³एक-एक सन्तुष्टमणि की चमक से चारों ओर कितनी सुन्दर चमक, चमक रही है।

⁴हर एक सन्तुष्टमणि कितनी बाप की प्यारी, हर एक की प्यारी, अपनी भी प्यारी है।

⁵Each jewel of contentment is loved so much by the Father, loved by everyone and also loved by the self.

⁵सन्तुष्टता सर्व को प्यारी है।

⁶Everyone loves contentment.

⁶सन्तुष्टता सदा सर्व प्राप्ति सम्पन्न है क्योंकि जहाँ सन्तुष्टता है वहाँ अप्राप्त कोई वस्तु नहीं।

⁷Contentment is always to be full of all attainments, because where there is contentment there is nothing unattained.

⁷सन्तुष्ट आत्मा में सन्तुष्टता का नेचुरल नेचर है।

⁸A contented soul has the natural nature of contentment.

⁸सन्तुष्टता की शक्ति स्वतः और सहज चारों ओर वायुमण्डल फैलाती है।

⁹The power of contentment easily and naturally spreads contentment into the atmosphere everywhere.

⁹उनका चेहरा, उनके नयन वायुमण्डल में भी सन्तुष्टता की लहर फैलाते हैं।

¹⁰The face and eyes of such a soul spread the wave of contentment into the atmosphere.

¹⁰जहाँ सन्तुष्टता है वहाँ और विशेषतायें स्वतः ही आ जाती हैं।

¹¹Where there is contentment, other specialities automatically come.

¹¹सन्तुष्टता संगम पर विशेष बाप की देन है।

¹²Contentment is the special gift from the Father at the confluence age.

¹²सन्तुष्टता की स्थिति परिस्थिति के ऊपर सदा विजयी है।

¹³The stage of contentment is always victorious on an external stage.

¹³परिस्थिति बदलती रहती है लेकिन सन्तुष्टता की शक्ति सदा प्रगति को प्राप्त करती रहती है।

¹⁴External situations continue to change but the power of contentment constantly keeps increasing.

¹⁴कितनी भी परिस्थिति सामने आये लेकिन सन्तुष्टमणि के आगे हर समय माया और प्रकृति एक पपेट शो माफिक दिखाई देती है, इसलिए सन्तुष्ट आत्मा कभी परेशान नहीं होती।

¹⁵No matter how many external situations come in front of you, at every moment Maya and nature are seen to be like a puppet show in front of a jewel of contentment. ¹⁶Therefore, contented souls never become distressed.

¹⁵परिस्थिति का शो मनोरंजन अनुभव होता है।

¹⁷The show of external situations is experienced as entertainment.

¹⁶यह मनोरंजन अनुभव करने के लिए, अपने स्थिति की सीट सदा साक्षी दृष्टा की चाहिए। ¹⁷साक्षी दृष्टा स्थिति में स्थित रहने वाले यह मनोरंजन अनुभव करते हैं।

¹⁸In order to experience this entertainment, let the seat of your stage always be that of a detached observer; this will give you the experience of entertainment.

¹⁸दृष्य कितना भी बदलता है लेकिन साक्षी दृष्टा की सीट पर स्थित रहने वाली सन्तुष्ट आत्मा साक्षी हो, हर परिस्थिति को स्व स्थिति से बदल देती है।

¹⁹No matter how much the scene changes, a contented soul, who is stable on the seat of a detached observer, is able to change every external situation with the stage of the self, by being a detached observer.

¹⁹तो हर एक अपने को चेक करे कि मैं सदा सन्तुष्ट हूँ?

²⁰So, each one of you has to check yourself: Am I always content?

²⁰सदा?

²¹Always?

²¹सदा हैं वा कभी कभी हैं?

²²Are you always content or only sometimes?

²²बापदादा हमेशा हर शक्ति के लिए, खुशी के लिए, डबल लाइट बन उड़ने के लिए यही बच्चों को कहते कि सदा शब्द सदा याद रहे।

²³For every power, for your happiness and for you to become double-light and fly, BapDada always tells the children: Always remember the word ‘sada’ (always).

²³कभी-कभी शब्द ब्राह्मण जीवन के डिक्शनरी में है ही नहीं क्योंकि सन्तुष्टता का अर्थ ही है सर्व प्राप्ति।

²⁴The word ‘sometimes’ doesn’t exist in the dictionary of Brahmin life, because contentment means all attainment.

²⁴जहाँ सर्व प्राप्ति है वहाँ कभी-कभी शब्द है ही नहीं।

²⁵Where there is all attainment, the word ‘sometimes’ doesn’t exist.

²⁵तो सदा अनुभूति करने वाले हो वा पुरुषार्थ कर रहे हो?

²⁶So, are you those who always have an experience or are you still making effort?

²⁶हर एक ने अपने आपसे पूछा, चेक किया?

²⁷Have each of you asked yourself this? ²⁸Have you checked yourself?

²⁷क्योंकि आप सभी विशेष बाप के स्नेही, सहयोगी, लाडले, मीठे मीठे स्व-परिवर्तक बच्चे हो।

²⁹Because all of you are the especially beloved, sweet, lovely and co-operative self-transformer children of the Father.

²⁸ऐसे हो ना? ²⁹है ऐसे?

³⁰You are like that, are you not?

³⁰जैसे बाप देख रहे हैं ऐसे ही अपने को अनुभव करते हो?

³¹Is it like that? ³²Do you experience yourself in the same way as the Father is seeing you?

³¹हाथ उठाओ, जो सदा, कभी-कभी नहीं, सदा सन्तुष्ट रहते हैं।

³³Raise your hands, those who remain content all the time, not just sometimes.

³²सदा शब्द याद है ना।

³⁴You remember the word ‘sada’, do you not?

³³हाथ थोड़ा धीरे धीरे उठा रहे हैं।

³⁵You are raising your hands slowly. ³⁶Good. ³⁷Very good.

³⁴अच्छा, बहुत अच्छा। ³⁵थोड़े-थोड़े उठा रहे हैं और सोच-सोच के उठा रहे हैं।

³⁸Only a few of you are raising your hands, and you are raising them after careful consideration.

³⁶लेकिन बापदादा ने बार-बार अटेन्शन खिंचवाया है कि अब समय और स्वयं दोनों को देखो।

³⁹However, BapDada has repeatedly drawn your attention: Now, look at both the time and also the self.

³⁷समय की रफ्तार और स्वयं की रफ्तार दोनों को चेक करो।

⁴⁰Check the speed of the time and the speed of the self.

³⁸पास विद ऑनर तो होना ही है ना।

⁴¹You have to pass with honours, do you not?

³⁹हर एक सोचो कि मैं बाप की राजदुलारी या राजदुलारा हूँ।

⁴²Each one of you should think: I am raj dular(i) (royal, especially beloved child) of the Father.

⁴⁰अपने को राजदुलारा समझते हो ना!

⁴³You do consider yourselves to be royal children, do you not?

⁴¹रोज़ बापदादा आपको क्या याद प्यार देते हैं?

⁴⁴What love and remembrance does BapDada give you every day?

⁴²लाडले बच्चे।

⁴⁵“Beloved children”.

⁴³तो लाडला कौन होता है?

⁴⁶So, who are the beloved ones?

⁴⁴लाडला वही होता है जो फॉलो फादर करता है और फॉलो करना बहुत-बहुत-बहुत सहज है, कोई मुश्किल नहीं है।

⁴⁷The ones who follow the father. ⁴⁸And it is very, very, very easy to follow. ⁴⁹It is not difficult at all.

⁴⁵एक ही बात को फॉलो किया तो सहज सर्व बातों में फॉलो हो ही जायेगा।

⁵⁰If you follow in just one aspect, you will easily be following in all other aspects.

⁴⁶एक ही लाइन है जो बाप हर रोज़ याद दिलाते हैं।

⁵¹It is just one line that the Father reminds you of every day.

⁴⁷वह याद है ना?

⁵²You remember that, do you not?

⁴⁸अपने को आत्मा समझ मुझ बाप को याद करो।

⁵³Consider yourself to be a soul and remember Me, your Father.

⁴⁹एक ही लाइन है ना और याद करने वाली आत्मा जिसको बाप का खजाना मिल गया, वह सेवा के बिना रह ही नहीं सकता क्योंकि अथाह प्राप्ति है, अखुट खजाने हैं।

⁵⁴It is just one line, is it not? ⁵⁵And it is souls who remember it. ⁵⁶Those who have received treasures from the Father cannot stay without doing service because they have plentiful attainment and limitless treasures.

⁵⁰दाता के बच्चे हैं, वह देने के बिना रह नहीं सकते और मैजॉरिटी आप सबको टाइटिल क्या मिला है?

⁵⁷You are the children of the Bestower. ⁵⁸You cannot stay without giving to others. ⁵⁹And what is the title that the majority of you have been given?

⁵¹डबल फारेनर्स।

⁶⁰Double foreigners.

⁵²तो टाइटिल ही डबल है।

⁶¹So, your title itself is ‘double’.

⁵³बापदादा को भी आप सबको देख खुशी होती है और सदा ऑटोमेटिक गीत गाते रहते कि वाह मेरे बच्चे वाह!

⁶²Seeing all of you, BapDada is pleased and always automatically sings the song, “Wah My children! wah!” ⁶³It is good.

⁵⁴अच्छा है, भिन्न-भिन्न देश से कौन से विमान में आये हो?

⁶⁴In which plane have you come from all the different countries?

⁵⁵स्थूल में तो किसी भी विमान में आये हो लेकिन बापदादा कौन सा विमान देख रहे हैं?

⁶⁵Physically, you may have come in any plane, but which plane is BapDada seeing?

⁵⁶अति स्नेह के विमान में अपने प्यारे-प्यारे घर में पहुंच गये हो।

⁶⁶You have all reached your lovely home in the plane of deep love.

⁵⁷बापदादा हर बच्चे को आज विशेष यही वरदान दे रहे हैं कि हे लाडले प्यारे बच्चे, सदा सन्तुष्टमणि बन विश्व में सन्तुष्टता की लाइट फैलाओ।

⁶⁷Today, BapDada is giving every child the blessing: O lovely, beloved child, always be a jewel of contentment and spread the light of contentment into the world.

⁵⁸सन्तुष्ट रहना और सन्तुष्ट करना।

⁶⁸Remain content and make others content.

⁵⁹कई बच्चे कहते हैं सन्तुष्ट रहना तो सहज है लेकिन सन्तुष्ट करना यह थोड़ा मुश्किल लगता है।

⁶⁹Some children say that it is easy to remain content, but to make others content feels a little difficult.

⁶⁰बापदादा जानते हैं अगर हर एक आत्मा को सन्तुष्ट करना है तो उसकी विधि बहुत सहज साधन है, अगर कोई आपसे असन्तुष्ट होता है या असन्तुष्ट रहता है तो वह भी असन्तुष्ट लेकिन आपको भी उसकी असन्तुष्टता का प्रभाव कुछ तो पड़ता है ना।

⁷⁰BapDada knows that if you want to make each and every soul content, the method for that is very easy. ⁷¹If someone becomes discontented with you and remains discontented with you, then that person is discontented anyway. ⁷²However, you also become influenced by their discontentment to some extent.

⁶¹व्यर्थ संकल्प तो चलता है ना।

⁷³You do have waste thoughts, do you not?

⁶²जो बापदादा ने शुभ भावना, शुभ कामना का मन्त्र दिया है, अगर अपने आपको इस मन्त्र में स्मृति स्वरुप रखो तो आपके व्यर्थ संकल्प नहीं चलेंगे।

⁷⁴If you keep yourself as an embodiment of the awareness of the mantra that BapDada has given you, the mantra of good wishes and pure feelings, you would not have any waste thoughts.

⁶³अपने को जानते हुए भी कि यह ऐसा है, यह वैसा है लेकिन अपने को सदा न्यारा, उसके वायब्रेशन से न्यारा और बाप का प्यारा अनुभव करो।

⁷⁵You know that someone is like this or like that, but you still have to experience yourself to be constantly detached, and detached from the vibrations of that one and always loving to the Father.

⁶⁴तो आपके न्यारे और बाप के प्यारे पन की श्रेष्ठ स्थिति के वायब्रेशन अगर उस आत्मा को नहीं भी पहुंचे तो वायुमण्डल में फैलेगा जरूर।

⁷⁶Even if the vibrations of your elevated stage of being detached and loving to the Father do not reach that soul, they will definitely spread into the atmosphere.

⁶⁵अगर कोई परिवर्तन नहीं होता और आपके अन्दर उस आत्मा का प्रभाव व्यर्थ संकल्प के रुप में पड़ता रहता है तो वायुमण्डल में सबके संकल्प फैलते हैं इसलिए आप न्यारा बन बाप का प्यारा बन उस आत्मा के भी कल्याण के प्रति शुभ भावना, शुभ कामना रखो।

⁷⁷If someone does not transform themselves and you are being affected by that soul in the form of waste thoughts, then everyone’s thoughts spread into the atmosphere. ⁷⁸Therefore, become detached, be loving to the Father and have benevolent and pure feelings and good wishes for that soul too.

⁶⁶कई बार बच्चे कहते हैं कि उसने गलती की ना, तो हमको भी फोर्स से कहना पड़ता है, थोड़ा अपना स्वभाव भी, मुख भी फोर्स वाला हो जाता है।

⁷⁹Many times children say, “Because that one made a mistake, I had to tell them with force”. ⁸⁰Your nature and face also become a little forceful.

⁶⁷तो उसने गलती की लेकिन आपने जो फोर्स दिखाया क्या वह गलती नहीं है?

⁸¹So that one made a mistake, but is the force that you showed not a mistake?

⁶⁸उसने और गलती की, आपने अपने मुख से जो फोर्स से बोला, जिसको क्रोध का अंश कहेंगे तो वह राइट है?

⁸²That one made some mistake and you said something forcefully, and this would be said to be a trace of anger; is that right?

⁶⁹क्या गलत, गलत को ठीक कर सकता है?

⁸³Can one wrong put another wrong right?

⁷⁰आजकल के समय अनुसार अपने बोल को फोर्सफुल बनाना, यह भी विशेष अटेन्शन रखो क्योंकि जोर से बोलना या तंग होके बोलना, वह तो बदलता नहीं लेकिन यह भी दूसरे नम्बर के विकार का अंश है।

⁸⁴According to the time nowadays, you have to pay special attention when you make your words forceful, because to speak loudly or to speak while being fed up, thinking that that one is not changing, is also a trace of the second number vice.

⁷¹कहा जाता है - मुख से बोल ऐसे निकले जैसे फूलों की वर्षा हो रही है।

⁸⁵It is said that words emerging from your mouth should be like a shower of flowers.

⁷²मीठे बोल, मुस्कराता चेहरा, मीठी वृत्ति, मीठी दृष्टि, मीठा सम्बन्ध-सम्पर्क यह भी सर्विस का साधन है इसलिए रिजल्ट देखो अगर मानो कोई ने गलती की, गलत है और आपने समझाने के लक्ष्य से और कोई लक्ष्य नहीं है, लक्ष्य आपका बहुत अच्छा है कि इसको शिक्षा दे रहे हैं, समझा रहे हैं लेकिन रिजल्ट में क्या देखा गया है?

⁸⁶Sweet words, a smiling face, a sweet attitude, sweet drishti, sweet relationships and contacts – these are also means of service. ⁸⁷Therefore, look at the result. ⁸⁸If they made a mistake, they are wrong and with the aim of making them understand and not with any other aim – your aim is very good that you are giving teachings and explaining to them – what has been seen to be the result of that?

⁷³वह बदलता है?

⁸⁹Does that one change?

⁷⁴और ही आगे के लिए, आगे आने से डरता है।

⁹⁰In fact, that one becomes more afraid of coming in front of you in the future.

⁷⁵तो जो लक्ष्य आपने रखा वह तो होता नहीं है इसलिए अपने मन्सा संकल्प और वाणी अर्थात् बोल और सम्बन्ध-सम्पर्क को सदा मीठा, मधुरता सम्पन्न अर्थात् महान बनाओ क्योंकि वर्तमान समय लोग प्रैक्टिकल लाइफ देखने चाहते हैं, अगर वाणी से सेवा करते हो तो वाणी की सेवा से प्रभावित हो नज़दीक तो आते हैं, यह तो फायदा है लेकिन प्रैक्टिकल मधुरता, महानता, श्रेष्ठ भावना, चलन और चेहरे को देख स्वयं भी परिवर्तन के लिए प्रेरणा ले लेते हैं और जैसे जैसे आगे समय की हालातें परिवर्तन होनी हैं, तो ऐसे समय पर आप सबको चेहरे और चलन से ज्यादा सेवा करनी पड़ेगी इसलिए अपने आपको चेक करो - सर्व आत्माओं के प्रति शुभ भावना, शुभ कामना की वृत्ति और दृष्टि के संस्कार नेचर और नेचुरल हैं?

⁹¹The aim that you had was not fulfilled, and therefore, your thoughts, your words, your way of speaking and your relationships and connections, let these always be sweet, that is, always great, because nowadays people want to see your practical life. ⁹²When you serve through words, they are influenced through that verbal service and come close and that is beneficial, but when they practically see sweetness, greatness and elevated feelings through your activity and face, they also take inspiration for themselves. ⁹³As the situations will keep changing according to the time in the future, at that time, all of you will have to do more service through your face and your behaviour. ⁹⁴Therefore, check yourself.

⁷⁶बापदादा हर एक बच्चे को विजयी माला का मणका देखने चाहते हैं।

⁹⁵Are the sanskars of an attitude and vision of good wishes and pure feelings towards other souls part of your nature and natural?

⁷⁷तो आप सभी भी अपने को समझते हो कि हम माला के मणके बनने ही वाले हैं।

⁹⁶BapDada wishes to see each child as a bead of the rosary, a bead of the rosary of victory.

⁷⁸कई बच्चे सोचते हैं कि 108 की माला में तो जो निमित्त बने हुए बच्चे हैं वही आयेंगे लेकिन बापदादा ने पहले भी कहा है यह तो 108 का गायन भक्ति की माला का है लेकिन अगर आप हर एक विजयी दाना बनेंगे तो बापदादा माला के अन्दर बहुत लड़ी लगा देगा।

⁹⁷So, do all of you consider yourselves to be those who are going to become the beads of the rosary? ⁹⁸Many children think that only the children who have become instruments will become part of the rosary of 108, but BapDada has already told you before, too, that the 108 is a memorial of the rosary of devotion. ⁹⁹However, if each one of you becomes a victorious bead, then BapDada will create many more strands in the garland.

⁷⁹बाप के दिल की माला में आप हर एक विजयी बच्चों को स्थान है, यह बाप की गैरन्टी है।

¹⁰⁰In the rosary of the Father’s heart each of you victorious children has a place, and this is a guarantee from the Father.

⁸⁰सिर्फ स्वयं को मन्सा-वाचा-कर्मणा और चलन चेहरे में विजयी बनाओ।

¹⁰¹Simply make yourself victorious in your thoughts, words, actions, behaviour and on your face.

⁸¹पसन्द है, बनेंगे?

¹⁰²Do you like this? ¹⁰³Will you become this?

⁸²बापदादा की गैरन्टी है विजय माला का मणका बनायेंगे।

¹⁰⁴BapDada guarantees that He will make you into a bead of the rosary of victory.

⁸⁴(सभी ने हाथ उठाया) अच्छा, तो बापदादा माला के अन्दर माला बनाने शुरू कर देंगे।

⁹¹थोड़े-थोड़े, कोई-कोई हैं।

¹¹⁴There are a few who find it a little difficult.

⁹²बापदादा कहता है - जब बापदादा कहते हो तो बाबा कहने से क्या बाप का वर्सा नहीं मिलेगा!

¹¹⁵BapDada says: When you say, “BapDada”, then by saying, Baba, will you not receive an inheritance?

⁹³जब सभी वर्से के अधिकारी हो और कितना सहज बाप ने वर्सा दिया, सेकण्ड की बात है, आपने माना, जाना मेरा बाबा और बाप ने क्या कहा? ⁹⁴मेरा बच्चा।

¹¹⁶Since all of you have a right to the inheritance and the Father has given you the inheritance so easily – it is just a matter of a second – you knew and accepted “My Baba”, and what did the Father say?

⁹⁵तो बच्चा तो स्वतः ही वर्से के अधिकारी है।

¹¹⁷My child. ¹¹⁸So, a child naturally has a right to an inheritance.

⁹⁶बाबा कहते हो ना सभी एक ही शब्द बोलते हो मेरा बाबा।

¹¹⁹You say, “Baba”, do you not? ¹²⁰All of you use just this one expression, “My Baba”.

⁹⁷है ऐसे?

¹²¹Is it like that?

⁹⁸मेरा बाबा है?

¹²²Is it “My Baba”?

⁹⁹इसमें हाथ उठाओ।

¹⁰⁰मेरा बाबा है, तो मेरा वर्सा नहीं है?

¹⁰⁵तो अभी भी बाप कहते हैं, बाप शिवबाबा का हाथ क्या है?

¹³¹Even now, the Father asks: What is Shiv Baba’s hand?

¹⁰⁶यह हाथ तो है नहीं, तो शिवबाबा का हाथ पकड़ा, तो हाथ कौन सा है?

¹³²He doesn’t have physical hands, and so if you are holding Shiv Baba’s hand, what hand is that?

¹⁰⁷श्रीमत बाप का हाथ है।

¹³³Shrimat is the Father’s hand.

¹⁰⁸तो जैसे स्थूल में हाथ में हाथ देकर चलना पसन्द आता है, तो श्रीमत के हाथ में हाथ देके चलना यह क्या मुश्किल है!

¹³⁴So, just as you love walking hand-in-hand, what difficulty is there in walking giving your hand to the hand of shrimat?

¹⁰⁹ब्रह्मा बाप को देखा, प्रैक्टिकल सबूत देखा कि हर कदम श्रीमत प्रमाण चलने से सम्पूर्ण फरिश्तेपन की मंजिल में पहुंच गया ना!

¹³⁵You saw Father Brahma; you saw the practical proof of how, by taking every step according to shrimat, he reached his destination of becoming a perfect angel, did you not?

¹¹⁰अव्यक्त फरिश्ता बन गया ना।

¹³⁶He became an avyakt angel. ¹³⁷So, follow the father.

¹¹¹तो फालो फादर, हर एक श्रीमत, उठने से लेकर रात तक हर कदम की श्रीमत बापदादा ने बता दी है। ¹¹²उठो कैसे, चलो कैसे, कर्म कैसे करो, मन में संकल्प क्या-क्या करो और समय को कैसे श्रेष्ठ बिताओ।

¹³⁸From the moment of waking up till night-time; BapDada has told you the shrimat for every step: how you should wake up, how you should move along, how you should perform actions, what thoughts you should have in your mind, and how you should spend your time in an elevated way.

¹¹³रात को सोने तक श्रीमत मिली हुई है।

¹³⁹You have received shrimat till the time you go to sleep.

¹¹⁴सोचने की भी जरूरत नहीं, यह करूं या नहीं करूं, फॉलो ब्रह्मा बाप।

¹⁴⁰There is no need even to think: Should I do this or not? ¹⁴¹Simply follow Father Brahma.

¹¹⁵तो बापदादा का जिगरी प्यार है, बापदादा एक बच्चे को भी विजयी नहीं बनें, राजा नहीं बनें, यह नहीं देखने चाहते।

¹⁴²BapDada has deep love in His heart. ¹⁴³BapDada does not wish to see even one child not becoming victorious, not becoming a king.

¹¹⁶हर एक बच्चा राजा बच्चा है। ¹¹⁷स्वराज्य अधिकारी है इसलिए अपना स्वराज्य भूल नहीं जाना।

¹⁴⁴Each child is a king child, a self-sovereign, a master of the self. ¹⁴⁵Therefore, do not forget your self-sovereignty.

¹¹⁹बापदादा ने कई बार इशारा दिया है कि समय अचानक और नाज़ुक आ रहा है इसलिए एवररेडी, अशरीरीपन का अनुभव आवश्यक है।

¹²¹आप कहेंगे हम बहुत बिजी रहते हैं, अगर मानो कितने भी बिजी हो आपको प्यास लगती है, क्या करेंगे?

¹⁵⁰You say that you remain very busy, but if you are thirsty when you are very busy, what would you do? ¹⁵¹You would drink some water, would you not?

¹²²पानी पियेंगे ना! ¹²³क्योंकि समझते हो प्यास लगी है तो पानी पीना जरूरी है।

¹⁵²You understand that you are thirsty and so it is necessary to drink water.

¹²⁴ऐसे बीच-बीच में अशरीरी, आत्मिक स्थिति में स्थित रहने का अभ्यास भी जरूरी है क्योंकि आने वाले समय में चारों ओर की हलचल में अचल स्थिति की आवश्यकता है।

¹⁵³Every now and then, it is necessary to practise being in a bodiless and soul conscious stage, because in the times that are to come there will be the need for an unshakeable stage in the times of upheaval everywhere.

¹²⁵तो अभी से बहुतकाल का अभ्यास नहीं करेंगे तो अति हलचल के समय अचल कैसे रहेंगे!

¹⁵⁴So, if you do not practise this from now on, over a long period of time, how would you remain unshakeable at the time of extreme upheaval?

¹²⁶सारे दिन में एक-दो मिनट निकालके भी चेक करो कि समय प्रमाण आत्मिक स्थिति द्वारा अशरीरी बन सकते हैं?

¹⁵⁵Throughout the whole day, find even one or two minutes and check yourself as to whether you are able to become bodiless through your stage of soul consciousness according to the time.

¹²⁷चेक करो और चेंज करो।

¹⁵⁶Check and change yourself.

¹²⁸सिर्फ चेक नहीं करना, चेंज भी करो।

¹⁵⁷Do not just check yourself; also change yourself.

¹²⁹तो बार-बार इस अभ्यास को चेक करने से, रिवाइज़ करने से नेचुरल स्थिति बन जायेगी।

¹⁵⁸By repeatedly checking this practice, and by revising it, it will become your natural stage.

¹³⁰बापदादा से स्नेह है, इसमें तो सभी हाथ उठाते हैं।

¹⁵⁹You have love for BapDada and all of you raise your hand in this.

¹³¹हैं ना स्नेह!

¹⁶⁰You have love, do you not?

¹³²फुल स्नेह है, फुल या अधूरा?

¹⁶¹Do you have full love? ¹⁶²Is it full or incomplete?

¹³³अधूरा तो नहीं है ना!

¹⁶³It is not incomplete, is it?

¹³⁴स्नेह है तो वायदा क्या है?

¹⁶⁴So, if you have love, then what is your promise?

¹³⁵क्या वायदा किया है?

¹⁶⁵What promise have you made?

¹³⁶साथ चलेंगे?

¹⁶⁶Will you return home together?

¹³⁷अशरीरी बन साथ चलेंगे कि पीछे-पीछे आयेंगे?

¹⁶⁷Will you become bodiless and return home with the Father or follow Him later?

¹³⁸साथ चलेंगे?

¹⁶⁸Will you go together?

¹³⁹और थोड़ा टाइम वतन में साथ रहेंगे भी और फिर ब्रह्मा बाप के साथ फर्स्ट जन्म में आयेंगे।

¹⁶⁹And you will also stay with Him in the subtle region for a short time, just a short time. ¹⁷⁰And then you will come in the first birth with Father Brahma.

¹⁴⁰है यह वायदा?

¹⁷¹Have you promised this?

¹⁴⁴जब साथ चलना ही है, पीछे नहीं रहना है तो बाप भी साथ किसको लेके जायेंगे?

¹⁴⁵बाप, समान को साथ लेके जायेंगे।

¹⁷⁶The Father will take with Him those who are equal to Him.

¹⁴⁶बाप को भी अकेला जाना पसन्द नहीं है, बच्चों के साथ जाना है।

¹⁵³अभी नहीं जायेंगे, अभी तो फॉरेन में लौटकर जाना है ना। ¹⁵⁴बाप आर्डर करेगा, नष्टोमोहा स्मृति लब्धा का बेल बजायेगा और साथ चल पड़ेंगे। ¹⁵⁵तो तैयारी है ना!

¹⁸⁶The Father will issue an order and ring the bell of being a conqueror of attachment and an embodiment of remembrance and you will then begin to return with Him. ¹⁸⁷So, the preparations are made, are they not?

¹⁵⁶स्नेह की निशानी है साथ चलना।

¹⁵⁹जब साइंस के साधन दूर को नजदीक कर सकते हैं, देख सकते हैं, बोल सकते है, तो बापदादा भी दूर बैठे हुए बच्चों को सबसे नजदीक देख रहे हैं।

¹⁹¹Since the instruments of science are able to bring close the things that are far away - you are able to see them and hear them - so BapDada is also seeing the children who are far away as being the closest of all.

¹⁶⁰दूर नहीं हो, दिल में समाये हुए हो।

¹⁶¹तो बापदादा विशेष टर्न के अनुसार आये हुए बच्चों को अपने दिल में, नयनों में समाते हुए एक-एक को साथ चलने वाले, साथ रहने वाले, साथ राज्य करने वाले देख रहे हैं।

¹⁹³BapDada is merging in His heart and in His eyes the children who have come here especially for this turn and is seeing each one as one who will return with Him, stay with Him and then rule in the kingdom with him.

¹⁶²तो आज से सारे दिन में बार-बार कौन सी ड्रिल करेंगे?

¹⁹⁴So, from today, what drill will you perform again and again throughout the day?

¹⁶³अभी-अभी एक सेकण्ड में आत्म-अभिमानी, अपने शरीर को भी देखते हुए अशरीरी स्थिति में न्यारा और बाप का प्यारा अनुभव कर सकते हो ना!

¹⁹⁵Now, in one second, can you not experience yourself to be soul conscious, detached in the bodiless stage while being in the body and also loving to the Father?

¹⁶⁶(बापदादा ने ड्रिल कराई) ऐसे ही बीच-बीच में सारे दिन में कैसे भी एक मिनट निकाल इस अभ्यास को पक्का करते चलो क्योंकि बापदादा जानते हैं आगे का समय अति हाहाकार का होगा।

¹⁹⁹In this way, throughout the day, no matter how, find one minute now and then and continue to make this practice firm, because BapDada knows that the times to come will be extremely distressing.

¹⁶⁷आप सबको सकाश देनी पड़ेगी और सकाश देने में ही आपका अपना तीव्र पुरुषार्थ हो जायेगा।

²⁰⁰All of you will have to give sakaash and your giving that sakaash will become your intense effort.

¹⁶⁸थोड़े समय में सकाश द्वारा सर्व शक्तियां देनी पड़ेंगी और जो ऐसे नाज़ुक समय में सकाश देंगे, जितनों को देंगे, चाहे बहुतों को, चाहे थोड़ों को उतने ही द्वापर और कलियुग के भक्त उनके बनेंगे।

²⁰¹In a short time you will have to give all powers through sakaash and those who give sakaash in such delicate times, however many you give it to, whether you give to many or a few, that many will become your devotees in the copper and iron ages.

¹⁶⁹तो संगम पर हर एक भक्त भी बना रहे हैं क्योंकि दिया हुआ सुख और शान्ति उनके दिल में समा जायेगा और भक्ति के रूप में आपको रिटर्न करेंगे।

²⁰²So, at the confluence age, each of you is also creating your devotees, because the happiness and peace that you give them become merged in their hearts and they will give you a return of that in the form of their devotion.

¹⁷⁵हम सो, सो हम का मन्त्र सदा याद रहे तो इस नशे और खुशी में पुरानी दुनिया सहज भूल जायेगी।

²⁰⁹Always remember the mantra “Hum so, so hum”. ²¹⁰By having the intoxication and happiness of this, you will easily forget the old world.

¹⁷⁶सदा यही खुमारी रहेगी कि हम ही कल्प-कल्प की अधिकारी आत्मा हैं।

²¹¹You will always have the intoxication that you are a soul who has all rights, cycle after cycle.

¹⁷⁷हम ही थे, हम ही हैं और हम ही कल्प-कल्प होंगे।

²¹²I was this, I am this and I will be this cycle after cycle.

¹⁷⁸स्लोगन:- स्वयं का स्वयं ही टीचर बनो तो सर्व कमजोरियां स्वतः समाप्त हो जायेंगी।
