¹“मीठे बच्चे - सुख देने वाले बाप को बहुत-बहुत प्यार से याद करो, याद बिगर प्यार नहीं हो सकता''

¹Essence: Sweet children, remember with great love the Father who gives you happiness. ²There cannot be love without having remembrance.

²प्रश्न:- बाप बच्चों को रोज़-रोज़ याद का अभ्यास करने का इशारा क्यों देते हैं?

³Question: Why does the Father signal you children every day to practise having remembrance of Him?

³उत्तर:- क्योंकि याद से ही आत्मा पावन बनेगी।

⁴Answer: Because it is only by having remembrance that you souls will become pure.

⁴याद से ही पूरा वर्सा ले सकेंगे।

⁵Only by having remembrance will you be able to claim your full inheritance.

⁵आत्मा के सब बन्धन खलास हो जायेंगे। ⁶विकर्मों से मुक्त हो जायेंगे। ⁷सजाओं से छूट जायेंगे।

⁶All the bondages of you souls will end and you will become free from sin and be liberated from punishment.

⁸जितना याद करेंगे उतना खुशी रहेगी। ⁹मंजिल समीप अनुभव होगी।

⁷The more you stay in remembrance, the happier you will become and the closer you will experience the destination to be.

¹⁰कभी भी थकेंगे नहीं। ¹¹बेहद का सुख पायेंगे इसलिए याद का अभ्यास जरूर करना है।

⁸You will also never be tired but will experience unlimited happiness. ⁹Therefore, it is essential to practise having remembrance.

¹⁴मीठे-मीठे रूहानी बच्चों ने गीत की लाइन का अर्थ समझा।

¹²You sweetest, spiritual children understood the meaning of a line of the song.

¹⁵अभी जीते जी तुम बेहद के बाप के बने हो।

¹³You now belong to the unlimited Father while alive.

¹⁶सारा कल्प तो हद के बाप के बने हो।

¹⁴You have belonged to limited fathers for the whole cycle.

¹⁷सतयुग में भी हद के बाप के बनते हो।

¹⁵Even in the golden age, you belong to limited fathers.

¹⁸अभी सिर्फ तुम ब्राह्मण बच्चे बेहद के बाप के बने हो।

¹⁶Now, only you Brahmin children belong to the unlimited Father.

¹⁹तुम जानते हो बेहद के बाप से हम बेहद का वर्सा ले रहे हैं।

¹⁷You know that you are claiming your unlimited inheritance from the unlimited Father.

²⁰अगर बाप को छोड़ा तो बेहद का वर्सा मिल नहीं सकेगा।

¹⁸If you leave the Father, you won't be able to claim your unlimited inheritance.

²¹भल तुम समझाते हो परन्तु थोड़े में तो कोई राज़ी नहीं होता।

¹⁹Although you explain to people, no one is happy with just a little.

²²मनुष्य धन बहुत चाहते हैं।

²⁰People want a lot of wealth.

²³धन के सिवाय सुख नहीं हो सकता।

²¹There cannot be happiness without wealth.

²⁴धन भी चाहिए, शान्ति भी चाहिए, निरोगी काया भी चाहिए।

²²Wealth is needed, peace is needed and a body free from disease is also needed.

²⁵तुम बच्चे ही जानते हो दुनिया में आज क्या है, कल क्या होना है।

²³Only you children know what there is in the world today and what there will be tomorrow.

²⁶विनाश तो सामने खड़ा है और कोई की बुद्धि में यह बातें नहीं हैं।

²⁴Destruction is standing just in front of you. ²⁵These things are not in the intellect of anyone else.

²⁷अगर समझें भी विनाश सामने खड़ा है तो क्या करना है, यह नहीं जानते।

²⁶Even if they do understand that destruction is just ahead, they do not know what they have to do.

²⁸तुम बच्चे समझते हो, ऐसे मालूम होता है - कब भी लड़ाई लग जाए, थोड़ी चिनगारी लगे तो भंभट मच जाए। ²⁹देरी नहीं लगेगी।

²⁷You children understand that war can start at any moment. ²⁸If there is just a spark somewhere, everything will explode; it will not take long.

³⁰आगे भी थोड़ी सी बात से कितनी बड़ी लड़ाई लग गई।

²⁹Previously, too, such a big war took place through just a small thing.

³¹बच्चे जानते हैं कि पुरानी दुनिया खत्म हुई कि हुई इसलिए अब जल्दी ही बाप से वर्सा लेना है।

³⁰You children know that the old world is about to end and that you must therefore now claim your inheritance from the Father as quickly as possible.

³²बाप को सदैव याद करते रहेंगे तो बहुत हर्षित रहेंगे।

³¹If you continue to remember the Father constantly, you can remain very cheerful.

³³देह-अभिमान में आने से ही वह खुशी गायब हो जाती है।

³²As soon as you become body conscious, your happiness disappears.

³⁴देही-अभिमानी बनते हो तो बाप को याद करते हो।

³³When you become soul conscious, you are able to remember the Father.

³⁵देह-अभिमान में आने से बाप को भूल दुःख उठाते हो।

³⁴When you become body conscious, you forget the Father and take sorrow.

³⁶जितना बाप को याद करेंगे, उतना बेहद के बाप से सुख उठायेंगे।

³⁵The more you remember the Father, the more happiness you will receive from the unlimited Father.

³⁷यहाँ तुम आये ही हो ऐसा लक्ष्मी-नारायण बनने।

³⁶You have come here to become like Lakshmi and Narayan.

³⁸राजा-रानी और प्रजा का नौकर-चाकर, बहुत फ़र्क है ना।

³⁷There is a lot of difference between the maids and servants of a king and queen and those of their subjects.

³⁹अभी का पुरुषार्थ फिर कल्प-कल्पान्तर के लिए कायम हो जाता है।

³⁸The efforts made now become fixed for cycle after cycle.

⁴⁰पिछाड़ी में सबको साक्षात्कार होगा - हमने कितना पुरुषार्थ किया है।

³⁹At the end, everyone will have visions of how much effort each of you made.

⁴¹अब भी बाप कहते हैं अपनी अवस्था को देखते रहो। ⁴²मीठे ते मीठे बाबा, जिससे स्वर्ग का वर्सा मिलता है, उनको हम कितना याद करते हैं।

⁴⁰Even now, the Father says: Continue to look at your stage: “How much do I remember the sweetest Baba of all from whom we receive our inheritance of heaven?”

⁴³तुम्हारा सारा मदार है ही याद पर।

⁴¹Everything for you depends on your remembrance.

⁴⁴जितना याद करेंगे उतना खुशी भी रहेगी।

⁴²The more you remember Him, the greater your happiness will be.

⁴⁵समझेंगे बस अब नजदीक आकर पहुँचे हैं।

⁴³You will understand that you have now come closer.

⁴⁶कोई थक भी जाते हैं, पता नहीं मंजिल कितना दूर है, पहुँचे तो मेहनत भी सफल हो।

⁴⁴Some become tired and wonder how much further the destination still is. ⁴⁵If they reach their destination, their efforts would have been worthwhile.

⁴⁷दुनिया को यह भी पता नहीं कि भगवान किसको कहा जाता है।

⁴⁶No one in the world knows who God is.

⁴⁸कहते भी हैं हे भगवान फिर कह देते ठिक्कर भित्तर में है।

⁴⁷They say: O God, and they then say that God is in the pebbles and stones!

⁴⁹अभी तुम बच्चे समझते हो हम बाप के बन चुके हैं।

⁴⁸You children understand that you now belong to the Father.

⁵⁰अब बाप की ही मत पर चलना है।

⁴⁹You have to follow the directions of the Father.

⁵¹भल विलायत में हो वहाँ रहते भी सिर्फ बाप को याद करना है।

⁵⁰You may be living abroad, but you have to remember the Father while living there.

⁵²तुमको श्रीमत तो मिली है।

⁵¹You have received shrimat.

⁵³आत्मा तमोप्रधान से सतोप्रधान सिवाए बाप की याद के हो नहीं सकती।

⁵²A soul cannot become satopradhan from tamopradhan without remembering the Father.

⁵⁴तुम कहते हो - बाबा हम आपसे पूरा वर्सा लेंगे।

⁵³You say: Baba, I will claim my full inheritance from You.

⁵⁵जैसे हमारा बाबा वर्सा लेते हैं, हम भी पुरुषार्थ कर उनकी गद्दी पर जरूर बैठेंगे।

⁵⁴Just as our Baba has claimed the inheritance, so I will also make effort and definitely claim his throne.

⁵⁶मम्मा बाबा राज-राजेश्वर, राज-राजेश्वरी बनते हैं, तो हम भी बनेंगे।

⁵⁵Mama and Baba become the king and queen and so we will also become that.

⁵⁷इम्तहान तो सबके लिए एक ही है।

⁵⁶The examination is the same for everyone.

⁵⁸तुमको बहुत थोड़ा सिखाया जाता है, सिर्फ बाप को याद करो।

⁵⁷You are taught very little: Simply remember the Father.

⁵⁹इसको कहा जाता है सहज राजयोग बल।

⁵⁸This is known as the power of easy Raja Yoga.

⁶⁰तुम समझते हो योग से बहुत बल मिलता है।

⁵⁹You understand that you receive a lot of power through yoga.

⁶¹हम कोई विकर्म करेंगे तो सजा बहुत खायेंगे, पद भ्रष्ट हो पड़ेगा।

⁶⁰If you perform any sinful actions, you will experience a lot of punishment and your status will be destroyed.

⁶²याद में ही माया विघ्न डालती है।

⁶¹It is in remembrance that Maya creates obstacles.

⁶³तुम जानते हो हम पावन दुनिया में जा रहे हैं।

⁶²You know that you are going to the pure world.

⁶⁴जो ब्राह्मण बनेंगे वही निमित्त बनेंगे।

⁶³Those who become Brahmins will be instruments for this.

⁶⁵ब्रह्मा मुख वंशावली ब्राह्मण बनने बिगर तुम बाप से वर्सा ले नहीं सकते।

⁶⁴You cannot claim your inheritance from the Father without becoming a Brahmin, a mouth-born child of Brahma.

⁶⁶बाप बच्चों को रचते ही हैं वर्सा देने के लिए।

⁶⁵A father creates children in order to give them their inheritance.

⁶⁷शिवबाबा के तो हम हैं ही।

⁶⁶We belong to Shiv Baba anyway.

⁶⁸वह नई सृष्टि रचते हैं बच्चों को वर्सा देने लिए।

⁶⁷He makes the world new in order to give you children the inheritance.

⁶⁹शरीरधारी को ही वर्सा देंगे।

⁶⁸It is only bodily beings who are given an inheritance.

⁷⁰आत्मायें तो ऊपर में रहती हैं।

⁶⁹Souls reside up above.

⁷¹वहाँ तो वर्से वा प्रालब्ध की बात नहीं।

⁷⁰There is no question of an inheritance or a reward there.

⁷²तुम अभी पुरुषार्थ कर प्रालब्ध ले रहे हो, जो दुनिया को पता नहीं है।

⁷¹You are now making effort and will receive your reward. ⁷²The world doesn't know about this.

⁷³अब समय नजदीक आता जाता है।

⁷³The time is now coming close.

⁷⁴इतला करते रहते हैं फलाना अगर ऐसे करेगा तो हम एकदम उनको उड़ा देंगे।

⁷⁴They keep threatening that if so-and-so does such-and-such a thing, they will blow them up.

⁷⁵उड़ाने की तैयारी हो रही है।

⁷⁵They are making preparations for that.

⁷⁶बाम्ब्स आदि कोई रखने नहीं हैं।

⁷⁶The bombs etc. are not just for keeping.

⁷⁷तैयारियां बहुत हो रही हैं।

⁷⁷Many preparations are being made.

⁷⁸ब्रिटिश गवर्मेन्ट के समय पाकिस्तान, हिन्दुस्तान था क्या?

⁷⁸Did Pakistan and Hindustan exist at the time of the British Government?

⁷⁹लिखा हुआ है यवनों की लड़ाई।

⁷⁹They have written about the war with the Yadavas.

⁸⁰पाण्डव और कौरवों की लड़ाई है नहीं।

⁸⁰There was no war between the Pandavas and Kauravas.

⁸¹यवन बरोबर लड़ रहे हैं।

⁸¹The Yadavas are truly battling now.

⁸²बाम्ब्स भी तैयार हो गये हैं।

⁸²The bombs are also all ready.

⁸³अभी बाप हमको फरमान करते हैं कि मुझे याद करो, नहीं तो पिछाड़ी में बहुत रोना पड़ेगा।

⁸³The Father has now ordered us: Remember Me! ⁸⁴Otherwise, you will have to cry a lot at the end.

⁸⁴इम्तिहान में नापास होते हैं तो जाकर डूब मरते हैं गुस्से में।

⁸⁵When someone fails an examination, he goes and drowns himself in anger.

⁸⁵यहाँ गुस्से की तो बात नहीं।

⁸⁶Here, there is no question of anger.

⁸⁶पिछाड़ी में तुमको बहुत साक्षात्कार होंगे।

⁸⁷You will have many visions at the end.

⁸⁷क्या-क्या हम बनेंगे - वह भी पता पड़ जायेगा।

⁸⁸You will also know what you will become.

⁸⁸बाप का काम है पुरुषार्थ कराना।

⁸⁹The Father's duty is to inspire you to make effort.

⁸⁹कहते हैं बच्चे कर्म करते हुए याद करना भूल जाते हो वा फुर्सत नहीं मिलती है तो अच्छा बैठो।

⁹⁰He says: Children, since you forget to remember Me while doing your work or you don't have time, then just sit down.

⁹⁰याद में बैठकर बाप को याद करो।

⁹¹Sit in remembrance and remember the Father.

⁹¹आपस में तुम मिलते हो तो भी यह कोशिश करो कि हम बाबा को याद करें। ⁹²मिलकर बैठने से तुम याद अच्छा करेंगे, मदद मिलेगी।

⁹²When you meet one another, try to remember Baba. ⁹³By sitting down in remembrance with others, you will be able to receive help and remember Him well.

⁹³मूल बात है बाप को याद करना। ⁹⁴यहाँ आओ वा न आओ।

⁹⁴Whether you come here or not, the main thing is to remember the Father.

⁹⁵कोई विलायत जाते हैं फिर आ तो सकेंगे नहीं।

⁹⁵When someone goes abroad, he would no longer be able to come here.

⁹⁶वहाँ भी सिर्फ एक बात याद रखो। ⁹⁷बाप की याद से ही तुम तमोप्रधान से सतोप्रधान बनेंगे।

⁹⁶When you are there, simply remember one thing, that you will become satopradhan from tamopradhan by having remembrance of the Father.

⁹⁸बाप कहते हैं सिर्फ एक बात याद रखो - बाप को याद करो।

⁹⁷The Father says: Simply remember one thing: Remember the Father!

⁹⁹बाप कहते हैं - मनमनाभव।

⁹⁸The Father says: Manmanabhav!

¹⁰⁰मुझे याद करो तो विश्व का मालिक बनेंगे।

⁹⁹Remember Me and you will become a master of the world.

¹⁰¹मूल बात हो जाती है याद की।

¹⁰⁰The main thing is remembrance.

¹⁰²कहाँ भी जाने आदि की बात नहीं।

¹⁰¹There is no question of going anywhere.

¹⁰³घर में रहो सिर्फ बाप को याद करते रहो।

¹⁰²Stay at home and simply continue to remember the Father.

¹⁰⁴पवित्र नहीं बनेंगे तो याद कर नहीं सकेंगे।

¹⁰³If you don't become pure, you won't be able to remember the Father.

¹⁰⁵ऐसे थोड़ेही है कि सब आकर क्लास में पढ़ेंगे।

¹⁰⁴Not everyone will come and sit in class here and study.

¹⁰⁶मन्त्र लिया फिर भल कहाँ भी चले जाओ।

¹⁰⁵Just take the mantra and you can then go anywhere (abroad).

¹⁰⁷सतोप्रधान बनने का रास्ता बाप ने बतलाया है।

¹⁰⁶The Father has shown you the way to become satopradhan.

¹⁰⁸यूँ तो सेन्टर पर आने से नई-नई प्वाइंट सुनते रहेंगे।

¹⁰⁷When you go to a centre you are of course able to hear new points.

¹⁰⁹अगर किसी कारण से नहीं आ सकते हैं, बरसात पड़ती है अथवा करफ्यु लगता है, कोई बाहर नहीं निकल सकते फिर क्या करेंगे।

¹⁰⁸If you’re unable to go for any reason, or if there is rain or a curfew and you cannot go out, what would you do then?

¹¹⁰बाप कहते हैं हर्जा नहीं है।

¹⁰⁹The Father says: It doesn't matter.

¹¹¹कहाँ भी रहते तुम याद में रहो।

¹¹⁰Wherever you stay, simply stay in remembrance.

¹¹²चलते-फिरते याद करो।

¹¹¹Remember Him while moving around.

¹¹³औरों को यही कहो कि बाप को याद करने से विकर्म विनाश होंगे और देवता बन जायेंगे।

¹¹²Tell others to remember the Father and their sins will be absolved and they will become deities.

¹¹⁴अक्षर ही दो हैं।

¹¹³There are just two expressions.

¹¹⁵बाप कहते हैं - यह बचपन भूल न जाना।

¹¹⁴The Father says: Don't forget this childhood.

¹¹⁶आज हंसते हो कल रोना पड़ेगा - अगर बाप को भुलाया तो।

¹¹⁵Today, you are laughing whereas, tomorrow, if you forget the Father, there will be tears.

¹¹⁷बाप से वर्सा पूरा लेना चाहिए।

¹¹⁶You have to claim your full inheritance from the Father.

¹¹⁸ऐसे बहुत हैं कहते हैं स्वर्ग में तो जायेंगे ना फिर जो तकदीर में होगा।

¹¹⁷There are many who say they will definitely go to heaven and that whatever is in their fortune will be fine.

¹¹⁹उनको कोई पुरुषार्थ करना नहीं कहेंगे।

¹¹⁸That is not called making effort.

¹²⁰मनुष्य पुरुषार्थ करते ही हैं ऊंच मर्तबा पाने के लिए।

¹¹⁹People make effort to claim an elevated status.

¹²¹अब जबकि बाप के पास ऊंच मर्तबा मिलता है तो ग़फलत क्यों करनी चाहिए।

¹²⁰Now that you are receiving a high status from the Father, why should you become careless?

¹²²स्कूल में जो नहीं पढ़ेंगे तो पढ़े-लिखे के आगे भरी ढोनी पड़ेगी।

¹²¹Those who don't study at school have to bow down in front of those who have studied.

¹²³बाप को पूरा याद नहीं करेंगे तो प्रजा के भी नौकर चाकर जाए बनेंगे।

¹²²If you don't remember the Father fully, you become maids and servants of the subjects.

¹²⁴इसमें खुश थोड़ेही होना चाहिए।

¹²³You should not become happy with that.

¹²⁵तो बाप समझाते हैं - मीठे-मीठे बच्चों सम्मुख रिफ्रेश होकर जाते हो।

¹²⁴The Father explains: Sweet children, you come here personally and go back refreshed.

¹²⁶कई बांधेलियां हैं, हर्जा नहीं, घर बैठे बाप को याद करती रहो।

¹²⁵Some are in bondage and so it doesn't matter if they stay at home and continue to remember the Father.

¹²⁷तुमको कितना सहज समझाते हैं, मौत सामने खड़ा है, अचानक ही लड़ाई शुरू हो जायेगी।

¹²⁶Everything is explained to you so easily. ¹²⁷Death is just ahead. ¹²⁸War will start suddenly.

¹²⁸एक-दो को कहते हैं थोड़ा भी गड़बड़ किया तो हम ऐसा करेंगे।

¹²⁹They continue to threaten one another: “If you do even the slightest wrong thing, we will do the same.”

¹²⁹पहले से ही कह देते हैं, बॉम्ब्स की मगरूरी बहुत है।

¹³⁰They warn one another in advance. ¹³¹They have a lot of pride in the bombs they have.

¹³⁰बाप कहते हैं - बच्चे अजुन योगबल में होशियार हुए नहीं हैं, ऐसा न हो लड़ाई लग जाए।

¹³²The Father says: Children are not yet clever with the power of yoga. ¹³³It shouldn't be that the war begins before you are ready.

¹³¹परन्तु ड्रामा अनुसार ऐसा होगा ही नहीं।

¹³⁴However, according to the drama, it will not happen like that.

¹³²बच्चों ने पूरा वर्सा लिया नहीं है इसलिए निश्चय होता है, यह लड़ाई करके लगेगी भी, तो भी बन्द हो जायेगी क्योंकि अभी राजधानी स्थापन नहीं हुई है।

¹³⁵You children have not yet claimed your full inheritance and this is why you have the faith that even if a war starts, it will soon end, because the kingdom has not yet been established.

¹³³टाइम चाहिए।

¹³⁶It requires time.

¹³⁴पुरुषार्थ कराते रहते हैं, पता नहीं किसी भी समय कुछ भी हो सकता है।

¹³⁷He continues to inspire you to make effort because you don't know when anything could happen.

¹³⁵बस गिर पड़ती है, एरोप्लेन, ट्रेन गिर पड़ती, मौत कितना सहज खड़ा है।

¹³⁸Buses, aeroplanes and trains crash, death nowadays takes place so easily.

¹³⁶धरती भी हिलती रहती है।

¹³⁹Even the earth continues to shake.

¹³⁷सबसे जास्ती काम अर्थक्वेक को करना है।

¹⁴⁰The earthquakes have to do the maximum work.

¹³⁸लेकिन विनाश होने के पहले बाप से पूरा वर्सा लेना है इसलिए बहुत प्रेम से बाप को याद करना है।

¹⁴¹However, you must claim your full inheritance from the Father before destruction takes place. ¹⁴²This is why you have to remember the Father with a lot of love.

¹³⁹बाबा आपके बिगर हमारा दूसरा कोई नहीं।

¹⁴³Baba, we have no one apart from You.

¹⁴⁰सिर्फ बाप को ही याद करते रहो।

¹⁴⁴Simply continue to remember the Father.

¹⁴¹कितना सहज रीति जैसे छोटे-छोटे बच्चों को समझाते हैं और कोई तकलीफ नहीं देता हूँ, सिर्फ याद करो।

¹⁴⁵He explains to you so easily, just as you explain to small children. ¹⁴⁶He doesn't give you any other difficulty. ¹⁴⁷Simply remember Me!

¹⁴²और काम चिता पर बैठ जो तुम जल मरे हो, सो अब ज्ञान चिता पर बैठ पवित्र बनो।

¹⁴⁸You have been burnt to death by sitting on the pyre of lust. ¹⁴⁹Therefore, sit on the pyre of this knowledge and become pure.

¹⁴³तुमसे पूछते हैं आपका उद्देश्य क्या है? ¹⁴⁴बोलो, जो सबका बाप है वह कहते हैं मामेकम् याद करो तो तुम्हारे विकर्म विनाश होंगे और तुम तमोप्रधान से सतोप्रधान बन जायेंगे।

¹⁵⁰When people ask you what your aim is, tell them that the Father of everyone says: Constantly remember Me alone and your sins will be absolved and you will become satopradhan from tamopradhan.

¹⁴⁵सर्व का सद्गति दाता एक बाप है।

¹⁵¹The Bestower of Salvation for All is the one Father.

¹⁴⁶अब बाप कहते हैं - सिर्फ मुझे याद करो तो कट उतर जायेगी।

¹⁵²The Father says: Now simply remember Me and the rust will be removed.

¹⁴⁷यह इतना पैगाम तो दे सकते हो ना।

¹⁵³You can just give them this message.

¹⁴⁸खुद याद करेंगे तब दूसरे को याद करा सकेंगे।

¹⁵⁴When you stay in remembrance, you will be able to make others remember Baba.

¹⁴⁹दूसरे को रूचि से कहेंगे।

¹⁵⁵You will then be interested in telling others.

¹⁵⁰नहीं तो दिल से नहीं निकलेगा।

¹⁵⁶Otherwise, it won't come from your heart.

¹⁵¹बाप कहते हैं - कहाँ भी हो जितना हो सके सिर्फ याद करो।

¹⁵⁷The Father says: Wherever you may be, simply remember Me as much as possible.

¹⁵²भल थोड़ी खान-पान की तकलीफ आदि होती है। ¹⁵³रहना तो घर में ही है।

¹⁵⁸Even if there is a little difficulty with your food and drink, you still have to live at home.

¹⁵⁴घर में रहते बाप को याद करो, जो मिले उनको यही शिक्षा दो - मौत सामने खड़ा है।

²³²Wasteful thoughts create anger. ²³³Therefore, if there is any lustful or wasteful vision towards any soul that is not considered to be purity.

²¹⁵तो यह व्यर्थ संकल्प बाप के प्यार के पीछे न्योछावर करो।

²³⁴So, surrender those wasteful thoughts out of love for the Father.
