

¹⁴⁰Tell them: “We only believe in the one God, the Father.”

¹²⁸वह कहते हैं मुझे बुलाते हो कि आकर पतितों को पावन बनाओ तो मुझे आना पड़ता है।

¹⁴¹He says: You call out to Me to come and make impure ones pure. ¹⁴²So, I have to come.

¹²⁹ब्रह्मा से तुमको कुछ भी मिलना नहीं है।

¹⁴³You will not receive anything at all from Brahma.

¹³⁰वह तो दादा है, बाबा भी नहीं।

¹⁴⁴He is Dada (elder brother), he isn’t Baba.

¹³¹बाबा से तो वर्सा मिलता है।

¹⁴⁵You receive the inheritance from Baba.

¹³²ब्रह्मा से थोड़ेही वर्सा मिलता है।

¹⁴⁶It is not as though you receive the inheritance from Brahma.

¹³³निराकार बाप इन द्वारा एडाप्ट कर हम आत्माओं को पढ़ाते हैं।

¹⁴⁷The incorporeal Father adopts us souls through this one and teaches us.

¹³⁴इनको भी पढ़ाते हैं।

¹⁴⁸He also teaches this one.

¹³⁵ब्रह्मा से तो कुछ भी मिलने का नहीं है।

¹⁴⁹You are not going to receive anything from Brahma.

¹³⁶वर्सा बाप से ही मिलता है इन द्वारा।

¹⁵⁰The inheritance is only received from the Father, through this one.

¹³⁷देने वाला एक है।

¹⁵¹The one who gives is only the One.

¹³⁸उनकी ही महिमा है।

¹⁵²The praise is only of Him.

¹³⁹वही सर्व का सद्गति दाता है।

¹⁵³Only He is the Bestower of Salvation to All.

¹⁴⁰यह तो पूज्य से फिर पुजारी बनते हैं।

¹⁵⁴This one becomes a worshipper again from being worthy of worship.

¹⁴¹सतयुग में थे, फिर 84 जन्म भोग अब पतित बने हैं फिर पूज्य पावन बन रहे हैं।

¹⁵⁵He was worthy of worship in the golden age and he then took 84 births and became impure. ¹⁵⁶Now, he is becoming worthy of worship, pure.

¹⁴²हम बाप द्वारा सुनते हैं। ¹⁴³कोई मनुष्य से नहीं सुनते।

¹⁵⁷We listen to the Father; we don’t listen to any human beings.

¹⁴⁴मनुष्यों का है ही भक्ति मार्ग।

¹⁵⁸The path of devotion is definitely that of human beings.

¹⁴⁵यह है रूहानी ज्ञान मार्ग।

¹⁵⁹This is knowledge, the spiritual path.

¹⁴⁶ज्ञान सिर्फ एक ज्ञान सागर के पास ही है।

¹⁶⁰Only the one Ocean of Knowledge has this knowledge.

¹⁴⁷बाकी यह शास्त्र आदि सब भक्ति के हैं।

¹⁶¹Those scriptures, etc. all belong to devotion.

¹⁴⁸शास्त्र आदि पढ़ना - यह सब है भक्ति मार्ग।

¹⁶²To study the scriptures, etc. - all of those belong to the path of devotion.

¹⁴⁹ज्ञान सागर तो एक ही बाप है, हम ज्ञान नदियां ज्ञान सागर से निकली हैं। ¹⁵⁰बाकी वह है पानी का सागर और नदियाँ।

¹⁶³The Ocean of Knowledge is only the one Father. ¹⁶⁴We rivers of knowledge have emerged from the Ocean of Knowledge, whereas those are rivers and oceans of water.

¹⁵¹बच्चों को यह सब बातें ध्यान में रहनी चाहिए।

¹⁶⁵You children need to pay attention to all of these things.

¹⁵²अन्तर्मुख हो बुद्धि चलानी चाहिए।

¹⁶⁶Remain introverted and make your intellects churn them.

¹⁵³अपने आपको सुधारने के लिए अन्तर्मुख हो अपनी जांच करो।

¹⁶⁷In order to reform yourselves, become introverted and check yourselves.

¹⁵⁴अगर मुख से कोई कुवचन निकले या कुदृष्टि जाए तो अपने को फटकारना चाहिए - हमारे मुख से कुवचन क्यों निकले, हमारी कुदृष्टि क्यों गई?

¹⁶⁸If you allow any bad words to emerge from your mouth or your vision to be pulled to some form of impurity, slap yourself: Why did bad words emerge from my mouth? ¹⁶⁹Why was the vision pulled to impurity?

¹⁵⁵अपने को चमाट भी मारनी चाहिए, घड़ी-घड़ी सावधान करना चाहिए तब ही ऊंच पद पा सकेंगे।

¹⁷⁰You should still slap yourself; you need to caution yourself again and again, for only then will you be able to attain a high status.

¹⁵⁶मुख से कटुवचन न निकलें।

¹⁷¹Let no bad language emerge from your mouths.

¹⁵⁷बाप को तो सब प्रकार की शिक्षायें देनी होती हैं।

¹⁷²The Father has to give all varieties of teachings.

¹⁵⁸किसको पागल कहना यह भी कुवचन है।

¹⁷³To call someone mad is also to use bad language.

¹⁵⁹मनुष्य तो जिसके लिए भी जो आता है वह कहते रहते हैं।

¹⁷⁴Human beings say whatever enters their minds.

¹⁶⁰जानते कुछ भी नहीं कि हम किसकी महिमा गाते हैं।

¹⁷⁵They don’t know anything about those whose praise they sing.

¹⁶¹महिमा तो करनी चाहिए एक ही पतित-पावन बाप की।

¹⁷⁶Praise should only be sung of the one Purifier Father.

¹⁶²और तो कोई है नहीं।

¹⁷⁷After all, there is no one else.

¹⁶³ब्रह्मा, विष्णु, शंकर को भी पतित-पावन नहीं कहा जाता है। ¹⁶⁴यह तो किसको पावन नहीं बनाते हैं।

¹⁷⁸Even Brahma, Vishnu, and Shankar cannot be called the Purifier; they don’t purify anyone.

¹⁶⁵पतित से पावन बनाने वाला एक ही बाप है।

¹⁷⁹The One who makes impure ones pure is only the one Father.

¹⁶⁶पावन सृष्टि है ही नई दुनिया। ¹⁶⁷वो तो अभी है नहीं।

¹⁸⁰That pure world is definitely a new world but it doesn’t exist now.

¹⁶⁸प्योरिटी है ही स्वर्ग में।

¹⁸¹Purity only exists in heaven.

¹⁶⁹पवित्रता का सागर भी है।

¹⁸²He is also the Ocean of Purity.

¹⁷⁰यह तो है ही रावण राज्य।

¹⁸³This is definitely the kingdom of Ravan.

¹⁷¹बच्चों को अभी आत्म-अभिमानी बनने की बहुत मेहनत करनी चाहिए।

¹⁸⁴You children need to make a great deal of effort to become soul conscious.

¹⁷²मुख से कोई भी पत्थर वा कुवचन नहीं निकलना चाहिए।

¹⁸⁵No stones or bad words should emerge from your mouths.

¹⁷³बहुत प्यार से चलना है।

¹⁸⁶Interact with a lot of love.

¹⁷⁴कुदृष्टि भी बड़ा नुकसान कर देती है।

¹⁸⁷Impure vision causes a great deal of harm.

¹⁷⁵बड़ी मेहनत चाहिए।

¹⁸⁸A great deal of effort is needed.

¹⁷⁶आत्म-अभिमान है अविनाशी अभिमान। ¹⁷⁷देह तो विनाशी है।

¹⁸⁹Soul consciousness is: the awareness of the imperishable.

¹⁷⁸आत्मा को कोई भी नहीं जानते हैं।

¹⁹⁰Bodies are perishable. ¹⁹¹No one knows about souls.

¹⁷⁹आत्मा का भी बाप तो जरूर कोई होगा ना।

¹⁹²There would definitely be the Father of souls.

¹⁸⁰कहते भी हैं सब भाई-भाई हैं।

¹⁹³They also say: All are brothers.

¹⁸¹फिर सबमें परमात्मा बाप विराजमान कैसे हो सकता है?

¹⁹⁴In that case, how could the Supreme Soul be seated in everyone?

¹⁸²सभी बाप कैसे हो सकते हैं?

¹⁹⁵How could everyone be the Father?

¹⁸³इतना भी अक्ल नहीं है!

¹⁹⁶They don’t even have this much sense.

¹⁸⁴सबका बाप तो एक ही है, उनसे ही वर्सा मिलता है।

¹⁹⁷The Father of all is definitely only the One. ¹⁹⁸Only from Him is the inheritance received.

¹⁸⁵उसका नाम है शिव।

¹⁹⁹His name is Shiva.

¹⁸⁶शिवरात्रि भी मनाते हैं।

²⁰⁰They also celebrate Shiv Jayanti (Shiv Ratri).

¹⁸⁷रूद्र रात्रि वा श्रीकृष्ण रात्रि नहीं कहते।

²⁰¹It is not said, “The night of Rudra” or “The night of Shri Krishna”.

¹⁸⁸मनुष्य तो कुछ भी नहीं समझते हैं, कहेंगे यह सब उनके रूप हैं, उनकी ही लीला है।

²⁰²Human beings don’t understand anything. ²⁰³They would say: “All of those are His forms. ²⁰⁴It is His wonderful game.”

¹⁸⁹तुम अभी समझते हो बेहद के बाप से तो बेहद का वर्सा मिलता है तो उस बाप की श्रीमत पर चलना है।

²⁰⁵You now understand that you receive the unlimited inheritance from the unlimited Father. ²⁰⁶So, you have to follow the shrimat of that Father.

¹⁹⁰बाप कहते हैं मुझे याद करो।

²⁰⁷The Father says: Remember Me!

¹⁹¹लेबर्स को भी शिक्षा देनी चाहिए तो उन्हों का भी कुछ कल्याण हो जाए।

²⁰⁸Labourers should also be given these teachings, so that there is some benefit for them too.

¹⁹²परन्तु खुद ही याद नहीं कर सकते तो औरों को क्या याद दिलायेंगे।

²⁰⁹However, when you yourselves are not able to have remembrance, how would you enable others to have remembrance?

¹⁹³रावण एकदम पतित बना देते हैं फिर बाप आकर परिस्तानी बनाते हैं। ¹⁹⁴वन्डर है ना।

²¹⁰Ravan makes you completely impure and then the Father comes and makes you into the residents of that land of angels.

¹⁹⁵कोई की भी बुद्धि में यह बातें नहीं हैं।

²¹¹It is a wonder! ²¹²These things are not in anyone’s intellect.

¹⁹⁶यह लक्ष्मी-नारायण कितना ऊंच परिस्तानी से फिर कितना पतित बन जाते हैं इसलिए ब्रह्मा का दिन, ब्रह्मा की रात गाई हुई है।

²¹³Lakshmi and Narayan become so impure from being so elevated and divine. ²¹⁴This is why “The day of Brahma and the night of Brahma” has been remembered.

¹⁹⁷शिव के मन्दिर में तुम बहुत सर्विस कर सकते हो।

²¹⁵You can do a great deal of service in the Shiva Temples.

¹⁹⁸बाप कहते हैं तुम मुझे याद करो।

²¹⁶The Father says: Remember Me!

¹⁹⁹दर-दर भटकना छोड़ दो।

²¹⁷Give up wandering around from door to door.

²⁰⁰यह ज्ञान है ही शान्ति का।

²¹⁸Only this knowledge is for peace.

²⁰¹बाप को याद करने से तुम सतोप्रधान बन जायेंगे।

²¹⁹By remembering the Father, you will become satopradhan; that’s all.

²⁰²बस यही मन्त्र देते रहो।

²²⁰Continue to give this mantra.

²⁰³कोई से भी पैसा नहीं लेना चाहिए, जब तक पक्का न हो जाए।

²²¹You must not accept money from anyone until they have become strong in this knowledge.

²⁰⁴बोलो प्रतिज्ञा करो कि हम पवित्र रहेंगे, तब हम तुम्हारे हाथ का खा सकते हैं, कुछ भी ले सकते हैं।

²²²Tell them: “Promise that you will remain pure, then we can eat what you prepare with your hands; we can accept anything.”

²⁰⁵भारत में मन्दिर तो बहुत ढेर हैं।

²²³There are many temples in Bharat.

²⁰⁶फॉरेनर्स आदि जो भी आयें उनको यह सन्देश तुम दे सकते हो कि बाप को याद करो।

²²⁴You can give this message to any foreigners, etc., who come: “Remember the Father!”

²⁰⁸मीठे-मीठे सिकीलधे बच्चों प्रति मात-पिता बापदादा का याद-प्यार और गुडमॉर्निंग।

²²⁶To you sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now-found children, love, remembrance and good morning from the Mother, the Father, BapDada.

²⁰⁹रूहानी बाप की रूहानी बच्चों को नमस्ते।

²²⁷The spiritual Father says namaste to you spiritual children.

²¹⁰धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार:-

²²⁸Essence for dharna:

²¹¹1) कभी भी ऐसी हंसी-मजाक नहीं करनी है जिसमें विकारों की वायु हो।

²²⁹ 1. Never laugh or joke about things that have any odour of vice in them. ²³⁰Be very cautious.

²¹²अपने को बहुत सावधान रखना है, मुख से कटुवचन नहीं निकालने हैं।

²³¹Let no bad words emerge from your mouth. ²³² 2. In order to become soul conscious, practise being it a great deal.

²¹³2) आत्म-अभिमानी बनने की बहुत-बहुत प्रैक्टिस करनी है।

²³³Interact with everyone with love. ²³⁴Don’t have impure vision.

²¹⁴सबसे प्यार से चलना है। ²¹⁵कुदृष्टि नहीं रखनी है।

²³⁵If your vision is pulled to impurity, punish yourself.

²¹⁶कुदृष्टि जाए तो अपने आपको आपेही सज़ा देनी है। ²¹⁷वरदान:- निरन्तर याद और सेवा के बैलेन्स से बचपन के नाज़ नखरे समाप्त करने वाले वानप्रस्थी भव

²³⁶Blessing: May you finish all mischievous games of childhood by staying in the stage of retirement and constantly keeping a balance of remembrance and service. ²³⁷ To waste this invaluable time of the confluence age over trivial matters is like playing mischievous games of childhood. ²³⁸Those mischievous games no longer suit you.

²¹⁸छोटी-छोटी बातों में संगम के अमूल्य समय को गंवाना बचपन के नाज़ नखरे हैं।

²³⁹In the stage of retirement, the only things that remain are the remembrance of the Father and service. ²⁴⁰Apart from these, let nothing else be remembered.

²¹⁹अब यह नाज़ नखरे शोभते नहीं, वानप्रस्थ में सिर्फ एक ही कार्य रह जाता है - बाप की याद और सेवा।

²⁴¹When you wake up, there is only remembrance and service and when you go to sleep, there is only remembrance and service. ²⁴²Constantly keep this balance.

²²⁰इसके सिवाए और कोई भी याद न आये, उठो तो भी याद और सेवा, सोओ तो भी याद और सेवा - निरन्तर यह बैलेन्स बना रहे।

²⁴³Become trikaldarshi and celebrate the completion ceremony of childish matters and sanskars of childhood and you will then be called one who is in the stage of retirement. ²⁴⁴Slogan: The sign of a soul who is full of all attainments is contentment.

²²¹त्रिकालदर्शी बनकर बचपन की बातें वा बचपन के संस्कारों का समाप्ति समारोह मनाओ, तब कहेंगे वानप्रस्थी। ²²²स्लोगन:- सर्व प्राप्तियों से सम्पन्न आत्मा की निशानी है सन्तुष्टता, सन्तुष्ट रहो और सन्तुष्ट करो। ²²³अव्यक्त-इशारे:- एकान्तप्रिय बनो एकता और एकाग्रता को अपनाओ

²⁴⁵Remain content and make others content.

²²⁴एकान्त एक तो स्थूल होती है, दूसरी सूक्ष्म भी होती है।

²⁴⁶*** Om Shanti *** ²⁴⁷Have love for solitude and imbibe unity and concentration.

²²⁵एकान्त के आनन्द के अनुभवी बन जाओ तो बाह्यमुखता अच्छी नहीं लगेगी।

²⁴⁸Solitude is physical and also subtle. ²⁴⁹Become experienced in the bliss of solitude and you will then no longer enjoy extroversion.

²²⁶अव्यक्त स्थिति को बढ़ाने के लिए एकान्त में रुचि रखनी है।

²⁵⁰In order to increase your avyakt stage, have an interest in maintaining solitude.

²²⁷एकता के साथ एकांतप्रिय बनना है।

²⁵¹As well as having unity, also be one who has love for solitude.
