¹मीठे बच्चे - “तुम सवेरे-सवेरे उठकर बहुत प्यार से कहो बाबा गुडमार्निंग, इस याद से ही तुम सतोप्रधान बन जायेंगे''

¹Essence: Sweet children, wake up early in the morning and say with lots of love: “Baba Good morning.” ²It is through this remembrance that you will become satopradhan.

²प्रश्न:- एक्यूरेट याद द्वारा बाप की करेन्ट लेने के लिए मुख्य किन गुणों की आवश्यकता है?

³Question: In order to receive a current from the Father with accurate remembrance, which main virtues do you need to have?

³उत्तर:- बहुत धैर्यवत हो, समझ और गम्भीरता से अपने को आत्मा समझ याद करने से बाप की करेन्ट मिलेगी और आत्मा सतोप्रधान बनती जायेगी।

⁴Answer: Consider yourself to be a soul with great patience, have understanding and maturity and remember the Father and you will receive a current from the Father and the soul will continue to become satopradhan.

⁴तुम्हें अभी बाप की याद सतानी चाहिए क्योंकि बाप से बहुत भारी वर्सा मिलता है, तुम कांटों से फूल बनते हो, सब दैवीगुण आ जाते हैं।

⁵You will change from thorns into flowers and continue to develop divine virtues.

⁶बाप कहते हैं मीठे बच्चे तत्वम् अर्थात् तुम आत्मायें भी शान्त स्वरुप हो।

⁷तुम सर्व आत्माओं का स्वधर्म है ही शान्ति।

¹⁰आत्मा छोटी-बड़ी नहीं होती है, शरीर छोटा बड़ा होता है।

¹¹Souls don’t become larger or smaller. ¹²It is the bodies that become larger or smaller.

¹¹बाप कहते हैं मैं तो शरीरधारी नहीं हूँ।

¹³The Father says: I am not a bodily being.

¹²मुझे बच्चों से सम्मुख मिलने आना होता है।

¹⁴I have to come to meet you children personally, face to face.

¹³समझो जैसे बाप है, उनसे बच्चे पैदा होते हैं, तो वह बच्चा ऐसे नहीं कहेगा कि मैं परमधाम से आकर जन्म ले मात-पिता से मिलने आया हूँ।

¹⁵For instance, children created by a father would not say that they have come from the supreme abode, taken birth and have come to meet the mother and father.

¹⁴भल कोई नई आत्मा आती है किसके भी शरीर में वा कोई पुरानी आत्मा किसके शरीर में प्रवेश करती है तो ऐसे नहीं कहेंगे कि मात-पिता से मिलने आया हूँ।

¹⁶Even though a new soul enters someone else’s body or an older soul enters someone’s body, it would not be said that that soul has come to meet the mother and father.

¹⁵उनको आटोमेटिकली मात-पिता मिल जाते हैं।

¹⁷The soul automatically receives a mother and father.

¹⁶यहाँ यह है नई बात।

¹⁸Here, this is something new.

¹⁷बाप कहते हैं मैं परमधाम से आकर तुम बच्चों के सम्मुख हुआ हूँ।

¹⁹The Father says: I have come here from the supreme abode and am now personally in front of you children.

¹⁸तुम्हें नॉलेज देता हूँ क्योंकि मैं हूँ नॉलेजफुल, ज्ञान का सागर, मैं आता हूँ तुम बच्चों को पढ़ाने, राजयोग सिखाने।

²⁰I give you children this knowledge once again because I am knowledge-full, the Ocean of Knowledge. ²¹I come to teach you children Raja Yoga.

¹⁹तुम बच्चे अभी संगम पर हो, फिर जाना है अपने घर इसलिए पावन तो जरूर बनना है।

²²You are now at the confluence age and you are going to go to your home. ²³Therefore, you definitely have to become pure.

²⁰अन्दर में बहुत खुशी होनी चाहिए।

²⁴Internally, let there be a lot of happiness.

²²बेहद का बाप कहते हैं मीठे-मीठे बच्चों मुझे याद करो तो तुम सतोप्रधान, विश्व का मालिक बनेंगे।

²³बाप बच्चों को कितना प्यार करते हैं।

²⁷The Father has so much love for you children.

²⁴ऐसे नहीं कि सिर्फ टीचर के रूप में पढ़ाकर घर चले जाते हैं।

²⁸It is not that He simply teaches you in the form of the Teacher and then goes back home.

²⁵यह तो बाप भी है, टीचर भी है।

²⁹He is the Father and also the Teacher.

²⁶तुमको पढ़ाते हैं। ²⁷याद की यात्रा भी सिखलाते हैं।

²⁸तो विश्व का मालिक बनाने वाले, पतित से पावन बनाने वाले बाप के साथ बहुत लव होना चाहिए।

³¹Let there be a lot of love for the Father who purifies you and makes you into the masters of the world.

²⁹सवेरे-सवेरे उठकर पहले-पहले शिवबाबा से गुडमार्निंग करना चाहिए।

³²As soon as you wake up early in the morning, you should first of all say “Good morning” to Shiv Baba.

³⁰बच्चों को अपने दिल से पूछना है कि हम सवेरे उठकर कितना बेहद के बाप को याद करते हैं!

³³You children have to ask your hearts: How much do I remember the unlimited Father after waking up in the morning?

³¹सवेरे उठ बाबा से गुडमार्निंग करें, ज्ञान के चिन्तन में रहें तो खुशी का पारा चढ़े।

³⁴When you wake up early in the morning and say “Good morning” to Baba and churn this knowledge, the mercury of your happiness will rise.

³²मुख्य है ही याद, इससे भविष्य के लिए बहुत भारी कमाई होती है। ³³कल्प-कल्पान्तर यह कमाई काम आयेगी।

³⁵The main thing is remembrance. ³⁶Through this, you earn a very important income for the future; this income will be useful to you for cycle after cycle.

³⁴तुम्हें बड़ा धैर्यवत बन, गम्भीरता और समझ से याद करना है।

³⁷You have to have remembrance with a lot of patience, maturity and understanding.

³⁵मोटे हिसाब में तो भल कह देते हैं कि हम बाबा को बहुत याद करते हैं परन्तु एक्यूरेट याद करने में मेहनत है।

³⁸In general terms, although you say that you remember Baba a great deal, it requires effort to have accurate remembrance.

³⁶जो बाप को जास्ती याद करते हैं उनको करेन्ट जास्ती मिलती है क्योंकि याद से याद मिलती है।

³⁹Those who remember the Father more receive more current because remembrance begets remembrance.

³⁷योग और ज्ञान दो चीज़ें हैं।

⁴⁰There are the two things: yoga and this knowledge.

³⁸योग की बहुत भारी सब्जेक्ट है।

⁴¹The subject of yoga is very important.

³⁹योग से ही आत्मा सतोप्रधान बनती है।

⁴²It is with yoga that souls become satopradhan.

⁴⁰याद बिना सतोप्रधान होना असम्भव है।

⁴³It is impossible to become satopradhan without having remembrance.

⁴¹अच्छी रीति प्यार से बाप को याद करेंगे तो आटोमेटिक्ली करेन्ट मिलेगी। ⁴²हेल्दी बन जायेंगे।

⁴⁴If you remember the Father very well with a lot of love, you automatically receive a current and become healthy.

⁴³करेन्ट से आयु भी बढ़ती है।

⁴⁵Your lifespan also increases with that current.

⁴⁴बच्चे याद करते हैं तो बाबा भी सर्चलाइट देते हैं।

⁴⁶When you children remember Baba, He gives you a searchlight.

⁴⁵मीठे बच्चों को यह पक्का याद रखना है। ⁴⁶शिवबाबा हमको पढ़ाते हैं।

⁴⁷Sweet children, remember this firmly: Shiv Baba is teaching us.

⁴⁷शिवबाबा पतित पावन भी हैं। ⁴⁸सद्गति दाता भी हैं।

⁴⁸Shiv Baba is the Purifier and also the Bestower of Salvation.

⁴⁹सद्गति माना स्वर्ग की राजाई देते हैं।

⁴⁹Salvation means He gives you the sovereignty of heaven.

⁵⁰बाबा कितना मीठा है।

⁵⁰Baba is so sweet.

⁵¹कितना प्यार से बच्चों को बैठ पढ़ाते हैं।

⁵¹He sits and teaches you children with so much love.

⁵²बाप, दादा द्वारा हमको पढ़ाते हैं।

⁵²The Father is teaching us through Dada.

⁵³बाबा बच्चों को कितना प्यार करते हैं, कोई तकलीफ नहीं देते।

⁵³Baba gives us so much love. ⁵⁴He doesn’t give us any difficulty.

⁵⁴सिर्फ कहते हैं मुझे याद करो और चक्र को याद करो।

⁵⁵He simply says: Remember Me and remember the cycle.

⁵⁵बाप की याद में दिल एकदम ठर जानी चाहिए।

⁵⁶Let your hearts become cool by having remembrance of the Father.

⁵⁶एक बाप की ही याद सतानी चाहिए क्योंकि बाप से वर्सा कितना भारी मिलता है।

⁵⁷Let the soul be harassed by remembrance of the one Father because you receive such a huge inheritance from Him.

⁵⁷अपने को देखना चाहिए हमारा बाप के साथ कितना लव है।

⁵⁸Each of you should check yourself: How much love do I have for the Father?

⁵⁸कहाँ तक हमारे में दैवी गुण हैं!

⁵⁹To what extent do I have the divine virtues in me?

⁵⁹क्योंकि तुम बच्चे अब कांटों से फूल बन रहे हो।

⁶⁰You children are now changing from thorns into flowers.

⁶⁰जितना-जितना योग में रहेंगे उतना कांटों से फूल, सतोप्रधान बनते जायेंगे।

⁶¹To the extent that you stay in yoga, you will accordingly continue to change from thorns into flowers and become satopradhan.

⁶¹जो बहुत कांटों को फूल बनाते हैं उन्हें ही सच्चा खुशबूदार फूल कहेंगे। ⁶²वह कभी किसको कांटा नहीं लगायेंगे।

⁶²Those who change many thorns into flowers are said to be truly fragrant flowers; they never prick anyone.

⁶³क्रोध भी बड़ा कांटा है। ⁶⁴बहुतों को दुःख देते हैं।

⁶³Anger is a big thorn which causes sorrow for many.

⁶⁵अभी तुम बच्चे कांटों की दुनिया से किनारे पर आ गये हो, तुम हो संगम पर।

⁶⁴From the world of thorns, you children have now stepped to the side (shores). ⁶⁵You are now at the confluence age.

⁶⁶जैसे माली फूलों को अलग पाट (बर्तन) में निकाल रखते हैं वैसे ही तुम फूलों को भी अब संगमयुगी पाट में अलग रखा हुआ है।

⁶⁶Just as a gardener puts flowers in separate pots, in the same way, you flowers of the confluence age have been placed into separate pots.

⁶⁷फिर तुम फूल स्वर्ग में चले जायेंगे। ⁶⁸कलियुगी कांटें भस्म हो जायेंगे।

⁶⁷You flowers will then go to heaven and the iron-aged thorns will be burnt.

⁶⁹बाप कहते हैं मीठे बच्चे जितना तुम बहुतों का कल्याण करेंगे उतना तुमको ही ऊजूरा मिलेगा।

⁶⁸The Father says: Sweet children, the more you benefit many others, the more return you will receive.

⁷⁰बहुतों को रास्ता बतायेंगे तो बहुतों की आशीर्वाद मिलेगी।

⁶⁹If you show the path to many others, you will receive blessings from many.

⁷¹ज्ञान रत्नों से झोली भरकर फिर दान करना है।

⁷⁰You have to fill your aprons with the jewels of knowledge and then donate them.

⁷²ज्ञान सागर तुमको रत्नों की थालियाँ भर-भर कर देते हैं, जो उसका दान करते हैं वही सबको प्यारे लगते हैं।

⁷¹The Ocean of Knowledge is giving you platefuls of jewels. ⁷²Those who donate those jewels are loved by everyone.

⁷³बच्चों के अन्दर में कितनी खुशी होनी चाहिए।

⁷³You children should have so much happiness in you.

⁷⁴सेन्सीबुल बच्चे जो होंगे वह तो कहेंगे हम बाबा से पूरा ही वर्सा लेंगे।

⁷⁴Sensible children would say: We will claim the full inheritance from Baba.

⁷⁵एकदम चटक पड़ेंगे।

⁷⁵They cling to the Father completely.

⁷⁶बाप से बहुत लव रहेगा क्योंकि जानते हैं प्राण देने वाला बाप मिला है।

⁷⁶They have a lot of love for the Father because they know that they have found the Father who gives them life.

⁷⁷नॉलेज का वरदान ऐसा देते हैं जिससे हम क्या से क्या बन जाते हैं, इनसालवेन्ट से सालवेन्ट बन जाते हैं।

⁷⁷He gives you such a blessing of this knowledge that you completely change from what you were. ⁷⁸You become solvent from insolvent.

⁷⁸इतना भण्डारा भरपूर कर देते हैं।

⁷⁹He fills your treasure store to this extent.

⁷⁹जितना बाप को याद करेंगे उतना लव रहेगा, कशिश होगी।

⁸⁰To the extent that you remember the Father, accordingly, there will be that much love and there will be a pull.

⁸⁰सुई साफ होती है तो चुम्बक तरफ खैच जाती है ना।

⁸¹When a needle is clean, it is pulled by a magnet.

⁸¹बाप की याद से कट निकलती जायेगी।

⁸²The rust will continue to be removed by your having remembrance of the Father.

⁸²एक बाप के सिवाए और कोई याद न आये।

⁸³Remember no one except the one Father.

⁸³बाप समझाते हैं मीठे बच्चे, गफलत मत करो।

⁸⁴The Father explains: Sweet children, do not become careless and make mistakes.

⁸⁴स्वदर्शन चक्रधारी बनो, लाइट हाउस बनो।

⁸⁵Become spinners of the discus of self-realisation and lighthouses.

⁸⁵स्वदर्शन चक्रधारी बनने की प्रैक्टिस अच्छी हो जायेगी तो फिर तुम जैसे ज्ञान का सागर हो जायेंगे।

⁸⁶When you have very good practise of being a spinner of the discus of self-realisation, it is as though you have become an ocean of knowledge.

⁸⁶जैसे स्टूडेन्ट पढ़कर टीचर बन जाते हैं ना।

⁸⁷Just as students study and become teachers.

⁸⁷तुम्हारा धन्धा ही यह है।

⁸⁸This is also your business.

⁸⁸सबको स्वदर्शन चक्रधारी बनाओ तब ही चक्रवर्ती राजा-रानी बनेंगे।

⁸⁹Make everyone into a spinner of the discus of self-realisation for only then will you become a king or queen and rule the globe.

⁸⁹बाप कहते हैं बच्चे तुम्हारे बिगर हमको भी जैसे बेआरामी होती है।

⁹⁰The Father says: Children, without you children, even I feel restless.

⁹⁰जब समय होता है तो बेआरामी हो जाती है। ⁹¹बस अभी हम जाऊं।

⁹¹When the time comes, I become restless: I should now go.

⁹²बच्चे बहुत पुकारते हैं, बहुत दुःखी हैं।

⁹²Children are calling out a lot and are very unhappy.

⁹³तरस पड़ता है इसलिए मैं आता हूँ तुम बच्चों को सब दुःखों से छुड़ाने।

⁹³Baba has mercy and this is why I come to liberate you children from all sorrows.

⁹⁴अभी तुम बच्चों को घर चलना है, फिर वहाँ से तुम आपेही सुखधाम चले जायेंगे।

⁹⁴You children now have to return home. ⁹⁵Then, from there, you will go to the land of happiness by yourselves.

⁹⁵वहाँ मैं तुम्हारा साथी नहीं बनूँगा।

⁹⁶I will not be your Companion there.

⁹⁶अपनी अवस्था अनुसार तुम्हारी आत्मा चली जायेगी।

⁹⁷You souls will go back according to your own stage.

¹⁰¹1) बाप की करेन्ट आटोमेटिक लेने के लिए बहुत प्यार से बाप को याद करना है।

¹⁰²1. In order to receive current from the Father automatically, remember the Father with a lot of love.

¹⁰²यह याद ही हेल्दी बनायेगी।

¹⁰³This remembrance alone will make you healthy.

¹⁰³करेन्ट लेने से ही आयु बढ़ेगी।

¹⁰⁴Your lifespan will increase by receiving current.

¹⁰⁴याद से ही बाप की सर्चलाइट मिलेगी।

¹⁰⁵Only through remembrance will you receive searchlight from the Father.

¹⁰⁵2) गफलत छोड़ स्वदर्शन चक्रधारी, लाइट हाउस बनना है, इससे ही ज्ञान सागर बन चक्रवर्ती राजा रानी बन जायेंगे।

¹⁰⁶2. Stop making mistakes and being careless, be a spinner of the discus of self-realisation and become a lighthouse. ¹⁰⁷It is only with this that you will become an ocean of knowledge and a ruler of the globe, a king or queen.

¹⁰⁸Blessing: May you be a constantly filled treasure store of happiness and constantly give everyone good news.

¹⁰⁷सदा अपने इस स्वरूप को सामने रखो कि हम खुशी के खजाने से भरपूर भण्डार हैं।

¹⁰⁹Constantly keep your image in front of you of being a treasure store filled with treasures of happiness.

¹⁰⁸जो भी अनगिनत और अविनाशी खजाने मिले हैं उन खजानों को स्मृति में लाओ।

¹¹⁰Remain aware of the countless, imperishable treasures you have received.

¹⁰⁹खजानों को स्मृति में लाने से खुशी होगी और जहाँ खुशी है वहाँ सदाकाल के लिए दुःख दूर हो जाते हैं।

¹¹¹By maintaining awareness of these treasures, you will experience happiness and where there is happiness, all sorrow is removed for all that time.

¹¹⁰खजानों की स्मृति से आत्मा समर्थ बन जाती है, व्यर्थ समाप्त हो जाता है।

¹¹²By maintaining awareness of the treasures, a soul becomes powerful and finishes all waste.

¹¹¹भरपूर आत्मा कभी हलचल में नहीं आती, वह स्वयं भी खुश रहती और दूसरों को भी खुशखबरी सुनाती है।

¹¹³A soul who is full never has any type of fluctuation. ¹¹⁴Such a soul remains happy and also gives good news to others.

¹¹²स्लोगन:- योग्य बनना है तो कर्म और योग का बैलेन्स रखो।

¹¹⁵Slogan: In order to become worthy and capable, keep a balance of karma and yoga.

¹¹³अव्यक्त इशारे - संकल्पों की शक्ति जमा कर श्रेष्ठ सेवा के निमित्त बनो

¹¹⁴सेवा में मुख द्वारा सन्देश देने में समय भी लगाते हो, सम्पत्ति भी लगाते हो, हलचल में भी आते हो, थकते भी हो… लेकिन श्रेष्ठ संकल्प की सेवा में यह सब बच जायेगा।

¹¹⁸When you serve with words, you use your time and wealth. ¹¹⁹There is also some upheaval in you and you become tired too. ¹²⁰However, in serving with your elevated thoughts, all of that will be saved.

¹¹⁵तो इस संकल्प शक्ति को बढ़ाओ।

¹¹⁶दृढ़ता सम्पन्न संकल्प करो तो प्रत्यक्षता भी जल्दी होगी।

¹²³Deep significant points about the drama (through trance messengers).

¹¹⁸1) इस विराट फिल्म (ड्रामा) में हर एक मनुष्यात्मा में अपनी-अपनी पोजीशन अनुसार सारे जीवन का ज्ञान अथवा एक्ट पहले ही मर्ज रूप में रहती है।

¹²⁴1) In this unlimited film (drama), all the knowledge for the whole life, that is, every act is merged beforehand according to the position of each human soul.

¹¹⁹जीवात्मा में सारे जीवन की पहचान मर्ज होने कारण समय पर इमर्ज होती है।

¹²²हर सेकण्ड की एक्ट अलग होती है, करके कल्प आगे वाली घड़ी रिपीट होती है परन्तु जिस समय प्रैक्टिकल लाइफ में चलते हो, उस समय नई महसूस होती है।

¹²⁸The act of every second is different, and the moment of the previous cycle is being repeated, but while you are moving along in your practical life, it feels as though it is new.

¹²³इसी समझ से आगे बढ़ते चलो।

¹²⁶3) इस विराट ड्रामा की जो भावी बनी हुई है..., वह निश्चय से ही बनी हुई है।

¹³³3) The predestined destiny of the unlimited drama has been created with faith.

¹²⁷भावी को कोई टालता है या बनाता है वो सब अपने ऊपर है।

¹³⁴Some destroy their destiny and some create their destiny. ¹³⁵All of this depends on oneself.

¹²⁸खुद का शत्रु और खुद का मित्र मैं ही हूँ।

¹³⁶I, alone, am my own enemy and my own friend.

¹²⁹अभी तुम्हें बहुत रमणीक, स्वीट बनना और बनाना है।

¹³⁷We now have to be very entertaining and sweet and make others the same.

¹³⁰4) इस विराट फिल्म में यह सहन करना भी तुम्हारे लिए कल्प पहले वाला एक मीठा सपना है क्योंकि तुम्हें फिर भी कुछ होता नहीं है, जिन्होंने भी तुम्हें तंग किया है वो भी कहेंगे कि मैंने इनको इतना तंग किया, दुःखी किया, परन्तु यह तो फिर भी डिवाइन यूनिटी, सुप्रीम यूनिटी, विजयी पाण्डव बनकर रहते हैं।

¹⁶⁵Since you know that each one is an effort-maker according to his stage, there cannot be any argument (debate) about anyone because each one is an effort-maker according to his stage. ¹⁶⁶See each one’s stage and pick up virtues from them.

¹⁵⁵अगर गुण नहीं उठा सकते तो उसे छोड़ दो।

¹⁶⁷If you are unable to pick up virtues from them, then just leave them.

¹⁵⁶10) तुम सदा अपने सर्वोत्तम लक्ष्य को सामने देख अपने को ही देखो।

¹⁶⁸10) Constantly, look at your highest aim in front of you and then look at yourself.

¹⁵⁷तुम हरेक व्यक्तिगत पुरुषार्थी हो, तुम अपने तरफ नज़र रख आगे दौड़ते रहो, कोई भल क्या भी करता रहे परन्तु मैं अपने स्वरूप में स्थित रहूँ, अन्य किसी को न देखूँ।

¹⁶⁹Each one of you is an individual effort-maker. ¹⁷⁰Pay attention to yourself and continue to race ahead. ¹⁷¹No matter what others are doing, let me remain stable in my form and not look at others.

¹⁵⁸अपने बुद्धि योगबल से मैं उसकी अवस्था को जान लूँ।

¹⁷²Let me discern their stage with the power of my yoga of the intellect.

¹⁵⁹अन्तर्मुखता की अवस्था से ही तुम अनेक परीक्षाओं से पास हो सकते हो।

¹⁷³Only with the stage of introversion will you be able to pass all the many tests.
