4But the original stage of the soul is pure happiness.

5When the soul performs sinful actions it experiences sorrow, and at the time of sorrow it remembers happiness.
5सुख के समय दुःख को याद नहीं करती है . sukh K|kē samay duḥkh kō yād nahī̃ kartī hai . sukh[n.m.;sg.,d.] K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] samay[n.m.;sg.,d.] duḥkhnā[root]|duḥkh[n.m.;sg.,d.] kō[postp.] yād[n.f.;sg.] nahī̃[neg] karnā[pres.sg.f.23] . happiness (K|of) time (hurt[root]|sorrow) to remembrance not do[pres.sg.f.23] .
6However, at the time of happiness, it doesn't remember sorrow.

7When the soul is in its stage of happiness, at that time it is not pulled by sorrow.
7दुःख की नालेज ही नहीं है . duḥkh key|kī knowledge hī nahī̃ hai . duḥkhnā[root]|duḥkh[n.m.;sg.,d.] key|karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.] knowledge hī[p.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . (hurt[root]|sorrow) (key|do[past-part.f.]|of) knowledge only not be[pres.sg.23] .
8It does not even have the knowledge of sorrow.
8परन्तु आत्मा जब दुःख में इमप्योरीफाइड है अथवा आत्मा के संस्कार जब दुःख की स्टेज से शुरु होते हैं तो उसी समय सुख याद आता है . parantu ātmā jab duḥkh mē̃ impurified hai athavā ātmā K|kē saṅskār jab duḥkh key|kī stage sē śhuru hōtē haĩ tō usī samay sukh yād ātā hai . parantu[conj.] ātmā[n.f.;sg.] jab duḥkhnā[root]|duḥkh[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] impurity hōnā[pres.sg.23] athavā ātmā[n.f.;sg.] K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] saṅskār[x] jab duḥkhnā[root]|duḥkh[n.m.;sg.,d.] key|karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.] stage sē[postp.] śhurū[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] tō vah[pn.sg.hī] samay[n.m.;sg.,d.] sukh[n.m.;sg.,d.] yād[n.f.;sg.] ānā[pres.sg.m.23] . however soul when (hurt[root]|sorrow) in impurity be[pres.sg.23] that is soul (K|of) sanskar when (hurt[root]|sorrow) (key|do[past-part.f.]|of) stage from beginning be[pres.pl.m.12hon3] then that[.hī] time happiness remembrance come[pres.sg.m.23] .
9But when the soul is impure and is experiencing sorrow, that is, when the sanskars of the soul reach a stage of sorrow, it remembers happiness.
9प्योरीफाइड सुख की खैच होती है . purified sukh key|kī khaich hōtī hai . purify sukh[n.m.;sg.,d.] key|karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.] khīñchnā, khaiñchnā[root] hōnā[pres.sg.f.23] . purify happiness (key|do[past-part.f.]|of) pull[root] be[pres.sg.f.23] .
10It is pulled by pure happiness.

11This proves that the original stage of the soul is pure happiness.
11आत्मा अपनी ओरीजनल स्टेज में प्योरीफाइड है , तो उस समय दुःख का नॉलेज ही नहीं रहता . ātmā apnī original stage mē̃ purified hai , tō us samay duḥkh kā knowledge hī nahī̃ rahtā . ātmā[n.f.;sg.] apnā[pn.ā=>ī;f.] original stage mē̃[postp.] purify hōnā[pres.sg.23] , tō vah[pn.sg.o.] samay[n.m.;sg.,d.] duḥkhnā[root]|duḥkh[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] knowledge hī[p.] nahī̃[neg] rahnā[pres-part.m.sg.d.] . soul one’s own original stage in purify be[pres.sg.23] , then that time (hurt[root]|sorrow) of knowledge only not remain[pres-part.m.sg.d.] .
12In its original stage the soul is pure and so it does not have any knowledge of sorrow at that time.
12भल दुःख के समय सुख का भी नालेज नहीं रहता है , परन्तु बुद्धि सुख की तरफ खैचती जरुर है कि इस दुःख से हम छूटें , सुख को पावें . bhal duḥkh K|kē samay sukh kā bhī knowledge nahī̃ rahtā hai , parantu buddhi sukh key|kī taraph khaichtī jarur hai ki is duḥkh sē ham chhūṭē̃ , sukh kō pāvē̃ . bhal duḥkhnā[root]|duḥkh[n.m.;sg.,d.] K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] samay[n.m.;sg.,d.] sukh[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] bhī[p.] knowledge nahī̃[neg] rahnā[pres.sg.m.23] , parantu[conj.] buddhi[n.f.;sg.] sukh[n.m.;sg.,d.] key|karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.] taraph[n.m.;sg.,d.] khīñchnā, khaiñchnā[pres-part.f.] zarūr hōnā[pres.sg.23] ki[conj.] yah[pn.sg.o.] duḥkhnā[root]|duḥkh[n.m.;sg.,d.] sē[postp.] ham[pn.pl.] chhūṭnā[opt.pl.12hon3] , sukh[n.m.;sg.,d.] kō[postp.] pānā[opt.pl.12hon3] . although (hurt[root]|sorrow) (K|of) time happiness of too knowledge not remain[pres.sg.m.23] , however intellect happiness (key|do[past-part.f.]|of) direction pull[pres-part.f.] definitely be[pres.sg.23] that this (hurt[root]|sorrow) from we let go[opt.pl.12hon3] , happiness to x[opt.pl.12hon3] .
13Although at the time of sorrow it has no knowledge of happiness, the intellect is definitely pulled towards happiness, towards liberation from sorrow and the attainment of happiness.
13सुख की चाहना रहती है . sukh key|kī chāhnā rahtī hai . sukh[n.m.;sg.,d.] key|karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.] chāhnā[inf.m.sg.d.] rahnā[pres.sg.f.23] . happiness (key|do[past-part.f.]|of) x[inf.m.sg.d.] remain[pres.sg.f.23] .
14It has the desire for happiness.
14जब सुख में है , फिर तो कोई संकल्प अथवा चाहना ही नहीं है . jab sukh mē̃ hai , phir tō kōī saṅkalp athavā chāhnā hī nahī̃ hai . jab sukh[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] , phir[adv.]|phirnā[root] tō kōī[pn.;d.] saṅkalp[n.m.;sg.,d.] athavā chāhnā[inf.m.sg.d.] hī[p.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . when happiness in be[pres.sg.23] , (then|turn[root]) then some thought that is x[inf.m.sg.d.] only not be[pres.sg.23] .
15When it is in happiness, there are no thoughts or desire for it.
15जब दुःख शुरु होता है तब उनको अपनी ओरीजनल स्टेज की याद आती है जिसके लिए हर तरह की कोशिश करते हैं . jab duḥkh śhuru hōtā hai tab unkō apnī original stage key|kī yād ātī hai jiskē liē har|her tarah key|kī kōśhiśh kartē haĩ . jab duḥkhnā[root]|duḥkh[n.m.;sg.,d.] śhurū[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.m.23] tab vah[pn.pl.kō] apnā[pn.ā=>ī;f.] original stage key|karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.] yād[n.f.;sg.] ānā[pres.sg.f.23] jō[pn.sg.kē] liē|lēnā[past-part.m.pl.,o.] harnā[root]|har|her tarah[n.f.;sg.] key|karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.] kōśhiśh[n.f.;sg.] karnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . when (hurt[root]|sorrow) beginning be[pres.sg.m.23] for only then that[.kō] one’s own original stage (key|do[past-part.f.]|of) remembrance come[pres.sg.f.23] that[.kē] (for|take[past-part.m.pl.,o.]) (x[root]|x) x (key|do[past-part.f.]|of) try do[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .
16When it starts to experience sorrow, it remembers its original stage for which it makes effort in every way.
16अब हमको परमात्मा द्वारा आत्माओं के सारे पार्ट का नालेज मिलता है . ab hamkō paramātmā dvārā ātmāō̃ K|kē sārē part kā knowledge miltā hai . ab[adv.] ham[pn.pl.kō] paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] dvārā ātmā[n.f.+ō̃;pl.o.] K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] sārā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] part[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] knowledge milnā[pres.sg.m.23] . now we[.kō] Supreme Soul through soul (K|of) the whole part of knowledge receive[pres.sg.m.23] .
17Now we receive from God the knowledge of the role of all souls.
17यह नॉलेज भी जब पूर्ण धारण हो जाती है तब पूर्ण प्राप्ति होती है और आत्मा पूर्ण तृप्त हो जाती है . yah knowledge bhī jab pūrṇ dhāraṇ hō jātī hai tab pūrṇ prāpti hōtī hai aur ātmā pūrṇ tr̥ipt hō jātī hai . yah[pn.sg.d.] knowledge bhī[p.] jab pūrṇ[adj.] dhāraṇ[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.f.23.root+jānā] tab pūrṇ[adj.] prāpti[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.f.23] aur ātmā[n.f.;sg.] pūrṇ[adj.] tr̥ipt[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.f.23.root+jānā] . this knowledge too when x adopting be[pres.sg.f.23.root+jānā] for only then x attainment be[pres.sg.f.23] and soul x fully satisfied be[pres.sg.f.23.root+jānā] .
18When we imbibe this knowledge fully, then we have full attainment and the soul becomes fully satisfied.
18कई लोग प्रश्न पूछते हैं कि प्योरीफाइड , इमप्योरीफाइड आत्मा के ही संस्कार हैं , फिर तो यह पार्ट हो गया ना ? kaī lōg praśhna pūchhtē haĩ ki purified , impurified ātmā K|kē hī saṅskār haĩ , phir tō yah part hō gayā nā ? kaī log[n.m.;sg.,d.] praśhna[n.m.;sg.,d.] pūchhnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] ki[conj.] purify , impurity ātmā[n.f.;sg.] K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] hī[p.] saṅskār[x] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] , phir[adv.]|phirnā[root] tō yah[pn.sg.d.] part[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[past-part.m.sg.d..root+jānā] nā ? some people question ask[pres.pl.m.12hon3] that purify , impurity soul (K|of) only sanskar be[pres.pl.12hon3] , (then|turn[root]) then this part be[past-part.m.sg.d..root+jānā] ∅ ?
19Some people ask: The sanskars of the soul are pure and impure, and so that is its part, isn't it?
19परन्तु आत्मा के नेचुरल संस्कार भी देखेंगे तो दुःख के समय सुख की चाहना उठती ही है . parantu ātmā K|kē natural saṅskār bhī dēkhē̃gē tō duḥkh K|kē samay sukh key|kī chāhnā uṭhtī hī hai . parantu[conj.] ātmā[n.f.;sg.] K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] natural saṅskār[x] bhī[p.] dēkhnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] tō duḥkhnā[root]|duḥkh[n.m.;sg.,d.] K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] samay[n.m.;sg.,d.] sukh[n.m.;sg.,d.] key|karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.] chāhnā[inf.m.sg.d.] uṭhnā[pres-part.f.] hī[p.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . however soul (K|of) natural sanskar too see[fut.m.pl.12hon3] then (hurt[root]|sorrow) (K|of) time happiness (key|do[past-part.f.]|of) x[inf.m.sg.d.] wake up[pres-part.f.] only be[pres.sg.23] .
20But if you look at the natural sanskars of the soul, at the time of sorrow it has the desire for happiness.
20आत्मा को अपनी ओरीजनल स्टेज चाहिए . ātmā kō apnī original stage chāhiē . ātmā[n.f.;sg.] kō[postp.] apnā[pn.ā=>ī;f.] original stage chāhiē|chāhnā[imp.pl.2hon] . soul to one’s own original stage (should|x[imp.pl.2hon]) .
21The soul needs its original stage.
21उनके लिए ही दौड़ते-भागते हैं . unkē liē hī dauṛatē-bhāgatē haĩ . vah[pn.pl.kē] liē|lēnā[past-part.m.pl.,o.] hī[p.] x hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] . that[.kē] (for|take[past-part.m.pl.,o.]) only x be[pres.pl.12hon3] .
22It is for this that it runs around.
22इसलिए वही पुरुषार्थ अथवा संकल्प रहता है . isliē vahī puruṣhārth athavā saṅkalp rahtā hai . isliē vahī puruṣhārth[n.m.;sg.,d.] athavā saṅkalp[n.m.;sg.,d.] rahnā[pres.sg.m.23] . therefore this effort that is thought remain[pres.sg.m.23] .
23That is why you make effort for it and you have this thought.
23इस नेचुरल चीज से मालूम पड़ता है कि आत्मा की ओरीजनल स्टेज सुख की है . is natural chīj sē mālūm paṛtā hai ki ātmā key|kī original stage sukh kī hai . yah[pn.sg.o.] natural chīz[n.f.;sg.] sē[postp.] mālūm[adj.] paṛnā[pres.sg.m.23] ki[conj.] ātmā[n.f.;sg.] key|karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.] original stage sukh[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[pres-perf.sg.f.23] . this natural thing from x fall[pres.sg.m.23] that soul (key|do[past-part.f.]|of) original stage happiness do[pres-perf.sg.f.23] .
24From this, you know that the original stage of the soul is happiness.
24भल दुःख-सुख दोनों संस्कार आत्मा में हैं , परन्तु उसमें भी सुख का ओरीजनल रुप कहेंगे . bhal duḥkh-sukh dōnō̃ saṅskār ātmā mē̃ haĩ , parantu usmē̃ bhī sukh kā original rup kahē̃gē . bhal sukh-duḥkh[n.m.;sg.,d.] dōnō̃ saṅskār[x] ātmā[n.f.;sg.] mē̃[postp.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] , parantu[conj.] vah[pn.sg.mē̃] bhī[p.] sukh[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] original rūp[n.m.;sg.,d.] kahnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] . although happiness and sorrow x sanskar soul in be[pres.pl.12hon3] , however that[.mē̃] too happiness of original Rup say[fut.m.pl.12hon3] .
25Although the soul has the sanskars of both happiness and sorrow, the sanskars of happiness are the original sanskars.
