Documented definition
Union, association, connection or relationship; depending on context, combination or addition. In Indian traditions, yoga also denotes disciplines of concentration, meditation and spiritual practice, whose forms and aims vary.
In the murlis, a connection or orientation of attention, especially the soul’s conscious relationship with the incorporeal Father through remembrance. This practice is presented as a means of purifying the soul and transforming conduct, and is meant to permeate life beyond particular sessions. Some passages also use योग for ordinary connections, while others reserve the term for remembrance of God.
