0> > 12/06/72 Avyakt BapDada Revised: 27/09/93 1Just as science is becoming refined, in the same way, is your power of silence and your stage automatically being refined within yourself? 2What is the speciality of something refined? 3Anything that is refined may be less in quantity, but its quality is powerful.

112-06-72 ओम शान्ति अव्यक्त बापदादामधुबन12-06-72 ōm śhānti avyakt bāpadādāmadhuban12-06-72 ōm śhānti avyakt[adj.] x12-06-72 Om peace avyakt x

4Whatever is not refined is more in quantity but it lacks quality. 5So here also, since you are being refined, whatever tasks you carry out in less time using less energy will be a hundred-fold and there will also be lightness. 6The sign of lightness is that that thing will never come down. 7Even against its conscious wish, it will stabilise itself up above.

2रिफ़ाइन स्थिति की पहचानrifāin sthiti kī|key pahchānx sthiti[n.f.;sg.] karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key pahchān[n.f.;sg.]|pahchānnā[root]x stage (do[past-part.f.]|of|key) (recognition|recognise[root])

8This is the qualification of something being refined. 9So, do you experience both these specialities within yourself? 10Because of being heavy, you have to make more effort. 11When you are light, the effort is reduced.

3जैसेसाईंस रिफाइन होती जाती है , ऐसे अपने आप में साइलेन्स की शक्ति वा अपनी स्थिति रिफाइन होती जा रही है  ? jaisēsāī̃s refine hōtī jātī hai , aisē apnē āp mē̃ silence kī|key śhakti vā apnī sthiti refine hōtī jā rahī hai  ? x refine hōnā[pres.sg.f.23.pres-part+jānā] , aisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] apnē āp[x] mē̃[postp.] silence karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key śhakti[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] vā apnā[pn.ā=>ī;f.] sthiti[n.f.;sg.] refine hōnā[root.pres-part+jānā] rahnā[pres-perf.sg.f.23]  ? x refine be[pres.sg.f.23.pres-part+jānā] , such by yourself in silence (do[past-part.f.]|of|key) Shakti or one’s own stage refine be[root.pres-part+jānā] remain[pres-perf.sg.f.23]  ?

12So, natural transformation takes place in this way. 13Constantly pay attention to both these specialities. 14Whilst keeping these in front of you, you can check how refined you have become. 15Anything refined does not wander around a great deal; it picks up speed very quickly.

4जब रिफाइन चीज़होती है उसमें क्या-क्या विशेषता होती है  ? jab refine cīzahōtī hai usmē̃ kyā-kyā viśhēṣhtā hōtī hai  ? jab refine x hōnā[pres.sg.23] vah[pn.sg.mē̃] kyā viśhēṣhtā[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.f.23]  ? when refine x be[pres.sg.23] that[.mē̃] what speciality be[pres.sg.f.23]  ?

16If something is not refined and is mixed with rubbish, it will not be able to pick up speed. 17It will not be able to move without any obstacles. 18On the one hand, you are becoming refined, and on the other hand, the fine for trivial matters, making little mistakes and for your sanskars is increasing. 19On the one side is this scene and on the other side, there is the scene of becoming refined: there is the force of both.

5रिफाइन चीज़जो होती हैं उनकी क्वान्टिटी भले कम होती है , लेकिन क्वालिटी पावरफुल होती है . refine cīzajō hōtī haĩ unkī quantity bhalē kam hōtī hai , lēkin quality powerful hōtī hai . refine x hōnā[pres.pl.f.12hon3] vah[pn.pl.kī] quantity bhalā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] kam hōnā[pres.sg.f.23] , lēkin quality powerful hōnā[pres.sg.f.23] . refine x be[pres.pl.f.12hon3] that[.kī] quantity benefit decrease , but x powerful be[pres.sg.f.23] .

20If something is not refined, then consider it to be a fine. 21Both scenes are visible at the same time. 22That is going towards the extreme and this is also visible in its extreme form. 23That which is incognito is becoming more visible.

6जो चीज़ रिफाइन नहीं होगी उसकी क्वान्टिटी ज्यादा , क्वालिटी कम होगी . jō chīz refine nahī̃ hōgī uskī quantity jyādā , quality kam hōgī . jō[pn.;d.] chīz[n.f.;sg.] refine nahī̃[neg] hōnā[fut.f.sg.23] vah[pn.sg.kī] quantity jyādā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] , quality kam hōnā[fut.f.sg.23] . that thing refine not be[fut.f.sg.23] that[.kī] quantity more , x decrease .

24So the number is created according to both aspects being visible. 25The rosary is not going to be threaded by your hands. 26You claim a number by yourself through your own activity. 27The time for the number being fixed is now coming close.

, cum|kam[adj.] saṅkalp[n.m.;sg.,d.] , cum|kam[adj.] x mē̃[postp.] jō[pn.;d.] kartavya[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[fut.m.sg.23] vah[pn.sg.d.] sau guṇā[x] hōnā[fut.m.sg.23] aur halkāpan[n.m.;sg.,d.] bhī[p.] hōnā[root]|hōnā[pres.pl.2] jānā[pres-part.m.sg.d.] . then here too x refine be[pres.pl.m.12hon3.pres-part+jānā]  ; then (x|less) time , (x|less) thought , (x|less) x in that activity be[fut.m.sg.23] that one hundred-fold be[fut.m.sg.23] and lightness too (be[root]|be[pres.pl.2]) go[pres-part.m.sg.d.] .

28This is why both the aspects are clearly visible, and whilst seeing both, you have to remain cheerful and a detached observer. 29A game which has extremes within it is liked a great deal. 30Only such a scene has great attraction. 31Even now, such a scene of a tug- of-war is being enacted.

32You enjoy watching it, do you not?

33Or, do you feel mercy?

8हल्केपन की निशानी होगी - - वह कब नीचे नहीं आवेगा , ना चाहते भी स्वतः ही ऊपर स्थित रहेगा . halkēpan kī|key niśhānī hōgī - - vah kab nīchē nahī̃ āvēgā , nā chāhtē bhī svataḥ hī ūpar sthit rahēgā . halkāpan[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key niśhānī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] hōnā[fut.f.sg.23] - - vah[pn.sg.d.] kab nīchē nahī̃[neg] x , nā chāhnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] bhī[p.] svataḥ hī[p.] ūpar sthit[adj.] rahnā[fut.m.sg.23] . lightness (do[past-part.f.]|of|key) sign be[fut.f.sg.23] - - that when down not x , ∅ x[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] too automatically only over stabilised remain[fut.m.sg.23] .

34Seeing one side, you experience happiness and seeing the other side, you feel mercy for them. 35The play of both is taking place. 36Today, Baba showed you the game to show you what is happening behind the scenes. 37Everything is very clearly visible from the subtle region.

9यह है रिफाइन क्वालिफिकेशन . yah hai refine qualification . yah[pn.sg.d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] refine qualification . this be[pres.sg.23] refine qualification .

38The higher you are, the more clearly visible everything is. 39Can the actors on a stage down below see anything? 40Being a detached observer up above, you can see everything very clearly. 41Today, Baba was seeing the scenes of the games of the present time from the subtle region.

10तो अपने में यह दोनों विशेषताएं अनुभव होती जाती हैं  ? tō apnē mē̃ yah dōnō̃ viśēṣatāē̃ anubhav hōtī jātī haĩ  ? tō apnā[pn.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] mē̃[postp.] yah[pn.sg.d.] dōnō̃ x anubhav[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.pl.f.12hon3.pres-part+jānā]  ? then one’s own in this x x experience be[pres.pl.f.12hon3.pres-part+jānā]  ?

42Achcha. 43Original: 14/06/72Avyakt BapDada Revised: 27/09/93 44The effort and signs of stabilising oneself in one's original stage. 45Do you know your original and eternal stage of the self?

11भारी होने कारण मेहनत ज्यादा करनी होती है . bhārī hōnē kāraṇ mēhnat jyādā karnī hōtī hai . bhārī[adj.] hōnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] kāraṇ[n.m.;sg.,d.] mēhnat[n.f.;sg.] jyādā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] karnā[pres.sg.f.23.oblig1] . heavy be[inf.m.pl.,o.] because effort more do[pres.sg.f.23.oblig1] .

46Do you constantly pay attention to staying in your original stage? 47Do you find it difficult to stabilise yourself in your original and eternal stage? 48Perhaps it is difficult to stabilise yourself in another stage, but to stabilise yourself in your original stage should be natural and easy. 49In order to remain constantly stable in your original stage, four main things are essential.

12हल्का होने से मेहनत कम हो जाती है . halkā hōnē sē mēhnat kam hō jātī hai . halkā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] hōnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] sē[postp.] mēhnat[n.f.;sg.] kam hōnā[pres.sg.f.23.root+jānā] . light be[inf.m.pl.,o.] from effort decrease .

50If you constantly have these four things, you can constantly maintain your original stage. 51If any one aspect is missing out of the four, you are not able to stabilise yourself in your original stage for as long. 52Whilst keeping the description of the original stage, think which four aspects you should constantly have with you. 53What are the qualifications of the original stage?

13तो ऐसे नेचरल परिवर्तन होता जाता है . tō aisē natural parivartan hōtā jātā hai . tō aisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] natural parivartan[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.m.23.pres-part+jānā] . then such natural transformation be[pres.sg.m.23.pres-part+jānā] .

54To become the embodiment of the Father's virtues is known as the original and eternal stage. 55So, what things are essential in order to maintain such a stage for all time? 56Do you remember this? 57By having these four aspects, you are automatically able to maintain your original stage.

14यह दोनों विशेषताएं सदा अटेन्शन में रहें . yah dōnō̃ viśēṣatāē̃ sadā attention mē̃ rahē̃ . yah[pn.sg.d.] dōnō̃ x sadā attention mē̃[postp.] rahnā[opt.pl.12hon3] . this x x constantly attention in remain[opt.pl.12hon3] .

58Then you automatically have the stage of happiness, peace, bliss and love. 59First of all, think: Why do you come into the middle stage from your original stage?

15इसको सामने रखते हुए अपनी रिफाइननेस को चेक कर सकते हो . iskō sāmnē rakhtē huē apnī refineness kō check kar saktē hō . yah[pn.sg.kō] sāmnē rakhnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] hōnā[past-part.m.pl.,o.] apnā[pn.ā=>ī;f.] refineness kō[postp.] check karnā[pres.pl.m.2.root+saknā] . this[.kō] x keep[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] be[past-part.m.pl.,o.] one’s own refinedness to check do[pres.pl.m.2.root+saknā] .

60(Body consciousness.) 61What happens when you come into body consciousness? 62What is the reason for coming into body consciousness?

16रिफाइन चीज़जास्ती भटकती नहीं , स्पीड पकड़ लेती है . refine cīzajāstī bhaṭaktī nahī̃ , speed pakaṛ lētī hai . refine x bhaṭaknā[pres-part.f.] nahī̃[neg] , speed pakaṛnā[pres.sg.f.23.root+lēnā] . refine x wander around[pres-part.f.] not , x x[pres.sg.f.23.root+lēnā] .

63Why do you find it easy to stabilise in an external stage and difficult to stabilise yourself in your original stage of the self? 64The body is separate from the self, and yet you are able to stabilise easily in the body, and not in the stage of the self. 65What is the reason for this? 66Generally also, you can only have a life of constant happiness and peace when you have four things in your life.

17अगर रिफाइन ना होगी , किचड़ा मिक्स होगा तो स्पीड पकड़ नहीं सकेगी , निर्विघ्न चल ना सकेंगे . agar refine nā hōgī , kichṛā mix hōgā tō speed pakaṛ nahī̃ sakēgī , nirvighna chal nā sakē̃gē . agar refine nā hōnā[fut.f.sg.23] , kichṛā, kīchaṛ[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] mix hōnā[fut.m.sg.23] tō speed pakaṛnā[root] nahī̃[neg] saknā[fut.f.sg.23] , nirvighna[adj.] chalnā[root] nā saknā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] . if refine ∅ be[fut.f.sg.23] , rubbish x be[fut.m.sg.23] then x x[root] not can[fut.f.sg.23] , free from obstacles continue[root] ∅ can[fut.m.pl.12hon3] .

67Those four things are health, wealth, happiness and being holy. 68If you constantly had these four things, you would never experience peacelessness or sorrow in your life. 69In the same way, the form of the original stage is to constantly stabilise yourself in the stage of peace, happiness, bliss and love. 70So what is the reason of forgetting your original stage?

18एक तरफ जितना-जितना रिफाइन हो रहे हो , दूसरे तरफ उतना ही छोटी-छोटी बातें वा भूलें वा संस्कार जो हैं उनका फाइन भी बढ़ता जा रहा है . ēk taraph jitnā-jitnā refine hō rahē hō , dūsrē taraph utnā hī chhōṭī-chhōṭī bātē̃ vā bhūlē̃ vā saṅskār jō haĩ unkā fine bhī baṛhtā jā rahā hai . ēk taraph[x] jitnā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] refine hōnā[pres.pl.m.prog.2] , dūsrē taraph[x] utnā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] hī[p.] chhōṭā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] bāt[n.f.+ē̃;pl.d.] vā bhūlnā[opt.pl.12hon3]|bhūl[n.f.+ē̃;pl.d.] vā saṅskār[x] jō[pn.;d.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] vah[pn.pl.kā] fine bhī[p.] baṛhnā[root.pres-part+jānā] rahnā[pres-perf.sg.m.23] . x the more refine be[pres.pl.m.prog.2] , x x only small matter or (forget[opt.pl.12hon3]|mistake) or sanskar that be[pres.pl.12hon3] that[.kā] fine too grow[root.pres-part+jānā] remain[pres-perf.sg.m.23] .

71It is a lack of wealth, a lack of good health or your not being holy. 72Together with this, you are not able to remain happy and cheerful. 73So what are the health and wealth? 74The stage whereby the soul constantly remains free from disease and is not affected by any illness of Maya, is known as being healthy.

19एक तरफ वह नजारा , दूसरे तरफ रिफाइन होने का नजारा , दोनों का फोर्स है . ēk taraph vah najārā , dūsrē taraph refine hōnē kā najārā , dōnō̃ kā force hai . ēk taraph[x] vah[pn.sg.d.] nazārā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] , dūsrē taraph[x] refine hōnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] nazārā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] , dōnō̃ kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] force hōnā[pres.sg.23] . x that scene , x refine be[inf.m.pl.,o.] of scene , x of force be[pres.sg.23] .

75And then you are also wealthy, that is, when you keep whatever treasures you continually receive or all the powers you have attained from the Father as an inheritance. 76That is, if you constantly keep the treasures of knowledge and all powers you have received from the Father, then, is it possible to come down from your original stage? 77You also have to remain holy to that same extent. 78When there is no impurity in your thoughts or dreams, you can automatically maintain your original stage.

20अगर रिफाइन नहीं तो फाइन समझो . agar refine nahī̃ tō fine samjhō . agar refine nahī̃ tō[x] fine samajhnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] . if refine otherwise fine understand[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] .

79Because you are lacking in these four aspects, you are not constantly able to stabilise yourself in your original stage. 80Check these four things: to what extent have you become healthy and wealthy? 81If you are healthy, wealthy and holy, you will automatically be happy. 82So constantly pay attention to these four things.

21दोनों साथ-साथ नजारे दिखाई दे रहे हैं . dōnō̃ sāth-sāth najārē dikhāī dē rahē haĩ . dōnō̃ sāth-sāth nazārā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.] dikhāī dēnā[pres.pl.m.prog.12hon3] . x x scene be visible .

83Generally, an ill person never considers himself to be happy. 84Because of being ill, waves of sorrow come even against his conscious wish. 85So here also, when you are not constantly healthy, waves of peacelessness and sorrow emerge. 86So what effort is needed to constantly maintain these four aspects, so that they never disappear?

22वह भी अति में जा रहा है और यह भी अति प्रत्यक्ष रूप में दिखाई देता जा रहा है . vah bhī ati mē̃ jā rahā hai aur yah bhī ati pratyakṣha rūp mē̃ dikhāī dētā jā rahā hai . vah[pn.sg.d.] bhī[p.] ati mē̃[postp.] jānā[pres.sg.m.prog.23] aur yah[pn.sg.d.] bhī[p.] ati pratyakṣh[adj.] rūp[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] dikhāī dēnā[root.pres-part+jānā] rahnā[pres-perf.sg.m.23] . that too x in go[pres.sg.m.prog.23] and this too x visible Rup in be visible remain[pres-perf.sg.m.23] .

87Speak of an easy effort which everyone can do. 88If something is even slightly difficult, you are not able to do it. 89You wish everything to be easy, do you not?

23गुप्त अब प्रख्यात हो रहा है . gupta ab prakhyāt hō rahā hai . gupt[adj.] ab[adv.] prakhyāt[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.m.prog.23] . incognito now x be[pres.sg.m.prog.23] .

90Because of having the sanskars of the eternal deities within the soul, you remain in a state of easily attained happiness for half a kalpa. 91You do not make any effort then. 92So, because of having those sanskars of half a kalpa in the soul, when you come across something difficult, you are not able to do it. 93You constantly have the desire to do everything that is easy.

94So what is the easy effort?

24तो जब दोनों बातें प्रत्यक्ष हों उसी अनुसार ही तो नंबर बनेंगे . tō jab dōnō̃ bātē̃ pratyakṣha hō̃ usī anusār hī tō number banē̃gē . tō jab dōnō̃ bāt[n.f.+ē̃;pl.d.] pratyakṣh[adj.] hōnā[opt.pl.12hon3] vah[pn.sg.hī] anusār hī[p.] tō number bannā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] . then when x matter visible be[opt.pl.12hon3] that[.hī] according to only then number become[fut.m.pl.12hon3] .

95How can remembrance be made easy? 96What is the effort to make remembrance easy and constant and to constantly remain healthy, wealthy, happy and holy? 97All four things should remain simultaneously. 98You are in both the incorporeal and corporeal forms, are you not?

25माला हाथ से नहीं पिरोनी है . mālā hāth sē nahī̃ pirōnī hai . mālā[n.f.;sg.] hāth[n.m.;sg.,d.] sē[postp.] nahī̃[neg] pirōnā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] . garland hand from not be threaded[pres.sg.23.oblig1] .

99You can carry out every task through the connection of the incorporeal soul with the corporeal body. 100If there weren't a connection between the two, you would not be able to carry out any task. 101In the same way, by having the company of both the Incorporeal and the corporeal, and by keeping both of them in front of you as you create every thought and perform every action, you will automatically imbibe all these four things. 102By remembering just the Incorporeal or by remembering just the corporeal, you will not be able to imbibe all the four things.

26चलन से ही स्वयं अपनानंबरले लेते हैं . chalan sē hī svayã apanānambaralē lētē haĩ . chalan[n.m.;sg.,d.] sē[postp.] hī[p.] svayã x lēnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . behaviour from only x x take[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .

103However, if you constantly have the company of both the Incorporeal and the corporeal, then, because of having their company, whatever thoughts you have, you will definitely verify these thoughts with them first. 104By performing any task after first verifying it with them, you will do it with faith in the intellect. 105For example, if you physically have an elevated instrument soul with you, then by carrying out any task after having it verified by that one, you will do it with faith in the intellect. 106You will carry out that task whilst keeping both the virtues of fearlessness and faith in front of you.

27अभी नंबरफिक्स होने का समय आ रहा है . abhī nambaraphiksa hōnē kā samay ā rahā hai . ab[adv.hī] x hōnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] samay[n.m.;sg.,d.] ānā[pres.sg.m.prog.23] . now x be[inf.m.pl.,o.] of time come[pres.sg.m.prog.23] .

107So when you constantly have faith and fearlessness, there will constantly be the victory of elevated thoughts. 108Whatever thoughts you have, if you constantly have the company of the Incorporeal and the corporeal, if they are personally in front of you, then, after having it verified, you will carry out that task with faith and fearlessness. 109You will not waste any time either. 110Whether you should carry out this task or not, whether it will be successful or not: all these wasteful thoughts will be finished.

28इसलिए दोनों बातें स्पष्ट दिखाई दे रही हैं और दोनों को देखते हुए साक्षी हो हर्षित रहना है . isliē dōnō̃ bātē̃ spaṣhṭ dikhāī dē rahī haĩ aur dōnō̃ kō dēkhtē huē sākṣhī hō harṣhit rahnā hai . isliē dōnō̃ bāt[n.f.+ē̃;pl.d.] spaṣhṭ[adj.] dikhāī dēnā[pres.pl.f.prog.12hon3] aur dōnō̃ kō[postp.] dēkhnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] hōnā[past-part.m.pl.,o.] sākṣhī[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[root]|hōnā[pres.pl.2] harṣhit[adj.] rahnā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] . therefore x matter clearly be visible and x to see[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] be[past-part.m.pl.,o.] detached observer (be[root]|be[pres.pl.2]) cheerful remain[pres.sg.23.oblig1] .

111At the present time, what illness of weakness is in the soul? 112That of wasting time in wasteful thoughts. 113This is the weakness of the soul at the present time. 114Because of this illness, you are not constantly healthy.

115Sometimes you are healthy and sometimes you become weak.

29खेल भी वही अच्छा लगता है जिसमें कोई बात की अति होती है . khēl bhī vahī achchhā lagtā hai jismē̃ kōī bāt kī|key ati hōtī hai . khēl[n.m.;sg.,d.]|khēlnā[root] bhī[p.] vahī achchhā lagnā[pres.sg.m.23] jō[pn.sg.mē̃] kōī[pn.;d.] bāt[n.f.;sg.] karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key ati hōnā[pres.sg.f.23] . (play|play[root]) too this enjoy that[.mē̃] some matter (do[past-part.f.]|of|key) x be[pres.sg.f.23] .

116So, perform every task by keeping the Incorporeal and the sakar form in front of you and having them verify the task first. 117This is the means of remaining constantly healthy. 118Through this, your time will also be saved. 119You will experience it as though someone is verifying it in the physical form.

30वही सीन अति आकर्षण वाली होती है . vahī scene ati ākarṣhaṇ vālī hōtī hai . vahī scene ati ākarṣhaṇ[x] vālā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] hōnā[pres.sg.f.23] . this scene x attraction those who be[pres.sg.f.23] .

120It is a common matter, but you do not put this common matter into practice so much. 121You have been hearing knowledge for a long time, but you have not become experienced. 122If you had the experience of BapDada being constantly with you, would you not remain healthy and wealthy? 123By having the company of BapDada, the Incorporeal and the corporeal, you receive both health and wealth, and you will automatically remain happy.

124So, what is the easy effort?

31अभी भी ऐसी कसमकश की सीन चल रही है . abhī bhī aisī kasamakaś kī|key scene chal rahī hai . ab[adv.hī] bhī[p.] aisā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] x karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key scene chalnā[pres.sg.f.prog.23] . now too such x (do[past-part.f.]|of|key) scene continue[pres.sg.f.prog.23] .

125Constantly keep both the Incorporeal and the corporeal in front of you. 126This is the result of not constantly keeping their company. 127Do you find it difficult to keep their company? 128Since you know them, you have recognised them, you have accepted them and you realise that all relationships are with the One and none other, so what is difficult in moving along with them?

129Why do you let go of their company?

130Why did Sita let go of the company?

32देखने में मजा आता है ना . dēkhnē mē̃ majā ātā hai nā . dēkhnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] mē̃[postp.] mazā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] ānā[pres.sg.m.23] nā . see[inf.m.pl.,o.] in pleasure come[pres.sg.m.23] ∅ .

131What was the reason for that? 132She crossed the line drawn for her. 133That is the task of Sita who belongs to the moon dynasty, not of the sun dynasty Lakshmi. 134So, the intellect should not go beyond the line of the code of conduct even in the slightest, otherwise, you will become part of the moon dynasty.

33वा तरस आता है  ? vā taras ātā hai  ? vā taras[n.m.;sg.,d.] ānā[pres.sg.m.23]  ? or mercy come[pres.sg.m.23]  ?

135If the foot of the intellect goes beyond the line of the code of conduct in your thoughts or dreams even in the slightest, then you should consider yourself to be the moon dynasty Sita, and not the sun dynasty Lakshmi. 136To be part of the sun dynasty means to be courageous. 137Those who are courageous are never under anyone's influence. 138So, in order to constantly keep the company, keep yourself within the line of the code of conduct.

34एक तरफ को देख खुश होते , दूसरे तरफ को देख रहम पड़ता . ēk taraph kō dēkh khuśh hōtē , dūsrē taraph kō dēkh rahm paṛtā . ēk taraph[x] kō[postp.] dēkhnā[root] khuśh[adj.] hōnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] , dūsrē taraph[x] kō[postp.] dēkhnā[root] rahm[n.m.;sg.,d.] paṛnā[pres-part.m.sg.d.] . x to see[root] happy be[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] , x to see[root] mercy fall[pres-part.m.sg.d.] .

139Do not go beyond the line. 140When you go beyond the line, you become beggars. 141Then, you continually ask: I should receive this help, I should receive this facility. 142Then you are a beggar, are you not?

35दोनों का खेल चल रहा है . dōnō̃ kā khēl chal rahā hai . dōnō̃ kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] khēlnā[root.root+calnā] rahnā[pres-perf.sg.m.23] . x of play[root.root+calnā] remain[pres-perf.sg.m.23] .

143To be a beggar means that you lose your health and wealth; this is why you become a beggar. 144So, do not go beyond the line and do not become beggars. 145By staying within the line, you are able to become the conquerors of Maya, and by going beyond the line, you are defeated by Maya. 146Therefore, constantly remain healthy, wealthy, happy and holy.

147Check: Which aspect out of the four was missing today?

148Today, was your health good?

149Do you have wealth?

150Are you happy?

36आज खेल दिखाया कि पर्दे पर क्या चल रहा है . āj khēl dikhāyā ki pardē par kyā chal rahā hai . āj khēl[n.m.;sg.,d.]|khēlnā[root] dikhānā[past-part.m.sg.d.] ki[conj.] pardā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.] par[postp.]|par[adj.] kyā chalnā[pres.sg.m.prog.23] . today (play|play[root]) x[past-part.m.sg.d.] that curtains (at|other) what continue[pres.sg.m.prog.23] .

151Are you holy? 152If not, why not? 153Recognise the illness and instantly get some medicine for it. 154You have already been given all other types of medicine; you have all attainments.

37वतन से तो बहुत स्पष्ट दिखाई देता है . vatan sē tō bahut spaṣhṭ dikhāī dētā hai . vatan[n.m.;sg.,d.] sē[postp.] tō bahut spaṣhṭ[adj.] dikhāī dēnā[pres.sg.m.23] . world from then very clearly be visible .

155So, whilst having all attainments, why are you not able to do something at the right time? 156Why do you forget until after the time has passed by? 157The weakness is that you are not able to do anything at the right time. 158If you do something after the time has passed, then the time has already gone by.

38जितना जो ऊंच होता है उनको स्पष्ट दिखाई देता है . jitnā jō ūñch hōtā hai unkō spaṣhṭ dikhāī dētā hai . jitnā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] jō[pn.;d.] ūñch[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] hōnā[pres.sg.m.23] vah[pn.pl.kō] spaṣhṭ[adj.] dikhāī dēnā[pres.sg.m.23] . the more that elevated be[pres.sg.m.23] that[.kō] clearly be visible .

159You have not yet made your intellect sufficiently broad, unlimited and knowledgeable for you to be able to remember everything on time. 160So, if you want some support, then constantly keep this support with you, then you will never be defeated. 161So never make yourself diseased. 162If even the slightest type of disease exists, then that one illness will bring many more illnesses.

? that down stage (at|other) actor that[.kō] anything be visible can[pres-part.m.sg.d.]  ?

163If you finish the one illness, the many other illnesses will not come. 164You remain careless in one illness and consider it to be nothing. 165But, according to the present time, even a little bit of illness is a big illness. 166Therefore, consider the little illness to be something big and finish it there and then and the soul will never be weak.

167It will remain healthy.

168In the physical form also, you are experienced in constantly keeping company.

169You do not enjoy staying by yourself.

40कुछ भी दिखाई दे सकता  ? kuchh bhī dikhāī dē saktā  ? kuchh bhī[x] dikhāī dēnā[opt.sg.23] saknā[pres-part.m.sg.d.]  ? anything be visible can[pres-part.m.sg.d.]  ?

170Since your sanskars are of staying together, why do you lack the company? 171Why do you become part of those on the path of isolation? 172Just as those on the path of isolation do not attain anything but just continually keep on searching, your condition also becomes the same. 173You are then not able to attain the true attainment.

41साक्षी हो ऊपर से सभी स्पष्ट दिखाई देता है . sākṣhī hō ūpar sē sabhī spaṣhṭ dikhāī dētā hai . sākṣhī[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[root]|hōnā[pres.pl.2] ūpar sē[postp.] sab[adv.hī] spaṣhṭ[adj.] dikhāī dēnā[pres.sg.m.23] . detached observer (be[root]|be[pres.pl.2]) over from all clearly be visible .

174So, constantly keep the company and stay within the relationship. 175Stay within the sustenance of the family. 176Those who constantly stay within the sustenance of the family, constantly remain carefree and cheerful. 177Why do you go outside the sustenance that you are receiving?

42आज वतन में वर्तमान खेल की सीन देख रहे थे . āj vatan mē̃ vartamān khēl kī|key scene dēkh rahē thē . āj vatan[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] vartamān[adj.] khēl[n.m.;sg.,d.]|khēlnā[root] karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key scene dēkhnā[root] rahnā[past-perf.pl.m.] . today world in present (play|play[root]) (do[past-part.f.]|of|key) scene see[root] remain[past-perf.pl.m.] .

178Do not ever go onto the path of isolation. 179By constantly keeping the company, you will receive all attainments. 180The moment you let go of the company of BapDada and the family, you then end up in the jungle of thorns. 181Just as those people continue to search in the jungles, in the same way, you let go of the company, become distressed and begin to search in the jungle of Maya for some or another support.

43अच्छा . achchhā . achchhā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] . achcha .

182You say that those on the path of isolation can never attain success in their karma because of being isolated. 183So, just as they do not attain success in their karma, in the same way, when you let go of the company and become those of the path of isolation, you do not attain success in your karma. 184Because you become unhappy in isolation, you then become the servants of Maya. 185Therefore, do not become isolated and do not be unhappy.

186Do not ever become the servants of Maya.

187Achcha.
