¹“मीठे बच्चे - आत्म-अभिमान विश्व का मालिक बनाता है, देह-अभिमान कंगाल बना देता है, इसलिए आत्म-अभिमानी भव''

¹Essence: Sweet children, soul consciousness makes you into the masters of the world whereas body consciousness makes you poverty-stricken. ²Therefore, may you be soul conscious.

²प्रश्न:- कौन-सा अभ्यास अशरीरी बनने में बहुत मदद करता है?

³Question: Which practice helps you a lot to become bodiless?

³उत्तर:- अपने को सदा एक्टर समझो, जैसे एक्टर पार्ट पूरा होते ही वस्त्र उतार देते हैं, ऐसे तुम बच्चों को भी यह अभ्यास करना है, कर्म पूरा होते ही पुराना वस्त्र (शरीर) छोड़ अशरीरी हो जाओ।

⁴Answer: Constantly consider yourselves to be actors. ⁵Just as an actor takes off his costume as soon as his part is over, in the same way, you children also have to practise this. ⁶As soon as you finish performing your acts, take off your costumes (bodies) and become bodiless.

⁴आत्मा भाई-भाई है, यह अभ्यास करते रहो।

⁷Continue to practise being brother souls.

⁵यही पावन बनने का सहज साधन है।

⁸This is an easy way to become pure.

⁶शरीर को देखने से क्रिमिनल ख्यालात चलते हैं इसलिए अशरीरी भव।

⁹By looking at the bodies, there are criminal thoughts. ¹⁰Therefore, may you be bodiless.

⁷ओम् शान्ति।

¹¹Om shanti.

⁸बाप बैठ बच्चों को समझाते हैं क्योंकि बहुत बेसमझ बन गये हैं।

¹²The Father sits here and explains to you children because you have become very senseless.

⁹5 हजार वर्ष पहले भी तुमको समझाया था और दैवी कर्म भी सिखलाये थे।

¹³This was also explained to you 5000 years ago and you were also taught how to perform divine acts.

¹⁰तुम देवी-देवता धर्म में आये थे फिर ड्रामा प्लैन अनुसार पुनर्जन्म लेते-लेते और कलायें कमती होते-होते यहाँ प्रैक्टिकली बिल्कुल ही निल कला हो गई है, क्योंकि यह है ही तमोप्रधान रावण राज्य।

¹⁴You went into the deity religion and then, according to the drama plan, you continued to take rebirth. ¹⁵Your degrees decreased and you have now reached the stage where there are practically nil degrees remaining because this is the tamopradhan kingdom of Ravan.

¹¹यह रावण राज्य भी पहले सतोप्रधान था।

¹⁶Before this kingdom of Ravan, everything was at first satopradhan.

¹²फिर सतो, रजो, तमो बना है।

¹⁷Then, it went through the stages of sato, rajo and tamo.

¹³अब तो बिल्कुल ही तमोप्रधान है।

¹⁸It has now become completely tamopradhan.

¹⁴अब इसका अन्त है।

¹⁹It is now the end of it.

¹⁵रावण राज्य को कहा जाता है आसुरी राज्य।

²⁰The kingdom of Ravan is called the devilish kingdom.

¹⁶रावण को जलाने का फैशन भारत में है।

²¹In Bharat there is the fashion of burning Ravan.

¹⁷राम राज्य और रावण राज्य भी भारतवासी कहते हैं।

²²Only the people of Bharat speak of the kingdom of Rama and the kingdom of Ravan.

¹⁸राम राज्य होता ही है सतयुग में। ¹⁹रावण राज्य है कलियुग में।

²³The kingdom of Rama exists in the golden age and the kingdom of Ravan exists in the iron age.

²⁰यह बड़ी समझने की बातें हैं।

²⁴These matters have to be understood.

²¹बाबा को वन्डर लगता है अच्छे-अच्छे बच्चे पूरी रीति न समझने के कारण अपनी तकदीर को लकीर लगा देते हैं।

²⁵Baba is amazed that very good children cross out the line of their fortune because they don’t fully understand.

²²रावण के अवगुण चटक पड़ते हैं।

²⁶The defects of Ravan cling to them.

²³दैवी गुणों का खुद भी वर्णन करते हैं।

²⁷They themselves speak of divine virtues.

²⁴बाप ने समझाया है तुम वो ही देवतायें थे।

²⁸The Father has explained to you that you were those same deities.

²⁵तुमने ही 84 जन्म भोगे हैं।

²⁹You have experienced 84 births.

²⁶तुमको फ़र्क बताया है - तुम क्यों तमोप्रधान बने हो।

³⁰This difference and how you have become tamopradhan has been explained to you.

²⁷यह है रावण राज्य।

³¹This is the kingdom of Ravan.

²⁸रावण है सबसे बड़ा दुश्मन, जिसने ही भारत को इतना कंगाल तमोप्रधान बनाया है।

³²Ravan is the greatest enemy and has made Bharat poverty-stricken and tamopradhan.

²⁹राम राज्य में इतने आदमी नहीं होते हैं।

³³There aren’t so many people in the kingdom of Rama.

³⁰वहाँ तो एक धर्म होता है।

³⁴There is just the one religion there.

³¹यहाँ तो सबमें भूतों की प्रवेशता है। ³²क्रोध, लोभ, मोह का भूत है ना।

³⁵Here, there is the influence of evil spirits over everyone; there are the evil spirits of anger, greed and attachment.

³³हम अविनाशी हैं, यह शरीर विनाशी है - यह भूल जाते हैं।

³⁶You forget that you are imperishable and that bodies are perishable.

³⁴आत्म-अभिमानी बनते ही नहीं हैं। ³⁵देह-अभिमानी बहुत हैं।

³⁷You don’t become soul conscious at all; there is a lot of body consciousness.

³⁶देह-अभिमान और आत्म-अभिमान में रात-दिन का फ़र्क है।

³⁸There is the difference of day and night between body consciousness and soul consciousness.

³⁷आत्म-अभिमानी देवी-देवता सारे विश्व के मालिक बन जाते हैं।

³⁹Soul-conscious deities become the masters of the whole world.

³⁸देह-अभिमान होने से कंगाल बन पड़ते हैं।

⁴⁰By becoming body conscious, they have become poverty-stricken.

³⁹भारत सोने की चिड़िया था, भल कहते भी हैं परन्तु समझते नहीं हैं।

⁴¹Bharat was the Golden Sparrow. ⁴²They speak of this, but they don’t understand the meaning of it.

⁴⁰शिवबाबा आते हैं दैवी बुद्धि बनाने।

⁴³Shiv Baba comes to make your intellects divine.

⁴¹बाप कहते हैं मीठे-मीठे बच्चों तुमको विश्व का मालिक बनाता हूँ, यह लक्ष्मी-नारायण विश्व के मालिक थे।

⁴⁴The Father says: Sweetest children, I make you into the masters of the world. ⁴⁵This Lakshmi and Narayan were the masters of the world.

⁴²कब सुना कि इन्हों को राजाई किसने दी?

⁴⁶Did you ever hear who gave them their kingdom?

⁴³उन्होंने कौन-सा ऐसा कर्म किया जो इतना ऊंच पद पाया?

⁴⁷What deeds did they perform that they claimed such a high status?

⁴⁴कर्मों की बात है ना।

⁴⁸It is a matter of karma.

⁴⁵मनुष्य आसुरी कर्म करते हैं तो वह कर्म विकर्म बन जाता है।

⁴⁹When people perform devilish deeds, those deeds are sinful.

⁴⁶सतयुग में कर्म अकर्म होते हैं।

⁵⁰In the golden age, deeds are neutral.

⁴⁷वहाँ कर्मों का खाता होता नहीं।

⁵¹There is no account of karma there.

⁴⁸बाप समझाते हैं न समझने कारण बहुत विघ्न डालते हैं।

⁵²The Father explains: Because of not understanding, people cause a lot of obstacles.

⁴⁹कह देते हैं शिव-शंकर एक हैं।

⁵³They say that Shiva and Shankar are one and the same.

⁵⁰अरे, शिव निराकार अकेला दिखाते हैं, शंकर-पार्वती दिखाते हैं, दोनों की एक्टिविटी बिल्कुल ही अलग।

⁵⁴However, they show Shiva alone as the incorporeal One whereas they show Shankar with Parvati, and so the activities of each are different.

⁵¹मिनिस्टर और प्रेजीडेन्ट को एक कैसे कहेंगे।

⁵⁵How can a Minister and the President be one and the same?

⁵²दोनों का मर्तबा बिल्कुल अलग है, तो शिव-शंकर को एक कैसे कह देते हैं।

⁵⁶The status of each is completely different. ⁵⁷So, how could Shiva and Shankar be one and the same like they say?

⁵³यह जानते हैं जिनको राम सम्प्रदाय में आना नहीं है वे समझेंगे भी नहीं।

⁵⁸You know that those who are not going to become part of the community of Rama will not understand this.

⁵⁴आसुरी सम्प्रदाय गालियां देंगे, विघ्न डालेंगे क्योंकि उनमें 5 विकार हैं ना।

⁵⁹The devilish community will defame you and create obstacles because they have the five vices in them.

⁵⁵देवतायें हैं सम्पूर्ण निर्विकारी।

⁶⁰The deities are completely viceless.

⁵⁶उन्हों का कितना ऊंच पद है।

⁶¹They have such a high status.

⁵⁷अब तुम समझते हो हम कितने विकारी थे।

⁶²You now understand that you were so viceless.

⁵⁸विकार से पैदा होते हैं।

⁶³All are born through vice.

⁵⁹संन्यासियों को भी विकार से पैदा होना है, फिर संन्यास करते हैं।

⁶⁴Sannyasis too have to take birth through vice. ⁶⁵They then take up renunciation.

⁶⁰सतयुग में यह बातें नहीं होती।

⁶⁶These things do not exist in the golden age.

⁶¹संन्यासी सतयुग को समझते भी नहीं।

⁶⁷Sannyasis do not understand the golden age.

⁶²कह देते हैं सतयुग है ही है। ⁶³जैसे कहते हैं श्रीकृष्ण हाज़िरा हज़ूर है, राधे भी हाज़िरा हज़ूर है।

⁶⁸They say that the golden age exists all the time, just as they say that Shri Krishna is present everywhere and that Radhe is present everywhere.

⁶⁴अनेक मत-मतान्तर, अनेक धर्म हैं।

⁶⁹There are so many opinions and innumerable religions.

⁶⁵आधाकल्प दैवी मत चलती है जो अब तुमको मिल रही है।

⁷⁰The divine directions that you are now receiving continue for half a cycle.

⁶⁶तुम ही ब्रह्मा मुख वंशावली फिर विष्णु वंशी और चन्द्रवंशी बनते हो।

⁷¹You are the mouth-born creation of Brahma and you then become part of the clan of Vishnu and then the moon dynasty.

⁶⁷वह दोनों डिनायस्टी और एक ब्राह्मण कुल कहेंगे, इनको डिनायस्टी नहीं कहेंगे।

⁷²Those two are called dynasties, whereas it is said “The Brahmin clan”. ⁷³This cannot be called a dynasty; there is no kingdom here.

⁶⁸इनकी राजाई होती नहीं।

⁷⁴Only you understand this.

⁶⁹यह भी तुम ही समझते हो।

⁷⁵Only some amongst you also understand this.

⁷⁰तुम्हारे में भी कोई-कोई समझते हैं।

⁷⁶Some don’t reform themselves at all. ⁷⁷They have one evil spirit or another.

⁷¹कोई तो सुधरते ही नहीं, कोई न कोई भूत है।

⁷⁸There are the evil spirits of greed and anger.

⁷²लोभ का भूत, क्रोध का भूत है ना।

⁷⁹There are no evil spirits in the golden age.

⁷³सतयुग में कोई भूत नहीं।

⁸⁰Deities exist in the golden age.

⁷⁴सतयुग में होते हैं देवतायें, जो बहुत सुखी होते हैं।

⁸¹They are very happy. ⁸²It is the evil spirits that cause sorrow.

⁷⁵भूत ही दुःख देते हैं, काम का भूत आदि-मध्य-अन्त दुःख देता है।

⁸³The evil spirit of lust causes sorrow from its beginning through the middle to the end.

⁷⁶इसमें बहुत मेहनत करनी है।

⁸⁴You have to make a lot of effort here.

⁷⁷मासी का घर नहीं है।

⁸⁵This is not like going to your aunty’s home!

⁷⁸बाप कहते रहते हैं भाई-बहन समझो तो क्रिमिनल दृष्टि न जाये। ⁷⁹हर बात में हिम्मत चाहिए।

⁸⁶The Father continues to tell you: If you consider yourselves to be brothers and sisters, there cannot be criminal vision.

⁸⁰कोई कह देते हैं शादी नहीं करोगे तो निकलो घर से बाहर।

⁸⁷Courage is needed for everything. ⁸⁸Some say: If you don’t want to get married, get out of this house!

⁸¹तो हिम्मत चाहिए।

⁸⁹Therefore, courage is needed.

⁸²अपनी जांच भी की जाती है।

⁹⁰You also have to check yourselves.

⁸³तुम बच्चे बहुत पद्मापद्म भाग्यशाली बन रहे हो।

⁹¹You children are becoming multimillion times fortunate.

⁸⁴यह सब-कुछ खत्म हो जायेगा।

⁹²All of this is going to be destroyed.

⁸⁵सब-कुछ मिट्टी में मिल जाना है।

⁹³Everything is going to turn to dust.

⁸⁶कोई तो अच्छी हिम्मत रख चल पड़ते हैं।

⁹⁴Some continue to move along with very good courage.

⁸⁷कोई तो हिम्मत रख फिर फेल हो जाते हैं।

⁹⁵Some have courage and then fail.

⁸⁸बाप हर बात में समझाते रहते हैं।

⁹⁶The Father continues to explain every situation to you.

⁸⁹परन्तु नहीं करते तो समझा जाता है पूरा योग नहीं है।

⁹⁷However, if you don’t do anything, it is understood that you don’t have full yoga.

⁹⁰भारत का प्राचीन राजयोग तो मशहूर है।

⁹⁸The ancient Raj Yoga of Bharat is very well known.

⁹¹इस योग से ही तुम विश्व के मालिक बनते हो।

⁹⁹It is only by having this yoga that you become the masters of the world.

⁹²पढ़ाई है सोर्स ऑफ इनकम।

¹⁰⁰This study is your source of income.

⁹³पढ़ाई से ही नम्बरवार तुम ऊंच पद पाते हो।

¹⁰¹It is by studying this that you claim a high status, numberwise.

⁹⁴भाई-बहन के सम्बन्ध में भी बुद्धि चलायमान होती है इसलिए बाप इससे भी ऊंच ले जाते हैं कि अपने को आत्मा समझो, दूसरे को भी आत्मा भाई-भाई समझो।

¹⁰²Even in the relationship of brother and sister the intellects of some cause mischief. ¹⁰³This is why the Father takes you even higher than that: Consider yourselves to be souls. ¹⁰⁴Also consider others to be brother souls.

⁹⁵हम सब भाई-भाई हैं तो दूसरी दृष्टि जायेगी नहीं।

¹⁰⁵If we are all brothers, there cannot be any other vision.

⁹⁶शरीर को देखने से क्रिमिनल ख्यालात आते हैं।

¹⁰⁶When you look at a body, there are criminal thoughts.

⁹⁷बाप कहते हैं - बच्चे, अशरीरी भव, देही-अभिमानी भव।

¹⁰⁷The Father says: Children, may you be bodiless. ¹⁰⁸May you be soul conscious.

⁹⁸अपने को आत्मा समझो।

¹⁰⁹Consider yourselves to be souls.

⁹⁹आत्मा अविनाशी है।

¹¹⁰Souls are imperishable.

¹⁰⁰शरीर से पार्ट बजाया, फिर शरीर से अलग हो जाना चाहिए।

¹¹¹Once you have played your part through a body, you then have to become detached from that body.

¹⁰¹वह एक्टर्स पार्ट पूरा कर कपड़ा बदली कर देते हैं।

¹¹²Those actors complete their parts and change their costumes.

¹⁰²तुमको भी अब पुराना कपड़ा (शरीर) उतार नया कपड़ा पहनना है।

¹¹³You too now have to take off your old clothes and wear new ones.

¹⁰³इस समय आत्मा भी तमोप्रधान, शरीर भी तमोप्रधान है।

¹¹⁴At this time, souls are tamopradhan and bodies are also tamopradhan.

¹⁰⁴तमोप्रधान आत्मा मुक्ति में जा नहीं सकती।

¹¹⁵Tamopradhan souls cannot go into liberation.

¹⁰⁵पवित्र हो तब जाये। ¹⁰⁶अपवित्र आत्मा वापिस नहीं जा सकती।

¹¹⁶Only when they become pure can they go there. ¹¹⁷Impure souls cannot return home.

¹⁰⁷यह झूठ बोलते हैं कि फलाना ब्रह्म में लीन हुआ।

¹¹⁸It is a lie when they say that so-and-so merged into the brahm element.

¹⁰⁸एक भी जा नहीं सकते।

¹¹⁹Not a single one can go there.

¹⁰⁹वहाँ जैसे सिजरा बना हुआ है, वैसे ही रहता है।

¹²⁰It is as though a genealogical tree is created there; it remains there just like that.

¹¹⁰यह तुम ब्राह्मण बच्चे जानते हो।

¹²¹Only you Brahmin children know this.

¹¹¹गीता में ब्राह्मणों का नाम कुछ भी दिखाया नहीं है।

¹²²They have not mentioned the name of Brahmins at all in the Gita.

¹¹²यह तो समझाते हैं प्रजापिता ब्रह्मा के तन में प्रवेश करता हूँ तो जरूर एडाप्शन चाहिए।

¹²³That One explains that He enters the body of Prajapita Brahma. ¹²⁴Therefore, adoption is surely needed.

¹¹³वह ब्राह्मण हैं विकारी, तुम हो निर्विकारी।

¹²⁵Those brahmins are vicious whereas you are viceless.

¹¹⁴निर्विकारी बनने में बहुत सितम सहन करने पड़ते हैं।

¹²⁶While becoming viceless, you have to tolerate many assaults.

¹¹⁵यह नाम रूप देखने से बहुतों को विकल्प आते हैं।

¹²⁷By looking it the name and form, many have bad thoughts.

¹¹⁶भाई-बहन के सम्बन्ध में भी गिर पड़ते हैं।

¹²⁸Even with the relationship of brother and sister they fall.

¹¹⁷लिखते हैं बाबा हम गिर पड़े, काला मुँह कर लिया।

¹²⁹They then write: Baba, I have fallen; I have dirtied my face.

¹¹⁸बाप कहते हैं - वाह!

¹³⁰The Father says: Wonderful!

¹¹⁹हमने कहा भाई-बहन होकर रहो, तुमने फिर यह खराब काम किया।

¹³¹I said: Live as brother and sister and you then act wrongly again!

¹²⁰उसकी फिर बड़ी कड़ी सज़ा मिल जाती है।

¹³²There then has to be very severe punishment received for that.

¹²¹वैसे कोई किसको खराब करते हैं तो उनको जेल में डाला जाता है।

¹³³In fact, when someone does something bad, he is put in jail.

¹²²भारत कितना पवित्र था जो मैंने स्थापन किया। ¹²³उनका नाम ही है शिवालय।

¹³⁴The Bharat that I established was so pure that its very name was Shivalaya.

¹²⁴यह ज्ञान भी कोई में नहीं है।

¹³⁵None have this knowledge in them.

¹²⁵बाकी शास्त्र आदि जो हैं वह सब भक्ति मार्ग के कर्मकाण्ड हैं।

¹³⁶All the scriptures etc. are the physical paraphernalia of the path of devotion.

¹²⁶सतयुग में सब सद्गति में हैं, इसलिए वहाँ कोई पुरूषार्थ नहीं करते।

¹³⁷In the golden age, all are in salvation and this why they don’t need to make effort.

¹²⁷यहाँ सब गति-सद्गति के लिए पुरूषार्थ करते हैं क्योंकि दुर्गति में हैं।

¹³⁸Here, everyone is making effort for liberation and salvation because they are in degradation.

¹²⁸गंगा स्नान करने जाते हैं तो गंगा का पानी सद्गति देगा क्या?

¹³⁹They go to bathe in the Ganges, but would the water of the Ganges give them salvation?

¹²⁹वह पावन बनायेगा क्या?

¹⁴⁰Would it make them pure?

¹³⁰कुछ भी जानते नहीं।

¹⁴¹They don’t know anything at all.

¹³¹तुम्हारे में भी नम्बरवार हैं।

¹⁴²You, too, are numberwise.

¹³²कोई तो खुद नहीं समझते तो दूसरों को क्या समझायेंगे, इसलिए बाबा भेजता नहीं।

¹⁴³Some don’t understand this themselves and so what would they explain to others? ¹⁴⁴This is why Baba doesn’t send them anywhere.

¹³³गाते रहते हैं - बाबा आप आयेंगे तो आपकी श्रीमत पर चलकर देवता बनेंगे।

¹⁴⁵You continue to sing: Baba, when You come, I will follow Your directions and become a deity.

¹³⁴देवतायें रहते हैं सतयुग और त्रेता में।

¹⁴⁶Deities reside in the golden and silver ages.

¹³⁵यहाँ तो सबसे जास्ती काम विकार में फँसे हुए हैं।

¹⁴⁷Here, it is mostly the vice of lust that people are trapped in.

¹³⁶काम विकार बिगर रह नहीं सकते।

¹⁴⁸They cannot stay without the vice of lust.

¹³⁷यह विकार है जैसे माई-बाप का वर्सा।

¹⁴⁹It is as though they inherit that vice from their mother and father.

¹³⁸यहाँ तुमको मिलता है राम का वर्सा।

¹⁵⁰Here, you are receiving your inheritance from Rama.

¹³⁹पवित्रता का वर्सा मिलता है।

¹⁵¹You are receiving an inheritance of purity.

¹⁴⁰वहाँ विकार की बात नहीं होती।

¹⁵²There is no question of vice there.

¹⁴¹भक्त लोग कहते हैं श्रीकृष्ण भगवान् है।

¹⁵³Devotees say that Shri Krishna is God.

¹⁴²तुम उनको 84 जन्मों में दिखाते हो।

¹⁵⁴You show him as someone who takes 84 births.

¹⁴³अरे, भगवान् तो निराकार है।

¹⁵⁵Oh! but God is incorporeal.

¹⁴⁴उनका नाम शिव है।

¹⁵⁶His name is Shiva.

¹⁴⁵बाप कितना अच्छी रीति समझाते हैं।

¹⁵⁷The Father explains to you so well.

¹⁴⁶तरस भी पड़ता है।

¹⁵⁸He also has mercy.

¹⁴⁷रहमदिल है ना।

¹⁵⁹He is merciful.

¹⁴⁸यह कितना अच्छे समझदार बच्चे हैं।

¹⁶⁰You children are so good and sensible.

¹⁴⁹भभका भी अच्छा है।

¹⁶¹You have a lot of splendour.

¹⁵⁰जिसमें ज्ञान और योग की त़ाकत है तो वह कशिश करते हैं।

¹⁶²Those who have the powers of knowledge and yoga in them attract others.

¹⁵¹पढ़े-लिखे को सत्कार अच्छा मिलता है।

¹⁶³Those who are well educated receive very good respect.

¹⁵²अनपढ़े को सत्कार नहीं मिलता है।

¹⁶⁴Those who are uneducated don’t receive respect.

¹⁵³यह तो जानते हो इस समय सब आसुरी सम्प्रदाय हैं। ¹⁵⁴कुछ भी समझते नहीं हैं।

¹⁶⁵You know that all are the devilish community at this time; they don’t understand anything at all.

¹⁵⁵शिव और शंकर का अन्तर तो बिल्कुल क्लीयर हैं।

¹⁶⁶The contrast between Shiva and Shankar is absolutely clear.

¹⁵⁶वह है मूलवतन में, वह सूक्ष्मवतन में, सब एक जैसे कैसे होंगे?

¹⁶⁷That One is in the incorporeal world and this one is in the subtle region. ¹⁶⁸How can both be the same?

¹⁵⁷यह तो तमोप्रधान दुनिया है।

¹⁶⁹This is a tamopradhan world.

¹⁵⁸रावण दुश्मन है आसुरी सम्प्रदाय का, जो आप समान बना देता है।

¹⁷⁰Ravan is the enemy who belongs to the devilish community and he makes you the same as himself.

¹⁵⁹अब बाप तुमको आप समान दैवी सम्प्रदाय बनाते हैं।

¹⁷¹The Father is now making you the same as Himself and then makes you belong to the deity community.

¹⁶⁰वहाँ रावण होता नहीं।

¹⁶⁴वह कोई आत्म-अभिमानी बनने की शिक्षा नहीं देते थे।

¹⁸²We will only follow Your directions; we will not follow the directions of anyone else.

¹⁸⁰स्वयं को आत्मा समझ, आत्मा भाई से बात करनी है।

¹⁸⁵तन तो सबके पुराने हैं ही। ¹⁸⁶हर एक को कोई न कोई छोटी बड़ी बीमारी है।

¹⁹⁷ Everyone’s body is now old and so each one has one or another small or big illness.

¹⁸⁷लेकिन तन का प्रभाव अगर मन पर आ गया तो डबल बीमार हो बीमारी कान्सेस हो जायेंगे इसलिए मन में कभी भी बीमारी का संकल्प नहीं आना चाहिए, तब कहेंगे सोल कान्सेस।

¹⁹⁸However, if your body affects your mind, you would be doubly ill and become illness conscious. ¹⁹⁹Therefore, do not let your mind have any thoughts of illness and you will then be called soul conscious.

¹⁸⁸बीमारी से कभी घबराओ नहीं।

²⁰⁰Never be afraid of any illness.

¹⁸⁹थोड़ा सा दवाई रूपी फ्रूट खाकर उसे विदाई दे दो।

²⁰¹Just take a little fruit in the form of medicine and bid farewell to the illness.

¹⁹⁰खुशी-खुशी से हिसाब-किताब चुक्तू करो।

²⁰²Settle your karmic accounts in happiness.
