¹“मीठे बच्चे - सुनी सुनाई बातों पर विश्वास नहीं करो, अगर कोई उल्टी सुल्टी बातें सुनाये तो एक कान से सुन दूसरे से निकाल दो''

¹Essence: Sweet children, do not believe any gossip you hear. ²If someone tells you wrong things, let them in one ear and out of the other.

²प्रश्न:- जो बच्चे ज्ञान की खुशी में रहते हैं उनकी निशानी क्या होगी?

³Question: What are the signs of children who maintain the happiness of knowledge?

³उत्तर:- वे पुराने कर्मभोग का हिसाब-किताब उस खुशी में मर्ज करते जायेंगे।

⁴Answer: They continue to merge their karmic accounts of suffering for their past actions in happiness. ⁵When you have the happiness of knowledge, you forget the world of pain, sorrow and suffering.

⁴ज्ञान की खुशी में दुःख दर्द, गम की दुनिया ही भूल जाती है।

⁶Your intellects are aware that you are now going to the world of happiness.

⁵बुद्धि में रहता अब तो हम खुशी की दुनिया में जा रहे हैं।

⁷Ravan cursed you and caused you sorrow.

⁶रावण ने श्रापित कर दुःखी किया, अब बाप आये हैं उस दुःख की, गम की दुनिया से निकाल खुशी की दुनिया में ले जाने।

⁸The Father has now come to remove you from this world of sorrow and suffering and take you to the world of happiness.

⁷गीत:- तुम्हें पाके हमने…

⁹Song: Having found You, we have found the whole world. ¹⁰The earth, the sky – everything belongs to us.

⁸ओम् शान्ति।

¹¹Om shanti.

⁹मीठे-मीठे रूहानी बच्चों ने गीत सुना।

¹²You sweetest, spiritual children heard the song.

¹⁰जरूर बच्चों के रोमांच खड़े हो जाने चाहिए क्योंकि गाया जाता है खुशी जैसी खुराक नहीं।

¹³You children should surely have goose pimples because it is said that there is no nourishment like that of happiness.

¹¹अभी तुम सभी रूहानी बच्चों को बेहद का बाप मिला है।

¹⁴All of you spiritual children have now found the unlimited Father.

¹²बेहद का बाप तो एक ही होता है और बच्चे जानते हैं जब और बच्चे बनेंगे तो उन्हों के भी रोमांच खड़े होंगे।

¹⁵There is only the one unlimited Father and you children know that when others belong to the Father and become His children, they too will have goose pimples.

¹³तुम जानते हो हमारा राज्य था फिर राज्य गँवाया, अब फिर राज्य लेते हैं।

¹⁶You children know that you had a kingdom and that you then lost it. ¹⁷You are now claiming a kingdom once again.

¹⁴भारतवासियों के लिए यह खुशखबरी है ना।

¹⁸This is good news for the people of Bharat.

¹⁵परन्तु जबकि अच्छी रीति सुनें और समझें।

¹⁹However, that is only when they listen to this and understand it very well.

¹⁶बरोबर यह खुशी की बात है ना, कल्प-कल्प बाप आते हैं।

²⁰This is truly a matter of happiness. ²¹The Father comes every cycle.

¹⁷बाप का जन्म भी यहाँ गाया जाता है।

²²The birth of the Father is remembered here.

¹⁸त्योहार भी जो हैं सब इस समय के हैं।

²³All the festivals are of this time.

¹⁹बाप ने आकर तुमको बहुत सहज रास्ता बताया है।

²⁴The Father has come and shown you a very easy path.

²⁰मनुष्यों को तो अनेक प्रकार के गम हैं, यहाँ इस ज्ञान की खुशी में वह गम दुःख आदि सब मर्ज हो जाते हैं।

²⁵People have so many different types of sorrow. ²⁶When you have the happiness of this knowledge, all pain and sorrow become merged.

²¹जैसे कोई बीमार ठीक होने पर आता है तो सबको खुशी होती है। ²²बीमारी आदि दुःख की बातें जैसे भूल जाती हैं।

²⁷When someone who has been ill is close to full recovery, everyone feels very happy; the illness and sorrow are forgotten.

²³पियरघर, ससुरघर, मित्र सम्बन्धी आदि सब खुशी में आ जाते हैं।

²⁸The members of their own family, their in-laws and friends, all become happy.

²⁴तुम बच्चे जानते हो हम सब विश्व के मालिक थे फिर रावण ने श्राप दिया है।

²⁹You children know that all of you were the masters of the world and that Ravan then cursed you.

²⁵यह है गम की, दुःख की दुनिया।

³⁰This is the world of pain and sorrow.

²⁶फिर कल होगी खुशी की दुनिया।

³¹Then, tomorrow, it will be the world of happiness.

²⁷खुशी की दुनिया याद रहने से गम दुःख आदि सब भूल जाने चाहिए।

³²When the world of happiness is remembered, all sorrow and suffering are forgotten.

²⁸यह है तमोप्रधान दुनिया।

³³This is the tamopradhan world.

²⁹भिन्न-भिन्न प्रकार का कर्मभोग है।

³⁴There are different types of suffering of karma.

³⁰अबलाओं पर भी कितने अत्याचार होते हैं।

³⁵There are so many assaults against innocent ones.

³¹अनेक प्रकार के विघ्न आते हैं।

³⁶Many types of obstacles come.

³²यह विघ्नों के, कर्मभोग के दिन बाकी थोड़ा समय है।

³⁷These obstacles and these days of the suffering of karma will last for just a short while longer.

³³बाप धीरज़ देते हैं, बाकी थोड़े रोज़ हैं।

³⁸The Father gives you patience: only a few more days remain.

³⁴कल्प पहले भी हुआ था।

³⁹This also happened in the previous cycle.

³⁵कर्मभोग का हिसाब-किताब चुक्तू होना है।

⁴⁰The accounts of the suffering of karma have to be settled.

³⁶खुशी में यह सब मर्ज करते जाओ।

⁴¹Continue to merge all of them in happiness.

³⁷बस बाप और वर्से को याद करते रहो।

⁴²Simply continue to remember the Father and the inheritance.

³⁸उल्टा-सुल्टा कोई भी काम मत करो।

⁴³Don't perform wrong actions.

³⁹नहीं तो और ही दण्ड पड़ जाता है, पद भ्रष्ट हो जाता है।

⁴⁴Otherwise, there will be even greater punishment and the status will be destroyed.

⁴⁰बच्चों का काम है एक बाप को याद करना।

⁴⁵It is the children's duty to remember the one Father.

⁴¹बाप कहते हैं - मुझे याद करो तो तुम्हारे विकर्म विनाश हो जायेंगे।

⁴⁶The Father says: Remember Me and your sins will be absolved.

⁴²हिसाब-किताब चुक्तू हो जायेगा।

⁴⁷Your karmic accounts will be settled.

⁴³बाकी थोड़ा समय है, हिसाब-किताब चुक्तू करते जाओ क्योंकि तुम हो अन्धों की लाठी।

⁴⁸A very short time remains. ⁴⁹Continue to settle your karmic accounts because you are sticks for the blind.

⁴⁴तुम भी याद करो, दूसरों को भी रास्ता बताओ।

⁵⁰Remember this and also continue to show others the path.

⁴⁵विघ्न तो बहुत पड़ेंगे।

⁵¹Many obstacles will come.

⁴⁶जितना हो सके, सबको यह समझाते रहो कि बाप को याद करो।

⁵²As much as possible, continue to tell everyone to remember the Father.

⁴⁷अक्षर भी नामीग्रामी हैं।

⁵³These words are very well known.

⁴⁸मनमना-भव अर्थात् हे आत्मायें मामेकम् याद करो तो तुम्हारे पास्ट के विकर्म भस्म होंगे।

⁵⁴“Manmanabhav” means: O souls, constantly remember Me alone and your past sins will be burnt away.

⁴⁹इसमें मूँझने की तो बात ही नहीं।

⁵⁵There is no question of being confused about this.

⁵⁰सिर्फ बाप को याद करो तो तमोप्रधान से सतोप्रधान बन जायेंगे।

⁵⁶Simply remember the Father and you will become satopradhan from tamopradhan.

⁵¹तुम जानते हो हमने 84 का चक्र लगाया है।

⁵⁷You know that you have been around the cycle of 84 births.

⁵²चक्र लगाते आये हैं, लगाते रहेंगे।

⁵⁸You have continued to go around the cycle and will continue to do so.

⁵³यह है पुरानी दुनिया, पुराना चोला.... इनको भूल जाना है।

⁵⁹This is the old world and these are old costumes. ⁶⁰Forget these!

⁵⁴यह है आत्माओं का बेहद का संन्यास।

⁶¹This is unlimited renunciation of souls.

⁵⁵उन्हों का है हद का संन्यास, घरबार छोड़ जाते हैं।

⁶²Their renunciation is limited; they just leave their homes and family.

⁵⁶उन्हों का भी ड्रामा में पार्ट है। ⁵⁷फिर भी ऐसे ही होगा।

⁶³Those are their parts in the drama and they will repeat again.

⁵⁸सेकेण्ड-सेकेण्ड जो पास हुआ सो ड्रामा फिर वही ड्रामा रिपीट होगा।

⁶⁴Every second that passes is the drama. ⁶⁵Then, that same drama will repeat again.

⁵⁹शास्त्र सब हैं भक्तिमार्ग के पुस्तक।

⁶⁶All the scriptures are books of the path of devotion.

⁶⁰भक्ति के बाद है ज्ञान।

⁶⁷After devotion, there is knowledge.

⁶¹इस सीढ़ी के चित्र पर किसको भी समझाना बहुत सहज है।

⁶⁸It is very easy to explain the picture of the ladder to anyone.

⁶²मुख्य जो चित्र हैं वह अपने घर में भी रख सकते हो।

⁶⁹You can put up the main pictures in your home.

⁶³त्रिमूर्ति भी बड़ा क्लीयर है।

⁷⁰The Trimurti is very clear.

⁶⁴ऊपर में शिव भी है।

⁷¹At the top is Shiva.

⁶⁵ब्रह्मा, विष्णु, शंकर भी है, सूक्ष्मवतन वासी फिर ऊंच ते ऊंच है भगवान।

⁷²Brahma, Vishnu and Shankar are residents of the subtle region, and then there is God, the Highest on High.

⁶⁶बच्चे भी समझते हैं जहाँ बाप रहते हैं वह है हम आत्माओं के रहने का स्थान, जिसको निर्वाणधाम कहो अथवा शान्तिधाम कहो - बात एक ही है।

⁷³You children know that the place where the Father resides is also the residence of you souls. ⁷⁴Whether you call it the land of nirvana or the land of peace, it is the same thing.

⁶⁷शान्तिधाम नाम ठीक है अथवा निर्वाणधाम अर्थात् वाणी से परे धाम, वह शान्तिधाम ही हो गया।

⁷⁵The name, ‘land of peace’ is correct, and ‘the land of nirvana’ means the land beyond sound, which means, the land of silence.

⁶⁸वह शान्तिधाम फिर है सुख और शान्ति सम्पत्ति धाम।

⁷⁶That is the land of peace and then there is the land of happiness, peace and prosperity.

⁶⁹फिर होता है दुःख और अशान्तिधाम।

⁷⁷Then, there is the land of sorrow and peacelessness.

⁷⁰सुखधाम में तो कारून के खजाने होते हैं अथाह।

⁷⁸In the land of happiness there are limitless treasures.

⁷¹आज क्या है, कल क्या होगा।

⁷⁹What is it today and what will it be tomorrow?

⁷²आज कलियुग का अन्त, कल होगा सतयुग का आदि।

⁸⁰Today, it is the end of the iron age and tomorrow it will be the start of the golden age.

⁷³रात दिन का फ़र्क है ना।

⁸¹There is the difference of night and day.

⁷⁴कहते भी हैं ब्रह्मा और ब्रह्मा मुख वंशावली ब्राह्मणों का दिन और फिर रात। ⁷⁵दिन में हैं देवतायें।

⁸²It is said: the day and night of Brahma and the Brahmins, the mouth-born creation of Brahma. ⁸³Deities exist in the day and shudras exist in the night.

⁷⁶रात में हैं शूद्र।

⁸⁴You Brahmins are in the middle.

⁷⁷बीच में हो तुम ब्राह्मण।

⁸⁵No one knows about this confluence age.

⁷⁸इस संगमयुग का किसको पता नहीं है।

⁸⁶Human beings are in extreme darkness.

⁷⁹मनुष्य तो बिल्कुल ही घोर अन्धियारे में हैं।

⁸⁷It is the duty of you children to take everyone into extreme light.

⁸⁰तो घोर सोझरे में ले आना तुम बच्चों का फर्ज है।

⁸⁸The same Mahabharat War is in front of you.

⁸¹अभी सामने वही महाभारत लड़ाई है। ⁸²गाया हुआ भी है - विनाश काले विप्रीत बुद्धि विनशन्ती। ⁸³विनाश काले प्रीत बुद्धि विजयन्ती।

⁸⁹It is remembered that those who have non-loving intellects at the time of destruction are led to destruction, whereas those who have loving intellects at the time of destruction are led to victory.

⁸⁴तुम बच्चे जानते हो बाबा हमको फिर से वही राजाई देते हैं।

⁹⁰You children know that Baba is once again giving you the same kingdom.

⁸⁵वह हमारी राजाई कोई छीन न सके।

⁹¹No one can snatch that kingdom away from us.

⁸⁶रावण की प्रवेशता तो होगी द्वापर से।

⁹²Ravan began to exist in the copper age.

⁸⁷रावण ने हमारी राजाई छीनी है, जिसको दुश्मन ही समझो क्योंकि दुश्मन का ही एफीजी बनाकर जलाते हैं।

⁹³Ravan snatched away our kingdom. ⁹⁴Therefore, consider him to be your enemy. ⁹⁵Only an enemy’s effigy is made and burnt.

⁸⁸यह बहुत पुराना दुश्मन है।

⁹⁶He is a very old enemy.

⁸⁹कहते भी हैं - रावण राज्य परन्तु किसकी बुद्धि में नहीं आता है।

⁹⁷Although it is said that this is the kingdom of Ravan, it doesn't enter anyone's intellect.

⁹⁰तो घोर अन्धियारा कहेंगे ना।

⁹⁸Therefore, this is called extreme darkness.

⁹¹बेहद का बाप है नॉलेजफुल।

⁹⁹The unlimited Father is knowledge-full.

⁹²उनको ज्ञान का दाता, दिव्य चक्षु विधाता कहते हैं।

¹⁰⁰He is called the Bestower of Knowledge, the Bestower of the Divine Eye.

⁹³अभी तुम आत्माओं को ज्ञान का तीसरा नेत्र मिला है।

¹⁰¹Now, each of you souls has each received a third eye of knowledge.

⁹⁴आगे तो कुछ नहीं जानते थे।

¹⁰²Previously, you didn't know anything.

⁹⁵अब सब जान गये हो।

¹⁰³You now know everything.

⁹⁶बाप ज्ञान का सागर है तो जरूर ज्ञान सुनायेंगे ना।

¹⁰⁴The Father is the Ocean of Knowledge and so He would definitely speak knowledge, would He not?

⁹⁷ज्ञान सुनाने बिगर सिद्ध कैसे हो!

¹⁰⁵How can the knowledge be revealed unless He speaks it?

⁹⁸तुम देखते हो बाप ज्ञान सुनाते हैं, जिस ज्ञान से फिर आधाकल्प सद्गति होती है।

¹⁰⁶You see that the Father gives you knowledge through which there is salvation for half the cycle.

⁹⁹भक्ति को ही आधाकल्प चलना है।

¹⁰⁷Devotion has to continue for half the cycle.

¹⁰⁰ज्ञान से सद्गति संगम पर ही होती है।

¹⁰⁸Only at the confluence age does salvation take place through knowledge.

¹⁰¹कोई भी बात बच्चों की कब छिप नहीं सकती।

¹⁰⁹Nothing of the children can ever remain hidden.

¹⁰²बाप कहते हैं- कोई भी बुरा काम हो जाए तो बताओ।

¹¹⁰The Father says: Whenever you perform any wrong action, tell the Father.

¹⁰³बाबा जानते हैं कईयों से बुरे कर्म होते रहते हैं।

¹¹¹Baba knows that many continue to perform bad actions.

¹⁰⁴रावण राज्य है ना।

¹¹²This is the kingdom of Ravan.

¹⁰⁵माया चमाट मारती है, परन्तु छिपाते हैं बहुत।

¹¹³Maya slaps you. ¹¹⁴Nevertheless, many continue to hide everything.

¹⁰⁶बाबा कहते हैं कोई भी भूल होती है तो फौरन बतलाने से आगे के लिए युक्ति मिलेगी।

¹¹⁵Baba says: Whenever you make a mistake, tell Baba about it instantly and Baba will then show you a way to be saved from it in the future.

¹⁰⁷नहीं तो वृद्धि होती जायेगी।

¹¹⁶Otherwise, it will continue to increase.

¹⁰⁸काम महाशत्रु है।

¹¹⁷Lust is the greatest enemy.

¹⁰⁹बाबा को लिखते हैं - बाबा माया का बहुत आपोजीशन होता है।

¹¹⁸Some write to Baba: Baba, there is a lot of opposition from Maya.

¹¹⁰सदैव तो किसका योग नहीं रहता जो माया से बच सके। ¹¹¹देह-अभिमान बहुत आता है।

¹¹⁹None of you has the constant yoga that enables you to remain safe from Maya.

¹¹²बहुत हैं जो माया के थप्पड़ खाते हैं।

¹²⁰There is a lot of body consciousness.

¹¹³बाबा के पास समाचार तो सब तरफ से आते रहते हैं ना।

¹²¹Many are slapped by Maya. ¹²²Baba continues to receive news from everywhere.

¹¹⁴अखबारों आदि में तो उल्टा-सुल्टा भी कितना डाल देते हैं।

¹²³So many wrong stories are printed in the newspapers.

¹¹⁵आजकल मनुष्य बातें तो कितनी भी बना सकते हैं, तमोप्रधान हैं ना।

¹²⁴Nowadays, people can make up so many stories. ¹²⁵They are tamopradhan.

¹¹⁶व्यास की जब रजो बुद्धि थी तो क्या-क्या बातें बैठ लिखी हैं।

¹²⁶When Vyas had a rajo intellect, look what he wrote!

¹¹⁷बाप बच्चों को समझाते हैं सुनी-सुनाई बातों पर कभी भी विश्वास कर बिगड़ो मत।

¹²⁷The Father explains to you children: Don’t get upset by believing things you hear from others.

¹¹⁸फलाने ने ऐसे कहा, यह किया... माथा ही फिर जाता है।

¹²⁸“So-and-so said this and did this.” ¹²⁹That spoils your head.

¹¹⁹समझते नहीं तमोप्रधान दुनिया है।

¹³⁰They don’t understand that this is a tamopradhan world.

¹²⁰माया गिराने की कोशिश करेगी।

¹³¹Maya will try to make you fall.

¹²¹कोई भी झूठ-मूठ बातें सुनाये तो एक कान से सुन दूसरे से निकाल दो।

¹³²When anyone tells you false stories, let it in one ear and out of the other.

¹²²औरों को भी यही पैगाम देते रहो।

¹³³Continue to give this message to others.

¹²³बाप कहते हैं - मैं पैगाम ले आता हूँ।

¹³⁴The Father says: I bring a message.

¹²⁴अब हे आत्मायें श्रीमत पर चलो।

¹³⁵O souls, now follow shrimat.

¹²⁵हमारा पैगाम सुनो।

¹³⁶Listen to My message.

¹²⁶सिर्फ मामेकम् याद करो।

¹³⁷Simply constantly remember Me alone.

¹²⁷जो याद करेंगे वह अपना ही कल्याण करेंगे।

¹³⁸Those who remember Me will benefit themselves.

¹²⁸याद आत्मा को करना है, भूली भी आत्मा है।

¹³⁹Souls have to remember because souls have forgotten.

¹²⁹अब बाप की श्रीमत मिलती है, इसमें आशीर्वाद वा रहम आदि कुछ भी नहीं माँगना है।

¹⁴⁰You are now receiving the Father's shrimat. ¹⁴¹There is no question of asking for blessings or mercy in this.

¹³⁰सिर्फ बाप को याद करना है और कोई बात पूछने करने की भी दरकार नहीं है।

¹⁴²Simply remember the Father. ¹⁴³There is no need to ask or do anything.

¹³¹सृष्टि का चक्र कैसे फिरता है - यह तो सुना।

¹⁴⁴You have also heard how the world cycle turns.

¹³²इसमें खिटखिट की कोई बात नहीं।

¹⁴⁵There is no argument about it.

¹³³घोर अन्धियारे में ही बाप आते हैं इसलिए शिव रात्रि मनाते हैं।

¹⁴⁶The Father comes when there is extreme darkness. ¹⁴⁷This is why the night of Shiva is celebrated.

¹³⁴कृष्ण का भी जन्म रात्रि को मनाते हैं।

¹⁴⁸The birth of Krishna is also celebrated at night.

¹³⁵खीर-पूरी आदि मन्दिरों में बनती है रात को।

¹⁴⁹They make kheer (rice-pudding) and puris in the temples at night.

¹³⁶अब शिव के लिए क्या बनायेंगे?

¹⁵⁰What would you make for Shiva?

¹³⁷वह तो है निराकार।

¹⁵¹He is incorporeal.

¹³⁸किसको पता भी नहीं है, बाबा किस घड़ी आते हैं और कैसे चले जाते हैं।

¹⁵²No one knows at what moment Baba comes or how He departs.

¹³⁹सदैव तो सवारी नहीं करते हैं।

¹⁵³He doesn't stay in the chariot constantly.

¹⁴⁰आयेंगे और चले जायेंगे।

¹⁵⁴He comes and goes.

¹⁴¹अभी तुम जानते हो हम शिवबाबा के पोत्रे हैं।

¹⁵⁵You understand that you are now the grandchildren of Shiv Baba.

¹⁴²वर्सा उनसे मिलता है।

¹⁵⁶You receive the inheritance from Him.

¹⁴³ब्रह्मा को भी वर्सा उनसे मिलता है।

¹⁵⁷Even Brahma receives the inheritance from Him.

¹⁴⁴यह तो मनुष्य हैं ना।

¹⁵⁸He is a human being.

¹⁴⁵सद्गति में पहला नम्बर है यह श्रीकृष्ण।

¹⁵⁹Shri Krishna is number one in claiming salvation.

¹⁴⁶यह सबको प्यारा है क्योंकि सतोप्रधान बाल अवस्था है ना।

¹⁶⁰He is loved by everyone because he is in the satopradhan childhood stage.

¹⁴⁷थोड़ा बड़ा होता है तो उनको सतो कहा जाता है।

¹⁶¹When he grows a little older, his stage is said to be sato.

¹⁴⁸फिर रजो तमो। ¹⁴⁹श्रीकृष्ण राधे ही फिर लक्ष्मी-नारायण बनते हैं, जिनको बाप ने ज्ञान दिया है उनको ही देंगे।

¹⁶²Then, there are the rajo and tamo stages. ¹⁶³Shri Radhe and Krishna then become Lakshmi and Narayan. ¹⁶⁴The Father gives knowledge to those He gave it to previously.

¹⁵⁰भारत में ही देवी-देवता होकर गये हैं तो मन्दिर भी भारत में बहुत हैं।

¹⁶⁵Deities existed in Bharat. ¹⁶⁶That is why there are many temples to them in Bharat.

¹⁵¹क्रिश्चियन की चर्च में क्राइस्ट ही क्राइस्ट देखेंगे।

¹⁶⁷In the churches of the Christians you only see Christ.

¹⁵²देवताओं के कितने ढेर मन्दिर हैं।

¹⁶⁸There are so many temples to the deities.

¹⁵³बाप आये हैं हमको मनुष्य से देवता बनाने अथवा भारत को स्वर्ग बनाने।

¹⁶⁹The Father has come to change you from humans into deities, that is, He has come to make Bharat into heaven.

¹⁵⁴हम बाप को याद कर पावन बन रहे हैं।

¹⁷⁰We are becoming pure by remembering the Father.

¹⁵⁵बाप के साथ हम भी भारत को स्वर्ग बना रहे हैं।

¹⁷¹Along with the Father, we too are making Bharat into heaven.

¹⁵⁶जैसे हम बाप के साथ आये हैं।

¹⁷²It is as though we have come with the Father.

¹⁵⁷भक्ति मार्ग में देवताओं के मन्दिर मूर्तियों आदि पर कितना खर्चा कर बनाते हैं।

¹⁷³On the path of devotion, they incur so much expense creating temples and idols of the deities.

²¹⁵2) कभी भी देवता बनने वाले ब्राह्मण कुल भूषणों का नाम बदनाम न हो - इसका ध्यान रखना है।

²³⁷ When a soul reaches the stage of completion and perfection, he maintains equanimity in praise and defamation, victory and defeat, happiness and sorrow.

²²⁰दुःख में भी सूरत व मस्तक पर दुःख की लहर के बजाए सुख वा हर्ष की लहर दिखाई दे, निंदा सुनते भी अनुभव हो कि यह निंदा नहीं, सम्पूर्ण स्थिति को परिपक्व करने के लिए यह महिमा योग्य शब्द हैं - ऐसी समानता रहे तब कहेंगे बाप समान।

²³⁸Even in the midst of sorrow, instead of having waves of sorrow on your face or forehead, let waves of happiness and joy be visible. ²³⁹Even while hearing any defamation, do not feel it to be defamation, but praiseworthy words to make you mature in your stage of perfection. ²⁴⁰When you have such equanimity, you will then be said to be equal to the Father.

²²¹जरा भी वृत्ति में यह न आये कि यह दुश्मन है, गाली देने वाला है और यह महिमा करने वाला है।

²⁴¹Do not have the slightest attitude of someone being an enemy and coming to insult you and another one coming to praise you.
