¹“मीठे बच्चे - तुम्हारी नज़र किसी भी देह-धारी की तरफ नहीं जानी चाहिए, क्योंकि तुम्हें पढ़ाने वाला स्वयं निराकार ज्ञान सागर बाप है''

¹Essence: Sweet children, your vision should not be drawn to bodily beings because the Father, the incorporeal Ocean of Knowledge Himself is the One who is teaching you.

²प्रश्न:- ऊंच पद के लिए कौन सी एक मेहनत तुम बच्चे गृहस्थ व्यवहार में रहते भी कर सकते हो?

²Question: Which effort are you children able to make to attain a high status while living at home with your families?

³उत्तर:- गृहस्थ व्यवहार में रहते सिर्फ ज्ञान कटारी चलाओ।

³Answer: While living at home with your families, simply use the sword of knowledge. ⁴Become spinners of the discus of self-realisation and continue to blow the conch shell.

⁴स्वदर्शन चक्रधारी बनो और शंख ध्वनि करते रहो। ⁵चलते-फिरते बेहद के बाप को याद करो और उसी सुख में रहो तो ऊंच पद मिल जायेगा। ⁶यही मेहनत है।

⁵Remember the unlimited Father while walking and moving around and stay in that happiness and you will claim a high status. ⁶This is the effort you have to make.

⁷प्रश्न:- योग से तुम्हें कौन सा डबल फ़ायदा होता है?

⁷Question: What double benefit do you receive from having yoga?

⁸उत्तर:- एक तो इस समय कोई विकर्म नहीं होता है, दूसरा पास्ट के किये हुए विकर्म विनाश हो जाते हैं। ⁹गीत:- माता तू है सबकी भाग्य विधाता…

⁸Answer: One is that you don't perform any sinful actions at this time and the other is that your past sins are absolved. ⁹Song: Mother, Mother, you are the bestower of fortune for all

¹⁰ओम् शान्ति।

¹⁰Om shanti.

¹¹सतसंग वा कॉलेज आदि जो होते हैं वहाँ देखने में आता है - कौन पढ़ाते हैं।

¹¹At spiritual gatherings and colleges, you can see who is teaching you.

¹²नज़र पड़ती है जिस्म पर।

¹²Your vision falls on that body.

¹³कॉलेज में कहेंगे फलाना प्रोफेसर पढ़ाते हैं।

¹³At a college, you would say that such-and-such a professor is teaching you.

¹⁴सतसंग में कहेंगे फलाना विद्वान सुनाते हैं। ¹⁵मनुष्य पर ही नज़र जाती है।

¹⁴At a spiritual gathering, you would say that such-and-such a scholar is relating that knowledge.

¹⁶यहाँ तुम्हारी नज़र किसी देहधारी पर नहीं जाती है।

¹⁵Your vision falls on human beings. ¹⁶Here, your vision doesn’t fall on a bodily being.

¹⁷तुम्हारी बुद्धि में है कि निराकार परमपिता परमात्मा इस तन द्वारा सुनाते हैं।

¹⁷It is in your intellects that the incorporeal Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, is speaking to you through this body.

¹⁸बुद्धि चली जाती है मात-पिता और बापदादा तरफ।

¹⁸Your intellects go to the Mother and Father, BapDada.

¹⁹बच्चे सुनाते हैं - तो कहेंगे ज्ञान सागर बाप द्वारा सुना हुआ सुनाते हैं।

¹⁹When children relate something, it is said that they are relating what they have heard from the Father, the Ocean of Knowledge.

²⁰फ़र्क पड़ गया ना।

²⁰There is a difference.

²¹सतसंगों में कुछ भी सुनते हैं तो समझते हैं फलाना यह वेद सुनाते हैं।

²¹Whatever they hear at spiritual gatherings, they believe that so-and-so is relating that from the Vedas.

²²मनुष्यों की मर्तबे पर, जाति-पांति पर दृष्टि जाती है। ²³यह हिन्दू है, यह मुसलमान है, दृष्टि वहाँ चली जाती है।

²²People's vision falls on the status and the caste and creed of human beings: this one is a Hindu, this one is a Muslim.

²⁴यहाँ तुम्हारी दृष्टि जाती है शिवबाबा तरफ। ²⁵शिवबाबा पढ़ाते हैं।

²³Their vision falls on that. ²⁴Here, your vision goes to Shiv Baba; Shiv Baba is teaching you.

²⁶अभी बाप भविष्य नई दुनिया के लिए वर्सा देने आये हैं और कोई ऐसे कह न सके कि हे बच्चों तुमको स्वर्ग के लिए राजयोग सिखला रहे हैं।

²⁵The Father has now come to give you the inheritance of the future new world. ²⁶No one else can say: Children, I am teaching you Raja Yoga for heaven.

²⁷अब यह गीत भी सुना।

²⁷You also heard that song.

²⁸गीत तो है पास्ट का।

²⁸The song is of the past.

²⁹ऐसे जगत अम्बा थी।

²⁹Jagadamba was like that.

³⁰बरोबर उसने सौभाग्य बनाया, जिसके मन्दिर भी हैं। ³¹परन्तु वह कौन थी, कैसे आई, भाग्य कौनसा बनाया, कुछ भी नहीं जानते।

³⁰She definitely created her fortune because there are her temples, but people don't know who she was, how she came or what fortune she created.

³²तो इस पढ़ाई और उस पढ़ाई में रात-दिन का फ़र्क है।

³¹So, there is the difference of day and night between this study and those studies.

³³यहाँ तुम समझते हो ज्ञान सागर परमपिता परमात्मा ब्रह्मा मुख द्वारा पढ़ाते हैं।

³²Here, you understand that the Ocean of Knowledge, the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, is teaching you through the mouth of Brahma.

³⁴बाप आया हुआ है।

³³The Father has come.

³⁵भक्तों के पास भगवान को आना ही है।

³⁴God definitely has to come to the devotees.

³⁶नहीं तो भक्त भगवान को क्यों याद करते हैं?

³⁵Why else would devotees remember God?

³⁷सब भगवान हैं - यह तो रांग हो जाता है।

³⁶It is wrong to say that all are God.

³⁸वह सर्वव्यापी के ज्ञान वाले अपनी बात को सिद्ध करने लिए भी अपना 20 नाखूनों का जोर देते हैं।

³⁷Those who believe in the notion of omnipresence use the force of 20 nails to prove their notion. ³⁸Your explanation is different.

³⁹तुम्हारा समझाना अलग हो जाता है। ⁴⁰बेहद के बाप से बच्चों को ही वर्सा मिलता है।

³⁹It is only the children who receive the inheritance from the unlimited Father.

⁴¹संन्यासियों का है ही वैराग्य मार्ग, निवृत्ति मार्ग।

⁴⁰Sannyasis have the path of disinterest, the path of isolation.

⁴²उनसे कभी भी प्रापर्टी का हक मिल न सके।

⁴¹You can never receive a right to property from them.

⁴³वह प्रापर्टी चाहते ही नहीं।

⁴²They don't want property.

⁴⁴तुम तो सदा सुख की प्रापर्टी चाहते हो।

⁴³You want the property of constant happiness.

⁴⁵नर्क के धन दौलत में दुःख है।

⁴⁴There is sorrow in the wealth and property of hell.

⁴⁶भल धनवान हैं परन्तु चलन ऐसी गन्दी चलते हैं, पैसा उड़ाते रहते हैं। ⁴⁷फिर बच्चे भूख मरते हैं।

⁴⁵Although some people are wealthy, their activity is very dirty and they simply continue to throw their money away uselessly.

⁴⁸तो अपने को भी दुःखी, बच्चों को भी दुःखी करते हैं।

⁴⁶Their children then starve to death. ⁴⁷They make themselves and their children unhappy.

⁴⁹यह है बेहद का बाप, वह बैठ बच्चों को समझाते हैं।

⁴⁸That One is the unlimited Father and He sits here and explains to you children.

⁵⁰वह तो भिन्न-भिन्न अनेक बाप हैं, जिनसे अल्पकाल के लिए वर्सा मिलता है।

⁴⁹There, you have many different fathers from whom you receive a temporary inheritance.

⁵¹भल राजायें हैं वह भी हद के हो गये।

⁵⁰Although there are kings too, they are limited.

⁵²हद का अल्पकाल का सुख है।

⁵¹Their happiness is limited and temporary.

⁵³यह बेहद का बाप अविनाशी सुख देने आते हैं।

⁵²This unlimited Father comes to give you imperishable happiness.

⁵⁴समझाते हैं भारतवासी जो डबल सिरताज थे स्वर्ग के मालिक थे, अब नर्क के मालिक बन पड़े हैं।

⁵³He explains that the people of Bharat who were double crowned were the masters of heaven and that they have now become the masters of hell.

⁵⁵नर्क में है दुःख, बाकी ऐसे कोई नदियां आदि नहीं हैं जैसे रौरव नर्क, विषय वैतरणी नदी आदि के चित्र गरुड़ पुराण में दिखाते हैं।

⁵⁴There is sorrow in hell, but there aren’t any such rivers of the extreme depths of hell or the river of poison as they have shown in the Garuda Purana.

⁵⁶यह तो सज़ायें खानी होती हैं।

⁵⁵That is the punishment that has to be experienced.

⁵⁷तो वह रोचक बातें लिख दी हैं।

⁵⁶Therefore, they have written those fearsome stories.

⁵⁸आगे तो जो जिस अंग से बुरा काम करते थे तो वह अंग उनका काटा जाता था।

⁵⁷In earlier days, the physical limb that someone would commit a crime with would be cut off.

⁵⁹बहुत कड़ी सजा मिलती थी।

⁵⁸They used to receive very severe punishment.

⁶⁰अब इतनी कड़ी सजा नहीं मिलती है।

⁵⁹The punishment now isn't so severe.

⁶¹फांसी की सजा कोई कड़ी नहीं है।

⁶⁰The punishment of being hanged is not severe.

⁶²वह तो बहुत इज़ी है।

⁶¹That is very easy.

⁶³मनुष्य आपघात भी बहुत खुशी से करते हैं।

⁶²People even commit suicide very easily.

⁶⁴शिव पर देवताओं पर झट बलि चढ़ जाते हैं।

⁶³They even quickly sacrifice themselves to Shiva or the deities.

⁶⁵तुम जानते हो आत्मा दुःखी होती है तो चाहती है एक शरीर छोड़ जाकर दूसरा ले लेवें।

⁶⁴You know that when a soul is unhappy, he wants to shed his body and take another.

⁶⁶वह आपघात करने वाले ऐसे नहीं समझते हैं।

⁶⁵People who commit suicide don't think in that way.

⁶⁷वह तो यहाँ ही एक शरीर छोड़ फिर भी यहाँ ही गंदा जन्म ले लेते हैं।

⁶⁶They shed their bodies here and then take other dirty births here.

⁶⁸ज्ञान तो है नहीं, सिर्फ शरीर को खत्म कर देते हैं - दुःख के कारण।

⁶⁷They don't have knowledge. ⁶⁸They simply finish off their bodies because of sorrow.

⁶⁹फिर भी दुःखी जन्म ही पाते हैं।

⁶⁹Nevertheless, they still receive an unhappy birth.

⁷⁰तुम तो जानते हो हम तो नई दुनिया के लायक बन रहे हैं।

⁷⁰You know that you are becoming worthy for the new world.

⁷¹जीवघात करने वालों में भी वेराइटी होती है।

⁷¹There is variety among those who commit suicide.

⁷²जैसे कोई-कोई स्त्री पति के पिछाड़ी अपना शरीर होमती है।

⁷²Some wives used to sacrifice their bodies when their husbands died; that is a different matter.

⁷³(सती हो जाती है) वह बात अलग है। ⁷⁴समझते हैं हम पतिलोक में जायेंगी क्योंकि सुना हुआ है, बहुतों ने किया है।

⁷³They believed that they would go to the same place where their husband has gone because they had heard that and many had done that already.

⁷⁵शास्त्रों में भी है कि पति लोक में जाती है। ⁷⁶परन्तु वह पति तो कामी ठहरा।

⁷⁴It is also written in the scriptures that she would go to the same place where her husband has gone.

⁷⁷फिर भी इसी मृत्युलोक में ही आना पड़े। ⁷⁸यहाँ तो ज्ञान चिता पर बैठने से स्वर्ग में चले जाते हैं।

⁷⁵However, that husband would have been someone who indulged in the vices and so he would have to come back here to the land of death.

⁷⁹अभी तुम बच्चे जानते हो कि यह जगत अम्बा, जगत पिता जो स्थापना अर्थ निमित्त बने हुए हैं, यही फिर स्वर्ग में पालन-कर्ता बनेंगे।

⁷⁶By sitting on the pyre of knowledge here, you go to heaven. ⁷⁷You children now know that Jagadamba and Jagadpita, who have become instruments for establishment, will become the sustainers in heaven.

⁸⁰मनुष्य तो जानते नहीं विष्णु कुल किसको कहा जाता है।

⁷⁸People don't know what the clan of Vishnu is.

⁸¹विष्णु तो है सूक्ष्मवतनवासी, उनका फिर कुल कैसे हो सकता?

⁷⁹Vishnu is a resident of the subtle region and so how could there be his clan?

⁸²अभी तुम जानते हो विष्णु के दो रूप लक्ष्मी-नारायण बन पालना करते हैं, राज्य करते हैं।

⁸⁰You now know that the dual-form of Vishnu, Lakshmi and Narayan, rule and give sustenance there.

⁸³यह है ज्ञान चिता।

⁸¹This is the pyre of knowledge.

⁸⁴तुम योग लगाते हो उस एक पतियों के पति साथ।

⁸²You have yoga with that one Husband of all husbands.

⁸⁵वह है शिवबाबा, वही पतियों का पति, पिताओं का पिता है।

⁸³He is Shiv Baba, the Husband of all husbands and the Father of all fathers.

⁸⁶सब कुछ वह एक ही है।

⁸⁴That One is everything.

⁸⁷उसमें सर्व सम्बन्ध आ जाते हैं।

⁸⁵All relationships are forged with Him.

⁸⁸बाप कहते हैं इस समय के जो भी चाचे काके आदि तुम्हारे हैं, वह सब तुमको दुःख की राय बतायेंगे। ⁸⁹उल्टे रास्ते की आसुरी मत ही देंगे।

⁸⁶The Father says: All the maternal and paternal uncles etc. that you have now only give you advice for sorrow. ⁸⁷At this time, they would only give you devilish directions for the wrong path.

⁹⁰बेहद का बाप आकर बच्चों को सुल्टी मत देते हैं।

⁸⁸The unlimited Father comes and gives you children right directions.

⁹¹समझो लौकिक बाप कहते हैं कॉलेज में पढ़कर बैरिस्टर आदि बनो।

⁸⁹For instance, your physical father may ask you to study at college and become a barrister etc.

⁹²वह कोई उल्टी मत थोड़ेही है।

⁹⁰Those directions are not wrong.

⁹³शरीर निर्वाह अर्थ तो वह राइट है।

⁹¹They are right for the livelihood of your bodies.

⁹⁴वह पुरुषार्थ तो करना ही है।

⁹²You have to make that effort.

⁹⁵उनके साथ-साथ फिर भविष्य 21 जन्मों के शरीर निर्वाह अर्थ भी पुरुषार्थ करना है।

⁹³Together with that, you also have to make effort for the livelihood of your bodies for your future 21 births.

⁹⁶पढ़ाई होती ही है शरीर निर्वाह के लिए।

⁹⁴You study for the livelihood of your bodies.

⁹⁷शास्त्रों की पढ़ाई भी है निवृत्ति मार्ग वालों के शरीर निर्वाह अर्थ।

⁹⁵The study of the scriptures is for the livelihood of those who are on the path of isolation.

⁹⁸वह अपने शरीर निर्वाह अर्थ ही पढ़ते हैं।

⁹⁶They study those for their own livelihoods.

⁹⁹संन्यासी भी शरीर निर्वाह अर्थ कोई 50, कोई 100, कोई हजार भी कमाते हैं। ¹⁰⁰एक ही कश्मीर का राजा मरा तो कितने पैसे मिल गये आर्य समाजियों आदि को।

⁹⁷Sannyasis also earn for their livelihoods. ⁹⁸Some earn 50 rupees, some earn 100 and some even earn 1000. When the king of Kashmir died, those of the Arya Samaj received so much money.

¹⁰¹तो यह सब करते ही हैं पेट के लिए।

⁹⁹All of them do all of that for their own stomachs.

¹⁰²सम्पत्ति बिगर तो सुख होता नहीं।

¹⁰⁰There is no happiness without wealth.

¹⁰³धन है तो मोटरों आदि में घूमते हैं।

¹⁰¹If someone has wealth, he can travel around in a car etc.

¹⁰⁴आगे संन्यासी पैसे के लिए संन्यास नहीं करते थे, वह तो चले जाते थे जंगल में।

¹⁰²Earlier, sannyasis didn't adopt renunciation for money; they simply used to go away into the forests.

¹⁰⁵इस दुनिया से तंग हो अपने को छुड़ाते हैं।

¹⁰³They would become tired of this world and free themselves.

¹⁰⁶परन्तु छूट नहीं सकते।

¹⁰⁴However, they cannot become free like that.

¹⁰⁷बाकी पवित्र रहते हैं। ¹⁰⁸पवित्रता के बल से भारत को थमाते हैं।

¹⁰⁵Yes, they do remain pure; they support Bharat with the power of their purity.

¹⁰⁹यह भी भारत को सुख देते हैं।

¹⁰⁶They give happiness to Bharat in that way.

¹¹⁰यह पवित्र नहीं बनते तो भारत टू मच वेश्यालय बन जाता।

¹⁰⁷If they didn't become pure, Bharat would have become too much of a brothel.

¹¹¹पवित्रता सिखलाने वाले एक यह निवृत्ति मार्ग वाले हैं, दूसरा है बाप।

¹⁰⁸One is of those on the path of isolation and the other is of the Father who teaches purity.

¹¹²वह है निवृत्ति मार्ग वाली पवित्रता।

¹⁰⁹Their purity is that of the path of isolation.

¹¹³यह है प्रवृत्ति मार्ग की पवित्रता।

¹¹⁰This purity is that of the family path.

¹¹⁴भारत में पवित्र प्रवृत्ति मार्ग था।

¹¹¹There used to be the pure family path in Bharat.

¹¹⁵हम देवी-देवतायें पवित्र थे। ¹¹⁶अब अपवित्र बन गये हैं।

¹¹²We were deities and were pure but we have now become impure.

¹¹⁷पूरा आधाकल्प 5 विकारों द्वारा हम अपवित्र बनते हैं।

¹¹³For a full half cycle we have been becoming impure with the five vices.

¹¹⁸माया ने थोड़ा-थोड़ा करते पूरा ही अपवित्र, पतित बना दिया है।

¹¹⁴Little by little, Maya has made you completely impure and sinful.

¹¹⁹दुनिया में यह कोई भी मनुष्य नहीं जानते कि हम पावन से पतित कैसे बनते हैं। ¹²⁰समझते भी हैं कि यह पतित दुनिया है।

¹¹⁵No human being in the world knows how we become impure from being pure even though they do understand that this world is impure.

¹²¹समझो किसी मकान की आयु 100 वर्ष है, तो कहेंगे 50 वर्ष नया, 50 वर्ष पुराना, आहिस्ते-आहिस्ते पुराना होता जाता है।

¹¹⁶For instance, if the lifespan of a building is a 100 years, then, for 50 years it would be said to be new and for 50 years it would be said to be old. ¹¹⁷It continues to become old gradually.

¹²²इस सृष्टि का भी ऐसे है।

¹¹⁸It is the same for this world.

¹²³एकदम नई दुनिया में सुख होता है फिर आधा के बाद पुरानी होती है।

¹¹⁹There is happiness in the completely new world and then, after half a cycle, it becomes old.

¹²⁴गाया भी जाता है सतयुग में अथाह सुख है।

¹²⁰It is remembered that there is limitless happiness in the golden age.

¹²⁵फिर पुरानी दुनिया होती है तो दुःख शुरू होता है।

¹²¹Then, when the world becomes old, sorrow begins.

¹²⁶रावण दुःख देते हैं।

¹²²Ravan causes sorrow.

¹²⁷पतित रावण ने किया है, जिसका बुत जलाते हैं।

¹²³It was Ravan whose effigy people burn who made you impure.

¹²⁸यह बड़ा दुश्मन है।

¹²⁴He is a great enemy.

¹²⁹कोई ने गवर्मेन्ट को अप्लाई किया कि रावण को नहीं जलाया जाए, बहुतों को दुःख होता है।

¹²⁵Someone made an application to the Government that Ravan shouldn’t be burnt because many people experience sorrow.

¹³⁰रावण को विद्वान बताते हैं।

¹²⁶They show Ravan to be a great scholar.

¹³¹मिनिस्टर आदि कोई भी समझते नहीं हैं।

¹²⁷None of the ministers etc. understand.

¹³²अभी तुम जानते हो कि रावण का राज्य द्वापर से शुरू होता है।

¹²⁸You now know that Ravan’s kingdom begins in the copper age.

¹³³भारत में ही रावण को जलाते हैं।

¹²⁹It is in Bharat alone that people burn an effigy of Ravan.

¹³⁴बाप समझाते हैं द्वापर से यह भक्ति, अज्ञान मार्ग शुरू होता है।

¹³⁰The Father explains: This path of devotion, the path of ignorance, begins in the copper age.

¹³⁵ज्ञान से दिन, भक्ति से रात। ¹³⁶अब देखो जगत अम्बा का गीत गाते हैं।

¹³¹There is the day through knowledge and the night through devotion.

¹³⁷परन्तु समझते नहीं कि सौभाग्य विधाता कैसे है। ¹³⁸कितना बड़ा मेला लगता है।

¹³²Look, people sing songs of Jagadamba, but they don't understand how she is the bestower of fortune.

¹³⁹परन्तु जगदम्बा है कौन, यह भी जानते नहीं।

¹³³Such a big fair takes place, but they don't even know who Jagadamba is.

¹⁴⁰बंगाल में काली को भी बहुत मानते हैं, परन्तु जानते नहीं हैं कि काली और जगदम्बा में क्या फ़र्क है।

¹³⁴In Bengal they believe in Kali a great deal, but they don't know what the difference is between Kali and Jagadamba.

¹⁴¹जगदम्बा को गोरा दिखाते हैं, काली को काला बना दिया है।

¹³⁵They show Jagadamba to be fair and Kali to be dark.

¹⁴²जगदम्बा ही लक्ष्मी बनती है तो गोरी है।

¹³⁶When Jagadamba becomes Lakshmi, she is beautiful.

¹⁴³फिर 84 जन्म लेते-लेते काली हो जाती है।

¹³⁷Then, after taking 84 births, she becomes ugly.

¹⁴⁴तो मनुष्य कितने मूँझे हुए हैं।

¹³⁸People are so confused.

¹⁴⁵वास्तव में काली अथवा अम्बा है तो एक ही।

¹³⁹In fact, Kali and Amba are one and the same.

¹⁴⁶कुछ भी नहीं जानते - इसको कहा जाता है अन्धश्रद्धा।

¹⁴⁰They don't know anything and this is called blind faith.

¹⁴⁷अभी तुम बच्चे जानते हो जो पास्ट में जगत अम्बा थी - उसने भारत का भाग्य बनाया था।

¹⁴¹You children now know that the one who was Jagadamba in the past created the fortune of Bharat.

¹⁴⁸तुम भी भारत का सौभाग्य बना रहे हो।

¹⁴²You too are creating the fortune of Bharat.

¹⁴⁹माताओं का ही मुख्य नाम है।

¹⁴³The name of the mothers is the main one.

¹⁵⁰संन्यासियों का भी माताओं को उद्धार करना है।

¹⁴⁴The mothers also have to uplift the sannyasis.

¹⁵¹यह भी नूँध है।

¹⁴⁵This too is fixed.

¹⁵²परमपिता परमात्मा ने डायरेक्शन दिया है, इन्हों को ज्ञान बाण मारो।

¹⁴⁶The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, has given the direction: Shoot arrows of knowledge at them.

¹⁵³तुम बच्चियां भी संन्यासियों आदि से मिलती हो तो समझाती हो कि हमको ज्ञान सागर परमपिता परमात्मा पढ़ाते हैं।

¹⁴⁷When you children meet sannyasis etc., you explain that the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, the Ocean of Knowledge, is teaching you.

¹⁵⁴तुम हद के संन्यासी हो, हम हैं बेहद के।

¹⁴⁸Tell them: You are limited sannyasis, whereas we are unlimited ones.

¹⁵⁵हमको बाप राजयोग सिखलाते ही तब हैं जबकि तुम्हारा हठयोग पूरा होना है।

¹⁴⁹The Father teaches us Raja Yoga when your hatha yoga is about to end. ¹⁵⁰Hatha yoga and Raja Yoga cannot exist at the same time.

¹⁵⁶हठयोग और राजयोग दोनों इकट्ठे रह नहीं सकते।

¹⁵¹So, not a lot of time now remains; there is very little time now.

¹⁵⁷तो टाइम कोई अब जास्ती नहीं है, बहुत थोड़ा टाइम है।

¹⁵²The Father says: Children, while living at home with your families, live like a lotus.

¹⁵⁸बाप कहते हैं बच्चे गृहस्थ व्यवहार में रहते कमलफूल समान बनो।

¹⁵³It is Brahmins who have to live like a lotus. ¹⁵⁴Kumaris are as pure as a lotus anyway.

¹⁵⁹ब्राह्मणों को ही कमलफूल समान रहना है।

¹⁵⁵Baba says to those who indulge in vice: Become pure!

¹⁶⁰कुमारियां तो हैं ही पवित्र, कमलफूल समान।

¹⁵⁶While living at home with your families, become like a lotus!

¹⁶¹बाकी जो विकार में जाते हैं उनको कहते हैं पवित्र बनो।

¹⁵⁷Each one of you has to become a spinner of the discus of self-realisation.

¹⁶²गृहस्थ व्यवहार में रहते कमल फूल समान बनो। ¹⁶³हर एक स्वदर्शन चक्रधारी बनो।

¹⁵⁸Blow the conch shell! ¹⁵⁹Use the sword of knowledge and your boats will go across.

¹⁶⁴शंख बजाओ।

¹⁶⁰It takes effort.

¹⁶⁵ज्ञान कटारी चलाओ तो बेड़ा पार हो जायेगा।

¹⁶¹You won't be able to claim such a high status without making effort.

¹⁶⁶मेहनत है, मेहनत बिगर इतना ऊंचा पद पा नहीं सकते।

¹⁶²While walking and moving around, maintain that happiness. ¹⁶³Remember the Father!

¹⁶⁷चलते-फिरते उसी सुख में रहो। ¹⁶⁸बाप को याद करो।

¹⁶⁴Someone who gives a lot of happiness is automatically remembered.

¹⁶⁹जो बहुत सुख देते हैं उनकी याद रहती है ना।

¹⁶⁵You now have to remember the unlimited Father.

¹⁷⁰अब तुम्हें याद करना है बेहद के बाप को।

¹⁶⁶You have to give others His introduction.

¹⁷¹उनका ही परिचय देना है। ¹⁷²समझाना है बोलो, तुम राज-विद्या इस जन्म में पढ़कर बैरिस्टर आदि बनेंगे।

¹⁶⁷You have to explain to them: By studying for a worldly education in this birth, you will become a barrister etc. for now.

¹⁷³अच्छा समझो, पढ़ते-पढ़ते अथवा इम्तहान पास करते तुम्हारी आयु पूरी हो जाये, शरीर छूट जाये तो पढ़ाई यहाँ ही खत्म हो जायेगी।

¹⁶⁸Achcha. ¹⁶⁹For instance, if your life ends and you shed your body while studying or just after passing your examinations, the study would end here.

¹⁷⁴कोई इम्तहान पास कर लण्डन गया, वहाँ मर पड़ा तो पढ़ाई खत्म हो जायेगी। ¹⁷⁵वह है ही विनाशी पढ़ाई।

¹⁷⁰Some may have passed their examinations and gone to London and died there; in that case the study would end there and then.

¹⁷⁶यह है अविनाशी पढ़ाई।

¹⁷¹That study is perishable.

¹⁷⁷इसका कभी विनाश नहीं होता है।

¹⁷²This study is imperishable; it is never destroyed.

¹⁷⁸तुम जानते हो नई दुनिया में आकर हमको राज्य करना है। ¹⁷⁹वह है अल्पकाल का सुख। ¹⁸⁰सो भी जब नसीब मे हो।

¹⁷³You know that you will go and rule in the new world. ¹⁷⁴That is temporary happiness and even that is only received if you have it in your fortune.

¹⁸¹पता नहीं कितना समय चले।

¹⁷⁵You can't tell for how long it would last.

¹⁸²यहाँ तो सर्टेन है।

¹⁷⁶Here, it is certain.

¹⁸³इम्तहान पूरा हुआ और तुम जाकर 21 जन्म का राज्य-भाग्य लेंगे।

¹⁷⁷As soon as your examinations end, you will go and claim your fortune of the kingdom for 21 births.

¹⁸⁴हद के बाप, टीचर, गुरू से हद का ही वर्सा मिलता है।

¹⁷⁸You only receive a limited inheritance from a limited father, teacher and gurus.

¹⁸⁵समझते हैं गुरू से शान्ति मिली।

¹⁷⁹People think that they receive peace from their guru.

¹⁸⁶अरे यहाँ थोड़ेही शान्ति हो सकती है।

¹⁸⁰However, there cannot be peace here.

¹⁸⁷आरगन्स से काम करते-करते थक जाते हैं तो आत्मा शरीर से डिटेच हो जाती है।

¹⁸¹When a soul becomes tired from performing actions with his organs, he becomes detached from his body.

¹⁸⁸बाप कहते हैं शान्ति तो तुम्हारा स्वधर्म है।

¹⁸²The Father says: Peace is your original religion.

¹⁸⁹यह आरगन्स हैं, काम नहीं करने चाहते हो तो चुप हो बैठ जाओ।

¹⁸³These are organs. ¹⁸⁴If you don't want to do anything, then just sit down quietly.

¹⁹⁰हम अशरीरी हैं, बाप से योग लगाते हैं तो विकर्म विनाश हो जायें।

¹⁸⁵We are bodiless and are having yoga with the Father so that our sins can be absolved.

¹⁹¹भल कोई संन्यासी से तुमको शान्ति मिले परन्तु उससे विकर्म विनाश नहीं हो सकता।

¹⁸⁶You might receive peace from a sannyasi, but your sins cannot be absolved by doing that.

¹⁹²यहाँ बाप को याद करने से विकर्माजीत बनते जायेंगे।

¹⁸⁷Here, by remembering the Father, you will continue to become a conqueror of sinful actions.

¹⁹³अच्छा वो शान्ति में बैठे हैं, करके विकर्म भी विनाश होंगे। ¹⁹⁴डबल फ़ायदा होगा।

¹⁸⁸Achcha, those people sit in peace and their sins will perhaps be absolved; there would be double benefit.

¹⁹⁵पुराने विकर्म भी विनाश होते हैं।

¹⁸⁹The sins of the past are destroyed.

¹⁹⁶सिवाए इस योगबल के पुराने विकर्म किसी भी हालत में किसके विनाश हो नहीं सकते।

¹⁹⁰Under no circumstances can the past sins of anyone without the power of yoga be absolved.

¹⁹⁷प्राचीन योग भारत का ही गाया हुआ है।

¹⁹¹The ancient yoga of Bharat alone is remembered.

¹⁹⁸इससे ही जन्म-जन्मान्तर के विकर्म विनाश होते हैं और कोई उपाय है नहीं।

¹⁹²It is through this that the sins of many births are absolved; there is no other way.

¹⁹⁹अभी यह वृद्धि बन्द होनी है।

¹⁹³This expansion now has to end.

²⁰⁰गवर्मेन्ट भी चाहती है वृद्धि जास्ती न हो।

¹⁹⁴Even the Government doesn't want too much expansion.

²⁰¹हम तो वृद्धि इतनी कम करते हैं जो बहुत थोड़े रहेंगे, बाकी सब चले जायेंगे।

¹⁹⁵We reduce the expansion so much that very few will remain and all the rest will depart.

²⁰²मनुष्य समझते भी हैं कि विनाश होगा परन्तु लड़ाई को बन्द देख फिर समझते हैं पता नहीं होगा या नहीं।

¹⁹⁶People understand that destruction will take place, but when they see the fighting stop, they wonder whether it will take place or not.

²⁰³ठण्डे हो जाते हैं।

¹⁹⁷Therefore, they quieten down.

²⁰⁴बाप समझाते हैं - बच्चे समय बाकी थोड़ा है इसलिए ग़फलत मत करो।

¹⁹⁸The Father explains: Children, very little time remains. ¹⁹⁹Therefore, don't make any mistakes.

²⁰³Essence for dharna:

²⁰⁹1) शरीर से डिटेच हो, अशरीरी बन सच्ची शान्ति का अनुभव करना है।

²⁰⁴ 1. Become detached from your body, become bodiless and experience real peace.

²¹⁰बाप की याद से स्वयं को विकर्माजीत बनाना है।

²⁰⁵Make yourself a conqueror of sinful actions by having remembrance of the Father.

²¹¹2) अविनाशी प्रालब्ध बनाने के लिए अविनाशी पढ़ाई पर पूरा ध्यान देना है।

²⁰⁶ 2. In order to make your reward imperishable, pay full attention to this imperishable study.

²¹²उल्टी सब मतों को छोड़ एक बाप की सुल्टी मत पर चलना है।

²⁰⁷Renounce following all wrong directions and only follow the right directions of the one Father.

²¹³वरदान:- ऊंची स्टेज पर रह प्रकृति की हलचल के प्रभाव से परे रहने वाले प्रकृतिजीत भव

²⁰⁸Blessing: May you stay in an elevated stage and beyond any effect of the upheaval of matter and become a conqueror of matter.

²¹⁴मायाजीत तो बन रहे हो लेकिन अब प्रकृतिजीत भी बनो क्योंकि अभी प्रकृति की हलचल बहुत होनी है।

²⁰⁹ You are becoming conquerors of Maya, but you must now also become conquerors of matter because there is now be a lot of upheaval of matter.

²¹⁵कभी समुद्र का जल अपना प्रभाव दिखायेगा, तो कभी धरनी अपना प्रभाव दिखायेगी।

²¹⁰Sometimes, water of the oceans will show its impact, sometimes, the earth will show her impact.

²¹⁶अगर प्रकृतिजीत होंगे तो प्रकृति की कोई भी हलचल हिला नहीं सकेगी।

²¹¹If you are a conqueror of matter, no upheaval of matter will be able to shake you.

²¹⁷सदा साक्षी होकर सब खेल देखेंगे।

²¹²You will observe every game as a detached observer.

²¹⁸जैसे फरिश्तों को सदा ऊंची पहाड़ी पर दिखाते हैं, ऐसे आप फरिश्ते सदा ऊंची स्टेज पर रहो तो जितना ऊंचें होंगे उतना हलचल से स्वतः परे हो जायेंगे।

²¹³Just as angels are shown high up on mountains, in the same way, you angels also have to stay in an elevated stage so that when you are high up, you automatically stay beyond any upheaval.

²¹⁹स्लोगन:- अपने श्रेष्ठ वायब्रेशन से सर्व आत्माओं को सहयोग की अनुभूति कराना भी तपस्या है।

²¹⁴Slogan: To give the experience of co-operation to all souls with your elevated vibrations is also tapasya.
