¹मन्सा में भी कोई विकल्प न आये - यही है सूक्ष्म पुरुषार्थ

¹The subtle effort is not to have any sinful thoughts in the mind.

²ओम् शान्ति ।

²Om shanti.

³हम जब ओम् शान्ति कहते हैं तो हमारी बुद्धि में क्या आता है ?

³When we say "Om shanti", what enters our intellect?

⁴ओम् शान्ति कहने से अब हमारी बुद्धि में यही आता है कि हम आत्मायें परमात्मा की सन्तान हैं।

⁴By saying "Om shanti" it enters our intellect that we souls are the children of God.

⁵अभी जो पक्के ब्राह्मण हैं, ऐसे तो नहीं कह सकते कि आत्मा सो परमात्मा है।

⁵Those who are firm Brahmins now cannot say that the soul is God.

⁶अब यही आयेगा कि हम आत्मा उस परमात्मा की सन्तान हैं।

⁶You now realise that the soul is a child of God.

⁷उस परमात्मा का सारा सिजरा सामने आता है अथवा ऐसे कहेंगे कि अपना सारा खानदान, सर्वोत्तम ब्राह्मणों का सारा परिवार सामने आता है।

⁷The entire genealogical tree of God comes in front of us, that is, you can say that your entire elevated family, the Brahmin family, comes in front of you.

⁸हमारे ब्राह्मण कुल के जो भी हैं सब सामने आते हैं। ⁹मूल बीजरुप परमात्मा, फिर उनकी रचना ब्रह्मा, विष्णु, शंकर, फिर हमारा दादा, फिर उनके बड़े बच्चे – यह है हमारा कुल।

⁸Those who belong to our Brahmin clan all come in front of us: first, the main one, the Seed; the Supreme Soul, then His creation Brahma, Vishnu and Shankar, then our Dada, and then his elder children. ⁹This is our family clan.

¹⁰यह हुआ निराकार और साकार कुल ।

¹⁰These are the incorporeal and corporeal clans.

¹¹देखो, ओम् शान्ति का कितना अच्छा अर्थ है !

¹¹Look how beautiful the meaning of "Om shanti" is!

¹²हम निराकार, आकार और साकार तीनों का अर्थ जानते हैं।

¹²We now know the meaning of incorporeal, angelic and corporeal.

¹³ब्राह्मणों को साकार द्वारा परमात्मा ने रचा है।

¹³Brahmins have been created by God through the corporeal one.

¹⁴वही ब्राह्मण कुल वालों को निराकार परमात्मा देवी- देवता, लक्ष्मी-नारायण का पद दिलाते हैं।

¹⁴Incorporeal God gives those who belong to the Brahmin clan the status of the deities Lakshmi and Narayan.

¹⁵जिसकी हम सन्तान हैं, उनको ऑक्यूपेशन सहित जानते हैं।

¹⁵We know the One whose children we are, as well as His occupation.

¹⁶हमको शूद्रों से ब्राह्मण बनाया है, अब ब्राह्मण से देवता बना रहे हैं -- ऐसा सौभाग्य पा रहे हैं।

¹⁶He has changed us from shudras into Brahmins. ¹⁷Now He is making us into deities from Brahmins. ¹⁸We are claiming such a fortune.

¹⁷वह भी अभी संगम पर। ¹⁸जिससे जन्म-जन्मान्तर सुख को पाते आते हैं ।

¹⁹That, too, is now at the confluence age and through this we are receiving happiness for birth after birth.

¹⁹हम ऐसे नहीं कहेंगे – चाहे गम दो, चाहे खुशी दो।

²⁰We will not say, "Whether you give us sorrow or whether you give us happiness" as they do.

²⁰चढ़ती कला है, अब तो खुशी ही है।

²¹It is now the stage of ascent, and so we only have happiness.

²¹ऐसे नहीं सोचेंगे - फिर गिरना है।

²²You will not think that you have to descend again.

²²भल ड्रामा में है लेकिन अब इससे छूटे हैं।

²³Though it is in the drama, you have now become free from descending.

²³अब चलने का समय है। ²⁴तो उसका नशा भी रहेगा, खुशी भी रहेगी।

²⁴Now it is time to go back home so you will have the intoxication and happiness of that.

²⁵जैसे लौकिक सम्बन्ध में भी लौकिक कुटुम्ब का नशा रहता है।

²⁵In lokik relationships people have the intoxication of their lokik families.

²⁶लेकिन इससे भी कोई ऊंचे होंगे।

²⁶However, there must be someone higher than that.

²⁷अपना है सबसे ऊंचा कुटुम्ब ।

²⁷Ours is the most elevated family.

²⁸इससे ऊंचा और कोई है नहीं।

²⁸There isn't anyone higher than us.

²⁹जब तक यह नशा, खुशी प्रैक्टिकल नहीं है तब तक समझो भविष्य इतना पद नहीं बनेगा।

²⁹Until you have this intoxication and happiness in a practical way, understand that you will not claim such a status in the future.

³⁰यह है अभी की अवस्था से भविष्य पद को जानना ।

³⁰This is how you can tell your future status from your present stage.

³¹मीटर चेक करना चाहिए।

³¹You should check your meter.

³²कभी नशा, खुशी नहीं रहती - क्यों ?

³²Why do you sometimes not have any happiness or intoxication?

³³देह के सम्बन्ध में आने से खुशी नहीं रहती।

³³You do not have any happiness when you come into the relationships of the body.

³⁴भल प्रवृत्ति में रहते हो लेकिन वहाँ रहते भी देह सहित देह के सम्बन्ध से न्यारा होना है।

³⁴Though you may be living in the household, even whilst living there, you have to remain detached from the body and bodily relationships.

³⁵यह है अन्दर की बात ।

³⁵This is an internal matter.

³⁶बाहर से न कुछ छोड़ना है, न कोई स्थूल साधना करनी है।

³⁶Externally you do not have to renounce anything, nor do you have to make any spiritual endeavours (sadhna).

³⁷अपना बहुत सूक्ष्म गहरा पुरुषार्थ है।

³⁷Our effort is very subtle and deep.

³⁸बुद्धियोग की ही मेहनत है ।

³⁸The effort is in the yoga of the intellect.

³⁹बुद्धि कहाँ लटकी तो वह खुशी, नशा कायम नहीं रहता।

³⁹If your intellect is trapped by someone, you do not experience that happiness and intoxication constantly.

⁴⁰ऐसे नहीं, छोड़ने से छूट जाता । ⁴¹तुमको तो और ही ऑफरीन है जो साथ रहते भी बुद्धियोग न जाये ।

⁴⁰It isn't that you are able to be freed from that by leaving them: You are given even more praise because whilst staying With them the yoga of your intellect is not pulled.

⁴²ऐसे नहीं समझना – बस, सुना-सुनाया, यही पुरुषार्थ है।

⁴¹Do not think that just to listen and to talk to others is the only effort..

⁴³लेकिन सब कुछ बुद्धि से भुलाकर सम्पूर्ण कर्मातीत अवस्था में जाना, मन्सा तक भी कोई विकल्प नहीं आवे – यह है मेहनत ।

⁴²Nb, you have to forget everything with the intellect and go into the completely karmateet stage, so that you do not even have any sinful thoughts in your mind. ⁴³This takes effort.

⁴⁴कर्मणा में छोड़ने से मन्सा भी छूट जानी है।

⁴⁴By stopping this in your physical action, you Will be able to stop it even in your thoughts.

⁴⁵यह अभी-अभी अवस्था बनानी है।

⁴⁵You have to create this stage now.

⁴⁶इससे भविष्य बनेगा।

⁴⁶Your future Will be created through this.

⁴⁷तो अपने पास सब जैसे मरे पड़े हैं।

⁴⁷So it is as though everyone is dead as far as you are concerned.

⁴⁸इन्हों से बुद्धि निकाल एक के साथ जोड़ना है।

⁴⁸You have to remove your intellect from all of them and connect it with One.

⁴⁹दैवी सम्बन्ध से भी देह का सम्बन्ध नहीं लगाते।

⁴⁹You do not have any bodily relationships even in Jhe divine family.

⁵⁰परमात्मा की सन्तान हैं, इस सम्बन्ध से भाई-भाई हैं।

⁵⁰We are brothers because of being the children of God.

⁵¹तो सबसे निकल कहते मुझ एक में लटको ।

⁵¹So remove yourself from everyone else and cling to Me alone.

⁵²अव्यक्त देवताओं में भी लटकना नहीं है, तो स्थूल की तो बात ही नहीं है।

⁵²You must not even cling to the avyakt deities. ⁵³So there is no question of the physical at all.

⁵³तो कितना ऊंच अपने पुरुषार्थ में रहना है।

⁵⁴You have to be very elevated iii the effort you make.

⁵⁴इसको ही पुरुषार्थ कहा जाता है।

⁵⁵This is called effort.

⁵⁵अब तक तो क्रोध, लोभ… यह मोटी भूलें होती रहती हैं।

⁵⁶At present you make gross mistakes through anger and greed etc.

⁵⁶लेकिन इन्हों को संस्कारों सहित मिटाना है।

⁵⁷However, you have to remove them even from your sanskars.

⁵⁷बाहर से तो चलन बहुत साधारण है, सूक्ष्म बुद्धि को क्लीयर करते हैं। ⁵⁸तो बाहर से दिखाई नहीं पड़ेगा।

⁵⁸Externally your behaviour is very .ordinary. ⁵⁹In a ·subtle way, you clear your intellect so that nothing is visible externally.

⁵⁹बुद्धि को ठीक ठिकाना देना है। ⁶⁰बाकी शरीर से कैसे भी बैठें।

⁶⁰You have to stabilise your intellect but, physically, you may sit however you like.

⁶¹हमारी बुद्धि में एक ही घूमता है।

⁶¹We only have the One in our intellect all the time.

⁶²बाप, टीचर, गुरु एक ही है।

⁶²The Father, Teacher and Guru are all one.

⁶³हद के बाप, गुरु, टीचर से कुछ - कुछ मिलता है, लेकिन उसको मिलाकर भी पूरा नहीं मिलता है।

⁶³We receive something from a lokik father or a lokik teacher but, even when they are combined, we do not receive everything fully.

⁶⁴लेकिन अब हमें एक से कम्पलिट मिल जाता है।

⁶⁴However, we now receive absolutely everything from the One.

⁶⁵सिर्फ पुरुषार्थ कर उनसे खींचना है।

⁶⁵We simply have to make effort to draw from Him.

⁶⁶खींचने का काम है बुद्धि का ।

⁶⁶It is the duty of the intellect to draw from Him.

⁶⁷बुद्धि की ही कमाल है।

⁶⁷It is a wonder of the intellect.

⁶⁸मनुष्य तो मनुष्य है।

⁶⁸Human beings are human beings.

⁶⁹वह बुद्धि से इतना विनाश कर सकते हैं, तो क्या हम बुद्धि-बल से नई दुनिया नहीं बना सकते हैं ?

⁶⁹They can carry out destruction through their intellect, so can we not create the new world with the power of our intellect?

⁷⁰वह समझते हैं - यह इन्हों की कल्पना है, दुनिया तो बहुत चलनी है।

⁷⁰They think that this is your imagination and that the world has to continue for a lot longer.

⁷¹हम कहाँ कहते नहीं चलनी है ?

⁷¹We do not say that it will not continue.

⁷²लेकिन बदल-सदल होने वाली है।

⁷²However, it will be transformed.

⁷³हम पुराने कर्मों के खेत को उखेड़ नया खेत लगाते हैं।

⁷³We are ploughing the field of old karmic accounts and preparing the new field.

⁷⁴अपना है सूक्ष्म पुरुषार्थ ।

⁷⁴Our effort is subtle.

⁷⁵बुद्धि सबसे सूक्ष्म है।

⁷⁵Baba is the most subtle of all.

⁷⁶आत्मा का भी साक्षात्कार हो सकता है। ⁷⁷लेकिन बुद्धि उससे भी सूक्षम है।

⁷⁶You can have a vision of the soul, but the intellect is even more subtle than that.

⁷⁸कर्म बनाने-बिगाड़ने वाली भी बुद्धि है।

⁷⁷It is the intel!ect that reforms or ruins our behaviour.

⁷⁹तो बुद्धिवानों का बुद्धि इसको बना रहे हैं।

⁷⁸So the Intellect of the Wise is creating all of you.

⁸⁰इसलिए इतनी गहराई, गम्भीरता से धारण करो ।

⁷⁹This is why you have to imbibe all this with depth and maturity.

⁸¹ईश्वरीय ताकत है ना।

⁸⁰This is Godly power.

⁸²दुनिया स्थूल ताकत के पीछे पड़ी है। ⁸³लेकिन रुहानी ताकत को तो जानती नहीं है।

⁸¹The world is chasing after physical power but they do not know about spiritual power at all.

⁸⁴सूक्ष्म योग लगाने से आत्मा प्योर होती है, तो उसका प्रभाव कर्म पर पड़ता है।

⁸²By having yoga in a subtle way, the yoga continues to become pure and that influences your karma.

⁸⁵इतना थोड़े में खुश नहीं होना है।

⁸³You must not be happy with just a little.

⁸⁶पूर्ण साफ होना है।

⁸⁴You have to become completely pure.

⁸⁷दुनिया इतनी बदलती है तो हमको भी इतना बदलना है।

⁸⁵The world changes so much and.so we also have to change to the same extent.

⁸⁸परमात्मा बैठ इतना कार्य कराते हैं।

⁸⁶God sits and inspires such activities to be carried out.

⁸⁹स्थूल विनाश स्थूल द्वारा कराएंगे, सूक्ष्म फिर वहाँ चुक्तू कराएंगे।

⁸⁷Destruction of the physical things will be carried out physically and the subtle accounts will be settled there in a subtle way.

⁹⁰मनुष्यों को समझाओ तो कह देते – परमात्मा को कराना होगा तो करायेंगे।

⁸⁸If you .explain to people, they say: If God wants us to do it He will inspire us.

⁹¹हद की कमाई के लिए तो खूब पुरुषार्थ करते हैं।

⁸⁹They make a lot of effort for a limited income.

⁹²लेकिन इस बेहद की कमाई के लिए परमात्मा पर रख देते हैं।

⁹⁰However, they say that an unlimited income depends on God.

⁹³यह तो कमाई है, इसके लिए पुरुषार्थ करना है, वह भी एक बार।

⁹¹This is an income and you have to make effort for it. ⁹²That too happens just once.

⁹⁴घड़ी - घड़ी तो पुरुषार्थ नहीं करना पड़ेगा।

⁹³You will not have to make effort again and again.

⁹⁵जैसे वह शरीर निर्वाह अर्थ, थोड़े सुख के लिए कमाई करते हैं। ⁹⁶फिर भी शारीरिक रोग आदि झंझट चलते आते हैं।

⁹⁴They earn a little for the livelihood of their body, for a little happiness, and they still have physical illnesses and complications.

⁹⁷लेकिन हमारी कमाई से सब प्रालब्ध मिल जाती है।

⁹⁵However, through our income we are able to receive the complete reward.

⁹⁸बुद्धि को और कोई खलल (विघ्न) पड़ने से शरीर से भोगना जास्ती अच्छा है।

⁹⁶Suffering through the body is far better than having obstacles in the intellect.

⁹⁹बुद्धि सालिम है तो समझते हैं - यह भी हिसाब-किताब भोग कर छूटते हैं। ¹⁰⁰दुःख नहीं भासेगा।

⁹⁷If the intellect is very good, it understands that you are settling these karmic accounts and then will not experience any sorrow.

¹⁰¹बुद्धि में खलल पड़े तो कड़ी भोगना चलती है।

⁹⁸If there are any obstacles in the intellect you have to suffer severely.

¹⁰²हिसाब-किताब तो सबको भोगना है।

⁹⁹Everyone has to settle their karmic accounts.

¹⁰³लेकिन इसमें भी सतो, रजो, तमो स्टेज हैं।

¹⁰⁰However, there are sato, rajo and tamo stages in this too.

¹⁰⁴जैसे जेल में भी ए, बी, सी क्लास है। ¹⁰⁵तो इस शारीरिक भोगना में भी स्टेज़ेस हैं।

¹⁰¹Just as in jail they have classes "A,B,C", in the same way there are also stages in physical suffering.

¹⁰⁶उसे हम परमात्मा की याद से सूली से काँटा बनाए खलास कर देते हैं। ¹⁰⁷इससे नुक्सान नहीं होता है।

¹⁰²We are transforming a crucifix into a thorn through God's remembrance and there is no loss through that.

¹⁰⁸बुद्धि का खलल तो बहुत नुक्सान करता है।

¹⁰³Obstacles in the intellect cause a lot of damage.

¹⁰⁹ऐसे नहीं, परमात्मा की सन्तान हैं, फिर भोगते क्यों ?

¹⁰⁴People ask: Since you are the children of God, why are you suffering?

¹¹⁰नहीं, विकर्मों का बहुत बड़ा स्टॉक है।

¹⁰⁵No, your stock of sins is very large.

¹¹¹इसको खलास कर जाएँगे तो बाबा खुश होगा।

¹⁰⁶If you finish it before you go, Baba will be very happy.

¹¹²कुछ रह गया तो डंडा भी मिलेगा, पद भी नहीं देगा।

¹⁰⁷If something still remains you will experience punishment and you will not receive any status.

¹¹³ऐसे तो नहीं, डंडे लगाकर पद बड़ा देगा ?

¹⁰⁸It isn't that you will experience punishment and also be given a high status. ¹⁰⁹No.

¹¹⁴इसलिए यहाँ खुशी से चुक्तू करते हैं।

¹¹⁰This is why you settle everything with happiness here.

¹¹⁵वह चुक्तू हो गया फिर तो चले जाएंगे । ¹¹⁶फिर नम्बरवार आएंगे ।

¹¹¹Once you have settled that you will return home and then come down numberwise, Achcha.
