¹अशरीरी अवस्था ही सर्वोत्तम अवस्था है

¹The bodiless stage is the most elevated.

²आत्मा पहले अशरीरी है जिसको निराकार कहते हैं।

²The soul is at first bodiless and it is said to be incorporeal.

³शरीर को पीछे धारण करती है।

³It adopts a body later.

⁴यह है अपना लक्ष्य।

⁴This is our aim.

⁵लेकिन कहने में यह भी कामन है।

⁵But even this is common.

⁶प्रैक्टिकल अशरीरी होकर रहने का अभ्यास कोई को भी नहीं है।

⁶No one has the practice of actually remaining bodiless.

⁷जैसे बाबा अशरीरी है वैसे हम भी बाबा के साथ वहाँ बैठे हैं।

⁷Just as Baba is bodiless, so also we are sitting with Baba in a bodiless stage.

⁸तो उठते-बैठते यह अवस्था रखनी है।

⁸So you have to have this stage whilst sitting, moving, walking etc.

⁹जैसे बाबा आते हैं, बोलते हैं अथवा कर्मेन्द्रियों का आधार लेते हैं, फिर अशरीरी हो जाते हैं – वैसे हम आत्माओं को भी अभ्यास करना है।

⁹Just as Baba comes and speaks with the support of physical organs and then becomes bodiless, we souls also have to have the same practice.

¹⁰यह है सर्वोत्तम अवस्था।

¹⁰This is the most elevated stage.

¹¹कछुए मिसल शरीर में आकर काम करके फिर अशरीरी होना है।

¹¹Like a tortoise, we have to enter a body, carry out our activities and then become bodiless again.

¹²ऐसे भी काम होते हैं जो शरीर में आने की दरकार नहीं रहती है।

¹²There are even certain activities for which we do not need to enter the body.

¹³जितना हम बाबा की याद में बाबा के साथ रहेंगे उतनी बाबा की ताकत मिलती रहेगी।

¹³We shall Continue to receive strength to the extent that we stay with Baba in His remembrance.

¹⁴तो यही अवस्था धारण करने का पुरुषार्थ करना है।

¹⁴So you have to make effort to imbibe this stage.

¹⁵जैसे बाबा अभी-अभी शरीर में, अभी-अभी अशरीरी – वैसे हम भी क्वीक उड़ना सीखेंगे तो पंख निकल आयेंगे।

¹⁵Just as one moment Baba is in the body and the next moment He becomes bodiless so, also, if we learn to fly as quickly as Baba does, our wings will emerge.

¹⁶यह नयों के लिए बात नहीं है।

¹⁶This is not a topic for new people.

¹⁷उनके लिए जैसे फ्रेंच भाषा है ।

¹⁷This is like French to them.

¹⁸पुरानों के लिए यह धारणा है ।

¹⁸This dharna is for those who have been here longer.

¹⁹याद के भी तरीके हैं ना।

¹⁹There is also a method for remembrance.

²⁰अपनी अवस्था को ऐसा हल्का बनाना है।

²⁰You have to make your stage very light.

²¹यही बहुत सरल मीठी अवस्था है ।

²¹This is a very simple and sweet stage.

²²ड्यूटी में रहते अथवा घर में रहते जो अनेक बातें विस्मृति कराती हैं, जिससे छोटे-छोटे विकर्म बनते हैं, उससे सेफ्टी के लिए ही यह अभ्यास कवच है ।

²²Whilst being on duty or whilst being in your home, this practice is like a shield of safety from the many things that make you forget and through which you commit little sins.

²³फिर माया की गोली नहीं लगेगी।

²³Then you will not be shot by the bullet of Maya.

²⁴जैसे बाबा समझते यह शरीर लोन पर लिया है, वैसे हमने भी सर्विस अर्थ यह शरीर लिया है तो जितना उस अवस्था में रहेंगे उतना ५ भूतों से सेफ रहेंगे ।

²⁴Just as Baba understands that He has taken this body on loan so, also, we have adopted this body for the sake of service. ²⁵So the more you stay in that stage, the safer you will remain from the five evil spirits.

²⁵यह है अति सूक्ष्म।

²⁶This is extremely subtle.

²⁶बाहर से तो कोई तपस्या या ध्यान में नहीं जाते।

²⁷Externally you do not sit in tapasya or go into trance.

²⁷वह ध्यान की डिपार्टमेंट अलग है ।

²⁸The department of trance is separate.

²⁸उसको हम अशरीरी अवस्था नहीं कहेंगे।

²⁹We cannot call that the bodiless stage.

²⁹यह प्वाइंट बड़ी सूक्ष्म है।

³⁰These points are very subtle.

³⁰इसका अभ्यास करना है ।

³¹You have to practise this.

³¹अपनी सेफ्टी का स्थान ही है कि बाप के पास चुप कर अशरीरी हो बैठ जाना । ³²जैसे बच्चे जब किसी बात से डरते हैं तो माँ-बाप की गोद में चुप कर बैठ जाते हैं ।

³²Our place of safety is sitting quietly with the Father in a bodiless stage, just as a child quietly goes and sits in the lap of his parent when he is afraid of something.

³³हमें तो सारी नॉलेज है, सब एक्टर्स हैं।

³³We fully understand that we are actors.

³⁴कोई उल्टी रीति चलता है यह भी उनका पार्ट है- उसमें हर्ष वा शोक नहीं आता ।

³⁴If someone is doing something wrong, that is also his part. ³⁵There is no need for any excitement, or sorrow about it.

³⁵इसकी धारणा बहुत अच्छी चाहिए।

³⁶You need this dharna very well.

³⁶जितना जरुरी है उतना समय ध्यान देकर के फिर अपनी स्मृति में रहो ।

³⁷You have to pay as much attention as is necessary and then maintain your awareness of the self, Whilst practising this, you will go and sit with Baba.

³⁷ऐसे अभ्यास करते बाबा के पास बैठ जायेंगे। ³⁸फिर तो २१ जन्म - २५०० वर्ष सेफ हो जाते हैं । ³⁹कर्म भी श्रेष्ठ रहते हैं।

³⁸Then you will remain safe for twenty-one births, for two thousand five hundred years and your karma is also elevated then.

⁴⁰पांच भूत तो रहते नहीं।

³⁹The five evil spiiits do not exist at that time.

⁴¹तो जितना वहाँ रहेंगे तो देही के शुद्ध स्वभाव-संस्कार जागेंगे ।

⁴⁰So the more you stay in that awareness, the more the pure sanskars and the nature of the soul will emerge.

⁴²यह है अपने को ऊपर उठाने के लिए।

⁴¹This is for uplifting yourself.

⁴³इस पृथ्वी से ऊंचा जा रहे हैं ।

⁴²You are going high up, away from this world.

⁴⁴कहते हैं ना – देवताओं के पैर पृथ्वी पर नहीं रहते हैं।

⁴³It is said that the deities do not set foot on earth.

⁴⁵यानी विकारी पृथ्वी पर नहीं आते ।

⁴⁴That is, they do not come onto the vicious earth.

⁴⁶बाकी पृथ्वी तो वहाँ भी है।

⁴⁵But the earth also exists there.

⁴⁷तो अब हमको यहाँ से पांव उठाना है, लौटना है ।

⁴⁶So we have to lift our feet from here and return home.

⁴⁸गुरु का काम है वापस ले जाना।

⁴⁷A guru's duty is to take us back home.

⁴⁹प्योरीफाइ कर लौटाते हैं अर्थात् दुर्गति से सद्‌गति में ले जाते हैं ।

⁴⁸He purifies us, that is, he takes us from degradation into salvation.

⁵⁰यह है पुरुषार्थ कर अपने को उड़ाना।

⁴⁹This involves making effort and making the self fly.

⁵¹जैसे छोटे पंछी को उड़ना सिखाते हैं, ऐसे बाबा हमको भी उड़ना सिखाते हैं ।

⁵⁰Baba teaches us to fly in the same way as a small bird is taught how to fly.

⁵²न साकारी दुनिया, न आकारी लेकिन निराकारी दुनिया में अशरीरी होकर रहना है।

⁵¹We have to remain bodiless in the incorporeal world, not in the corporeal or the subtle worlds.

⁵³है सारी बुद्धि की सफाई ।

⁵²All this is a matter of the cleanliness of the intellect.

⁵⁴कहा ही जाता है बुद्धियोग।

⁵³The term used is: Yoga, of the intellect.

⁵⁵हाथ-पांव के योग-आसन तो बहुत सिखाते हैं ।

⁵⁴Many people teach yoga for the hands and feet.

⁵⁶लेकिन यह है बुद्धि की सफाई जिससे आत्मा साफ हो जाती है।

⁵⁵This, however, .requires cleanliness of the intellect through which the soul becomes clean.

⁵⁷यह है अभी का पुरुषार्थ, फिर कोई पुरुषार्थ नहीं करना पड़ता है।

⁵⁶This is the effort of the present time; then you will not have to make any effort.

⁵⁸दैवी संबंध अभी बनाते हैं २१ जन्म - २५०० वर्ष के लिए।

⁵⁷You create divine relationships at this time for twenty-one births, for two thousand five hundred years.

⁵⁹तो सारे अनेक जन्मों के शुद्ध पोतामेल को अभी बनाना है और सारे अनेक जन्मों के अशुद्ध खाते को खत्म करना है।

⁵⁸So you have to create a clean register for many births at this time, and you have to finish the impure accounts.

⁶⁰लोग समझते हैं कोई को दुःख न देना, झूठ न बोलना, गुस्सा न करना - यही पुरुषार्थ करना है।

⁵⁹People think that making effort means not giving sorrow or telling lies or becoming angry.

⁶¹लेकिन हम कहते - बॉडी-कानसेस में आना ही एक दो को दुःख देना है।

⁶⁰However, we say: Even to come into body-consciousness means to give sorrow to one another.

⁶²इसलिए अशरीरी होकर रहना है।

⁶¹This is why you have to remain bodiless.

⁶³बाहर से तो कुछ करना नहीं है।

⁶²You do not have to do anything extema11y.

⁶⁴देखो, देवतायें कितने फैशनेबल हैं, जड़ चित्रों को कितना सजाते हैं ! ⁶⁵तो जब वह होंगे उन्हों के महल कितने सजे-सजाये होंगे !

⁶³See how fashionable the deities are. ⁶⁴People decorate the non-living images so much So their palaces would be so beautifully decorated when they ·truly exist.

⁶⁶विष्णु कितना सजा सजाया है !

⁶⁵Vishnu is so beautifully decorated.

⁶⁷यहाँ तो अन-नेचुरल सजावट है।

⁶⁶Here there are artificial decorations.

⁶⁸वहाँ लिपिस्टिक, पाउडर लगाने की दरकार नहीं रहती ।

⁶⁷There is no need to use lipstick or powder there.

⁶⁹वहाँ कोई अप्राप्त वस्तु नहीं रहती है।

⁶⁸There is nothing lacking.

⁷⁰दूध की नदियां बहती हैं।

⁶⁹There are rivers of milk flowing.

⁷¹ऐसे नहीं, नदियों में कोई दूध बहता है, लेकिन अथाह रहता है।

⁷⁰It isn't that milk really flows in the. rivers, but that there is plenty of everything.

⁷²कोई कमी नहीं।

⁷¹The deities lack nothing.

⁷³पूर्ण सम्पत्ति है।

⁷²They are fully prosperous.

⁷⁴ऐसे तो नहीं यह कोई कल्पना है।

⁷³That isn't imagination.

⁷⁵यह नालेज तो कोई मनुष्य दे भी नहीं सकते।

⁷⁴No human being can give this knowledge.

⁷⁶परमात्मा ही समझाते हैं।

⁷⁵Only God explains this.

⁷⁷तो ऐसा पुरुषार्थ करना है जिससे सब प्राप्ति हो जायें।

⁷⁶So you have to make such effort as will enable you to attain everything.

⁷⁸तब कहा है सभी यज्ञों में सर्वोत्तम, क्योंकि इसमें सब यज्ञ स्वाहा हो जाते हैं।

⁷⁷This is why it is said that this is the most elevated sacrificial fire of all, because all sacrificial fires are saaifired in it.

⁷⁹सब बातों में अपने को सर्वोत्तम रखा है।

⁷⁸You are praised as the most elevated in every respect.

⁸⁰तब कहते हैं -- जहाँ जीत, वहाँ मैं।

⁷⁹This is why it is said: I am there wherever there is victory.

⁸¹हार तो माया कराती है।

⁸⁰Maya defeats you.

⁸²ऐसे तो नहीं कहते जहाँ हार वहाँ मैं।

⁸¹It is not said: I am present where there is defeat.

⁸³यह है श्रेष्ठ यज्ञ परमात्मा का।

⁸²This is the elevated sacrificial fire of God.

⁸⁴हम देख रहे हैं कि विनाश के आसार आते जाते हैं।

⁸³We can see the signs for destruction increasing.

⁸⁵हम भी उन्नति को पाते जाते हैं।

⁸⁴We are also progressing.

⁸⁶अशरीरी भी तब कहते हैं जब शरीर में हैं।

⁸⁵You are also said to be bodiless whilst you are in a body.

⁸⁷अशरीरीपन की अवस्था को भूल गये हैं, इसलिए पक्का कराते हैं।

⁸⁶You have forgotten the bodiless stage and this is why you are made to develop it properly.

⁸⁸वह भी कैसा सरल मीठा तरीका है !

⁸⁷The method for this is so simple and easy.

⁸⁹परमात्मा बाप के साथ बैठ जाओ, बस।

⁸⁸Just sit with the Father, the Supreme Soul, that is all.

⁹⁰बाकी भगवान को सर्वव्यापी होने की दरकार नहीं।

⁸⁹But there is no need for God to be omnipresent.

⁹¹अगर उनके हाजिर होते दुःखी होवें तो परमात्मा की बदनामी हो जाती है।

⁹⁰If you experience sorrow in His presence then He is defamed.

⁹²'बाबा' कहने से ही कितना लव आ जाता है !

⁹¹By simply saying, "Baba" so much love is experienced.

⁹³उनसे सब कुछ लेना है।

⁹²You have to take everything from Him.

⁹⁴तो अपना योग कितना सरल सहज है !

⁹³So your yoga is so simple and easy.

⁹⁵नष्टोमोहा होना कठिन नहीं है।

⁹⁴It is not difficult to be the conqueror of attachment.

⁹⁶मुश्किल है अनेक जन्मों के विकर्मों को योगबल से भस्म करना।

⁹⁵It is difficult to burn away the sins of many births.

⁹⁷इसमें ही टाइम लगता है।

⁹⁶1bis takes time.

⁹⁸बाकी नष्टोमोहा तो झट से हो सकते हैं।

⁹⁷But you can very quickly become the conqueror of attachment.

⁹⁹उसका पहला एक्जैम्पल ब्रह्मा का सामने खड़ा है, जिसमें बाप ने प्रवेश किया।

⁹⁸The ftrst example of Brahma, whom Baba has entered, is in front of you.

¹⁰⁰उसको देरी नहीं लगी और मातायें भी कैसे आ गई !

⁹⁹He did not take long, and see how the mothers also came.

¹⁰¹मस्ती आ गई- हमको मिलना है ।

¹⁰⁰They had the intoxication that they had to meet Him.

¹⁰²उस समय इतना ज्ञान भी नहीं था।

¹⁰¹At that time, they did not have that much knowledge.

¹⁰³मस्ती थी - बस, अब बैकुण्ठ जाना है ।

¹⁰²They just had the intoxication that they now had to go to Vaikunth.

¹⁰⁴इस दुनिया में क्या सुख है ?

¹⁰³What happiness is there in this world?

¹⁰⁵जैसे सूखा काना (गन्ना) चूसना है ।

¹⁰⁴It is like sucking dry sugar cane.

¹⁰⁶बाबा कहते – “इसमें क्या रस है ?

¹⁰⁵Baba says: What taste is there in that?

¹⁰⁷खाओ तो माल खाओ" ।

¹⁰⁶If you do eat, eat something nourishing.

¹⁰⁸बाप तो ऐसा बनाते हैं, तब तो उनको याद करते हैं ।

¹⁰⁷Baba makes you like this, and that is why He is remembered.

¹⁰⁹कैसा भी नास्तिक हो, यह जरुर कहेंगे -- कोई पॉवर है, कोई नेचर है ।

¹⁰⁸No matter how much of an atheist someone is, he will defInitely say that there is some power here, that there is some authority here.

¹¹⁰लेकिन वह क्या है, उसमें कितनी शक्ति है - वह हम जानते हैं ।

¹⁰⁹However, we know who He is and how much power He has.

¹¹¹वह तो कह देते हैं- हे राम जी, जगत बना नहीं है।

¹¹⁰People say that the world is just an illusion and that it is not really created.

¹¹²फिर तो राम जी भी बना नहीं है ।

¹¹¹There, even Rama does not exist.

¹¹³लेकिन हम जानते हैं-- कैसे बाबा पुराने जगत से एकदम नया बनाते हैं ।

¹¹²But we know how Baba makes the world completely new from old.

¹¹⁴तो उस बाप से कितना लव होना चाहिए !

¹¹³So you should have so much love for that Father.

¹¹⁵जो प्रेम टुकड़ा-टुकड़ा हो सब तरफ चला गया था वह अब एक से जुटाते हैं ।

¹¹⁴The love that was broken into pieces and dispersed everywhere is now linked with One.

¹¹⁶सब कुछ वही है।

¹¹⁵He is our everything.

¹¹⁷इससे यहाँ हमारी कमाई हो रही है।

¹¹⁶We are earning. an income through this.

¹¹⁸वह कमाई तो अल्पकाल झणभंगुर की है ।

¹¹⁷That is only temporary, momentary income worth only peanuts.

¹¹⁹इसमें सच्ची कमाई करना चाहो तो उस अवस्था में रहो।

¹¹⁸If you wish to earn a true income, stay in that stage.

¹²⁰बाबा का होकर रहना है ।

¹¹⁹You have to remain Baba's.

¹²¹परमात्मा को समर्थ तो सब गाते हैं।

¹²⁰Everyone says that God is the All-Powerful One.

¹²²अब वह हमारा बाबा प्रैक्टिकल बने हैं ।

¹²¹Now He has become our Baba in a practical way.

¹²³फाउन्डेशन में ताकत है पूरे झाड़ को धारण करने की ।

¹²²The foundation has the strength to uphold the whole tree.

¹²⁴परमात्मा इतना सर्वशक्तिवान होते भी इतना साधारण पार्ट बजाते हैं।

¹²³Even though God is the Almighty Authority, He plays such an ordinary part.

¹²⁵इसको कहते हैं इन्कागनिटो पार्ट ।

¹²⁴This is called an incognito part.

¹²⁶यह भी कल्याणकारी है ।

¹²⁵1bis is also beneftcial.

¹²⁷नहीं तो, भीड़ हो जाए, उसको कहाँ सम्भालेंगे ?

¹²⁶Otherwise there would be a huge crowd. ¹²⁷How would we look after Him then?

¹²⁸अभी ही नहीं पहुँच सकते ।

¹²⁸Even now they are not able to reach here.

¹²⁹कितने निमन्त्रण देते हैं!

¹²⁹So many invitations are given.

¹³⁰हैन्ड्स नहीं हैं।

¹³⁰There aren't enough hands.

¹³¹तैयार हो तो कर्मबन्धन भी छूटे।

¹³¹If you were ready, then even your karmic bondages would be broken.

¹³²तुम कहो– कर्मबन्धन से छुड़ाओ तो हम लायक बनें, लेकिन बाबा कहते - इन सरकमस्टांस में ही बनकर दिखाओ तब कहेंगे लायक है ।

¹³²You say: Liberate us from our karmic bondages and we can become worthy. ¹³³But Baba says: You must become so whilst remaining in these circumstances. ¹³⁴Only then would you be said to be worthy.

¹³³बाबा आते हैं सद्‌गति के लिए।

¹³⁵Baba comes in order to grant you salvation.

¹³⁴लेकिन उसके लिए पहले गति करेंगे ना ।

¹³⁶However, for that He has to grant liberation first.

¹³⁵गति कहा जाता है प्योर कर ले जाना।

¹³⁷Liberation is to purify you and to take you home.

¹³⁶ले जायेगा तब तो नई दुनिया में आयेंगे ।

¹³⁸Only after He has taken you back will you come into the new world.

¹³⁹Achcha.
