¹“मीठे बच्चे - रोज़ अपने आपसे पूछो कि मैं आत्मा कितना शुद्ध बना हूँ, जितना शुद्ध बनेंगे उतना खुशी रहेगी, सेवा करने का उमंग आयेगा''

¹Essence: Sweet children, ask yourself every day: How pure have I, this soul, become? ²The purer you become, the happier you will feel and the more enthusiasm you will have for doing service.

²प्रश्न:- हीरे जैसा श्रेष्ठ बनने का पुरुषार्थ क्या है?

³Question: What effort must you make in order to become as elevated as a diamond?

³उत्तर:- देही-अभिमानी बनो, शरीर में जरा भी मोह न रहे।

⁴Answer: Become soul conscious. ⁵Let there not be the slightest attachment to your body.

⁴फिकर से फारिग हो एक बाबा की याद में रहो - यही श्रेष्ठ पुरुषार्थ हीरे जैसा बना देगा।

⁶Stay beyond all worries and stay in remembrance of Baba alone. ⁷This elevated effort will make you like a diamond.

⁵अगर देह-अभिमान है तो समझो अवस्था कच्ची है। ⁶बाबा से दूर हो।

⁸If there is body consciousness, understand that your stage is weak and that you are distant from Baba.

⁷तुम्हें इस शरीर की सम्भाल भी करनी है क्योंकि इस शरीर में रहते कर्मातीत अवस्था को पाना है।

⁹You have to look after your body because you have to attain your karmateet stage while in this body.

¹⁰Song: Look at your face in the mirror of your heart!

⁹ओम् शान्ति।

¹¹Om shanti.

¹⁰बाप बच्चों को समझाते हैं कि जिसके योगबल से पाप कटते हैं, उनको खुशी का पारा चढ़ जाता है।

¹²The Father explains to you children: The mercury of happiness rises in those who cut their sins away with the power of yoga.

¹¹अपनी अवस्था को आपेही बच्चे जान सकते हैं।

¹³You children can know your own stage for yourselves.

¹²जब अवस्था अच्छी होती है तो सर्विस का शौक बहुत अच्छा होता है।

¹⁴When your stage is good, you are very interested in doing service.

¹³जितना-जितना शुद्ध होते जायेंगे उतना औरों को भी शुद्ध अथवा योगी बनाने का उमंग आयेगा क्योंकि तुम राजयोगी वा राजऋषि हो।

¹⁵The purer you become, the more enthusiasm you have for making others pure and yogi, because you are Raja Yogis and Raj Rishis.

¹⁴हठयोग ऋषि तत्व को भगवान मानते हैं।

¹⁶Hatha yoga rishis consider the elements to be God.

¹⁵राजयोग ऋषि भगवान को बाप मानते हैं। ¹⁶तत्व को याद करने से उन्हों के कोई पाप नहीं कटते हैं।

¹⁷Raja Yoga rishis consider God to be their Father; their sins are not cut away by remembering the elements.

¹⁷तत्व के साथ योग लगाने से कोई बल नहीं मिलता है।

¹⁸They don't receive power by having yoga with the elements.

¹⁸कोई भी धर्म वाले योग को जानते नहीं हैं इसलिए कोई भी सच्चा योगी बन वापिस नहीं जा सकते।

¹⁹No one of any of the religions knows about yoga. ²⁰This is why none of them can become a true yogi and return home.

¹⁹अभी तुम बच्चे अपनी अवस्था खुद भी जान सकते हो।

²¹Now, you children can know your stage for yourselves.

²⁰आत्मा जितना बाप को याद करेगी उतना खुशी होगी।

²²There will be happiness according to how much you souls remember your Father.

²¹अपनी जांच रखनी है।

²³You have to check yourselves.

²²बच्चे भी एक दो की अवस्था को, अपनी अवस्था को जान सकते हैं।

²⁴You children can know one another's stage as well as your own stage.

²³देखना है हमारा कोई शरीर में भान तो नहीं है!

²⁵Each of you have to check that you yourself don’t have any body consciousness.

²⁴देह-अभिमान है तो समझो हम बहुत कच्चे हैं। ²⁵बाबा से बहुत दूर हैं।

²⁶If there is body consciousness, understand that you are very weak and that you are very distant from Baba.

²⁶बाप फरमान करते हैं बच्चे तुम्हें अब हीरे जैसा बनना है।

²⁷The Father orders you: Children, you now have to become like diamonds.

²⁷बाप देही-अभिमानी बनाते हैं।

²⁸The Father makes you soul conscious.

²⁸बाप को देह-अभिमान होता नहीं।

²⁹The Father doesn't have any body consciousness.

²⁹देह-अभिमान होता है बच्चों को।

³⁰It is the children who are body conscious.

³⁰बाप की याद से तुम देही-अभिमानी बनेंगे।

³¹You become soul conscious by having remembrance of the Father.

³¹अपनी जांच करते रहो, हम कितना समय याद करते हैं।

³²Continue to check yourself: How long do I stay in remembrance?

³²जितना याद करेंगे उतना खुशी का पारा चढ़ेगा और अपने को लायक बनायेंगे।

³³The more you remember Baba, the higher your mercury of happiness will rise and the more worthy you will make yourself.

³³ऐसे भी मत समझना कि कोई बच्चे कर्मातीत अवस्था को पहुँच गये हैं।

³⁴Don't think that any of the children have reached their karmateet stage.

³⁴नहीं, रेस चल रही है।

³⁵No, the race is still going on.

³⁵रेस जब पूरी होगी तब फाइनल रिजल्ट होगी।

³⁶The final result will be announced when the race has finished.

³⁶फिर विनाश भी शुरू हो जायेगा।

³⁷Then, destruction will begin.

³⁷तब तक यह रिहर्सल होती रहेगी जब तक कर्मातीत अवस्था आ जाए।

³⁸Rehearsals will continue to take place until you reach your karmateet stage.

³⁸हम किसी की बुराई नहीं कर सकते।

³⁹We cannot speak ill of anyone.

³⁹अन्त में ही सबका पता पड़ेगा।

⁴⁰Everyone's result will be known at the end.

⁴⁰अभी तो थोड़ा टाइम पड़ा है।

⁴¹There is now still some time left.

⁴¹यह दादा भी कहते हैं मीठे बच्चे, अभी थोड़ा समय पड़ा है।

⁴²This Dada also says: Sweet children, there is now a short time left.

⁴²इस समय एक भी कर्मातीत अवस्था को पा न सके।

⁴³At this time, not a single one can reach his karmateet stage.

⁴³बीमारी आदि होती है - इसको कर्मभोग कहा जाता है।

⁴⁴Any illness, etc. is called the suffering of karma.

⁴⁴भोगना का और किसको पता नहीं पड़ता है।

⁴⁵No one else can know about that suffering.

⁴⁵वह अन्दर की पीड़ा होती है।

⁴⁶That pain is internal.

⁴⁶अभी एकरस अवस्था किसी की बनी नहीं है।

⁴⁷No one has created a constant and stable stage as yet.

⁴⁷जितनी कोशिश करते हैं उतना विकल्प, तूफान बहुत आते हैं।

⁴⁸The more you try to achieve this, the more sinful thoughts and storms will come to you.

⁴⁸तो बच्चों को कितनी खुशी रहनी चाहिए।

⁴⁹You children should experience so much happiness.

⁴⁹विश्व का मालिक बनना कोई कम बात है क्या?

⁵⁰Is it a small thing to become a master of the world?

⁵⁰मनुष्य साहूकार हैं बड़े-बड़े बंगले हैं, तो खुशी रहती है क्योंकि सुख बहुत है।

⁵¹Wealthy people remain very happy because they have huge mansions and all comforts.

⁵¹अभी भी तुम बाप से अथाह सुख लेते हो।

⁵²You are now receiving infinite happiness from the Father.

⁵²जानते हो बाबा से हम राजाई लेंगे।

⁵³You know that you will claim your kingdom from Baba.

⁵³शान्ति में इतना खुशी नहीं होती, जितनी धन में खुशी होती है।

⁵⁴They don't experience as much happiness with peace as they do with their wealth.

⁵⁴संन्यासी घरबार छोड़ जाए जंगल में रहते थे।

⁵⁵Sannyasis used to leave their homes and families and go and live in the forests.

⁵⁵कभी पैसा हाथ में नहीं रखते थे, सिर्फ रोटी लेते थे।

⁵⁶They would never accept money, but only chapattis.

⁵⁶अभी तो कितने धनवान हो गये हैं।

⁵⁷They have now become so wealthy!

⁵⁷सबको पैसे की चिंता बहुत है।

⁵⁸Everyone worries a lot about money.

⁵⁸वास्तव में राजा को प्रजा का ओना रहता है इसलिए लड़ाई का सामान रखते हैं।

⁵⁹In fact, a king is concerned about his people and this is why he keeps all the materials for war.

⁵⁹सतयुग में तो लड़ाई आदि की बात होती नहीं।

⁶⁰In the golden age, there is no question of war.

⁶⁰अभी तुम बच्चों को खुशी होती है - हम अपनी राजाई में जाते हैं।

⁶¹You children now have the happiness that you are going to your own kingdom.

⁶¹वहाँ डर की कोई बात नहीं होती।

⁶²There is no question of fear there.

⁶²टैक्स आदि की बात नहीं।

⁶³There is no question of tax, etc.

⁶³यह शरीर की फिकरात यहाँ रहती है।

⁶⁴It is here that there are concerns of the body.

⁶⁴गाया जाता है फिकर से फारिग स्वामी... तुम जानते हो फिकर से फारिग होने के लिए अभी हम इतना पुरुषार्थ करते हैं।

⁶⁵It is remembered, “The Swami, the Lord, took you beyond all your worries.” ⁶⁶You know how much effort you are now making in order to go beyond all worries.

⁶⁵फिर 21 जन्म लिए कोई फिकरात नहीं रहेगी।

⁶⁷Then, there won’t be any worries for 21 births.

⁶⁶बाबा को याद करने से तुम बहुत अडोल रहेंगे।

⁶⁸By remembering Baba, you will remain unshakeable.

⁶⁷रामायण की कथा भी तुम्हारे पर है।

⁶⁹The story of the Ramayana is based on you.

⁶⁸तुम ही महावीर बनते हो।

⁷⁰You are the ones who become mahavirs.

⁶⁹आत्मा कहती है हमको रावण हिला नहीं सकता।

⁷¹The soul says: Ravan cannot shake us.

⁷⁰वह अवस्था पिछाड़ी को आयेगी।

⁷²That will be your stage at the end.

⁷¹अभी तो कोई भी हिल जायेंगे।

⁷³At present, anyone can shake.

⁷²फिकरात रहेगी।

⁷⁴There will be worries.

⁷³जब विश्व में लड़ाई लगेगी तब समझेंगे अब टाइम आ गया है।

⁷⁵When the world war begins, you will understand that that time has now come.

⁷⁴जितना बाप को याद करने का पुरुषार्थ करेंगे उतना फायदा होगा।

⁷⁶The more effort you make to remember the Father, the more you will benefit.

⁷⁵पुरुषार्थ करने का अभी ही समय है।

⁷⁷Now is the only time to make effort.

⁷⁶फिर तो विनाश की धूमधाम होगी।

⁷⁸Later on, there will be a lot of upheaval of destruction.

⁷⁷अभी तो शरीर में भी मोह रहता है ना।

⁷⁹Now, there is attachment even to your bodies.

⁷⁸बाबा खुद कहते हैं शरीर की सम्भाल रखो।

⁸⁰Baba Himself says: Look after your bodies.

⁷⁹अन्तिम शरीर है, इसमें ही पुरुषार्थ कर कर्मातीत अवस्था को पाना है।

⁸¹Those are your final bodies and it is through those bodies that you have to make effort to reach your karmateet stage.

⁸⁰जीते रहेंगे, बाप को याद करते रहेंगे।

⁸²For as long as you live, you must continue to remember the Father.

⁸¹बाप समझाते हैं बच्चे जीते रहो।

⁸³The Father says: Children, may you have a long life!

⁸²जितना जियेंगे उतना बाप को याद कर ऊंच वर्सा लेंगे।

⁸⁴The longer you live, the more you will remember the Father and the more elevated the inheritance you claim will be.

⁸³अभी तुम्हारी कमाई होती रहती है।

⁸⁵You are now continuing to earn an income.

⁸⁴शरीर को निरोगी तन्दरूस्त रखो, ग़फलत नहीं करनी है।

⁸⁶Keep your bodies healthy and free from illness. ⁸⁷Don't be careless about this.

⁸⁵खान-पान की सम्भाल रखेंगे तो कुछ नहीं होगा।

⁸⁸If you take precautions with your food and drink, nothing will happen.

⁸⁶एकरस चलन से शरीर भी तन्दरूस्त रहेगा।

⁸⁹By keeping your behaviour constant (disciplined about everything), your body will remain healthy.

⁸⁷यह अमूल्य तन है।

⁹⁰These are invaluable bodies.

⁸⁸इसमें पुरुषार्थ कर देवी-देवता बनते हो तो बलिहारी इस समय की है।

⁹¹It is with these bodies that you make effort and become deities. ⁹²Therefore, the greatness is of this time.

⁸⁹खुशी रहनी चाहिए।

⁹³You should have this happiness.

⁹⁰जितना बाप और वर्से को याद करेंगे उतना नारायणी नशा चढ़ा रहेगा।

⁹⁴The more you remember the Father and the inheritance, the greater will be the intoxication of becoming like that Narayan you have.

⁹¹बाप की याद से ही तुम ऊंच ते ऊंच पद पायेंगे।

⁹⁵It is only by having remembrance of the Father that you will be able to claim a high status.

⁹²देखना है हम कितना खुशी में, कितना फखुर में रहते हैं।

⁹⁶Check to see how much happiness and intoxication you maintain.

⁹³गरीबों को तो और ही खुशी रहनी चाहिए।

⁹⁷The poor should have even greater happiness.

⁹⁴साहूकारों को तो धन का फिकर रहता है।

⁹⁸The wealthy worry about their wealth.

⁹⁵तुम्हारे में कुमारियों को तो कोई फिकर नहीं है।

⁹⁹The kumaris among you have no worries at all.

⁹⁶हाँ कोई के मित्र-सम्बन्धी गरीब हैं, तो सम्भाल रखनी पड़ती है।

¹⁰⁰Yes, if someone's friends or relatives are poor, they have to be looked after.

⁹⁷जगाते भी रहना है।

¹⁰¹Continue to awaken everyone.

⁹⁸अगर नहीं जगते हैं तो फिर कहाँ तक मदद करते रहेंगे।

¹⁰²If they don't awaken, for how long are you going to continue to help them?

⁹⁹बाबा कहते हैं ना - तुम सर्विसएबुल खुद बनो वा स्त्री को रूहानी सर्विस में दो।

¹⁰³Baba says: Become serviceable yourself and allow your wife to do spiritual service.

¹⁰⁰तुम हो बाबा के मददगार।

¹⁰⁴You are Baba's helpers.

¹⁰¹मदद तो सबको चाहिए ना।

¹⁰⁵Everyone needs help.

¹⁰²अकेला बाप भी क्या करेगा, कितनों को मन्त्र दे!

¹⁰⁶What could the Father do on his own? ¹⁰⁷How many could He give the mantra to by Himself?

¹⁰³हम तुमको देते हैं - तुमको फिर औरों को देना है, कलम लगाना है।

¹⁰⁸I give you the mantra and you then have to give it to others. ¹⁰⁹Continue to plant the sapling.

¹⁰⁴बच्चों को कहते रहते हैं जितना हो सके मददगार बनो, मन्त्र देते जाओ।

¹¹⁰He continues to tell you children: As much as possible, continue to become a helper and give the mantra.

¹⁰⁵तुम्हारे शास्त्रों में भी है कि सबको पैगाम दिया था कि बाप आये हैं वर्सा लेना है तो बाप को याद करो।

¹¹¹Tell people: It says in your scriptures that everyone was given the message that the Father has come. ¹¹²Therefore, remember Him in order to claim your inheritance.

¹⁰⁶देहधारियों को याद नहीं करो।

¹¹³Don't remember bodily beings.

¹⁰⁷अपने को आत्मा समझ बाप को याद करेंगे तो तुम्हारे विकर्म विनाश होंगे और वर्सा मिल जायेगा।

¹¹⁴If you consider yourselves to be souls and remember the Father, your sins will be absolved and you will claim your inheritance.

¹⁰⁸गीता तो बहुत सुनते सुनाते हैं।

¹¹⁵Many have been listening to and relating the Gita.

¹⁰⁹उसमें प्रसिद्ध अक्षर है मनमनाभव।

¹¹⁶The well-known term in that is ‘Manmanabhav’.

¹¹⁰बाप को याद करो तो मुक्ति को पायेंगे।

¹¹⁷Remember the Father and you will receive liberation.

¹¹¹संन्यासी भी यह पसन्द करेंगे। ¹¹²मध्याजी भव अर्थात् जीवनमुक्ति।

¹¹⁸Sannyasis also like this. ‘Madhyajibhav’ means liberation-in-life.

¹¹³बच्चे बाप के बनते हैं तो बाप कहते हैं - बच्चे तुम्हारी आत्मा पतित है, पतित चल नहीं सकेंगे।

¹¹⁹When you children belong to the Father, He says: Children, you souls have become impure. ¹²⁰You will not be able to return while you are impure.

¹¹⁴यह समझने की बातें हैं।

¹²¹This is something to be understood.

¹¹⁵तुम भारतवासी सतोप्रधान थे, तमोप्रधान बने अब फिर सतोप्रधान बनना है तो बाप कहते हैं पुरुषार्थ करो तो ऊंच पद मिलेगा।

¹²²You people of Bharat were satopradhan. ¹²³You have become tamopradhan and you now have to become satopradhan again. ¹²⁴Therefore, the Father says: Make effort and you will claim an elevated status.

¹¹⁶भक्ति तो जन्म-जन्मान्तर करते आये हो।

¹²⁵You have been performing devotion for birth after birth.

¹¹⁷तुम जानते हो - पहले-पहले अव्यभिचारी भक्ति शुरू हुई।

¹²⁶You know that there was at first unadulterated devotion.

¹¹⁸अभी कितनी व्यभिचारी भक्ति है।

¹²⁷Devotion is now so adulterated.

¹¹⁹शरीरों की भी पूजा होती है, वह है भूत पूजा।

¹²⁸They even worship bodies and that is the worship of the elements.

¹²⁰देवतायें फिर भी पवित्र हैं।

¹²⁹Deities are at least pure.

¹²¹परन्तु इस समय तो सब तमोप्रधान हैं।

¹³⁰However, at this time, all are tamopradhan.

¹²²तो पूजा भी तमोप्रधान होती जाती है।

¹³¹Therefore worshipping also continues to become tamopradhan.

¹²³अभी बाप को याद करना है।

¹³²You now have to remember the Father.

¹²⁴भक्ति का अक्षर कोई नहीं बोलना है।

¹³³You mustn't speak any words of devotion.

¹²⁵हाय राम - यह भी भक्ति का अक्षर है।

¹³⁴To say: “O Rama!” ¹³⁵(O God!) is also an expression of devotion.

¹²⁶ऐसे कोई पुकार नहीं करनी है।

¹³⁶You mustn't call out in that way.

¹²⁷इसमें कुछ भी उच्चारण करने की बात नहीं।

¹³⁷Here, there is no need to say anything.

¹²⁸ओम् शान्ति भी घड़ी-घड़ी नहीं कहना है। ¹²⁹शान्ति माना अहम् आत्मा शान्त स्वरूप हैं।

¹³⁸You mustn't even say: “Om shanti” again and again. ‘Shanti’ means: I, a soul, am an embodiment of peace.

¹³⁰सो तो हैं ही।

¹³⁹Souls are that in any case.

¹³¹इसमें बोलने की बात नहीं रहती।

¹⁴⁰There is no need to say it.

¹³²दूसरे कोई मनुष्य को कहेंगे ओम् शान्ति, वह तो अर्थ जरा भी नहीं समझेंगे।

¹⁴¹If you say: “Om shanti” to other people, they won’t understand the meaning of it at all.

¹³³वो लोग तो ओम् की बड़ी-बड़ी महिमा करते हैं।

¹⁴²They sing great praise of the word “Om”.

¹³⁴तुम तो अर्थ समझते हो फिर ओम् शान्ति कहना भी फालतू है।

¹⁴³You understand the meaning, and so it is useless to keep saying: "Om shanti".

¹³⁵हाँ एक दो से ऐसे पूछ सकते हो - शिवबाबा की याद में हो?

¹⁴⁴Yes, you can ask one another: “Are you in remembrance of Shiv Baba?”

¹³⁶जैसे हम भी बच्ची से पूछता हूँ यह किसका श्रृंगार करती हो?

¹⁴⁵When I ask the daughter: “Whom are you decorating?”

¹³⁷बोलती है शिवबाबा के रथ का।

¹⁴⁶She replies: “Shiv Baba's chariot.”

¹³⁸यह शिवबाबा का रथ है ना। ¹³⁹जैसे हुसैन का रथ होता है ना।

¹⁴⁷Just as there is the chariot of Hussein, so this is Shiv Baba's chariot.

¹⁴⁰घोड़े को श्रृंगार करते हैं।

¹⁴⁸They decorate a horse.

¹⁴¹घोड़े का अर्थ नहीं समझते हैं।

¹⁴⁹They don't understand the meaning of the horse.

¹⁴²धर्म स्थापन करने वाले जो आते हैं उनकी आत्मायें पवित्र होती हैं।

¹⁵⁰The souls of the founders who come to establish religions are pure.

¹⁴³पुरानी पतित आत्मा धर्म स्थापन कर न सके।

¹⁵¹Old, impure souls cannot establish a religion.

¹⁴⁴तुम धर्म स्थापन नहीं करते हो, शिवबाबा तुम्हारे द्वारा करते हैं। ¹⁴⁵तुमको पवित्र बनाते हैं।

¹⁵²You do not establish a religion. ¹⁵³Shiv Baba does that through you and He makes you pure.

¹⁴⁶वो लोग भक्ति मार्ग में बहुत श्रृंगार आदि करते हैं।

¹⁵⁴Those people do a lot of decoration, etc. on the path of devotion.

¹⁴⁷यहाँ श्रृंगार पसन्द नहीं करते।

¹⁵⁵Here, you don't like decoration.

¹⁴⁸बाप कितना निरहंकारी है।

¹⁵⁶The Father is so egoless.

¹⁴⁹खुद कहते हैं हम बहुत जन्मों के अन्त के भी अन्त में आता हूँ।

¹⁵⁷He Himself says: I come at the end of the last of this one’s many births.

¹⁵⁰पहले सतयुग में होगा श्री नारायण।

¹⁵⁸At first, there will be Shri Narayan in the golden age.

¹⁵¹श्री लक्ष्मी से भी पहले श्री नारायण आयेगा। ¹⁵²वह तो बड़ा होगा ना इसलिए श्रीकृष्ण का नाम गाया हुआ है।

¹⁵⁹Shri Narayan will come even before Shri Lakshmi; he would be older. ¹⁶⁰This is why Shri Krishna's name is praised.

¹⁵³श्रीनारायण से भी श्रीकृष्ण की महिमा जास्ती करते हैं।

¹⁶¹People praise Shri Krishna a lot more than they do Shri Narayan.

¹⁵⁴श्रीकृष्ण की ही जन्माष्टमी मनाते हैं।

¹⁶²They celebrate the birthday of Shri Krishna.

¹⁵⁵श्री नारायण का बर्थ डे नहीं मनाते।

¹⁶³They don't celebrate the birthday of Shri Narayan.

¹⁵⁶यह कोई नहीं जानते कि श्रीकृष्ण सो श्रीनारायण।

¹⁶⁴No one knows that Shri Krishna becomes Shri Narayan.

¹⁵⁷नाम तो बचपन का ही चलेगा ना।

¹⁶⁵The childhood name would continue.

¹⁵⁸फलाने ने जन्म लिया, उसका बर्थ डे मनाते हैं इसलिए श्रीकृष्ण का ही मनाते हैं।

¹⁶⁶So-and-so took birth and so they celebrate his birthday. ¹⁶⁷This is why they only celebrate the birthday of Shri Krishna.

¹⁵⁹श्रीनारायण का किसको पता नहीं।

¹⁶⁸No one knows about the birthday of Shri Narayan.

¹⁶⁰पहले-पहले शिवजयन्ती फिर है श्रीकृष्ण जयन्ती फिर राम की... शिव के साथ गीता का भी जन्म होता है।

¹⁶⁹First of all, there is Shiva’s birthday and then Shri Krishna’s birthday and then Rama’s birthday, etc. ¹⁷⁰As well as Shiva, there is also the birth of the Gita.

¹⁶¹शिवबाबा आते ही हैं बहुत जन्मों के अन्त के जन्म में।

¹⁷¹Shiv Baba only comes at the end of this one's many births.

¹⁶²बुजुर्ग अनुभवी रथ में ही आते हैं।

¹⁷²He only enters a mature, experienced body.

¹⁶³कितना अच्छा समझाया हुआ है, तो भी किसकी बुद्धि में नहीं आता।

¹⁷³Everything is explained so clearly and yet nothing enters anyone's intellect.

¹⁶⁴बाप कहते यह ज्ञान प्रायः लोप हो जाता है।

¹⁷⁴The Father says: This knowledge disappears.

¹⁶⁵जब मैं आकर सुनाऊं तब तुम भी सुना सकते हो।

¹⁷⁵Only when I come and give you this knowledge can you relate it.

¹⁶⁶अभी तुम बच्चे जानते हो हम भविष्य में एक्यूरेट यह (देवी-देवता) बनेंगे।

¹⁷⁶You children now know that you will become these (deities) accurately in the future.

¹⁶⁷बाबा ने 2-3 प्रकार के साक्षात्कार किये थे।

¹⁷⁷Baba had two or three types of visions.

¹⁶⁸यह बनूँगा, ताज वाला बनूँगा, पगड़ी वाला बनूँगा।

¹⁷⁸“I will become this; I will become one with a crown. ¹⁷⁹I will become one with a turban.”

¹⁶⁹2-4 राजाई के जन्मों का साक्षात्कार किया था।

¹⁸⁰He had visions of the kingdoms of two to four births.

¹⁷⁰अभी तुम समझ सकते हो - इन बातों को दुनिया में और कोई समझ नहीं सकते।

¹⁸¹You can now understand these things. ¹⁸²No one else in the world can understand these things.

¹⁷¹हाँ, इतना समझते हैं अच्छा कर्म करेंगे तो अच्छा जन्म मिलेगा।

¹⁸³Yes, they understand that, if they perform good actions, they will receive a good birth.

¹⁷²अभी तुम पुरुषार्थ ही भविष्य के लिए कर रहे हो। ¹⁷³नर से नारायण बनने का।

¹⁸⁴You are now making effort for the future to become Narayan from an ordinary human.

¹⁷⁴तुम जानते हो - हम यह पद पायेंगे।

¹⁸⁵You know that you will claim that status.

¹⁷⁵यह खुशी जास्ती उनको रहेगी जो कर्मातीत अवस्था को पाने का पुरुषार्थ करते रहते होंगे।

¹⁸⁶Those who continue to make effort to attain their karmateet stage will experience greater happiness.

¹⁷⁶कहते हैं बाबा हम तो मम्मा बाबा को फालो करेंगे तब तो तख्त पर बैठ सकेंगे।

¹⁸⁷You say: “Baba, we will follow Mama and Baba, for only then will we be able to sit on the throne.”

¹⁷⁷यह भी समझ चाहिए, कितनी हम सर्विस करते हैं और कितना खुशी में रहते हैं।

¹⁸⁸You also need to understand how much service you do and how much happiness you maintain.

¹⁷⁸खुद खुशी में रहेंगे तो दूसरों को भी खुशी में लायेंगे।

¹⁸⁹When you remain happy yourself you will be able to make others happy.

¹⁷⁹अन्दर कोई खराबी होगी तो दिल खाती रहेगी।

¹⁹⁰If there is anything bad inside you, your conscience will continue to bite.

¹⁸⁰कोई-कोई आकर कहते हैं - बाबा हमारे में क्रोध है।

¹⁹¹Some come and tell Baba that they have a lot of anger inside them.

¹⁸¹यह भूत है हमारे में।

¹⁹²“I have this evil spirit in me.”

¹⁸²फिकर की बात हुई ना।

¹⁹³This is something to be concerned about.

¹⁸³भूत को रहने नहीं देना चाहिए।

¹⁹⁴Do not allow any evil spirit to remain.

¹⁸⁴क्रोध क्यों करें!

¹⁹⁵Why should you become angry?

¹⁸⁵प्यार से समझाना होता है।

¹⁹⁶Explain with love.

¹⁸⁶बाबा कोई पर क्रोध थोड़ेही करेंगे।

¹⁹⁷Baba doesn't get angry with anyone.

¹⁸⁷शिवबाबा की महिमा है ना।

¹⁹⁸There is praise of Shiv Baba.

¹⁸⁸बहुत फालतू झूठी महिमा भी करते हैं।

¹⁹⁹Many sing useless false praise.

¹⁸⁹मैं करता क्या हूँ!

²⁰⁰“What do I do?”

¹⁹⁰मुझे कहते हैं आकर पतित से पावन बनाओ। ¹⁹¹जैसे डॉक्टर को कहते हैं हमारी बीमारी दूर करो।

²⁰¹I am told: “Come and purify the impure”, just as a doctor is told to come and remove someone's illness.

¹⁹²वह दवाई दे इन्जेक्शन लगाते हैं, सो तो उनका काम ही है।

²⁰²He gives medicine or an injection, because that is his job.

¹⁹³बड़ी बात थोड़ेही है।

²⁰³That is not a big thing.

¹⁹⁴पढ़ते ही हैं सर्विस के लिए।

²⁰⁴They study in order to be able to do service.

¹⁹⁵जास्ती पढ़ते हैं तो जास्ती कमाई करते हैं।

²⁰⁵If they study more, they are able to earn more.

¹⁹⁶बाप को तो कोई कमाई नहीं करनी है।

²⁰⁶The Father doesn't have to earn an income.

¹⁹⁷उनको तो कमाई कराना है।

²⁰⁷He inspires you to earn an income.

¹⁹⁸बाबा कहते मुझे तुम अविनाशी सर्जन भी कहते हो, यह जास्ती महिमा कर दी है।

²⁰⁸The Father says: You even call Me the eternal Surgeon. ²⁰⁹You have given Me greater praise.

¹⁹⁹पतित-पावन को कोई सर्जन नहीं कहा जाता।

²¹⁰The Purifier cannot be a surgeon, like they say.

²⁰⁰यह सिर्फ महिमा है।

²¹¹That is just praise given to Me.

²⁰¹बाप तो सिर्फ कहते हैं मुझे याद करो तो तुम्हारे विकर्म विनाश होंगे। ²⁰²बस।

²¹²The Father simply says: Remember Me and your sins will be absolved, that is all.

²⁰³मेरा पार्ट ही है तुमको यह समझाने का कि मामेकम् याद करो, जितना याद करेंगे उतना ऊंच पद पायेंगे।

²¹³My part is to explain this to you: Constantly remember Me alone! ²¹⁴The more you remember Me, the higher the status you will claim.

²⁰⁴यह है ही राजयोग का ज्ञान।

²¹⁵This is the knowledge of Raja Yoga.

²⁰⁵गीता जिन्होंने पढ़ी है, उनको समझाना सहज होता है।

²¹⁶This is easy to explain to those who have studied the Gita.

²⁰⁶तुम पूज्य राजाओं के राजा बनते हो, फिर पुजारी बनेंगे।

²¹⁷You are becoming worthy-of-worship kings of kings. ²¹⁸You will then become worshippers.

²⁰⁷तुमको मेहनत करनी है।

²¹⁹You have to make effort.

²⁰⁸तुम विश्व को पवित्र बनाते हो।

²²⁰You are making the world pure.

²⁰⁹कितना भारी मर्तबा है।

²²¹The status is so high.

²¹⁰तुम सब अंगुली देते हो - कलियुगी पहाड़ को पलटाने।

²²²Each of you is giving your finger to lift this iron-aged mountain.

²¹¹बाकी पहाड़ आदि कुछ भी है नहीं।

²²³It isn't that there really is a mountain.

²¹²अब तुम जानते हो - नई दुनिया आनी है, इसलिए राजयोग जरूर सीखना है।

²²⁴You now understand that the new world is to come and that you must therefore definitely study Raja Yoga.

²¹³बाप ही आकर सिखलाते हैं।

²²⁵The Father comes and teaches you this.

²¹⁴सतोप्रधान बनना है।

²²⁶Become satopradhan!

²¹⁵जो कल्प पहले बने होंगे उनको समझाने से जंचेगा। ²¹⁶बात तो ठीक कहते हैं।

²²⁷When you explain to those who understood in the previous cycle, they like it and say: “What you are saying is right.”

²¹⁷बरोबर बाप ने कहा था - मनमनाभव।

²²⁸Truly, the Father said: Manmanabhav!

²¹⁸अक्षर संस्कृत है।

²²⁹This is a Sanskrit term.

²¹⁹बाप तो हिन्दी में कहते हैं मुझे याद करो।

²³⁰The Father speaks in Hindi: Remember Me!

²²⁰अभी तुम समझते हो हम कितने ऊंच धर्म, ऊंच कर्म वाले थे तब तो गायन है 16 कला... अब फिर ऐसा बनना है।

²³¹You now understand that you belonged to an elevated dharma and that your actions were also elevated. ²³²This is why there is the praise: 16 celestial degrees full. ²³³You now have to become like that again.

²²¹अपने को देखना है कहाँ तक हम सतोप्रधान बने हैं, पावन बने हैं।

²³⁴Check yourself to see to what extent you have become satopradhan and pure.

²²²कहाँ तक नर्कवासियों को स्वर्गवासी बनाने की सेवा करते हैं।

²³⁵How much service do you do to change the residents of hell into the residents of heaven?

²²⁴मीठे-मीठे सिकीलधे बच्चों प्रति मात-पिता बापदादा का याद-प्यार और गुडमार्निंग।

²³⁷To you sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now-found children, love, remembrance and good morning from the Mother, the Father, BapDada.

²²⁵रूहानी बाप की रूहानी बच्चों को नमस्ते।

²³⁸The spiritual Father says namaste to you spiritual children.

²²⁶धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार:-

²³⁹Essence for dharna:

²²⁷1) बाप समान निरहंकारी बनना है।

²⁴⁰1. Become as egoless as the Father.

²²⁸इस शरीर की सम्भाल करते हुए शिवबाबा को याद करना है।

²⁴¹While looking after your body, stay in remembrance of Shiv Baba.

²²⁹रूहानी सर्विस में बाप का मददगार बनना है।

²⁴²Become a helper of the Father in doing this spiritual service.

²³⁰2) अन्दर में कोई भी भूत को रहने नहीं देना है।

²⁴³2. Don’t allow any evil spirit to remain inside you.

²³¹कभी किसी पर क्रोध नहीं करना है।

²⁴⁴Never become angry with anyone.

²³²सबसे बहुत प्यार से चलना है।

²⁴⁵Interact with everyone with a lot of love.

²³³मात-पिता को फालो कर तख्तनशीन बनना है।

²⁴⁶Follow the mother and father and claim the throne.

²³⁴वरदान:- स्वार्थ शब्द के अर्थ को जान सदा एकरस स्थिति में स्थित होने वाले सहज पुरुषार्थी भव

²⁴⁷Blessing: May you become an easy effort-maker by knowing the meaning of the word “swarth” (swa – self, rath – chariot) and remain constantly in a constant and stable stage.

²³⁵आजकल एक दो में जो लगाव है वह स्नेह से नहीं लेकिन स्वार्थ से है।

²⁴⁸Nowadays, the attachment that people have for one another is not out of love but out of selfishness.

²³⁶स्वार्थ के कारण लगाव है और लगाव के कारण न्यारे नहीं बन सकते इसलिए स्वार्थ शब्द के अर्थ में स्थित हो जाओ अर्थात् पहले स्व के रथ को स्वाहा करो।

²⁴⁹There is attachment because of selfishness and, because of that attachment, they are unable to remain detached. ²⁵⁰Therefore, stabilise yourself in the meaning of the word “swarth”, that is, first of all, sacrifice the chariot of yourself.

²³⁷यह स्वार्थ गया तो न्यारे बन ही जायेंगे।

²⁵¹When that “swarth” (swa-arth – for the self, swarth – also means selfishness) goes, you will become detached.

²³⁸इस एक शब्द के अर्थ को जानने से सदा एक के और एकरस बन जायेंगे, यही सहज पुरुषार्थ है।

²⁵²By knowing the meaning of this one word, you will constantly belong to One and become constant and stable. ²⁵³This is easy effort.

²³⁹स्लोगन:- फरिश्ता रूप में रहने से कोई भी विघ्न अपना प्रभाव डाल नहीं सकता।

²⁵⁴Slogan: When you stay in your angelic form, no obstacle can make an impact on you.

²⁴⁰ये अव्यक्त इशारे - अपवित्रता के बीज को भी समाप्त कर सम्पूर्ण स्वच्छ (पवित्र) बनो

²⁵⁶Avyakt Signal: Finish the seed of impurity and become completely clean (pure).

²⁴¹सम्पूर्ण पवित्रता आप ब्राह्मणों का श्रृंगार है, सदा श्रृंगार की हुई मूर्त आर्थात् सदा पवित्र स्वरूप में स्थित रह बेहद की स्टेज पर हीरो पार्ट बजाओ।

²⁵⁷Complete purity is the decoration of you Brahmins. ²⁵⁸Constantly remain a decorated image, that is, remain stable in your pure form and play your hero part on this unlimited stage.

²⁴²सदा ब्रह्मचारी अर्थात् संकल्प में भी किसी प्रकार की अपवित्रता वृत्ति को चंचल नहीं बनाये।

²⁵⁹Remain constantly brahmachari (celibate, pure), so that no type of impurity, even in thoughts, disturbs your attitude.

²⁴³वृत्ति की चंचलता भी रज़िस्टर को दागी बना देती है - इसलिए वृत्ति से भी सदा ब्रह्मचारी बनो।

²⁶⁰Any disturbance or mischief in your attitude will put a black mark on your register. ²⁶¹Therefore, remain constantly celibate even in your attitude.
