¹“मीठे बच्चे - आत्म-अभिमानी बनने की प्रैक्टिस करो, जितना आत्म-अभिमानी बनेंगे उतना बाप से लव रहेगा''

¹Essence: Sweet children, practise being soul conscious. ²The more soul conscious you become, the more love you will have for the Father.

²प्रश्न:- देही-अभिमानी बच्चों में कौन सा अक्ल सहज ही आ जाता है?

³Question: What wisdom do soul-conscious children easily develop?

³उत्तर:- अपने से बड़ों का रिगार्ड कैसे रखें, यह अक्ल देही-अभिमानी बच्चों में आ जाता है।

⁴Answer: How to give regard to those who are senior to you is the wisdom soul-conscious children develop. ⁵Arrogance makes you into such complete corpses that you are unable to remember the Father.

⁴अभिमान तो एकदम मुर्दा बना देता है। ⁵बाप को याद ही नहीं कर सकते।

⁶When you become soul conscious, you remain very happy and are able to imbibe well.

⁶अगर देही-अभिमानी रहें तो बहुत खुशी रहे, धारणा भी अच्छी हो।

⁷Your sins are absolved and you also have regard for the seniors.

⁷विकर्म भी विनाश हों और बड़ों का रिगार्ड भी रखें। ⁸जो सच्ची दिल वाले हैं वे समझते हैं कि हम कितना समय देही-अभिमानी रह बाप को याद करते हैं।

⁸Those who have honest hearts understand for how long they remain soul conscious and remember the Father.

¹¹यह किसने कहा?

¹¹Who said this?

¹²आत्मा ने कहा क्योंकि तुम बच्चे अब आत्म-अभिमानी बन रहे हो ड्रामा प्लैन अनुसार।

¹²The soul said it because, according to the drama plan, you children are now becoming soul conscious.

¹³आधाकल्प देह-अभिमानी बनें, आधाकल्प तुम फिर आत्म-अभिमानी बनते हो।

¹³You have been body conscious for half the cycle and you are now becoming soul conscious for half the cycle.

¹⁴अभी तुमको आत्म-अभिमानी बनने की प्रैक्टिस करनी पड़े।

¹⁴You now have to practise being soul conscious.

¹⁵बाबा घड़ी-घड़ी कहते हैं बच्चे अशरीरी भव, आत्म-अभिमानी भव।

¹⁵Baba repeatedly says: Children, may you be bodiless! ¹⁶May you be soul conscious!

¹⁶तुम बच्चे सामने बैठे हो और वह दूर बैठे हैं। ¹⁷यह जानते हैं कि हमको आत्म-अभिमानी बन बाप को याद करना है।

¹⁷You children are sitting in front of Baba whereas others are sitting far away, but you all know you have to become soul conscious and remember the Father.

¹⁸बाबा की ही श्रीमत पर चलना है।

¹⁸You must only follow Baba's shrimat.

¹⁹इसको कहा जाता है श्रेष्ठ ते श्रेष्ठ मत।

¹⁹These are called the most elevated directions.

²⁰बाप के साथ बहुत लव होना चाहिए।

²⁰You should have a lot of love for the Father.

²¹अभी बाप कहते हैं देह सहित देह के सब सम्बन्धों को छोड़ो।

²¹The Father says: Now renounce your bodily relations including your bodies.

²²आत्म-अभिमानी बनने की बहुत-बहुत प्रैक्टिस करनी है।

²²You have to practise being soul conscious a great deal.

²³शरीर तो विनाश होना है। ²⁴आत्मा है अविनाशी।

²³The body is to be destroyed, whereas the soul is imperishable.

²⁵विनाशी शरीर को याद करने के कारण आत्मा को भूल बैठे हैं।

²⁴Because of remembering perishable bodies you have forgotten about souls.

²⁶यह भी बच्चों को समझाया जाता है कि आत्मा क्या चीज़ है।

²⁵It is explained to you children what a soul is.

²⁷कहते भी हैं कि आत्मा छोटी स्टार मिसल है।

²⁶It is said that a soul is like a tiny star.

²⁸इन आखों से देखने में नहीं आती है, उनको दिव्य दृष्टि बिगर देखा नहीं जा सकता है।

²⁷It cannot be seen with these eyes. ²⁸It cannot be seen without divine vision.

²⁹आत्मा को देखने की कोशिश बहुत करते हैं परन्तु देख नहीं सकते।

²⁹People try very hard to see a soul, but they are unable to see it.

³⁰कोई दिव्य दृष्टि से देखते भी हैं तो भी समझ नहीं सकते कि यह क्या चीज़ है।

³⁰Even if someone does see one in a divine vision, he cannot understand what it is.

³¹बड़ी चीज़ तो है नहीं।

³¹It is not a big thing.

³²आत्मा बिल्कुल छोटी स्टार मिसल है। ³³कितनी छोटी बिन्दी है।

³²A soul is extremely tiny, like a star; it is such a tiny point.

³⁴यह बातें किसकी बुद्धि में बैठना बड़ा मुश्किल है क्योंकि आधाकल्प से देह-अभिमान में रहे हैं।

³³It is very difficult for these things to sit in your intellects because you have been body conscious for half the cycle.

³⁵बाप समझाते हैं तुम अपने को आत्मा निश्चय करो, हम आत्मा वहाँ के रहने वाले हैं।

³⁴The Father explains: Have the faith that you are souls. ³⁵We souls are residents of that place.

³⁶यह शरीर तो यहाँ लेना है।

³⁶We adopt bodies here.

³⁷यह शरीर 5 तत्वों का बना हुआ है।

³⁷These bodies are made of the five elements.

³⁸पिण्ड (शरीर) जब तैयार होता है तो फिर छोटी आत्मा इनमें प्रवेश करती है।

³⁸When a foetus is ready, a tiny soul enters it and there is life.

³⁹चैतन्यता आती है। ⁴⁰आत्मा भी सत्य, चैतन्य है तो परमपिता परमात्मा भी सत है, चैतन्य है।

³⁹A soul is the truth and a living being and so the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, too, is the Truth and the Living Being.

⁴¹परम आत्मा है।

⁴⁰He is the Supreme Soul.

⁴²वह कोई बड़ी चीज़ नहीं है।

⁴¹He is not a big thing.

⁴³आत्मा भी छोटी है।

⁴²Souls too are tiny.

⁴⁴जैसे इनमें ज्ञान है वैसे तुम्हारी आत्मा में भी ज्ञान है।

⁴³Just as He has knowledge, so you souls too have knowledge.

⁴⁵इतनी छोटी आत्मा में सारा ज्ञान है, यह बड़ा वन्डर है।

⁴⁴It is a great wonder how such a tiny soul has all the knowledge within him.

⁴⁶परन्तु बच्चे घड़ी-घड़ी यह बातें भूल जाते हैं। ⁴⁷देह-अभिमान में आ जाते हैं।

⁴⁵However, you children repeatedly forget these things; you become body conscious.

⁴⁸अभी तुम आत्मायें इस शरीर द्वारा विश्व के मालिक बनते हो अर्थात् गॉड गॉडेज बनते हो।

⁴⁶You souls are now becoming the masters of the world through your bodies, that is, you are becoming gods and goddesses.

⁴⁹बाप तो है गॉड फादर।

⁴⁷The Father is God, the Father.

⁵⁰परन्तु भारत में इन लक्ष्मी-नारायण को गॉड गॉडेज कहते हैं क्योंकि इन्हों को इतना ऊंच बाप बनाते हैं।

⁴⁸However, in Bharat, Lakshmi and Narayan are called a god and goddess because the Father makes them so elevated.

⁵¹इस नॉलेज से देखो क्या बन जाते हैं।

⁴⁹Look at what you become through this knowledge!

⁵²जो अच्छी रीति पढ़ाई पढ़कर इम्तहान में पास होते हैं, वह कमाई भी अच्छी करते हैं।

⁵⁰Those who study well and pass their examinations earn a good income.

⁵³जैसे दुनिया में कोई बहुत ब्युटीफुल होते हैं तो उनको बहुत इनाम मिलता है।

⁵¹Those who are very beautiful in the world also receive prizes.

⁵⁴फिर कहते - मिस इन्डिया, मिस अमेरिका... शरीर के साथ वो लोग कितनी मेहनत करते हैं।

⁵²They are called "Miss India, Miss America”. ⁵³Those people make so much effort on their bodies.

⁵⁵सतयुग में तो नेचुरल ब्युटी होती है, कशिश करने वाली।

⁵⁴In the golden age they have natural beauty that attracts.

⁵⁶सतोप्रधान प्रकृति से शरीर बनते हैं ना।

⁵⁵Bodies are made out of satopradhan elements.

⁵⁷वह कितना खींचते हैं।

⁵⁶They attract so much.

⁵⁸लक्ष्मी-नारायण, राधे-कृष्ण के चित्र कितना सबको खींचते हैं।

⁵⁷The pictures of Lakshmi and Narayan and Radhe and Krishna attract everyone so much.

⁵⁹वह भी कोई एक्यूरेट चित्र नहीं बनते हैं।

⁵⁸Those pictures are not accurate pictures.

⁶⁰वहाँ तो हैं ही सतोप्रधान, तो नेचुरल ब्युटी रहती है।

⁵⁹There, they are satopradhan and so they have natural beauty.

⁶¹यह सब बाबा समझाते हैं।

⁶⁰Baba explains all of this.

⁶²वो लोग गाते हैं हे पतित-पावन...परन्तु समझते कुछ भी नहीं।

⁶¹Those people sing: “O Purifier” but they don't understand anything.

⁶³पुकारते भी ऐसे हैं जैसे बेसमझ। ⁶⁴हे भगवान दया करो, रहम करो।

⁶²They call out as though they are senseless, “O God, have mercy!

⁶⁵परन्तु भगवान क्या चीज़ है, वह जरा भी पता नहीं।

⁶³Be merciful!” but they don't know who God is at all.

⁶⁶बाप को जानें तो रचना को भी जानें इसलिए ऋषि-मुनि आदि सब नेती-नेती कह गये।

⁶⁴If they knew the Father, they would also know the creation. ⁶⁵This is why rishis and munis all say: Neither this nor that (Neti neti).

⁶⁷यह तो बिल्कुल ठीक। ⁶⁸रचता और रचना को कोई जानते नहीं।

⁶⁶This is absolutely right: no one knows the Creator or creation.

⁶⁹अगर जान जायें तो विश्व के मालिक बन जायें।

⁶⁷If they were to know, they could become the masters of the world.

⁷⁰अभी तुम समझते हो - इन लक्ष्मी-नारायण को भी ऐसा बनाने वाला बाप ही है।

⁶⁸You now know it was the Father who made Lakshmi and Narayan like that.

⁷¹अभी तुम बाप के सम्मुख बैठे हो परन्तु आधाकल्प देह-अभिमान में रहने के कारण इतना रिगार्ड रख नहीं सकते।

⁶⁹You are now sitting personally in front of the Father but, because you have been body conscious for half the cycle, you are unable to have that much regard.

⁷²आत्म-अभिमानी बनते ही नहीं हैं।

⁷⁰You haven’t become soul conscious at all!

⁷³देही-अभिमानी बनने से दिन-प्रतिदिन तुम्हारा रिगार्ड बढ़ता जायेगा।

⁷¹When you become soul conscious, your regard will increase day by day.

⁷⁴जब पूरे देही-अभिमानी बनेंगे तो रिगार्ड भी रखेंगे।

⁷²When you become completely soul conscious, there will be regard for you.

⁷⁵अवस्था भी सुधरती जायेगी, खुशी भी रहेगी। ⁷⁶नम्बरवार तो होते हैं ना।

⁷³Your stage will continue to be reformed and there will also be happiness. ⁷⁴It is numberwise.

⁷⁷जैसे बाप तुमको समझाते हैं तुम भी औरों को युक्ति बताते रहो कि अपने को आत्मा समझो।

⁷⁵Just as the Father is explaining to you, so you must continue to show others the method of considering oneself to be a soul.

⁷⁸अब तुम्हारा 84 का चक्र पूरा हुआ, अब वापिस चलना है।

⁷⁶Your cycle of 84 births has now come to an end. ⁷⁷You now have to return home.

⁷⁹हम आत्मा घर से यहाँ आकर शरीर धारण कर पार्ट बजा रहे हैं।

⁷⁸We souls came from our home and adopted bodies here and are playing our parts.

⁸⁰यहाँ कितने जन्म लिए, वह भी बुद्धि में नॉलेज है।

⁷⁹Your intellects also have the knowledge of how many births you have taken here.

⁸¹देही-अभिमानी बनने में ही मेहनत है।

⁸⁰Only in becoming soul conscious is effort required.

⁸²घड़ी-घड़ी माया देह-अभिमानी बना देती है।

⁸¹Maya repeatedly makes you body conscious.

⁸³अभी तुमको माया पर जीत पाकर देही-अभिमानी बनना है।

⁸²You now have to conquer Maya and become soul conscious.

⁸⁴एकान्त में बैठ विचार करो हम आत्मा हैं।

⁸³Sit in solitude and think: I am a soul.

⁸⁵बाप ने कहा है मामेकम् याद करो तो विकर्म विनाश होंगे।

⁸⁴The Father has said: Constantly remember Me alone and your sins will be absolved.

⁸⁶इस देह में मोह नहीं रखो।

⁸⁵Don't have attachment to your body.

⁸⁷हम आत्मा अविनाशी हैं, हमको भाईयों में भी बुद्धियोग नहीं लगाना है।

⁸⁶I, this soul, am imperishable. ⁸⁷I mustn't connect my intellect in yoga to even my brothers.

⁸⁸भाई को भाई से वर्सा थोड़ेही मिलेगा।

⁸⁸A brother will not receive an inheritance from a brother.

⁸⁹न कोई की आत्मा को, न भाई के शरीर को याद करना है।

⁸⁹You must neither remember any soul nor the body of any brother.

⁹⁰याद एक बाप को करना है।

⁹⁰Just remember the one Father.

⁹¹वर्सा भी बाप से ही मिलेगा।

⁹¹Only from the Father will the inheritance be received.

⁹²हम आत्मा अब अपने घर जाती हैं फिर सतयुग में आकर अपना राज्य भाग्य लेंगी।

⁹²I, this soul, am now going to my home and I will then go to the golden age and claim my fortune of the kingdom.

⁹³वहाँ आत्म-अभिमानी होंगे।

⁹³There, we will be soul conscious.

⁹⁴यहाँ माया रावण देह-अभिमानी बना देती है।

⁹⁴Here, Maya, Ravan, makes you body conscious.

⁹⁵अभी तुम फिर आत्म-अभिमानी बनने का पुरुषार्थ कर रहे हो।

⁹⁵You are now once again making effort to become soul conscious.

⁹⁶अपना कल्याण करते रहो।

⁹⁶Continue to benefit yourselves.

⁹⁷यहाँ चित्रों के सामने आकर बैठो।

⁹⁷Come and sit here in front of the pictures.

⁹⁸जैसे मिलेट्री को फील्ड में प्रैक्टिस कराई जाती है ना। ⁹⁹अभी तुमको आत्म-अभिमानी बन बाबा को याद करने की प्रैक्टिस करनी है।

⁹⁸Just as the military are made to practise on a field, so you now have to become soul conscious and practise remembering Baba.

¹⁰⁰बाप कहते हैं - तुम तो मेरे बच्चे हो ना।

⁹⁹The Father says: You are My children.

¹⁰¹देह-अभिमानी बनने से तुम माया के बन गये हो।

¹⁰⁰By becoming body conscious you have become Maya's.

¹⁰²बुलाते भी हो कि हे पतित-पावन, हे ज्ञान के सागर... बाकी तो सब हैं भक्ति के सागर।

¹⁰¹You call out: O Purifier! ¹⁰²O Ocean of Knowledge! ¹⁰³All the rest are oceans of devotion.

¹⁰³भक्ति मार्ग का कितना विस्तार है।

¹⁰⁴There is so much expansion on the path of devotion.

¹⁰⁴बाप आते हैं झूठी दुनिया में सो भी साधारण रूप में।

¹⁰⁵The Father comes into the false world and that too, in an ordinary form.

¹⁰⁵ड्रामा में नूँध ही ऐसी है।

¹⁰⁶It is fixed like that in the drama.

¹⁰⁶पतित शरीर में ही बाप आते हैं।

¹⁰⁷The Father enters an impure body.

¹⁰⁷लक्ष्मी-नारायण के शरीर में थोड़ेही आयेंगे।

¹⁰⁸He would not enter the body of Lakshmi or Narayan.

¹⁰⁸उन्हों को तो राज्य भाग्य मिला हुआ है।

¹⁰⁹They will have received their fortune of the kingdom.

¹⁰⁹तो उसमें मैं कैसे आऊं।

¹¹⁰So, how could I enter them?

¹¹⁰मुझे साधारण रूप में पहचानते नहीं हैं।

¹¹¹No one recognises Me in My ordinary form.

¹¹¹पुकारते हैं परन्तु यह समझते थोड़ेही हैं कि वह भी जरूर कोई शरीर में आयेंगे ना।

¹¹²They call out to Me but they don't understand that I would also definitely have to enter someone's body.

¹¹²मेरा रूप तो है निराकार बिन्दी।

¹¹³My form is an incorporeal point.

¹¹³तो जरूर प्रजापिता ब्रह्मा के तन में ही आऊंगा।

¹¹⁴So, I would definitely enter the body of Brahma, the Father of People.

¹¹⁴प्रजापिता तो जरूर यहाँ होना चाहिए, जरूर पुराना तन होगा।

¹¹⁵The Father of People definitely has to exist here and he would definitely have an old body.

¹¹⁵यह ब्रह्मा पुराना और बाजू में विष्णु नया खड़ा है।

¹¹⁶This Brahma is old, and Vishnu, who is new, is standing next to him (in the picture).

¹¹⁶त्रिमूर्ति के चित्र में कितना ज्ञान है।

¹¹⁷There is so much knowledge in the picture of the Trimurti.

¹¹⁷तुम बच्चे आगे इन देवताओं को बुलाते थे।

¹¹⁸Previously, you children used to invoke those deities.

¹¹⁸श्री नारायण की कितनी खातिरी करते थे।

¹¹⁹You used to offer so much hospitality to Shri Narayan.

¹¹⁹वन्डर है ना।

¹²⁰It was a wonder!

¹²⁰हम खुद नारायण को कितना प्यार करते थे।

¹²¹I myself used to love Narayan so much.

¹²¹श्री नारायण आया है, इनको खिलाओ पिलाओ... अन्दर में समझते हैं अभी हम बन रहे हैं।

¹²²When the Shri Narayan soul was invoked, he was fed etc. ¹²³Internally, I understood that I was becoming him.

¹²²जो बना हुआ है, उनकी जरूर खातिरी करेंगे।

¹²⁴You would definitely offer hospitality to someone who has already become him.

¹²³गोया हम अपनी खातिरी करते हैं।

¹²⁵That means, I am offering myself that hospitality.

¹²⁴बाबा भी कहते थे अपनी खातिरी करते हो।

¹²⁶Baba also used to say that he was offering himself that hospitality.

¹²⁵तुम बच्चों ने देखा तो है ना - यह बड़ी वन्डरफुल बातें हैं।

¹²⁷You children saw those things, didn’t you? ¹²⁸These things are so wonderful!

¹²⁶यह दूसरा कोई समझा न सके।

¹²⁹No one else can explain these things.

¹²⁷तुम ही समझा सकते हो।

¹³⁰Only you can explain these things.

¹²⁸यह तो है ही बिल्कुल नया ज्ञान।

¹³¹This is completely new knowledge.

¹²⁹बाप कहते हैं - मैं फिर से देवी-देवता धर्म स्थापन करता हूँ।

¹³²The Father says: I am once again establishing the deity religion.

¹³⁰आदि में है देवी-देवताओं का राज्य। ¹³¹मध्य में है रावणराज्य।

¹³³At the beginning, there is the kingdom of deities, and in the middle there is the kingdom of Ravan.

¹³²अभी है अन्त।

¹³⁴It is now the end.

¹³³अन्त में तो बाप खुद आते हैं।

¹³⁵At the end the Father Himself comes.

¹³⁴अभी बच्चे तुम आदि-मध्य-अन्त को जान गये हो। ¹³⁵अब बाकी थोड़े समय में क्या-क्या होने वाला है।

¹³⁶You children now know the beginning, the middle and the end and also what is to happen in a short time: destruction will definitely take place.

¹³⁶विनाश भी जरूर होगा। ¹³⁷कहते हैं महाभारत लड़ाई लगी थी, अब फिर लगेगी।

¹³⁷It is said that the Mahabharat War took place and that it will take place again.

¹³⁸इस समय यह किसको पता नहीं है।

¹³⁸At this time no one knows this.

¹³⁹पतित-पावन तो एक ही बाप है, वह आया है तो बाकी कितना समय रहेगा।

¹³⁹Only the one Father is the Purifier. ¹⁴⁰He has come, so how much time would remain now?

¹⁴⁰श्रीकृष्ण तो हो न सके, उसने तो सतयुग में एक जन्म लिया, कृष्ण नाम से फिर नाम रूप बदल गया।

¹⁴¹Shri Krishna cannot be that. ¹⁴²He took one birth in the golden age. ¹⁴³He then changed his name and form from that of Krishna.

¹⁴¹शरीर की बनावट ही बदल जाती है।

¹⁴⁴The whole make-up of the body changed.

¹⁴²बाप ने समझाया है कि तुम ही जो पूज्य थे, वही फिर पुजारी बने हो।

¹⁴⁵The Father has explained that you, who were worthy of worship, have now become worshippers.

¹⁴³84 जन्म कैसे लिये हैं, यह भी बाप ने समझाया है, और कहते हैं तुम आधाकल्प देह-अभिमान में रहे हो, अब देही-अभिमानी बनो।

¹⁴⁶The Father has explained to you how you take 84 births. ¹⁴⁷He says: You have been body conscious for half a cycle. ¹⁴⁸Now become soul conscious!

¹⁴⁴तुम आत्मा हो।

¹⁴⁹You are souls.

¹⁴⁵मैं तुम्हारा बाप परमपिता परमात्मा हूँ।

¹⁵⁰I am your Father, the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul.

¹⁴⁶मैं अशरीरी हूँ और बच्चों को बैठ अपना परिचय देता हूँ।

¹⁵¹I am bodiless and I give you children My introduction.

¹⁴⁷यह जो गाया हुआ है - अतीन्द्रिय सुख गोप गोपियों से पूछो, यह अन्त की बात है जब इम्तहान की रिजल्ट नजदीक आती है।

¹⁵²When the phrase, “Ask the gopes and gopis about supersensuous joy,” is said, it is remembered that it refers to the final period, when the result of the examination comes close.

¹⁴⁸जो बच्चे जास्ती सर्विस करते हैं, वह जरूर सबको प्रिय लगेंगे।

¹⁵³The children who do a lot of service are definitely loved by everyone.

¹⁴⁹प्रदर्शनी आदि में भी पहले उन्हों को याद करते हैं।

¹⁵⁴They are the ones who are remembered first for the exhibitions.

¹⁵⁰लिखते हैं फलाने को भेजो।

¹⁵⁵They write: Send so-and-so.

¹⁵¹इसका मतलब खुद समझते हैं यह हमसे होशियार हैं।

¹⁵⁶This means they themselves understand that others are cleverer than they are.

¹⁵²परन्तु देह-अभिमान बहुत है।

¹⁵⁷However, there is also a lot of arrogance.

¹⁵³हमारा बड़ा भाई अथवा बहन है तो फिर उनको रिगार्ड भी देना चाहिए।

¹⁵⁸You also have to give regard to your older brothers and sisters.

¹⁵⁴ऐसे कभी नहीं कहेंगे - फलाने हमारे से 100 गुणा अच्छे हैं।

¹⁵⁹No one would ever say: So-and-so is a hundred times better than me.

¹⁵⁵किसको रिगार्ड रखने का भी अक्ल नहीं है।

¹⁶⁰No one has the wisdom to give regard to others.

¹⁵⁶बाप जो समझाते हैं उस पर चलते नहीं तो उन्हों का क्या हाल होगा!

¹⁶¹What would be the condition of those who don't follow what the Father says?

¹⁵⁷देह-अभिमान मुर्दा बना देता है।

¹⁶²Body consciousness makes them into corpses.

¹⁵⁸बाप कहते हैं देही-अभिमानी बनो।

¹⁶³The Father says: Become soul conscious!

¹⁵⁹सवेरे उठ शिवबाबा को याद करो।

¹⁶⁴Wake up in the morning and remember Shiv Baba.

¹⁶⁰वह भी नहीं करते।

¹⁶⁵They don't even do that.

¹⁶¹अच्छे-अच्छे महारथी योग में बहुत कम रहते हैं।

¹⁶⁶Very good maharathis stay in yoga very little.

¹⁶²ज्ञान तो छोटे बच्चे भी समझा सकते हैं। ¹⁶³परन्तु तोते मुआफिक हो जाता है।

¹⁶⁷Even little children can explain knowledge, but that is explaining like a parrot.

¹⁶⁴इसमें तो योग में रहे, धारणा भी हो तब खुशी चढ़े।

¹⁶⁸When you stay in yoga and also imbibe divine virtues, you can experience happiness.

¹⁶⁵योग बिगर विकर्म विनाश हो न सकें।

¹⁶⁹Without having yoga, your sins cannot be absolved.

¹⁶⁶याद किया जाता है पवित्र चीज़ को, तो उनके साथ लव भी बहुत होना चाहिए।

¹⁷⁰Someone who is pure is remembered. ¹⁷¹Therefore, there should be a lot of love for the One.

¹⁶⁷घड़ी-घड़ी समझाया जाता है - मनमनाभव।

¹⁷²It is explained to you again and again: Be “Manmanabhav!”

¹⁶⁸आधाकल्प देह-अभिमानी रहे तो देही-अभिमानी रहना मुश्किल लगता है। ¹⁶⁹बहुत मेहनत लगती है।

¹⁷³You have been body conscious for half the cycle and you therefore find it difficult to become soul conscious; it does take a lot of effort.

¹⁷⁰कितने वर्ष लग जाते हैं देही-अभिमानी अवस्था बनाने में।

¹⁷⁴It takes so many years to create a stage of soul consciousness.

¹⁷¹अपने को छोटी आत्मा समझ और बाप को भी बिन्दी समझ याद करे, इसमें मेहनत है।

¹⁷⁵To consider yourself to be a tiny soul and also to consider the Father to be a point and remember Him requires effort.

¹⁷²जो सच्चे होंगे वह अन्दर फील करते होंगे कि हम कितना याद करते हैं।

¹⁷⁶Those who are honest will feel how much they themselves remember Baba.

¹⁷³यह प्रैक्टिस बहुत डिफीकल्ट है।

¹⁷⁷This practice is very difficult.

¹⁷⁴21 जन्मों के लिए स्वर्ग की बादशाही पाना कोई कम बात है क्या!

¹⁷⁸It is not an easy thing to claim the sovereignty of heaven for 21 births.

¹⁷⁵तुम समझते हो हम छोटी आत्मा उसमें 84 जन्मों का पार्ट नूँधा हुआ है।

¹⁷⁹You understand you are tiny souls and that parts of 84 births are recorded in you.

¹⁷⁶आत्मा ही मुख्य एक्टर बनती है।

¹⁸⁰The soul becomes the main actor.

¹⁷⁷आत्मा ही सब कुछ बनती है।

¹⁸¹The soul becomes everything.

¹⁷⁸परन्तु देह-अभिमान के कारण आत्म-अभिमान गुम हो गया है।

¹⁸²However, because of becoming body conscious, soul consciousness disappeared.

¹⁷⁹सबसे मुख्य प्रैक्टिस यही करनी है।

¹⁸³This is the main thing you have to practise.

¹⁸⁰यही भारत का प्राचीन योग भी मशहूर है।

¹⁸⁴This ancient yoga of Bharat is very well known.

¹⁸¹यही गीता है। ¹⁸²सिर्फ उसमें नाम निराकार के बदले देहधारी देवता का लिख दिया है।

¹⁸⁵This is the Gita, but they have just removed the name of the incorporeal One and inserted the name of a bodily being, a deity.

¹⁸³बाप कहते हैं - जिसने बहुत भक्ति शुरू से लेकर अन्त तक की है, वही नम्बरवन ऊपर जायेंगे।

¹⁸⁶The Father says: Those who have performed a lot of devotion from the beginning to the end are the ones who will go back up first.

¹⁸⁴तुमने भी बहुत भक्ति की है तो तुम बच्चों को भी कितनी खुशी रहनी चाहिए कि हमको बाप मिला है।

¹⁸⁷You too have performed a lot of devotion and so you children should have so much happiness that you have found the Father.

¹⁸⁵बाबा हमको पढ़ा रहे हैं, हम इस पढ़ाई से विश्व का मालिक बनते हैं।

¹⁸⁸Baba is teaching us this study and through it we become the masters of the world.

¹⁸⁶अब बाबा की मत पर तो जरूर चलना चाहिए।

¹⁸⁹Definitely follow Baba’s directions now.

¹⁸⁷बाप जो डायरेक्शन देते हैं अगर कुछ उल्टा भी हो गया तो आपेही सुल्टा बना देंगे।

¹⁹⁰Even when you follow the Father’s directions and something goes wrong, He will put it right.

¹⁸⁸राय देंगे तो फिर जिम्मेवार भी हैं।

¹⁹¹When He gives advice, He then becomes responsible.

¹⁸⁹घड़ी-घड़ी शिवबाबा याद पड़ता रहेगा इसलिए यह बाबा भी सदैव कहते हैं कि तुमको शिवबाबा सुनाते हैं।

¹⁹²You should continue to remember Shiv Baba again and again. ¹⁹³That is why this Baba also always says: It is Shiv Baba who is telling you everything.

¹⁹⁰हम भी सुनते हैं तो ये डायरेक्शन देने वाला शिवबाबा है।

¹⁹⁴Even I listen and understand that it is Shiv Baba who gives these directions.

¹⁹¹हम उनके डायरेक्शन पर चलते हैं।

¹⁹⁵I also follow His directions.

¹⁹²तुम भी उनको याद करते हो। ¹⁹³यह भी उनको याद करते हैं।

¹⁹⁶You remember Him and this one also remembers Him.

¹⁹⁴देह का अभिमान छोड़ दो।

¹⁹⁷Renounce the consciousness of bodies.

¹⁹⁵तुम कोई जौहरी दादा के पास थोड़ेही आये हो। ¹⁹⁶तुम तो शिवबाबा के पास आये हो।

¹⁹⁸You have not come to Dada, the jeweller, you have come to Shiv Baba.

¹⁹⁷ज्ञान-सागर तो वह है ना!

¹⁹⁹He is the Ocean of Knowledge.

¹⁹⁸तुम आये हो शिवबाबा से ज्ञान अमृत पीने।

²⁰⁰You have come to Shiv Baba to drink the nectar of knowledge.

¹⁹⁹अभी भी ज्ञान अमृत पीते रहते हो।

²⁰¹You are continuing to drink the nectar of knowledge even now.

²⁰⁰रोज़-रोज़ ज्ञान सागर बाबा सुनाते रहते हैं।

²⁰²Baba, the Ocean of Knowledge, continues to speak knowledge to you every day.

²⁰¹उनको ही याद करना है।

²⁰³Only remember Him.

²⁰²बाप ऐसे नहीं कहते कि भक्ति छोड़ो।

²⁰⁴The Father doesn't tell you to renounce devotion.

²⁰³जब ज्ञान की पराकाष्ठा आयेगी तो आपेही समझेंगे कि यह भक्ति और यह ज्ञान है।

²⁰⁵When you receive the light of knowledge, you automatically understand the difference between devotion and knowledge.

²⁰⁴आधाकल्प तुमने भक्ति की है। ²⁰⁵वापिस तो कोई गया नहीं।

²⁰⁶You have been performing devotion for half a cycle, but no one has gone back home.

²⁰⁶ले जाने वाला तो एक ही बाप है।

²⁰⁷It is only the one Father who can take you back.

²⁰⁷अच्छा!

²⁰⁸Achcha.

²⁰⁸मीठे-मीठे सिकीलधे बच्चों प्रति मात-पिता बापदादा का याद-प्यार और गुडमार्निंग।

²⁰⁹To the sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now-found children, love, remembrance and good morning from the Mother, the Father, BapDada.

²⁰⁹रूहानी बाप की रूहानी बच्चों को नमस्ते।

²¹⁰The spiritual Father says namaste to the spiritual children.

²¹¹Essence for dharna:

²¹¹1) बाप जो राय देते हैं उसे शिवबाबा की श्रीमत समझ चलना है।

²¹² 1. Follow the advice the Father gives, considering it to be Shiv Baba's shrimat.

²¹²ज्ञान अमृत पीना और पिलाना है।

²¹³Drink the nectar of knowledge and also enable others to drink it.

²¹³2) सबको रिगार्ड देते हुए सर्विस पर तत्पर रहना है।

²¹⁴ 2. Remain busy doing service while giving regard to everyone.

²¹⁴देह-अभिमान छोड़ देही-अभिमानी रहने की प्रैक्टिस करनी है।

²¹⁵Renounce body consciousness and practise being soul conscious.

²¹⁵वरदान:- बालक और मालिकपन के बैलेन्स द्वारा युक्तियुक्त चलने वाले सफलतामूर्त भव

²¹⁶Blessing: May you be an embodiment of success who by keeping a balance of being a child and a master, moves along in a yuktiyukt way.

²¹⁶जितना हो सके सर्विस के संबंध में बालकपन, अपने पुरुषार्थ की स्थिति में मालिकपन, सम्पर्क और सर्विस में बालकपन, याद की यात्रा और मंथन करने में मालिकपन, साथियों और संगठन में बालकपन और व्यक्तिगत में मालिकपन - इस बैलेन्स से चलना ही युक्तियुक्त चलना है।

²¹⁷ As much as possible, be a child in terms of doing service and a master in terms of your stage in making effort. ²¹⁸Be a child while making connections and in doing service and a master on the pilgrimage of remembrance and in churning. ²¹⁹Be a child with your companions and in the gathering and a master as an individual. ²²⁰To move along while keeping this balance is to move along in a yuktiyukt way.

²¹⁷इससे सहज ही हर कार्य में सफलता प्राप्त होती है, स्थिति एकरस रहती है और सहज ही सर्व के स्नेही बन जाते हैं।

²²¹By doing this, you easily achieve success in every task, your stage will remain constant and stable and you will easily be loved by all.

²¹⁸स्लोगन:- सोचना और करना समान हो तब कहेंगे विल पॉवर वाली शक्तिशाली आत्मा।

²²²Slogan: When your thinking and doing are equal, you will be said to be a powerful soul with will power.
